I visited Araiya Brewery for an in-store tasting of Sekiya Brewery's sake, which I couldn't taste because I had to drive afterwards 😅. Sake that has been aged for only one year and bottled. I tried to hold off on opening it until New Year's, but my fridge was at capacity 🤣🤣 so I opened it 😅. Well, the aroma is green apple 🍏, soft mouthfeel, fresh sweetness and delicious flavor with a sourness that slowly builds up ✨. On the second day, I think the sweetness has deepened. I've read that it's recommended to cool it down a little bit, so if you let it sit for a while after pouring it, the sweetness and umami will deepen and become more intense ✨.

The first Shikishima ✨Tamaei is a sake rice from Aichi Prefecture 🥰The sake shop recommends to drink it slowly for about 2 weeks, so we took our time ✨. The aroma is classic and moderately sweet, with a slight gasp on the tip of the tongue. The palate is clean and refreshing, with a fresh umami, a beautiful acidity, and finally, a bitterness that gradually comes through. On the second day, the aroma is of rice. A little sweetness is coming out, sweet and tasty classical, and the acidity is clean ✨. On the third day, the aroma is sweet with a hint of brown sugar. On the seventh day, I warmed it to lukewarm. The sweetness spreads 🥰 and the acidity is moderate ✨. I think it's better to warm it up to lukewarm 🤔. I couldn't drink it over 2 weeks 😅 I thought Halloween was over the other day, but today I happened to go to a shopping center and saw a Christmas tree 🎄 and already there are some ads for Sake with zodiac sign labels🤣A year goes by so fast 🤗.

On the day I bought this sake, after purchasing it at Tajimaya Sake Shop in Kanazawa-Bunko, I went to see the lighting up of Kenchoji Temple in Kitakamakura. When I opened the bottle, it smelled like banana🍌🤔 Gas is only slightly felt on the tip of the tongue, soft mouthfeel. It has a beautiful fresh flavor and the acidity is light and refreshing. It is dry but beautiful and easy to drink, good as a food sake, but also good on its own. On the second day, the aroma became more pronounced and it tasted like green apples. It is a very good balance of sweetness and spiciness. Well, my daughter told me to stop drinking alcohol from tomorrow🤣I'm going to stop drinking for 3 days for now🤣I enjoyed it today so I'll hold off for a while😅.

I was wondering if this is an overseas version and was last released in Japan last year? I think it was the last one released in Japan last year. I wonder if I can taste it 🤔. The aroma is faintly fruity and apple-like, with a soft mouthfeel. The sweetness spreads with a beautiful honey-like fruity taste 😍I can also feel a slight gas on the tip of my tongue ✨It has a beautiful acidity, no bitterness or cloying taste 👍. The last time I was at Kagura's I wasn't sure if I wanted to drink it or not 🤣. Higan is said to be an excellent sake created over a period of 20 years by Minoru Hoshino, owner of the sake shop "Sake-Hoshino" in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, and Shu Hirata, the toji at Taiyo Shuzo in Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture. The only way to purchase it is to buy it at "Sake-Hoshino" 🤔 and also that it can only be purchased at a limited number of ryotei restaurants. I don't think Kagura-san is a ryotei though. 🤣 Now, my impression. I don't know about the aroma, but it is soft in the mouth, fresh, clean, and modest flavor with an elegant aftertaste of spiciness that disappears 🤔. If you drink it while drunk, you might mistake it for water with a little spiciness🤣. It is a beautiful and elegant dry sake. It is a sake that is served in ryotei (Japanese restaurants), so it is a food sake that does not spoil the taste of the food 🤔. The picture is not so ryotei-esque 🤣

The Seven Gods of Sake is a project to commemorate the 170th anniversary of Shiraito Sake Brewery, and is a collaboration between seven breweries ✨This is the first Hotei no Hana no Koka sake and the first Hotei no Hotei sake ✨This is the only raw sake in the Seven Gods of Sake. The price is quite expensive if you buy it, so we had a glass of it outside🤣. The aroma is subtle but citrusy, the mouthfeel is smooth, and the gas is very sharp. The aroma is smooth on the palate with a hint of citrus, and the gas is very lively. It's a pretty refreshing sake. Because of the strong gas and refreshing acidity, the oily eggplant dengaku pictured in the photo was nicely and refreshingly eliminated.

