I wasn't aware that I was supposed to check in at 100 🎉 on the last day of GW, but I reached a milestone with the Kaze no Mori ALPHA series that got me back into the sake swamp: ☺️ The bottle opens with a pop and a cheerful welcome 💨The gasiness seems to be alive and well even with No. 6 yeast 🫧The nose is mild, with a little lactic acidity and citrus 🍊. The top nose is mild with a bit of lactic acidity and citrus , the mouthfeel is soft and viscous with sweetness and a hint of gas 😋, and the acidity is refreshing 🤤 I wonder, the acidity gives it a great depth ✨White yeast or Bodai yeast 🤔, a bitterness at the end and a clean finish with no alcohol 🥰, as expected from a collaboration between Shinsei and Kaze no Mori 😆. It's a shame it's only 500ml 🍶.

I brought this one back from the store the other day when I was standing around drinking with the vibes going up 🍶Thankfully it was sold out at other liquor stores a long time ago 🍶I opened the bottle to relieve my fatigue as I love this stable and stable brand ☺️ The first aroma is soft and gentle with an impression of apples 🍎It is smooth in the mouth as usual and the fresh and gentle sweetness of the sake fills the mouth 😋A little bit mellow feeling is brought together nicely with a good acidity 💕Lingering soft and light umami ✨It is well-balanced to the last degree and can be served with any food. It was a very delicious sake with a sense of nostalgia that can be matched with any dish 🍶.

I went to the liquor store in search of Katakana Takatichiyo but couldn't find it😭I was disappointed and found this one in the back of the fridge✨I gave up on the Katakana review and took you to ☺️ sorry Hina Hana Mama💦. The shopkeeper said it was a pineapple 🍍 so I opened the bottle right away even though it was probably a summer sake as the name suggests 😆. The aroma on the top of the bottle is pineapple with a hint of sweetness and sourness 🥰, which may have been pulled in by the previous information 😋, and the fresh, tropical sweetness and flavor in the mouth 😋, followed by a fruity sourness and light bitterness to finish💕 Mmmm, pineapple🍍, the sourness hitting the back of the throat is a pleasant feeling ✨ hiragana Takachiyo is still a must-have 🝦. I'm sure you can't go wrong with Hiragana Takachiyo 🍶.

I opened a bottle of this one to relieve my work fatigue from the week 🍶Machida brewery gave me a directly pumped version that was delicious, so I had high expectations 🥰. The bottle is opened with a screw cap so you don't have to worry 😌, but it starts stirring automatically 💨The aroma is fruity, maybe apple 🍏The lees are a little coarse and fluffy, like a snow globe ☺️ When you take a sip, you get a nice acidity with sweetness and a strong, chili gas feeling 😋It's like the stimulation you get from eating pineapple 🍍The taste is light but has a good flavor It's a punchy taste, so you can gobble it up by itself, but it also goes well with something stronger 😋I think my favorite is the direct-fed version by a narrow margin 💕.

I probably don't need to bother telling you anymore... but yes, it's half Jikon Omachi Nama Sake 🍶My man brought it to me again 🥹Thank you ✨. The bottle is open as usual, so I'll take it quickly 😋. Brewed with a new rice called "Jushikinmu" by Kangiku, who never misses a chance to brew 🍶I brought this one to you expecting it to be right in the middle of my favorite sweetness ✨. The bottle was opened with a big pop 💨 I was afraid it would spill 😅. The aroma is mild, with a slight impression of pear 🍐The supernatant is very gassy, with sweetness and bitterness coming almost simultaneously 😋 and a nice crisp acidity 😋. When mixed with lees, the aroma impression is still pear 🍐Lees is also moderate, and the appearance makes me drool 🤤In the mouth, the gasiness is a bit petit, sweetness increases a bit, but the fresh bitterness and acidity make it easy to drink 🥰It's not quite what I expected sweet and delicious, but still high level ☺️It is also delicious with the bitter taste of spring vegetables! I think so✨️

I've been curious about the name for a while 😁The name "Kudokyuu Ute" comes from Hideyoshi Toyotomi 🤔I opened the bottle feeling some kind of connection 🍶. The first aroma has an impression of apple and a bit of alcohol but it is mild 😌The sweetness is felt from the viscous mouthfeel 😋After that, the umami with a slight bitterness follows and the spiciness finishes it off ✨I hardly feel any sourness but it is the spiciness that makes the mouth feel clean and refreshing. I'm not a fan of the spicy aftertaste, but I'm impressed that it's made with a perfect balance ✨Let's try other labels 🤤.

