It has been a long time since we have had Mio Premium with gold leaf. When you pour it into a glass, fine gold leaf is floating in the air and it certainly makes you feel rich. I don't know how it affects the taste though🙄. It is still easy to drink with the same sweet and sour low-alcoholic taste. However, it's also a bit undrinkable ^^^.

I visited Daily Yamazaki (Matsumasa Sake Shop) in my neighborhood for the first time in half a year and bought it. I knew that this was a special distributor of Nanamizu, but I had passed on it because I didn't know much about the brand and had been drinking Tochigi quite a bit😅. I didn't know what kind of taste it had, but I was afraid to try it and found it to be a sweet and juicy one. This is very tasty. There were 3 other specs and chrysanthemum at the store, so I plan to try some of them. Thus, the complete map was getting farther and farther away, and the color of Tochigi was getting darker and darker...

I bought this sake because it is a sake like wine. Narumi's Virginity was like that, and this one was quite like that, too. It was refreshing and easy to drink, but I think I'll be fine with wine-like sake for a while, because a change of pace is only possible if it's straight; ~ stored because it's unnecessarily long~. Haradaya in Gyotoku is now being remodeled into another store, and a new poster there suggested the existence of a sister store of sorts, "The store between Ichikawa Station and Ichikawa-Mama Station is open for business," so I went there to try it out. The above sake was purchased here. GoogleMap shows it as Riker Jack Ichikawa Store, which seems to be unrelated to Haradaya now, but it used to be called Le Veil Haradaya Ichikawa Store, and the receipt also showed the old name of the store. It seems that there is no contact with the president at all, so I wonder if it is a nighttime runaway. Anyway, it's a pity that special dealers such as Saku, Sugata, Narumi, etc. disappear like this...

Sake #2 purchased at Jizake Honpo Bishukudo I was quite curious about the Urasato nigori, so I was grateful to come across this one. I was going to buy Kikusen, but after wandering around and taking it into consideration, I chose this one. It was more shwashy than I expected and the juicy sweet and sour taste was so delicious that I personally emptied a four-pack in one day for the first time at home; Thanks to this, I lost consciousness quickly, and even now, the next day, I am still a little out of it. But it tastes good, so I guess it can't be helped.

I visited a good liquor store in Nagareyama Otakanomori to try it out. I found out that they are based in Tsukuba, and I would like to visit there if I have a chance. I would like to visit Tsukuba itself if I have a chance. There were many things I wanted to try, but the first one I selected was Matsuo Pride Nama. It is a Chiba sake and limited edition, so I thought it would be a good choice. If Matsuo boast is described as "calm Kangiku," this raw version is not calm Kangiku at all, but in fact, it is just like that. If you like "kangiku", this is for sure.

Gara-yo was purchased at the Yajima Sake Shop along with the kafuda-shu. This is another one that I often saw at Sakewa and wanted to try, but because of that I thought for a while that it was read as "Masayo," which is a confidential matter. Basically, I am generally sure of the brands I often see at Sake-no-wa, so this one was also tasty as expected. I would say it is a modern sake with just the right amount of sweetness. I would like to try another spec if I have a chance.

I was out of town on the day of the reservation start date. I was out of the office on the day of the reservation start, but I was able to complete the reservation by clicking my phone on the train. I made a reservation at Mashidaya again. When I drank it on the first day of opening the bottle, I felt grapefruit but with a dry impression, and when I drank it the next day, I wondered if it was the same alcohol. My usual restaurant in Kashiwa was closed for delivery, so I decided to visit Yajima Sake Shop for the first time in a while. When I checked, it had been almost a year. It seems they have introduced a point application, but I don't come here often... Aside from that, I finally chose a bottle of kafuda sake, which had been on my mind for a long time. The label is too tasteful. I was scared of what it would taste like, but when I took a sip, I was very satisfied with the acidity and umami that it had to make me drink it. It tasted fresh and light, but it was different from my own light. I would definitely like to try other specs of this brand.

When I went to the local supermarket to buy crabs at the end of the year, I saw it and bought it without a second thought. Kita Akita in a box. Personally, though, if I could consider this kind of sake to be unquestionably delicious, it would be my goal. The Junmai Ginjo I had previously had was quite good, but this one, perhaps because the rice was too polished, was too light and dry to drink on its own. I personally thought it would be better with dishes with strong seasoning, but in any case, it is suitable for a medium-bodied sake. I would like to explore the sake available in supermarkets.

Visited and purchased on the last business day of 2024. I wanted to try at least one sake future, regardless of the brand. I think there was also a Kangiku Horizon or something, but I got it last year, so I passed on it this time. To be honest, I couldn't really tell the difference between the rice and the sake, and all I could tell was that it was still the same sweet Eiko Fuji 😅I had left half of the bottle in the fridge for about 10 days after opening it, and when I finally recovered and drank it, I was scared to see how it tasted, but was relieved to find that it was still as good as normal. Purchased at my usual liquor store with mansaku flowers. I thought this would be my New Year's Eve sake. As last year, I am thankful in many ways. It has been a while since I drank it, so I don't remember much about it, but I am sure that it was as clear, sweet, and delicious as last year's sake. The reason for the long interval was that I started feeling sick around the 4th, and the next day I had a fever of 40 degrees Celsius and tested positive for influenza. I didn't think I would catch it; Naturally, I had no time to drink alcohol... The fever went down, but I still could not drink the cough medicine I was still taking because alcohol is strictly prohibited. The half of the alcohol I opened on New Year's Day has been left unopened for more than a week. I wonder what it tastes like?

