Kotaro-san recently drank a blue one, but this is a red one. I wonder how many kinds of sake they have in total. The way the label is misaligned is quite dynamic, and I thought to myself, "I don't think I can distribute this to liquor stores..." etc. It's funny, so it's OK 😂. It's OK because it's interesting 😎. There is literally a slight amount of lees on the bottom and the bubbles start dancing quite vigorously when the bottle is opened, but there is no problem when the bottle is opened. On the first day, if you drink the supernatant without mixing it, it is a dry Narumi with a sour taste that is still delicious 😋. On the second day, the 48-hour rule was applied and the bottle was kept in the bottle for 48 hours.

I bought a bottle of Sandesi because I was tired of walking around for an hour and a half. But it may not have made much difference. It has a delicious taste of rice and a hint of sourness, but it is not like Narumi, which I think is more of a classic flavor. I enjoyed it while eating cheetara and takowasa.

I had been thinking about visiting Higashinada Brewery for a while, and the day before yesterday I went to Katsuura. I went to the brewery to take a commemorative photo of the brewery, but the building near the entrance had a sign saying that it was open for business, so I went in and bought some of the sake. When I got home, I opened a bottle of Nyarukani. Despite the cute cat label, it was crisp and dry. The acidity of Narumi made me want to eat sashimi, so I enjoyed it with sashimi the next day.

I bought this at the third liquor store in Saitama. I bought a bottle of Ai-no-Sato, which is made in the same brewery, because I couldn't carry that much sake with me. I bought the Ai-no-Sato because it was made by the same brewery, and although it had a slightly gorgeous aroma and flavor, perhaps from the acidity, the base was quite light and, to be honest, it was too much for me at the moment. So I tried mixing it with tonic water, which I had wanted to try for some time, and it was delicious. However, I feel that the sake flavor is almost gone, so I guess it's a last resort...

When I asked him to buy me a bottle of Sei sake, he sent me a picture of the sales floor of a liquor store and asked me which sake I wanted to buy. I requested the unfamiliar Kanto-no-Hana and got it! One of the reasons is that it was sold at room temperature because it cannot be cooled during transportation. I chilled it at home before serving. It is delicious with a clear flavor that is easy to drink with just the right amount of fruity notes 😋I would have believed it if someone had told me it was a fresh sake. I can easily imagine that this would definitely be delicious in the Holy 🤤.

I bought this at the second liquor store in Saitama. I could tell from the outside that the store was promoting Houou Mita, and I actually ended up buying the 2nd Mikumari of Houou Mita. Although I couldn't find any Saitama sake that I was interested in, I felt that it was a bit of a downfall. I had actually tried two bottles of Hououmida when I first started drinking sake and was not very good at it, so I was a little worried about Mikumari as well. However, when I tried it, I found it to be very tasty with a refreshing acidity, moderate sweetness, and a touch of effervescence. I would like to revisit the classic Houou Mita sometime soon.

Sake at my friend's house, part 2. I offered this drink as a place charge, but I drank about 1.5 gou of it by myself 😅It's so delicious. My friend Mr. I, who doesn't usually drink sake, said "This is indeed delicious. If I leave it alone, I'm sure I'll gobble it up. That's just what I expected from Kangiku! But his face turned bright red right away, so I thought it would be a bad idea to recommend it too much.

This is the first sake shop I visited in Saitama to buy some Saitama sake I hadn't tasted yet. This liquor store is located in a private house and has no signboard. The first day I opened the bottle, I drank about one gou of the sake because I felt a strange alcohol sensation. On the second day, I drank it while eating various snacks, and I could feel the umami and it was delicious. As I thought, the snacks were very important😌.

This is the third sake I purchased at the Chiba Sake Brewers Association. I picked it up because I had seen the label "i240" on many sake breweries, and I thought it would be a good choice. The label is glamorous, but the taste is raw and rather subdued, yet the sweetness and umami are well perceived and tasty. It was good as an accompaniment to sashimi or while eating cheetara. I would like to try the label one that I often see 😌.

