Senkori Classic Zero Edo-style Nama Hashiroshi, Unfiltered Nama Sake Produced in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture 　80% Kame-no-o, 20% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 90 Alcohol content 13%. Sake meter - Acidity Fat opening 1/1 Posting 1/8 This is the third bottle on its way back to Edo! As soon as the bottle was opened, it spilled a little. It seems to be in good spirits since New Year's Day... As you can see in the picture, it's so cloudy that you can't even see the snake's eyes! The aroma is a light and elegant Delaware 🍇. It's a bit of a sizzle in the mouth 🫧. As soon as you feel the spiciness, which is more like a refreshing white wine than sweetness, you will feel the taste of the wine and it will be overturned. Of course, I also feel a lot of acidity, but it's a little different from the usual Senkou acidity 🤔. There is almost no aftertaste 👍It is vivid and sharp like a sword ⚔️ This sake has a simple flavor, but it has presence 😘. This is awesome! What's impressive is that when you smell the empty glass, you usually smell alcohol on your nose, but this sake has a very elegant grape aroma 🥰 Please try this 🥰. You should try this! It is indeed SENKYO! Delicious! My daughter's flu has calmed down, so we went to Hatsumode (New Year's visit to Enoshima Shrine) on 1/4. ⛩️

I'm so happy to be able to enjoy Sentori during the New Year's holidays... I couldn't get 3 bottles for the first tank, but I got 3 for the second one! After opening the bottle, the aroma is the same as the Retro with a sweet sourness characteristic of Sengoku, but it is sweeter! When you pour it into a glass, a little bit of air bubbles adhere to it as well 🫧. In the mouth, wow 😍Taste with a good sense of tanginess such as sourness, sweetness, bitterness, etc. 🤔This! I wonder if it's like a good balance 🤔It's not as mellow as Retro, but the delicious sweet sourness of Senkou is delicious 🤩. I haven't had the classic yet, so I can't say for sure, but it's delicious 🤩. It's like a Sentori that can taste everything. The finish is refreshing and more acidic 🤩. SENKORY Retro Zero (Nama Shu) Edo-style Nama Hashiroshi, unfiltered raw sake As a SENKINIST, I must drink SENKINRI at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year👍but I don't drink it every year... 🤣 Produced in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture 　80% Omachi, 20% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 13% (undiluted) Sake level Acidity (reference) Fat bottle opened 12/26, posted 12/31 The aroma after opening the bottle is a sweet sour aroma characteristic of Senkou! It is my favorite smell 😘. When poured into a glass, there are a few air bubbles on it 🫧. In the mouth it is soft and mellow from OMACHI, but still has the delicious sourness of SENKYO 🤩. This is what it's all about, isn't it? The sourness of Sentori is 🤩. It goes down the throat, leaving a pleasant aftertaste with a hint of spiciness 🤩. I can't say anything else! Words are unnecessary! If I had to say it, it would be this one word! Delicious! Ladies and Gentlemen! Thanks 😘 Also thank you to everyone who commented ☺️ I hope to see you all next year 🙇. Wind Forest Challenge Edition 2024 Unfiltered, unpasteurized, unpasteurized sake 100% Nara Prefecture dewy wind 　In-house cultivated yeast No. 7 is used. Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 13%. Sake meter - Acidity Fat: 12/23 (bottle opened 12/31) All the brewery staff were involved in the design and planning of this sake! It is important to create something new while cherishing the good old things in any industry! After pouring, it arrives lightly in the glass with a slight bubbly 🫧 aroma of fruity, dark grapes 🍇. As soon as you put it in your mouth, you can feel the slight bubbles! Amaaaaaaaazing! It tastes like a combination of Fanta Grape with bitter lemon and grenfre 😁It tastes sweet at first, but gradually it runs away from the moderate bitterness, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. It's a little lemony, citrusy, bitter aftertaste that lingers a little longer. However, it is easy to drink with its 13% alcohol content, so you can drink it in gulps 😘. Nice work, Kaze no Mori! Very aggressive 🤣. To be honest, you may have different pros and cons, likes and dislikes! I'm not a fan of... Delicious! 12/28 Daughter contracted the flu 😱 Stayed at home until 1/2 💦 so we had to go to bed for New Year's 😅

Hoka Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake Made with Shirakaba-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol content 17%. Sake meter degree +1, acidity 1.6 (reference) Fat bottle opened 12/20, posted 12/27 This is a new sake from the brewery "Toyoka", which I visit once a month. According to the owner, it's a good sake with good cost performance. I can't stop drinking it. The aroma when you open the bottle is very mellow and you can feel the ripe fruitiness. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight bubbling in your mouth and the acidity will assert itself and the freshness will burst! The lingering taste of sweetness and rice follows, so it can be enjoyed on its own as well👍. I can understand why everyone says it's delicious! I can understand why people are writing about it 😘. Tamitsu Omachi Junmai Ginjo 100% Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 12/16, posted 12/26 The liquor store where we purchased this sake said it was a flagship sake of Tamitsu, which has made Tamitsu a popular sake! It has a fruity and soft mouthfeel that is not too floral. The deep umami and sweetness unique to Omachi rice spread out pleasantly and gently. It has an exquisite balance of freshness and richness. It is recommended to be served chilled or at room temperature to increase the sweetness! Delicious! How did everyone spend Christmas🎅 last night ❓️ I left work early and went home to buy a cake 🎂🤣. I gave my wife a handkerchief of her favorite Miffy 😘. I drank too much sake and went to bed early🤣.

