Kamikame purchased on a business trip to Tokyo You can buy the standard stuff in Kumamoto, but you don't see much raw or otherwise 🥲. It's been a while since I opened a bottle of Shinkame's active nigori sake. After 10 minutes of opening and closing the lid, it was finally ready to drink 😁. Clear and dry, of course the gas is strong! This seems to go well with fried fish, fried fish, and other hearty meals 😋. The alcohol content is high at 17.5%, but it's easy to drink because it's so refreshing 🥰. I'm thinking of heating it up once the gas settles 🤔. I wonder if it will last until then 🤣.

900 Check-in I wasn't sure what I would choose for the first check-in, but I decided to go with my favorites, so I went with Aneshu and Tamagawa 🍶. This is a sake that Ane-san gave me on a recent business trip to Tokyo: 🙇‍♂ It's a real Aneshu 😁. It has a rich flavor that is typical of Tamagawa, with a slightly caramelized bitterness that is delicious 🥰. It's 19 degrees, so it gets drunk quickly, but it's so good, I just drink it 🤣. I'm sure Tamagawa is the best 👍

Shimabara-Unzen Travel Next is a sake from Yoshidaya in Minami-Shimabara City. This sake is made with Abelia flower yeast! The aroma is distinctive and honey-like The taste is clean, with a light sweetness and bitterness, which can be felt but disappears quickly. There is a slight alcohol taste at the end, but overall it is light. The aroma in the mouth is unique, but it is a very beautiful sake and you can tell it is carefully crafted 😊. What kind of flower is abelia 🤣.

First Shimabara-Unzen trip: ⛴️ One hour from Kumamoto Port by ferry ⛴️ I landed in Shimabara for the first time! After driving through the mountains, we had lunch at Obama Chanpon (Chinese noodle soup). Unzen hot spring at night: ♨️ After dinner, drink sake in the room 🍶. Sake from Aimusume Sake Brewery, which is not listed on Sake-no-Wawa. Tastes like what most people imagine sake to be. Sugar-like sweetness, followed by the spiciness of alcohol to refresh you. But the sweetness is so strong that it leaves a lingering sweetness after the spiciness! I would like to have some salty snacks... but I ate too much dinner at night and no snacks are allowed🤣.

Last day of my business trip to Tokyo After work, I went to the sake department of the Ikebukuro Tobu Department Store after a long time 🚃. This brewery was having a tasting event there. Shiraoi in Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture It was my first time to try this sake. I compared four kinds of sake and bought this one. The spiciness comes with a bang from the firm sweetness and umami 😋. This flavor is not the trend, but I like it 🥰. It's strong but spicy so you don't get tired of drinking it👍 Most of the sake here is consumed locally on the Chita Peninsula, so it's hard to get it out to the rest of the country.

Sake bought for hotel drinking on a business trip to Tokyo but brought back without drinking. It cost about 1,200 yen for a 290 ml bottle, so it's quite a high-end sake, isn't it? Small bottles are rather expensive. It's delicious with a robust flavor 🥰. A small bottle is not enough for weekend drinking 🤣.

I drank quite a bit last week in Tokyo, so I thought I'd moderate this week😅. Rigel from 🎁. Thanks 🙏! The hana yang bath I drank at home before wasn't a pinapple, but what about this one 😏? Yes, the aroma is pineapple 🍍. The sweetness in the mouth is 🍍🍍. Wow, I didn't know it was this 🍍! Second day Smell is Pinappo, but it has a strong bitter taste 🤔. When the temperature rises a little, I can feel the sweetness 🥰. Third day The bitterness has gone down from yesterday? The aroma is pineapple🍍 but the sweetness is not so strong, easy to drink and refreshing😋. My personal preference is the first day 🥰. The second day from the impression of the first day is too much of a change 🤣. Thank you Rigel for this precious drink 🙇‍♂

I was going to finish it lightly, I wanted to drink a little more, so I bought this as a souvenir 🍶. It had a sweetness to it that made it easy to drink 😳. The next day, I had to work until the morning, but after that I went to Ikebukuro Tobu 🚃. I bought a bottle of Shinkame sake, Miyoshikiku, Shichu, and other brands that I couldn't find near me 👍. It was a fulfilling sake activity... a business trip 🤣.

Last night in Tokyo On the way from the conference venue to Tokyo Station, I had dinner and wandered aimlessly on the way to my hotel, Hikonyan and Myakmyak were 😳 by Nihombashi station. It was an antenna store of Shiga, here in Shiga! I found Pon-chan while browsing in the store 🧐. I took it home with some sake 😊. First of all, cheers to Pon-chan 🍻🍺 with kumquat! Fruity and easy to drink! I can't get enough of it after taking a bath !!! After that, we had our first brand, Asakayousei! It is a cup sake, but it has a light sweetness that makes it easy to drink 😋. I was going to drink it in small sips, but it was empty in no time 🥰.