This is the second sake I purchased from the Chiba Sake Brewers Association, and this one was actually the exact same one I bought last year, but after drinking the sparkling one the other day, I had a hankering for a regular Narumi again, so it was a choice I had to make. I should have come here for the undrinkable Chiba sake... As I expected, the unique sourness and the refreshing taste with a moderate sweetness are as good as ever. It is suitable for hot days. I didn't feel much gasiness. I will buy another spec next time 😌.

I was looking for a liquor store with a good selection of Chiba sake, and I was wondering if there was such a good place. It was hot and I wanted to drink something like that 😖. The lid didn't fly up to the ceiling because I removed the outer stopper while holding it down with my hand, but it still flew up a little with a popping sound😅The taste was sweet and sour with bubbles, still easy to drink and delicious as usual. I don't know if the 1 degree lower alcohol content than last year contributed to the drinkability or not... 😓.

I bought it at the second store I decided to visit, which I had never been to before (this one actually came first). I asked for a recommendation and was offered a bottle of Tasake's Comet... but I thought 3000up was quite expensive and later checked the price and found it wasn't the regular price 😅The label has a stamp of the liquor store on it and a mysterious low temperature aging sticker... it is a unique store... I had an impression that it was quiet right after opening the bottle, but on the second day, the sweet and delicious fruity taste gradually appeared and it was gone on the second day 😖. I should mention, in connection with the label, that I watched all the episodes of Gundam in real time, which was on the air until recently. If you hear that Char is in it, you have to watch it 😌.

I bought it at a liquor store that I visited on a whim to try a liquor store I had never been to before. I didn't see many trendy brands, but I picked up a bottle of Narumi, thinking that it would be rather interesting to try many things at such a place. I will revisit after learning more 😌. It is low at 11 degrees and has a sourness that is typical of Narumi while still being shrieky. This is no good, I am bound to drink too much of this stuff. I missed Kuwagata, but there is Narumi in Chiba, so there was no problem. This one is also a sake brewed with sake yeast and yeast yeast.

On the way to work, I stopped by Yajima Sake Shop to buy a bottle of Sengoku Kuwagata, but there was a mysterious blank space in the Sengoku section 😓 There were only a few bottles of Kangiku left, but I was able to buy this one and was happy. It is said to be Sake Mirai's Kangiku, but to be honest, I couldn't tell the difference 😅 Still, it is Kangiku, so of course I enjoyed it. I guess it depends on my mood from next year onwards... Even if I could have bought it, I might have been glad not to buy it, considering that I had to carry it to work for almost an hour without cooling it down. I'll cry if it explodes on the way 😱.

I felt like I hadn't been there recently, so I visited my usual liquor store, but it seemed that I had visited there in May, which was not the case 😖I asked if the next Kangiku would be in stock, and they replied "Wonderland is manufactured too little, so we don't have it", a conversation that I had last year. I was on my way to Tokorozawa Sakura Town on a business trip when I bought this bottle at a nearby liquor store. I was very eager to buy Aizu Musume, which I was interested in, because it was a special distributor, but they only had a high-spec (and expensive) version. Purchased with Yoshida Kurau at Yajima Sake Shop. I checked to see where I could buy it, and Yajima mail order had it in stock, so I visited the actual store thinking they would have it, but I couldn't find it. I gave up and looked around to see what I could buy, and saw something different in the back of Raifuku X. It was Genzai Tokkyo, and I was happy to find it. I felt the same with the Tokujun, but it was subtly different from the other fruity types, and I don't know what it was from, but I guess this is what Kotaro-san calls "vertical expansion. Anyway, it was delicious 😊I will have to try it again when I see another spec...

I bought this sake at the same time when I went to buy a certain sake. I am ignorant to the extent that when I looked at the lid, it said "Tedorigawa" and I wondered if it was from there, but I often saw it at Sake-no-wa, so the taste was guaranteed 💪. I haven't had Tedorigawa since I drank Sakatama a long time ago, but I remember that it had a much more relaxed taste, while this one is more modern and to my liking. The label on the back says it is slightly sparkling, but I didn't really feel it 🤔.
