I bought this at my favorite liquor store after the owner recommended it to me‼️☺️✨✨
I've had the 22% polished sake in the back before and secretly became a fan, but this one was surprisingly good too‼️😆✨✨
I heard it won first place in a themed contest at a craft sake event in Roppongi👍!
Choice from Nagoya Izakaya's all-you-can-drink sake. Not water. A little 🤏 of thickening. Gout is coming on if you eat it with ponzu sauce with albacore. More of a meal than a stand-alone.
I found a bottle of Oku from Aichi that I got hooked on after drinking it for the first time a while ago at a liquor store, so I bought it again 😂.
I was hooked on it the first time a while ago, so I bought it again 💁, ORIGAMI Slightly Active <Nama>.................................from the name, it's a delicious one 🤣.
Now, the long awaited Kaisean ritual: ❗️
The aroma is not that strong...the description on the back label says it smells like Japanese pears👍.
It's more like a fresh fruitiness 🥭...or something like that 😘.
Without further ado, let's drink it... ‼️
The moment it hits your mouth, you'll feel the microcarbonation-like juppiness 🫧 that makes it easy to drink, while the sweetness and grapefruit-like bitterness collaborate ✨.
If you imagine the taste of grapefruit sour, it will be close to it. 🙂↕️
However... I still feel the depth that only sake can have... (I think to myself, "Yum~~~..." lol).
In my opinion... if I were to list the sake breweries that are similar in terms of dryness, I would say that...
(Dry) Machida > Oku > Takachiyo (Sweet)
I have an image of that.
Looking forward to tomorrow's taste change✨
Day 2🗒️
I didn't feel the taste change that much 🤔
Most of the time, the second day is the day when you don't feel the schwashy feeling... but this one didn't feel it at all and was still juicy and delicious on the second day 🫧.
After the vacation is over, I have a lot of work to do while I was on vacation, and I'm working at full capacity every day 😵.
I honestly don't understand why there is so much work to be done before and after vacations every year, but I'm wondering if it's unreasonable to take vacations during the busy season, but the only time I'm relatively free is in early spring 🤔.
I'm not sure if it's too much to ask for a vacation during the busy season, but I'm wondering if it's too much to ask for a vacation during the busy season.
Oku Sparkling.
I drank "Oku Sparkling Light" before, but this one is not light.
The moment I carefully removed the outer packaging and put my fingernail into the lid, the lid flew open with a powerful pop, and I felt a pain in my left hand that I had been holding down for a while 🍾.
Ahh this was probably best opened in celebration 🤔
[Glass.]
Aroma of calm and slightly lactobacillus drink, pleasant gasiness, then mild sweetness and umami, followed by a pleasant slightly milky and mild aftertaste, and finally a bit of bitterness at the back of the throat.
[Mokkiri]
A cool, slightly sweet aroma, a pleasant gaseous sensation like that of a soda-like beverage, followed by a refreshing umami, followed by a pleasantly milky, mild aftertaste and a lingering minerality that lingers on the tongue.
The bitter essence goes well with fatty foods such as kiritanpo hot pot that my wife cooked and yellowtail toro sashimi.
Hi, Jive!
Thanks for all your hard work and busyness after the holidays🍀.
The sparkling in the back is so gassy 😲.
The taste also seems to match the gassy feeling 🤤.
The leaves will be changing in a little while 🍁.
Hi Jive 😃
I'm sighing at the accumulated work after the vacations 😮💨 but I'm sure Mr. Jive will get it done in no time 🥰.
Sparkling in the back is so healthy 😆 I'll keep that in mind: ❣️
Hi ma-ki-!
I can't say that when I get a vacation, my tasks accumulate and as a result, I become more hectic 😅.
Sparkling Light" was like slightly carbonated, but this one was [crunchy and stimulating] ✨.
Hi, HinaHanaMama!
When I come to work after the vacation, there are emails and a lot of ornaments on my desk, so I have to get rid of them one by one first 😅.
The pent up gloom has been relieved by the refreshment of "sparkling" 🥰.

It's perfect as a food wine!
I'm going to repeat it!
Hi Uki Uki, nice to meet you ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I didn't expect to be covered by "Oku Sparkling" posts in a row, so I had to comment 🙇.
It's one I'm sure to repeat myself 🥰.
Gyve, nice to meet you.
Thank you for your comment!
I was surprised too!
You expressed yourself so well that it brought back vivid memories for me 😆.
Please let me continue to learn from you!
Jay & Nobby here too😃.
I can feel the pull towards the center 🌀
Geez, I didn't notice the 18 degrees ❗️ 😅.
Maybe the suction force 🌀 was pulling me into a different dimension 🤣.
4.0★★★★☆
It's a tough one to drink all the time because of the intensity of the original sake, but it's delicious. It has a strong umami flavor and a nice aroma. It has a good aroma and a strong umami. It is a pure sake, so it feels like it gets stuck in your throat, but I personally like it!
ORIGAMI Slightly Active Yume-Ginko
The lid flew off just by removing the outer lid!
As expected, it has a strong effervescence.
Sourness is clear, and it ends with a gentle sweetness.
Delicious!
The second day, the lid also pops open!
