ヤスベェToday, as yesterday, I went to the Kamigata Sake World held in Namba 😀 It was raining, which was a pity for the shops. It was raining, which was not good for the restaurant, but we were fully protected with rain hats and clothes 😇. The sake and food pairings were different from yesterday's event, so I was able to enjoy it in a different way 😀. The dishes and sakes were very peculiar, as if they knew what the weather would be like today...there were many sakes that would go well with strong yellow hot sake, curry, and noodle soup, but my favorite today was the light nigori sake from Goyuji 😀. I chose this sake because I had prior information from bouken, and it was a delicious sake with a sweet flavor despite its low alcohol content of 13 degrees. I also enjoyed Kumezakura's event limited sake and Akizuka's sake 🍶. It was a fun weekend with a variety of sake and food pairings over the course of two days 😀.
Japanese>English
ひるぺこHi Yasbay, I participated in both days, and today was great to be fully equipped in the rain. ☔️ I see that there were different stores from yesterday and there were many peculiar types, sounds interesting 😆 It was a great weekend full of events 😊.
Japanese>English
boukenGood evening, Yasbay 😃. Thank you for participating in both days and in the rain 😆. Sangrow is only sold in Kansai by Tomekawa, so please come to Kishiwada if you want to drink again 🤗.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi, Hirupeco 😀 From how the first day went, I'm glad you were able to enter the second day fully prepared😇. I felt sorry for those who came for the first time in the rain, they were quite confused 😅. The drinks and food were different too, so it was a new pleasure 😇
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHello bouken 😀 Thanks to bouken's advance information, I was able to find good sake this time too😇. I'd like to drink Sangrow at home again slowly, but Kishiwada is indeed a bit far away 🤣.

ヤスベェToday, for the second week in a row, I attended a sake event in Osaka 😀. Kamigata Sake World... was an interesting event where various restaurants offered their sake pairings with dishes that go well with their sake 🍶. There were sake from the Kansai and Chugoku regions, including Akiga, Okura, Shichibonryari, Kamishin, and many more 😀. Among them, the one that became my favorite this time was the event limited edition nigori by Kitajima-san from Shiga 😇. We are big fans of nigori sake in my family, but this sake was very refreshing, sweet and tasty, and had the power to compete with the stewed pork that was paired with it 😇. Many people came to the party and we were able to meet Mr. Hirupeko and had a great time 😇
Japanese>English
かおりんAll the sake were delicious, but the nigori sake was my favorite. ☺️ It was great to meet you too 💕!
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening Yasube & Kaorin 🦉. Thanks for the event 😊It looks like a lot of fun with all the different breweries and food 😆and meeting Peco 👍🎶. I haven't tried Aizan but Kitajima's nigori is really delicious ❣️
Japanese>English
ロビンGood evening, Yasube-san. ❗️ Kitajima, Aiyama, nigori, three cheers, just imagine how delicious it is👍. I'd like to try the stewed pork too😁.
Japanese>English
ひるぺこGood evening, Yasube-san. I'm so thankful that you found me because I couldn't find it in the crowd 🙏I've been enjoying Aizan in Kitajima since last year's Tokaido event, and this time it was a limited edition nigori 👍It was really tasty 😊.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi Yasbay 😃. Great to see a full drinking life 🍶 great job 🤗 Kitajima-san! I haven't had a drink in a while 🤔I really can't stop looking at sakewa 😅
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Pon-chan 😃I'm surprised at how many sake events there are, especially since I've been interested in sake 🤣. And I'm looking forward to meeting your friends at the events as I met Hirupeko today too😇.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Robin 😀 Yesterday and today, there were a lot of Robin's favorite sake from Shiga Prefecture😇. I wasn't too impressed with Kitajima-san at the Shiga brewery opening, but it was my favorite flavor in this comparison 😀.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi, Hirupeco 😀 It was a pleasure to meet you yesterday😇 My wife was also very happy to see you 😀. Mr. Kitajima's light nigori was delicious with a firm sweet flavor that was as good as the meat 😇.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Jay & Nobby 😀 I'm finally hooked enough to do sake activities even in the rain 🤣! Thanks to your information, we are going to have more sake in stock and it's only a matter of time before our sake cellar gets bigger 🤣.

