Koei Kiku Tsukishita Muyori Unfiltered unpasteurized sake 100% Sagabiyori produced in Okayama Prefecture Polishing ratio 80 Alcohol content 16%. Sake level Acidity Fat 12/6, opened 12/17 This is a sake made from rice rice, not sake rice! I thought I never heard of it, but it's not sake rice, it's rice rice. The aroma after opening the bottle is a bit like Senkou? The aroma after opening the bottle is a little like Sentori! You can feel the acidity from the aroma. When you pour it into a glass, it has a light bubbly taste. The color is a light golden hue, and the rice polishing ratio of 80% is convincing. The taste in the mouth reminds me of banana, but it is not fruity, it is more like a fusion of the deliciousness of rice and fruity aroma, and you can enjoy the pleasant dry aftertaste 🥰. The interesting thing is that as the temperature range approaches room temperature, the umami increases! The sweetness increases 😘. It's like a mild honey. It tastes like a pineapple without the sweetness and is light with little acidity. It seems to have been stored in the bottle for about 6 months, so it tastes less peculiar. It is light and refreshing, but has a strong flavor 🤔. The second day after opening the bottle, it became a little sweeter 🤔The third day, yes! The third day, it became more sweet 🤣. Yum! 12/14 I couldn't go to my daughter's 🏸 city tournament and my son's ⚽️ finals due to my mother's 3rd anniversary memorial service. My daughter lost in straight games 11-21,10-21 in the first round to one of the favorites, but her opponent was a 14 year old with 10 years of 🏸 experience...and he came in 3rd! My son played against a strong team and took the lead from start to finish, but lost 0:0 in penalty kicks. They both did their best! I watched the video of my son's game and it was a very close game (my daughter's game was not allowed to be filmed 😥). Hirotogawa Special Junmai No need to explain anymore! Good sake is always good! It's not outstanding in any way, but everything is on a high level and well balanced! I've had this Hirotogawa many times and this was my first check in 😅. Yesterday 11/4 My cousin of the same age who lives in Kansai was here on business and we went to a seafood izakaya in Oimachi 🍶. They have Hirotogawa, Mimuro Sugi, Tasake, and Tobiroki, so my cousin who loves sake was satisfied 🍶. I'm getting too old to drink in the middle of the week and it stays with me the next day😅. I don't have a hangover, but my body is heavy... Two more days to go! Let's do our best 💪.

Amami New Sake Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama Also known as "Yukiten Made with Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 11/25, posted 12/4 It seems to be a standard sake of Amami. This is my first time to know about it! I bought it with high expectations since it's been posted so much😘. Slightly effervescent when poured into a glass 🫧. The smell after opening the bottle is slightly lactic acidic, and when you start with the top clear liquid, you can taste the refreshing sweetness and the acidity that does not disturb it in a good balance. It's light and refreshing 😁The bubbles make it even more refreshing 😁. After mixing the lees, it is a nice taste! This is this 🤩 This is this! The yogurt flavor increases and at the same time I was surprised to find a little spiciness on the tongue and down the throat 🤩. Yum! This is my last post for November's sake! Sake meter degree +2, acidity 1.5 (reference) Fat bottle opened 11/23, posted 12/2 After the bottle is opened, you can smell a faint scent of ginjo, but the good smell of rice is more pronounced 🤩! The fruity melon and pineapple flavors that are so popular are absent, but the slightly dry taste is irresistible to sake lovers 😘The flavor increases as the temperature approaches room temperature! The lingering taste is dry and tugs at the palate. The lingering taste is dry and quite tugging 👍. Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 11/20, submitted 11/29 The name "Seikai" comes from the idea of brewing sake with a fresh and clean image like the sea of clouds in the sky. A newly created standard sake! You have to drink it 😘. The smell after opening the bottle is citrusy. On the palate it's grape? 