SENKOKU Akatombo Unfiltered unpasteurized sake Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki 100% used Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice Alcohol content 14% (undiluted) Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 11/5, posted 11/18 Almost the same specs as last year 😁. The aroma after opening the bottle is the same as last year, with a sweet aroma like white wine or Koshu wine. It doesn't have the thin taste like last year. When you put it in your mouth, it is still a white wine 🍷←Koreha, it is a red wine! It is a white wine if it is chilled while tasting the firm acidity! But this year, it becomes more and more like sake as it gets closer to room temperature... 😅Basically, the white wine taste remains the same... 😅 Sentori changes the specs of their seasonal sake every year, so you can enjoy it 👍. Delicious! 3rd WBSC Premier 12 vs Cuba🇨🇺 It was a fierce battle. ⚾️ I watched the game until the end because I didn't know which way the game was going to go until the very end. ⚾️ I think the pitchers did a good job of pitching in the rainy and bad conditions! That last series of strikeouts was numbing👍.

Kamo Nishiki Shifuda Sake Koshitanrei Junmai Daiginjo 80% Koshitanrei produced in Niigata Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat 11/1, drunk on 11/15 Today I went to Osaka on a business trip. Unfortunately it was raining and we couldn't see Mt. I wanted to walk around Osaka area after work to have a drink, but I had to give it up because I had a reception 😅. I drank at a petit welcome party for a new mid-career employee who joined the company in November, and it's been a long time since I've had a bottle of shipper's sake! Koshi-tanrei is a sake rice developed by Niigata Prefecture for sake brewing, and this sake is a limited edition sake 🤩 Koshi-tanrei is a cross between Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki. The aroma is mild and fresh, just like a daiginjo. It is soft on the palate! It has a broad flavor! The taste is fruity but quite delicate, and as the name of the sake rice suggests, it is light and refreshing on the palate😍. Delicious! Packaged sake I'm not sure if it's worth it to buy... but I'm sure it's delicious so I'll buy some when I go to Gransta Hasegawa Sake Shop 😘. Delicious!

drunken whale junmai daiginjo butei 100% Hachitan-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened 11/3 and posted 11/14 It's been quite a while since I've had a drunken whale. Sake served on JAL international flights It seems that they use A-14, one of the Kochi yeasts, which gives it an elegant aroma! I opened the bottle with high expectations! After opening the bottle, the aroma was banana-like, but I was quite pleased with the fresh and crisp ginjo aroma! In the mouth, it is still refreshing and basically clear, but after a touch of sweetness, a gentle spiciness comes in with a refreshing rush. Naturally, the finish is also refreshing and well-balanced thanks to the light acidity 😍. This is really good! It's really good! For those who like dry taste, this is a must try 😘. Yum! Forgot to take a picture of the back level 😥.

Sake for the Noto Peninsula heavy rain disaster in September 2024 It seems that the recovery is not progressing very well 💦 not much is being aired on news programs anymore! I don't care about the video of the PM falling asleep 😡. I want you to report it properly! The specs for this year's HOPE are a black box😱Last year it was 80% Yamadanishiki and 10% each of Kame-no-o and Omachi, but from the refreshing, citrusy acidity and sweetness characteristic of Senkou, I think it will be mainly Yamadanishiki again this year🤔←Tabun This is one of my favorite seasonal sake from Sentori 👍. And it's easy to find 😅 I'll be happy if HOPE can help in any way to support various causes, and hopefully a world without disasters and wars where this HOPE will not be released! Yum!!! Oze no Yukidoke Hiyamoroshi Yamadanishiki and Hachitanishiki used Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter: ±0 Acidity: 1.5 (reference) Fat: 10/28, bottle opened 11/11 2024The 5th fall sake I was a little disappointed with the summer sake and kept away from Oze Yuki ☃️ winter sake was delicious, so when I found Hiyayoroshi, I didn't hesitate to buy it. After checking the aroma and taste immediately after opening the bottle, I drank a gouge right away again! I let it contain a lot of air qi! Oh no, it changed into something else! When I opened the bottle, I thought "hmmm? I thought it was cemedine, but when I let it get a lot of air in it, it blooms 🌸. I felt the aroma was like green apple 😁 but with a bit of cemedine 💦The taste has a light acidity and a long finish with a green apple flavor. It's refreshing 👍. On the second day, the cemedine and the aroma have calmed down and the sweetness has come out in full 😳. Yum! On 11/10,11 there was a group league for my son's soccer district tournament ⚽️ We entered a strong league and lost the first game 0:2, but we didn't let that stop us from winning the second game 4:0, and yesterday we won the championship 1:0 🎉 We drew 0:0 with a lower ranked team in the last game, so we should be able to make it to the tournament 😊.

