I came across this item when a liquor store opened a cardboard box that had just arrived late last year 🥺 It was a great coincidence... It has a slightly thickened, elegant taste with a hint of pears 😌 The malted rice aroma overlaps with the mellow sweetness and umami, and the bitter acidity spreads slowly and gradually. I had it for a few days during New Year's and enjoyed its stable and supple flavor ✨.

A light nigori made from Omachi, Koeikiku's "first" Christmas limited edition 🎄. It has a nice effervescence when opened! On the first day, it was a bit dry with a noticeable bitterness... but as the temperature relaxed and the days went by (2 or 3 days), the cute sweet and sour taste and richness increased and it became sweet and umami 🍓 I enjoyed the change in flavor 🥰.

While on a business trip...I visited by shared bike 🚲. I decided not to buy a bottle of sake with a hole in the bottle because I would have to carry it around for a long time. The owner told us that this was the last of the tanks before the new sake is released 😙. It was sweet and mellow, with a subtle chilli and milkiness that was very deep and rich 😚.
