Next is the main gold 😄. This is also a summer sake ☝️😄 It's been a long time since I had a sake from Nagano ❓ It has a moderate acidity when you drink it 😆. This is a refreshing drink, like an adult lemonade ✨. I can drink it in gulps 😆. It was delicious 😁. By the way, the festival I participated in is "Yosakoi Festival" as you may have noticed 😁, and what kind of staff I am, I am a staff member of the competition hall where dancers dance 😄☝️ I have to be on my feet from 12:00 noon to 9:30 pm, so I am physically exhausted 😄.

Is everyone on Obon vacation right now? I'm thinking, "What's that about Obon? Is it good? I am in a state of "wow! I've been busy since last week-end 😂because I'm participating in a festival as a staff member, so I've been busy playing 😅. The festival itself was held for 4 days from 9th to 12th, and I only participated as a staff for 2 days, 10th and 11th...☝️ After the festival was over, we decided to go out for a drink on the way back home 😄. First of all, I would like to introduce Aizu Chusho. ☝️😄 There was a summer gin on tap, so I ordered it ✨. It has a subtle sweetness and a refreshing finish...a delicious summer sake 😄. The store we went to was selling beer and edamame in front of the store 😁 this is also a festival thing 😁.

The last one in this store is Bikou ☝️ I haven't had a Bishou for a long time, was it before the Sake Wayaaru? Maybe I didn't put it up 😂. It's a delicious sake with a beautiful mouthfeel, mellow ginjo aroma, and a clean, crisp taste✨. It can be enjoyed as a food sake or on its own 😄.

Next is another summer sake, Wakakoma 😊. Actually, I had never had Natskoma 🤣. This is another sake that is fruity, fresh and easy to drink, just like the unfiltered raw sake ✨. It also has a sourness that makes it refreshing 😄. Delicious ☝️

Today, a "Noryosai" was held at my workplace and I participated as a staff member ✨. From early afternoon, we were sweating as we prepared for the various entertainment items 😂. The Noryosai started at 17:00, and we had a good turnout first. ☝️ After cleaning up, we went to an izakaya for a private launch ✨. We took our seats and immediately found mizuchi✨! Low alcohol, sweet and sour, with a delicious taste of rice...it really hit the spot for my tired body 😭. Delicious 🤣.

Thanks again for all your hard work this week😄. My wife and I had to go out to dinner in a hurry (I didn't drink there, so I won't post it) 😂. We decided to have a few drinks after dinner and went to our usual place... ☝️ I put a special order for Fukkai, so I ordered it right away 😁. The rice is said to be out of Yamadanishiki, but it has a fresh, fresh, gentle aroma with a strong rice flavor 😄. Even if it is out of the same grade, the taste of Yamadanishiki is the same 😁. It is a delicious sake that goes well with meals 😄.

July 19,20 is the Ekinan Festival 😊. This year, too, we went there for the sake festival ✨☝️✨ When I arrived at the venue, it was just about to start, perfect timing 😊. I immediately bought a 1gozu bottle of sake (you can have as many refills as you want!) ✨ If it's a regular event, the sake is summer jungin, but this year it's different 😏. When I tried to guess by drinking it, they told me the answer while I was drinking 😂Mom, you can't say that... (the woman in the picture is the wife of the president of the Takagi Sake Brewery, whom I personally call Mom). This year they are serving "Tosa Kinzo Special Junmai" because it won an award at this year's SAKE COMPETITION 2025😊(the sake in the picture...not the one in the photo). I've had this sake before, but it's still delicious ✨It's more than delicious, it's delicious ☝️ The aroma is not too strong, the rice flavor, and the aftertaste is very clean and crisp 😁. I don't have any pictures, but I visited the brewery and had a good time with my son, Ippo 😄. I drank a small amount of sake, about 8 gou, and went home feeling good 😁It was so hot that I drank a can of beer after I got home and cooled off ✨.

Next up is La Jomon😊. A draft version of the previous one: ☝️ It has the same gentle sweetness and mild acidity, but with an added freshness 😊. Of course, the fire-roasted version is fresh, but the raw version is even fresher and more aromatic 😆. It's nice to compare these types of drinks 😁. And that's the last one 😆. I drank and drank 😁😁😁😁 I was pretty drunk 🤣 Thank you, owner 😁😁 and please let me know when you release the rare liquor hoard 🙇🙇.
