Urasuidama Junmai Ginjo 100% Akita rice Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter degree +3.9 Acidity 1.5 Fat 11/3 (bottle opened 11/19) Ryoseki Shuzo's Hana Yuu or Suitama is one of my favorite breweries. ☝️ This is the first "back" Suitama I have come across 🤩. I have nothing but high expectations! I read the concept of this sake and read articles and reports that it is "dry with a mellow aroma and umami flavor", but was it really...? The aroma after opening the bottle is very fruity😍I thought it would taste more like honeyed apples than melon🍈 on the palate, but then the spiciness gradually rushes in 🤩 of course the aftertaste goes from deliciously spicy to sharp! The aftertaste was also apple and green apple-like! I think the taste is not rich and mellow, but light and dry, with umami and dryness coexisting in the same taste. Della is so good 😍! The regular Suitama is delicious, but the Ura-Suitama is also delicious! That's what I'm talking about, Ryoseki Shuzo 😘. Delicious! 11/23 Sunday My son's ⚽️ team is going to play a pre-game before the JFL game. ⚽️ is just 4 courts divided into 4 parts and 8 teams will play on each court😅I hope they will enjoy playing on the beautiful grass! The other team...not sure yet🤣.

Yoko Doronuma Yogurt is used Rice polishing ratio Alcohol content 5 Sake degree - Acidity Fat: The bottle was opened on Nov. 1 and submitted on Nov. 17. Tatenokawa Shuzo offers a variety of liqueurs with sake in them. I was interested in "Yoko" among the many fruit liqueurs such as Greffles 😁. The sales lady let me try all of these liqueurs and Tatenokawa's limited editions, so on my way home on an empty stomach, I was soon tipsy 🥴. This Doronuma Yoko was a limited edition Yoko's liqueur and had an interesting flavor, so I bought it 😦. The sales lady got me 🤣. The smell and taste is just like yogurt! It's all there is to it, but it was interesting to get a hint of the sake in the flavor 😍. The alcohol content is 5 degrees, so it's really fat. It was delicious with salty cheeses like gorgonzola 😘. Yum! First horse post in a while 😁. Tokyo 9R on Sunday I picked up the 13th most popular horse in a field of 14, Glenoaks, and it paid a huge dividend 👍.

HIRASEN Fat Tobi Light Nigori Nama Yamahai Junmai Sake 100% Akita-grown rice suitable for sake brewing Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content: 14% (undiluted) Sake degree -17.0, acidity 3.6 Fat 10/30, opened 11/14 Finally finished posting for October 😁. The aroma after opening the bottle is that of light yogurt. When you put it in your mouth, not only can you fully feel the deliciousness of the rice, but also a refreshing acidity, which is rare in nigori beer. No gassiness. Wow! This sourness is delicious 😘. I could also taste the fruity melon flavor in this sourness 😘. The lingering taste is also mainly sour with a good amount of spiciness 😘. A must-try for those who love tasty acidity 😍. Urasato Gin no Sato Junmai Daiginjo Made from Gin-no-sato rice produced in Ibaraki Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content: 15% (undiluted) Sake meter degree: ±0 Acidity: 1.2 (reference) Fat: 10/27, bottle opened 11/11 Gin-no-sato is an excellent rice for sake brewing with the parentage of Yamada-Nishiki, which has the same qualities as Yamada-Nishiki but is easier to cultivate 😳. After opening the bottle, it smells like a light melon or banana. When you put it in your mouth...oh...it's grape! It's a grape! It tastes like white grapes, which is different from what I imagined from the aroma 🤩 in a good way of course👍. The moderate acidity gives the overall flavor a tightness and sharpness, and I felt it was very well-balanced 🤩. You're doing a great job 😘 Urasato Yummmm... J League on Sunday 11/9 Yokohama F Marinos have clinched J1 survival 🙌! It's been a tough season 😅I was ready to relegate them to J2, but they did a good job of bouncing back! GANKI ORIGARAMI Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Koji rice: 50% Yamadanishiki 　Kake rice: 50% Saito no Shizuku Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 17 Sake meter degree +3.9 Acidity 2.3 Corked on 10/22, submitted on 11/9 The name and label, which used to be "ORIGARAMI Autumn Ripening", has been changed to "ORIGARAMI"! I have nothing but high expectations for this one... The Yamaguchi yeast 9H used in this ganki seems to produce a very beautiful acidic sake! Well, what do you think 🤔? After opening the bottle, the aroma is a light ginjo aroma! It's not fruity, but it has a very nice aroma! When you put it in your mouth, oh...! The aroma reminds me of ripe fruit and honey, and the light sweetness is immediately followed by a sharp spiciness. The lingering aftertaste is fresh with an indescribable acidity. Suizuan Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Limited edition 100% Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter -4.0, Acidity 1.4 (reference) Fat bottle opened 10/16, posted 11/9 I met this Suizuan at Takashimaya. It is the first sake from Gifu that I have ever known. I was overwhelmed by the bright blue color and massive kanji label and picked it up😅. When I opened the bottle, I couldn't detect any particular aroma. When I put it in my mouth, it first has a lot of gas and acidity! The sourness is different from that of Senkou and a bit unique😅. As the label says, it tastes like melon! The acidity also seems to be citrusy! Delicious! I went to Sushi Kagura for lunch when I was in Kannai for work 🍣The lunch menu includes sushi and seafood bowls at reasonable prices, but the best part is that this restaurant has a huge selection of Sake 😳The picture is only a part of it! The all-you-can-drink policy doesn't include the rare sake, but it's still great. I promised my subordinate that we'll go there next time, and then I went back to the office. It's also interesting that the store is located in an inconspicuous place 🤣.

