Sannomiya drinking (3) The first restaurant we were planning to go to for our fourth stop, a stand-up drinking spot that specializes in hormone, was out of stock, so we decided to take a break from drinking for a change and had a sweet treat 😋. After eating my favorite kintsuba and coffee set from Hon Takasagaya, I ordered an additional zenzai (sweetened red bean soup) from a neighbor 😁. Last stop was Asano Sake Shop 🍶. I was curious about the seasonal sake Funaka Hachisaku that I saw on Instagram: ☺️ I was wondering how this one would be, since I didn't like the strong bitterness of the summer sake, but as I thought, the regular sake seemed to suit me the best 🤣. I think it is also a pleasure to drink sake to feel the difference between the two 😘.

Sannomiya drinking (2) The third restaurant after the usual stand-up drinking place where we do not drink sake, we went to "ORINAS" which I saw on eo Hikari's Gourmand's Hideout. I asked the staff about the recommended light and dry sake, and they recommended Imadaiji, Yukio, and Senkou. He recommended Imadaiji, Yukio, and Sentori. I was not sure if it was dry or not, but it had a nice umami and sweetness, not too much acidity, and it certainly had a clean and refreshing aftertaste 🙃. It was a good place to drink slowly at night 🤣. Roast beef set meal + 1 piece of fried chicken

Sannomiya Morning Drinking (1) I haven't even finished posting about my trip to Shimane yet, but I'm happy to be drinking in the morning 😀. I've only ever had Jungin, which is my favorite sake, so I was very happy to see this 😘. The Jungin is not only spicy but also has a nice sweetness, but it could be a little sweeter 😋. I want to take it home, but I have a bad feeling if I do😅. I thought I posted this after 9am drinking but now it's here 🤣.

Maaan, it's great that you can drink in the morning 🎵 I've only had the red Bakuren, but even as a lover of sweet and savory, I enjoyed it 😋. I'd like to try the green and white ones too if I can find them at outside drinking 🤗.

Matsue Izumo Trip (7) The second restaurant was S-PARK, a wine and craft beer restaurant. I ordered a glass of Izumo Fuji Junmai Ginjo Super Dry B lue first, but they said they didn't have enough for one glass, so I got it as a service 😊 As usual, my memory is not so good from this area 😅 I guess it wasn't dry enough for my liking... The bottle said it was recommended to be heated to about 60℃, I don't remember how hot it actually was, but it was delicious 😋 It had a nice color from the aging process 😊. The entrée was visa and Shimane's famous akaten😁.

Matsue Izumo Trip The fifth and final drink at Nekko-ya 😁. I wanted to visit Gassan Tomita Castle before Matsue Castle, but it was a mountain castle and it would have taken about 2 hours to get there. We went to Yoshida Sake Brewery in Gassan nearby and asked about the sake we were going to buy as a souvenir 😁. We decided to have Junmai Ginjo here, it was a little bit sweet but it was easy to drink without any lingering aftertaste 😅I prefer something a little spicier 😅. The izakaya also told us that Gassan is a slightly sweet sake 😁.

Travel in Matsue and Izumo The third cup of sake at Nekko-ya 😁. Today's Oroku, which we compared to the other two, was "Kei", which also had a slightly unique aroma 😊. The third one is "Saba no Shokara (salted mackerel)" which seems to be a common dish in Shimane ‼️ The owner offered to serve me some sake to go with it since I only ordered sake, but since I can't eat fish, my wife decided to have it 😅. Matsue Izumo Trip 4 The 4th cup of sake at Temahima Ryori Nekko-ya 😁. I had 200 CI in the middle of the trip, so I decided to skip the 3rd glass and have "Oroku Jouki" which I was able to capture a bottle of 😁. Including the comparison of three different types of sake, I felt that the Hakko and the Jokki were the best for me 😋. The store aims to be the best in Japan in handling Ohroku, and they keep their sake in a -5°C refrigerator 😚. Since we were at the counter, he explained the sake each time and gave me sake recommendations and sake shops in Shimane, so it was an enjoyable drinking experience 😋.

Matsue Izumo Trip 2 At night, we went to "Temahima Cuisine Nekko-ya" 😁. The reason we chose this restaurant was because they serve "Ohroku", so we started with a set of three different types of sake 😚. Unfortunately, no bottles were available, and the menu is a bit old, so I don't know the specs, but I decided to start with the super Oroku on the left 😋 Incidentally, today's Oroku is called "Kei". By the way, today's Oroku is called "Kei". The aroma of the Kei is a little different from my usual sake, and I drank too much afterwards 😅😅. All of them were delicious, but the one I enjoyed the most was the "Ha-Xi" 😋.