Chitosekuru Junmai Daiginjo 100% Kitashizuku produced in Hokkaido Polishing ratio 40 Alcohol content: over 15 to under 16 degrees Celsius Sake meter degree: +4 Acidity: 1.1 Fat drink 10/25, submitted 11/10 Drank on a company trip to Hokkaido I don't have any more pictures or memories of this one😅. But I did take good note that this drink was delicious👍 Original text😅 The aroma of ginjo is very penetrating. The taste is rich and full, and although it is junmai, you can really taste the rice flavor and it is deliciously dry! The lingering aftertaste is crisp and dry, and the ginjo aroma on the nose enriches the soul. Oh, I'm impressed with myself 🤣I'm a poet! I'm impressed with myself 🤣I'm a poet 🤣. Delicious! There was the Queen Elizabeth Cup on 11/10 🐎. I switched my favorite from my prior prediction to the paddock, and I won the race 🥇, and I also picked up the 12 favorite that came in 2nd place and won the single, double, triple, and wide, with the added bonus of the triple single 😍I couldn't stop laughing 🤣.

10/25 Hokkaido company trip After finishing Genghis Khan for dinner and breaking up the group, I went wandering alone to drink local Hokkaido drinks 🤣. The first one I chose was Chitosekuru Three Kinds Drinking Comparison. Namara Junmai Dry Chitosekuru 　Sake degree +6 　It is not too dry for a dry sake. 　It is not too dry for a dry sake and has a more crisp flavor than the rice flavor. Junmai Tantozuru 　Sake meter rating +3 　It is a sake that fully expresses the deliciousness of rice and has a lingering aftertaste. 　The lingering aftertaste is enjoyable. Special Junmai Chitotsuru 　Sake meter rating +4 　It has a stronger ginjo aroma than Tanjotsuru. 　You can still strongly feel the deliciousness of the rice. All of these sakes suit my taste for dry sake, and I enjoyed them with a side of pickled squid 😍. Delicious! Amabuki Hiyoshi Junmai Omachi 100% Yumachi Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree: +5.0 Acidity: 1.6 Fat bottle opened 10/21, submitted 11/4 The fourth fall sake This sake is characterized by the use of cosmos yeast! The language of cosmos is "harmony". Sounds great 🥰! After opening the bottle, you can faintly smell a grain-like aroma that tends toward ginjo (ginjo-style). It's hard to describe! The color is a little golden. When you take a sip, the rich Omachi-like rice flavor comes rushing in! There is no youthful tingling feeling, it is rounded and has a good sharpness accompanied by the rice flavor, moderate spiciness and acidity, giving us a sense of "harmony" as in the language of flowers. Roll it around in your mouth and let it get some air! It will blossom and disappear in a flash. Oh wow! That's awesome 🤩. You must try this airing it out ᾒ! Yum!!! How is everyone doing this three-day weekend? I've been slammed since day one dealing with a dead battery in my car at home, couldn't go take care of my father, and had to work today... 😥. Akabu Junmai Shu Made with rice grown in Iwate Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree: +2.0, Acidity: 1.4 (reference) Fat bottle opened 10/18, posted 10/29 Drinking on the way home from work (2) (last) I had never tried AKABU's standard Junmai sake, so I chose this one👍. The aroma after it is poured is fruity and cool. In the mouth it is very fruity but you can feel the deliciousness of the rice 😍I don't know what fruit to compare it to 😅I dare say it's the fruityness of the rice 🤣. The lingering aftertaste is tightened by the acidity that is just right, so I don't think you'll get tired of drinking it. It's a sake that can be enjoyed not only as a mealtime drink but also on its own 👍 Delicious! Sunday, October 27th On this day, I went to a horse race in the afternoon, and there was the Autumn Tennou-sho! I had already cut Dudus from my prediction, but after watching the paddock, I changed my mind and put him as my favorite! My favorite was out of the race, but I picked up Tastiera, who was not popular, as my "Ana-Ma☆" and he finished 2nd 🤩I was so happy because I had bought a lot of horses and a double win for Tastiera 😘On top of that, I had a delicious drink in the last race in the picture 🎉👍.

