I bought it because it tasted so good at a sake bar and was sold at the nearest department store. It is a fresh sake with a gorgeous apple-like aroma, a clear sweetness with fresh gas, and a mellow sweetness over time. How was your new life while feeling spring? The second sake at Uotetsu Shokudo. The top aroma was sweet and fruity, and although I am not so sure about the hint of incense, I felt the pineapple aroma that I felt when I was sipping Hana-yoku. The gas was sweet and light, like a sipped ramune, and there was a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but it was easy to drink and I would like to try the other sakes in the series.

The second cup of the day was a comparison of Hanaohayo's Junmai Daiginjyo Yamadanishiki and Junmai Ginjyo Hachitanishiki. The top aroma was of pineapple, and the hint of pineapple was also strong. It was smooth on the palate, with a hint of sweetness, less bitterness, and a clean, elegant aftertaste than the Junmai-Daiginjo-Hattanishiki.

Drinking alone in Tsunashima Drinking my first Hana-yoku and the pineapple ginjo aroma as rumored. At first, I didn't notice much of the top notes, but as I drank it, I noticed a pineapple-like aroma with a hint of sweetness and a bitter finish that was refreshing.

This sake was created to go with Kagawa chicken on the bone, and since we had yakiniku today, we chose this sake! It has a fruity aroma, a thick nigori (nigori sake) mouthfeel, and a sweetness that gives it a sourness and a sweet-sour, lemon-like taste. The aftertaste is refreshing and the alcohol content is only 6 degrees, so it is easy to drink. On the second day after opening the bottle, I drank it with a glass of water, the aroma became yogurt-like, the taste was mellow, and it tasted like calpis with a strong sourness, it may be that the malt ingredients were precipitated or the one I drank yesterday may not have been mixed well.

I bought a one-pack bottle at the Hasegawa Sake Shop GranSta store in the Tokyo Station ticket gates. I wanted to take the Shinkansen and go to Izakaya Shinkansen, but I went home and had it. The price is also easy to buy if it is a 1-goupe bottle, and it is good when I want to taste it a little. The aroma was similar to that of apples, and it was delicious and easy to drink, with a gorgeous aroma in the mouth and a refreshing sweetness. I felt a moderate acidity, but I happened to have something sweet to eat, so I felt a lot of sourness when I ate it. The lingering taste is also crisp and to my liking.