ヤスベェSpring Sake & Nigorinpic0️⃣ 5️⃣Continuing from yesterday, today we had a Botan from Mr. Wakamusume 😀 I can't wait to see how it differs from yesterday's Wakamusume's light nigori supernatant😇. The first attack was less tangy than the nigori supernatant, but instead conveyed a solid fruitiness 😀. So far, it's probably a matter of taste, but I prefer the light nigori with stronger acidity and piquancy😇. If you like a mild fruity taste, I'm sure you will prefer this one 🤣. Still, it was a great shock to see such a difference in taste between Wakamusume's nigori supernatant and a non-nigori sake with the same specs 😅. I'd like to dig a little deeper into this very nice sake 😀.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasbay 😃 It's strange how the same specs of the same brand can taste different 😳I wonder if it's a difference you can tell because you've compared the drinks😊It sounds like fun to feel the subtle differences👍.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 I could only tell the difference because I drank it on different days 🤣. Maybe the sweetness and piquancy is at the level of the difference after a few days of opening the bottle 😅. But I'm glad we could compare the difference 😇
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんHello Yasube-san 🐦 I am envious of you just for being a wakamusume, but to be able to compare the two! Also, it's interesting to see the difference between the clear sake and nigori 😊I usually prefer the nigori one, but this mild fruity one is also very attractive 😻
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi Yasbaye 😃. Today I was inspired by Yasubeyesan 😆 I went on a little expedition 🚙 to a liquor store a little far from here. I got the 12 secret colors of "Wakamusume" that was at Las One👍.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Ponchan 😀 Definitely, I think both sakes are to your liking 😇. If I may say so, I think the nigori one will get closer to the taste of the clear sake as time goes by after opening the bottle, so it will be fun to see the taste change 😇.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Jay & Nobby 😀 That's what I'm talking about 😀. The more time you spend on your drinks, the more the sake gods smile on you😇. I'm looking forward to your comments as I want to catch up with Wakamusume-san when I'm done with this drinking contest too 😀.
Japanese>English

ヤスベェSpring Sake & Nigorinpic0️⃣ 4️⃣ Today we had a light nigori called wakamusume super limited 😀. This time we also have a regular sake with the exact same specs 😀. First of all, this nigori... actually it's a sake from my hometown Yamaguchi prefecture, but it's my first time at Wakamusume😇. Both have the same bready and fruity taste in the mouth, but I preferred the one that was mixed and lightly nigorized 😀. Tomorrow I will have a regular spring sake of the same specs and I am looking forward to compare the taste with the supernatant 🤣.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Yasube-san. I'm sure the spring atmosphere will lift your spirits 🌸🌸I haven't tasted the Wakamusume, and it's light nigori ❣️ and it looks delicious 〰😻I saw the original for the first time the other day and was surprised at the price 😱I guess I should have splurged 🥹.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasbaye 😃 Wakamusume... you have it at Haretoke 😳I've been wanting to try it 😊Thanks for the valuable information 🥹.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Pon 😀 Aside from the price, I thought it was a good drink to try at least once😇. Especially Pon-chan, I think she would like it since she has similar tastes to our family 😀.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 Actually, the other day, I was at a Hanshin event and saw Shihu-san there, and when I asked where he sold his products, I was told it was Haretoke. I found it by accident when I went to buy more of Shiatsu's work 🤣.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi Yasbay 😃 Congratulations on your first Wakamusume ㊗️ 🎉! I'm sure the sake from your hometown must be very special 🤗Please try my favorite hana-tachibana sometime 👋
Japanese>English
ヤスベェGood evening, Jay & Nobby! I'd like to try some of the sake from Wakamusume, so I'd like to visit Hana Tachibana someday 😇. Still, there are a lot of sakes I'd like to try 🤣.

ヤスベェSpring Sake & Nigorinpic 0️⃣ 3️⃣ Today we opened a bottle of Hanami Romain 😀. It is slightly lower in alcohol at 13%, but it was a delicious sake with a strong spring sake claim😇. We compared today's sake with Sairai's special junmai nama sake, both of them were my favorite delicious sake with the same kind of taste 😀.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening Yasube-san 🦉. This sake is delicious 🙂❣️ label and taste is really spring 🌸The collaboration photo with Sairao is also very lovely 💕Both of them taste happy 😊.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasbay 😃. I've been putting off drinking Lomang because I think I can drink it anytime... I don't even remember when I drank it 😅 I haven't had it in a while 🙄.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi, Pon 😀 Most of the spring sake have pink image on the label, so it makes you feel gentle and delicious combined with the taste 😀. That's why I like spring sake season the best😇
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 When the number of sake I want to drink increases, I tend to put off the sake that I think I can get anytime 🤣. I might have skipped the Hanami Romain too if I hadn't been attracted by the label and hadn't drank the Kasumi Romain 🤣.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Yasbay 😃. We had the Lomang outside and Nobby wants to drink it again 😋, but we haven't been able to pick it up yet🥲I'd love to drink it in a gentler mood 🤗.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェGood evening, Jay & Nobby 😀 I think this one of Loman's Spring Sake will make you feel more gentle 🌸. I had never been associated with Loman, thinking I could drink it anytime, but thanks to Kasumi Loman, I could enjoy it😇.