Alcohol content 14 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened 10/25, posted 11/6 I was able to get the "Ⅱ" following the "Ⅰ" because of the limited edition sake with undisclosed specs 😳. This time I tasted it thoroughly and after thinking about this and that, I read the QR code and answered the questions! The results are... The result was.... 100 out of 100 🎉. I'm getting my stupid tongue back! I would like to say that I got 100 points out of 100, but there are hints and choices, so if you can smell, taste, and feel the aftertaste, you will get points! There are 4 questions and each question has a different score. I will not write about the smell and taste, which are always mentioned here! It would be a spoiler for future drinkers 😁. I was surprised that they use this type of rice! It tasted different from "Nikkomaru" and other "Hiran"! Hiran is... Delicious!

Alcohol content 14 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened 9/21, posted 11/6 This is a limited edition sake with no other specs disclosed except for the alcohol content 😳 There is also a "Ⅱ" in addition to the "Ⅰ". The QR code on the back of the label allows you to read and answer questions to find out the answers... I heard that... Yes... I threw the bottle away before I saw it 😭! In the mouth, the citrus taste is more subdued than the aroma, and the acidity spreads with a good sweetness and slight carbonation. Genzai Special Junmai 100% Yumeko from Aizu Prefecture Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 10/16/11, posted 11/5 After opening the bottle, it has a very fruity and fresh aroma. It has a freshness like green apple or pear. When you put it in your mouth, the fresh fruitiness spreads in your mouth just like the aroma, and then the refreshing sweet and sour taste follows. Wow! This is awesome! It surpasses Genzai's Tokkyujo in freshness 🤩. The aftertaste is also light and pleasant, but a little longer! This is better and more enjoyable on its own than as a food sake👍. As you can see from the slight bubbles that stick to the glass, you can enjoy the initial shwash 🫧. It is very delicate 😘. I'd like to enjoy this with snacks that won't disturb it 🥰. Genzai is... Delicious 🥰... This morning was a routine checkup for the surgery I had two and a half years ago. Half a month ago, I have a CT scan every 6 months, but I had an MRI scan because there was a shadow that bothered me a little😅. The result was... No abnormalities 🤩. I will rejoice that I can enjoy life with my family, work, soccer, drinking and horses as usual 😘.

Takachiyo Halloween Custommade Houjun-mujin Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu I still have a few bottles of sake that I haven't posted yet... I'll have to open a bottle today on this day and drink it to check in 😘. Halloween is almost never associated with the Kozo family 🎃. I used to go around my friend's house when my kids were in kindergarten 😅 I miss it... The smell after opening the bottle is lychee! It is exactly lychee! But it smells a little like a light mint. In the mouth, a wave of lychee is coming in from the gassy pizzazz 🌊. The citrus bitterness (or grefleur bitterness 🤔) is a nice accent, and the rice flavor and yogurt flavor that is often found in orikara is only slightly noticeable 🤔. Of course, the sweetness of Takachiyo is still there, but this sake is a little less sweet! But for me, a lover of spicy and sour tastes, I'm like, "Sweet!" 🤣 I tried it with gorgonzola as a side dish... Oh! I guess it goes well with it😅 It goes well with nigori sake, but not with light nigori... It was so-so 🤣. I enjoyed it! Takachiyo-san😘. Yum! Polishing ratio 48% flat rice Alcohol content 16%. Sake and acidity levels are undisclosed. Oh no! Only one more glass left... 🤣
