Akabu NEWBORN ahhhhh 🤣... The aroma after opening the bottle has a gorgeous sweetness that is typical of Aizan 😍. Immediately after opening the bottle, you can feel the gasiness. At first, you can feel a strong tingling sensation, but as you slowly roll it around on your tongue and savor it, you can feel the change! I have had this saké before at a store as part of an Akabu drinking comparison, and my impression is the same as then! I don't know when the bottle was opened at the store, so I don't know how the flavor changes after the bottle is opened, but this time I was able to enjoy the temperature change while feeling the gassiness😍. Akabu is not easy to find, but it is delicious! Delicious! Hay fever 🤧. I hope you all are doing well. I have hay fever without a doubt 😱 My eyes itch, my eyes itch anyway! Please cedar pollen go away soon! Horse racing was good again this week. こぞうrice wine Special Junmai Yamahai Hanafukiyuki used Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 16%. Sake degree ±0 Acidity 1.6 (reference) Bottle opened on 2/16 and posted on 3/8 We got it again this year 😍Tasake's Yamahai brewing 😍. The aroma after opening the bottle has no alcohol smell, etc., but I can hardly smell any standing aroma! No change from last year's 1/4 check in 💦. Other things have not changed much either. The aroma in the mouth and through the nose is not gorgeous, but it is simple and gentle... and most importantly, it is the best sake for a meal because of its soft texture and sharpness! And the best part is that it is soft and crisp on the tongue, making it perfect as a food sake! It is delicious lukewarm. It's delicious! It's been snowing since this morning ⛄ It stopped by the time I went to the office and there was almost no snow on the roads, so I'm glad, but it's cold 🥶. Horse racing has been going well 🥳 but I've been so busy I've hardly been able to do anything and I've been slacking on posting... 💦 I've accumulated my first 3 tanks of Sentori and other things... 💦...

I've been busy with the end of the fiscal year... lol It seems to be a series of test brews after the Shiki Theatre, with the concept of stillness and movement, light and shadow as thought by the brewmaster, Mitsunobu Takeshima... This concept is also the concept of the drink... Good Good understand I don't I don't know I understand I don't know. 😁 Unfamiliar label......................................................look closely and you can't help but laugh 🤩 buy it 🤩. The taste is hard to describe... I was sure it was delicious, so I looked online to see if I could find a description of it. It has a volume of rich sweetness peculiar to the rice used for making it, and the aroma is like orange and karin with a unique floating sensation. It's not like that 🤔It's not full, and it's not gorgeous like an orange. To me, it's mild and smiling, and it still has the unique and hard-to-express taste of Shiki. You may not see this sake very often, but if you come across it, please take it in your hand and have a look 😊. Delicious! I experienced the highest refund in my horse racing career on 2/18 at Tokyo 6R! I made about 💴😍.

こぞうKangiku Ocean99 Nagi-Spring Misty Junmai Daiginjyo Light Nigori Unfiltered Nama Sake Nigori (⑫2023-2024) Posted on Feb 13 This sake was a junmai ginjo from Omachi last year, but they have changed it drastically 🤩. 100% Kitashizuku used Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15%. Sake degree -5, Acidity 1.6 It is a limited edition spring sake, and the label on the back says that it reflects the beauty of the Kujukuri-hama coast, which looks different in each season. When the bottle is opened, the aroma is slightly sweet, but it is not the lactic acid beverage-like aroma of nigori sake. In the mouth, it still feels a little sweet, but it has a tight acidity that is different from that of Senkou, and because it is tight, it also feels moderately spicy. The aroma on the nose is also mild and moderate, so it seems to go well with anything you serve it with. Delicious! I was invited to a soccer practice game by my friend on 2/12. ⚽After 10 months since my surgery, I had to run twice a week and kick a ball with my younger son, but the intensity was different 💦The ball didn't land on my feet and it didn't fly 😅The weather was nice and I had a nice run, so it was fun...