We were able to get the first shipment of Snowman, which is rare 🙌 This year, the rice polishing ratio was not disclosed. The aroma after opening the bottle was like a pear scent again this year! When I drank the supernatant first, it tasted like a pear, but it also had a pungent or strange taste... When I drank it after mixing the lees... 🤔I knew it was quite different from last year... It is a lactic acid bacteria drink, but like the supernatant, it has a spicy, strange taste or something... I thought there was something wrong with my tongue, so I drank it the next day and it was still the same... I felt that the richness of the sake was stronger than last year's because it was brewed using the traditional sake yeast... I want to check it again, but I can't find it anywhere... It's just how I feel, and I'm sure it's my problem because I didn't find this kind of opinion when I read your report... 😅I want to drink this year's snowball one more time because I'm so frustrated! Hato Masamune Crystal of snow Junmai Namaisake Made with Hanabukiyuki from Aomori Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter degree: ±0 Acidity: 1.8 (reference) Bottle opened 12/12, posted 12/22 This is the first time for me to drink Hato! Golden color when poured into a glass. Smell is like thin honey 🐝I can say it is a thick sugar water... 😁It also smells a little like alcohol. In the mouth, you feel a sweet honey-like sweetness at first, but the basic taste is clean and refreshing Then it suddenly develops! The spiciness comes in with a bang 😳It seems to be made with white malted rice and has a strong sourness to it Delicious! 12/22 Sunday is Arima Kinen 🐎! It was a mixed race due to Doudeuce's withdrawal! My son's soccer team had a father-son soccer tournament that day, and I had to work on Saturday, so I hardly had any time for horses...but...! I did buy Arimakinen 😘 just in time to check the paddock when I wasn't on my own🤣. The paddock matched my prior prediction! The name is Regaleira! I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not 🤣. I know Hirotogawa is delicious, but it's hard to express how good it tastes. I can't express how good it tastes. The aroma after opening the bottle is gorgeous 🤩. Melon? Sweet aroma with a hint of sweet honey. Sake meter degree -0.5, Acidity 1.4 Fat bottle opened 11/9, submitted 11/22 First brand and brewery The first time I had ever tasted this sake, I bought it from a sake brewery in Mie Prefecture! The aroma after opening the bottle is of rice with a hint of ginjo! The texture on the palate is smooth and smooth but with a delicious sweetness. It is supposed to be dry and light 🤔, but it goes down your throat with a nice spiciness that fills your mouth and leaves a pleasant aftertaste. It's supposed to be light and dry, but it's light and dry with a touch of sweetness as well, so please try it 😘. Delicious! The day we opened the bottle of Miyano Snow was my wife's birthday 🎂. I asked her what she wanted to eat and she said Kenta 🐓. I bought kenta, cake, and flowers as a present 💐.

The aroma after opening the bottle is the same as last year, with a sweet aroma like white wine or Koshu wine. It doesn't have the thin taste like last year. When you put it in your mouth, it is still a white wine 🍷←Koreha, it is a red wine! It is a white wine if it is chilled while tasting the firm acidity! But this year, it becomes more and more like sake as it gets closer to room temperature... 😅Basically, the white wine taste remains the same... 😅 Sentori changes the specs of their seasonal sake every year, so you can enjoy it 👍. Delicious! 3rd WBSC Premier 12 vs Cuba🇨🇺 It was a fierce battle. ⚾️ I watched the game until the end because I didn't know which way the game was going to go until the very end. ⚾️ I think the pitchers did a good job of pitching in the rainy and bad conditions! That last series of strikeouts was numbing👍.

Kamo Nishiki Shifuda Sake Koshitanrei Junmai Daiginjo 80% Koshitanrei produced in Niigata Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat 11/1, drunk on 11/15 Today I went to Osaka on a business trip. Unfortunately it was raining and we couldn't see Mt. I wanted to walk around Osaka area after work to have a drink, but I had to give it up because I had a reception 😅. I drank at a petit welcome party for a new mid-career employee who joined the company in November, and it's been a long time since I've had a bottle of shipper's sake! Koshi-tanrei is a sake rice developed by Niigata Prefecture for sake brewing, and this sake is a limited edition sake 🤩 Koshi-tanrei is a cross between Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki. The aroma is mild and fresh, just like a daiginjo. It is soft on the palate! It has a broad flavor! The taste is fruity but quite delicate, and as the name of the sake rice suggests, it is light and refreshing on the palate😍. Delicious! Packaged sake I'm not sure if it's worth it to buy... but I'm sure it's delicious so I'll buy some when I go to Gransta Hasegawa Sake Shop 😘. Delicious!
