Purchased at a liquor store near the station during a business trip to Yaizu I bought this sake along with some other sake from a prominent Yaizu City brewery. The black cat is adorable! The ginjo aroma is slightly soft. No strong personality. It is easy to drink and enjoyable! Good for evening drinks 🍶. I bought this sake thinking it would be good as a train sake on the way back to Tokyo station from Shizuoka station, but it's also a great sake to drink with sashimi and other drinks!

At Shizukiya I guess unpressurized means arabashiri. It's been a while since I've had local sake 🍶. I can't stop feeling excited! The exact opposite of the Hana-yoku and Hakuginkai I drank the day before yesterday. I had it heated up in Sendai. The robust flavor of this sake is still present even when heated! I was particularly impressed with this sake last year. I purchased it yesterday at Sudou Sake Shop instead of at Shizukiya. I think the price has gone up considerably from last year, but it is still reasonably priced at 1,760 yen! It's still great, after all! It's a rice wine! How can it not be good? It's not as good as other sake Compared to other new brews of this season the breadth and depth of flavor is outstanding. Last year, I had a lot of questions about this sake. It's good! I heard that he said one word about this sake last year. It hasn't evolved even after a year.

At Shizukiya I bought a bottle (it was all I could find). I imagined a sake with a strong acidity, but it was somehow different from the usual Yamamoto. I think it was a No. 6 sake... Alcoholic taste lingers on the palate. It's too smooth... Is it because of my physical condition? I'll seal it up today in anticipation of tomorrow and beyond.

At Shizukiya This is the last year for this product 🍶. The aroma is subdued. I thought it would be a quiet and cozy sake. I was surprised to see the muscat-like sweetness spreading in the mouth at once 😛. Is this the last one? Even though it has such a wonderful mouthfeel! It's just a shame...