Sake meter - Acidity I am grateful for the limited sale "Saku" that I received from a friend who lives in Mie at the end of last year 😘. The aroma after opening the bottle is more like roasted nuts or almonds than a slight sweetness of rice 🤔It is not like Saku in a good way, and you can hardly feel the sourness like lactic acid! It is not like a crop in a good sense, and I don't feel acid like lactic acid at all. It's not like a brew, in a good way, and there is almost no acidity like lactic acid. It is delicious even if you drink it well chilled, and please try drinking it warm or warmed up to human skin! I wish I had shaved it to warm up earlier because I tried it when there were only a few bottles left 😁. 〜Excerpt from the description that came with the bottle... The sake is named after the flint that saved the life of Yamato Takeru. It is said that Yamatotakeru fell ill during his journey and was enshrined in a mausoleum, where he became a large Shirochidori (white bird) and flew to heaven. Delicious! Sake degree -2.6, Acidity 2.2 (reference) We got it again this year 😍Senkyo's Risshun Asa Shibori! I opened the bottle today, the day I received it. Hmmm? The color of the bottle is different this year too! (See the 3rd picture, same as the year before last) As for the aroma and taste, last year you wrote "Shine Muscat" on the bottle! This year, it's not Muscat, it's grape, but it feels like Delaware🍇. It has a soft texture on the tongue, and it does not have the acidity of other Senkou wines, leaving a pleasant and moderate aftertaste. I've never had the other one, so I'm looking for a chance to buy it! I'll post a note after the second day. Delicious! It's going to be a Sentori festival this month! こぞうTAMITSU Junmai Ginjo Shinshu Tatsu Brewing year: 2023 3rd anniversary since we started Sake no Wa🎉! Entering our 4th year 👊. I managed to make it to the 2/1 post... It just so happens that we started on the exact same day as you 😍. I've taken the liberty of calling us synchronized 🙏. Made in Komono-cho, Mie Prefecture, Japan  100% Kami no Ho used Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15%. Sake meter - Acidity The difference between this sake and the "Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Kamiho" that I posted the other day is the difference in the rice polishing ratio of 55% or 56%. The only other difference is whether it is an unfiltered raw sake or a bottle-filtered 🤔This sake seems to be pressed in a tank and unfiltered. Tank pressing is a process in which sake bags filled with unrefined sake are layered and pressed with a lid and pressure is applied from the top. The difference can be found at ......... (Japanese) a noun read using a combination of the words Japanese fire belly newt (Cynops pyrrhogaster) Ma (dynasty of China; 918-1392 CE) slit suffix used as a rough indicator of location, direction, time, etc. I'm not! Maybe we should have opened a bottle together to compare 😅. My impression is the same as the Tamitsu mentioned above, slightly spicy, tasty, soft acidity and sharpness 🤤🤤🤤. Tamitsu is still the best 😘. Yummmm....

It's been a while since I've had a Sawaya Matsumoto, and I picked this up because of the simple label. I wonder if Sawaya Matsumoto keeps all the rice polishing ratios private 🤔. After opening the bottle, the aroma is of yogurt and calpis, just like muddy rice. It is pleasant because it feels moderately sweet. There is also a strong sense of gas, which is typical of Moriboshi! (I wonder if you can tell the fizzy feeling in the 2 close-up pictures 😅) (Can you see the fizzy feeling in the two close-up pictures 😅) The mouthfeel is smooth, and you can feel a fine pungent stimulation from the gas feeling. Not only the lightly sensed sweetness and umami, but also the refreshing moderate bitterness and acidity that brings them together spreads in the mouth. The aftertaste is refreshing for a light nigori type sake. I think it can go well as a food wine 👍I paired it with various cheeses 🧀. Delicious! Sake meter - Acidity We won big at the horse race on 1/20,21 On Sunday, without waiting for the last race, we went to a liquor store a little distance away 💨💨. I bought a bottle of this newly arrived Tamitsu and a bottle of Tamitsu's zodiac sign label 🐲 that a certain izakaya had returned in a hurry. Rafapapa, who posted a report the other day, described it very well, and you can enjoy the change between the first and second days of drinking! Tamitsu is a light sake characterized by a slightly spicy, soft acidity and a sharp taste, rather than a sweet and delicious taste overall! When you hear the word "light" you tend to think of a light flavor, but you can really taste the umami 😍. It really is a delicious sake! It's delicious! By the way, I lost the horse on 1/27,28... 😰It doesn't go that well every time😅.

こぞうYokobue Dai-Meishu Brewing Alcohol Rice, rice malted rice Polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 15 Sake meter degree +5, acidity 1.0 I drank this sake at a get-together after attending a technical committee meeting of the association to which my employer belongs on Wednesday, January 24 last week. It was the only sake in the all-you-can-drink menu. It was the first brand I had ever heard of! It was served cold from start to finish! It smelled like almonds when poured into the glass cup! When I sipped it, there was almost no alcohol smell, which is typical of aluzoe, and even though it was cold sake, it did not have a harsh smell or tingling sensation on the nose! The taste is different, but it has a good balance of sweetness, spiciness, mellowness, bitterness, etc. like Niigata's Tsuru no Tomo 😍. Don't underestimate the sake made with alcohol! Nanchatte... I drank 4 gou of sake by myself 😘. I had a beer as a chaser 🤣. Yum!

