Wazo Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture, has a direct sales office on the outskirts of Kimitsu City, which I visited after eating Takeoka Ramen. The brands include Takeoka, Seisen, and Shikanozan. This sake is only listed as Wazo, but looking online, it seems to be from the Shikanoyama series, so we check in here. The aroma is mild, and when you drink it, it has a hint of piquancy and a great umami flavor that spreads in your mouth. It is a junmai ginjo, but it is a mellow sake. It has a deliciously clean acidity from the umami. If I go to a sake brewery, I would choose the freshly pressed sake 😁.

The third bottle I purchased the other day is from the OCEAN99 series by Kangiku Meikozo, and this is the first time I have had it. It will be a comparison with Matsuo Boast, which I drank the other day. It has a sweet aroma like muscat. It has a sweet aroma like muscat, with a little bit of gas and a refreshing sweetness that spreads in the mouth. The acidity is mild, but the silky bitterness of Kangiku-san finishes it off nicely. On the second day, the gas is subtle, but the sweetness is stronger and the bitterness is lighter. Matsuo's boast was juicier in sweetness, but this one was refreshingly clean and sweet. When it gets hot, the fresh sweetness of this one is pleasant.

I saw a lot of Matsuo Pride at Sake-no-Wa and wanted to try it, so I bought it yesterday along with Kaze no Mori ALPHA6. It is sold at liquor stores in Chiba prefecture. By the way, Yajima Sake Brewery sells it online. The shipping cost is reasonable, but considering the transportation cost, it's worth it. So, here's what I was expecting... Melon-like sweet aroma A hint of gas. Quite strong juicy sweetness, mild acidity, and a firm bitterness with a clean finish. I was satisfied with the flavor I was expecting ✨.

I visited Yajima Sake Shop, which I had often seen on their online store as well as my hobby of eating out (food logs). I reserved this Kaze no Mori in advance and was able to place a hold on it. This is my first ALPHA6. The sake rice is Akitsuho produced in Tenri, Nara Prefecture. It is made with No. 6 yeast and white malted rice. It has a melon? or banana-like aroma. From the soft sweetness to the umami, the sharp and crisp acidity, it's so delicious!

We had our last drink at Charcoal Dai-san, a cup of Nagoya Coach Momo Aburi. Sake made with 100% Yumesansui grown in-house♪ It has a clear, sweet and delicious taste 😄It has a good umami and a good balance of acidity, a balanced sake of today's royal road 😁. It's even better than some of the more famous sake ✨.

Sakuta is the only brewery in Shichinohe Town, Aomori Prefecture! It is the only brewery in Shichinohe Town, Aomori Prefecture. Sake made from subsoil water from the Hakkouda Mountains and rice grown in Aomori Prefecture♪ This sake has a refreshing sweetness or umami, and a light acidity at the center, making it a light, refreshing, and slightly spicy sake.

Second drink at Charcoal Dai, checked in and there was only one post................... It was listed on the menu as limited Tenzan. A closer look at the label showed that it was a Honjozo sake. The sake had a slight sweetness, was clear and easy to drink. It was described as dry on the menu, but I did not feel much dryness. Fittingly, it was served with Satsuma Jidori chicken tataki with sesame wasabi.

Went out for yakitori for dinner and found a bottle of Yokoyama Goju, so decided to try it 😁. Wow! Juicy sweetness of apple, quite sweet but easy to drink, the acidity is subdued and it's a good sake to start with or for dessert 😃. This was delicious 😃.

I happened to come across X-type at a pub and ordered it. The last time I drank X-type, it was labeled 2022, so this is my first time drinking 2024. I was lucky because the bottle was not opened at the store 😄. It has an exciting aroma, a tangy gas, a light mouthfeel, and a nice sweet and sour taste rather than sweet, which makes it easy to drink.

I heard from an acquaintance that Sakuta was delicious and ordered it because there was no special distributor near me and it was in the hometown tax payment. Since it was a set of two bottles, I received it with sincerity. Ginjo-shu with brewing alcohol Fruity ginjo aroma like muscat, sweetness and umami at first, but lingering in the middle as if it were crystal clear water, and later acidity comes in and it is a refreshing dry sake.

The second bottle I purchased from Koyama Shoten was a Fukkai. I had heard about this one from Sake-no-wa and wanted to try it, so when I found it, I bought it without hesitation! Sweet aroma like muscat! It has a sweet aroma like muscat, and you can feel the tangy gas. Slight sweetness, gentle acidity, and a refreshing aftertaste, even though it was fire-aged.

I wanted to visit the famous Koyama Shoten, so I stopped by on my way to work and found Wakanami and bought it. This is the third time this year I have tasted Juhikinmu. On the first day, it was difficult to describe the aroma. It was sweet, with a strong acidity and a light aftertaste. On the third day, the aroma was sweet like melon, and the sweetness seemed to spread. On the fourth day, the sweetness is easy to drink and has depth of flavor. The acidity is crisp, but the aftertaste is still very smooth and disappears.

I was at a barbecue restaurant and there was black beef, so I ordered it. Is it because of the name? Is it because it is a perfect food wine? Soba drinking in the afternoon, served with grilled duck, hiyamugi and soba. I did not detect any aroma, but the sake was soft on the palate, with clear umami and acidity that came rushing in and out, making it a crisp-tasting sake. It was super dry but easy to drink.

This is the second Sono Kangiku and Sake Rice Kotobuki purchased from a liquor store in Saitama, following Eiko Fuji. It has a light cloudy white color, a greenish fruit aroma like pears, and the gas has a strong fizzy feeling, and the sweetness is also spreading with a light pear-like sweetness. The gas is fizzy and the sweetness is pear-like. The bitter aftertaste is sharp and clean. After all, Kangiku is delicious!

Compared to the previously posted Joyo Junmai Ginjo 55 Yamadanishiki, this one has a fruity aroma and a full sweetness in the mouth. The acidity is crisp and the bitterness is also very crisp. However, the sweetness makes it easier to drink, and I personally prefer this one.

It is a regular local sake from Nanyo Jyozo, famous for its Hanayo Yu, and was purchased together with Sono Kangiku at a sake store in Saitama! The aroma is moderate and fruity, with a refreshing sweetness that quickly gives way to umami. The taste is immediately followed by a refreshing acidity and a long-lasting bitterness. It is refreshing and easy to drink, but depending on the food, the sweetness disappears and the bitterness is strongly felt. It tastes best when drunk with a touch of sweetness.

The fifth drink? The owner asked me what kind of sake I liked, and the first thing that came to my mind was the Masamune instrumental sake. It has a full aroma of sweetness, and when you put it in your mouth, the full sweetness fills your mouth! It is very tasty, but not too sweet, and the bitterness finishes it off nicely! I would like to visit Honoka in Musashikoyama again.

The fourth cup? Ishi no Kanbase, Ishi means stone, Kanbase means face, so who is this guy? I don't know. The cloudy sake is actually very fruity♪ Juicy sweetness like pineapple, calm acidity, a lingering short bitter clean feeling, delicious and easy to drink!
