Takachiyo Halloween Custommade Houjun-mujin Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu I still have a few bottles of sake that I haven't posted yet... I'll have to open a bottle today on this day and drink it to check in 😘. Halloween is almost never associated with the Kozo family 🎃. I used to go around my friend's house when my kids were in kindergarten 😅 I miss it... The smell after opening the bottle is lychee! It is exactly lychee! But it smells a little like a light mint. In the mouth, a wave of lychee is coming in from the gassy pizzazz 🌊. The citrus bitterness (or grefleur bitterness 🤔) is a nice accent, and the rice flavor and yogurt flavor that is often found in orikara is only slightly noticeable 🤔. Of course, the sweetness of Takachiyo is still there, but this sake is a little less sweet! But for me, a lover of spicy and sour tastes, I'm like, "Sweet!" 🤣 I tried it with gorgonzola as a side dish... Oh! I guess it goes well with it😅 It goes well with nigori sake, but not with light nigori... It was so-so 🤣. I enjoyed it! Takachiyo-san😘. Yum! Polishing ratio 48% flat rice Alcohol content 16%. Sake and acidity levels are undisclosed. Oh no! Only one more glass left... 🤣

The first aroma after opening the bottle is melon 🍈, a fresh aroma like muskmelon 🍈, and the fresh melon aroma spreads in the mouth, but it is not light and the taste is concentrated and fresh 🤩. The lingering taste is lightly acidic and finishes with a sharp finish! Dew leaves wind has a powerful acidity taste 😘This is delicious! But... there was a noticeable change in taste on the second and third day 😥 This is a pity, and the spiciness that was not felt on the first day is gradually increasing, which is a negative evaluation: ⤵️ The taste on the first day is quite good! 10/12 Sunday. Stopped by Ginjo Tuna on the way back from Tokyo Racecourse where I went with my horse racing and drinking friends. Great place to pour your own 😘. Checked in to Aizu Nakasyo, which I had never had before! (1) Bakuren super dry The aroma doesn't stand up. As soon as you feel the light sweetness in your mouth, it's not so much super dry as refreshingly dry😍The aftertaste runs through you shortly after you feel it! (2) Takachidai Dry Junmai Sake Miyamanishiki The light ginjo aroma also conveys freshness from the aroma! You can feel the deliciousness of the rice more than the bakuren! (3) Ou boast 14C (juicy) It's juicy! Juicy 🤣! Light sweet! Like sugar water! 4) Hanaboe Yamahai Aki-agari The aroma is juicy and sweetness is felt from the aroma and the rice aroma is also felt in the followings! (5) Daimine 3 grains Hiya Oroshi Yamadanishiki Namazume I've gradually become lax in my notes on what I've had 😅. Yum!!! Because 🤣. (6) Aizu Nakasyo Junmai-shu Wow, it's delicious! NEW ENGI Kinmon-nishiki 2024BY Unfiltered Nama Sake 100% Kanamonishiki produced in Yamanouchi-machi Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 17.6 Sake degree +5, acidity 1.7 Fat 10/9, opened 10/28 This sake is sold at a liquor store near our hotel. The brewery that brews Shiga Kogen Beer has only been brewing sake for a short time, but they have changed the name of their sake to English characters. If you've had a good explanation from the sake brewer, you have to drink it👍. The rice is grown and brewed without pesticides from seed rice 🤩. After opening the bottle, the aroma is not particularly assertive...but...! As soon as you feel the spiciness in your mouth, a wave of delicious spiciness comes over you 🌊. This spiciness is not alcoholic but purely brewed spiciness and very pleasant 😘. I had never had it before, so I bought it without hesitation. The smell after opening the bottle is not fruity or fresh, but a gorgeous smell that is hard to describe 🤔. The moment I put it in my mouth, I thought it was soft on the palate, but then the bitterness and spiciness started to assert itself 😳I was surprised by this! It is fruity, but you can taste a lot of spiciness, but it is much more refreshing and juicy than other Kudokido-Te, so you can taste the fresh juiciness. So the aftertaste is very sharp and rushes through! As mentioned in Pon-chan's post, as the second and