The series of "never had" drinks is still going on! I was intrigued by the sake shop's pop-up and the cosmic view 🌌 of the appearance, and was curious about this one! Takebayashi-san from Okayama Sake, which I haven't had since my last visit to Kansai. ‼️ Cygnus means Cygnus Cygnus, the swan 🤗. I'll make love to you! The aroma is like a whiff 😌. The first sip is refreshing 😙 and then the fruity aroma comes through to the nose☺️This crisp summer sake was delicious 😋. Now, if you commented on my last post, you may know that I have a report on the chickadees. We found 🪺 on 7/31 and about a week later 🐣x5 birds were born 🥹 from Saturday to Monday. From then on, the parent birds were very busy 💦 always mating and watching from afar as one of them kept watch and fed 🔍. And every morning when the parent birds were not around, I took a video of the piños🐣 and shared it with the family line! Everyone was looking forward to watching the piños grow up 😌. But..! Friday morning, Nobby screamed😱When I went to check, 4 birds were gone and one was dead in the nest😨I think it was probably done by a crow... When I come back from outings, I can see where they were and I think I can hear the cries of the piños 🥺. I started this chickadee diary 📓 on my own. I'm sorry I made everyone who read it sad too😔.

Well, I guess I drink too much 💦. March, I tend to drink on weekdays. I've stocked up on alcohol...💦. Well, here is Takebayashi, a souvenir from Okayama. The other day it was a three-crown with a sake degree of ➕. When I requested ➖ sake, the clerk recommended this one, and I immediately decided on a brand I had never heard of. Purchased at Wine and Sake Takeda. It's fruity and sweet 😋 but when you take a quick sip, it's extremely spicy afterwards! Rolling it around in my mouth, it was even spicier! This spiciness was a bit unexpected. I like the contrast 🙆. This sake seems to be shipped after a year's sleep. It is a blissful moment when drinking this sake, which is not available in Shizuoka 😃. The photo is in front of Takamatsu station where I was before entering Okayama.

Mild aroma and mature taste. It is easy to drink, but it is a bit thin or insufficient to be enjoyed warmed. It tastes better warmed than at room temperature. It tastes better after a few days after opening! It tastes much better after a few days of drinking.