ヤスベェSpring Sake & Nigorinpic 0️⃣ 2️⃣ I attended sake events both Saturday and Sunday over the weekend, so I'm back to drinking at home today 😀. Here's another one I got from Mitomiku-san at the Shiga Kurabiraki following 0️⃣ 1️⃣ 😀 I was actually aiming for the Sanrensei at Mitomihisa, but I'm a sucker for the phrase "limited edition" and it seemed to fit with the Spring Sake & Nigorinpik project they're working on right now 🤣. This sake is said to have 17% alcohol content, but I liked the taste because it was very straightforward and you could not feel the high alcohol content. I liked the taste of the sake that made me feel spring 🌸.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening Yasbaye 🦉. I see you got this one too 🌸There were a lot of people tasting and I remember I wanted to take a little more time to look at the alcohol 😅I don't care what it is, it's good that it's popular 😊👍.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasubeyesan 😃 I also went there last year to buy the limited edition of Kurabiraki 😁I didn't buy it this year either 😅I'm attracted by the limited edition, but I think I'm usually not wrong 😌.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi, Pon 😀 At this year's kurabiraki, this Mitomiku-san in particular had a very eventful atmosphere and I could feel the excitement of the customers 😀. I would have liked to do a few more tastings, but I wanted to visit all the breweries in one day if possible 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 The words "limited edition" are very attractive to me 🤣. But I think the brewer is also putting a lot of effort into their sake just because it's limited edition😇.

ヤスベェToday, following yesterday's Aizan drinking event, I went to the Osaka Bay Tower's Japanese sake festival event 😀. I was informed in advance by bouken-san that there was a sake that Saku-san usually does not have, so I made a toast with his wife with that sake 😇. The sake was even clearer and fruity than Saku's usual sake, and we were very satisfied from the start 😀. During the live taiko performance by three women, my wife and I, who are both learning taiko, were overwhelmed by their amazing performance 😇. We were able to compare over 130 different types of sake, but my favorite was from Yamazaru, a brewery located in Asa, Yamaguchi Prefecture 😇. From the aroma to the mouthfeel, it was right up my alley👍! I had a chance to talk to the brewer and asked him about the stores in the Kansai area that carry it.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasbaye 😃 Is it a Don Picha sake... 😳⁉️ I'd love to drink it but Yasbaye's range is wide... so it's very possible that it's out of my range🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 I only tasted a sip of this sake, so I would like to try it more properly 😀. The store is near Maruriki in Tenma and it looks like they will be at the Hanshin event in September 😇.

ヤスベェI'm taking a break from the Spring Sake & Nigorinpic for a moment to participate in the most popular monthly drinking event at chuin, which I've been visiting a lot lately 😀 The theme of this month's event is the Aizan drinking comparison. This month's theme is Aizan drinking comparison: ❤️🏞️LOVE mountain All of them look delicious, but we started with a limited edition leap year sake by Eiko Fuji, which I drank at home just the other day 😀. I compared them based on the taste of this sake, but they are all delicious 😀 It's hard to say which one is better. It's hard to say which one is better, but if I had to rank them, I would say that Aladdin's recommendation, Mansaku no Hana, was the most delicious and tasted the most like Aizan 😇. I guess the second best is Kangiku for its shwashiness and flavor spread 😀. The wife said it was Omine Sanbunsan because of the freshness when she drank it 😀. Well, they are all delicious sakes for sure 🤣.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんHi Yasbay 🐦. I'm so jealous of the LOVE❤️MOUNTAIN festival 🎉It really looks like you can drink any of these ❣️, it's just a matter of taste 😁.
Japanese>English
アラジンGood evening, Yasbay 😃. Aizan meeting is a good one: ☺️ It's hard to do a sake rice horizontal drinking comparison at home, so I appreciate this kind of meeting. As for me, I've been interested in Aizan's sake recently 🤔.
Japanese>English
ロビンGood evening, Yasube! Aizan drinking comparison is good, I admire it very much. 👍 I've never done it at home because I basically don't have any stock 😭 I want a sake cellar like Yasubeyesan's 😁.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Yasbay 😃. It's nice to compare Aizan drinks at outside drinking 😊 Surrounded by a lot of stock at home as well 😄 You are also able to compare drinks! Your speed of sake activity is great 🤗
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi, Pon-chan 😀 Aizan's labels are often pink or bright red, which Pon-chan likes, and it makes me feel like spring and many delicious sake 🌸 I enjoyed the wonderful Aizan festival😇
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Aladdin 😀 I enjoyed the regular Daling San Grain Aizan very much, but you even have a more special sake 😇. I would love to try it, but it looks like I won't be able to until the stock clearance is done 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Robin 😀 I didn't have any stock at first either, but as I listened to your good sake information on Sake-no-wa, it increased, but I basically like spring sake the best, so my stock will decrease towards summer 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Jay & Nobby 😀 I used to drink only at home, but recently I've been enjoying sake events on weekends thanks to the information from Kansai Sake-no-Wawa people😇. I'm off to another sake event today🤣.

