It is a new sake from Yamazan 🍶.
Slightly fresh and sweet aroma on the nose.
Fresh and chili in the mouth 🫧.
You can feel the roughness of new sake a little.
Slight bitterness and refreshing sweetness.
A little light 🤔.
Well it was delicious ✨️
I found Yamazan at my usual liquor store!
It has a slight ginjo aroma and is refreshing on the palate.
It has a sweet flavor with a hint of spiciness coming through later.
This is also the first Yamazan that I was interested in. We also opened a new liquor store.
The aroma is fruity. The supernatant has moderate sweetness and moderate acidity. When the lees are mixed, milky and umami flavors are added. Overall, it is refreshing and delicious. No wonder it is so popular.
Yamazan's New Sake✨
The aroma is sour.
On the palate, it's chirpy and clear.
Plenty of clarity, like herbs and lime, with no clinginess at all. Aroma of forest when swallowing.
This year's is also delicious! Slightly drier than usual, maybe? I like the direction it's going, so I'm looking forward to seeing more of it in the future.
As the temperature rises, a grapefruit-like sweetness also comes out, which is nice.
After a few days, a beautiful muscat feeling 🍇.
It's not a gorgeous wine, but it has a clean, understated fruity taste, a beautiful mouthfeel, and a delicious herb-like mild dry sharpness that soaks up the flavor.
I'm looking forward to this year's Yamazan!
Hello, Kotaro 😃.
Oh! Morai Yamasan 💚‼️ said we drank 50-50, so the taste is different by 5 minutes 🧐...well, they say "even a little bug has a soul of 5 minutes" 🤔 Hmm, so?
You have to drink it to know 😇
Hi Jay & Nobby, ☀️
This new Yamae Nishiki sake seems to have a minor change every year 🧐 it's still mora and tasty though 🤭.
Please drink it and see the difference for the soul of a little bug 😆✨.
This is Pitama, who was sold a 50,000 yen Jikin Tokkyo Omachi, but couldn't afford it. The box was elegant and cool.
Now, here are my impressions of Yamasan Sanzan Ke Nishiki.
It has a fresh gasiness. The aroma is fresh ginjo aroma. The nose has a hint of grape.
The balance between acidity and bitterness is strong and the sweetness and spiciness are dry. The gasiness is strong and there are bubbles in the glass. This is a fresh modern dry umami sake ~😋😋😋😋
A beautiful sake with a good acidity. The acidity is much weaker than that of Urashinomine.
3300 yen without tax
Hi Pitama 😃
50,000 yen Jikin-san 😳 that's something to worship 🙏 and look at 😌 let's make it memorable 😌.
Yamazan-san💚 is also a perfect sake to remember 🙏 ‼️
Jay & Nobby, good evening 😀
I couldn't buy it after comparing one bottle of Yongo and 10 bottles of 5,000 yen in my head. Plus probably think I have a stupid tongue that can't taste the taste of 50,000 yen worth to me 🤣.
Yamasan is ridiculously delicious ‼️‼️
Yamazan Shuzo
Yamazan Junmai Ginjo Sanke Nishiki Gowari Gobu Sparkling Hi-iri
A refreshingly sour, citrusy aroma.
Abundant gasiness. Dry and refreshing first sip ✨.
After that, there seems to be some bitterness and astringency.
I wonder if there is a slight change in flavor right after opening the bottle.
Fun to drink and delicious 🥰.
Slightly fruity aroma
Piquant freshness
Fresh umami and acidity with a beautiful sweetness
Finally, a hint of bitterness and cohesiveness 😊.
Delicious 😋.
A light nigori is released after 2 years of aging! The flavor is reminiscent of cream soda. This is dense.
It still has a solid gasiness that makes it hard to believe it is 2 years old, and it has a complex roundness that is both deep and enjoyable.
I have not tasted Yamazan since I was allowed to sample it at a certain liquor store quite a while ago. It was recommended by the liquor store, so I bought it. It has a gaseous taste. The aroma is strong and the sweetness and flavor are irresistible. I think this might be my favorite of the recent ones I have had. Very tasty 🤤.
It has the sweetness typical of Aizan, but is easy to drink.
Purchased at a liquor store in Shikkyoyu Onsen in Ueda.
