The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma 🥰I think it's similar to my favorite Kinko's 🤔The first attack is creamy and sweet, then it finishes with a clear bitter taste‼️

Fresh and juicy aroma like red meat melon, honey apple, and pear is moderate, and the taste is mainly sweetness, acidity, and rice flavor, with a little bitterness. There is a good balance between aroma and taste.
The aroma was more floral and gassy than the 2-year aged product, and the bitterness was a little more restrained, but the sweet and tasty flavor remained the same, and the aroma and flavor trends were similar.
I am glad that the price is less than 1600 yen for this quality. We enjoyed it very much 😁.