I've enjoyed the Mimurosugi since the 10th anniversary sake, but I haven't had the chance to drink it. Takasago 🍶 which I took the plunge and brought along, is quite expensive, so I opened the bottle on a perfectly ordinary weekend with high expectations. ☺️ It is another brand of Jikin-sama and is said to be aimed at a food sake 🤤. When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice sound 💨The top aroma is fresh and pear-like but mild🍐The sweetness gradually spreads in the mouth along with the fresh umami 😋As you are thinking, the umami spreads smoothly while the firm acidity and slight bitterness are nice accents to keep the overall balance 💕Jikkoman It has the same unique flavor as Jigokin-sama, and the sip is very satisfying 🥰I will have to take you back to Jigokin's other brand ❣️ if I see it again 💕💕.

It has a little bit of lees in it, so I just take a sip before stirring☺️The top aroma is like fresh pear 🍐In the mouth, it is like a dry white wine with bitter and sweet tastes on top of sourness like Senkou 🤔I don't know about white wine 🤣When I stirred the lees, the sweet taste increased and the sour and bitter taste balanced each other well. I don't know about white wines, but when mixed with lees, the sweetness increases and the acidity and bitterness are well balanced and flow down the back of the throat 😋I definitely prefer it with lees 💕I can feel the depth and complexity of the flavor as I drink it, a flavor I never felt with last year's wine 😋I paired it with octopus carpaccio and the sweetness of the sake increased and the octopus flavor increased 😍Senkyo has evolved after all.

I noticed before opening the bottle that there is just a little bit of lees in it 💕which makes me kind of happy 😆Opening the bottle was a nice, cheerful pop 💨. The top aroma is not so strong and slightly peachy 🍑, and when you take it in your mouth, the fresh sweetness and lovely acidity spreads in your mouth and tastes like green apple or strawberry 🍓, and with 12% alcohol, you can feel the gas on your tongue, so it disappears lightly and refreshingly ✨. The taste is even somewhat ephemeral and it makes you want to drink more 🥰It was still just as delicious as I remembered ❣️ I definitely want to bring it back next season 🥹💕!

I was able to bring this sake to Kadoya-san as a reserve for their hanpukai limited edition sake ✨️ Thank goodness 🙏The label is too cool 😍but I have a feeling it will be a bit classic sake😅. The first aroma is mild, maybe banana 🍌, maybe almond 🥜, and when you take it in your mouth, you can feel the umami and then the smoky aroma comes through to your nose 😳I couldn't understand what it was like when I looked at the back label🤣The overwhelming umami of rice with a beautiful sweetness on top of it. The smoky aroma may be the aroma of grain 😋. On the second day, the smoky aroma has settled down and the sweetness and umami of the rice has melted into a beautiful liquid 🥰It's supposed to be a food sake, but it's a very tasty one that can be enjoyed on its own as well ✨.

I was excited because Kanbai-lab. Vol.4 which I drank before was so good 🥰. I opened the bottle with a screw cap and poured it without mixing the lees ☺️. The aroma was green apple, I guess. When I sipped it, the sweetness came to the forefront while the acidity was also well felt and gave a refreshing impression 😋When I mixed the lees, the umami took over even more and the mouthfeel became mellow 😳The balance of sweetness and a slight gassy feeling with umami and acidity was in great harmony and gave a great sense of satisfaction 😋It went great with grilled spring vegetables 💕I'm sure it will go great with them too💕!

I picked it up over the weekend and was told to drink it as soon as possible, so I hurriedly opened it on a weekday 🍶I was excited to try my first brewer's kuheiji 🥰. The bottle was opened with a gentle shudder, even though it was leaking gas. ☺️ The top aroma is mild and hard to distinguish but I think it's close to pear 🤔As the name suggests, the liquid has a slight whiteness, and when you put it in your mouth, the classic impression appears for a moment and the umami rushes in 😳A little delay gives way to a hint of sweetness. The refreshing mouthfeel is balanced with a slight gaseous sensation, and the bitterness and acidity finish off with a nice balance 😋This is a mature nigori that you can enjoy ✨I'm sure you'll enjoy the changes in flavor as well, so try drinking it a little bit at a time 🤤.
