Today is the Hirotogawa Nigori Day! I went out to buy some at one of the best liquor stores in Tokyo, but was told that there was no stock in Oshiage and Nihonbashi! I was also rejected by another affiliate in Ginza, so I searched around the area and finally got a bottle of Hirotogawa Tokusyu and Nigorigo! I finally got Hirotogawa's Tokujun and Nigori! I made a bottle of both so I had to carry 4 kg! Here is today's list! It's winter, so I'm drinking it at room temperature! Still as soft and pleasant as ever 🍶. Food insects are good, but at this leisurely time It's a soothing drink even if you drink it by itself. I think I'll start drinking nigori in the next week or so. Sake at room temperature is delicious!

All of them were very nice, but I thought the Junmai sake with a lighter ginjo aroma would go better with a meal, so I chose this one! It is very soft and beautiful on the palate!
