I wanted to learn to appreciate the taste of dry sake, so I was attracted by the pop-up that said "Sake brewed with the aim of achieving both a dry taste and a mellow aroma" 🤗.
I opened a bottle of this one, which would go well with grilled fish and nabe (hot pot) dishes tonight! The mouthfeel is soft and full of flavor, with a hint of apple. It has a slightly classical aroma! I can't deny the feeling that I'm drinking sake 😅The mellowness is a little far away.
When paired with a meal, the harmony with the umami of the rice and the breadth of the flavor is UP⤴️ good to drink in a natural way without being overbearing 😚.
I added shrimp oil to my lunch tsukemen, but I wish it was shrimp puree 🙄...

Hi, Hanapin-san 🐥.
Well done! You see what I'm talking about👍🏻I poured in the split broth and drank it all up 😂I really wanted to go to Yamaoka-ke for the unity spirit? I really wanted to raise the unity at Yamaoka family, but it's too far from my house... 🥲It turned out to be a passing ramen shop 😆.

Hi Kotori 😃Your ramen looks delicious 🍜Yamaoka Ibaraki has a lot of ramen but not so many when it comes to Tochigi 🤣.
You should try Kiri-Tsukuba for the spicy one 😃.
