It has a slight yellow tint, a clear, light sweet and sour taste reminiscent of apples, and a woody, honey-like aroma along with a full-bodied flavor. The palate is plump, but with a sharp acidity on the back end. After a few days, the sharp acidity softens, and I prefer it at temperatures closer to room temperature 😚.

It has a strong umami and a rich sweetness supported by a bitter acidity on the back end 🙄 ...🙄. After meeting up with Shinshin SY for lunch, our original plan was to have a little drink... but we found out that the restaurant was closed after the second stop 🤤🕘. In addition, they even took down the shutters and showed us the way out 😜. We couldn't miss the last bus...let's drink again...👋🏻🥹We said our goodbyes and headed home 🚌.

It's a sword...but it's fruity and light on the palate, with the sweetness and umami of the rice, and a deliciousness that melts away. In Utsunomiya, people decorate their entrances with a yellow beech tree, a local toy, to ward off evil spirits and pray for good health.

This is my second Hello World this season! I have been sleeping at home for about 6 months 😪. There is a slight orization and a lot of fine bubbles on the inside of the glass. It has a refreshing finish reminiscent of white grapefruit, with a pleasant chili sensation across the tongue, a green vegetal tinge, a young peach and pear sensation, and a hint of bitterness 😚. It is slightly dry, but the next day after opening the bottle, it becomes soft. The finish is more like a cocktail than a sake 🍸 The casual enjoyable taste is pleasant and makes you want to drink it all the time 😌. As the day goes by, there is an impression of acidity similar to that of lemon, and I felt it was a good match with Western food, just like white wine!

I finally picked it up and it's 500 check-in at Golden Sparrow 🤗 (I didn't put it anywhere else but here and couldn't choose a type 🥲). The top aroma and the hint of aroma are both full of pineapple 🤩 It tastes like pineapple syrup in a can with cider! Silky gasiness, malty aroma and full-bodied flavor, not too sweet but light and sweet 😚.

It has a smooth mouthfeel with a molasses-like sweetness and a classical sake-like flavor. It also has a rich umami flavor that would go well with sweet and spicy cooked dishes and grilled fish 😚.

A little drink in Utsunomiya🐾 with Shinshin SY, J&N and Kotori Part 3 We still had a little time before meeting up with J&N, so we decided to take the LRT to a sake store near the station while enjoying the changing scenery of the city. The design is stylish with Oyaishi, a specialty of Utsunomiya, decorating some of the stops and the interior of the train 😃. I was informed that Mr. J&N had started to drink 🍶 in the station, so I went back to the station to join him. We returned to the station and met up with J&N ❕ for the first time 🥹🤝. Shinshin-san and I ordered the omakase jizake (local sake) 3 types for comparison... Souhyo! It had an aroma slightly reminiscent of apples, with a full-bodied, acidic spread and a clean, medium to slightly dry aftertaste 😚.

Everyone is posting one after another 🤭I'm excited about the positive feedback! It looks like it's going to blow out when you twist the cap. The first glass is so strongly carbonated that it makes your mouth water when you swallow it 🫧It looks like it would make a great toast! The gaseous sensation gradually subsides...the aroma is reminiscent of pears and muscat. We were able to enjoy its deliciousness while sensing an atmosphere similar to that of a sweet, mildly-sweet sambudo 😋.

A lottery box was randomly placed at the entrance of a liquor store. I had to enter the lottery to win, so I kept going back to the store to enter the drawing and was rewarded with a phone call telling me that I had won 🎯... 🤭I went to pick it up immediately and found a label with a familiar face🤗🤗I took him with me! I had it for the first time. The aroma is reminiscent of sweet bananas, with a gentle drop of sweetness. As the label says, it has a graceful and stately body ❕ and a clear and clean impression that one would not expect from a low-polished rice, and it was reasonably priced and surprisingly delicious 😋. I bought it at a convenience store where I stopped by for a drink for which I was eligible for a buy one, get one free offer 😁. The first sip was alcoholic, but it was still apple. It has the feel of clear sweet apple juice without being cloudy but with a clean aftertaste 🥰Al 10% is also good for a light drink.
