There are quite a few open bottles left, but I opened a bottle of my own spring sake while there are only a few cherry blossoms left😅. Unlike the dry Junmai I drank in Fukui, it has a stronger aroma and a much stronger sweetness at first, then a little spiciness comes later. The fourth one is a special offer at 27 breweries in Fukui, where you can get an original label and a tokkuri seal if you spend more than 1,000 yen. You can also apply for a present depending on the number of breweries you visit in the "Fukui Sake Brewery Walk", which is currently in effect until April 2026.

Trip to Fukui (8) Sake for the night of Fukui trip, we'll close with (8). I think it's Sake and Soba? I got the impression that it was very dry and easy to drink, so I decided to buy a souvenir sake, a spicy and refreshing Junmai Ginjo from Ippongi (to give away). The 4th one is a souvenir for myself that I bought at a sake brewery, I think I'll be able to open the bottle next week.

We opened a bottle of Hakugakusen, which was given to us by Gybe on a trip to Fukui. The dry sake and the elegant sweetness of the Haniage went great together 🤣. The dry sake and the elegant sweetness of the Haniage went perfectly together 🤣 It felt dryer than the sake level, and as a lover of dry sake, I was hooked 😋. Thank you once again 🙇‍♂️

Trip to Fukui (7) The second drink at the "RICE BAR" 🤭. My favorite seasonal sake from Kuroryu. I was going to buy it at the brewery the next day, but I couldn't resist and drank it 😅 Enjoy it after having a good drink at home again 😊. Rice used: 100% Hokkaido Ginpu The nighttime cherry blossoms along the Asuwa River were also a treat 🌸.

Fukui Travel⑥ After admiring the night cherry blossoms along the Ashiba River 🌸, we enjoyed yakitori at Akiyoshi (3rd photo), which is famous for its yakitori, and then had our first drink at RICE BAR, where we arrived to drink sake after four consecutive closures and refusals 🍶. As I am a picky eater, there were many things I could not eat, but I was served an appetizer (the fourth one) that seemed to go well with sake. This is also Fukui sake and was delicious 🤭 After that, we drank until 1:30am, so I won't go into details from this point on 😅...

Thanks to Jive-san "shima" for giving me the opportunity to drink my first Shinsei and X-type. 🙇‍♂️ I don't know much about sake. I didn't know how rare X-type was, but after reading your post and comments, I was surprised again 😱. I never had a good image of the acidity of sake before, but the acidity of X-type is totally different and very tasty 😀! I would love to drink another TYPE if I get a chance ☺️

First cup at "SHIMA&coffee&sake" where I was joined by Jive. First time in Naraman, it was a delicious cup while listening to various stories about Sake 😋 When I came back to Hyogo, I couldn't find "SHIMA" in the place 😅. Is it bad if it's far away... The third one is the 🌸 of Fukui castle ruins

First drink of the trip to Fukui 🍶. The first drink of the trip was Fukui sake 😀. I don't know how many drinks I can go for, but as many as I can 💪. After this we have to go to the Fukui castle ruins first for now😅.

Hanami sake with Sakura Masamune while loving the cherry blossoms I got bought this year at home: ☺️ It is mentioned that it was founded in 1625 and is the originator of Seishu Masamune. It is also easy to drink and delicious.

At Himeji station on the way back from the Shirasagi Sake Festival.　The number of sake I drank is 239, so I guess there's more variety than that. All sake from Hyogo Prefecture: ‼️ I couldn't take as many photos as I wanted at the Shirasagi Sake Fest, so the 4th one is the list of the day's sake 😅.

Tomorrow I will be attending the Shirasagi Sake Festival in Himeji, so I will be moderate today with the Kido I opened the other day. It's my first time to attend a sake event, so I'm more worried about whether I will be able to come back safely tomorrow than looking forward to it😅.

Purchased at Yamana Shuzo, which I visited last month. It is freshly pressed, so it has a certain amount of gas.　Personally, I don't like the gassy feeling, but today the gassiness is a little lessened and it feels good.
