Here is the last sake, Bodai Sen Sake made with Bodai yeast from Bodaiyama Shorekiji Temple in Nara. This sake is made by Kuramoto Sake Brewery! It has the sweetness and acidity typical of Bodai Hashiroshi, with a faintly distinctive aroma 😊. This one is delicious too 🥰. I haven't had Kuramoto sake yet, so I'll have to look for it! This concludes my son's graduation & job hunting celebration! I hope he could feel the depth of sake 😁.

This is an old wine aged in barrels. Aroma of oak, caramel and slight bitterness 🥰. I guess this is similar to brandy or Shaoxing wine 🧐. Seems to go well with tzatos and the manager said it tastes great on the rocks with ice made from coffee 🤔. I would love to drink it 😆.

Finally, I asked the manager to serve me an unusual one (a habit-forming one) 😁. First of all, Tenka Nishiki This is a Junmai Daiginjo that had been made in a bag and left unrefined for 180 days. The unrefined sake was left to mature for 180 days 😳. Tenge Nishiki is supposed to be a dry sake, but it had a sweetness like mirin (sweet sake) 😋, but the second half was dry and the balance was kind of bad? It was a strange sake 😁.

My son prefers something sour and refreshing, so I chose this one. Senkori Sakura OHANAMI I didn't take a picture of the bottle, so here is the menu It has a sour and refreshing taste, my son thought it was delicious 😊. After that, we also had Mimuro Sugi no Hana-kun. This one had a firm sweetness 🍈. I prefer this one. Since I came all the way to RIKI, I can't end with such an ordinary sake 😁.

I introduced him to the manager as my son and told him I brought him to celebrate his graduation...what a No. 6 service he gave me 😳🥂🥂. It was gorgeous and had a nice balance of sweetness, umami, and sourness, and according to my son, it wasn't like sake in a good way 😳. He really liked it 😁. Thank you for all your help, manager 🙇‍♂

On this day, we celebrated my eldest son's graduation and job hunting with a drink at RIKI 🍻. After 🍺, we went to Shinshu Kamerei. Full of sweetness and umami 😍. It's still delicious 🥰! My son was also pleased with the taste 😁. My son wanted to try the assorted horse sashimi 😋! We don't get many chances to eat it when we're away from Kumamoto, so we splurged 💪.

Two Rabbits, now carried at a liquor store near you. It's been a while since I've had a drink at home 🐇. I imagined it would taste beautiful because of the Yamada-Nishiki, but it was surprisingly a little peculiar? It smelled like brown rice on the palate! It tastes like a lot of things, I can't describe it well 😅 but it has a strong umami and is delicious 🥰.

My favorite Omine Oumachi. I missed out on the raw 😭It's fire-roasted. It's consistently sweet and delicious 🥰. Fresh even when fire-roasted 😍.

Tamagawa, which I bought to drink warmed. This winter, the "Kanmakase" broke down and I drastically reduced the frequency of drinking heated sake 🥲. Opened a bottle to drink it while it's cold It's a normal strength for Tamagawa, but since it was made in 2018BY, it's well colored and has a solid taste. But it is easier to drink than the Yamahai series (just my opinion), so it is probably Tamagawa's introductory sake 😋. I kept drinking it cold when I meant to heat it up😅.

Recently, my son has been taking me 🚙 to the liquor store and he always makes me buy extra alcohol💦. I think this was the one he bought last December. My son left the bottle open 🥲 so I'm going to drink it up 😋. This is a 🍇 juice. A little bitter aftertaste, but I don't feel much alcohol. My son came over while I was drinking. My son likes juice, so he drinks it like he likes it 😁.

Taido's Spring Sake The one made with Kame-no-o seems to be seasonal in spring and fall Fresh aroma, refreshing sweetness and acidity 🥰. Then a tingling and spicy taste hits your tongue! Spicy but easy to drink and delicious 😋.

Hana no Kaori is definitely the most drunk Kumamoto sake. It's only available in Kumamoto now, so it's a great souvenir for people outside of the prefecture 😁. Kikka is a slightly austere type of sake, somewhere between classic and modern 😋. This time the sake also had an austere taste, and I enjoyed it more when it was warmed up than when it was cold 🥰.

Nabesama's special pure sake that I want to drink regularly. I saw a raw sake version and bought it. It's not flashy, but the umami flavor gradually spreads to the palate and a pleasant aroma escapes through the nose 🥰. I never get tired of drinking it, so I can easily drink it again and again 😋.

Here we are 😏, the pervert... Okura is a representative of unique sake. The label is CWS, so it's a little eccentric. I drank the same sake in December of the year before last 😋. I bought it at the same liquor store and the date is the same too... It's not sold 🥲. Last time I drank it, it was rich and sweet which I love, but how does it taste after more than a year 🤔? Well I can't tell much difference 😂. Rich sweet, light sourness, then a bit of caramelized bitterness 😋. I still like the taste 🥰. It's the perfect drink to finish off with a sip 👍

I haven't had it since it became Fukkai (I believe). I'm always putting off drinking it because I can always find it at the local liquor store, but I saw a bottle of Omachi Nama Sake, so I bought it! This one hit the jackpot! It's not a big bang with a strong umami, but rather a gradual spread of umami in the mouth 🥰. The umami is soaked in 😍. It was a waste not to try this 😅.

When I see the words "Unfiltered Nama Sake" I am drawn to it 😁. If it's Mikotsuru, I can't help but buy it 🤤. After the light gassy sensation, it has a rich flavor with a sharpness. It's so good that I'm sure I'll drink too much already 🥰. It's a waste, so I managed not to manaize it!

After drinking the bottle of sakaiman we opened the day before, we wanted something a little stronger (sweeter), so we opened this bottle. W Junmai Akaban Omachi Unfiltered Nama Sake Junmai, Akaban Omachi, Unfiltered Nama Sake! A lot of delicious words in this bottle 😍. It has a firm umami and a good amount of sweetness 👍. I don't find it spicy at all, but it's not too sweet, so it's one that I would drink too much of 😋.
