I checked the distributorships and found that Bishakudo was one of them, so I went to the store in Nagareyama, but unfortunately they didn't have it. I went to Tsukuba, which was only a train ride away, and found that it was sold there, so I was able to get it. The bottle was opened with a lively sound. The fruity flavor is irresistible. However, I felt that the nuance was quite different from the sake I have had in the past. I would like to drink it again to see what the difference is.

Sake #2 I bought at Daily Yamazaki, I was going to buy the Chrysanthemum if it was available, but it was sold out, so I bought the Nanamizu Seasonal Sake. It is as juicy and delicious as the Junmai Ginjo Omachi I had before 😋They say it is made with out-of-grade rice, but if it tastes this good, I guess the grade doesn't matter much...I wonder if I will be offended if I say so 😖.

On my way home from the hospital, I went to Bic Camera to take a look around and found Purple Space on sale, so I bought it. I was surprised and bought it. Before I got into sake, I used to buy liqueur here often. I used to like to drink mango-yan mixed with orange juice, but now orange juice has become quite expensive... The last time I drank Sugitama Label (5 months ago), I was raving about it, and this one is also very tasty with a juicy flavor reminiscent of pineapple. It's just a little too rich, and I thought it could be a little lighter. But it's OK, because it's delicious. I had to go 3 days without drinking because I felt like I was not getting rid of alcohol during the workday. I'll be careful now 😓.

I went to Daily Yamazaki to buy another bottle of Nanamizu. I was looking around the store for something else to buy and bought this one, which I was a little curious about because of the label. There were two colors on the shelf, gray and pink, one was orizumi and the other was nigori...I couldn't tell the difference 😖. I read the description and chose the pink which looked sweet. I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, but I opened it without any problem. It was quite tasty, with a slight gassy feeling, the typical nigori-style silkyness, moderate sweetness, and a touch of sourness. I might try the other one as well.

I went to the store to buy some of the "Kotobukinmu" (a Japanese word meaning "life without limits"), but they were open, but they said they didn't have any more in stock. I bought Silver Lining instead, which had just arrived at the store. It was a Thursday, and since most of the chrysanthemums are shipped on Thursday and delivered on Friday, it was an unexpected arrival, but I guess it was just a coincidence. It was a bit expensive though😅. I don't know if it was my health or the food I ate, but the sweetness and bitterness didn't mix and I didn't really enjoy it on the first day of drinking. I'm not sure if it's because of my health or what I ate, but the sweetness and bitterness didn't mesh well and I didn't feel it was very tasty. I honestly couldn't tell how good it tasted with the 29% polishing ^^;

Sake #2 purchased at Tsudanuma Seven: I finally bought the Jyuseki I had been interested in for a while, but put off drinking it because it was fire-aged, but I'm kind of grateful that it doesn't overwhelm the fridge 😌. I am glad that it is fire-roasted, but the slight fruity taste is not so tiring to drink and is suitable for drinking at a leisurely pace...whether that is a good thing or not. It was delicious and I'd like to pick up Jyuseki again.

This is the third sake I bought at Tobu in Funabashi, and the first Ehime. I was going to buy a 4-goupe bottle of Ishizuchi, but after tasting Hanagaki, I decided to buy that one, and decided to buy Ume Nishiki, which has a 1-goupe bottle of Ehime. I will buy Ishizuchi another time... It was quite good, sweeter and more umami than I expected, and I don't think I would have regretted buying the 4-glass bottle...I mean, 1-glass bottle is still a bit too much to drink😖.

Sake that was placed on layaway. As usual, I went through a few times when it was closed during delivery. This time, I had no business in Kashiwa directly, but I was passing through, so I called to check if it was open, and it was open, so I got off on the way and went to buy some 😌. I wondered how many restaurant customers they have since they are delivering so often, but it seems that most of their customers are individuals. I wonder if they are profitable? I purchased this along with a bottle of Kangiku no Kotobukinmu at the Nihon-ya. I was chatting with them and before I knew it, they were pouring it, and I tasted it and bought it without thinking because I rather liked it. To be honest, I was curious about it, but I imagined it to be classical because of its name, but it wasn't so. So this is my first first grandchild. I knew when I tasted it that it was fresh and juicy and quite tasty because it was a draft sake. It seems that some specs are clearer than others, so I would like to try this one and others if I get the chance 😊.