ヤスベェSpring Sake & Nigorinpic (1) We are hosting a spring sake drinking contest starting today 😀. We are co-hosting spring sake and limited time nigori sake since most spring sake is nigori type 🤣. Contestants will have 9 bottles of nigori spring sake in the front row 🍶. 5 bottles of limited edition nigori sake in the middle row🍶. And 12 bottles of spring sake in the back row 🍶. Of course, they didn't all fit in the sake fridge, so I had to use the vegetable room as well as the home refrigeration room to collect them, which was quite a pain in the ass from the wife 🤣🙇. For the first issue, I decided to be extra fancy and bought a bottle of Yukikasumi, a limited edition sake from the brewery, because the brewer told me it would definitely blow out when the bottle was opened. I prepared to take a bath and opened the bottle in case it blew out... but my preparation was in vain as both the bathroom and myself were covered in sake😅. I was desperate and drank it while soaking in the bath 🤣. The taste is like a thick amazake with some grains of sakekasu not fully dissolved 😀. The taste was slightly dry and lingering on the palate, unlike its appearance 😀. It was more interesting than delicious 😀.
Japanese>English
かおりんThe opening event was fun 😊exciting! Looks sweet sake, tastes a little spicy? I don't know. I didn't know we had such a wide variety of sake 👹.

Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Jay & Nobby 😀. I know 😅. If we drank one bottle and stocked up on one, this wouldn't happen 🤣. But we like spring sake the best, so I think it will decrease a little bit in the summer😇.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Maru-san 😀 This time of year there are a lot of good sake and the brewery opening event, so we ended up buying too much 🤣. I'm very sorry for the unflattering video of a couple of good old fools making a big fuss 🙇.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Nemuchi 😀 I would like to replace my sake fridge with a bigger one... but I guess it will end up being the same even if I make it bigger 🤣. Many of the brands are new to me this time around, so I too am looking forward to seeing what kind of drinking comparison we will have😇
Japanese>English

Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Robin 😀 I was told by Kyuzo that I would definitely blow it up and I wanted to make sure I didn't... but I couldn't 🤣. In case you're wondering, the photos are from the spring sake drinking contest, and there are still a few other rare sakes 🤣.
Japanese>English
遥瑛チチGood evening, Mr. Yasbay🌆. It's finally started... But the idea of opening the bottle in the bathtub never occurred to me! I guess soaking in the bathtub while drinking sake is fun too 👍.

ヤスベェI really wanted to drink two sakes this year... Shinshu Kamerei and Sairai 😀. I could drink Shinshu Kamerei at home, but I could only drink Sairai outside 😅. I had heard from bouken and the manager of chuin that the Yao store was the only store in Kansai that carried the sake, but I was hesitant to expand the area where I could buy sake any further 🤣. But the desire to drink at home got the better of me 🤣. I went to buy two bottles of the standard sake after researching on the internet, but to my surprise, the store even had a special sake that was not listed on the internet 😇. I'll save the special sake for the spring sake comparison starting tomorrow, but today I had the standard sake and was happy to drink it slowly 😇. Tomorrow, we will finally start the spring sake comparison 😀.
Japanese>English
アラジンGood evening, Yasbay 😃. You really are a man of action😳 I'm jealous of the liquor store in Yao because it's one of the liquor stores I'd like to visit! I'm really curious to see the product lineup, but I'm also really curious to see what it's like to buy sake from the catalog: ☺️

Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi bouken 😀 The security guard where I work lives in Onchi and when I told him about Inui's, he said he didn't know it was a liquor store even though he is a local 🤣. I'm surprised that it's easier to get to than Sukumasa or Matsusen 🤣.

ヤスベェI thought it was time to start a spring sake comparison, but before I do that, I'm going to open a bottle of sake that I prepared for warming up😇. I opened a bottle of Mutsu Hachisen's ISARIBI 😀. My image of heated sake is one that goes well with fish dishes, but today I'm going to start with a cold sake 😇. It's a special junmai, but I could smell the same ginjo aroma as a ginjo-shu, but it's not as dry as it should be 😀. It was a delicious sake that didn't interfere with the food 😀. Of course, the dish I paired it with was sashimi, which was delicious 😀. Tomorrow will be the last time I warm up sake for the year 🤣.

Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi Yasbay 😃 I got some good sashimi of squid before I started drinking sakewa, and I was told by the liquor store that it goes well with squid! I drank it at the liquor store! I drank it cold at the time, but heated sake is also delicious 🍶😋.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Pon 😀 I've never seen this Hachisen before either 😀. From the name, I'm thinking it's a dry sake that goes well with seafood dishes and also goes well with heated sake😇. The cold sake was delicious, but I'm not sure about the heated sake 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 I still can't get any regular 🐢 information from Hata, but I'm hoping for some 🥇🐢🤣. I'm doing a spring sake special starting tomorrow and I have almost 30 bottles so I probably won't have a chance to drink heated sake before July 😅.
Japanese>English

ヤスベェToday, I'm opening a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Jihonben from my hometown in Yamaguchi Prefecture 😀. I have always had a strong impression that "aluzoe" is a term used to describe a sake that tastes bad but is made to taste good by adding aluzoe, and I began to think that we were losing money by avoiding aluzoe. Of course, I have had Junmai Toyo Bijin before and I know it is delicious, so I chose this sake because I thought I could experience the taste of Daiginjo more with this sake 😀. When I opened the bottle, I could smell the delicious ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the deliciousness comes rushing in at once 😀. Then... ❓😅😅 I can't tell the difference in taste between Aru Soze and Junmai type 🤣. So this is what a good al-soke daiginjo is 😅. It was a nice sake that taught me that from now on, I don't have to stick to junmai type 😇
Japanese>English
ロビンYasbay, I like the oriental beauty👍. The addition of brewing alcohol seems unusual 🙄. Toyo Bijin is cheap, but all of them are great 😃.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasube-san 😃 I guess they add alcohol to the sake to make it taste better 😊 but I'm still attracted to the word "pure"... 😅 maybe because I'm a purist 😁Toyo Bijin has alcohol in it 😳

ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 In my case, one of the reasons why I failed so many times in the distant past was because I was cheated by cheap all-you-can-drink sake that tastes only sweet and easy to drink 😀. A properly made aluzoe tastes great and doesn't give you a bad taste 😇.
Japanese>English
ジャイヴHello, Yasube! I found out about "Toyo Bijin Jifan Beni" last season and I wanted to get it this year but I couldn't 😅. I'm still interested in it after reading your review 😁.
Japanese>English
マルHi Yasbay 😊 I also drank this one and it's good! I thought so 😋. I didn't know it was alsobe 😳
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Jive 😀 I thought Zipangu was a very good sake, and it has successfully overturned my image of alsobeer 😇. I think it's worth a try if you have a chance to try this drink 😀.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Maru 😀 I knew it was alsobe, but I thought ❓ 🤣 where is the alsobe ❓, so if I really didn't know, I would have ended up with a normal tasty junmai type ginjo sake 🤣.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Yasube! I've been thinking about buying it but after reading your review, I suddenly want to drink it 😊 I see that it's alsobe! I'm all for a good alu-soy 😁.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェGood evening, Pon 😀 It's great that you are properly aware that you are welcome in Alsobe 😀. If you are such a Pon-chan, I would definitely recommend Zipangu, so please give it a try 😇.
Japanese>English
遥瑛チチGood evening, Yasube! I used to be a Junmai-sake supremacist because of a certain manga, but thanks to Gakki and some other great sake brewers, I've started to drink a lot more. You should try different kinds of sake without prejudice. ❗️

ヤスベェBefore we get into the spring sake drinking comparison, here's a little second round of filling in the map of Japan 😀. Today's sake is from Okunomi in Tokyo 😇. I'm going to open a bottle of Okunami because it's been drunk by many of the people I've become friends with at Sake-no-wa recently 🤣. The first time you open the bottle, you can feel the tangy aroma in your mouth 😀. It's my favorite 😀. The ricey flavor and sweetness from there comes rushing in and flows along with the meal 😀. It has a delicious claim to deliciousness that is not at all inferior to the Eiko Fuji, Jikin, and Imi that I compared it to 🤣. There's no end to good sake 🤣.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening Yasbaye 🦉. I like it 🙂👍I can't even find a store that carries this sake 💦I'll make plans to go to Osaka 😁.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Yasbay 😃. Oh! The same No. 13 is waiting for you in our fridge too 🤗Yasbaye's favorite one 😋I'm looking forward to drinking it after I get sober 🥹.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasubeyesan 😃. You are very active to go to Shosen 👍‼️Yamoru is available at Ikushima Shoten in Suita City 😊It is an interesting store that offers tasting after tasting 😁I went there by car but they asked me just to smell it 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Pon-chan 😀 Yamori is delicious, but the problem is that it is not generally sold at the liquor stores I frequent 🤣 I was told about a store in the city that carries it, but I couldn't find it. I was told about a store in the city that carries it, and I looked around the area but couldn't find it, so I ended up buying it at Sakai, where I had bought it before.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Jay & Nobby 😀 I saw that you guys were drinking Yamori-san and I opened a bottle as soon as I could 😀. If you're sober, I highly recommend this delicious Yamori 😇 But I guess it's still Tochigi sake ❓🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 Thank you for the information 😇 I went to Matsusen this time to buy Yamori-san and Abe-san, but you can buy both in the Suita area 😀. Next time I go to Matsusen, it will be either Kahayo or Ippo 🤣.

