Last weekend, a brewer came to the basement of Ikebukuro Tobu and let me choose from about 5 different kinds of tastings!
All of them were very nice, but I thought the Junmai sake with a lighter ginjo aroma would go better with a meal, so I chose this one!
It is very soft and beautiful on the palate!
Mild but full of umami!
It goes well with sashimi 🍶.
