Hiyokizakura Sandesi was left in the fridge because I forgot when I bought it. I remember the reason I purchased it was because it was a sake from Tottori, a prefecture I had not yet tasted. I would like to drop by again if I have a chance because they had a wide variety of rather small volume bottles. I was also allowed to sample something, but I forget the brand name... I can feel the umami of the rice, but to be honest, it seems to be a light and dry sake with a watery impression.

Good evening, Mr. Freelancer Ichiyo Otoko 😃. Congratulations on your first Tottori sake 🍶 with forgotten Hioki Sakura 🎉. I think this light and dry sake might enhance the flavor if paired with a tasty entrée 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby ^^^^. You say it very well^^ I have to do something about the fact that I tend to forget about small volume bottles. I wonder if it would be better to pair it with a strong flavored entrée, since it is so light.

Last year, it was in stock around noon, and when I visited around 1:00 p.m., expecting it to be in stock around the same time this year, it was still not. While killing time for a while, I looked at the Nihon-ya Twitter feed and saw a bulletin about its arrival, so I bought it safely around 2:00 p.m. Three people, including myself, came to buy it as fast as they could. Three people, including myself, came to buy it as fast as they could. I was in the middle of drinking a bottle of Miyoshikiku, but I opened it immediately after I got home because it was a sake nouveau. I am not sure how it differs from last year's, but this year's was sweet and tasty, fresh and very tasty. I don't know about the difference from last year, but this year it was very tasty, sweet and tasty fresh.

I wanted to try some Miyoshikiku, so I did some research and found out that the closest store to me seemed to be Kamasuya in Hachioji, so I visited there and bought some. I had other things to do, and I visited a liquor store I had never been to before, so it must have been a good experience. I'm sure it was a good experience. I heard that Miyoshigiku is said to have a strong taste, but this one had a nice, mildly sour taste, probably because it had been cooked. It was a bit peculiar, though. The label is cute and unique. It's a little scary, but I'd like to try a sharp one with a lot of peculiarities.

Hello, freelancer! Thanks for the trip to the liquor store 😌I'm sure the new store will be a lot of fun 🤗I thought Tokushima would be filled with Miyoshigiku 🤔 but I've been drinking Naruto Tai and Yoshimizu and haven't tried Miyoshigiku yet 🥲.

Hello, Jay and Nobby! Visiting a liquor store can be fun, but at first glance, the atmosphere in the store can often be very tense ^^; I myself was in Tokushima first for Naruto Tai... I miscalculated that there were no liquor stores that stocked Miyoshigiku at all!

I bought it together with Denshogiku. It was a test brew with no back label or bar code, so I thought it was a rarity. However, I had only had a taste of Yukino Kayasha once before... I had an image of mellow umami-kuchi (flavorful taste) in the past, but this one, while having a sake degree of +2.0, is fruity and light, and I felt it was a type of sake that I could easily drink. I would appreciate it if this sake becomes a standard item and becomes more accessible.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby ^-^. If it is a test brew from a brewery that makes no mistakes, I feel a certain sense of security. It was actually delicious, so that's even better. But it was over 2,000 yen... I guess it can't be helped that it is from Yamada in the special A district?

Purchased at Nihon-ya. I had two objectives for the day: to buy Densho-Kiku and Shisui no Dawn reservations, so I had to make a stop, but the first time I visited, the store was closed. The price had gone up about 50 yen since last year, but considering the recent price hikes, I guess it can't be helped. This was the first time for me to check in again with the same brand, but I knew it was good, and when I actually drank it, I found it to be sweet and tasty, with a slight effervescence, and it tasted great. I wrote something similar in last year's check-in, and it makes me realize how little progress I've made (lol). It took me 3 days to finish it this year.

This was also purchased at Sake Watanabe. Loman was also at the top of the sake series that I wanted to try, and here it finally came true: there were three varieties on the line, but I chose this one, which had the most recent production date. I took a sip, expecting it to be a dense, sweet-tasting sake, but instead I was pleasantly surprised to find a clear, refreshing taste, with just the right amount of sweetness and fruity flavor. It is like the juicy dry version of "Kudokibe Jr." (this is my personal impression). (This is my personal impression.) I would like to drink another label later.

Purchased at Watanabe sake shop. I felt nostalgia for this area around Yahashira because I used to visit pet stores here when I lived in Matsudo during my junior high school days because a rakugo artist friend of mine kept tropical fish. One of the guppy stores closed down a long time ago... The name of the fish makes me imagine it to be light and dry (in the Echino sense), but I have bought it after reading your post on Sake-no-wa, and it is still sweet and tasty. The temperature has suddenly dropped recently, but it seems as if spring has come to my heart or not.

The second sake I bought at Fujihara Sake Specialty Store, which I visited because it is a Narumi distributor. I had been planning to buy it when I saw it since I saw KIRATASO's post half a year ago. It's too painful that Haradaya in Ichikawa (a distributor) seems to have had an internal dispute and is still closed... I had seen the post, but had almost forgotten about the taste, so I didn't really know what it tasted like, but when I put it in my mouth, it was juicy and delicious, reminiscent of sour citrus fruits. There are still some good brands of Chiba sake as well, and there were two others in the lineup that I would like to buy.

I bought this bottle when I bought Shuroku at Furuya Soy Sauce Brewery. This one was also found chilling in a corner of the fridge. I'm sorry I really completely forgot about it 😖. It's a very refreshing sake with a clear taste, as is typical of Niigata sake. It has a refreshing taste and is good as a food sake. It was a new experience for me that I didn't feel any kind of strange sweetness from the aluzoe. This kind of sake is totally fine.

