We have the advantage of the latest IT technologies such as AI, and we propose new ways of enjoying sake by using these technologies. For example, the flavor chart that visually expresses the taste of sake and the flavor search function that visually searches for the taste are realized by processing big data that is collected by analyzing (natural language processing) posted comments by our computer program.
