I visited TDM1874 the other day and found a selection of Yamori brands, so I chose a summer sake-like sake and bought two other interesting sake, one of which I have been seeing a lot lately at Sake no Wa and this one. I had a relaxing lunchtime drink as I have to work for a week starting tomorrow ✨. The aroma is fresh and sweet, like ramune. The mouthfeel is light and you can feel the gas. The sweetness is firm and spreading, the acidity is mild, and the short bitterness at the end makes it refreshing, but I thought the sweetness was a little too sweet for me personally😅. But it's so easy to drink that it was gone within a day😔.

We enjoyed the Echino Katora we received with fried tofu from Tochio, which we also received, and sashimi from the supermarket. It has a sake strength of +13, but due to the softness of the water, the spiciness is not felt as much as it should be. The aroma is not so strong, but the soft mouthfeel gives off a spreading umami flavor, a refreshing acidity, and a deliciously crisp finish. It was a very good food sake.

GW went to the Osaka Expo and drove home this morning, had a good night's sleep, and visited a liquor store I've been curious about for a while ✨. Sake from the PUB attached to the Sake Shop and Brewery😍Original craft beer is also available. Limited edition sake by Hayashi Honten, known for its Hyakujuro brand The following is a list of the brewery's products. Hakutaku is an imaginary Chinese divine beast The sake rice is Dewa Sanbai and the yeast used is Gifu G & Gifu G2 yeast. Lightly colored with a fruity, muscat-like aroma and a soft, mellow mouthfeel, it is a perfect match for the richness of Chinese cuisine. It is soft on the palate, with a mild sweetness and a refreshing acidity that makes it easy to drink and delicious. It was a clean and refreshing sake✨.

I've been drinking too much recently, so while thinking about what to drink, I happened to set my eyes on 13 degrees alcohol 😁. I decided I had to drink it and bought it ✨. A subtle fruity aroma with a hint of fruitiness. Clean and refreshing on the palate Faintly tangy on the tip of the tongue The umami gradually rushes in Light acidity makes this sake refreshing and easy to drink😃. This sake reminded me of refreshing citrus fruits.

I recently found Isozumo at a fish restaurant I often visit, so I had it! Seishun seems to be one of the bottles named by the brewer who was inspired by Samuel Ullmann's poem about youth. The aroma was not clear. It has a clean mouthfeel, a clear, subtle sweetness, umami, and a crisp acidity that finishes it off nicely. Since it is Isobojimai, we had it with red meat and shellfish sashimi 😆 Delicious!

The last purchase at Yajima Sake Shop was Silver Lining by Kangiku! So we had it! Fruity aroma like melon! The clear mouthfeel, the gas that is very lively, and the light sweetness spreading in the mouth! The clean acidity and refreshing aftertaste is also from Kangiku😁I couldn't stop drinking it 😅I couldn't stop drinking it because it was so good 😅I couldn't stop drinking it.

I saw online that each person is limited to one can at Yajima Sake Shop and immediately placed my order ✨. The can is stylishly designed, peel off the top lid, pour into a glass and enjoy 😀. The aroma is light and gorgeous. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, a really faint gas, a long, clear sweetness, a refreshing acidity, and is a delicious sake that makes you want to drink more. I would like to drink this delicious sweetness as an aperitif.

Sandesi (← I wanted to say that), a honjozo sake purchased last week at Wagura Sake Brewery's direct sales place. I drank too much yesterday, so today I'm going to enjoy it with a little bit of sipping ✨. The aroma is mild, the mouthfeel is soft, and the sweetness is short and full of umami. It is a fresh sake with a slight bitterness. The taste was clear and fresh 😀.

It is purchased at Yajima Sake Shop. I found Sake Mirai by Ippaku Suisei and bought it immediately because I could not remember drinking sake made with Sake Mirai yet. It is a well-balanced sake with a gentle muscat-like ginjo aroma, a light mouthfeel, petit gas, a gentle sweetness, a refreshing acidity, an easy-drinking sake with no peculiarities and a good balance, and because it is so refreshing, it is also suitable as a mealtime sake. On the second day, the umami sweetness became stronger as time passed.