こぞうSetoichi That's Life Junmai Ginjo 〜Another Edition Sake opened on 1/19 100% Aizan from Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio: 55% koji rice, 55% kake rice Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter degree +2, acidity 1.3 When I drank it before, it was at room temperature, and I thought it was delicious even at room temperature because it had the full flavor of rice without being a junmai ginjo! After opening the bottle, the aroma is almost no scent at all, which is typical of Aizan. When poured into a glass, it has a slightly sweet aroma. Let it cool down well at first. When I put it in my mouth, oh wow, it is sweet! It is sweet! It's sweet 😁The aroma you feel with your nose is not so much, but the aroma in your mouth is quite mellow! I like that it has a good amount of spiciness and a bit of a tangy taste 👍I think it expresses the flavor of Aizan very well! But it changes to something completely different when heated (human body or warmed)! The sweetness becomes too much 😰 and it's not good 💦 The aftertaste and lingering taste is also messed up and unpleasant... This sake is best enjoyed tightly chilled! Delicious! This sake is one of two bottles given to me by a friend at the end of the year! Sake from Kanagawa prefecture where I live is not compatible with my taste buds 😱I'm sure it's a good sake...

Sake meter degree: +6.5, Acidity: 1.9 When I turned the cork slowly to drink the supernatant, it was shuwa wa wa waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy too much even with a little bit of stirring. Took 15 minutes to open the bottle🤣Well, it's pure white🤣. Finally opened the bottle😅The aroma is silky! I thought it would be like a lactic acid drink, but the smell was more spicy than that 😳When I put it in my mouth, I thought it was a carbonated drink, but it was so fizzy and delicious and sweet and spicy that it rushed down my throat 🏃💨. If you warm it up, it will be a little bitter due to the high alcohol content. But the junmai flavor will stand out. In my opinion, it is not for those who are looking for the sweetness of nigori sake 🤔I think it is good for those who like the Japanese style of sake👍. It's delicious! The horses were still in great shape on 1/20,21😍.

こぞうKudokibe Junmai Daiginjo New Sake Shiboritate Nama Sake 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16°-17°. Sake meter -5.0, Acidity 1.3 (reference) I drank this sake on 1/8 last year while horse racing with friends and posted it on 1/14. Recently, Pon-chan, T.KISO and Chobin posted it 🤩. Well, nothing more to say 😁. Anyway, I don't think there is any sake that can taste freshness with rice flavor and sake-like flavor that can match this Kudokutei. The lingering aftertaste is not only fresh but also moderately spicy 😘. I like this one! I want to drink it every year 😘. It's so good! Today 1/17 marks 29 years since the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in Kobe. Most of my relatives are in Kansai and my mother's parents' house was totally destroyed💦I remember going there 3 days later to restore it. On New Year's Day this year... I wish the victims of the earthquake in Noto, Ishikawa 😰 can get back to normal as soon as possible 🙏. I would like to support them as much as I can. I have other alcoholic beverages to post, but I posted the one I drank on 1/17!

こぞうAmami Junmai Ginjo Genshu On the way home from a company New Year's party in Ginza on 1/5, I dropped by Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta, Tokyo Station, and purchased this sake! Made with Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15 Sake meter degree - Acidity This is the first Junmai Ginjo of Amami since October 10, 2022. I don't need to explain anymore. It's still the same thin Muscat 🍇. This deliciously sweet, spicy, and smooth taste makes even those who don't like sake drinkable 🥰. Delicious! The third picture. The top one is this time and the bottom one is last year's. It looks different, doesn't it? I felt something strange... The fourth picture. Horses on this Saturday and Sunday (1/13 and 1/14) have been in great form since the end of the year 🤩. Today, Sunday, I won the 3rd race of the overwhelmingly popular Moom in the 4th round in Kyoto, and I'm so happy that I can't post the picture 🤪. Now, I think I'll go buy some good sake 🏃💨.

