Genzai extra high 100% Fukunoka produced in Aizu Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree -4 to -6 　Acidity 1.4-1.6 (reference) Fat: 8/27, opened 9/18 Recently, there have been a lot of postings at Sakegawa, Genzai. I was curious about it, so when I saw it at Hasegawa Sake Shop, I unconsciously reached for it 🤣. After opening the bottle, the aroma is fruity, but you can also enjoy a grain-like aroma like rice 🤩. In the mouth, it has a fresh fruitiness that reminds me of muskmelon with a slight fizziness 🍈 and a smooth mouthfeel. The acidity, which is not showy, leads the taste beautifully! The lingering citrus bitterness and a hint of spiciness finish off the palate. I had an image that Suehiro Sake Brewery made hard-core sake, but they also brew this kind of sake 😍. Delicious! Finally finished posting August's sake 😅. I'm running out of stock in the fridge so I might have to make a long trip to buy some 🚙.

Senkori Classic Ni-shiki Origami Domaine Sakura Kame-no-o 80 　20% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio: -%. Alcohol content: 13% (undiluted) Sake meter - Acidity Fat: 8/25 (Opened on 8/25 and posted on 9/17) This classic is a sake that is made from the same ingredients as the original. I was careful to open the bottle, but it was surprisingly mature😅. After opening the bottle, the aroma was sweet and creamy like an orikarami with a hint of grape 🍇. The sourness and nigori sweetness unique to Sengoku asserts itself in the mouth 🤩. It is a very good wine! I'm Sentori!" I can feel it 🤣. The aroma in the nose is the same, but the smell of lactobacillus beverage is more assertive. The taste is also like SENKYO! But thanks to the orikara, the acidity is very mild and it is very easy to drink. ⚔️ Sentori is still... Delicious!

Ripe peach in both aroma and taste? Lychee? I think you mean lychee 😅. You can enjoy the lingering scent that lingers long through your nose 👃💨. I think I prefer this one over Hakutsuru Nishiki 🤔. But both are... Yum! Knee injury Thank you all for your comments 😘. I manage to walk normally with a supporter and repeated daily compresses and icing 😅, but it hurts when I go down stairs... 😅. Saku Hakutsuru Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo Made with Hakutsuru-Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat: The bottle was opened on 8/18 and put on the shelf on 9/9 It's been a little while since I've had this one. Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Nihonbashi I usually buy this at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station, but when I went to Ginza, I saw an opportunity and went there 😁 It was a beautiful little store. After opening the bottle, the aroma was a faint peach aroma 🍑, a scent that was not overpowering. In the mouth, it's still peach 🤔It's a complex mix of flavors, but it's not peach or white peach, it's yellow peach 🤔It's also banana-like 🍌. There's also a little gasiness. I can feel sweetness, spiciness, bitterness, and it finishes with a light sourness. Well... it's hard to describe 💦. I think it's probably a sake that can be expressed very differently depending on the person who drinks it😅. On the 3rd day after opening the bottle, the banana aroma and taste became more pronounced, and at the same time, the aftertaste started to have a noticeable spiciness. Yum! Sunday, September 7th We participated in a friendly match at Shinyoko Football Park ⚽️ It was 7:20am kickoff so it was a little cool but hot 😅I injured my left knee near the end 😱. Anyway delicious 🤤. I've been seeing a lot of four-pack bottles of Hanayu recently! I've sent Ryoseki Shuzo an email twice before asking for more four-pack bottles, and I interpret the answer as "we'll take good care of it" 😘. Thank you very much! Other than Hanayuup, Ryoseki and Suitama and other sake breweries that brew delicious sake! I'll be rooting for you 🥰.

KAWATSURU Olive Bottle-fermented Active Nigori Unpasteurized Sake Made with Oceto grapes grown in Kagawa Prefecture Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 9 Sake meter degree -44 Acidity 1.4 Sanuki olive yeast Fat bottle opened 8/15 and stored 9/4 Still a lot of August 😅 Sake recommended by the owner of a liquor store. He warned me to be more careful when opening the bottle than normal nigori sake and that the taste is similar to Shinmasa's Ameeru frog, but I've never had it 😅... It took me 12 minutes to open the bottle😅. After opening the bottle, the smell was grape, delaware? Muscat? No, it's a grape close to Delaware 🍇. When you put it in your mouth, you may think it's highly carbonated from the appearance, but no, it has a nice texture on the tongue and is lighter than wine due to the 9% alcohole content 🤩. When you roll it around in your mouth, you can feel the fresh taste of minerality. Anyway, it tastes better when drunk well chilled. It may be more intoxicating when served in a Riedel or Champagne glass as a stand-alone, elegant after dinner than as a mealtime drink 😘. The aftertaste is sweet with a hint of rummy on the nose and the occasional hint of grape 😍. If it takes a while to open the bottle, chill it once before drinking 😘. Yum!

Kaze no Mori WEEKS2025 Yamada Nishiki 507 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 15 Alcohol content 14 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 8/11/13 and stored 9/3/13 This is a product that was released prior to the Kaze no Mori Weeks exhibition that will be held in Shinsaibashi, Osaka from September 23rd of this year. We were lucky enough to come across it. The first aroma when you open the bottle is of green apples 🍏 not full of honey but fresh green apples! In the mouth, it is sharp, acidic, light and pleasantly sweet, with a dry and tight finish. Delicious! Sunday 8/31 I participated in an official game of the ⚽️ team with no age limit, which I have been a member of for over 30 years. ⚽️ And the kick-off time was 12:30.......under the scorching hot sun......🥵.... We lost the game 0:2... 😱. The opponent was good and strong, but we are not pessimistic because we could have won if we had taken our chances 👍. We are not going to win the championship, but we will do our best in the remaining one section 💪.

