Oze no Yukidoke Natsugin Junmai Daiginjo Namazake Summer Sake continues 🎐. Made with Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter: 0, Acidity: 1.4 (for reference) Fat 7/14 (bottle opened 7/25) There is no particular aroma after opening the bottle 💦I smelled semi-dyne when I poured it into the glass? 😅 When I put it in my mouth, hmmm? I thought it was sweet, but then the spiciness came rushing in 😦! The aftertaste is fresh and green apple-like freshness. The freshness is like that of La France. Well, to put it simply, it's like a spicy rumney 🤣. I was a little disappointed because I really expected it 😥. But please don't have any preconceived notions because it depends on the person who drinks it 🙏. Paraguay match before dawn on 7/25: 🇵🇾 Good for the U23s even though their opponents got sent off 👍They were not intimidated by their rough playing opponents and won the game perfectly without provocation 🎌. The races on 7/20,21 were in great shape 🙌 Got big tickets in 2 other races besides the 2 races in the 4th pic 🤣. Sake no Wa no Repo I've been able to post consistently in July 🤣.

Mimuro-sugi Yume (Romance) series Summer Jun Yamadanishiki Harajishu 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 14%. Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat 7/11 (bottle opened 7/19) This is the first bottle of Muro Sugi since the winter nigori. I was looking forward to it. The smell after opening the bottle is not particularly distinctive, but if I had to guess, I'd say it's a light Nikki 🤔. But as the temperature approaches room temperature, the aroma gradually becomes more fruity! Delaware or Kaiji-like grape aroma 🍇. The moderate spiciness is assertive all the way through in the mouth! It's light! Yes, it's light! Light on the tongue with a slightly low alcohol content of 14% and a good acidity that makes it easy to drink 😍. It tastes better at a temperature closer to room temperature. I think it is a good sake for a mealtime drink 😊. Delicious! I'm posting this on the shinkansen on my way back from a business trip to Nagoya.... I ate Hitsumabushi and did it... 4th photo. I couldn't make it to Sake Sento Horikazu, which I learned about from Mr. Studying, but I was able to buy some sake from a small sake brewery I had never seen before at Takashimaya 😘. I'm looking forward to opening the bottle...

Sake meter - Acidity Fat 7/6, opened 7/18 A collaboration work with a popular illustrator, Misaki Tanaka A snorkeling mermaid that was hard to come across: 🧜‍♀ The aroma after opening the bottle is more assertive than Sentori's Beetle and Stag Beetle! Citrus and grapefruit while accompanied by a good amount of alcohol? The aroma of citrus and grapefruit 🤔. When you put it in your mouth, oh wow! I've had this taste somewhere before. This is 🤔 Yes, it's a gin and tonic! It's a gin and tonic! Bombay Sapphire based gin and tonic 🤔. Greffle, lime, minty, sweet and citrusy acidity, this is bitter acid like Greffle! Yup! It's a gin and tonic 🤔! I'm as big a gin drinker as I am a sake drinker 😍 so I liked this Mermaid a lot. It's the perfect summer drink 😍. I could see why everyone was raving about it👍 Delicious! Well, tomorrow 7/19, I'll be traveling to Nagoya from early morning 🚅. I don't think I'll have time to go to a liquor store 😅. Please let me know if you have any recommendations for liquor stores near Nagoya station 🙏.

Luxury drinking comparison😍. Made in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture  80% Yamada-Nishiki  20% Kame-no-o Polishing ratio 90 Alcohol content 14%. Sake meter - Acidity Fat 7/3 opened 7/15 We were able to capture it again this year 😍. UA stag beetle A bit expensive but I wanted to compare it with the beetle 😅 First of all, the sake rice used is the same as last year's, but the rice polishing ratio is different! Last year it was 70% Yamadanishiki and 30% Kame-no-o! The aroma after opening the bottle is more pronounced than the beetle 🤩Yogurt-like aroma last year, but this year it was only faint and felt like pink grapefruit or lemon 🍋In the mouth, it is still different from last year's, with more presence compared to the beetle and a different acidity than the yogurt flavor 😍. Really citrusy acidity such as grapefruit and lemon! The claimed "adult lemon squash" is stronger than the beetle 🤔. You can enjoy a gentle sweet and sour acidity in the aftertaste! This is an expensive sake, but if you see it, please drink it👍. Also, try drinking this one with some air in your mouth! You'll be surprised at the adult lemon squash flavor that will spread out 👍 Yum!