Ohmine3 grains Akirei Kasumi Nama Sake Omachi 100% Omachi Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 13%. Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat drink 10/18, posted 10/28 Drinking after work (1) (there is even (2)) Finished work after 9pm and went for a drink with 4 of my colleagues 🍶entry 21:30🤣. Unlike hiyaoroshi, this sake is freshly pressed and designed for the season! The aroma as it was being poured was of ripe melon! It could also be yellow peach, but I thought it was more like 🍈, but whatever the case, it has a fresh and gorgeous fruity aroma 😍. On the palate, there was a light, bubbly, slightly effervescent sensation, and the mouthfeel was gentler than the aroma. The acidity is nicely balanced. The lingering finish is light and pleasant. Delicious! 10/25-26 I went to Hokkaido on a company trip ✈️ It was a fun trip, and we enjoyed the local sake tour at night... I've been to the Sapporo Clock Tower, TV Tower, and the canal walk in Otaru, but it was nice to see the beautiful autumn leaves.... I would have gone to Sapporo Racecourse if it was open 🤣. It's pretty close to the city center 😁.

Sake degree +3.0, acidity 1.7 (reference) Fat bottle opened 10/16, posted 10/25 Nice to meet you! I was wondering if I should try the Junmai Hiyoroshi. I was hesitating between this and Junmai Hiyoroshi, but the waiter advised me to choose this one as it is more dry! Almost 90% of Souhyo is brewed and consumed in Tochigi prefecture, and it is a Tochigi sake that is loved by the locals! After opening the bottle, the aroma was mild ginjo aroma 🥰 Not gorgeous, but almost no harshness, and a promising aroma! The spiciness rushes in from the soft texture in the mouth, but the taste is mellow in spite of the spiciness! You have to try it to understand. It was easier to drink on the second day than right after opening the bottle. Delicious! I'm going on an overnight company trip to Hokkaido starting today, 10/25: ✈️ I thought about staying an extra night but decided against it because I have something to do on Sunday 😅Today's dinner is at a beer garden so I'll have a relatively free night so I'm thinking of going to a sake bar 🤤 I wonder if there is one around the Susukino area 🤔If you have any recommendations for places around Sapporo station. I'm a senkinist...right 😁. UA Momiji 🍁 which I enjoyed last year too The specs have changed after all 😳 Last year... Domaine Sakura Kameo 50%. Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki 25 Domaine Sakura Kamenoo 25 and it tasted like figs and pears! So, how does it taste this year? After opening the bottle, the aroma was the same as last year, with a fruity aroma that was hard to identify. In the mouth, it tasted like a combination of grapes and pears with a non-sour grenfre flavor. It's like Sato Nishiki cherries. Anyway, it's very refreshing and you can feel the sweet and sour with mild acidity characteristic of Senkou 😍. I don't feel any spiciness in the aftertaste or the throat, but I did feel a kind of richness 👍this may be the result of the 90% rice polishing ratio. Delicious! We have 4 bottles of hiyaoroshi and aki-agari orange corps waiting for you 🤩.

Minami Junmai Ginjo 100% Matsuyama Mitsui produced in Kochi Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 17%. Sake meter degree: +8.0 Acidity: 1.7 Fat bottle opened 10/5, submitted 10/17 This is the second time for Minami-san of Matsuyama Mitsui following the last Omachi! First, a little about the Minami Sake Brewery. It is a small sake brewery with an annual production of about 300 koku (about 300 liters). 1 koku is equal to 100 bottles, so 300 koku is only about 30,000 bottles per square meter! Expectations are high for sake from such a sake brewery! After opening the bottle, the aroma was a bit gorgeous 🤩! Expectations are even higher! When I put it in my mouth, I was like, "Whoa! Spicy! I was disappointed in a good way😅. I was told at the time of purchase that it had a Sake meter rating of +8, but it's coming! But the first sip is beautiful and juicy like a junmai ginjo, but I was surprised by this change! It also has a little acidity and a clean aftertaste, so you won't get tired of drinking it even though it has 17% alcohol content! If you like dry wine, please give it a try👍. Delicious!

Koei Kiku Tsukikage 100% Kame-no-o Polishing ratio: -%. Alcohol content 14 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 9/30, posted 10/16 This is the last sake I drank in September😅. As I've mentioned many times before, I'm really happy that the liquor store I frequent now carries Koei-Kiku, and although I can't expect a wide variety, I can now enjoy it 😍. The aroma when you open the bottle is of apple, pear, or even lemon squash with a concentrated juicy fruitiness. The mouthfeel is filled with a slight effervescence accompanied by an assertive acidity and a delicious sweetness 😘. The acidity is different from that of Sengoku and is typical of Koeikiku. As the temperature range recommended by the brewer gets closer to room temperature, you can enjoy it with a good sense of tanginess. I prefer it cooled down to enjoy the coolness 😘. Delicious! I had a badminton match with my daughter on the first day of a three-day weekend in October! I was so excited to see her play badminton, and she is a member of the national individual team 😅I guess my back and forth step work was too hard, and my arms were too tight... I need to train a little more to be able to compete 😅Table tennis we played later in the day. I'll have to train to compete a little more 😅Then we played ping pong 🏓 and I dominated her very unpopularly 👍

