I learned about it at Sake no Wa and now there are a lot of Colorful Kabuto-bushi (Japanese beetles) in the area, so I got on board too 😁.
I was wondering where I could buy it, but I just happened to drop by Kimishimaya in Ebisu.
It has a lime-like aroma, a gasiness in the mouth, a crisp flavor and a citrusy, plump acidity, and a refreshing summer sake with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste 🤩.
On the second day, it got a little sweetness, and the full acidity was easy to drink while feeling it.
It was good✨
