Purchased at a Japan store. I chose this opportunity because I hadn't had Kouko for some time now. I was also a little curious about this one. I was thinking "how fast they are selling out" when I heard that there were many people who heard that they could buy it at our store. Sooner or later, I may not be able to buy them either😅. I didn't have an image of Kouji as fruity, but I could feel it in this one and it was really tasty 😋 It wasn't light, so I could enjoy it slowly, but thanks to that I committed the cardinal sin of drinking it all in one day again 😓. I realized after I finished it that it was alsobe, but I don't care as long as it tastes good 😌. 1650 yen including tax is a good deal. I thought I saw a screencap of a text I recognized on Icoma's Twitter (now X), but I laughed out loud because I thought it was my post 🤣 Such a night.

It is very difficult for people in the Kanto region to find a liquor store near their home that sells Icoma Select, and even if it is listed as a store that carries it, it may not be available when you go there. It was a bit more classic than I expected, but it was clear and had a good umami flavor, so it was totally good. I would have liked to warm it up and serve it with seafood, but I couldn't stop myself and drank it all in 2 days 😓. I bought it at Sake no Kobayashi in Nishi-Kasai, but it seems that it was a store that was not yet a CI store for the sake drinkers, so I could not get a CI for it either 😥.

This is the second time I bought Kudokidokutei after a year and a half. It was a little expensive, but if the price is this low after cutting down to 29, I would say it's rather cheap... I was thinking that it was very dry with a fruity flavor, but suddenly I found myself thinking "Hey, it's kind of sweet...". It was quite strange that I often had a moment when I thought "Hey, it's kind of sweet". The Juicy Dry Kai Kai I drank last time might have been like that. But when I go for another sip, it becomes "I knew it wasn't sweet". I don't know about you, but it's delicious😅. I saw Tsubu-chan-san advocating the best pairing of this sake with Dorayaki, and I saw someone advocating the exact same thing 😳I wonder if he is his son, judging from the content.

I went to buy it about 30 minutes after it was posted on Twitter (now X) that it was in stock, but it seemed that several people had already come to buy it. I guess it's a popular brand... The price seems to have gone up by about 100 yen, but considering the current situation, I guess it is reasonable. Unfortunately, the Dawn of Shisui is not in stock this year. 😱It is said that the liquor stores have to go to the brewery in Shisui to pick up this sake, but some liquor stores have been shipping it and they were told that it is unfair... well, that's right... The sake dealer Yamada opened a store in the Keio Department Store in Shinjuku, and I stopped by to purchase some items as I was just on my way to the head office for a meeting. The space was about 1.5 Yajima, but the selection was quite good. I had given up on the idea of buying Summer, Winter, and Spring Secret, but I was glad to be able to buy Night. It has a unique sweetness and sourness that makes it a good stand-alone sake, but I personally think it tastes better as a food sake. I think it would be better to drink it with hot pot as the illustration suggests. I'd like to try other sake if I can find them 🤔. As announced on the app, the specification of the location search function seems to have changed so that all sake-no-wa users can CI places they have checked in (hereafter CI) regardless of where they are currently located, so I was able to CI the liquor stores in Choshi and Oarai that were too far from my house to CI in the past posts. I was able to edit and CI the liquor stores in Choshi and Oarai. There were two more in Gunma, so I did the same thing, and they didn't show up in the search, meaning no one has ever CI'd them... I can't even add a new one, which makes it impossible to CI them😓 Can you do something about this?

I went to my usual liquor store to reserve some Denshogiku. I asked if they had any good ones and they let me try them and they looked good 😊I don't have much room in my fridge but I'm always conscious of wanting to spend money on a nearby store that takes care of me...I buy from many places 🙄. I'm always conscious that I don't have much room in my fridge but I always want to spend money at my local store...I buy from many different stores 🙄 I'm told that it's polished to 45%, so it has a very clear sweetness that is irresistible.

East Rikishi's Zuzu Trip Collaboration Bottle. I was actually planning to make a pilgrimage to Shimazaki Sake Brewery's Dokutsu Sake Brewery to purchase a bottle, but when I found out that they are only open on Saturdays and Sundays, I gave up and went by mail order 😓. The reason why they are collaborating in the first place is because the Dokusu Sake Brewery itself appears in the film, and if you are on Amapura, you may feel like you have been there if you watch episode 5 of Zoushitabi 😌. It's a classic type of sake, but with a great umami flavor, which is rare for me as a modern Taro. The temperature has been suddenly dropping lately, so I think it's even more important to drink it lukewarm.

In late September, I went to Shinjuku to see a friend from junior high school who was again the head of the nightclub at Shinjuku Suehiro-tei. I stopped by the Isetan Shinjuku store to buy a gift for her, and bought this 3-grain Oumine for myself. I had been looking forward to drinking Omine since the last time I drank "Winter no Otosore" at the end of the 23rd year. I had seen it on Sake-no-Wa and heard a lot about how delicious it was on SakeLabo, so I had no worries and just sipped it. I would definitely buy it again if I see it again. I would love to buy it if I see it again. I was so surprised when I tried to give him a gift after the lecture 😅I was so surprised that a normal person is allowed to enter the backstage. It was quite a valuable experience ✨.

This is the second sake I purchased at Sake-no-Oikawa. I had an image of "Kijo-zake" as "Shinsaku Amasugi", but what do you think of it? It is not extremely sweet, but it is sweet in its own way, and if I had to say, it has a melon-like flavor that is delicious.