I bought it at Yajima Sake Shop together with Mimuro Sugi. I thought it was my first time to drink Toyama sake, but it wasn't, but when I checked it out, it was practically a first. It seems to be a draft sake, but it has a calm taste, not too sweet or gorgeous, and gives a refreshing impression. I like the fact that it can be enjoyed as is or with food. I would like to try another spec if I have a chance.

I stopped by Tsudanuma Seven for a purchase after a long time on my way to Mauricia Tsudanuma. It is fun to see the sales floor, which is as overwhelming as ever. It's just a shame that the closing of Mauricia will drastically reduce my chances of going to Tsudanuma... I didn't have any accident with this sake thanks to watching the sakelabo, but it took me more than ten minutes to open the bottle😅too active. It's a bit too active 😅. It's a pain to open, but I'd like to drink it again.

This is the second sake I bought at Tobu in Funabashi. It was my first time to try Fukui sake as well... and I realized I hadn't had a Kuroryu yet 😖. It is a little different from the modern fruity sake, but it is still sweet and tasty and easy to drink, but perhaps because of its high alcohol content, I had a severe headache when I woke up after drinking half of it. In any case, I should know how much I should drink before drinking...

I bought it at Tobu Department Store in Funabashi on my way home from an exhibition. I didn't expect to find Harukai here and decided to buy it immediately when I saw it. I had originally intended to choose a sake to fill in the map, but my plans went slightly awry 😖. Opened the bottle without any problems. The sweet and sour taste was just like a dessert sake.

I visited a liquor store after reading about the arrival of a certain sake, but they did not have it in stock, and the mail order stock was still out of stock, so I was not sure if it had really arrived. I was not sure if it was really in stock or not, but I decided to buy the one that was not in stock. When I opened the bottle, the lees started to dance and the wine was so sharp that I was afraid it would spill over. It was a little dry on the first day, but after the second day, it became juicy and very tasty. I would like to try a less cloudy Mimuro Cedar.

I have the strong impression that it would be the end of the world if people started drinking this regularly, and you can find it at any convenience store. I drank it for the first time for a reason. I was afraid to drink it, wondering what kind of evil taste it would have, but I found it to be sweet and drinkable, even though it is dry. I guess it is because of the added sugar, but there was quite a gap from the impression I had before drinking it. I enjoyed it with yakitori (grilled chicken).

Sake #2 purchased at Sosada Sake Shop....I chose to buy the kafuda-shu because I didn't dare to venture into it even though I had just recently had it... I must accumulate more knowledge... I don't know if it's because it's freshly squeezed, but the fresh, juicy acidity and umami are irresistible 😊. I bought it at a liquor store near Nishi-Funabashi Station. I thought I would buy Isobojimai if I had the chance, but when I saw the price, I decided to buy it some other time; Toyo Bijin is one of the brands that I have wanted to try because it is often mentioned on SakeLabo Channel, but every time I went to the liquor store, I forgot what kind of beauty it was and ended up not buying it, which I have repeated several times. Sake Bijin Oosugi ya. It has a sweet and juicy flavor and is very tasty. I don't know if it was because it was raw or not, since I haven't had the fire-brewed one. While I was drinking this, flos-san posted the exact same sake, so I'll just ignore the fact that my post stands out for its randomness 😑.

It has been a long time since we have had Mio Premium with gold leaf. When you pour it into a glass, fine gold leaf is floating in the air and it certainly makes you feel rich. I don't know how it affects the taste though🙄. It is still easy to drink with the same sweet and sour low-alcoholic taste. However, it's also a bit undrinkable ^^^.
