All of them were very nice, but I thought the Junmai sake with a lighter ginjo aroma would go better with a meal, so I chose this one! It is very soft and beautiful on the palate! Mild but full of umami! It goes well with sashimi 🍶.

Nagano trip After visiting Togakushi Shrine, we stocked up on Nagano sake at a liquor store in the city! Sasakura Narimasu. Sweet sake It has a tangy, raw sake feel. The umamame (sweet) taste makes you want to gobble it up! I thought there was a shift to umami spiciness these days. but good things are good! I feel like I'm totally addicted to Kouko since I came to Chiba Prefecture! I have two bottles of Kinonene waiting in the fridge I want to drink it without hesitation 🍶.