third days went by, the spiciness subsided and the ratio of sweetness gradually increased 🤩. Yamazan Hitogochi Junmai Ginjo Gowari Gofubu Light Nigori 100% Hitogochi produced in Nagano Prefecture Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter - Acidity Fat 10/2, opened 10/21 This is the second bottle of Yamazan after Yamakaze which I killed instantly 😍. I'm not comparing two 2 year olds but Hitogokochi 😅. The aroma after opening the bottle is very fresh! You could say it smells fresh! In the mouth it is milky like a light nigori, but with a clear and sweet taste 😍. In the mouth, it is milky like a light nigori, but it is clear and sweet. The aftertaste is very well balanced with no spiciness, bitterness, or other unpleasant tastes, so you will never get tired of drinking it! It's delicious! Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened 9/24, posted 10/16 This concludes the sake postings for September😅. This is the first Shichiken hiyaoroshi I've had in 4 years! The great thing about this sake is of course the taste, but what can I say, it's a great friend to those on a budget 🤩. It's a strong ally of the pocketbook husband 😊. The smell after opening the bottle is fruity and fresh, just like last time. The taste is also the same! Sourness... Sourness... Sourness... No more teasing here: 🖐️ The mild, muscat-like sweet aroma spreads in the mouth, and the clean rice flavor and sharp aftertaste are outstanding. The slight gassiness gives it a freshness. Delicious! We did it! ⚽️ ⚽️ Japan's 🤩A national team's first win over Brazil 🇧🇷 🎉Aside from the one or two goals scored, it was a good win! Brazil had a very good team despite the absence of Neymar and other mainstays, and Japan played well despite a string of injuries to their defenders and the absence of Mitsuzumi 👊. I was so happy, I'm cherishing it" 🤣. I haven't had Tatenogawa itself in 3 years😅. I have an image that even Junmai Daiginjo is dry, now how about this sake 🤔? The aroma after opening the bottle is rice? Koji? It has a rich aroma of rice or koji. As soon as you put it in your mouth, you feel the sweetness for a moment. The first wave tastes rice and fruity! The second wave is dry! Whoa 🤩. When you think of dry, you think of alcohol and a tingling sensation on the tongue, but this Tatenogawa is different! It's elegant and spicy, and you can taste this spiciness for a long time in the aftertaste! If you imagine the sake level -1, you can understand 🤔It's not spicy, but dry 🤣. In the mouth, it has a rich and heavy texture with a honey-like taste. When airing, it has a lychee-like aroma and a red grape-like sweetness that fills the mouth and nose 🤩 It also tastes like white peaches. It finishes with a little bit of spiciness and richness in the aftertaste. I think this sake is better to drink at temperatures a little closer to room temperature to enjoy the delicious sweetness and aroma 😘. It's not a bad thing to feel a little bit of alcohol, but I thought this is a great taste for a junmai sake 🥰. It's always delicious 😘. If you hear from the owner that this Nabesama is delicious 👍, you have to buy it 🤣. This special junmai sake is brewed with Yamadanishiki from the special A district of Yoshikawa-cho, Hyogo, one of the best sake rice production areas! It seems to be the best sake of the year 👍. After opening the bottle, the aroma was less intense than that of a regular special junmai sake 🤔. In the mouth it has a pleasant feeling that cannot be described as fruity or fresh 😘. It has a wide range of flavors, yet it has a very calm and soothing aroma and feel on the tongue, making it a very good sake as a food sake! Sake meter degree -4 to -6 　Acidity 1.4-1.6 (reference) Fat: 8/27, opened 9/18 Recently, there have been a lot of postings at Sakegawa, Genzai. I was curious about it, so when I saw it at Hasegawa Sake Shop, I unconsciously reached for it 🤣. After opening the bottle, the aroma is fruity, but you can also enjoy a grain-like aroma like rice 🤩. In the mouth, it has a fresh fruitiness that reminds me of muskmelon with a slight fizziness 🍈 and a smooth mouthfeel. The acidity, which is not showy, leads the taste beautifully!
