At Koyama Shoten Our partner gave us a wonderful request to break the seal of Hana-yosu during the New Year's holiday! It has a unique hana-yosu-like aroma. I had an image that it had become more bitter for a while. but this Huayouyoubou is like a return to before that. It has a mango-like aroma. It's not that gorgeous and sparkling, but I think it's close to the sake that people who like sake like. To be honest, it was so far out of my taste that I sometimes didn't buy it even if it was in the store. I have the impression that it has changed a lot. It is a sweet and delicious sake with a rich flavor. But it is not too rich. It goes down very smoothly. My partner is singing in a good mood in the kitchen after drinking Houou Mita and Hanayoukou.

At Fukushima Products Museum Happy New Year 🎍. Sorry for the late greeting, but we wish you a happy new year 🙇. Once again, I wanted to drink Pichipichi at the beginning of the year 🍶. The supernatant, citrusy, slightly effervescent taste is as fresh and crisp as a ramune! I love it! I like it when it's smoky. It's softer and a little bit milder. This is good 😋. At Hasegawa Sake Shop I just went to Hasegawa Sake Shop and bought a goodie bag! It's a zodiac version! Sake from the Shinzawa Brewery When it comes to Junmai Daiginjo, every sake is beautiful and clean and refreshing taste! The sweetness of this sake spreads slowly. It got me hooked on sake, I was deeply moved to drink Atago no Matsu (Atago no Sakura this time), which is the sake that got me hooked on sake. I hope you enjoy this year too 🍶. At Oikawa of sake When I came to stock up on hot sake for my companion I knew that tonight's dinner would be sukiyaki. I bought this as a sake that would be as good as sukiyaki. It has a mild nigori taste and is mildly bitter. but the nigori is mild and tempers the sukiyaki. It softens the sukiyaki. None of this year's nigori spurts out. It's a little sad that it's so quiet. At Sake no Koyama I went there before the store opened for an adult excursion and was surprised to see a line of about 50 people waiting in line, but it was a day for the sale of so-called rare sake! The store had a great selection of sake. I was distracted by the sake that I rarely see, but I found a sake that I used to drink when I lived in Fukushima, and I took three bottles home with me, thinking that it was not rare but my favorite! The Junmai rice flavor and sweetness came out quickly, followed by sourness, and finally a faint bitterness. The price is still very reasonable! Fukushima sake is really great👍! I need to find a place to buy it in the Chiba area!

The final corner of the year 2025 This year has dawned with this drink! Sake brewing in a clean and righteous manner I started at the Ojinja Shrine and at a store on the approach to the shrine. Today is the Hirotogawa Nigori Day! I went out to buy some at one of the best liquor stores in Tokyo, but was told that there was no stock in Oshiage and Nihonbashi! I was also rejected by another affiliate in Ginza, so I searched around the area and finally got a bottle of Hirotogawa Tokusyu and Nigorigo! I finally got Hirotogawa's Tokujun and Nigori! I made a bottle of both so I had to carry 4 kg! Here is today's list! It's winter, so I'm drinking it at room temperature! Still as soft and pleasant as ever 🍶. Food insects are good, but at this leisurely time It's a soothing drink even if you drink it by itself. I think I'll start drinking nigori in the next week or so. Sake at room temperature is delicious!
