A handsome, fluffy taste. It has a delicate aroma reminiscent of green apple and pear ♡♡♡♡♡. It is like soft water that soaks into the mouth without any stickiness 😌. It also has a fine chili taste ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡. I bumped into Higu who came to buy the same one ❗️😳 I wish I could have met Nanoha-san too 🥺.

店舗で氷温貯蔵の期間が長かったからかな⁈甘旨濃醇系にあるアンズ香がふわり😌やや落ち着いた味わいながら後口はしっかり目の酸味とフルーティなほろ苦さでグレフルっぽくも感じました😚次はぜひ、フレッシュなのも味わってみたいな 電車なので❗️って言ってるのに、4号瓶なら何本か持てるでしょ❓って、売る気満々😂 3、4枚目、パチンコ屋の2階にサイコーの湯めっけ♨️夜までぽっかぽかでした 地元なら通いたくなる泉質でした👍🏻

Souvenirs from East Hokkaido, No.1 Sake rice is Ginpu or something like that. Light malted rice aroma. It has a smooth and smooth texture, with a nice rich and chili flavor. The aftertaste is a good acidity and umami, and it is a medium-high slightly dry umazake 😚.

When opened, it had a steamed koji aroma and mushroominess, so I drank half a bottle and put it back in the fridge for a few days to see how it went. As the days went by, the aroma that bothered me faded, did it volatilize with the alcohol? As it got acclimated, the richness and umami could be felt more. I liked the clean apple taste with high acidity 😚.

This is a 3 year old bottle that had been quietly sitting in the fridge at the liquor store. I couldn't help but notice it every time I visited the store, so I finally picked it up 🤗. I remember it was from a series that was particular about rice polishing. It is light nigori. It has a chili flavor. It has a citrusy acidity that overlaps with the koji aroma, and a freshness that reminds me of pears.

Hi chika 🐥. I heard it is the work of designer Tsushima 🤔I thought it was tapioca or amoeba, but I heard it was inspired by a drop of sake. The black part of the label is hollowed out and when the light shines through it, the shadows are beautiful ✨.

📍 Ito-Yokado Utsunomiya I was curious about this because when I searched for Sogape in Sake no Wa, it came up as a brand with a similar flavor 👀 I found it at a supermarket I stopped by on a whim! I was wondering if there is a demand for it because they even had a bottle of Sandesi - a bottle. The aroma of cork and oak aroma is faintly wafting through the bottle. It had a sweet and sour taste reminiscent of white wine 😚.

It has been ice-aged in a store for about 3 years. The aroma is soft and subdued, reminiscent of ripe bananas, pears, and apricots. There is a slight chili flavor. Complex yet clean sweetness and umami derived from the nama-moto (sake brewing process). It is a delicious sake with a milky, soft richness and a smooth, refreshing taste.

I was attracted by the picture of the propeller and the label "Tokorozawa" 🤗If you look closely, you can see the pilot's seat is a basket 😱It looks like it might come off at some point 😱I can feel the history of this boat. It's a honjozo, but I like the slight chili taste and the full-bodied, gentle sweetness 😌. The aroma is softly reminiscent of apples 😌 The aftertaste is slightly bitter and acidic with a sharpness! It was a deliciously spicy sake that went well with meals.

Bili⚡️ and strong stimulation😳 I don't know if it has been fermented too much or if it originally has this taste 😔. The aftertaste is bitter and peculiarly acidic.... The second and third day, as the gassiness weakened, the fungal smell also calmed down a bit. The smell of fungus also calmed down a little as the gassiness weakened on the second and third days. The acidity in the aftertaste is similar to that of pickles 😌.

Hiyoroshi sold at Chateraise. It has the rich rice flavor of junmai sake, with a hint of raisin and fig-like fruitiness. It was better with oily foods such as katsudon (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice) and harumaki (spring rolls) than on its own. The third one, Taiyami Ramen. On the service day, raw egg and rice are both served for ¥500❗️⁉😳There are items to change the taste on the tabletop, which is also attractive😋.

I had two other Jungin varieties, but I went for this one, which is only available this time of year 🤗I wonder if it's fire-aged enough to be left in a brightly lit store with temperature differences for months on end? Sapporo souvenir 🤗. The aroma is mild, light and slightly spicy, reminiscent of young melon and apple. It is light, but after swallowing it down with a gulp, the richness and bitterness gradually spreads 😚. The third one is thick shrimp tsukemen topped with boiled egg. The whole wheat flat noodles are firm. When you slurp the noodles, you can smell the yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit) softly mixed with the fragrance of the prawns 😋.

It has a long-aged, soft mouthfeel. It has a soft, long-aged mouthfeel with hints of banana, apricots, figs, wood...maybe a hint of caramel? Slight caramel? It has a slightly bitter, calm sweet and sour taste and a full aroma. The aftertaste is a lingering sourness similar to that of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. Enjoy the aroma while sipping it. The third one is Ramen Cured Ham Fromage. The style is to eat it while mixing the cheese. In the second half, the set brown rice is dipped in the soup to make a risotto style 😋.
