Finally, with a Chitose crane: ☝️ This sake also has a Jungin spec of 60% polished rice: ☝️ So I'll have it warmed up to human body temperature 😆. The taste is nice and dark and would go well with seafood ☝️ It's a good sake 😆.

What is it? Carnivorous Junmai-shu? I was attracted by the jacket and ordered it😅 Haginodew, first time here 😆. It's a bit fruity ☝️ It has a strong umami flavor, this is a carnivorous junmai sake 😆. I drank it as it was because I didn't have any meat to go with it, but I think it would be better with meat ✨.

It's been a long time since I've been to Kachikoma✨. Last time I drank it, I drank it snow cold 😆. So this time I decided to drink it heated ✨ After ordering... looking at the label... this sake is 50% polished rice 😳 Junmai Daiginjo specs ✨. I couldn't help but ask for it to be heated to human skin 😅. I'm glad I got it in time...so let's drink it 😆. Mellow, good umami, then a gentle sweetness, then a sourness that makes it dry and sharp 😳. It was a delicious sake to be heated up 😆.

The coldest cold wave has arrived again, and it is getting colder 🥺. Are you all ❄ okay in Sake-no-wa? I was defeated by such cold weather and went to a familiar restaurant on my way home from work... ✨ As soon as I entered the restaurant, I ordered an "射美" ☝️ It has a mellow sweetness, with a gentle sourness and a good balance 😆. It's especially good to drink after work. ☝️

This is the last time I'll be doing this 😁. It's been a while 😆. As usual, it's fire-brewed, but still fresh and delicious 😁. This is the kind of sake that you would call a fukkai ☝️ ✨ Again, we had a lot of great sake 😁. I feel happy 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Next, purple space: ☝️ Aroma, sweetness, and juiciness come in fluffy 😆. Such a gentle, sweet and delicious sake 😁. This is also good ☝️ By the way, I heard they use a yeast called "Giovanni's research"...I've never heard of it before 😆. It's a yeast that doesn't produce much acid. ☝️

Next, Yamori: ☝️ It seems to be Omachi when you drink it. It has a firm umami, acidity, and mild aroma 😆. And sweetness that is typical of Omachi 😁. This is also delicious 😆.

On this day, my favorite restaurant was also having an event, so I dropped by after the "Drunken Whale Party" 😆. The event was already over, but since we came all the way here, we decided to have something to drink and started with Shinshu Kamerei 😁. It was fresh, unfiltered, and had a mild aroma and gentle taste, just like Kamerei 😆. It's a delicious sake 😁☝️

Last but not least, a new sake from Koiku No. 54 😆. This is what you call a drunken whale 😁. It has a nice aroma, is light and dry, and has the freshness of a new sake...delicious ☝️ This time, we drank as much as we could because we were free to refill as much sake as we had 😁. We had a great time 😆.

Next is Junmai Daiginjo, which I drank just recently 😆. This was paired with some sashimi✨. This sake is cosy, light and dry and goes well with sashimi 😆. It's delicious 😁.

This sake is also what I drank before the next dish 😁. It's a different rice from the Clear I mentioned earlier 😆. The aroma is gentle, the acidity is mild and you don't get tired of drinking it 😁. This is also a delicious sake 😆.

Enjoy the new lineup of drinks before the next dish is served 😁. First up is the Amane Clear 😆. It's labeled Junmai Ginjo, but looking at the degree of rice polishing, it's Junmai Daiginjo specs 😆. It has a fruity ginjo aroma typical of Hachitan-Nishiki, but it is a light, dry sake with a firm acidity and a good sharpness 😁. It's also delicious 😆.

On Saturday, I attended the "Drunken Whale Party" at Japanese restaurant 😁. It was a party to enjoy the pairing of the drunken whale's sake with the dishes. ☝️ First up was the "Shin" ✨. This sake is a long-aged sake with a mellowed acidity and increased umami (delicious) flavor 😁. It's very expensive, so I can't afford to buy it, but I'm glad to be able to drink it at a party like this 😆.

Tonight, my wife prepared oden and I chose bartoks 😊. It's a junmai sake but surprisingly fruity, the rice flavor and sweetness are gentle 😊. I drank it cold, but when paired with oden, the oden flavor is enhanced: ☝️ Combined with its smoothness, it is a sake that makes you want to drink it slowly... 😊. This is... a delicious sake 😁.

As I was about to leave for the day, I walked past a store and was beckoned by the owner from inside😅. I decided it was not a good idea to just walk by, so I went and had just one drink 😊. And I chose Suiyu 😊. It's unfiltered raw, fresh, gentle and delicious ☝️ It's delicious 😊. So I drank quite a bit this time too 😆. I think I drank a little too much 😅