10/13 Sunday Tokyo Racecourse→Ginjo Tuna I went to Tokyo Racecourse for the first time in two years at the invitation of a friend. The weather was beautiful, the turf was green, and I was able to enjoy my ticket first thing in the morning 😍. On the way home, we went to Ginjo Tuna. I was drunk when I entered the restaurant, so I'm not going to report on the sake 😅I went for mainly dry 😘. Jikin Special Junmai Hi-iri 　80% Hachitan-Nishiki, 20% Yamadanishiki 　Polishing ratio 60 　Alcohol content 15.5 　Fruity, but with a deliciously dry taste that tickles the nostrils. (2) Takachidai: Dry Junmai Sake 　Not as dry as it sounds, but delicious. 　It goes well with oden and sashimi. Isoshojumo 　3) Isojyaku: Usually delicious 4) Masumi Hiyoroshi 　It is delicious! (5) Sanzenzori Junmai Dry 　(5) Sanzenzori Junmai Dry (Super Dry) Yummy, Yummy, Yummy, Dry 6) Hanaboe Yamahai Aki-agari 　This one! Delicious! ⑦Hayase Takihonmai Taki Suiryu 　It is deliciously dry and refreshing! Perfect as a mid-meal drink and goes well with sashimi! (8) Keiraku 　Definitely delicious😍! SENKYO Modern SENKYO OMACHI Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Genshu Domaine Sakura Omachi 80 　　　　　　　20% Yamada-Nishiki used Polishing ratio: 50% Koji rice (Yamadanishiki) 　　　　　Kake rice 60% (Omachi) Alcohol content 14 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened on 9/25 and stored on 10/11 This is the first modern Omachi in about 2 years. It has a stable Sengoku aroma, a delicious acidity that runs through the mouth, and a flavor that can be taken as lychee, mango, or even green apple, which is mainly grape-based. Sentori is a seasonal sake. I must try the modern and classic series once in a while 😁I really thought the "acidity" of Sentori was wonderful once again👍. Delicious! I watched the late night World Cup Asian final qualifier vs Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 on Dazone 👍 a nice win over the Saudis, who I thought would be more troublesome than Australia 🇦🇺 in this group 😅. There were times when they were pushed around and some super saves by Zion, but the defense was relatively safe to watch ⚽️ and if they win the next 🇦🇺, it will be almost a non-issue! You can test a lot of things, Poichi (coach Kazu Moriyasu)!

Kurogyu Aki-agari Junmai Sake 2024 Autumn Sake 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice Alcohol content 18-19%. Sake meter degree +7.0, acidity 1.7 Fat bottle opened 9/19, posted 10/9 It is cold this morning. I feel cold even with a jacket on. I miss heated sake😅←Asakara... It's been a while since I've had Kurogyu hiyaoroshi (hiyaoroshi is a Japanese sake made from black cattle) It's unpasteurized sake, so the alcohol content is high. After opening the bottle, it has a slightly sweet aroma and when poured into a glass, it has a slightly yellow color. When you take a sip, you will be surprised! A wave of punchy flavor comes over you with a light sweetness and graininess that reminds you of black cattle. It doesn't feel spicy like +7.0, but it is definitely umami spicy, and I think the high alcohol content also influences the spicy feeling. Delicious!

The one I came across this time was Halcyon. I had read your check-in so I could imagine what it tasted like, but I was surprised that it was more white wine-like than I expected 😳. The smell, the mouthfeel, the acidity, it really is like a white wine 🍷. The aroma is of white grapes with a hint of lychee and light grapefruit. Well, it's a white wine, Koshu wine 😁. I think many people would say white wine if they were blind tasted 😅 I wish they would adopt it for celebrity rating check 🤣. Yum! It's getting cooler all of a sudden. It's so extreme, isn't it, the climate 💦. I hope we don't lose spring and fall 🙏. I hope you all don't get sick. Let's enjoy a nice cup of sake👍

Well, that's right, it was a holiday... On the way home, I stopped by a corner bar for a drink 🍶. The aroma was citrusy and sweet-sour, but when I put it in my mouth, wow! Sweet and delicious😍It has a plump, broad sweetness and richness, but the aftertaste is clean and crisp! Some sweet-odd tastes have a long and messed up aftertaste, but none of them are found in this Ni-Utsu! Delicious! I want to win a small ticket, but I want to win steadily 😘.
