Sake meter degree -1 Acidity 1.7 Fat 3/4 opened 3/18 This is my first time to drink this brand. The name is cute 🥰. The aftertaste is surprisingly spicy. As soon as you take a sip, you can feel the juicy fruitiness of the strawberry that pops up! And there is a tangy gas feeling that only a directly pumped wine can give 😊The fresh and pleasant acidity is irresistible! The attack has a sharp impression of freshness, and the aroma contains sweetness derived from koji, with a broad and rich umami flavor, and you can enjoy the juicy aftertaste of fresh acidity and rice sweetness. After opening the bottle, you can enjoy the change from refreshing to flavorful fruitiness as the days go by. Delicious! Purchased at a tasting... I have tried other sakes with a tender nigori sake, and I thought it would have the sweetness characteristic of nigori, but this was dry and surprising😳. Rika recently posted about this sake 🤩. Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 3/1, posted 3/16 The Moon series is released four times a year as a seasonal limited edition sake 😊. 1. new moon Harvest Moon Summer Moon 4. Blossoms Moon I've only had Summer Moon 😅. The smell after opening the bottle is gorgeous😍. You can imagine how sweet it is! I would describe it as more floral than fruity 🌸 floral 😚. In the mouth, it feels sweet and rich right after you include it! I wonder what it is 🤔It's hard to make an analogy but it's very easy to drink! But after rolling around in the mouth, the aftertaste, including the throat, also has a spicy taste 😳I think it's more bitter than spicy 🤔. Surprisingly, the second day! The bitter aftertaste I felt exceeded the sweetness! It's not a bitter taste that I don't like, on the contrary, it's like the sweetness has calmed down and changed to my liking 😘. I was surprised at this change! Nabeshima indeed! Delicious! I still have a bottle of Nabeshima in the fridge.

Friday, 2/21 Drinks with my boss (2) End After work, I went out for drinks with my boss who uses the next station from 10pm. We finished up with 2 drinks other than beer 🍺, a peach heaven and this drink 😁. Oh, it tastes so good! I think it's really great that they can brew such a great taste with honjozo! The balance of the flavor is good! It's so light and umakuchi that you can drink as much as you want 😊. The Sea of Many Islands Koji rice : Yamadanishiki 　Kake rice: Shunyo Polishing ratio not disclosed Alcohol content 15 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat: 2/27 (opened 3/10) Yamaguchi Prefecture has many sake breweries that brew delicious sake as good as those in the Tohoku region 😅I had never heard of this brewery and its brand name. The owner of the sake shop recommended me to try it because it is produced in small quantities and is very tasty. The aroma when you open the bottle is fruity 😍It has a nice sweetness that is not assertive! When I put it in my mouth, it tastes like grape and Koshu wine 🍷 with a moist sweetness. It also feels like honey, and when it rolls around in the mouth, it runs through with citrus acidity like lemon and grenfre and a good sense of tanginess 🤩 This sense of tanginess is indescribably delicious 🤩. This is why I can't stop exploring new things! I'm conservative in some ways though 😅 The Tashimakai we encountered this time is a delicious sake that doesn't feel like a sake, but it's not for those who prefer pure sake💦but it's good to taste it once and see if it can be brewed like this 😁! But if you like pure sake, you might want to try it 😁. I recommend it to women who like sweet and fruity 👍 Finally, I'm done posting about the sake I drank in February😅. Yum!!!

Tomiou Sugori Junmai Daiginjo Nama-nagaroshu Shiboritate 100% domestic rice used Polishing ratio 49 Alcohol content 17%. Sake meter degree: +3, Acidity: 1.5 Fat bottle opened 2/25, posted 3/8 First time to drink this brand! I bought this because I wanted to drink a dry, refreshing sake from Kyoto and was attracted by the fresh bottle and label 😊. The smell after opening the bottle is fresh and citrusy, with hints of lemon and green apple! It also feels like ramune. When I put it in my mouth and let the air in, the citrusy aroma comes in, and then the spiciness rushes in! This spiciness is not strong, but it comes on slowly and lightly, and the aftertaste lasts for quite a long time! The acidity is weak. It has a slight cemedine-like flavor. After the second day, I thought of heating up the sake, but I finished it 🤣. As you can see on the top of the 4th photo, it contains lees, which I think is one of the reasons why it tastes so good 😚. Yum!

