The taste is firm with just the right amount of acidity to give it a good sense of balance 👍
The alcohol content is high, but it was a delicious bottle that you could drink it down in gulps 😋.
On the second day, the acidity is slightly reduced and the taste is more rounded and deep, which is also good 🥰.
