-Sanzo
We had "Yamazan" for the first time in a long time,
I went to "Yotsuya" in Mizonokuchi, Tokyo.
One of my favorite brands,
I was very satisfied.
I want to drink it again.
First arrival in Chugoku and Shikoku region!
We've been waiting ✨
I've been wanting to drink Yamasan ever since I saw the post on the Sake no Wa app!
The first shipment arrived
Yamazan Junmai Ginjyo Yamae Nishiki 50 polished, unfiltered, raw sake.
The store's advertisement reads
Smooth on the palate, fresh and clear.
Smooth on the palate, fresh and clear, with a clean aftertaste.
The feeling of drinking it
It's hard to put into words.
At first, there is an impact anyway
Impact followed by a sense of freshness
After that, the aftertaste is clear and refreshing.
It was delicious.
I went on a trip to Nagano in August and
I encountered Yamasan for the first time. At the liquor store where I purchased it, I learned that this sake had recently experienced a surge in popularity. I found this sake at a liquor store I usually go to and bought it. At first, the sake rice was Yamadanishiki, but this sake was also easy to drink and delicious, and I drank it easily.
Yamazan is one of my favorite sakes, but I don't see it very often, and when I do, I buy it almost as a conditioned reflex 😓.
The aroma was discreetly white grape, muscat, and white wine-like, with a woody atmosphere and a little grain aroma. The taste is full with a strong acidity and a little bit of sweetness, with grape fruitiness and fresh, juicy juice, with bitterness, astringency, and rice flavor in the latter half of the taste. It tastes almost like a white wine. Again, delicious... thanks for the treat 😁.
Yamazan Yamae-Nishiki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Unpasteurized Sake" by Yamazan Shuzo
This junmai ginjo is made from Yamae-Nishiki sake rice grown in Yaehara, Tomi City and Takeishi, Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, and carefully polished to a 50% polished rice ratio. The specification was increased from last year's 55% polished rice to 50% to achieve a more transparent flavor. It is smooth on the palate, with a mild sweetness and a clean and crisp aftertaste that is typical of the Yamazan Shuzo brewery's fresh and clear flavor.
Sake quality is refined by excellent water and rice. The taste is well balanced and wonderful. It does not have a flashy aroma or sweetness, so it is more of a "food sake" type sake that is best served with food rather than as a stand-alone sake. Its clear flavor and aroma will enhance the deliciousness of your food.

◉Yamazanzo Kinmon-Nishiki 55 Unfiltered Genshu
The nose is a little gassy and fruity, with a hint of grapefruit on the nose. I've had it before and it's still as good as ever.
Forgot to take a picture 💦.
After harvesting the Hitogokochi rice in Shinshu Sanada, Tozawa area, we had a party at Tozawa community center and waited for the bullet train at Yakitori Banchou in Ueda station on the way home ♫ We will continue to drink sake in Ueda! This time, Yamazan Hi-iri. It is a sweet, delicious and dry sake with a high level of stability!
We had a bottle of Yamazan Junmai Daiginjo Yamae-Nishiki 40%-5 Light Nigori.
It is juicy, fruity, and delicious, as is typical of Nagano Prefecture sake. It has a freshness that can only be found in nama-shu, and the light nigori has an exquisite balance of full flavor and pleasant bitterness.
It is a bottle that you should not drink too much of, as you may encounter it from time to time!
Yamazan is not all sweet and fruity, so you can enjoy the bitterness and sharpness of sake while it tastes like a modern sake, and it is a good combination of modern and classic taste.
It is a good combination of modern and classic sake.
When I first met this pink Yamazan, I gave it up because I didn't have enough space in my refrigerator.
Yamazan is still a brand to watch out for.

Were there more varieties released this year than last year?
I feel that I have more opportunities to receive Yamazan.
Yes, it is still a delicious sake 😋.
By the way, this weekend, on Friday, I am going to "Daigo no Kai" with my colleagues at work 🫡.
The number of people is gradually increasing and this time there are 9 of us.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow 😊.
Good morning, @Mizuhashi!
I've had Yamazan twice and it's a stable taste 😋.
Oh Daigo no Kai - the name of the party is very seductive and it's good to see more and more sake lovers 🎵.
It's going to be a fun party 😁✨✨.
Good evening, ma-ki-.
Unbeknownst to me, it was named the Daigo no Kai 😅.
It looks like I'm pulling you into the swamp a little .
Now that's exciting 😀.
Mild ginjo aroma, fresh apple, no junmai or unfiltered feel, crisp, refreshing taste and aroma, mild bitterness that finishes with a refreshing aftertaste.
This is the last Nagano trip related 🙄.
I drank the sake before the trip, it's Yamasan from Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 🍶.
The aroma is slightly sweet on the nose and juicy and sweet on the palate.
The first aroma is slightly sweet, and in the mouth it is juicy, sweet, and delicious.
It has a slight astringent taste that finishes off the palate.
It was delicious. ✨️🍶
The third one is Yamasan no Kura, located about 30 minutes from Oya Station on the Shinano Railway Line by rental bicycle (or a 15-minute walk from the Shimomaruko stop on the Chikuma Bus Shikyoyu Line).
It was located in a rural area on the river terrace of the Yoda River, a tributary of the Chikuma River.
The fourth picture shows Yoda Shrine at the foot of the mountain behind the warehouse.
The area where Yamazano-no-Kura is located is said to be where Kiso Yoshinaka, who was invited by the Yoda clan, a powerful family in this area, was preparing for the Heike invasion, and when he raised his army, it is said that he gave a prayer of congratulation at this Yoda Shrine.
50-50% unfiltered unpasteurized sake
While fire-aged, it pops when opened.
There is a sense of vigorous gas.
The mouthfeel is still beautiful.
The clarity is layered with umami and acidity.
and acidity in the transparency, and a luxurious aftertaste.
The sweetness is well balanced.
A fine Junmai Daiginjo-shu from a carefully crafted brewery.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu of high quality
First issue.
Yamazan has a good reputation in many posts.
I was curious about it, so I bought it.
Cold sake
Fresh and refreshing aroma
So fresh that you wouldn't believe it was hi-ire
Gentle acidity
Slightly umami
Freshness that is hard to believe it is fire-aged
The best balance of acidity, umami and pleasant bitterness 🤗.
