My wife's parents came from Nagano 😊 We all went for a night walk together and returned home for oden and souvenir sake.
They asked for a request, so I asked for "Yamazan then" and this is what they said "This is the only one we had for Mr. Miyajima". This is it: ‼️
From the lactic acidic aroma, a little bitter, rice flavor, sweet acidity, and chorogasiness. It's like the one that my mom likes to lay down Koei Kiku no Ikubou.
This is delicious~❗️
Nagano sake, the best ❗️ thanks 🙏
After all, I bought this Yamasan at the local sake specialty store Miyajima on my way home from skiing and snowboarding! I love it! It's also very tasty!
I wish it was available in my neighborhood.

Well-balanced, unctuous, sweet and delicious.
Fresh and light on the palate, with a mellow, mellow flavor from the oak barrels.
It seems to be easy to match with any meal.

Yamazan's Spring Sake which was so delicious last year 🌸
The aroma is citrusy and sour? The rest is a little bit of rummy.
When you drink it, it has a light nigori taste. After a slight bitterness, the umami with sourness comes in. Although there is a gentle sweetness of rice, it does not sink deep into the mouth and is light, so it is easy to drink without hesitation!
As one would expect from Yamazan, it does not disappoint. ...But I think I was more impressed last year...or maybe I just got used to it? There is no doubt that this year's is also delicious.
A few days later, I popped another bottle! and opened the bottle, still going strong.
It has a sweetness like a grapefruit, like a citrus fruit cooked down with a strong acidity, a light but firm umami, and a hint of full-bodied bitterness at the end. Overall, there is a fresh breeze blowing through. The taste is the same as ever.
More days pass and the chili is gone. It is citrusy. The base is fresh, yet sweet and delicious. It has a rich tangerine-like flavor and a nice sharpness.
Toward the end, there is some pineapple. I wonder if it is this much pineapple...?
People's memories are hazy, but anyway, it was delicious again this year.
Good morning, Kotaro-san 😃Yamasan is now available in Osaka, making it just a little bit easier to find, but I too find this previous pink Yamasan to be the best I've ever had! This year's has a pineapple flavor too 😋.
Hello Kotaro 🐦.
As Wakata-san said, Kansai is now easier to buy too😊I haven't seen the spring sake yet, but it looks very tasty😻I will definitely get it when I find it!
Good morning, Kotaro 😃.
I'm a fan of Yamae Nishiki by Yamazan! Both green and pink are delicious 😙I don't know what they taste like after the second day because I kill them in an instant 😆.
Good evening, Wakata-san 🌙
These pink Yamasan are delicious 😆 I'm glad to see that they are now easier to buy in Kansai too 🥳.
Yes, I didn't remember any pineapple last year, but according to my notes, there was some this year... 🤣.
Good evening, Pon-chan.
I'm glad to see that the number of distributors is expanding in Kansai as well. ☺️ I wonder if this might be more to your liking than the green (which is also delicious 😋) you had the other day? I'm sure you'll love it 😆If you find it 👍✨.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙.
All of Yamazan's Yamae Nishiki are delicious 🥳Drink as much as you want, when you want! It's best to drink as much as you want when you want 😆 If you leave it a few days, don't worry, we guarantee it tastes great here 💪✨.
Next was my first Yamasan!
I've seen it on the internet recently and wanted to try it 😄.
The aroma is mild, but there is a hint of apple. The aroma is mild, but there is a hint of apple. When you drink it, the sweetness gives way to a full-bodied, umami flavor, with a hint of rice. The aftertaste is also firm. It is somewhere between modern and classic, and more classic. The sake rice is Kinmon-nishiki, so it must have this richness. In any case, it is beautifully made, and you will never get tired of drinking it. It is easy to see why it is so popular.
Yamazan I like it 😊.
light nigori💕 orikarami💕 my favorite 😁.
I got a lot of Yamazan last year
Among them, this light nigori
It's so delicious 😋😋😋.
And the price is reasonable too.
A bottle went by so fast😅
Rice:100% Hitogochi, grown in Yaehara, Tomi-city, Nagano, Japan

Hitogochi" rice from the farmer "Taiyo to Daichi" grown on the Yaehara plateau in Tomi City, which is highly acclaimed throughout Japan, is used as the raw material rice.
It is characterized by the rice's distinctive clear sweetness and deep flavor, with a pleasant effervescence that spreads its profound taste and freshness.
The "usunigori" is moderately milky and goes well with the sweetness, providing a wonderful accent.
Hitogochi" has a wonderful power of rice ingredients, and has a "presence of rice as raw material" that is as strong as that of usunigori and sweetness, and has not only sweetness but also umami.
