Fried chicken by Masahiro Kasahara, Along with ryuzi's infinitely pickled eggplant. 🙂. The remaining juice and ingredients from the pickled eggplant were chilled and udon noodles and finished it off. 🤩 My favorite hiyayagoshi juloman. 😍. I really wanted to match it with bonito tataki. but this year, bonito is hard to find. I really wanted to pair it with bonito tataki, but they don't sell bonito this year 😭. 😭 I'll have a glass of it cold, just like at Naraman, I enjoyed the rest of the sake from lukewarm to hot 🍶. I enjoyed it cold. The taste was very good. It has a subtle sweetness of ripe melon, The bitterness and pungency are more subdued than that of Naraman. It has a more subdued bitterness and pungency than the Naraman. I like the full sweetness when it is 🤩 lukewarm🍶, I like the rich sweetness when it is lukewarm 🍶. ☺️
