I managed to bring this one back from last year 🍶It was just when I was getting back into sake, but I remember it was delicious 😌I wonder if my memory is correct 🍶I'll try it right away 🍶. I noticed before opening the bottle that there is just a little bit of lees in it 💕which makes me kind of happy 😆Opening the bottle was a nice, cheerful pop 💨. The top aroma is not so strong and slightly peachy 🍑, and when you take it in your mouth, the fresh sweetness and lovely acidity spreads in your mouth and tastes like green apple or strawberry 🍓, and with 12% alcohol, you can feel the gas on your tongue, so it disappears lightly and refreshingly ✨. The taste is even somewhat ephemeral and it makes you want to drink more 🥰It was still just as delicious as I remembered ❣️ I definitely want to bring it back next season 🥹💕!

I was able to bring this sake to Kadoya-san as a reserve for their hanpukai limited edition sake ✨️ Thank goodness 🙏The label is too cool 😍but I have a feeling it will be a bit classic sake😅. The first aroma is mild, maybe banana 🍌, maybe almond 🥜, and when you take it in your mouth, you can feel the umami and then the smoky aroma comes through to your nose 😳I couldn't understand what it was like when I looked at the back label🤣The overwhelming umami of rice with a beautiful sweetness on top of it. The smoky aroma may be the aroma of grain 😋. On the second day, the smoky aroma has settled down and the sweetness and umami of the rice has melted into a beautiful liquid 🥰It's supposed to be a food sake, but it's a very tasty one that can be enjoyed on its own as well ✨.

I was excited because Kanbai-lab. Vol.4 which I drank before was so good 🥰. I opened the bottle with a screw cap and poured it without mixing the lees ☺️. The aroma was green apple, I guess. When I sipped it, the sweetness came to the forefront while the acidity was also well felt and gave a refreshing impression 😋When I mixed the lees, the umami took over even more and the mouthfeel became mellow 😳The balance of sweetness and a slight gassy feeling with umami and acidity was in great harmony and gave a great sense of satisfaction 😋It went great with grilled spring vegetables 💕I'm sure it will go great with them too💕!

I picked it up over the weekend and was told to drink it as soon as possible, so I hurriedly opened it on a weekday 🍶I was excited to try my first brewer's kuheiji 🥰. The bottle was opened with a gentle shudder, even though it was leaking gas. ☺️ The top aroma is mild and hard to distinguish but I think it's close to pear 🤔As the name suggests, the liquid has a slight whiteness, and when you put it in your mouth, the classic impression appears for a moment and the umami rushes in 😳A little delay gives way to a hint of sweetness. The refreshing mouthfeel is balanced with a slight gaseous sensation, and the bitterness and acidity finish off with a nice balance 😋This is a mature nigori that you can enjoy ✨I'm sure you'll enjoy the changes in flavor as well, so try drinking it a little bit at a time 🤤.

The other day I opened a bottle of Nabe-sama that I brought along on a walking expedition🍶Blossoms Moon was a fresh floral sake, so my expectations were high😆. The top aroma is mildly fruity 🤔I guess it's the pollen or my nose doesn't work as well as usual 😓The taste is elegant sweetness and a slight gassy feeling with a gentle acidity that cohesively finishes well ✨I was expecting it to be sweeter since it is Aiyama but I was surprised 😳I think it would be good as a food wine 😋Personally, I think it could be a good food wine as well. I think if it has a little more punch at the beginning, the gradation with the tenderness at the end would be more wonderful 🤤 but Nabe-sama is still delicious💕.

I got it last time and enjoyed it so much that I brought a different label 🍶4mmp aroma ingredient that gives it a refreshing wine-like impression🤔I'll take it right away 🍶. The top aroma is indeed a refreshing grapefruit impression🍋‍🟩 but the aroma is not that strong 😌It is very light in the mouth with 13% alcohol 😳The sweetness is moderate and the refreshing aroma goes through the nose and finishes with a bit of bitterness 🍶It seems to be a bit short. Personally, I prefer the white label, but this one will be gone in no time 🥴I'll have to try the other labels 🥰.

I took a trip to the sake shop that ma-ki-san told me about 🍶Nabeshima-sama of my dreams✨I was so afraid and nervous💓I was even more nervous because there is a fuda to warn me to open the bottle💓When I opened the bottle, there was a nice sound ☺️ which raised my expectations🥳The top aroma is gorgeous and floral🌷a little peach impression🍑Almost clear liquid. When I poured it into the glass, there were no air bubbles 🤣In the mouth, it has a gentle sweetness and a silky smoothness 🤤The gasiness is slightly chili 🫧The taste of rice and sweetness is felt while the bitter taste is left at the back of the throat and it slowly finishes 😋The impression is very light despite the sweetness and gorgeousness and the cup goes on and on 💕It's not as bad as it sounds. It's been a while since I've had my favorite Sentori 🍶I'm not a fan of dobrok, but you recommended "it's silky", so this is my first try: ✨️ I took it out of the fridge and observed it for a while 👀The bubbles started to rise 🫧I opened the bottle ❣️ and it showed its vigor with automatic stirring after a long time 💨When I poured it into the glass, the bubbles were mixed with the muddy water and brought the aroma 🤔Aroma like Muscat yogurt 🤔. The sweetness is felt in the mouth with the full opening of the bubbles, and soon a refreshing acidity is felt, silky but refreshing 😋The lees also have a rice-like texture, which is interesting 😁It will go perfectly with milky oysters 🤤The evolution of Senkou is still wonderful 🥰.

I've been following this one since NAMICAN 🍶I have high expectations for this Yamadanishiki sake ✨. The top aroma is fruity like banana and peach 🍌The mouthfeel is sweet but also has a bit of alcohol and a little bit of a curdle 😅It's delicious though 😅. I let it sit for 2 days and tried it again 🍶The top aroma impression is still the same and it's still fruity☺️Alcoholic impression became milder and I could feel the sweetness and then the acidity 😋I enjoyed the sweet and sour taste when the temperature was a little higher after taking out from the refrigerator💕I guess sake has a lot of depth 🥰.

I'm thankful that I was able to pick up Miyazumi nigori at the last minute at the end of the year 😆 I'll enjoy it while thanking myself for struggling so hard 🍶Open the bottle with a splash of energy 💨I'm glad I chilled it well 😌. The top nose gives a refreshing impression and I can feel the nuance of white peach in the back 🤔I poured the supernatant in a hurry before it was mixed up, it was fresh and gassy just like the top nose 🫧 like a rummy 😋. I think it's less sweet than Sharaku's nigori. ☺️ Both are excellent, but Sharaku's universal appeal is a bit more my taste so far💕I'm determined to bring them both back again. ✨️

I've only had seasonal brands from AKABU, so I wanted to try their regular brands. ☺️Newborn, so it's a new sake. ✨️The bottle opens with a nice pop🍶The top aroma is not that high, but it's fruity and gorgeous 🤤 Hmmm, almost like melon... I think it's almost like melon 🍈. In the mouth, I thought the sweetness would come, but then the complex and juicy umami comes 😳 After that, the sweetness, petit gasiness, and acidity without any curdling harmonize and finish 😋It was a wonderful sake, sweet and tasty, yet refreshing and delicious 🥰.
