This is a luxurious junmai-activated raw sake of ginjo standard. It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of young melon, apple, and muscat, with a gentle sweetness...a kind of umami that you might find when eating small or medium tomatoes! The wine has a refreshing, gaseous and pithy taste, and a dry, crisp finish. The heat during the daytime made me want to drink it in large gulps...and today, too, I drank more and more.

This is a reconstruction support sake planned by the Ishikawa Federation of Sake Brewers Associations to raise funds for 11 sake breweries that were severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake. Wishing for the earliest possible recovery... 😌. Aroma reminiscent of green apple and young melon, light and fresh on the palate, with a soft sweetness and umami. Medium to slightly dry. As soon as it is swallowed, it has a sharp acidity like after biting into a lemon, and again the umami flavor fills the mouth. It is a refreshing and delicious sake that keeps the cup going. It has an atmosphere similar to that of Lion's Village, and it is a delicious sake that you can drink with peace of mind!

Yes, the 501st bottle is also Tochigi sake 🥰. Actually, there were 3 Tochigi sake candidates for the 500 in, and one of them was this one, Ona-san: ‼️ I packed those 3 bottles in my backpack so that I could go to any of them and bring them to the walking location😄. So here is a picture of Ona-san taken outside too😊The yellow-green color of the label on this one blends in with the forest🌳😌. So, as you can see in the picture on the right, we compared Yumesasara with Nikko Honor 👍. Yumesasara, an original Tochigi Prefecture rice variety, has Yamadanishiki as its mother and T Sake 25 as its father! We have a lot of love for Tochigi 😆. I'll make love to you with all my heart but I'm a little late in getting this up, it's from last Sunday😅. Here you go 🤗 I'm going to try this one! This one is also fruity and sweet, but the Ona is lighter and more refreshing 😋. Nikko Honor and Ona are both fruity and delicious 😍I guess if I had to compare the difference between them, Nikko Honor is like a pineapple 🍍 and Ona is like a melon 🍈🤔. Jay could clearly feel the difference when he tasted the sake with his eyes open 😚honmakaina Come on! We are starting again from the turnaround point for the big 1000 check-in ✅😄 Tochigi love from the great land 🥰.

It's finally here: ‼️ J&N's memorable 500th check-in is also the 100th bottle of Tochigi sake, which is also memorable 🤗. I knew I was going to get it from among the Tochigi sake 😊. I went to buy Nikko Homare👍 after reading the posts by bouken, Nemuchi and Mamio. I took this picture in the park where we always walk together as we did for the 400th anniversary! What a nice photo 😙. I'll make love to you with a toast to "500 times congratulations! The aroma is like a gorgeous 🍍! When I take a sip, wow😳This one has a solid flavor and a lingering sweet and bitter aftertaste. ☺️ I thought it would be more refreshing, but it's fruity and delicious 😋. I started sakéwa in late 2021 and it's been about 2.5 years! I never thought I'd make 500 posts 😅 but thanks to the connections I've made with everyone on sakewa, I've made it this far 🥹. When I finally got here, I was impressed once again by all the legends who have posted more than 1000 posts 😌. About half of the 100 bottles of Tochigi sake are Senkou & Bida! I've been drinking others, but there are still many brands I haven't tasted yet, so I'll continue to devote myself to the Tochigi Sake Road 😤. The Tochigi love continues 🥰!

On Tuesday, I had a long meeting and was going to be home late, so I said to Nobby, "Go ahead and eat! I sent a line to Nobby and he replied "I'll worry if you don't raise sakekawa 🤔I was thinking of drinking it today 😋" ‼️ Nobby is a person who thinks about Sake-no-wa as the center of his life 😆 If that's the case, I have to hurry 😤 and I finished my work with a full head and left the office and went home 💨 as if running away. You can do it if you try 😆. I've got to make a quick decision on what to drink, so I look in the fridge and decide on Mutsu Hachisen Red Label that caught my eye. I'll make love to you! The red label made me think of a dry sake, but the aroma is kind of gorgeous and sweet ☺️ I took a sip and found it to be very fresh! Sweet but not dull, fruity, light, sweet and bitter delicious‼️ Thinking back... I felt like I've had this before 😊I looked back at my review and saw that I had a fire-brewed bottle at last summer's Kenmin Kai. When I looked at my summary review, I saw "with Tsumami 😊" No, that's all ⁉️ messy~~! I looked at Kotori's review and she said "sweet and fruity, with a gorgeous fruity impression".....................................great work 👍 I wrote it down correctly this time, so it is firmly etched in my memory that Mutsu Hachisen red is sweet and fruity 😚.