I took the course in Motoyawata because the deadline for retaking the liquor sales manager's course was approaching. I came to Motoyawata, which means I had no choice but to stop by Sake no Oikawa. This liquor store is famous as J&N's home base in Ichikawa these days, and I noticed for the first time on my third visit that they have a refrigerated room🤣No, I thought they didn't have a large selection of refrigerated sake... I almost laughed because it was so quirky and stupid. The first choice was the Hiran, which I haven't had in quite a while. Nikomaru, which seemed to be the standard among several. The last time I drank Heaven for the first time, I was left with the impression that it was like Senkou, perhaps because of its acidity. It was so delicious that I drank it all up in one day for the first time since Urasato Nigori 😥 and the next day I got sick safely😇😇😇.

Sake No. 2 purchased at Tsudanuma Seven: I have not had much luck with Okayama sake, but I finally encountered it here. The name itself is often seen at Sake-no-wa, so I didn't hesitate. The label on the back of the bottle says "MODERN," and the juicy, fruity flavor was delicious. I bought this Sakura Masamune's Moyashimon collaboration label because it was tweeted on Nihonya's Twitter (now X) and I kind of wanted it. I read about "Moyashimon" a few years ago, so I'm not a long-time fan 😓. The first day I drank it, my impression was that it was a classic sake and I wasn't very good at it (I didn't have high expectations for what was in it to begin with), but on the third day of drinking it as a food sake, I found it to be quite good without the bad parts that I find in classical sake. But I'm not sure I'd still be willing to buy it.

I bought this at my usual liquor store a while ago. It was open, so I stopped by and found two kinds of interesting mandarin orange blossoms, so I went with the sweeter one. I had seen a few postings on Sake-no-wa, so I was pretty excited about this one 😋. I was expecting it to be a bit sweet, but it wasn't. It had a gentle, elegant sweetness that filled my mouth. I like this one a lot. I've been trying not to drink it two days in a row lately, but I ignored it and drank it all in two days 😓.

It's been a while since I visited Tsudanuma Seven, while I dropped by Maruzen in Tsudanuma. It is a little far from JR Tsudanuma station, but I wanted to stop by, so I had no choice. As usual, I was at a loss which one to buy, but I chose the "Saku" first. I had a memory of commenting on ma-ki's post before that "I also wanted to drink Saku after a long time" 😅. I bought the IMPRESSION series because I was attracted by the concept of "fire-aged, but like a draft sake". It made a nice popping sound when I opened the bottle for being fire-aged. Although there was no sense of fizz, it had a clear fruity taste and I groaned, "I didn't know it was this good..." etc. I think you can't tell the difference between the two, but the other drinks in the series were very good. I don't think you can tell the difference, but it made me want to drink the others in the series.

Sake No. 4 I bought at Higashinada Brewery, which I was a little curious about, because I sometimes have to hunt for Masamune. When I asked the brewer if I could not find this sake at any of their distributors, he replied that they basically distribute it to wholesalers, so he did not know exactly which stores carried it. We also talked a little about Gyotoku Haradaya, but it seems that they were suddenly informed of the discontinuation of their business. Haradaya is now a respectable construction company office. Sad😥. I also bought a Narumi T-shirt. I was so sweaty from walking around in the heat, so I changed into this at the Katsuura station on the way home. Now I want to go back when it is cooler 😌. The taste, in my impression, is reminiscent of Narumi's Virginity, with a taste and acidity reminiscent of Narumi's. This should be paired with local seafood. I thought it should be paired with local seafood, so I had it with some bonito kakuni that I also bought in Katsuura. Finally, I tried heating it half a cup to lukewarm, but the acidity stood out... or did it?

Kotaro-san recently drank a blue one, but this is a red one. I wonder how many kinds of sake they have in total. The way the label is misaligned is quite dynamic, and I thought to myself, "I don't think I can distribute this to liquor stores..." etc. It's funny, so it's OK 😂. It's OK because it's interesting 😎. There is literally a slight amount of lees on the bottom and the bubbles start dancing quite vigorously when the bottle is opened, but there is no problem when the bottle is opened. On the first day, if you drink the supernatant without mixing it, it is a dry Narumi with a sour taste that is still delicious 😋. On the second day, the 48-hour rule was applied and the bottle was kept in the bottle for 48 hours.

I bought a bottle of Sandesi because I was tired of walking around for an hour and a half. But it may not have made much difference. It has a delicious taste of rice and a hint of sourness, but it is not like Narumi, which I think is more of a classic flavor. I enjoyed it while eating cheetara and takowasa.

I had been thinking about visiting Higashinada Brewery for a while, and the day before yesterday I went to Katsuura. I went to the brewery to take a commemorative photo of the brewery, but the building near the entrance had a sign saying that it was open for business, so I went in and bought some of the sake. When I got home, I opened a bottle of Nyarukani. Despite the cute cat label, it was crisp and dry. The acidity of Narumi made me want to eat sashimi, so I enjoyed it with sashimi the next day.

I bought this at the third liquor store in Saitama. I bought a bottle of Ai-no-Sato, which is made in the same brewery, because I couldn't carry that much sake with me. I bought the Ai-no-Sato because it was made by the same brewery, and although it had a slightly gorgeous aroma and flavor, perhaps from the acidity, the base was quite light and, to be honest, it was too much for me at the moment. So I tried mixing it with tonic water, which I had wanted to try for some time, and it was delicious. However, I feel that the sake flavor is almost gone, so I guess it's a last resort...
