Modern Formula Zero 😋. It's the end of the year and we're starting with the Zero 😊. I remember last year it had a chili feeling 🤔, but this year it has a beautiful mouthfeel and a great acidity👍! I was able to drink it smoothly and enjoyed it this year as well 🎯.

Yumachi Nakadori 😋. The taste is firm with just the right amount of acidity to give it a good sense of balance 👍 The alcohol content is high, but it was a delicious bottle that you could drink it down in gulps 😋. On the second day, the acidity is slightly reduced and the taste is more rounded and deep, which is also good 🥰.

New Sake 🍶 was available again this year. It has a fresh mouthfeel like an apple 🍏😋 with just the right amount of acidity to make it delicious👍. It is one of my favorite bottles with a slight cloudiness 😊. Sake degree +4 Acidity 1.6