This past week was a tough training week, as Jay had his checkup 🏥 on Friday and Nobby went out to filial piety🌹 for his mother from Friday, so we ended up not drinking for 6 days from Monday to Saturday😓. ☹️ We will meet again on Sunday and have a long awaited feast 🤗. After looking at the fridge and trying to decide which one to try, we decided on this one, which has three young buds challenging the toji for a generational change: ‼️ It's a bottle of three buds aiming for the future👍. I'll make love to you I think it's easy to drink and medium-hot 🙂 The sweetness increases with each sip 🤔, but it's delicious without being dull 😋. It's not enough for our taste buds to evaluate whether or not this is a success or not 😆. By the way, I'm late to post this episode because I haven't had a drink in 6 days 😅. We returned to Utsunomiya station from Mashiko and decided to go somewhere! My daughter's quick and efficient action is a big help at times like this 😄 We quickly found a restaurant and went in! The horse sashimi and yakitori were delicious 😚. After leaving the restaurant, my son asked for Chinese food, so we went to a Chinese izakaya and drank Shaoxing sake for the first time in a while along with some snacks 😋. Ahhh...! It was a day of walking a lot, eating a lot, and drinking a little! It was fun 🥰.

It's mild on the palate, but it's quite bitter, and at first we both agreed that it's bitter 😗. But as we drank more and more, we could feel the bitterness moderately 😚 We said we would drink it slowly, but it was so good that we finished it right away 😋. Now, let's continue our GW Mashiko walking tour: ‼️ After leaving Okada Sake Brewery, we walked for about 20 minutes in the heat ☀️ with no one else on the road 💦family of four 🥵 and finally reached Sotaike Brewery 😮‍💨 After entering and looking around, we tasted three bottles of Sanbana! The first was the sweet "Hana-Sanran" with apple aroma, followed by the sour "Howa Howa" that we had previously enjoyed, and finally the "Honjozo" which was served warm and was all delicious! It is a medium, slightly sweet delicious sake with a smooth texture. Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass. This one became a hot topic in the local area before it went on sale last month when Piro, a prefectural resident, said, "My wish came true🥹" 🤗Bosuke and a few others have already posted about it in Sake no Wa, so it's sure to be delicious 😋. I twisted the cork with trepidation, but it opened quietly without any problem! I'll make love to you from the supernatant first. The aroma is like something I've smelled before... a snowman? I'm sure I've smelled a snowman somewhere before! It's sweet and sour with a hint of bitterness. I finish pouring the top clear and put it on the table, and the cage dance begins! It's like it's floating in a lump 😙. The silky flavor is added by mixing in the ori in one go and it's also delicious 👌It's perfect with Kentucky as expected 👌It's a breeze at 13 degrees 😄. The fruity aroma reminds me of melon. It has a slight fruity aroma with a hint of melon, a little gassy and a little thick. The taste of koji and sweetness like cotton candy with a refreshing acidity in the aftertaste is pleasant and invites you to drink the next cup. The next day, it is mellow and more delicious. It has a fruity flavor with a light umami taste. ☺️ but it has a clean aftertaste that makes you think it's dry! It's a great sake for sashimi, pizza, meat, etc! This week, I rested for three days from Monday to Wednesday 😌 and on Thursday after the first day of the week, I was chosen for the banquet🤗. I've been curious about this one since I saw Wakata's and Rafa papa's posts on ‼️ Shiga Sake 👍. And this will be our first Shichibonjari 😋. Let's try it 🎵 Fresh flavor and acidity with a nice sharpness! This is good 😋 always short 😅 By the way, this is a big change for iPhone users: ‼️ The pictures and text look very different and it will be hard to get used to it 💦. And then there was a big problem 😨After the update, comments with just "Jay" appeared several times and then disappeared 😫. What? Why am I being called? We are grateful to the sake brewer and the sake store and hope for good health 🙏. Today we start with Sentori. The Sentori mark on the cap is cute. It has a big impact! The aroma is like SENKYO itself with a clean and crisp taste 😌 The clear sweet and sour taste has umami and a hint of bitterness. It has a fresh and refreshing flavor reminiscent of fresh juice or herbal water, as if it were muscat, apple, lemon slices, and a few slices of mint. It tastes like fresh juice or herb water. One day towards the end of the New Year vacations, I decided to go out for yakiniku once in a while and enjoyed a healthy yakiniku lunch without alcohol 🤗. But I thought it would be a shame to just leave 🤔, so after filling my stomach, I decided to stop by a liquor store to appreciate art (🖼️) to fill my heart 😁. At the liquor store, we came across this Tedorigawa! A beautiful label that appeals to our artistic minds 🥹 and it's cheap too! We decided to hang this painting 🍶 on our fridge 😊. 
It's a daily junmai sake that bridges meals and conversations like a rainbow 🌈 in the sky. We will compare it with Yuho in the lineup of Ishikawa sake 🤗. I'll start with a cold sake 🎵. Yum! This one is delicious with a gentle sweetness and soft mouthfeel 😋 Maybe it's because I drank "Akano Yuho" 😅It feels very modern! I said 😊 that it would be better to drink it cold, but since we are in the Nonbei Yokocho, we decided to try heated sake as well! I had it lukewarm and it is a deeply delicious bottle 😚. I've only ever had Tetorigawa as a sparkling dot 😅I was intoxicated by the high level of Ishikawa sake 😚. We compared the two sakes! We had a fun and delicious time 😋😋.

