I went out for dinner today because I wanted to have a seafood bowl 🚙. I searched for sake and found that they had sake on tap, so I just had a snack 🆗. I asked if they had any Tobiroki and they gave me a bottle of Kuchibiraki... I can't drink it at home, so I have to drink it if they have it at the restaurant 😉. I enjoyed it with horse mackerel sashimi, onion salad, and boiled peanuts I learned about at the prefectural meeting 🥜 😋. It's a delicious taste with an excellent balance of flavors without being too unbalanced👍

I'll take the first one, Okuroku-san 😋. The aroma that I haven't felt in a long time makes my expectations grow. Acidity of Shirakiku🤔Aroma of Kame no O🤔Silky smooth taste 😋. Gentle sweetness from the back ☺️ It reminds me of the Shigemi White I drank a long time ago. I had Negira on Saturday and Negimiso today and felt that Miso was a bit heavy, but this sake is light, crisp, gentle and good 👍.

I know this is a series of posts, but today I'd like to introduce you to Sakusaku's Z-label. The fruity aroma is typical of Saku with a gentle sweetness 😋. It's surprisingly crisp and delicious! I'm the only one who feels like I'm getting a good deal just because it's 750ml 😁.

It was hot again today🥵. So I couldn't decide whether to drink beer or sake and went for sake💨. I took it out of the fridge, peeled off the metal part of the lid, and while I was moving it, the cork popped off 😱. I was caught off guard 😅Kasumi Nama Sake! It's very healthy even though it's hot 🆗. The sake doesn't have much of an aroma, but it's sweet and juicy with lots of bubbles 😋. I forgot to mix it, so I mixed it in the second glass 😁. It's been a while since I've had a 4-pack, but I'm enjoying it.

When I was a boy, June wasn't this hot 💦. So I checked when was the last time I had Kabutomushi and it's been 3 years 🫡. I don't remember what I remember from 3 years ago anymore, but the acidity seems to be even more pronounced 🤔, perhaps due to the Edo return. It's citrusy, crisp and tight 😋. It's a refreshing drink for this hot season due to its low alcohol content 🥰.

First time opening a bottle in a while ✨. I can't open it unless there is some milestone 😉. The aroma is absolutely delicious and the flavor is gorgeous! It's sweet and fruity, as it should be, but the mouthfeel is smooth and silky 😋. I want to drink it in small sips, but it's just too delicious! I'll force myself to stop👍

Hirotogawa's special pure sake, which is becoming a regular sake for me. I don't have any in stock, so I'll have some. This is one that needs no explanation! The first time I drank it, I was a sake novice and didn't realize how good it tasted, but now I think about it again, yummy 😊. Thanks 👍

It's been a long time since I've been to Foggy Falls 😋. I bought it at a roadside station on my way out, but they only had special pure 🤣. I guess I'll have to go to the supermarket in Utsunomiya 🚙. I'm not sure if it was this juice-like, but it's 14 degrees. No wonder I'm so weak 🤔. It's a stable helping 👍 Third, there is a teishoku-ya near my house. I knew it had been there for decades, but the atmosphere of the outside made it hard to enter, but I recently made my debut 🧐. It was a traditional teishoku-ya, run by an elderly couple. I ordered the garlic and mixed yaki, which were very good 😋 The flavor of the garlic yaki and the liver of the mixed yaki were excellent! After that, the restaurant filled up with a few customers and the whole place was smoky 💨. I went home with a smoky aroma all over my body, but I found a restaurant that hit the jackpot! I was reminded that you can't judge anything by its appearance 😝.

The second Hiran will be a Seiten 😋. The label says it is inspired by the blue sea and sky of Hirado 🤔. The clean and pleasant acidity gives it a clean and crisp mouthfeel👍. Refreshing! I've never been there, but I can imagine the Hirado blue 😚.

The second bottle of the new Sentori is the same oligarami 😋. The last time I drank it, I felt how good it tasted 🆗 and I thought if I drink this one, I'm good 😋. I saw some people raving about it on social media and I agree 🤔I haven't had any of the others though 😆. The aroma is nice, the flavor and bitterness are perfectly balanced and pitch perfect! It's an oligarami, so I mix it before drinking 😋. The second half of the holiday weekend, my son's club activities have been out from the morning and I'm exhausted, but it was fun to see my old friends gathered and feel nostalgic ☺️ Tochigi love 🥰 with newborn Senkou for my tired body! Tomorrow is early again, but I can't stop 😚.

I know I'm not the only one who is tired 😩, but I'm really tired! I don't work very late, but I don't get off work on time once in April 😱. I'm not working very late, but I haven't had a single day off from work in April 😱. It's been a while since I've had Jigon at home 😋. I have high expectations 🥰. I've been storing it for quite a while, but it's still pichyshwa... The indescribable sweetness bursts in the mouth, and the dignified yet gentle sweetness goes in smoothly 👍. It has no unpleasant taste at all, so it is very relaxing and healing. ☺️ I can't stop drinking it 😁! I can't stop 😁.

Today is cold and rainy, and I'm going crazy because I've been working outside all day from early in the morning 😫. So, I went home and quickly charged up my energy 🍶. It's been a while since I've had this one, but I finally got a bottle of Tasake Tokusyu, a sake for when you're in trouble. It has a slightly sweet aroma and the mouthfeel is like apple honey, but with a dry sharpness! I'm sure it will change a lot depending on the food pairing, but today it's dry and sharp! Let's go to bed early for tomorrow: 🙂‍↕️

Almost in full bloom 🌸 in Utsunomiya on my expedition. It's nice to see it right in front of your eyes👍 I stocked up at Mekada-san during my expedition and opened the bottle 😋. It is crisp and light with a touch of sweetness! The introduction says young apples 🍏, and it is true 🍏. It's sharp and light with a sweet taste. ☺️

It's been a long time since I've been in the Wind Forest 🌳. It's been more than 3 years 😅 The aroma is somehow nostalgic and the effervescence is refreshing! There is a scent of Kaze no Mori, isn't there? I enjoyed it after taking a bath 😋. The nose is pleasant after the first sip 👍 The third one is my first Ichiran debut last week. I think it's so simple that it's not enough if you don't get a double ball 😆.
