Sake Go Around Kobe ④ The brewery owner was not there either 😂 I was looking forward to this because it was a brewery of a distant sake that I enjoyed drinking as well as the one I just visited 😭. They had the option of heating the sake, but it was too hot, so I went with cold 😁 delicious 😋.

Sake Go Around Kobe (3) There was a long wait here too😅I thought the wait would be about 10 minutes, but it was more than 20 minutes before we entered the store😀. The store was full of young staff and no one from the brewery ⁇ I was told that the brewer would come to each store when you purchase a batch 😭. The price is also a bit expensive at 1,200 yen 😅 So we had some sake and food and left early 😅Amenbi is delicious 😋.

Good evening, Maa-san! I didn't realize there was a wait time even for a weekday noon start! It is indeed Sannomiya. I have never had a drink at Amami! I've never had it. I've never even seen a bottle.... I'm jealous~!

Good evening, Mr. Pekkaal 🌕There was quite a wait in Sannomiya and some stores gave up 😂I drank my first bottle of Amami at "Kakomo" and also bought a bottle at "Sumino Sake Shop" at home 😁 so I was hoping to talk with the brewer....

Sake Go Around Kobe (2) There was a longer-than-expected wait at the first restaurant, so the person sitting next to me and I rushed to the second restaurant together while looking at the map, but we couldn't find the restaurant 😂 We wandered around for more than 5 minutes, but we couldn't find it, so we managed to get directions from other participants. We went up to the second floor from the fire escape of the apartment building 🤣. We didn't have a chance to talk to the brewer here, so we had sake and food and moved on 😂 I almost forgot to take a picture of the food after this 😂 First time drinking Ibaraki sake, it was delicious 😁.

Sake Go Around Kobe ① Unfortunately, I couldn't make the post on Sake Day, but I did enjoy Sake Day 🤣. I was so excited to see how it would be like to participate in my first go-around, I arrived 3 minutes before the restaurant opened at 11am as scheduled, but when I got out of the elevator, there were already more than 15 people in line, which was unexpected since it was held on a weekday 😂 I managed to make the second turn and entered the restaurant 😀 I had wanted to visit this restaurant before, and since the restaurant usually opens at 6pm, it was basically a restaurant I couldn't come to since I'm a morning drinker 😂. I am a morning drinker, so I couldn't come here 😂. I wanted to get some more, but there was a wait, and I had to leave because there was another one coming up 😁 My impression of the sake was as usual, all I can remember is that it was delicious 🤣 I've seen it at a nearby sake store on Awaji Island, and I've also seen it at a nearby sake store on Awaji Island. I have seen it at a nearby liquor store on Awaji Island, and the brewer said it was the same. I'm sure they sell it in Awaji Island too, but it wasn't registered at Sakegawa 😅.

The eve of Go-Around ④ Closing drink at Kotoriya, the restaurant where we were going to have a go-around tomorrow 😅. I ordered a large, hot sake from Toyo Bijin, which the owner said was not very hot, but I ordered it. The last time I drank Kouji's Dai-harakuchi was delicious, so I had high expectations 😍. As you can imagine, it has a nice umami and sweetness that is different from the dry sake of the main brewery. From now on, I'll have to drink the big dry ones from breweries that don't have a dry base when I find them 🤣.

I had a hard time deciding on a dry sake for my second drink at Go Around eve festival (3) "Standing Drinking Restaurant Kotoriya" and chose Toyo Bijin's very dry sake, and they gave me some of their recommendation 🥰 It was indeed dry and delicious. I feel like this is what sake is all about 😁.

Go-around eve of the festival (2) First Nabeshima, first Saga sake 😀. I've been wanting to go to this place for a while now 😁 at the "Standing Drinking Restaurant Kotoriya". I was hoping to have a chance to drink or buy it when I went to Kyushu last month, but I found a sake shop with a banner of Nabeshima in front of Saga castle, but I gave up 3 minutes before the meeting, and at a souvenir shop in Kokura castle, the special Jun was over 4000 yen and it was for 2024, so I gave up too🤣. I wondered how it would be for me, a dry sake lover, but it was not as sweet as I had imagined and was very easy to drink with no lingering sweetness 😋. I can't wait to try the other Nabeshima's as well: ☺️

Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃 Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to drink on my last trip to Saga so I didn't hesitate to have the first drink 😋 I gave up on the special Jun that was on sale at one point so next time I will definitely have it somewhere 😁 Kotoriya was a fun place to drink 😁.

Rushing to the Expo before it closes 😀. Before the opening, I was ready to go since it was held nearby, but I almost gave up but decided to go with the go-around the next day 😁. Early on, I had a drink at the world's oldest brewery 🍺 but then the crowd grew and I could barely drink a glass of Sun draft 🤣. We had to wait a long time for the bus, so we left at 6pm and went back to Kobe to drink 😋. We stopped at the "Ekimae Stand" right outside the bus terminal to get some sake 😁. Although the weather has cooled down, it was still hot during the day, so I went for this one 🍶 which seemed easy to drink and refreshing. It was just as I imagined and easy to drink 😋.

