Today is my first time to try Bunraku. I looked it up and the flavor is similar to Senkou, it suits me already! As usual, I mixed it before serving 😋. A slightly subdued yet delicious aroma to pear-like sweetness! Hi 🙋‍♂️ it's soooo good! It's so light and easy to drink that it doesn't even remind you that it's 16% 👍

It's been a while since I've had Senkyu, so I'm going to have a four-quart bottle of kijoshu. Yes, it definitely smells good! I'm sure it's delicious! It is juicy like biting into an expensive melon. The low alcohol content makes it easy to enjoy. Beautiful and gentle sweetness in a slightly better Sentori 😌. 100% tenderness 🥰.

I've never had a Genmai, Ginjo😍. I saw it at the right time and got it 🫡. The aroma and richness are totally different from the usual Genmai, and it's very sharp! It has a slight sweetness, but the basic taste is spicy and excellent sharpness 🗡️ Second negi ramen this week and it's a bit spicy 👍 for my slightly lean tummy!

I'll have it as soon as I get home, Mutsu Hassen😋. When cold, it has a firm acidity and a moderate but core sweetness. When the temperature is raised a bit, the atmosphere changes slightly and it shows a different face. It's not flashy, it's a modest yet versatile sake 👍.

I've been a bit too busy to check and drink 😅. When I went to Utsunomiya for shopping, I couldn't help but buy the second bottle 😁 since there was still some left. I was wondering about the second bottle of Rikuwada because I love it so much, but I just stuck with the Omachi 😣. I don't think I need to comment on the taste anymore, so I'll spare you 🫡. I'm sure it's delicious 😋.

Oh no, I was careless😅. I had missed the fact that the mikumari was nigori, and then I found out from ma-ki's post and rushed out to buy some 💨. I've been looking forward to the next one! It has a strong fizziness and a bitter bitterness with a touch of sweetness 😋 I like the different taste from the usual Houou Mita 😊. Second glass, mixed and poured again and it's bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly 😳 The name cloudy is so cool Tochigi love it 🥰.

I was curious about this one and finally got it and opened the bottle. From the standard Tokujun The bottle opened with a pop, and the anticipation was high.... The bottle was a trustworthy Fukushima sake, Yume-no-Kaka even more so! The first attack, chilled to a crisp, was fresh and fruity 😋. The first attack when chilled is fresh and fruity 😋, well-balanced and sharp, it looks good even during a meal 👍. The aroma of the empty sake cup is also very Japanese 👍.

Local fireworks show today 🎇. Work is half day 😅 to avoid traffic jams. So I'm having a sunset glow in the evening 🌇😋. I imagined it would be quite sweet, but it's not. It's a very matured and delicious taste! We watched the fireworks from the parking lot of the supermarket next door for a bit, and then went home to listen to the sound while enjoying the evening glow 😋.

Fall is approaching little by little 🍂. And today, we have Kamogane's Autumn Agari 🍁! It has a fresh and crisp taste with a full-bodied flavor 😋. The sticker with more autumn flavor is also nice👍. It's a calm taste that goes well with food 👌.

Dangerous alcohol that I found out about 2 years ago! Hanamup, if I see a four-pack I'll buy it 🫡. Everything from the aroma is so gentle, the sweetness and umami is irresistible 😋! It's so good! I have nothing to say about it because it's so good! The third one is a tree frog 🐸 that has been living in the killifish pot at the entrance since July. I'm curious about it every day and check it again and again: ☺️

I went out for dinner today because I wanted to have a seafood bowl 🚙. I searched for sake and found that they had sake on tap, so I just had a snack 🆗. I asked if they had any Tobiroki and they gave me a bottle of Kuchibiraki... I can't drink it at home, so I have to drink it if they have it at the restaurant 😉. I enjoyed it with horse mackerel sashimi, onion salad, and boiled peanuts I learned about at the prefectural meeting 🥜 😋. It's a delicious taste with an excellent balance of flavors without being too unbalanced👍

I'll take the first one, Okuroku-san 😋. The aroma that I haven't felt in a long time makes my expectations grow. Acidity of Shirakiku🤔Aroma of Kame no O🤔Silky smooth taste 😋. Gentle sweetness from the back ☺️ It reminds me of the Shigemi White I drank a long time ago. I had Negira on Saturday and Negimiso today and felt that Miso was a bit heavy, but this sake is light, crisp, gentle and good 👍.

I know this is a series of posts, but today I'd like to introduce you to Sakusaku's Z-label. The fruity aroma is typical of Saku with a gentle sweetness 😋. It's surprisingly crisp and delicious! I'm the only one who feels like I'm getting a good deal just because it's 750ml 😁.

The one I drank last week 😋. The last one was a draft sake and this time it was a fire-aged one 🫡. I'm sure it tastes just as good as the light nigori one 😋. I don't remember the details after a week, but I'm sure it was cheap and tasty😅.
