I've been wanting to drink it since I saw the Sake no Wa post, here ‼️ I found it chock-full in the corner of Yodogawa Sake Shop's fridge 😳I didn't even look at the label and was happy to take it with me👍. So last Friday I had a bottle of Daisetsukei from the series I've never had before 🤗. A bottle that fits our innocent nature 😊. What? I'm not sure if it's "ignorant sake" or ⁉️ but it's true that my knowledge of sake is equal to ignorance 🙄 I'm the type of person who drinks by feel 😅...that's why it's innocent 🥹. I'll make love to you The aroma is sweet 😌. I'll take a sip...! This is delicious 😋. It has a nice sweetness and a light acidity. It has just the right amount of sweetness and light acidity to make it a 🈴 certified drinkable by international J&N standards 😙I'm so glad I got to drink it 😙. By the way, I went to the liquor store over the weekend to pick up 3 bottles of Tasake's Tokujun, which is my goal for this year, and 2 bottles I haven't tasted yet 🙂. Then I saw that they were having a lottery for No.6 at the cash register, so I thought I might be able to go again! and I immediately entered ‼️ I had registered the name of the store in my cell phone this time and I was ready to win 🤗. I was supposed to call to report my win yesterday, so I carried my phone with me all day long... but this time I didn't get a call 😢.

From the series 😆 on the mega-drinking series 🤗 by Senkou! Well, in the last post we went back to the past posts of Tasake 🧐 and this time let's take a quick look back at ⁉️ to see what was our first Tochigi sake 🧐. Before that, don't you think it's getting easier to scroll back through the past posts? I used to get stuck in the middle of a post before, so I'm glad to see the improvement👍 And after a lot of scrolling 😅 I finally got to the top of the page ‼️ where our first post about sake was...........................Wind Forest 😳! I'm sure you're going to say 😆 that's not Tochigi sake 😅Next was Saku, then Hitakami...........................and then Tochigi sake didn't come up 😢. I was surprised to see Sengoku on the 15th post! And at the end of the comment, the words "love for Tochigi" are clearly written: ‼️ This might have been the real beginning of J&N 😄! So, while chewing on the sake history😊I'll make love to you with monja on this day! The aroma is light and fruity 😌. I'm sure it's still light, sweet and sour! It's light, sweet and sour and delicious 😋 This is a favorite of all people 😍 but.... But you know...I still feel the sourness is normal 🧐may be I'm assuming too much 😅I miss that sourness 😌😌. I love Tochigi because I love it 🥰.

This is a bottle I drank last Sunday, "Never Drank Series" is still going on ‼️ and I'm done with the unposted ones from last week 😆. This is a bottle of Ishikawa Noto Sake Sogen that I've been wanting to drink for a long time 🤗. We had already decided what we were going to drink, so we concentrated on seafood 😙 We first bought some squid sashimi and found some cheap sea urchins on sale nearby 😳 Okay! We decided to be extravagant 👍 and added salmon roe and decided to have a hand roll parley 🥳🤗 and bought some nice nori seaweed to start the party ‼️ I'll make love to you! I don't think there's much of an aroma. I'm not sure if it has any aroma or not, but I'll make love to you! It has a robust flavor 😚 with a bit of bitterness and a strong taste 😋. And when paired with the sea urchin crayfish hand roll sushi...pyaa 🤩 this takes the flavor of the sake to the heavens 🌕. And while the ingredients may be good or bad, I've come to the conclusion that it's the nori that counts 🤗. By the way, a few months ago my shaver broke 😓I went to an electronics store but it was quite expensive 😰I thought about how many 4-goules I could buy with this 🤔 and I couldn't buy it 😑. I was using a T-shave 🪒 instead 😅I bought a shaver as a birthday present! It's so easy 😙.

I still haven't raised the drinks I had over the weekend 😅I'm interrupting this post because a major event came first! So everyone, April 1st, the beginning of the new year 🌸 or April Fool's Day 🤥, is Jay's birthday 🤗. It's Tuesday and the party is about to begin! Naturally, Tochigi sake was chosen as the celebratory sake, and Chuaai-san, who hasn't had a drink at home for a long time ‼️ was chosen because its colorful and cute label is perfect for Jay 👶🏻 😆. I'll make love to you! The aroma is fruity 😌 The label makes me think it's passionate. The first sip is delicious 😋It's juicy and sweet, but the bitterness in the second half is pleasant 😙It goes perfectly with the steak and salmon roe rolls we had that day 🤗. I was a little bit worried because the sake shop's introduction listed the sake level as -2 or -3 😅 but even without the advantage of being a Tochigi sake, it was certified as a good sweetness by international J&N standards 👍. So it was an instant kill deal and we only had one more beer 🍺 and a cake 🍰😋. Now that I turned one year older yesterday😁 it will finally be a year of moving from Arakan to Riakan ‼️ I will walk slowly, chewing and drinking! I want to go around Japan and watch MLB games when I get settled 🥹. My dreams are growing Tochigi Ai 🥰!