On the way back from Kyushu bullet tour, we went to Sannomiya 😀 Initially, we were going to have a morning drink at our usual "morning drink Raku Sake" at 8:30am, but the ferry was unexpectedly delayed by 2 hours 😂 According to our tour guide, this is the second time in 10+ years... We went to Asano's after going through a standing drinking place without sake that opens at 10:00am 😀. I couldn't imagine how spicy Kouji was, but the waitress said it wasn't very spicy, but it was easy to drink with a nice sweetness, which I like these days, and I thought it was the most delicious sake 😁. I was also able to get the sake go-around badge, which was the purpose of my visit 🥳.

On the way back to the ferry 🛳️2 I definitely had a dry Tosatsuru for my first drink 😀! It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still easy to drink and delicious 😋. I was sad that I can't drink so much and can't compare various drinks 🤣 I couldn't drink enough at the cafeteria, so I bought some Hakata menbei at the store and drank them outside 😀 That was the end of my ferry drinking. It was my first long-distance ferry trip and there were more than 10 kinds of Japanese sake, so it was a nice trip while enjoying sake 😁.

The return ferry: 🛳️ We couldn't drink sake on the way to the castle, so we took a bath before leaving the ship and hurried to the diner 😀 We were sweating a lot in the morning, so we wanted to drink a dry sake. I was sweating a lot in the morning and wanted a refreshing dry sake, so I tried Daikoku Masamune 😗, which was described as dry and promoted by Nada Gogo. However, it was so sweet that I thought I had misread the description of "dry" 🤣. I felt like I had done something wrong 🤣 I got myself back on track and went on to the next Tosatsuru 😋.

After getting off the ferry, we went on a bus tour of castles. Since I didn't have a car to drive, I was ready to drink, but the only chance I had to drink was a glass of raw sake at lunch 😂. At the last minute, 5 minutes before the meeting, I found a souvenir shop selling coins and had a drink 🤣 A little sweet, only 30ml, but it was my first Fukuoka sake and it filled up the map 😁. The photo is of Kokura Castle, the only one of the three castles we visited that has a castle tower.

I was not sure how to allocate the time on my first long-distance ferry ride, and I was probably too excited, but this was the end of the boat drinking I had been looking forward to 🥲 I fell asleep before I knew it 💤 without cell phone reception. Hi Jay & Nobby 😃. This is my first long distance trip alone, so I had a little bit of time to kill, but I thought it would be more enjoyable if we could take our time 🍶, there are more than 10 kinds of sake, but it's hard to drink a lot by myself in basic sandesi 🤣.

I boarded the ferry (🛳️) without any problems, but my former ferry riding blood got the better of me and I explored all over the ship and went under the Akashi Bridge in the open-air bath. 😂 After much deliberation, I chose a dish that I had never had before, Hamafukutsuru. I chose it because it was labeled as dry, but unlike the dry sake I drank today, it was a daiginjo, so it had a certain sweetness to it, which was nice and tasty 😋.

I went to the main store of "Kakomo" which I visited last month at Baltika 03, the best location right in front of the bus stop for the ferry terminal 😁 I was drinking while checking the line because I heard that it is often full and you can't get in, but there was no line at all, so I checked 5 minutes before, but there were about 20 people in the opposite line, I was impatiently waiting in front of the door to get in. I was able to get on 😅. I asked the store staff what they recommended for dry sake, and they recommended Sawanoi, so I ordered it 😀. I asked the shop owner for a dry sake recommendation and he recommended Sawanoi, so I ordered it 😀 This sake was also easy to drink and I drank it like water, so I was halfway through the day and had too much time to drink. I'll tell you more about it on the ferry. I had a lot of sake 🥳 in my preliminary check.

I drank it like water, but I had no time to drink more than one glass.

The first turtle sea you gave me😄. I like basically dry sake, so the first day was recently. It was the sweetest sake I've ever had at home, I guess it's fruity but I don't even know what kind of sweetness it has because I have a stupid tongue that basically doesn't like fruits😅. Yesterday, the third day after the bottle was opened, the sweetness became milder, and I enjoyed it because of the strong flavor of the food 😋.

We found a bottle of Tenbi Kariten at Sumi's Sake Shop and bought it from them after enjoying it at Kakomo KITTE Osaka last month. I was afraid to open the bottle, but it didn't feel gassy at all 🤣 It has a nice sweetness to it that is more than just the spiciness of its name, even though I'm not a fan of sweet things 😋! After the 3rd day, every time I open the bottle, it makes a nice sound 😊.