I had a drink with my subordinate from 17:00 after work in this neighborhood 😘. Hachitan Nishiki and Yamada Nishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter - Acidity Fat drinking 8/29, submitted 8/29 It's delicious! The aroma on the palate is citrusy. The taste on the palate is very deep 😍But the texture on the tongue is light and clean, and the sake has a soft flavor that goes well with any dish, but it went very well with the white fish sashimi and raw oysters we got at the restaurant😘. Sono Kangiku -Blue Sapphire 2025 Discovery Series Junmai Daiginjo Usuuri Gorori Unfiltered Nama Sake 80% Gohyakumangoku produced in Chiba Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 14%. Sake meter: -12, Acidity: 1.5 (reference) Fat 8/5 (opened 8/29) I forgot to take a picture of the specs (back) label😱. This is the first Sono Kangiku I was able to purchase. I've had Kangiku 99 series and TRUE but never had Sono Kangiku 🤩This DiscoverySeries is one of the 4 types and apparently the shipping quantity is small! I can only hope! The aroma after opening the bottle is very fresh and citrusy, as is typical of Kangiku, with no specific citrus notes, more like lemon or grapefruit 😁. When I put it in my mouth, wow! It has a lot of gas like a thin nigori, with a lot of pizzazz and shwash (the pizzazz is only on the opening day). It is fresh and fruity, but you can taste the deliciousness of the rice 😘and the lingering finish is so sharp that you can't help but drink too much 🤣. It is a taste that will be popular with women 🥰. Delicious! The hot days are still continuing 🥵. Take care of yourselves everyone!

This is the second bottle of Urasato that I finally got my hands on 🤩. The smell after opening the bottle is a sweet grape aroma, almost like a rosé wine aroma 🍇. In the mouth, it tastes like sweetened lemon, and then the bitter spiciness of lemon and grenfre peel rushes in, but it quickly quiets down with a mellow aftertaste 🤩. As it approaches room temperature, the sweetness and spiciness become more pronounced and the aftertaste becomes longer. Never had this sensation before 🤔. The long awaited double shot of Urasato-san: 💣️💣️ Noooo! I can only look forward to being able to buy it at my local liquor store from now on👍. Yum!!! 8/15 My father passed away. He was 87 years old. He did his best for 2 years and 8 months after my mother passed away. At the beginning of the year, he was in danger of aspiration pneumonia, but he was discharged from the hospital with amazing resilience, but after moving into a facility, he lost the sense of urgency of living alone, or perhaps his dementia progressed, he couldn't eat anymore, and finally he died of old age. Well, he lived a long life, didn't he? I think my mother took me there during the Bon Festival. I was lucky to be able to take care of him at the end. After the funeral 😅

I was so eager to drink it 🤩 I was so excited that my local liquor store started carrying it and displayed 4 kinds 🤩 I had to carefully select 2 bottles 😅. I have nothing but high hopes for it... After opening the bottle, the aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of alcohol. In the mouth, the sweet aroma and taste is the most applicable to pear 🍐! Yup...it's a pear! It's pear! When chilled, the fruity flavor is assertive, but as it approaches room temperature, it becomes more acidic and alcoholic! I think it is best to drink it chilled. The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and goes from moderately spicy to sharp. Delicious! I told you in my previous post about the 2:1 win in the second official game of ⚽️ on 8/9, but I played as a center back (CB) in a back four position! Last time I was the anchor of the volante and this time I'm the CB and they put a newcomer in charge of an important position... It's a label that claims "The Japan 🇯🇵" 🤩. After opening the bottle, you can smell rice and bran and a little bit of alcohol, with a little bit of fruity flavor. The mouthfeel is full of graininess 🤩 and the rice polishing ratio seems to be over 90%. As soon as it feels mellow, the acidity rushes in, and it finishes with a strong sense of the umami of the rice! It also feels like a matured sake. If you drink it thinking it is Houou Mita, you may think 🤔! It's delicious! But you know what... I wanted to drink Senkou's Aikoku 😅 8/12 is my 5th birthday 🎂 My kids gave me Sandesi sake and snacks 🎁 my wife gave me... 😭 well, it's ok 😅. Official game 2 on 8/9: ⚽️ Started the game and won 🎉!

Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat 7/13, opened 7/25 This is the first time I have heard of this brewery and its brand name. I was recommended this sake by a liquor store where I drive to for a long trip. I bought it because it was recommended to me. It is a low-alcohol junmai ginjo brewed with a raw yeast sake mother that has been cultivated for about a month in a very small quantity. SAUVAGE means "wild" in French! The aroma after opening the bottle was, wow! It has a unique aroma, like Delaware? It has a complex aroma with a hint of fermented food, but it is very fresh. When you pour it into the glass, you can feel the bubbles sticking to the glass 🫧. In the mouth, it is full of gas and freshness 😘. It is low in alcohol, but the taste is robust and complex, so you can enjoy the depth of flavor 🤩. It's a taste that you can't find anywhere else! I can't explain the taste well with my vocabulary 😅If you see it, it's worth to buy and try it 😘. Yum!