ヤスベェWhen we went to Shiga warehouse opening the other day, his wife left his hat on the train😅. We got a call that they found the lost item and we had to go to Kyoto station to pick up the hat 😀 We got the hat safely and now what to do ❓....... After receiving the hat safely, we decided to go to Fushimi and had my favorite Sakekasu Ramen. While I was in a good mood to visit sake breweries, Yume Hyakushu had an all-you-can-drink sake event for 30 minutes at 17 breweries in Fushimi, so I joined the event 😀. All the sake were delicious, but my favorite was from Yamamoto Honke and their Junmai Daiginjo called Momo 😀. I'm on my way home from Fushimi now, feeling good in the afternoon 😇.
Japanese>English
かおりんI was very happy to be able to drink a variety of sake and also enjoy my favorite sakekasu ramen 💕.
Japanese>English
TAKAHIROYasube, it's nice to meet you and I'm always interested in your work ❗I like visiting sake breweries 🎵My hometown Hiroshima also has a sake brewery opening and I'd like to go 🎵.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Yasbay 😃. You were blessed to have forgotten something 🤗now what to do 🤔 from now on is the flow 👍You also have a great sense of smell to find an event for drinking 😆.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェThanks for your comment, TAKAHIRO 😀. This time of year is like kurabiraki in many places 😇. Last week we enjoyed Shiga's kurabiraki and today we had the chance to compare the different types of sake in Fushimi 😀. Hiroshima's kurabiraki looks fun too 😇
Japanese>English
ヤスベェGood evening, Jay & Nobby 😀 Actually, the wife said she wanted to try the sake lees ramen in Fushimi again, so we went to Fushimi for that😇. I didn't think they had such a drinking event 🤣.
Japanese>English
ロビンGood evening, Yasube-san! Fushimi is nice, I haven't been there recently, so I want to go there. Sakekasu Ramen is a kind of ramen, looks delicious👍. I made udon noodles with sakekasu to consume the large amount of sakekasu I bought 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェGood evening, Robin 😀 Sake lees udon is a good idea and looks delicious😇. There is a place in Fushimi called Fushimizu Sake Brewery Alley, which is like an event town with many stores, and there is a ramen shop where you can choose a flavor from 6 different breweries of sake lees😇.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood evening, Yasube 😃. I think Kaorin intentionally left her hat on the train because she wanted to eat Fushimi's sakekasu ramen 😁I'm glad she could drink as much as she wanted thanks to that 😌It's a good companion to have... 🤣
Japanese>English
かおりんRafa papa. Great read 😝! Great read👍 😝.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening Yasube & Kaorin 🦉. I want to eat sakekasu ramen 😳‼️ because I like sakekasu 😻I would like to eat it because I like sakekasu 😻I met you at the drinking event 😆You and your husband have the luck of sake that you might lose something you forgot 😉👍
Japanese>English
ヤスベェGood morning, Rafa papa 😀 Originally, I was planning to go see the Sakurabana-sho (Cherry Blossom Award) while I was there to see the cherry blossoms 😀. I don't know anything about horse racing, but I was going to buy Yutaka Take, the only person whose name I know, so I'm glad I could use it for sake 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェGood morning, Pon-chan 😀 Yume Hyakushu is always a place to have tea before leaving, so I didn't think they were having a sake drinking event 🤣. Thanks to that, we were both in a good mood on the way home and almost forgot something again😅.

ヤスベェMy hard-to-find sake (6) Today's bottle is a Junmai Daiginjo from Eikoufuji. Why is it a hard-to-find sake? Actually, I received this sake from Sukumasa's February hanpukai and it is called LEAP YEAR 2024 and is only released once every 4 years in a leap year 🤣 I was not aware that it was a leap year sake. I didn't know much about leap year only sakes, but I heard there are several breweries that sell them 😇. But if I hadn't signed up for Sukumasa's hanpukai, I wouldn't have noticed it at all 😅. But if I hadn't signed up for Sukumasa's hanpukai, I wouldn't have even heard of them 😅. The taste of Koneei Mitsuyoshi's super limited edition sake was hard to compare to Jikin and Imi's sake that we drank together 😀. I was impressed that the sake tasted even better when it was chilled, fresh out of the fridge, than when it was brought to room temperature for the tasting 😇.
Japanese>English
かおりんIn an Olympic year 🍶, it is not easy to get this kind of sake in that sense. I didn't know that there was also this kind of sake.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasube & Kaorin 😃 I see a lot of leap year limited edition sake at sakewa this year 😊I didn't start sakewa last leap year so I just found out about it this year 😅I'm jealous because I haven't had it yet 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 I too was completely unaware of the leap year limited edition sake 🤣. Thanks to Sukumasa's hanpukai 😀. The next time I can drink it will be in 4 years, so let's keep drinking it until then 😇
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんHello Yasube and Kaorin 🐦. I saw some of them at the liquor store but nothing came to me😅I finally realized after reading your review that it's been 4 years 😂Let's all keep going 😆.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェGood evening, Pon-chan 😀 Pon-chan is still young, so that's good, I don't know if I will still be drinking in 4 years 🤣. For now, I'll keep drinking as long as I can 😇

