New Sake 🍶 was available again this year. It has a fresh mouthfeel like an apple 🍏😋 with just the right amount of acidity to make it delicious👍. It is one of my favorite bottles with a slight cloudiness 😊. Sake degree +4 Acidity 1.6

This year's new sake is from Akabu😋. Sweet, tasty, acidic, with some chili gas. It has a nice sharpness...it was a stable taste👍.

The last of the summer sakes was the Ura-Senkohana 🥰. The back side is still sweeter, but it has a cleaner taste and is easier to drink and my wife and daughter loved it👍The back side was delicious as well♪
