Tatenogawa Seiryu Junmai Daiginjo 100% Dewa Tsannan Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 14%. Sake meter degree -1 Acidity 1.5 Fat: Opened on 9/20 and bottled on 10/8 Sandesi's Tateno River clear stream given to me by my children for my birthday in August. My son asked me if I drank it yet. I was so happy, I'm cherishing it" 🤣. I haven't had Tatenogawa itself in 3 years😅. I have an image that even Junmai Daiginjo is dry, now how about this sake 🤔? The aroma after opening the bottle is rice? Koji? It has a rich aroma of rice or koji. As soon as you put it in your mouth, you feel the sweetness for a moment. The first wave tastes rice and fruity! The second wave is dry! Whoa 🤩. When you think of dry, you think of alcohol and a tingling sensation on the tongue, but this Tatenogawa is different! It's elegant and spicy, and you can taste this spiciness for a long time in the aftertaste! If you imagine the sake level -1, you can understand 🤔It's not spicy, but dry 🤣. I was a little bit happy because the Tatenogawa was just as dry as I imagined it to be 😘. Yum!

Collage Junmai-shu One time fire-firing 100% Yumeko from Fukushima Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter degree +1, Acidity 1.3 (reference) Corked 9/17, bottled 10/7 Consecutive postings 😊. After opening the bottle, it has a light and gorgeous aroma. It's a very elegant aroma. In the mouth, it has a rich and heavy texture with a honey-like taste. When airing, it has a lychee-like aroma and a red grape-like sweetness that fills the mouth and nose 🤩 It also tastes like white peaches. It finishes with a little bit of spiciness and richness in the aftertaste. I think this sake is better to drink at temperatures a little closer to room temperature to enjoy the delicious sweetness and aroma 😘. It's not a bad thing to feel a little bit of alcohol, but I thought this is a great taste for a junmai sake 🥰. It's always delicious 😘. It's so good 😘 It's been a month since I injured my left knee ligament. It hasn't healed💦I was told it would heal in about 3 weeks, but it still hurts 🤕 with twisting motions. I do a combination of walking/jogging and stretching... It's stressful, but I'm going to watch my son's ⚽️ more than usual ⚽️

Nabeshima Special Junmai Sake Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat: Opened on 9/14 and bottled on 10/7 The liquor store where I go on my trips is always a precious place where I can easily get Nabesama 😘. If you hear from the owner that this Nabesama is delicious 👍, you have to buy it 🤣. This special junmai sake is brewed with Yamadanishiki from the special A district of Yoshikawa-cho, Hyogo, one of the best sake rice production areas! It seems to be the best sake of the year 👍. After opening the bottle, the aroma was less intense than that of a regular special junmai sake 🤔. In the mouth it has a pleasant feeling that cannot be described as fruity or fresh 😘. It has a wide range of flavors, yet it has a very calm and soothing aroma and feel on the tongue, making it a very good sake as a food sake! In fact, when I paired it with sashimi, it seemed to enhance the ingredients without interfering with them 🥰. The aftertaste was refreshing and clean. Great job Nabe-sama 😍. Yum! Sunday 10/5 My father's 49th day memorial service and the delivery of his ashes have been completed 😅. I've finished the various procedures in order, but the issue is how to clean up and manage the "stuff" in my parents' house😅.

Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened 9/7, posted 9/29 We finally met "Kin🏅" by Laughing Four Seasons. I couldn't help but say "ki~n" 🤣! I said 🤣. The concept of a special edition for a special night 🤩. Let them lead you to a special night 😘. The smell after opening the bottle, oh 🤩! You can expect the smell of banana🍌 or ripe melon🍈 or even mango🥭 or ripe fruit🤩! In the mouth Oh, it's good! Delicious! Dark! Spicy! The flavor runs through the mouth in 4 stages 🏃💨. Sake meter - Acidity: 1 Fat: Opened on September 4, submitted on September 26 The first sparkler in 2 years 😘. I don't think a report is necessary anymore, but just in case 😅 The aroma when you open the bottle is Delaware 🍇. On the palate! It's different this year 😳. The acidity is very assertive... Citrus sweet and sour! I think that's the best way to describe it 🤔. Thanks to the sake's sake making process, I could hardly feel the lactobacillus flavor. The aftertaste is refreshing and sharp! I can only say that it is as expected 😏. Delicious! September is almost over and I'm still drinking 9/4 😅...

