I had given up on bringing it to you because of the refrigerator overflow problem, but then I came across it at a liquor store ✨I had no choice but to bring it to you now that I found it ✨I had no place for it to wait for me, so I opened the bottle immediately 🍶. The top aroma is fruity and citrusy lactic acid drink feeling 🍋The sweetness rushes into the mouth when you take a sip 😋 After that, there is a refreshing sourness, a slight bitterness, a chilli gas feeling and a sweet refreshing lactic acid drink like aftertaste 💕The taste has a pineapple candy aftertaste🍬I drank it before. Silver was also pineapple, but I think this one was sweeter pineapple 🍍It was still right in the middle of "Takachiyo"✨.

My usual junior brought it to me on Sunday ☺️ so! He said he still had a few bottles in stock 🤤 and said, "Let me know when you're ready. I'll open it for you." So I couldn't wait until the weekend and drank it flying 🍶. The first aroma is fruity and clearly pineapple 🍍but not too strong ✨The sweetness comes on the palate but the acidity and bitterness from the umami boosts it up and gives it a nice kick 😋The immediate impression in the mouth is that it could stand alone but the dry bitter acidity in the finish reminds me of a food wine 🤔and then you taste the sweetness again. I want to taste the sweetness again and ask for the next cup 🤤It's still delicious ❣️

We participated in a lottery to win a bottle to celebrate Shiraito Shuzo's 170th anniversary and Tanaka Rokuugo's 15th anniversary 🍶It's expensive, but we thought we wouldn't win and were surprised when we won 😳We were prepared to put pressure on our wallets and decided to be thankful for it ✨We get one bottle every month but it's too good to open💦But Daikokuten, the sake from Wakanami's collaboration, is sparkling, so we quickly opened it 🍶 and opened it. I quickly open the bottle 🍶 because it's a sparkling type. The bottle is a screw cap, but I was nervous about opening it, but I'm glad it didn't spill. ☺️ The top aroma is mildly fruity and sweet, maybe banana 🍌 When you take a sip, you can feel the fizziness and the refreshing sweetness, and the light sourness and lactic acidic flavor comes in 😋. The taste is light, sour, and lactic acidic 😋 Soon the grapefruit-like bitterness and bubbles rush in and finish 🌊 It was a very luxurious sparkling sake 🥰.

I asked my coworker, who is not a sake drinker, to get me a bottle of this ✨ so I went to the brewery series 🍶 and this time, I got a bottle of Hakumai from Miyasaka Brewery, the originator of Shichigo yeast 🤤. The opening of the bottle was a gentle pop 💨The top aroma is quite mild, with a slight peach ❓️🤔In the mouth, it's like, "Yeah? Did you drink it? It's so mild and watery 😳There's a hint of sweetness and rice flavor on top of that, and it finishes with a touch of acidity 😋It's 12% alcohol, so it really goes down like water and doesn't interfere with your meal at all☺️It was empty as I thought maybe I could heat it up 🤣Thanks for taking the trouble to buy it for me! Thanks for going out of your way to get it for me ❣️

The bottle was opened with the same screw cap for safety and security💨No automatic stirring 🌀The top aroma is still fruity but the peach impression has a lactic acid taste 🍑The sweetness in the mouth is clearly increased 😋The acidity is also followed by a refreshing but mellow aftertaste ✨Both sakes have a lactic acid taste when paired with food. When combined with the entrée, the lactobacillus taste increases and changes to an even mellower taste 🤔They were two very similar but I personally prefer the freshness of the front 💕I love Tochigi, which makes me want to show both the front and the back without hiding it❣️

The top aroma is mildly muscat 🍇 with a little taste of lactic acid drink 🤔 When you put it in your mouth, sweetness and sourness gently come on the liquid with a clear sparkling impression 😋 Maybe it's because of my taste, but it's a little bit chili on my tongue 🫧 The sweet taste is quickly lost by the acidity. I had actually brought this one along with me on my Wakayama expedition 🍶 to a series of breweries I've never tried before✨This time it was Nate Sake Brewery's Kurogyu Junmai Sake, which I personally consider a challenge 😆 so a small bottle 🥹. The top aroma is of rice with a slight nuance of peach 💨The rice flavor is just as delicious in the mouth as it is in the aroma, and I thought it was a classic sake 🥴, but the assertive acidity and slight sweetness follow, leaving a refreshing aftertaste that says "maybe it's easier to drink than I thought" 🤔. It was a sake that I would like to try warming up a little more after it gets to a more advanced level. ☺️