Matsue Izumo Trip 1 We had lunch at Yakumoan in Shiomi Nawate, which was crowded with people due to the "Bakebake" effect. I was going to drink sake, but since we were starting from Sandesi, I thought about the night and stuck with beer 😆. We headed to the parking lot to go to Matsue Castle, but the lot was full and there was quite a line 😅 We had no choice but to park our car at the hotel and walk to the castle, stopping at the Yoneda Sake Brewery on the way and having a tasting 😋. The middle one was "Junmai Hatsudai Dry Kingoro" labeled by the first brewer, the right one was "Junmai Super Dry Hiyoroshi", and the left one was made by one of their regular customers who buys this sake 😁. All the sakes were dry and delicious, but the left one seemed to be the best match 😋.

The 6th cup of drinking from Tenma to Honmachi The third and final sake at Osaka Honmachi was "Nabeshima" for the second time 😁 The Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki I had before was very good, so I ordered it with high expectations, but the "Akatombo" effect and too much drinking made it a reminder 😁. The waiter was transferring the sake into custom-made bottles one after another while we were drinking, which he said was the secret to keeping the sake fresh. ☺️ After that, we met up with my wife's friend and drank about 3 gou of "Eekodori, Toyo Bijin, and Drunken Whale" at "Pop Sake Bar Sanma Uratenma" in Tenma, but we finished without any pictures 🤣 We drank a lot today too!

The 5th drink of Tenma - Honmachi drinking 😁. The second drink at Osaka Honmachi Sake Store was the first "Akatombo" 😁 It was a completely different sake from the ones I have been drinking until now 🤔 The moment you drink it, you can feel the acidity that you have never had before, and because of that, you can't believe that the alcohol content is 14%, so you can drink as much as you want without any food 🤔. I think it is a sake that you can drink as much as you want without any side dish. I think it would be good to drink it in between when you drink a lot of Sake 😁. I was so impressed with this sake that I don't have any impression of the sake before and after this one, maybe because I drank too much😅. The entrée is stewed beef? The third one is the Japanese beer 😁 that I drank at [stand petit].

Fourth drink of the Tenma - Honmachi drinking session 😁. We went to the main restaurant we wanted to visit this time, "Sake Cost Sake Brewery Osaka Honmachi" 😀 It was our first time to visit this restaurant, so the waitress gave us a detailed explanation about the restaurant. It was my first time to visit the restaurant, so the waitress gave me a detailed explanation about the restaurant. I chose the first brand "Atago no matsuri", but my impression of the sake was not good at all due to the "Akatombo" I drank next and the amount of sake I drank after that 😅 I'll leave it as a reminder for another time... The picture looks as if I drank "Shinmasa", but the bottle was filled with "Wakarimizu" 🤣.

Third drink of the Tenma - Honmachi drinking tour 😁. It's been a while since my second post, but on the way to Kitahama-Honmachi, I looked for a place where I could drink sake, but I couldn't find one 🍺, so I went to the basement of Senhi Building to have one drink at "Popular Stand Kimoto" 😁. My first time at Uguisu in the garden 😊. I wanted to drink it again this time, it was dry and easy to drink 😋 I checked the stores that sell it, but they are only in Kyoto and Osaka in the Kinki region 😂. I hope I can come across it again somewhere. The 4th picture is croquettes from Nakamuraya in Tenjin-suji-bashi shopping arcade, a store that often appears in Gobugobu, freshly fried, sweet and delicious 😋.

I had checked out a few places where you can drink sake, so I went here 😁. Sake is self-poured from the fridge and you choose your own sake 😁. As I was pouring the sake, the customer next to me told me that it was very drinkable 😙. It was indeed easy to drink and one of my favorite sakes I've had recently 😋 I don't see many stores carrying it, so when I find it, I'll be sure to repeat the experience 😋. I'm going to finish moderately today so I don't fall asleep in the passenger seat on the way home😅.

My wife wanted to try some sweet food, so we went to "Kasagiya" in Ninenzaka and had Kameoka and Sanshoku Ohagi (three-color omelet). We went to GIONTACHINOMI YAMANEKO, which Kunihiko Mitamura had visited on "Otona Tabi Arukitabi" (Adult Travel) 😁. There were about 50 different kinds of sake, probably only Kyoto sake, so I asked the waitress for a recommendation for a light and dry sake and here it is 😊. My first sake, not even registered as a brand name at Sake-no-wa 😆. It was dry, refreshing and easy to drink 😋.
