Finally found this Yamasan😍!
When I saw this at the liquor store, I was like "wow" 🤣! I was so excited when I saw it at the liquor store.
After opening the bottle, the aroma is grapey and honey-like without being assertive.
On the palate, I can taste white wine and berries from the light tingling gasiness as if there is a slight micro bubbles in the glass 🍇.
The aroma on the nose is citrusy and fresh grapefruit, and the aftertaste is also grapefruit with an astringent spiciness that lingers for a long time 🍇.
I'd like to try the other Yamasan 😘.

It's a rare small squid from the Seto Inland Sea 🦑I found some dried squid at a department store and tasted it! Wow! It has a delicate flavor that is different from regular squid, so it's great as an appetizer for drinks 😘.