🤔The acidity makes it fresh like Delaware and the fresh sweet aroma fills your mouth! From the fresh sweetness in the mouth, the taste suddenly changes from the initial sourness to astringency? Pungency? It disappears with a moderate lingering taste 😘. It feels light at first, but no, no! I think it is quite a modern taste 😘. Delicious! Alcohol content 14%. Sake meter degree -18 Acidity 2.8 Fat 11/16 (opened 11/28) This is the first saké I've had since the name was changed from "Kozo no Mori" to "Yuki no Mayu". I have high expectations! The aroma after opening the bottle is of grapes such as grape 🍇. When you pour it into a glass, you can feel the slight bubbles that arrive in the glass 🫧 Once you take a sip, you will feel a refreshing acidity and a sweetness that is not overpowering, and then the rice flavor will come rushing in with a yogurt flavor! 🫧It is sweet, but with the umami of rice, I think it is the type that even those who like dry wine will like. As you drink it, the lees gradually thickens, and with it, the fruity and yogurt flavors become stronger! I don't have a picture, but it was pretty pure white👍 It's still delicious! Sake meter degree: +3, Acidity: 1.3 (reference) Fat bottle opened 11/12, posted 11/26 It's been a long time since I've tasted Hirotogawa. The sake is a very popular drink in Japan. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not 🤣. I know Hirotogawa is delicious, but it's hard to express how good it tastes. I can't express how good it tastes. The aroma after opening the bottle is gorgeous 🤩. Melon? Sweet aroma with a hint of sweet honey. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the rich juicy flavor spreading from the smooth mouthfeel, and then the spiciness and light sourness will start to kick in. The acidity is also soft and gentle, so I drank it in spontaneity and managed to finish 1 gou on the second day 🤣. Delicious! 11/22 business trip to Shizuoka City 🚅! When you put it in your mouth, it is still a white wine 🍷←Koreha, it is a red wine! It is a white wine if it is chilled while tasting the firm acidity! But this year, it becomes more and more like sake as it gets closer to room temperature... 😅Basically, the white wine taste remains the same... 😅 Sentori changes the specs of their seasonal sake every year, so you can enjoy it 👍. Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat 11/1, drunk on 11/15 Today I went to Osaka on a business trip. Unfortunately it was raining and we couldn't see Mt. I wanted to walk around Osaka area after work to have a drink, but I had to give it up because I had a reception 😅. I drank at a petit welcome party for a new mid-career employee who joined the company in November, and it's been a long time since I've had a bottle of shipper's sake! Koshi-tanrei is a sake rice developed by Niigata Prefecture for sake brewing, and this sake is a limited edition sake 🤩 Koshi-tanrei is a cross between Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki. The aroma is mild and fresh, just like a daiginjo. It is soft on the palate! It has a broad flavor! The taste is fruity but quite delicate, and as the name of the sake rice suggests, it is light and refreshing on the palate😍. Delicious! Packaged sake I'm not sure if it's worth it to buy... but I'm sure it's delicious so I'll buy some when I go to Gransta Hasegawa Sake Shop 😘. Delicious!

Alcohol content 15 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened 11/3 and posted 11/14 It's been quite a while since I've had a drunken whale. Sake served on JAL international flights It seems that they use A-14, one of the Kochi yeasts, which gives it an elegant aroma! I opened the bottle with high expectations! After opening the bottle, the aroma was banana-like, but I was quite pleased with the fresh and crisp ginjo aroma! In the mouth, it is still refreshing and basically clear, but after a touch of sweetness, a gentle spiciness comes in with a refreshing rush. Naturally, the finish is also refreshing and well-balanced thanks to the light acidity 😍. This is really good! It's really good! For those who like dry taste, this is a must try 😘. Yum! Forgot to take a picture of the back level 😥.

