Tenmei after a long time I wanted to avoid sweet sake. I bought a dry one. But Amami is still Amami. Even though it's dry, it's still a sweet sake. Well, I guess it's a sweet sake. The rich taste is just like Tokujun. It's a sake that goes well with meals 🍶.

I tasted it and bought it. The aroma was strong, not unlike Junmai sake. It has a freshness that is typical of nama-shu. Maybe because it is a 5 year aged sake It has a sweetness that clings to the palate. It is also not like a junmai sake, but it has strength. It also has strength. Sasakura Narimasu. Sweet sake It has a tangy, raw sake feel. The umamame (sweet) taste makes you want to gobble it up! I thought there was a shift to umami spiciness these days. but good things are good! I feel like I'm totally addicted to Kouko since I came to Chiba Prefecture! I have two bottles of Kinonene waiting in the fridge I want to drink it without hesitation 🍶.

First visit to Yajima Sake Shop in Funabashi A place known as a quintessential sake store. There was a large amount of nice sake on the shelves. and Houken, which I don't usually drink which is far away from the popular sake a bit strong bitterness I would say it's pungent, but... When I lived in Ibaraki Prefecture, I used to drink a bottle or two of Yongo every year, I couldn't find it in my neighborhood until now and gave up! Taiheikai1314 It's a tropical summer sake! But, it's not a light sake. It's fresh and fruity. But it also has a nice layered taste. As expected of Fuchu Homare! It's a wonderful sake! You can't buy it at the liquor store back then, but I would like to continue my relationship with sake! My wife says it's like aged cheese. That's a very difficult expression to describe 😓. I think her sensibility is also wonderful!

He gave us a few bottles of sake that had been on reserve but had been left unclaimed! It's summer and it's spring at Hitomi Sake Shop My wife came to Tokyo. She came by car, but it was hard to drive, so I picked her up in Utsunomiya. On the way home, I saw a familiar liquor store along the road, so I stopped by and saw Harukkosi, even though it was summer, so I took her back to Ichikawa! I was surprised when I opened the bottle! It turned out to be a very sharp sake, but.., But after opening the bottle and letting it settle down, it became milder! It was the answer to my feelings that I pushed away the collaboration of Senkou and Hououmida, and I pushed away Ippou's raw sake to bring it back home! It's a good sake even in summer 🍶.
