Well, here is Takebayashi, a souvenir from Okayama. The other day it was a three-crown with a sake degree of ➕. When I requested ➖ sake, the clerk recommended this one, and I immediately decided on a brand I had never heard of. Purchased at Wine and Sake Takeda.
It's fruity and sweet 😋 but when you take a quick sip, it's extremely spicy afterwards! Rolling it around in my mouth, it was even spicier! This spiciness was a bit unexpected. I like the contrast 🙆.
This sake seems to be shipped after a year's sleep.
It is a blissful moment when drinking this sake, which is not available in Shizuoka 😃.