I checked the liquor stores in the neighborhood again and found that there were quite a few different kinds, so I bought some at a liquor store that I visited anyway. Among the four brands introduced to me, I chose this one, which I thought I had seen at Sake-no-Wa. Of the remaining three, two were Kouji and Kangiku. The first day after opening the bottle, I felt it was slightly difficult to drink, but it was a normal sweet-alty-fruity sake that was very tasty. I am grateful to the owner for accurately recommending my favorite sake. When I told him what I liked, he just said, "I like Nabeshima," or something like that. I was just saying, "I like Nabeshima." The fact that Kangiku and Koshi are not served here means that I am a small fish as a resident of Chiba Prefecture.

I bought it at Hinoya Sake Shop when I visited Nakanojo on my fourth 18-kippu ticket. I thought it was a reasonable choice since it was a Gunma sake and I had never had Tsuchida before. It has a unique sweetness, umami, and acidity, and the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, but to be honest, it tastes like a lighter version of Hanaboe's Mizu-hashiro x Mizu-hashiro, which I have had in the past, and I am not very good at it.

I was on my 5th Seishun 18 Ticket, and since I had stayed up late the night before and could not go far because I woke up before noon, I decided to go to a nearby place I wanted to visit. I did not visit the brewery because I was on a spur-of-the-moment trip, but only shopped at the store. The name of the sake reminded me of a "furutei-style" taste, but it did not have that kind of taste or sweetness. I was able to buy good things including other souvenirs.

Since it is Sake Day, I opened a cup of Raifuku sake that I purchased in July here. I didn't leave it in the fridge and forget about it............................ I am sorry. I have rarely had a cup of sake, but I thought this Raifuku cup was more refreshing than sweet and tasty, so it would be easy to pair with a meal. The new Famima limited edition sake, Hoshi Tsukiyo, is the non-sparkling version and is made by Gekkeikan. It has a wine-like sweet and sour taste, but also has a strange alcohol taste, which I thought was quite similar to the Sesession I had about a year ago. The same goes for the fact that it's alsobeerated. I think it is good for beginners to drink in a convenience store where only classic sake is available, but I can't help but think that the same Hoshigetsuya should have been labeled on the front as well, since the alcohol content is quite far from that of sparkling, target-wise.

I had tasted it before and visited the store four times to buy it, but the store was not open. I finally stopped by on my way back from my last trip on the Seishun 18-kippu ticket and found it open, so I was able to buy it. I was rather interested in Kaygetsu because it appeared in a certain travel manga that is scheduled to be made into an anime next year. CEL24 reminds me of Kameizumi, which also has a taste reminiscent of pineapple, perhaps due to the yeast. However, it is not as mellow as CEL24, but rather crisp and easy to drink. It is a matter of taste, but I think I like Kaygetsu better...although I am a bit skeptical since I drank Kameizumi more than a year ago.

After finishing the Sakiyami, I opened a bottle of the recently released Famima's limited edition Hoshigetsuya. This very sweet, sour and juicy low-alcohol sparkling sake is just like Mio. If it is sold in convenience stores, I think this is the right line, but I would have liked to see more different characteristics. It is delicious, though. It is strange that the seller is Gekkeikan but the manufacturer is Sanko Shokuhin. I wonder why they don't manufacture it themselves.... I thought the brewer should be Sanko Shokuhin Kogyo, but since the non-sparkling version is manufactured by Gekkeikan, I decided to go with them. I wondered if Sanko Shokuhin Kogyo had a license to produce sake, but it seems they have already obtained one for sparkling.

On the way back from visiting Omae Station in Gunma Prefecture on my fourth Seishun 18 ticket, I stopped by Nakanojo Station and purchased this at the nearby Square Sake Shop. It is located in a residential area, and without a map, I would never have been able to find it. I bought a bottle of Sakiyami's pink label because of the Nakanojo location. Unlike the previous sake, this one did not have a gaseous taste, but the flavor itself was still delicious, with the same strong sweetness. I wonder if there is a liquor store near me that sells it. There is nothing around the Omae station, my destination, so I was surprised to see more than a dozen people getting off at the time of my visit, even though it is supposed to be only for the train riders. I bought sake No. 2 at Sake-no-Takashima, and my revenge for Nabeshima came sooner than I had expected. The nearest station, Shiishiba Station, has nothing around it and trains come only once an hour, so we had to chat inside for a while because it was so hot outside; I thought that it must be delicious because it was a draft sake, but I was also worried that it might be too subtle. I was very satisfied with its rich flavor and fruity taste. What was interesting about the conversation with the sake brewer was that he told us that he would come to Tokyo to visit us, but that Choshi is quite far from Tokyo, so it is not easy to get there. It takes two hours by limited express, which is farther than going to Utsunomiya or Takasaki...even though they are neighboring prefectures. The third picture is a T-shirt of the original character of the liquor store. I'll wear it next time I go there.

Suddenly wanting to go to a place I had wanted to visit, I bought a Seishun 18 ticket in late August, and on its second use, I even bought a bottle of sake from Takashi, which I stopped by on the way back from visiting Choshi. I was glad to be able to buy it even though there was only one bottle left because I was a little curious about this one. When I opened the bottle, I removed the outer stopper and the lid flew up to the ceiling with a popping sound. I am not sure if the taste is apple or not, but it is very sweet and sour. It reminds me of Mio Premium or Sanuki Kuraudai, but this one is not low in alcohol, so be careful not to drink too much. It is very easy to drink.
