CWS makes me want to buy it 😆.
So, this time it's the CWS in the back, an ogara-mi sake made with a rice called Wakamizu!
It has just the right amount of slight bubbles and a creamy texture on the tongue 👅.
Refreshing and drinkable!
It is a good summer sake that is not too spicy, and you can enjoy both the taste and the smoothness of the sake 😋.
As expected of Okusama: 🙆♂️
Hi Hitto😃
We, the wife had never had a drink 🥲 but I found a spark🧨 in Chiba last time 😊It's waiting in our fridge 🤗Looking forward to drinking it with you 🤗We look forward to drinking it with you ‼️
Good evening, Master J&N 😀.
I'm drooling just imagining the shwash of your wife's sama 🤤🤤.
It must definitely be delicious👍.
Looking forward to checking in 👀♪
Hi, good morning 🐥.
Ok, I've never had it and was thinking of starting with CWS 😊It looks easy to drink 😻This one doesn't seem to be available anymore, but I'd like to try it in the other 🎶.
Hi Pon, good evening😊.
I've had two bottles of Oku so far, but both are CWS and the regular product is not sold near me and I've never had it 🥲.
I am sure both are delicious.
If you can find them, please give them a try 🫱.
This is the first time for Oku to try it, but it was recommended by a sake friend. The Yume-Ginko variety used here was developed in Aichi Prefecture and is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Wakamizu. It is a late rice variety with large grains that can withstand high rice polishing, and is said to produce a refreshing and flavorful sake. The liquor store's sales pitch was "adult calpis with the sweetness of melon," but what was it?
When opened, it was so carbonated that the lid blew off. The taste is fruity sweetness with a little less acidity, like pear and melon. It is thick enough because it contains a cage. It is a melon calpis soda with low acidity, silky and fruity.
A little bitterness comes later on, so the taste is well balanced. It seems to go well with food.
While refreshing and easy to drink in summer, the aroma and sweetness are well preserved.
It is a summer sake that should be drunk cooled down to the perfect temperature.
Serve with sashimi as a side dish.
Fresh aroma ✨
Fresh and acidic 😆.
Sour and bitter like grapefruit 🍋.
Tingling sensation of Oli is a pleasant stimulus 👍️
Overall fresh and mellow taste 😋.
Weekends are always a bit of a buzz ✨.
But the summer heat still hasn't settled in during the day, so I'm craving a fizzy, bubbly sake 🤤.
Well, today...I opened the first bottle of "Oku" which I had been curious about the label 🏷️ for a while but hadn't been able to buy it yet🍶.
The bottle label also has a stylish moon 🌙.
I'm excited from the description that it's slightly sparkling 🤣.
Then, let's get right to it....oooooh open 🍾...what is that?
What's that? It doesn't seem to have such a strong aroma 💧.
But I felt more like grape🍇❓ than pear🍐 as the description says🤔.
So, I'm going to try the top clear first 🙋.
Oh! This is a Fatty grape that's a bit drier 🍇.
It's similar to Takachiyo's grape... a taste that will leave you wanting more.
Next, stir and voila!
Yes, here it is... the stable and delicious one. The flavor and bubbles have become stronger... and even more drinkable 👌
There is a bit of bitterness and alcohol in the aftertaste, but it's not to the point where it bothers me.
If I were to write my personal favorite "tight" type from the dry type... Machida > Oku THE MOON > Takachiyo... ❗️
If you like Hiragana Takachiyo, I think it is definitely delicious 😁.
Day 2🗒️
Steady juwa deliciousness 😋!
I hope to buy this series next time 🤣.
sake made from sake lees
Soft and full with a fluffy rice aroma
Fruity, soft sweetness, slightly bitter aftertaste
Easy to drink, although there is a slightly peculiar aroma mixed in.
Light young fruity sweet and sour flavor.
Not too assertive, but very pleasant sake that leaves a strong impression of beautiful sweetness and mildly lingering acidity.
Not too fresh, well balanced and very tasty!