Here's where the summer drinking begins♪ Produced in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture  Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki 100% used Polishing ratio: Koji rice: 50       Kake rice 60 Alcohol content 14 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened 7/1, submitted 7/15 The first Sengoku Kabutomushi in 3 years! This is my first post since I started Sake-no-wa. I think this is probably the hardest to find seasonal sake from Sengoku... After opening the bottle, the smell is fresh and citrusy with a hint of lime 😍 On the palate, that's it! Slightly different from the impression I had when I drank it before🤔I think it was a bit more refreshing, but there is a sense of assertiveness! Simply put, it's an adult lemon squash, but the sourness of Senkou is still there, as well as the yogurt flavor! When you let it air in your mouth, the fluffy grape (Delaware) type aroma blossoms 🤔. The aftertaste is light and crisp! Anyway, it is light, pale, and fresh like a fine white wine, making it a perfect summer sake 😍. Please roll it around in your mouth and let it get some air! It changes so much! As expected of you! Senkou Kabuto Kabutushi🪲. Delicious! Sentori Kizushi sake labels are getting printed these days...too bad as a label sticker collector... 💦.

Atago no matsu Daiginjo Sake Made from 100% Yamadanishiki  100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 40 Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter -1, Acidity 1.2 (reference) Fat: 6/21 (opened 7/10) Daiginjyo Debut Sake" was brewed with a completely different design from the brewery's concept of "the ultimate food sake". 〜The above is an excerpt from the brewery's concept. The aroma after opening the bottle is, hmmm? A new smell 🤔. When you put it in your mouth, it smells like white peaches? When you put it in your mouth, the aroma like white peach spreads all over your mouth and goes through your nose. Oh, wow! I was surprised though I heard it was designed differently from the ultimate food sake! When swallowed slowly, it has a spicy aftertaste with a good acidity that is hard to believe that it is a sake with a sake strength of -1! It's not a food sake, just like the concept! But depending on what you pair it with, it could be the ultimate food sake... It has a very long aftertaste, so it would be good if you top your chilled tofu with something with a strong flavor without going against it🤔It was delicious with fried egg and ginger on top 🤩. I found it more subtle at room temperature, but I enjoyed it better when it was cooled to a crisp. Wow, Atago no Matsu brews this kind of sake too! I was surprised 🤩. Thank you for the encounter with this sake! Delicious! Finally finished posting for June😅

Kaze no Mori - Ruohafu 807 Unfiltered, unpasteurized, unpasteurized sake 100% Nara-grown dewy leaves Polishing ratio 80 Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 6/15 and posted 7/8 When the bottle is opened, it makes a cheerful sound. The aroma is sweet fruit with a hint of grain! I wonder what it is 🤔It's a slightly diluted pineapple 🍍...peach 🍑...it's a moderate aroma with a tropical flavor and delicacy. The glass is filled with fine, slightly effervescent bubbles. When you put it in your mouth, the full flavor of the whole Kaze no Mori spreads out in a flash! It has a wide range of flavors, and as it is 17 degrees, there is a sense of alcohol, but it is not unpleasant at all, but rather a delicious acidity 😊. The aftertaste is dry and slightly long. It's amazing that the Kaze no Mori 800 series can be brewed so well with such low rice polishing 😍. Yum! 7/6 Sat night my soccer practice game ⚽ It was a lot of fun 😊I got beat up by a 6th grader who is an unofficial junior youth player for a lower division soccer team 😱. 7/7Sunday I accompanied my son to his soccer practice game during the day ⚽I almost got heat stroke watching under the hot sun 😅The parasol I borrowed from my wife worked great 👍. New Gen Koshiki Nama Moto Firing 2023-2024 Koji rice: Watafune No.2 from Shiga Prefecture  Kake rice: Watafune No.2 rice produced in Shiga Prefecture  Yeast: Kyokai 1401 Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat: 6/24 (bottle opened 7/5) Checked in at 👍300 I was laughing at the 100 and 200 check-ins, so I decided to match them anyway 😁. The third bottle of the Sensation series, following the white and black, is a red. After white and black, the third bottle is red! This one is also fire-brewed, but I was looking forward to it 😁. After opening the bottle, the aroma is punchy, unlike the black and white! It has a thin lychee-like aroma and is the most alcoholic of the three, but not unpleasant! When you put it in your mouth, it tingles and then the lychee flavor spreads strongly. After that, you can enjoy a good aftertaste with a slightly stronger spiciness just like the white one 🤩. The whole thing softened a bit on the second day 😍. Yum!!! The fourth one is chicken sashimi 🐔. It's been hot since the beginning of the week ☀ I'm fed up with the muggy heat when I leave the office around 9pm ☀ Let's go in good spirits and not get heat stroke👍 I'm looking forward to Saturday night night soccer again this week ⚽

