I'm surprised to see you for the first time. Seconds after the photo was taken I removed the stopper from the seal. The stopper blew out! Thank God it didn't pop out from the inside! I took a sip. The sweetness that seems to come from the pure sake comes immediately after the mildness and bitterness. (This is my personal impression, and I'm open to objections. There is no room to argue that Kangiku is delicious! Denshogiku and 99 series are good all over the place! but I was a little dissatisfied with the fact that the taste is inevitably similar when you drink a few. I'm trying to adjust by reducing the frequency, but it's so good that I just can't help but buy it 😆. I don't remember many Kangiku where the delicious sweetness and bitterness of this sake face off, and I like that. ❤️ I'll keep you posted here in Chiba!