I had decided to take Monday-Thursday this week as a day off from drinking, but I couldn't help but celebrate when I heard the great news ㊗️ that Nobby passed a certain certification test💯 ‼️ I'm not a sake taster by the way 😊. I said I was going to celebrate with the Nigori Festival Tori, but I thought that would be a shame 💦, so I went with this 🤗 sorry about that 😅. I looked in the fridge and decided to go ahead with the Nouveau, so I bought a bottle of Mutsu Hachisen that I just bought the other day 🎵 So here's to a toast of 🎉 Congratulations 🥂! One sip and you'll see! Delicious! It has a citrusy, fruity taste with a nice tang from the sweetness of the rice, making it very easy to drink 😚. I originally said a light toast on my rest day, but it's gone 😆. By the way, I finished replacing the windshield of my car last Sunday earlier than I expected! The horizontal crack that was about 15cm the Friday before last had spread to about 20cm in one week 😨 I was afraid that it would crack with a snap at some point 😱. I was terrified every day😱. Now I don't have to worry 😮‍💨 In addition, we changed our tires to studless tires and are now fully prepared for winter!

I had a lot of fun 🤗After our trip to the Chugoku region and Osaka in mid-October, we had a week of rest and relaxation before going on to the next ❗️. But then a sudden business came up, and Nobby went to Chiba without a break, and finally settled down last Friday. And Nobby was still a little under the weather when he went to the prefectural assembly 🥲. Of course the meeting was fun, but after the big event for J&N was over, I felt exhausted and tired 😓, so I took a break for a while 😴. I really wanted to have a drink last Wednesday when I was recovering, but I had to run an errand again and we had to go our separate ways. Come to think of it, we haven't had a drink at home in about 3 weeks😳 I'm sure everyone who attended the party posted about how much fun it was as usual 😊 We've got a bit of time to kill so we'll leave you guys alone and move on to the next drink 😆. I haven't been able to comment on any of the posts yet, so I'll get to that as soon as I can 👋. So my first drink of the day was a Tochigi sake, Nanamizu 🤗. I feel at home 😌. Oh...! I'm sorry I'm running out of words to describe how it tastes... delicious 😋.