I had gotten a bottle of Shirokouji and this one on my Wakayama trip 😁Honkido Junmai Daiginjo✨The Shirokouji brewed with Shirokouji claims to be a junmai sake and was that good, so my expectations were high 🤤I opened the bottle immediately to get a real taste of Kido 🍶. The top aroma is gorgeously fruity, maybe apple or pear 🍎🍐🍐The sweetness is gentle on the palate 😋The liquid is very beautiful and the acidity is well balanced with the sweetness ✨The low alcohol content also helps to keep it light. It's easy to understand, delicious, and easy to drink 🥰This is a perfect entry point to sake💕I received Kido's seriousness with aplomb: ☺️

I decided to stock up on Kido at Heiwa Shuzo and got it after asking the staff for a recommendation 🍶. The top aroma has a citrus aroma with a slight lactic acid taste 🍇The taste in the mouth is mild sweetness and mouthfeel with a good acidity 😋The low alcohol content helps me drink it light and fast 😆But it also has a good umami and is sweet and sour and juicy 🤤💕I don't like it at all! I've never had a white wine before, but it tasted just as good as a white wine ✨.

I've never seen this type of stopper before but it opens calmly 💨The top aroma is sweet 🤤 Well, it smells like a sour peach 🍑When you put it in your mouth, the fresh sweetness hits you with a bang and stimulates your tongue, the umami expands and the sourness and bitterness finishes off nicely 😋The flavor is clean like Daiginjo but with a satisfying sweet-ami taste 🥰. The taste is beautiful like a daiginjo but satisfyingly sweet and delicious 🥰I think the reason for the stimulation is a faint gas 🤔It has a flashy impression but can also be used during a meal 🍶I just met another delicious one, Tochigi Ai 💕.

I opened a bottle of Ona Sparkling (🍶Ona Sparkling✨️) after reading Yasube's review 🍶It's sure to be delicious, but I wanted to open it on a slightly hotter day😅but I can't resist the temptation 🤣. I opened the bottle with a screw cap and repeatedly closed it to watch the lees dance 💨It's starting to get foamy and at this point it's delicious☺️The top aroma is a faint impression of white grapes and rice 🍇In the mouth you can feel the well-defined gas with a strong presence and the delicious taste of rice, then gently sweet 😋The acidity and bitterness are nicely balanced on the gas feeling 🥰It's not too sweet. Not too sweet, but as the temperature rises, the umami also takes over, which is also a nice touch 💕Ai Tochigi Ai is still amazing ❣️

I had the Classic Zero right after the rebranding and it was so good, but I didn't know there was going to be a Formula 2 😳, so I brought it along 🍶. The bottle was opened with a screw cap and the top clear aroma was like milky lychee 🥥. Today we're going to enjoy a bit of luxury and have a sip of 寫楽さん from one of our recommended breweries 🍶and it's a Banshu Aizan🥰 so we're going to have a sip ✨. The first sip is gentle 💨 the top aroma is banana taste and impression of young melon 🍈 the mouthfeel is smooth and the sweetness comes quickly and it's delicious ❣️ and the lingering bitter taste and a little bit of alcohol makes it sharp and sharp 🤔 it's the same as usual 寫楽, but maybe my taste changed after drinking a lot or the alcohol taste is a little bit heavy 😅 but it's a little bit heavy. It may be a little heavy 😅but it tastes good when you drink it 🤤It's good to drink it with dried fish slowly at night when it's cooler 😋It made me realize that my tastes may have changed ✨.

I was so excited when I looked in the fridge to see what I was going to drink since I had crossed the Hitoriyama border 🥴. I was thinking there's gas when I opened the bottle 🫧 and I popped it 💨 and it started bubbling while automatically stirring 🫧I can only hope 😋The top aroma is sour lactic acid drink feeling 🥤I was surprised when I put it in my mouth 😳The sourness and sweetness are far beyond what I imagined ❣️ 😳The gas feeling and complex taste of the sake yeast are also there! The combination is delicious 🥰but it's not sake anymore🤣I've never had it before but it's a sweet white wine🥂It's just a great liquid with sweet and sour gas that you can gobble up in the hot summer months☺️I think it could be a little less sour 🤔
