Happy Valentine's Day 🫶. This year, I got a righteous chocolate🍫 at work again 🙇‍♂️ and even more for me it came with alcohol 😍. I'm a strawberry drink 🍓. Sake made with red rice and tochiotome juice, red 🤔. I was told that the cap was crushed and was about to leak, so I had it as soon as I got home 😋. From the liqueur-like aroma, it has a sweet and sour taste like strawberry shaved ice 🍧! Gobble it up on the rocks 🧊. It was an instant finish but thank you 😊 for the Tochigi love 🥰.

First Koei Kiku in about 2 years 😅 We brought you Sukai-san, one of the most moderately priced in the store inventory😅. It's a refreshing citrusy 🍊🍋 like Koueikiku, but with a hint of sweetness 🤔. It's a 14% alcohol, so it's very easy to drink 😋.

Today's drink is the 2nd Urasato Usu Nigori! This is the 2nd bottle, which I have longed for since my first drink last year! It's a bit of a surprise when you open the lid because I went up and down a few times to mix it before drinking it 😁. I have high expectations for this 2nd drink because of its reputation in the market! And it's still delicious 😋. I don't know what the difference is, but it's delicious! I had it with the best Okaki (🍘Iburi Gakko cheese) and it was also 👍! The smoky aroma and the cheese are well reproduced 🤔I didn't know okaki could go well with sake 😳. Both sake and okaki 👍

Expedition Getter 😋😋. I really wanted to get the Tokujun but they didn't have it so I got the Aizan 😋. It's been a while since I've tasted Aizan itself, but this sake has a moderate aroma, with a slight, gentle fragrance 🤔. The sweetness and acidity are just right and it's very easy to drink! It's so easy to drink with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity 🤔.

Finally, a newborn Sentori! I'll take the 😋2 ooligarami. Gentle, round, sweet aroma, yet quite refreshing and crisp 🤔. It's an oligarami, so I'll mix it before serving 🫡. It's delicious! It's like it just slides right into your mouth and you can't stop drinking it! The sake cup is covered with air bubbles that pop in your mouth! I love the balance of sweet and bitter when chilled! Ai Tochigi, a quintessential Sengoku!

It's been a while since I've tasted Miyazumi Meizumi brewery. This time it's Miyazumi's Nigori, with a lot of lees. The aroma is quite dry. Not too sweet! It has a strong pizzazz when you swallow it, and it pops in your mouth. It goes from refreshing to surprisingly bitter & dry 🤔.

I wonder if many of you are starting work today🤔. I'm also starting today and I'm depressed 😩. So I'm going to recharge my energy with my favorite Genmai 😩. I bought this at the end of the year, but the special pure one they were selling together was more expensive 😳. The store told me that the price was going up in December, so I bought the last bottle of Jungin without hesitation 🫡. The taste is nothing to sneeze at, the aroma that comes through to the nose is irresistible, the rich sweetness and umami and the beautiful acidity are not to be sneezed at! It is a bottle that makes you say 😍 yum~😍!

Day 3 of 2025, I've only had beer 🍻 since New Year's Eve😅. So today is our annual drinking party with neighbors 🍻. (I am stationed in Indonesia). It's always just my 2 dads, so today there are 6 of us including my family! We had a couple of beers to toast and a long-awaited sake 🍻. We didn't have much sake in stock at the beginning of the year, but we had Houou Mita, Mimuro Sugi, and Kagaku Masamune. All three sakes were rich in aroma and excellent to drink! Can't go wrong with all three! It was delicious, and the unusual atmosphere made for a fun sake party! And our neighbor is going to be stationed in Thailand in April😳Life is never easy 😳. So, 2025 will start from Tochigi Ai🥰 with CI of Houou Mita ▶️

In my mind, it's a definite sake even before I drink it... ♪ Kuroemon! The label on the back of the bottle says it has the sweet and tasty acidity of Omachi, and that's exactly what it is 👍. It's 13 degrees, so it's very easy to drink, and you have to control yourself to stop 😅. The aroma is also very nice 😋.

The last time I went to SENKYO, I had a clear, crisp, acidic sake, so next time I wanted something sweet and juicy, so I went to Kame-no-Kai. I couldn't buy the Senkori Etoebari, so it's the traditional classic Kame no O. 🍻. Today I played my last baseball game of the season, so I started with a beer somehow 🍻. And then I had a Kame-no-o right away 🐢. It's been a while since I've had a classic Kame-no-o, and it exudes the Sentori character👍. A bottle with a beautiful acidity that is refreshing and clean! A refined sweet and acidic, gobig gobig gobig 😋. Postscript I did the speed gun challenge at the end and my shoulder is gone 😭. The result was 103Km

Newly handled at this place â I went there for Senkou Etoogari but it was sold out😭I'll have it again later. I was looking forward to having this sake someday, so I brought it with me. It is a tropical Attak, but it is surprisingly refreshing thanks to its moderate gasiness and exquisite bitterness 😋. This is an easy-drinking sake and even beginners (like me) can enjoy it👍. I'd rather drink it with a meal than with a small snack. Delicious!

This is the first bottle I've had in a year. I wanted to drink it because it was reputed to be delicious, but last year it was too late😅. So this season I got🫡. I will be mixing it from the beginning 😋. Ohhhh the aroma definitely tells you it's delicious. It's so much more than this! And the mouthfeel is great too 😋! Perfectly balanced to my liking! Slightly fizzy, sweet, bitter, fruity, juicy, it just keeps on coming 👍. It's as good as it's reputation, easy to drink and unstoppable 😁.

My friend who lives in Indonesia is back home today, so we had a drink at a local bar 🍻. After getting a beer, I had a glass of Jigai, which I haven't been able to drink recently 😋. After that, we had Tobiroki, which I don't usually drink, and Kawaguchi Natto, which I hadn't had before. Jikin is always good no matter what you drink. It's been a while since I've had it, so I was grateful for it. Tobiroki seems a bit light and Natto is even lighter 🤔. I'm drunk so I'm just being random😅