ヤスベェMy hard-to-find sake (5) After work today, I met up with my wife to watch the cherry blossoms at night along the Okawa River 😀 We went to our usual izakaya (Japanese-style pub). We went to our usual izakaya together 😀. The sake we had was Jyushidai, which is the most difficult to obtain sake for me 😀. I've applied for the lottery many times before, but I've never won 🤣. So I haven't had it at home yet, but I feel like I'm drinking it all the time thanks to the fact that I know a store that always has Jyushiyo in stock 😀. The two bottles we had today were both incomparably delicious😇. However, his wife still prefers his student's Hanayuup to his teacher's Jyushiyo 🤣.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Mr. Yasube. I saw how difficult it is to find the various types of wine at the time of the dawn of time. I envy you that you have a store where you can have a drink anytime ✨
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasube-san 😃. Jyushiyo is difficult to drink at home 😓Maruriki is a good restaurant 👍We used it for a farewell party for my tennis friends the other day and it cost us 7,500 yen per person because we drank too much 😅.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi, Pon 😀 Yes, it seems to be quite difficult to drink at home, but I'm thankful that my regular restaurant always carries it, so I don't feel like it's a hard-to-find sake 😀. Besides, the wife seems to be more Hanamup than Jyushidai as usual 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHello Rafa papa 😀 Thank you for visiting the restaurant I mentioned 😀. The manager says thank you very much😇. You drank quite a bit by the way 🤣. That's for the two of us yesterday 😅.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi Yasubeyesan 😃 We...won the Jyushiyo, but no one has ever won the 🥲 even in the prefectural party 🤔, but since you are so lucky Yasube, I'm sure you will win one of these days 🤗.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Jay & Nobby 😀 As I said, it seems that the availability of sake is quite regional 😀. In the end it's all luck and hard work 🤣. Tonight is the last in our series on hard-to-find sake 🤣.
Japanese>English
こぞうYasubeyesan. Good evening... I've only seen Jyushiyo, also only in stores 😥 or there was even a lottery 😱I didn't list it in the repo but I've had it several times and I prefer Hana Yuu 😍Jyushiyo is too easy to drink 😅.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHello, Kozo-san 😀 I still think Hana Yuu tastes better than the one I usually drink 😇. but some people say Hanayuup and Hanayuup are also hard to find sake 🤣. Good sake is getting harder and harder to get 😅.

ヤスベェMy hard-to-find sake (4) This is the real hard to find sake, Reimei from Okinawa 🤣. I know that you guys have tried to go around Japan and you can't go further than Okinawa and Miyazaki prefectures 😅. I have cleared Miyazaki prefecture at the beginning of the second lap, so if I clear Okinawa prefecture, the second lap is almost a done deal too. It's definitely a hard-to-find sake 🤣. In case you're wondering, I won't be attempting the third round 😅. I'm done with the hard work of searching for it and the taste is not worth it 😇 The taste of Reimei is not so bad to be honest, but it tastes like the sake that is often served at all-you-can-drink izakaya 😀.
Japanese>English
ロビンGood evening, Yasube! It's really hard to find 💦. I looked for it there and couldn't find it, and ended up buying it at the airport on my way home! 😁. Miyazaki is also difficult to find, thanks for the information 🙏.
Japanese>English
アラジンGood evening, Yasbay 😃. It's great that you are so prepared to secure two sakes of Reimei for the second lap 😳👍. I can see the goal of the second lap of your Japan sake tour trip is almost in sight ☺️ But the pressure of the sake to be compared with Reimei is amazing 😄.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasbay 😃 Thanks for the second round 😁I'm going to Okinawa next month but I don't think I'll buy it even if I see Reimei... 🤣
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Robin 😀 It is quite difficult to buy Sentoku sake from Miyazaki prefecture in Kansai, but if you go to Miyazaki, you can find it in supermarkets 😇. In my case, I was able to buy it because of the information that they put it out at a product exhibition in Miyazaki 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Aladdin 😀 The store seemed to be having a hard time selling any sake at all, and they thanked me when I said I would buy the two small bottles they had left in bulk😇. The only people who would go out of their way to buy it would be those who are doing a round-the-japan trip to get it 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 Private trip to Okinawa ❓....I envy you😇 If I go to Okinawa, I don't think I will buy any more 🤣. I have all the rest of the second round of sake on standby, so all I have to do is drink it 🤣.