The 601st bottle is also Tochigi sake after all 😉This is Sentori who gave up the Kiri number to Tamaka: ‼️ Looking back, 500 CI was at the end of May last year, and I consumed 100 bottles until 600 CI in about 8 months...so 12 bottles per month! I've been taking a good rest on weekdays and concentrating all my efforts on weekends 😋. From now on, I would like to be mature enough to savor sake while savoring it slowly 😌 and to share the taste with you by putting it into words. I've seen some reports of spills and such, but I'm a grown-up and opened the bottle without any difficulty👍The good citrus aroma wafting around tickles my nostrils. ☺️ I will make love to you in a Riedel glass. It's lively and full of flavor 😌 oops that was confusing 🤭 I meant fresh and juicy and dry and full of flavor 😋. If I had to describe it in one word... I take back what I said before: ‼️ I think "yummy😍" would be the best way to describe it 😁. I couldn't afford to be an adult to begin with 🤣. Honesty is the best Tochigi love 🥰.

I was browsing the fridge at the liquor store when I noticed the unadorned blue 🟦 label that caught my eye 😳I was attracted by the cleanliness of the label 🤗This is our first time here at Bikou: ‼️ I'll make love to you! The aroma is fresh fruit😌. The first sip is fresh, fruity, juicy, and tart 😙I wanted to shout "freshly harvested fresh! It's easy to drink and has a nice sharpness, so it goes down smoothly 😋. It's really delicious 😍I really like this one 👍 By the way, here's a shot of my daughter and him on a rare road trip to Japan. He will be in Japan for the whole month of February, but this weekend he and his daughter went to visit Jay's father in Chiba! He and his niece are very grateful for the opportunity to spend the night together and free her sister 🥹. The father, who works for a foreign company and used to speak a little English, asked in English, "Do you know XXXX company? He smiled happily when he answered I know, partly because his daughter had spoken first 😊. But I tend to forget the most recent one 😅Do you know my company? Following the meat sauce 🍝 a while ago, Jay 😋 had an irresistible craving for kiritanpo nabe after seeing Hirupeko's post. While we were walking together as usual, I told Nobby about it and we were both completely in the mood for kiritanpo 😙 We bravely went to the supermarket, but they were sold out of kiritanpo😱gwahhhhhh😓...this must be because people who saw Sake no Wa bought all the kiritanpo 😁. I was wondering what to do 😨 when I found "Damako Mochi" on sale nearby ‼️ so I bought other ingredients and we had Seri Nabe with Damako Mochi 🤗. I bought some other ingredients and made this nabe with Damako Mochi 🤗 I served this nabe with Asahi Kohki's Kumi Kumi! I'll make love to you! The aroma is freshness of nokkumi ☺️ The first sip is easy to drink and sweeter than expected 😚 but the acidity is calm and brings it all together like a homeroom teacher 😋. The first time I tried Seri (Japanese parsley), it was surprisingly unctuous for its aroma, and the Tamako Mochi was delicious, just like a round Kiritanpo! This nabe was the right choice👍. The sake was just as good with the nabe as it was with the rice, and every time we ate or drank, we kept repeating, "Wasn't Asahi Koki this good? Nobby kept repeating "I don't remember Asahi Koh being this good" every time we ate or drank. Akita style nabe with Tochigi love 🥰!

Last week, my liver took a solid five days off from Monday to Friday after New Year's 🤗 and on Saturday, I joined my daughters in Tokyo as I mentioned last time! That night, my daughter and I went with him to an Okinawan izakaya (izakaya) where we drank beer 🍺 and highballs 🥃, but I was not in the mood for the Reimei 🍶 that was on the menu 😑. After leaving the restaurant, I split up with two other people and walked to Ueno Station. We had about 20 minutes to wait for the bullet train, so we wondered if we could have a quick drink at a soba noodle shop inside the station where there were bottles of sake 🤔I'm not that much of a drinker, so I decided to hold off...as a result, I haven't had sake for a long time🥲. But that's beside the point 😆. My first sake in 5 days was Ona-san, the first label after the zodiac bottle: ‼️ bouken-san drank it last week and informed me that it has a fancy taste among Ona's. â I will make love to you! The aroma is fruity, peachy and sweet. The first sip has the same fruity and sweet taste as the aroma, and then the sourness and bitterness come in, which is what I call a mellow taste 😋! If I didn't drink so much of this, I would only have 3-4 bottles in stock and I'm a mature drinker 😉. Mellow Tochigi love 🥰.

