Souvenir of my trip to Fukui (6)
I felt Kuroryu Ginpu was too sweet, so I wanted a dry sake, so I opened a bottle of this last souvenir from Fukui.
I was pressed for time to visit Echizen Ono Castle, which is one of the 100 most famous castles in Japan, so I took the shortest route up the stairs, visited the castle, and descended in 10 minutes each.
I had given up, but on the way back, Jive told me about a sake store called "Echizen Sake Shop Hayashi" where I could buy some sake 🙂.
There was another sake I wanted to buy, but I already had 7 four-packs in the car including souvenirs... I had no choice but to buy one 😅.
It's dry and tasty, but it's not light and dry, it's a bit heavy and bitter. It is a bit heavy and bitter 😊.
It would be delicious warmed up 😋.

Hello, Mr. Maa.
[I'm sorry to hear that you're having a hard time making a decision when you go to the last one 😅.
Many locals like "Hanagaki" heated sake 🥰.

Hi Gyve ☀☀☀.
I always have to be patient when I go to a store that carries a lot of it 😅.
I'll try drinking heated sake next time 😋.
After "Hayashi" I went to "Teppei" but it was closed even though it wasn't supposed to be closed 😂 shame!