ヤスベェMy hard-to-find sake (3) Today I opened a bottle of Jikkai draft 😀. In my case, Jikin really depends on the luck of the draw 🤣. Last year I tried 5 times and won 4-1, which is a high percentage, but the only raw was nigori 🤣. This year I've tried 3 times and won 2-1, still a high probability 😇. And this time it was Yamada Nishiki raw 😀. First, as promised, we started drinking with a "Sieg Jikkai" 😀. The comparison of the two, Yonotori, Izumi, and Jikin...............................it's a great picture 🤣. Of course I don't dare to compare with Yonotori because they are different from each other 😅... but I still find it hard to say which one is better 😅. The Jikin is slightly better in aroma, but both are wonderfully balanced in taste 😀. Jikin for its gorgeous balance, and Ⅱ for its calm balance 🤣. I was the happiest one to be able to compare them together ❤️
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Yasube! That's a high-level drinking comparison 👍✨Both are well-balanced and delicious ❣️ and you've already won 2 this year 😳The sake gods are here too 〰🙏✨.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasube 😃 You won 6 draws and lost 2 😳⁉️ that's great 🤣I only won once 😅I wish I could drink Mie Yamada Nishiki 🙄...
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Pon 😀 I really appreciate the fact that I can drink them all at home at once since they are all high potential sake even though they are from different lines 😇. The next hard-to-find sake is a completely different kind of hard-to-find sake 🤣.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 I heard from others that Rafa papa is a sake god, but I guess my luck in the metaphysical lottery is moderate 🤣. I would be more than happy if this was a real lottery 🤣.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi Yasubeyesan 😃 I'd like to share my luck with a cup of sake 😳Yes, it's a wonderful sake 🍶 but I see that the sake is suitable for us calm people 🤗I'd love to drink it 😆.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Jay & Nobby 😀 I would like to share my luck in the 14yo raffle with you guys as I will give you about 3 rounds of my metaphysics now 🤣. I'm jealous of you two who won because I haven't been able to drink at home without winning the Jyushiyo raffle 😇

ヤスベェMy hard-to-find sake (2) Today I'm going to have a bottle of Imi 😀. This sake is sold by a liquor store in my neighborhood, but the rule is that they can only sell me one bottle a year 😅. But due to the kindness of the store owner, we have two bottles at home, so we decided to open the bottle this time 😀. We compared them with Bodai Hashiwado's Sanomorosugi and Yatagarasu, and the Yonotori that we opened yesterday😇. We also had a bottle of Imi that had been brought to room temperature for the tasting, but Imi was by far the best tasting at room temperature😇. The pure rice Bodai Hashihashi and Yonotori have an overwhelming aroma and taste with a strong individuality, while the Imi has a moderate aroma and taste, but when you hold it in your mouth, the well-balanced flavor opens up and then it finishes with a clean taste 🤣. After all, it's a delicious sake!
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood morning Yasubeyesan 😃 I don't know when I'll be able to drink it again but I'll keep it in mind 😋I went to buy it over the weekend after you gave me the information but it was sold out 😭.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Yasbay 😃. Imi~‼️🤩😍🥹This is a really hard to find sake 😭I have to get it first 😅I'll keep in mind that it tastes great at room temperature 👍I'm getting paranoid 😆.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀 I thought you must have gone to buy it right away and got it too 🤣. I went back the next day and it was already sold out😅.
Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Jay & Nobby 😀 It was a little too beautiful and a little too cold right out of the fridge 🤣. There's no weird tangy taste, so even if you bring it back to room temperature, it opens up the flavor honestly😇.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんHello Yasbay! A true hard to find sake! I haven't even been able to drink it outside 😂I'd love to experience the flavor of this review 🥹I'm more and more curious about your next drink😳

ヤスベェAnother new year has begun 😀 I told my wife that I was going to drink Shinsei today because it's April Fool's Day and she said I was lying... so I really did serve her Shinsei😇! It's our family's favorite kijo sake, Yonotori no Shokumi 😀. I love the robust sweetness of kijoshu 😀. For those who love kijoshu, this is the best sake 😀. It has the same robustness as the Bodaihashi sake we compared, but I wonder what this sweetness is all about 🤣. That being said, this week I would like to boldly compare hard-to-find sake 🤣.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Yasubeyesan 🦉. Yonotori is delicious 🙂 I love the taste of ❣️ 🙂 Really what is this drink 😆. A great drink for the new year ✨.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Yasube! We don't like sweets 😅we enjoyed the Yangtze Bird 😋I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with for the hard-to-find sake ❗️ 👋

Japanese>English
ヤスベェHi Jay & Nobby 😀 Yonotori is not just the sweetness of kijo sake, it has a doshuri flavor😇. It's a hard-to-find sake for me, so from the perspective of people in the Kanto area, it might be available normally 🤣.