We had separate New Year's Eve parties, so I'm a little late to start the year 🥲, but we had an emotional reunion on Jan. 2nd 🥹, and now the year 2025 has finally begun 🤗. I've been saying "Ake-o-me" a lot in the meantime 😅I'll just use the normal greeting from here on 😅... Now, who was chosen as the first starter for the year 2025? It's Ona-san with our first zodiac bottle of Tochigi sake: ‼️ After all, J&N will be opening with Tochigi sake 😁. I'll make love to you with my mom who came with Nobby and the three of us 🥂. The aroma is slightly fruity ☺️ The first sip has a soft sweetness and then a sourness that finishes with a kick in the second half 😋. Mother Nobby said, "It has a strong flavor. By the way, on New Year's night, I connected with my daughter and him at UK🇬🇧 via LINE video call! Nobby was in tears 🥹 when he saw his daughter moving and talking for the first time in a long time 😊. On Jay's side, I as well as my father and sister were happy to be able to talk to him 🤗I'm relieved that they seem to be getting along well😊. I'm not sure if they're talking in the next room or not. It's amazing to be able to talk face to face with no lag 😳. But on the other hand, a world without internet connection might be terrifying 😱 then... we'll just have to drink 😆. The moment the cork was opened, there was a distracting sound like that of opening a soda bottle, which heightened my anticipation before drinking it. When I poured it, I could see a clear turbidity along with the sound of bubbles popping. Expectations grew even higher. When I put it in my mouth, the pleasant bubbles stimulated my tongue, followed immediately by a crisp acidity, and then a mellow aroma with a taste of rice. I drank it all at once. SENKYO Renewal 2 The information of getting New SENKYO 3 kinds & Snowman is increasing one after another in Tochigi Pref. Now, we are continuing the drinking comparison at J&N House! We had Classic and Modern, but Retro is new 🤗. Classic means classic, etc., while Retro means nostalgia and love for the good old things. ☝️ I'll make love to you! The aroma is a little bit like Sentori? I think the first sip of the classic was too strong 🤔I was a little unimpressed and felt like I was drinking a delicious 🍊mikan water 😌. Well 😑but maybe my taste buds are a bit pulled 😅I ate a bowl of Tsumami once, changed to a Nosaku gulp and took another sip 😗 and.... Pya~ummmmeeeee 😚 what happened? It's a light and tasty bottle of Omachi fruity sake for a mealtime drink 🤗. SENKYO Renewal (1) Thursday, the day after the release of Edogaere Nobby had something to do in Tochigi city on that day 🚙 so he planned to drop by Mashidaya in the evening and get 3 bottles at once👍... But he couldn't stand the fact that the bottles were selling out so fast, with reports coming in on Sake-no-wa and on the Kenmin-kai LINE... Nobby couldn't stand it anymore! Nobby😥 couldn't wait any longer and went to Yodogawa Sake Shop in the morning 😆. As soon as he entered the store, he asked the store clerk 😅 with a lot of energy, "Do you have any Edogaerei ⁉️, the sake in this picture ‼️? The waitress was pushed by the momentum 😅 "Oh, we have it!" He said he brought it from the back of the store 😄. Great job Nobby 👍! So I took a picture of the three of them together 🤗It's going to be a good memory 🥹. I'm going to compare them with each other since I was able to buy them all at one time. Let's start with the classic first! The aroma is sweet Sentori😄. The bubbles are amazing when you pour it into the cup 🫢. I can't imagine that from the name "classic" 😅I think it's good for a toast 🤗. And when you take a sip, it's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good for an opening drink 😊In the beginning this was definitely the best ‼️... but this changed as we compared 🤭. It was the day of the Dodgers' victory ‼️, but work was going to be very late on such a day 😓 so we had to call in for the weekend to celebrate 🥲, but that work was postponed to the next day so we could get home early enough 🙂. I'll make love to you The aroma is somewhat like Senkou? I think I've had it somewhere before 🤔I think it might be Sentori but I couldn't figure out the answer 😅. After I finished drinking it, I nodded my head when someone said to me, "It's good to have such a light sake in the fridge in case of emergency! By the way, the third picture! We took him out because he is a cool looking guy 🤩 and although a bit pricey for those of us who usually limit ourselves to 2,000 yen 😅, it's a good deal when averaged with cheap dry sake 😄👍. This one is "Aged to its best condition by chilled aging" ‼️... we know what this means, even though we always drink with sensitivity 😁. And it's pretty well aged 🤔 for us 😆. I mean, it would be great if we could drink it and get anti-aging 🤗. I'll make love to you! The aroma is a little sweet 😚. I'm not sure if it's because I've read the book, but it has a matured, full-bodied flavor with a hint of bitterness. It's delicious 😋. We like it, and the expression "hard-core Mida-san" that Mr. Bosuke mentioned in his review fits perfectly 👍. When I think back to when I was a student in the 1980's, DC brands were all the rage and I would go into debt with Marui credit to buy clothes 😊. Back then I was interested in what to wear and was quite fashionable, but now I don't know what to buy and there is no shadow to be seen 🥲. Stylish Tochigi Ai 🥰.

Looking around the sake store, I found here in the corner: ❗️ It is a small sake brewery on Sado Island. It has a soft, calm and fruity taste, with a strong sweetness of rice and koji aroma. Here, we had takoyaki as a side dish. The chemistry...hmmm...perhaps it is because the acidity is moderate, but when the temperature is lowered, it becomes a bit limp. When warmed up, it has a rich and umami taste as if you were eating fine sake lees. ⤴️ It goes well with sashimi. Thank you very much for your kind attention.
