Today I sold my 🚙 that I've been driving for about 13 years 😭. I was inclined to ride it until it busted, but it costs something 😣 and there will be objections 😩. I hope I win the lottery 😣! but I didn't buy it 🤣. On days like that, I have no choice but to open the bottle! Shinanotsuru, the first Shiboribori I've been looking forward to! Juicy and fruity as Nagano sake 😍! This is the first time I've had this brand. It's delicious 😋! The label is old-fashioned, with a minimalist design, but yes, it's delicious! It shows off the deliciousness that is typical of Nagano sake 👍I'm glad I bought it 😋.

I've been eating it every year without fail since I started eating salmon 😋, largely due to the influence of the salmon labo channels I used to watch back then 😅. I'm glad to know that it's now very popular as a resident of the prefecture. I only drink a little bit every day, but Nigori is so easy to drink! I drink too much 🤤. I think the bitterness is stronger on the first day 🤔. An annual event 🫡.

Last week I contracted the flu in an epidemic and went through hell for the first two days or so 😣. After a little rehabilitation over the weekend, I opened a bottle of Garo today. A young man made this sake thinking about the future of sake, and when I told him it was a 13% sake made with a traditional sake yeast yeast, he thought it would be easy to drink 🤔. It's a light lactic acid type sake with a refreshing gulp 😋. A little bit alcoholic when the temperature range goes up a bit. It's good to go cold and sip 👍

Today is my first time to try Bunraku. I looked it up and the flavor is similar to Senkou, it suits me already! As usual, I mixed it before serving 😋. A slightly subdued yet delicious aroma to pear-like sweetness! Hi 🙋‍♂️ it's soooo good! It's so light and easy to drink that it doesn't even remind you that it's 16% 👍

It's been a while since I've had Senkyu, so I'm going to have a four-quart bottle of kijoshu. Yes, it definitely smells good! I'm sure it's delicious! It is juicy like biting into an expensive melon. The low alcohol content makes it easy to enjoy. Beautiful and gentle sweetness in a slightly better Sentori 😌. 100% tenderness 🥰.

I've never had a Genmai, Ginjo😍. I saw it at the right time and got it 🫡. The aroma and richness are totally different from the usual Genmai, and it's very sharp! It has a slight sweetness, but the basic taste is spicy and excellent sharpness 🗡️ Second negi ramen this week and it's a bit spicy 👍 for my slightly lean tummy!

I'll have it as soon as I get home, Mutsu Hassen😋. When cold, it has a firm acidity and a moderate but core sweetness. When the temperature is raised a bit, the atmosphere changes slightly and it shows a different face. It's not flashy, it's a modest yet versatile sake 👍.

Oh no, I was careless😅. I had missed the fact that the mikumari was nigori, and then I found out from ma-ki's post and rushed out to buy some 💨. I've been looking forward to the next one! It has a strong fizziness and a bitter bitterness with a touch of sweetness 😋 I like the different taste from the usual Houou Mita 😊. I was curious about this one and finally got it and opened the bottle. From the standard Tokujun The bottle opened with a pop, and the anticipation was high.... The bottle was a trustworthy Fukushima sake, Yume-no-Kaka even more so! The first attack, chilled to a crisp, was fresh and fruity 😋. Local fireworks show today 🎇. Work is half day 😅 to avoid traffic jams. So I'm having a sunset glow in the evening 🌇😋. I imagined it would be quite sweet, but it's not. It's a very matured and delicious taste! We watched the fireworks from the parking lot of the supermarket next door for a bit, and then went home to listen to the sound while enjoying the evening glow 😋.