GANKI Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Koji rice : Yamadanishiki 　Kake rice: Saito no Shizuku Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened 2/22 and stored 3/7 We drink this almost every year. Did they take the name "Arabashiri"? The label and taste were renewed 🤔. It has a thin but fruity aroma after opening the bottle 😍. It has a light feel to it. In the mouth, wow! It's delicious! And it is clearly different from the previous Ganki. I would say juicy rather than fruity. It's hard to pinpoint the fruit, but it's full of fresh fruitiness😍and thanks to the pleasant acidity, the aftertaste is clean and crisp, so it's good as a mealtime sake! Also, you should definitely try it warmed 🍶! It is much more full-bodied and the acidity is more assertive 🤩. It's delicious!

Nabeshima Orange Label Junmai Ginjo Gohyaku Mangoku Nama Sake Made with Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter degree +1, acidity 1.5 (reference) Fat bottle opened 2/18 and posted 3/4 Nabeshima for the first time in a long time I've been thinking of gradually drinking the Nabeshima color series (?). I was going to drink the Nabeshima series gradually, but then I bought the newly released MOON 😅. Oh well, we'll meet again 😘. The aroma after opening the bottle is of apple and muskmelon with honey like the last Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo Nama! You can expect a lot from the aroma. The fresh apple taste spreads in the mouth, but what makes it different from Hirotogawa is that you can taste the delicious rice flavor from here! I don't know what the word "juwatto" means 🤣. The aftertaste is light and refreshing 😊. Yum! Horse in February 🐎. I was busy with work and chaperoning my son's soccer team, so I didn't get to do much, but I did win, albeit at a slim margin 😁.

Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo Nama 100% Yumen no Kaori produced in Fukushima Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15%. Sake level Acidity Fat 2/16 (opened 2/26) When I found this sake, I thought it might be "unfiltered raw sake", but it was "raw". I thought it was "Nama" but it was "Nama"! I bought it with a grin on my face 😘. Hirotogawa's winter sake is often delicious 🙏 I couldn't get the nigori, but I'm thankful I found this jungin nama 🙏. The smell after opening the bottle is quite gorgeous😍It has a sweet smell but it feels fresh! In the mouth, oh! An apple with lots of honey 🍎 Check it again! I'll check it again! It's an apple, and it's delicious 👍! It's sweeter than sweet, but it's well-balanced and has no cloying taste. The lingering taste is a little acidic and sharp, so there is no lingering sweetness. This is still a great Hirotogawa! This sake is as good as or better than the same black labeled unfiltered raw sake 🤩. Delicious! My son's soccer ⚽️ I want to learn more! He wants to play, so he's going to join a technical class on weekday evenings... monthly fees... futsal spikes... pick up and drop off... Well, I want to help my child do what he wants to do as much as possible...

Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 657NeXT Junmai-shu Unfiltered, Unpasteurized Nama-shu 100% Akitsuho produced in Nara Prefecture Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat 2/13, opened 2/24 This is an aggressive sake that is a further improvement of the flagship Akitsuho 657😍. Carefully open the bottle from the "be careful opening" tag😅 💦Oh! Nice sound! When you put it in your mouth, the acidity is assertive, but the sweetness is not defeated by the broad and full acidity! Anyway, it has a good texture and aroma on the tongue👍. The lingering taste with acidity is quite enjoyable👍. Well, to put it simply, it has a good balance of acidity, sweetness, and even sharpness 🤩. That's what I'm talking about 🍃. Delicious! Every year he sends me a bottle of Saku for Christmas and I always look forward to seeing what he sends me 😍I really can't thank him enough 😘. I was told that this sake is sold only at a local liquor store, Ota-ya! I am even more excited 😘. The bottle is opened with full anticipation 😘. After opening the bottle, the aroma is slightly fruity with a hint of muskmelon, but it's really a very faint aroma! When you put it in your mouth, oh, oh, oh! The spiciness is very refreshing! The aftertaste is clean thanks to this spiciness! Wait a minute! I thought it might be better if it was heated up 😁. The aroma is a little sweeter and the flavor is more pronounced. ☺️ It is best warmed up or just warmed to human skin. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not! It's delicious!

