I've been following this one since NAMICAN 🍶I have high expectations for this Yamadanishiki sake ✨. The top aroma is fruity like banana and peach 🍌The mouthfeel is sweet but also has a bit of alcohol and a little bit of a curdle 😅It's delicious though 😅. I let it sit for 2 days and tried it again 🍶The top aroma impression is still the same and it's still fruity☺️Alcoholic impression became milder and I could feel the sweetness and then the acidity 😋I enjoyed the sweet and sour taste when the temperature was a little higher after taking out from the refrigerator💕I guess sake has a lot of depth 🥰.

I've been curious about Hiran🍶 for a while and happened to come across it at a liquor store, so I brought it to you: ☺️ I was curious about the taste 👀Open the bottle and it pops more vigorously than I expected 💨The top aroma is elegant and pear-like 🍐The lees are a little coarse and delicate 😋The sweetness and umami come together and the long finish is fruity and juicy ✨. The wine is called "Queen" and the overall taste is very elegant 👑 Oh, and the gasiness is soft 🫧It went perfectly with the pineapple and cream cheese wrapped prosciutto 💕.

The first Tasake we received in a four-pack bottle was a light nigori ☺️The winter nigori sake lineup is reaching its climax and we are sad 😭 I was thrilled and excited when I opened the bottle 🍶The top aroma is fresh and pear-like 🤤The top clear liquid is fruity and has a balance of sweetness and a hint of sourness that I have never tasted before😳Ko, this is delicious 😋It has a silky texture on the tongue when mixed with lees, sweet and sour and ends with an impressive bitter taste that lingers long and finishes with a kick😋. It's still somewhat refreshing and the sweet, sour and bitter tastes are well balanced without being too assertive 🥰I almost finished the entire four-pack 💕I can see why it's so popular✨️

Takachiyosan appears so often that I'm already wondering if I should agar-agar 🍶I found it at a liquor store so I had no choice 😆The concept this time is white peach 🍑I'm excited to open the bottle ☺️ Oh, there is a little bit of lees 👀 I see ✨The top aroma is stable and fruity 🤤No automatic stirring, just the supernatant, maybe it's peach 🤤It's not. I think it's a peach, but it's not 🤔It's a bit firm and looks like a young melon when mixed with lees 🍈Sweetness comes in, fresh acidity and a slight gasiness, and the aftertaste is short 😋It's delicious but something is missing 🥴. On the second day, when I tasted it again, the hardness was gone and the sweetness was solid, definitely the impression of white peaches 🍑It was this 😍It was too easy to drink as there was no bitterness 🥰I was a little nervous but it was still a delicious sake 💕.

I'm thankful that I was able to pick up Miyazumi nigori at the last minute at the end of the year 😆 I'll enjoy it while thanking myself for struggling so hard 🍶Open the bottle with a splash of energy 💨I'm glad I chilled it well 😌. The top nose gives a refreshing impression and I can feel the nuance of white peach in the back 🤔I poured the supernatant in a hurry before it was mixed up, it was fresh and gassy just like the top nose 🫧 like a rummy 😋. I think it's less sweet than Sharaku's nigori. ☺️ Both are excellent, but Sharaku's universal appeal is a bit more my taste so far💕I'm determined to bring them both back again. ✨️

I've only had seasonal brands from AKABU, so I wanted to try their regular brands. ☺️Newborn, so it's a new sake. ✨️The bottle opens with a nice pop🍶The top aroma is not that high, but it's fruity and gorgeous 🤤 Hmmm, almost like melon... I think it's almost like melon 🍈. In the mouth, I thought the sweetness would come, but then the complex and juicy umami comes 😳 After that, the sweetness, petit gasiness, and acidity without any curdling harmonize and finish 😋It was a wonderful sake, sweet and tasty, yet refreshing and delicious 🥰.

I was so eager to drink it that I went to pick it up from the store where I had it on hold 🚙I was excited to see that it was a new Takachiyo sake 🥰. The aroma of tropical fruit flooded my nose from the first sip 🤤 The sweetness in the mouth was easy to understand, followed by sourness 😋 I guess my preconceived notion that it was made to be a pineapple was pulling me in, but it was definitely one step ahead of ripe pineapple 🍍 It was also good, no questions asked ✨. I was surprised again when I drank it after 2 days 😳The flavor impression was completely melon 🍈This was also delicious 🤤It was a great sake that you can enjoy twice in one bottle ✨.

My subordinate at work got it and drank half of it and went to the trouble of delivering it to me and giving it away 🍶I really appreciate it🙇It's a fresh sake and the bottle is open, so I'm going to drink it right away to move up the order 💕. The top aroma is fruity and refreshing ☺️ I can't quite put it in the context of fruit, but it has a nice hint of sweetness and sourness 🤤 When you sip it, you get the same elegant sweetness and lovely sourness as the top aroma, followed by a long finish with a gentle bitterness 😋 It's got to be good, doesn't it🥰🥰 I found a distinct cherry feeling in the lingering finish. I found a cherry taste 🍒. I paired it with oden and ehoumaki (Japanese rice wrapped in a bamboo leaf) and it was in perfect harmony, and it's a great food sake 🍶It's just wonderful 😍I'll be ready to work hard tomorrow 😍✨️

I brought this because of the cute bunny on the label 🍶 although I have the impression that Tsanbana is more well known in Japan 🤔. When I opened the bottle, I was excited to see the fine bubbles rising from the well-chilled bottle 🤤It was not enough to be automatically stirred, so I started with the supernatant. ☺️ The top aroma is not high, but it gives a fruity impression. When I put it in my mouth, I felt sweetness and acidity like white wine, and the gasiness of the bubbles stimulated my mouth 😋When I mixed in the lees, the mouthfeel became mellow and the impression of the bubbles became thicker and thicker with a nice bitter taste that made me drink more and more 😋I was surprised that I finished the 4 gou bottle😳Is this what you call the love for Tochigi 🥰.

I asked the liquor store I often go to about a refreshing one like Senkou and they recommended this one 🍶They say it is a magician of bubbles with its bubbly fermentation process 🤤I took them out and opened the bottle immediately 😆I was scared to open the bottle because I heard it was bubbly but it opened gently🙄It is fine and fine when poured into a glass. I want to drink it on the kotatsu (Japanese tablecloth) and open the bottle 🍶They say it was brewed with the image of mandarin oranges 🍊. I opened this bottle 🍶I don't know Gundam well but I'm thrilled to have my first Shia ☺️...well, it's been a while since I've had a classic ricey aroma and I don't like it much 💦The creamy riceiness is in full force in the mouth and I'm not sure I like it. I'm a little uncomfortable with it 😓. After about the third day, the creaminess subsides and the umami comes through, and the slight sweetness and acidity give the impression of a better balance 😌. It also has a good alcohol content, so it's a sake that complements food as a mealtime sake 🍶.

Since it's a zodiac sign label, I opened this bottle as well 🍶The label with a pop cat undeniably raises expectations 🤤I wonder why the cat couldn't be a zodiac sign 🤔. The top aroma is fruity as expected💕The impression on the palate is pineapple and La France 😋The sweetness is less than the Xmas label and the balance with the acidity is really good☺️ I hardly feel any aftertaste but the bitterness wraps it up and it finishes nicely🥴This year is another good one! I'll have to catch up with you guys 🥰.
