It's cold today 😊. While I was thinking that, my wife suggested we have oden 🤩. Of course I said yes😊. I suggested we drink oden and invited my wife to join us ✨. So we opened a bottle of sweet sake that was in the cellar 😁. It's a hiya oroshi, so the sweetness and acidity are calm, mellow and delicious 😊. It's getting colder and it's oden season ✨.

Opened a bottle of Kangiku that was left in the cellar 😊. It's been a year since I drank it😊. True White is a sake brewed with Omachi ☝️ My wife is an omatist so we didn't drink it right after we bought it 😊. I drank it right away and found it to have the sweetness and rice flavor typical of Omachi 🌞. A little gas, ginjo aroma...delicious ✨. In case you were wondering, it was a bit mellowed like hiyaoroshi after being in the cellar 😁.

Next up is the green label✨. It's a beautiful sake with a good balance of aroma, sweetness and acidity 😊. It's easy to drink ✨☝️ Actually, the owner said he got it from an acquaintance on a trip, including the aforementioned sake 😁. That's why it's limited to the brewery 😊.

It's a light cloudiness, but the acidity is gentle✨ It's easy to drink because of its low alcohol content, but it's a very different kind of sake 😄. It tastes strange 😑.

Finally, it's a good way to make a deal 😊. This is a luxurious sake, with Dewa Sanzu reduced to 22% 😆. The taste is just gorgeous aroma, clear, no cloying taste and a strong umami 😁. Delicious 😆. I can't believe they polished it to 22%... but I guess it's not so rare to find highly polished sakes these days 😅. But I'm sure it's delicious 😁.

Next, we have Jiran 😊. It has a sourness that is typical for a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast, so you can drink it crisply. ☝️ I like the aroma too... citrusy? It is easy to drink because of its low alcohol content 😁. It's a delicious drink 😊

Next is Naruto sea bream 😆 This sake won the National New Sake Competition for four consecutive years from 2021 to 2024. Expectations are rising 😊. It is a delicious sake with a refined aroma and sweetness that does not interfere with food 😁. This is delicious 😆.
