I found a bottle of "Bakuren" which I usually don't see at a nearby liquor store that doesn't have that much local sake and doesn't even show up on the Sake-no-Wawa location search, so I bought it without hesitation even though it was a full bottle 😀. It's supposed to be super dry, but it's not just spicy, it has a nice subtle sweetness and umami 🤣. Finish with a souvenir momiji manju and 😋!

Good evening, Maa-san! I also had a bottle of Bakuren over the weekend, though I drank it outside 🎵. It's a very good sake 😋.

Good morning, ma-ki! I also remember drinking it outside before and it was so good that I bought a bottle 😅 I can't pair it with sushi because I almost never eat seafood, but it's a good sake to go with anything 😄.

Saturday morning drinking in Sannomiya (5) Memorandum At the third restaurant, Asano Sake Shop, we compared three kinds of Takachiyos for the first time 😋. I don't remember each one individually, but I'm sure they were all delicious... 😆. Next time I'm going to drink at the first house on a day when I don't drink too much 😅.

Saturday morning drinking at Sannomiya (1) Continuing from Friday, we started morning drinking at 8:30 a.m. at "Raku Sake" 😄. After quenching my thirst with Akahoshi, I had Kuroryu Gohyakumangoku, which was easier to drink than Ginpu, the spring seasonal sake 😋 Memorandum 😅. Rice: Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture Polishing ratio: 50 Sake degree: +1.0 Acidity: Alcohol content: 16%.

Purchased with Kido summer sake at Iwai Kotobuki Store in May 🍶. Rice type:Fukui Gohyakumangoku Rice Polishing Ratio : Koji Rice 55% Kake Rice 58 Sake meter: +4.0 Acidity: 1.7 Alcohol content: 15 I bought a bottle of Sakurazumi in spring at the brewery and it was so delicious that I checked out a distributor in Hyogo and bought it 😀 It has a little more gasiness than Sakurazumi. It is a little more gaseous than Sakurazumi, with a sweet taste at the beginning but it is sharp and dry at the end, also very tasty 😋. I don't like gaseous or sweet tastes, but for some reason I'm into Hakugakusen 🤣. I would love to try the recently released "Umimatsu" 😋.

Hello, Maa-san ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. I see you opened "Natsumushi" right away 🥰. Personally, I think the reason why "Hakugakusen" is so easy to drink is because it has sweetness, but the acidity is so clean and sharp that you don't feel the sweetness too strongly 🤔.

Hi Jive, good evening 🌒. I've been trying to broaden my horizons after reading your posts and reviews on sakewa, and I thought it would be great if it was not only spicy but also sweet and umami, yet sharp and easy to drink 😋 "Hakugaku Sen" is exactly what I'm looking for 😊.

I bought it in May at Iwai Kotobuki together with a bottle of Hakugakuzen summer sake 🍶. Finally opened in June😅 My first summer sake from my favorite Kido. It has more acidity than I expected and a bitterness that comes afterwards. It's not what I expected from a summer sake 😅.

Hello, Mr. Maa. I see you bought "Hakudakesen Natsumushi" ✨. We've just started releasing another summer sake, "Hakugakuzen Umimatsu" 🤣. I feel the design is in sync with "Kido" 🥰.

Hi Gyve! I opened a bottle of "Natsumushi" yesterday and it was delicious, so I'd love to try "Umimatsu" 😋. The liquor store where I bought the "Natsumushi" a week ago seems to have it in stock, but I didn't have a chance to go near there and was wondering 😂.

Friday's Sannomiya Drinking (5) The second drink at Uraoregyo was the Kabutomushi, which I had wanted to try! I thought it would not be my favorite sake, but it was different from the sake I have ever had, but I thought it was a good one 😋. I've read some reviews about the gasiness and petitiveness, but maybe it was because it was the last one, but I didn't feel any squash 🤣. Next year I want to drink it freshly corked 😀.

Friday night drinking in Sannomiya After leaving "Setogari", we went to "Uraoregyo" which we found when we were looking for the next Sake restaurant after Yakiniku & a lot of 🍺. It was my first Tengu Mai, but I have almost no memory of the taste, so I guess it was a dry and delicious sake that I liked 😅 Memorandum

Friday's Sannomiya drinking (3) The third cup of warmed sake to finish off the night at Setogari 😋. I was told before it was served that the color of the sake was like matcha (powdered green tea) 😅 at my companion's request 😃 Unlike the impact of the sake, it seemed to be a normal and tasty sake 😃. I forgot to take a picture but the person sitting next to me gave me a sip of Kumezakura's "Lemon D'oo" which was exactly like Lemon juice 🤣.

Souvenir of my trip to Fukui (6) I felt Kuroryu Ginpu was too sweet, so I wanted a dry sake, so I opened a bottle of this last souvenir from Fukui. I was pressed for time to visit Echizen Ono Castle, which is one of the 100 most famous castles in Japan, so I took the shortest route up the stairs, visited the castle, and descended in 10 minutes each. I had given up, but on the way back, Jive told me about a sake store called "Echizen Sake Shop Hayashi" where I could buy some sake 🙂. There was another sake I wanted to buy, but I already had 7 four-packs in the car including souvenirs... I had no choice but to buy one 😅. It's dry and tasty, but it's not light and dry, it's a bit heavy and bitter. It is a bit heavy and bitter 😊. It would be delicious warmed up 😋.

Hi Gyve ☀☀☀. I always have to be patient when I go to a store that carries a lot of it 😅. I'll try drinking heated sake next time 😋. After "Hayashi" I went to "Teppei" but it was closed even though it wasn't supposed to be closed 😂 shame!

Souvenirs of my trip to Fukui (5) Purchased at Ishidaya's main store in Ginfu😋, which I also drank on my trip to Fukui. I was drunk when I drank it in Fukui, and I remembered that it had a strong sweet taste, but when I drank it again, I felt it was sweeter. It was completely different from the spring Shiboris that I had had until last year😅. I think I prefer "Ichchorai" which is easy to drink and the spring Shibori until last year 😊.