It's a very Kudoi-like smell 😁 but it's very elegant. It's banana on the palate 🤩, with a lot of banana, but also an elegant ginjo aroma that is very gentle on the tongue, and a lingering finish that leaves a nice aroma and finishes well. Nakadori The first tank was opened at the end of January, and the second tank was opened at the beginning of January. You can also expect a sense of shwash from the bubbles 🫧 that stick to the glass 🤩. When you put it in your mouth, it is delicious! I think this "Nakadori" is the most delicious, fruity and easy to drink 😚 However, it is a little less acidic and punchy than the usual Sengoku 🤔. It's more pear than muscat 🤔. I had the first three tanks again this year and they all tasted different from last year 😁. I enjoyed them both good and bad, but overall, I personally preferred last year's 🤔. But I love and appreciate Sentori's attempts to keep changing, so I will continue to follow them 👍. I'm sure Sentori is still the best... Delicious!

Araubari The smell after opening the bottle is...well...smell of boiled soybeans...😅I poured it into a glass and turned the glass around to feel the smell exactly. There's a faint grape aroma mixed with the smell of boiled soybeans😅may be a miscellaneous aroma🤔. When I pour it into a glass, it's slightly effervescent 🫧It's thin and cloudy white⚪️When I mix it lightly, it becomes cloudy⚪️(The picture is not mixed)In the mouth, I can feel Sengkyo's characteristic sourness up front, but the lactic acid drink taste that is often found in nigori is quite moderate and the miscellaneous taste that is not like Sengkyo makes an interesting taste 😁. We were wondering why we couldn't get all three... I got the Araubashiri and now I have all three of the first tanks. SOME is the last sake to be pressed and is said to have the smallest amount of sake and a lot of impurities. The aroma after opening the bottle is like Senkou 🥰 It's really consistent! When you put it in your mouth, it is very sharp, which is different from the aroma! The sharp acidity comes rushing in! A hint of sweetness makes it seem fresher. There is no cloying taste, but you can feel the lingering aftertaste a little longer. When you put it in your mouth and let it air out, it really opens up the flavor😍Try this with a sour sake such as Senkou, it will double the flavor.... Yum!

This is the fifth year in a row that I have received Senkyoku's Risshun Asashibori! There are 4 sakes that I haven't posted yet, but I have to mention this one 😘. After opening the bottle, the aroma is slightly grapey 🍇 with a nice Delaware aroma! On the palate, oh wow! It's super fresh😍I don't feel any alcohol or tingling sensation at all 😅The taste in the mouth is also Delaware 😅Last year's Risshun Asa Shibori also tasted like Delaware. The aftertaste is a little dry, but the freshness is more than enough and the aroma through the nose is very fresh 😍. I am impressed with how well it can be brewed in time for Risshun! Toyokoh Junmai Ginjo Oorigarami Unfiltered raw sake 100% Toyonishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter degree +1, Acidity 1.2 (reference) Fat bottle opened 1/20, posted 1/31 R6. Toyokami encountered in December. I told the liquor store where I bought it that it was delicious, and they said they have a junmai ginjo oorigarami of the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake 😍. I had no choice but to buy it! When I opened the bottle, I could smell the aroma of grains! The rich rice flavor and aroma spreads in the mouth 😍And the aroma that rolls around in the mouth and goes into the nose is mellow 🤔Mellow gives a heavy image, but this is rather light 🤔The lingering aftertaste is sharp, so it goes well with a meal 👍. It is a sake to be savored gradually 😘. It's so good! January of 2025 has come to an end already..............................haya ina! I still have 3 more repos of the sakes I drank this month💦.