Wazo Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture, has a direct sales office on the outskirts of Kimitsu City, which I visited after eating Takeoka Ramen. The brands include Takeoka, Seisen, and Shikanozan. This sake is only listed as Wazo, but looking online, it seems to be from the Shikanoyama series, so we check in here. The aroma is mild, and when you drink it, it has a slight piquancy and great umami, which spreads in your mouth. It has a delicious acidity that is refreshing from the umami. If I go to a sake brewery, I would still choose the freshly pressed sake 😁.

The third bottle I purchased the other day is from the OCEAN99 series by Kangiku Meikozo, and this is the first time I have had it. It will be a comparison with Matsuo Boast, which I drank the other day. It has a sweet aroma like muscat. It has a sweet aroma like muscat, with a little bit of gas and a refreshing sweetness that spreads in the mouth. The acidity is mild, but the silky bitterness of Kangiku-san finishes it off nicely. On the second day, the gas is subtle, but the sweetness is stronger and the bitterness is lighter. Matsuo's boast was juicier in sweetness, but this one was refreshingly clean and sweet. When it gets hot, the fresh sweetness of this one is pleasant.

I saw a lot of Matsuo Pride at Sake-no-Wa and wanted to try it, so I bought it yesterday along with Kaze no Mori ALPHA6. It is sold at liquor stores in Chiba prefecture. By the way, Yajima Sake Brewery sells it online. The shipping cost is reasonable, but considering the transportation cost, it's worth it. So, here's what I was expecting... Melon-like sweet aroma A hint of gas. Quite strong juicy sweetness, mild acidity, and a firm bitterness with a clean finish. I was satisfied with the flavor I was expecting ✨.

I visited Yajima Sake Shop, which I had often seen on their online store as well as my hobby of eating out (food logs). I reserved this Kaze no Mori in advance and was able to place a hold on it. This is my first ALPHA6. The sake rice is Akitsuho produced in Tenri, Nara Prefecture. It is made with No. 6 yeast and white malted rice. It has a melon? or banana-like aroma. From the soft sweetness to the umami, the sharp and crisp acidity, it's so delicious!

We had our last drink at Charcoal Dai-san, a cup of Nagoya Coach Momo Aburi. Sake made with 100% Yumesansui grown in-house♪ It has a clear, sweet and delicious taste 😄It has a good umami and a good balance of acidity, a balanced sake of today's royal road 😁. It's even better than some of the more famous sake ✨.

Second drink at Charcoal Dai, checked in and there was only one post................... It was listed on the menu as limited Tenzan. A closer look at the label showed that it was a Honjozo sake. The sake had a slight sweetness, was clear and easy to drink. It was described as dry on the menu, but I did not feel much dryness. Fittingly, it was served with Satsuma Jidori chicken tataki with sesame wasabi.

Went out for yakitori for dinner and found a bottle of Yokoyama Goju, so decided to try it 😁. Wow! Juicy sweetness of apple, quite sweet but easy to drink, the acidity is subdued and it's a good sake to start with or for dessert 😃. This was delicious 😃.

I happened to come across X-type at a pub and ordered it. The last time I drank X-type, it was labeled 2022, so this is my first time drinking 2024. I was lucky because the bottle was not opened at the store 😄. It has an exciting aroma, a tangy gas, a light mouthfeel, and a nice sweet and sour taste rather than sweet, which makes it easy to drink.

I heard from an acquaintance that Sakuta was delicious and ordered it because there was no special distributor near me and it was in the hometown tax payment. Since it was a set of two bottles, I received it with sincerity. Ginjo-shu with brewing alcohol Fruity ginjo aroma like muscat, sweetness and umami at first, but lingering in the middle as if it were crystal clear water, and later acidity comes in and it is a refreshing dry sake.

The second bottle I purchased from Koyama Shoten was a Fukkai. I had heard about this one from Sake-no-wa and wanted to try it, so when I found it, I bought it without hesitation! Sweet aroma like muscat! It has a sweet aroma like muscat, and you can feel the tangy gas. Slight sweetness, gentle acidity, and a refreshing aftertaste, even though it was fire-aged.