こぞうSakura Face Special Junmai Sake Freshly Pressed Unblended Sake This morning packed sake Directly from Morioka Made with domestically produced U.S. rice malt Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 18%. Sake meter degree - Acidity On Friday, 1/12, I went to a major department store on my way home and bought a bottle of nigori sake. Unfamiliar brand and brewery As far as I can tell, Tomoyuki Kumagai is the only one who has reposted this sakura face 🤔 Furthermore, this sake has not been posted yet! The smell after opening the bottle is weak, but I think it's more like the smell of koji than the smell of rice! It masks the smell of alcohol very well. When you put it in your mouth, the delicious spiciness fills your mouth! It is not a strong spiciness! It is a little bit strong and spicy! But you can also feel the gorgeous umami in the spiciness! The spiciness may be the only thing that comes through for some drinkers, but that may be due to the high alcohol content💦. We also tried heating the sake. Warmed sake and human skin warmed sake have more umami than cold sake. A minor but good sake 😍. Delicious!

Sake meter - Acidity The "N", "M", "G", and "H" are the initials of Saku's standard products "Nakadori (Masanochi)", "Enochi", "Genochi", and "Honochi" respectively, and this time it is N. The rest is only G! Only "G" is left. N has a mellow aroma and flavor, and a clear, transparent taste throughout 😍It is easy to enjoy as it goes down smoothly. こぞうTamitsu Junmai Ginjo Omachi Unfiltered Nakadori Nama (Opened on 2023-12-29 and drunk 30 times) Posted on 2024-01-06) Tamitsu has become one of my favorites. I've become a total fan 🥰. Made with Omachi rice from Okayama Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree -3, Acidity 1.8 (reference) After opening the bottle, the aroma is like a muskmelon with a more refined flavor. When you put it in your mouth, it is fruity even though it is a draft sake, but it is rather clear and tight, easy to drink and the cup goes down smoothly. The lingering aftertaste is sour and goes away quickly. It is clear and very easy to drink because it is "Nakadori". Perhaps it is because it is Omachi, but it has a good flavor. Delicious! 1/5 was the first day of work! We had a New Year's party in Ginza, and the contrast of the sunset was stunning 🌇.

It's our first Ni-Rabbit 😍. Made from Manzai Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16%. Sake degree - Acidity As the label says, "Only those who chase two hares will catch two hares", you can enjoy the contradictory flavors. After opening the bottle, the aroma is like Muscat or Delaware? Delaware? No? No 🤔 but it has a fresh and sweet grape-like aroma. A little bit of fine bubbles on the glass. In the mouth, fresh sweetness, acidity, and fruity with a touch of tangy gas! And! I thought, but then it turns moderately spicy and lightly sharp! Amazing! I've never tasted anything like this 🤩. The aftertaste is refreshing 🤩! On the second day, the change is pretty much the same. It's a lot less piquant, but the fruity flavor is all over the place! Delicious! The fourth picture is of Mt. Fuji taken from the Enoshima Ohashi Bridge on New Year's Day when we went to Enoshima Shrine for New Year's visit! It was a beautiful sunny day and we could see it from everywhere😍. D.) 2023-2024 Nigori 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content: 13% (undiluted) Sake meter degree - Acidity The Year of the Rabbit 2023 is just around the corner! The last sake we chose to open this year was our first ever Mimurosugi😍! When I found it at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station's Gransta, I was gut-punched 💪. I opened the bottle slowly to drink the top clear liquid, but it was automatically stirred💦. The aroma is milky. Slightly effervescent 🫧 as you can see in the picture when poured into a glass 🫧 the balance between the milky feeling of the lees and the delicious sweet and spicy flavor in the mouth is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! The wine has a pleasantly creamy, fresh, rummy aroma, with a great deal of grapeiness (Delaware) 😍. It has a nice sharpness and a clean aftertaste 👍It's light and easy to drink, and it's manachii. You made the right choice at the end of 2023 🎉. Delicious! こぞうThis week is the last week of work, but I'm still busy 💦I went on a business trip to Shizuoka City 🚅 on 12/27, but on the bullet train home I made sure to drink Shizuoka beer and get a small bottle of Hana-no-Mai 👍I do work, but I also remember this kind of thing 🤣. Hana-no-Mai Ginjo Hana Label Yamadanishiki from Shizuoka Prefecture Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15.5 It tastes like green apples. There is a subtle sweetness and a more assertive acidity. The overall balance is well balanced with the umami that is typical of Yamadanishiki as the main flavor. It is fun to find this kind of sake when visiting the countryside. Delicious! I will check in one more time on New Year's Eve 😁.