Sake-Sumo Mori Junmai-Ginjo Gohyakumangoku" produced in Niigata Prefecture  Koshibuki" produced in Niigata Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 14%. Sake meter - Acidity Fat 6/10, opened 7/3 I had a Junmai-Daiginjo followed by a Junmai-Ginjo😍. The aroma after opening the bottle is not particularly noticeable... a slight lactic acid drink type aroma. Unlike the Junmai Daiginjo, it's not cloudy, but it is thinly cloudy. Slight bubbles sticking to the glass 🫧. Let's hope for the best 🫧. Slight tingling and slight bubbles on the palate, followed by a grapey taste that quickly disappears and is replaced by umami 😍The aftertaste is refreshing 😍. A lactic acid beverage that is not overpowering. Delicious! 6/29 Saturday night I'm back to soccer practice at night 🙌 There was a time when I could only bend 90 degrees after a nerve compression injury in my right knee in February this year, but I managed to get back ☝️ Soccer is fun to watch, but it's many times more fun to play ⚽

This sake uses a yeast called M310, which is a mutation of the Akari Ogawa yeast (Association No. 10) developed by Chikayoshi Ogawa of Akari Sake Brewery and produces more ethyl caproate. ... So, that's right. I don't understand😅 After opening the bottle, the aroma is very mellow with pineapple and mango! When I put it in my mouth and let it air out... oh..! Lychee! Lychee with a pineapple feel! The sweetness and acidity are very characteristic 😍. The aroma through the nose is also lychee! The aroma when you open the bottle is slightly citrus 🍊. In the mouth, it's more grapefruit than orange 🤔Yes! It's pink grapefruit! It's a grapefruit with a nice sweetness with a hint of bitterness in its tartness. Anyway, it's citrusy and refreshing and I love the citrusy feeling the moment it leaves my nose😍. The aftertaste was sharp and short! Yum!!! Finally started posting for June😁.

I haven't had a special junmai since I started sakéwa💦. This is a mellow, full-bodied sake brewed with the "tojumizu brewing" method of the late Edo period. This junmai sake has a perfect harmony of umami and sweetness. The nigori component is left in and the effervescence caused by the secondary fermentation of sake yeast in the bottle is contained in the "Jumizu of effervescence. 〜From the description When the bottle is opened, it has a fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can enjoy the fruity flavor and the rich taste that is contrary to the fruity flavor 👍and the refreshing taste is irresistible♪ It may be best to chill it well and drink it in a wine glass! Delicious! This is finally the end of my May Sake post 😅. Forgot to take a picture of the inside of the glass💦. Three summer sakes are on the way 😍.

Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened 5/28, posted 6/24 June is almost over and I haven't posted anything for May yet💦. It's been a while since I've had a Hiran! After opening the bottle, the aroma is like a Ramune. It's like an adult rummunee 😁. Bitter grapefruit on the palate with a long dry finish, but it's just the right amount of spicy and gentle. As the temperature rises, the spiciness increases and it becomes more tangy than gassy, so it might be better to chill it well. I think it's a well-balanced sake, not too light and not too heavy. It's delicious! My son's official soccer game was being held in the district tournament ⚽⚽The qualifying league made me realize how difficult it is to get into the mindset of a team competition... After two losses in a row, it was already too late for two wins in a row... We lost in the qualifying round 😥We were outplayed by a team we could have beaten well enough to win the tournament... We were on our asses and won against the favorites. We are happy to have learned the importance of advance preparation! We'll get our revenge at the fall tournament!