I used to study with sake in my hand 😁I just get sleepy when I don't feel like doing anything 🤣I'm going to spend my mornings and evenings at McDonald's (McD in Kansai 😅). Well, I've written about whatever came to mind, but this time I'm going to visit Mr. Takasago from the Kiyamasa Sake Brewery of Jikin 😍. It has a banana🍌-like aroma with a hint of gas. The mouthfeel is gentle, with a refreshing umami and a citrus-like acidity that is gradually felt. It is a refreshing sake with no bitterness. The nose also has hints of banana and melon. On the third day, the gas disappears and the sweetness becomes stronger, and it is easy to drink with a clear sweet flavor and refreshing acidity 😁. I think the price is calm among junmai daiginjos and it was delicious, but I don't think I will repeat it because there are many cheap and good sake 🤔.

The last of the cedar balls is also the first Niseko 🥰 here. I couldn't smell the aroma. It has a beautiful mouthfeel and is easier to drink with a stronger and clearer umami than the Sugitama I just drank. It has a slight spiciness in the aftertaste, but it is delicious ✨. The second drink at Sugitama is a cedar ball with the name of the restaurant Fittingly, the cedar ball is a cruel octopus sausage! And the adults-only potato salad✨! I looked at various kinds of chrysanthemums and got an origami of the Denshikiku that I felt was well-received ✨This is the 6th kind of Chrysanthemum this year. First, let's start with the supernatant! The aroma is mild but sweet and fruity, with a nice gasiness. The aftertaste is a bit peculiar, what is it? It has a lingering umami taste 🤔. I will mix the orikiri and enjoy ✨. The sweetness turns into juicy sweetness and umami, the acidity settles down and naturally tightens up as it is. The aftertaste is no longer bothersome, and the bitterness that I thought was characteristic of Kiku is felt this time. I'm looking forward to the stove league✨ Well, the sake is sold at 40 Maibasuketto stores in Kanagawa and some Aeon stores in Tokyo and Kannai area, and the sake is made by Izumihashi Sake Brewery. It is a Junmai Ginjo made from Yamadanishiki grown in Kanagawa Prefecture😍. The aroma is clean and fruity, with a banana🍌 aroma 🍌...clean mouthfeel, with a clean sweet umami taste, followed by a gentle acidity that comes on slowly. It has a slightly classical feel, but it has a clean aftertaste, so I guess this project is good as a food sake 🥰. The price is high, so a collaboration product like this is a good way to commemorate the occasion! BayStars sake has been sold frequently for a long time, so I would like to drink it if it is released again👍.

I was interested in Nagatorogura after reading your review, but I couldn't find it near me and thought I would have to go to Chichibu. I thought it might be a blend of Arabashiri and Blame, but I didn't find it to be too heavy 🤔. It smells like apples. It has a soft mouthfeel, with a firm sweetness that spreads out but is not heavy, and the acidity is just right. The aftertaste is short and refreshing. It was a sweet but refreshing and easy to drink sake 😊. The photo was taken at a yakiniku restaurant in Musashi-shinjo, which turned out to be a beer festival since there was no sake available. The price was honestly expensive but it was delicious 🥰.

Kagura-san is the place to go for a drink in October! This time, instead of the all-you-can-drink standing drink, we decided to sit on chairs and order rare sake at our seats 😊. We got it from Asahitaka, a sake distributed in Yamagata Prefecture by the Takagi Brewery of Jyushiyo 😃. The aroma was faint but I couldn't tell. It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a clean sweet flavor and just a hint of alcohol. The acidity is also very slight, so it is very easy to drink and has a beautiful umami flavor. The rare sake menu is also attached. There was also a 90ml rare sake of Jyushiyo for 27500 yen 🤔 I wonder what kind of people will drink it 🤔.