Sake meter: -8.5, Acidity: 2.1 (reference) Fat: Opened on September 1, submitted on September 22 I was at the nearest department store and had a great time talking about sake with a Kato Kihachiro sake brewer 🥰I love this time 😘. Fun 😘 I learn a lot about sake 😘. The aroma after opening the bottle is juicy but with a thicker, honey-like scent 🐝. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel a very soft and thick texture on your tongue, and then the honey-like sweetness will fill your mouth 🐝. The more air you let it breathe in your mouth, the more honey-like it feels. What is this 🤩 I have never tasted a sake like this before! It's a fruity grape-like taste, but very thick! The aftertaste is surprisingly crisp and has a nice spiciness to it. Amazing! Novelty! Delicious! Delight! Delicious! Genzai extra high 100% Fukunoka produced in Aizu Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree -4 to -6 　Acidity 1.4-1.6 (reference) Fat: 8/27, opened 9/18 Recently, there have been a lot of postings at Sakegawa, Genzai. I was curious about it, so when I saw it at Hasegawa Sake Shop, I unconsciously reached for it 🤣. After opening the bottle, the aroma is fruity, but you can also enjoy a grain-like aroma like rice 🤩. In the mouth, it has a fresh fruitiness that reminds me of muskmelon with a slight fizziness 🍈 and a smooth mouthfeel. The acidity, which is not showy, leads the taste beautifully! The lingering citrus bitterness and a hint of spiciness finish off the palate. I had an image that Suehiro Sake Brewery made hard-core sake, but they also brew this kind of sake 😍. Delicious! Finally finished posting August's sake 😅. I'm running out of stock in the fridge so I might have to make a long trip to buy some 🚙.

Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Nihonbashi I usually buy this at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station, but when I went to Ginza, I saw an opportunity and went there 😁 It was a beautiful little store. After opening the bottle, the aroma was a faint peach aroma 🍑, a scent that was not overpowering. In the mouth, it's still peach 🤔It's a complex mix of flavors, but it's not peach or white peach, it's yellow peach 🤔It's also banana-like 🍌. There's also a little gasiness. I can feel sweetness, spiciness, bitterness, and it finishes with a light sourness. Well... it's hard to describe 💦. He warned me to be more careful when opening the bottle than normal nigori sake and that the taste is similar to Shinmasa's Ameeru frog, but I've never had it 😅... It took me 12 minutes to open the bottle😅. After opening the bottle, the smell was grape, delaware? Muscat? No, it's a grape close to Delaware 🍇. When you put it in your mouth, you may think it's highly carbonated from the appearance, but no, it has a nice texture on the tongue and is lighter than wine due to the 9% alcohole content 🤩. When you roll it around in your mouth, you can feel the fresh taste of minerality. Anyway, it tastes better when drunk well chilled. It may be more intoxicating when served in a Riedel or Champagne glass as a stand-alone, elegant after dinner than as a mealtime drink 😘. The aftertaste is sweet with a hint of rummy on the nose and the occasional hint of grape 😍. If it takes a while to open the bottle, chill it once before drinking 😘. Yum!

Kaze no Mori WEEKS2025 Yamada Nishiki 507 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 15 Alcohol content 14 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 8/11/13 and stored 9/3/13 This is a product that was released prior to the Kaze no Mori Weeks exhibition that will be held in Shinsaibashi, Osaka from September 23rd of this year. We were lucky enough to come across it. The first aroma when you open the bottle is of green apples 🍏 not full of honey but fresh green apples! In the mouth, it is sharp, acidic, light and pleasantly sweet, with a dry and tight finish. Delicious! Sunday 8/31 I participated in an official game of the ⚽️ team with no age limit, which I have been a member of for over 30 years. ⚽️ And the kick-off time was 12:30.......under the scorching hot sun......🥵.... We lost the game 0:2... 😱. The opponent was good and strong, but we are not pessimistic because we could have won if we had taken our chances 👍. We are not going to win the championship, but we will do our best in the remaining one section 💪.

Sake meter: -12, Acidity: 1.5 (reference) Fat 8/5 (opened 8/29) I forgot to take a picture of the specs (back) label😱. This is the first Sono Kangiku I was able to purchase. I've had Kangiku 99 series and TRUE but never had Sono Kangiku 🤩This DiscoverySeries is one of the 4 types and apparently the shipping quantity is small! I can only hope! The aroma after opening the bottle is very fresh and citrusy, as is typical of Kangiku, with no specific citrus notes, more like lemon or grapefruit 😁. When I put it in my mouth, wow! It has a lot of gas like a thin nigori, with a lot of pizzazz and shwash (the pizzazz is only on the opening day). It is fresh and fruity, but you can taste the deliciousness of the rice 😘and the lingering finish is so sharp that you can't help but drink too much 🤣.