Off-line meeting with Kanto members on the second day (4) We drank a lot of drinks on this day, but I don't remember what they tasted like (I ordered two kinds each, so my memory is getting more and more doubtful). I'll summarize them here as a memo of remembrance. Gassan Another sake with an astringent taste. I think I was drinking it while thinking that I wanted to raise the temperature. Sashiki (figure) I was a little excited when this one came out. I think I drank it while saying "wow", but I don't remember the details. Kamiwatari How do you read that? I only remember that we drank it while saying Seven Steps of the Snake It's a Kumamoto sake, so I didn't drink it. Nanbu Bijin OCEAN99 Did I drink these two? I think they were served in the second half... I was drinking as it was poured in the second half, so I was suspicious of what I was drinking... So we drank for about 3 hours and closed the party... After that, we finished up with ramen and split up! Thank you all very much 🙇‍♂ We will be back again 👋

Off-line meeting with Kanto members on the second day (3) Banquet at a secluded sake bar I'll only give you the ones I remember the taste of. Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku Very refreshing for a Mikotsuru 😳. Off-line meeting with Kanto members Day 2, Part 2 On this day, 6 of us had a party at a hideaway bar. Then, we went to Miyakanbai. We drank two kinds of sake! Junmai Ginjo This is a fruity, sweet and delicious sake 🥰. I must not have had much of it and I found a nice sake 😁. Junmai Daiginjo This one is also sweet from the aroma 🥰 and also delicious! But sweeter and cleaner than Junmai-Daiginjo. I like it darker so I guess I prefer Junmai Ginjo 🤔. This is a sake I would like to drink at home 😋. The manager of this restaurant is from Kagoshima, so they served Satsuma chicken torisashi! It was also delicious😍!

Off-line meeting with Kanto members Day 2, Part 1 Continuing from the previous day, we had a party with 6 members: Nocchi-san (secretary), MAJ-san, Ane-san, Yuka-chan, and for the first time, Tatsu-san and myself 🍶. A hideaway bar near Shinjuku Gyoen station. When I arrived (first to arrive), the counter was full of regulars! It was a hot day, so I started with 🍺 for now, but I toasted again with sake! I drank a lot of drinks that day, but I forgot the order of them, so I'll just list the ones I remember. I'll leave aside the sake that Ane-san mentioned, which was Azuma Tsuru, and Tateyama, which I haven't had in a while, and two kinds of sake! Special Junmai This sake has a strong astringent taste, which is typical of Tateyama! Junmai Ginjo It has a little aroma and is easier to drink than the special junmai, but it still has an astringent taste. I felt it was less classic than in the past, but it is still a sake that should be tried at room temperature or above 🍶. The popular snack of this restaurant, Iburi gakko with cream cheese and kombu (I forgot the name), was really good 😋!

After-party on the 1st day of off-line meeting with Kanto members Standing bar "Kouri" in the basement of Shimbashi Ekimae Daiichi Bldg. I have visited there several times when I go on business trips to Tokyo. I took MAJ and Rigel there. First, I bought the 3 kinds of items in the picture (they paid for it 😁) I bought my first Miyoshigiku 🔰. It's my favorite sake with a strong flavor 🥰. But I don't remember the fine taste 🤣. On a side note... There was a young girl at a standing bar that only had sake, so I talked to her and she was quite a sake lover 😁. She was a wacko who got hooked on sake with a heated bottle of Shinkame 😳. I told her about my account at Sake-no-wa because I think we definitely have the same tastes 😁.

Off-line meeting with Kanto members Day 1 I asked if anyone wanted to have a drink with me, and they stayed with me for two days 😁. On the first day, there were 8 members: Rigel (organizer), 3KAN4ON, Nocchi, MAJ, Sukemori, Ane, Yuka-chan, and myself. Rigel and 3KAN4ON met for the first time! The restaurant was Toranomon Meat and Sake All you can eat Yakiniku and drink all you can drink Sake! I wondered 🤔 if sake goes well with Yakiniku, but it was great 😋! Thanks Rigel for choosing a great place👍 I had a lot of drinks that day...but as Ane-san wrote, I was too busy drinking, eating and talking to write any comments on the taste 🤣. I only commented on the sake that caused my love for OMACHI! It has the roughness of Omachi with a gusto of deliciousness! It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still delicious 🥰. I'll leave the other sakes to the other members 😋😋. Time flies when you have good sake and good company! Since it was a weekday, we parted with most of the guests at the first meeting (and we would drink the next day too 😁). MAJ, Rigel, and I went to a standing bar in Shinbashi.