Sake meter degree: +8 Acidity: 1.5 (reference) The bottle was opened on May 22 and posted on June 12. In June, when it's sunny, the wind is still somehow cool but the sun is hot. Today is especially 💦. We chose the perfect summer sake for such a day! This is the sake you want to drink while looking at the stars in the night sky, and following Gizaemon's Summer Damon, this is the one that anticipates the summer👍. This sake is made by Ona sake brewery😍. I can't find it when I search for saké no wa 🤔 first check in? I don't think so, but it doesn't show up in a search? Jay & Nobby from Tochigi! Did you know about this sake? 🤔 I don't particularly smell any standing aroma after opening the bottle... The taste is crisp and clear while the mouthfeel is fresh and moderately slightly dry! You can enjoy the refreshing and fresh citrusy taste that is hard to believe that the alcohol content is 14%! It's just like a summer sake! It is not for those who seek richness, umami (mellow) flavor, or the popular umami sweetness. It's delicious! Sake meter degree -34, acidity 3.0 Fat drinking date 5/19, submitted 6/9 In the middle of May I brought this sake to a BBQ at a friend's house. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was very gorgeous, and I could smell sweet aromas of grape and pineapple in the yogurt. When I put it in my mouth, it was still yogurt! And then the sourness rushes in! The aroma on the nose is pineapple. I think this drink would probably go well with gorgonzola 🧀. It was a hit with the ladies 😊. I was lucky enough to find it on the first day of the brewery's new distribution at the Yokohama Takashimaya in May! I also got the Junmai 🤩. Delicious! The horses were in good shape again this week without getting damp 💴.

Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat 5/16 (opened 6/7) The second bottle of Sensation with a new label! Opened this time expecting more White🏳! I was looking forward to it even more this time because it is fire-aged and the rice used is different from the past Black and White, both of which were draft sake 😁. The aroma after opening the bottle is not so strong, it does not smell of alcohol but of sourness. I was surprised to find a light sweetness in the mouth followed by a spiciness 😳 and of course a pleasant acidity. I'm pretty sure the rice used for White's raw sake is Ginbukiyo. I think this was supposed to express a subtle, elegant sweetness. Totally different look! Maybe it's the sake rice, but maybe it's because it's old style raw sake! As I say every time, this series is one of the best sakes for the pocketbook husband as it has the best cosmetics 😍. Yum! I was able to stop by Hasegawa Sake Shop at Tokyo Station on my way home from the committee meeting as mentioned at the end of the Black label 🙌Get 3 bottles of summer sake👍.

This time I got the black and white👍 The aroma when you open the bottle is fresh, with a fresh citrus aroma such as tangerine 🍊! On the palate, the wine is full, then slowly and gently recedes with a light acidity. Simply put, it is fresh and light! As the temperature rises, the citrusiness increases and becomes more enjoyable 🤩. On the second day, the acidity became milder and mellower. Yum! This morning I had a completion inspection for my work and passed it 👍In the afternoon I have a technical committee meeting of an association I am a member of in Tokyo, so I will drop by Hasegawa Sake Shop on my way home 🤤I wonder if they have Sengoku beetles 🪲.

It's a one-cup sake that was shipped just in time for cherry blossom viewing, and it's expensive at 957 yen for 180 ml 😅I couldn't afford it if it were a four-pack 💦. Anyway, I like the ease of use👍 I wish I could have met you during Hanami season 😁. Well, no need to comment on the sake 😅. It's that good 🤣. Yum! Bitch. This Friday I crossed one big mountain at work 🙌 but I still have two more big mountains to cross 🗻. I saw it for the first time on a recent trip to a liquor store 🤗I didn't buy it 😅I know it's good 😁. I think it's ok to have it once in a while as long as you don't have care issues 🥲 🤔 it's not easy 😅.