Sake meter: ±0 Acidity: 1.5 (reference) Fat: 10/28, bottle opened 11/11 2024The 5th fall sake I was a little disappointed with the summer sake and kept away from Oze Yuki ☃️ winter sake was delicious, so when I found Hiyayoroshi, I didn't hesitate to buy it. After checking the aroma and taste immediately after opening the bottle, I drank a gouge right away again! I let it contain a lot of air qi! Oh no, it changed into something else! When I opened the bottle, I thought "hmmm? I thought it was cemedine, but when I let it get a lot of air in it, it blooms 🌸. I felt the aroma was like green apple 😁 but with a bit of cemedine 💦The taste has a light acidity and a long finish with a green apple flavor. It's refreshing 👍. On the second day, the cemedine and the aroma have calmed down and the sweetness has come out in full 😳. Yum! On 11/10,11 there was a group league for my son's soccer district tournament ⚽️ We entered a strong league and lost the first game 0:2, but we didn't let that stop us from winning the second game 4:0, and yesterday we won the championship 1:0 🎉 We drew 0:0 with a lower ranked team in the last game, so we should be able to make it to the tournament 😊.

The taste is rich and full, and although it is junmai, you can really taste the rice flavor and it is deliciously dry! 10/25 Hokkaido company trip After finishing Genghis Khan for dinner and breaking up the group, I went wandering alone to drink local Hokkaido drinks 🤣. The first one I chose was Chitosekuru Three Kinds Drinking Comparison. Namara Junmai Dry Chitosekuru 　Sake degree +6 　It is not too dry for a dry sake. 　It is not too dry for a dry sake and has a more crisp flavor than the rice flavor. Junmai Tantozuru 　Sake meter rating +3 　It is a sake that fully expresses the deliciousness of rice and has a lingering aftertaste. 　The lingering aftertaste is enjoyable. Special Junmai Chitotsuru 　Sake meter rating +4 　It has a stronger ginjo aroma than Tanjotsuru. 　You can still strongly feel the deliciousness of the rice. All of these sakes suit my taste for dry sake, and I enjoyed them with a side of pickled squid 😍. Delicious! Sake meter degree: +5.0 Acidity: 1.6 Fat bottle opened 10/21, submitted 11/4 The fourth fall sake This sake is characterized by the use of cosmos yeast! The language of cosmos is "harmony". Sounds great 🥰! After opening the bottle, you can faintly smell a grain-like aroma that tends toward ginjo (ginjo-style). It's hard to describe! The color is a little golden. When you take a sip, the rich Omachi-like rice flavor comes rushing in! There is no youthful tingling feeling, it is rounded and has a good sharpness accompanied by the rice flavor, moderate spiciness and acidity, giving us a sense of "harmony" as in the language of flowers. The aroma after it is poured is fruity and cool. In the mouth it is very fruity but you can feel the deliciousness of the rice 😍I don't know what fruit to compare it to 😅I dare say it's the fruityness of the rice 🤣. The lingering aftertaste is tightened by the acidity that is just right, so I don't think you'll get tired of drinking it. It's a sake that can be enjoyed not only as a mealtime drink but also on its own 👍 Delicious! Sunday, October 27th On this day, I went to a horse race in the afternoon, and there was the Autumn Tennou-sho! I had already cut Dudus from my prediction, but after watching the paddock, I changed my mind and put him as my favorite! Ohmine3 grains Akirei Kasumi Nama Sake Omachi 100% Omachi Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 13%. Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat drink 10/18, posted 10/28 Drinking after work (1) (there is even (2)) Finished work after 9pm and went for a drink with 4 of my colleagues 🍶entry 21:30🤣. Unlike hiyaoroshi, this sake is freshly pressed and designed for the season! The aroma as it was being poured was of ripe melon! It could also be yellow peach, but I thought it was more like 🍈, but whatever the case, it has a fresh and gorgeous fruity aroma 😍. On the palate, there was a light, bubbly, slightly effervescent sensation, and the mouthfeel was gentler than the aroma. The acidity is nicely balanced. The lingering finish is light and pleasant. Delicious! 10/25-26 I went to Hokkaido on a company trip ✈️ It was a fun trip, and we enjoyed the local sake tour at night... I've been to the Sapporo Clock Tower, TV Tower, and the canal walk in Otaru, but it was nice to see the beautiful autumn leaves.... I would have gone to Sapporo Racecourse if it was open 🤣. It's pretty close to the city center 😁.
