It has a refreshing mouthfeel reminiscent of softly ripe muscat, young melon, a hint of grain, and young leaves in early summer. It is full of richness and umami with fruity green notes 😚 The soft bitter acidity in the second half is also nice 😚 It was a refreshing umami sake that made me forget about the hot and humid weather 😚.
Snapped peas, which are seasonal, were simply stir-fried with egg. The sweet, slightly bitter taste and unique texture lingers in the mouth 😋.

It has a soft aroma reminiscent of bananas and apples, with a rich rice flavor and umami. It is quite mellow, but has a high acidity level and a nice crisp aftertaste 😚.
Serve with Hoya no Shiokara (salted sea squirt)
When opened, there is a fine gas feeling. It has a soft koji aroma, a sweet umami taste of rice like coarse rice, and a slightly acidic aftertaste that spreads to a calm taste 😌.
I didn't find the fresh lychee as described on the label, but as I got used to it, I found it to be a flavorful and delicious sake that reminded me of ripe apples and melons 😚.