This is also purchased at Fujihara Sake Specialty Store. This is a liquor store that is very helpful in providing accurate recommendations when you tell them what you like. I had had a very good sake called "Kozo-mori" in the past, so I chose Jungin Nama-zake for sure. Although I knew it would be a good choice, the fruity-sweet flavor that reminded me of citrus fruits was too good to be true. It is a good sake, but it is also dangerous because when the glass is empty, I unconsciously try to pour... This is the second year since I started Sake-no-wa. I don't know how long I can keep doing this, but I wish you a happy New Year ^-^.

When I heard about this sake, I wanted to try it, so I called the distributor to check the stock. I was told that it is made with white malted rice and tastes like white wine, so I took a sip and sure enough, it tasted like that...I haven't had white wine for years, so I may be speaking out of turn...^-^; It was delicious chilled, so I would like to try heating the other bottle. I hadn't had a slightly carbonated sake since that one, but this one was fresh, sweet and tasty because it was a draft sake. It tasted even better because I had broken my several-day drinking habit to avoid drinking it until my cold symptoms subsided. My nose and throat are still not back to normal at the moment.

A friend of mine was going on a trip to several hot springs in Gunma, so I asked him to buy me some Gunma sake. I asked him to choose a fire-brewed sake just in case, and it came in a big box and looked expensive, but it was safe to say that it was only about 1,800 yen. I opened the bottle right after the machine and drank it, so my first impression was a bit light, but after the next day I enjoyed it as a sweet, clear, fruity sake. I would like to try some of this sake. Or rather, I would like to dig for more Gunma sake.

Sake No. 3 from Miyoshiya Sake Shop: Takachiyo Sake Brewery was also selected because it is not often seen in the neighborhood. Takachiyo sake is delicious, so I figured I wouldn't miss it; It is also a fruity sake with a moderate sweetness, and I enjoyed it. According to Tomoyuki Kumagai, it seems to be a trial product, and I guess I was lucky to have it in my hands. I would like to drink more Takachiyo and Makiko, but they are not sold near me... I missed J&N's post about his visit to Oto, so I looked back at my own post when I was there, and it seems that he drank not only No.6 but also Flax Cat (which was in the picture). I like to drink rare sake at an izakaya once in a while, but I prefer to drink at home because it's easier.

I was originally planning to buy three kinds of Sake at Miyoshiya Sake Shop, but I changed my mind when I saw the wide variety of Sake in the store. I was sure that the sake would be good because I had read the posts of the predecessors at Sake-no-Wawa, but it was far better than I had expected! I can only say that it is sweet and fruity with my poor writing skills, but I feel that it is one of the best in its lineage...just my personal opinion. I would like to follow this brand. The new back dungeon in Dracula 3 was so painful that I got mad.

Senkori, which claims to return to Edo in the renewal. I was thinking about where to buy it when I saw the name Miyoshiya Sake Brewery mentioned in a sakelabo video, so I decided "I have to buy it here first" and visited there for the first time in about 10 months. I had a chance to talk a little with the brewer about his 20-year relationship with the company, but I regretted that I forgot to ask him something important. I was expecting a classic before the renewal, but the bubbles were unexpected. The dryness in the mouth gave me the impression of the snowman we had last year, but it was delicious with a citrus-like acidity, which is typical of Senkyoku. I would definitely like to drink the other two bottles. Recently, I have been playing the remake of Dracula 3, but it is a problem that I rapidly become sleepy when I play it after drinking it; It's my fault for playing after drinking.

I headed to the store around 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, but was told that it had not arrived yet. To kill time, I went to see an ophthalmologist whom I had not seen for a long time, but it had been 6 or 7 years and his chart had been destroyed ^^^. Due to a shortage of staff, the afternoon reception was only one hour, and I felt uneasy about the future of Japanese society. After the doctor's visit, I headed to the liquor store again, and after a while it came in and I was able to purchase it safely, but there was something that bothered me a little (not a good story, so I will describe it later). It may have been because I had abstained from drinking for a few days due to a medical checkup, but it tasted insanely good. The sweet and delicious silky taste was the same as last year, but it tasted better than last year, and I finished it in two days, which is unusual for me. I would like to repeat it, but there are so many notable sakes these days... like Sengoku. When I purchased this sake, the manager told me that I should chill it more at home before drinking it, and that it arrived by room temperature delivery from Seino (Transport). He said that there was a cooler in the package which was almost meaningless.... Is it normal to ship fresh sake from a brewery to a liquor store at room temperature instead of cool delivery, because it's November, or because it won't be a problem for a day or so? I didn't think it was deteriorating, which is fine, but it did bother me a bit.
