Good day to you all 😄 I made pasta for dinner tonight✨ But the sauce is arrabbiata ☝️ Instead of making penne, we made spaghettini☝️ Take a bite... this is... spicy🌶️ Then, the sake you should drink is Bunkajin's Summer Jungin ☝️ And it's light nigori ✨. This year is the 15th anniversary of the Summer Jungin...and the sticker that comes with it is different 😄. Slightly effervescent and refreshing, with the juiciness that only fresh rum can provide, it's a ramune for adults. ☝️ I've been drinking it while fussing with my wife about how spicy and delicious it is...it's delicious ✨. We finished bottle #4 in no time 😁. When it's hot, it's spicy 🌶️ food 😆.

After returning home, I opened a bottle of "Oze no Yukidoke" in the cellar 😁. For some reason, on the way home, I bought some takoyaki (octopus balls)... ✨✨✨✨ I drank it and found the fruity aroma, and the freshness, juiciness...clarity...delicious 😊. I drank it all while picking up the takoyaki 😁. It's good to drink after coming home 😁☝️

We opened a bottle of Juhikinmu that was in the cellar to restore our energy for Monday 😊. I know a lot of people have already reviewed it, but let's see what you think 😅... As soon as I opened the bottle, the cork flew out with a bang 😳. The fresh and fruity aroma spreads with it 😊. When I drank it, it was fresh and petit like unfiltered raw sake, the bitterness came after the sweetness of the rice...delicious 😁😁😁😁😁😁. This is Kangiku's first sake made with rice, I hope they release it again next year ✨✨.

Like the previous one, it's a long layered sake✨ Actually, Shinsei's Sato Ubei is a sake I've never had before ☝️ I think I would have liked to drink it without being laid to rest 😅... Why, it's a sake that the owner had been laying around for about 10 years ☝️ I had an image of Kuroryu's Honjozo as a mildly dry sake that you don't get tired of drinking 😊. I feel like the aging process has added some sweetness to it ✨. It was an interesting and delicious sake: ☝️

Today, I went to the morning market (Sunday market) for shopping: ☝️ After shopping, I was a little hungry...so I went to Hirome Market 😄. I looked at the time, it was just before noon... For some reason, my wife found a Kurei... Well, of course she would drink 😁. So I drank some Dokure after a long time ✨✨✨✨. It's still as good as ever...it's raw and rough ☝️ No photo of the bonito, but of course I ordered it: ☝️ Drinking sake before noon is something else (lol)!

Today, my wife suggested churrasco for dinner: ☝️ So we went to eat meat 😁. Anyway, we were full of meat and wine and satisfied 😄. On the way home, I remembered that I was informed that there was a limited edition sake from Drunken Whale... so I went to another restaurant even though I drank a lot: ☝️ I immediately ordered a bottle of drunken whale 😁. The rice is Okayama Asahi rice😄. It's a completely different sake that's a world apart from the drunken whales we've had so far 😁. Gentle sweetness, gassy and delicious 😄. Unfortunately, only 10 stores in Japan carry it, but if you can get it, by all means drink it and see 😁✨✨✨.
