Purchased at Fukuyama station during a trip to Shimanami and Kurashiki 😄 I was looking for the "Fukuyama" from Tenpoichi that I drank at a pub in Fukuyama, but couldn't find it 😅. It is also dry, easy to drink and delicious 😋.

Memorandum of drinking outside (4) We ordered one half gou of Hakugakusen, which is our favorite sake, and also Natsumushi, which we had not had enough of when we drank at home. But when the bottle of sake came out, it was "Umimatsu" 🤪 We had an unopened bottle of "Natsumushi" waiting for us at home, so we drank it for the first time 😅 I think I like "Natsumushi" more than "Hakugakusen".

Memorandum of drinking outside (1) I saw this sake at a liquor store that I often visit recently and it was very popular at restaurants, so I had it as my first drink 😄 It has a sake degree of +15.6, but it was not that dry. The sake bottle was not served at the restaurant, so I asked them to serve me a bottle and took a picture in a hurry, so the picture is blurry 🤣. The food was the same as usual because I can't eat seafood 😅.

Good evening, Mr. Maa 😃. I'm a sakéwa drinker and I'm always asking "May I have a picture of the sake bottle?" I ask when I'm out drinking 😊 but I'm in a hurry when the waiter is waiting 😅. Dry sake for this assortment of tsumami! I like it 😚.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃. It's aruaru if you don't get a bottle of sake even if the restaurant promotes sake 😅. It's hard to tell in some restaurants 🤣. It's always a dry sake basically because it always turns out to be a knob like this 😚.

It was the middle day of a three-day weekend and I had no plans, so I went to Himeji with my wife on a whim 😀. We went to Himeji with my wife on a whim since we didn't have any plans 😀 It was the middle of a three-day weekend and there were so few people there that it was hard to believe it was a three-day weekend. I saw Shingo Tsurumi on TV yesterday and he visited a sake brewery and drank some Kenkunichi 😄. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't serve sake bottles, so I'll just post the menu 😅. It's a clear, dry and easy to drink sake with a nice sweetness 😋! Banshu's specialty Hine Pon and Himeji Oden as a side dish 🍢!

先月の三宮呑みの際、浅野日本酒店で売り切れでいたので、阪急三宮店にて何とか初購入😄 通常の超辛口が家呑みでも呑む、お気に入りなので楽しみにして開栓😙 ラベルの色に引っ張られたのか分からないが、サイダーのような甘い香りが🤨 呑んでみても甘さが強く残る感じがして、夏酒のキレるイメージとは違い、ちょっと苦手なタイプだった😅

I found a bottle of "Bakuren" which I usually don't see at a nearby liquor store that doesn't have that much local sake and doesn't even show up on the Sake-no-Wawa location search, so I bought it without hesitation even though it was a full bottle 😀. It's supposed to be super dry, but it's not just spicy, it has a nice subtle sweetness and umami 🤣. Finish with a souvenir momiji manju and 😋!

Saturday morning drinking in Sannomiya (8) Memorandum We finished the day with a super dry sake from Hyogo, our hometown 😋. The third one is "Kido" and "Funaka Hachisaku" 😄. Rice used: Hyogo-Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture Yeast used:: HYGO NISHIKI Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake degree: Acidity: Alcohol content: 17%.

I don't remember each one individually, but I'm sure they were all delicious... 😆. Next time I'm going to drink at the first house on a day when I don't drink too much 😅.

Saturday morning drinking at Sannomiya (1) Continuing from Friday, we started morning drinking at 8:30 a.m. at "Raku Sake" 😄. After quenching my thirst with Akahoshi, I had Kuroryu Gohyakumangoku, which was easier to drink than Ginpu, the spring seasonal sake 😋 Memorandum 😅. Rice: Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture Polishing ratio: 50 Sake degree: +1.0 Acidity: Alcohol content: 16%.

Purchased with Kido summer sake at Iwai Kotobuki Store in May 🍶. Rice type:Fukui Gohyakumangoku Rice Polishing Ratio : Koji Rice 55% Kake Rice 58 Sake meter: +4.0 Acidity: 1.7 Alcohol content: 15 I bought a bottle of Sakurazumi in spring at the brewery and it was so delicious that I checked out a distributor in Hyogo and bought it 😀 It has a little more gasiness than Sakurazumi. It is a little more gaseous than Sakurazumi, with a sweet taste at the beginning but it is sharp and dry at the end, also very tasty 😋. I don't like gaseous or sweet tastes, but for some reason I'm into Hakugakusen 🤣. I would love to try the recently released "Umimatsu" 😋.

Hello, Maa-san ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. I see you opened "Natsumushi" right away 🥰. Personally, I think the reason why "Hakugakusen" is so easy to drink is because it has sweetness, but the acidity is so clean and sharp that you don't feel the sweetness too strongly 🤔.

I bought it in May at Iwai Kotobuki together with a bottle of Hakugakuzen summer sake 🍶. Finally opened in June😅 My first summer sake from my favorite Kido. It has more acidity than I expected and a bitterness that comes afterwards. It's not what I expected from a summer sake 😅.
