First day of business trip to Kobe On this day, I had a casual drink with a colleague from my former job. After preparing our stomachs at Bokkake no Taku (Photo 3), we had sake at Sake brewery! The only Hyogo sake on the menu was Banshu Issen! We started with this one, I had four light glasses of sake to prepare for tomorrow! Here is just one of them! Hanyou Otokoyama Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake My first brand Mild aroma, strong taste 😍. Similar to Tamagawa's naturally brewed series. My favorite flavor 🥰. This is a great sake find 😁.

I bought this one because of the cute label. I drank it last year too 😋. It's a refreshing sparkling sake, perfect for this still hot season! It is not so sweet, but it has a delicious flavor that is typical of Tetorigawa. It's light and gone quickly 😂.

It's been a long time since I've had Tasake at home. Recently, I was kind of put off by the point-of-sale at a local liquor store, but I was able to buy it normally at another liquor store, so that's the one I took home. At first I thought it was a stable taste, but the spiciness of the alcohol in the second half 🤔. I'm not sure if it was that spicy, but I'd drink it in a heartbeat 🤣.

Tomorrow we will begin our expedition to the Kansai region 🚄. I'll be drinking a lot again, so while I'm at it, I'll organize my past alcoholic beverages. I finally got this one that I couldn't find in my neighborhood. Kikusui Nama Sake Fresh, but with a strong Kikusui-like flavor 🥰. This is delicious👍 I want to stock up on a few bottles 😁.

Last week, my eldest son went back home and bought me a souvenir 🎁. He bought me a bottle of Tochigi's famous sake 🙏. He told me to drink it as soon as possible because he left it at room temperature for a week after he bought it 😁. I've never had much rice called "Yumesasara" before (I'm sure). I thought it would be light because of the name, but the taste was surprisingly robust 🥰. It's not particularly sweet or sour, but has a strong overall taste. Nanamizu is still delicious 🥰. I wasn't too worried since it was fire-aged, but I'm glad it tasted good 😁.

A colleague of mine who went back to Akita for Obon gave it to me as a souvenir 🎁. I'm grateful that it's only available in Akita 🙏. The aroma is mild and the acidity is strong, so I guess it's a sake for summer! The spiciness of the alcohol refreshes you at the end, so sake lovers can drink it easily. It's a sandesi, so it ran out quickly 😁. I have a physical next week 😅

Second day of eldest son's return home Tonight we open another bottle of sake After going to a super public bath ♨ with my sons, I opened this bottle. This is Kumamoto's Awamono 🍾 Sake! It's hard to find even in Kumamoto these days 🥲. This lot is less gassy. It's quite refreshing, light sweetness and acidity, and it's a spodrigy 😁. My son's reaction was that it's good carbonated sake 🥰. I feel like the taste changes every time I drink a sansho, but that's okay because it's delicious 😁.

Commemorative drink for the eldest son's return home Next is "Umehana" by Hana-no-Kou The label has been renewed and changed this year. This one is more gorgeous 😁. The sweetness and sourness spreads in your mouth. This is a modern sake that will be very popular 😁. My oldest son preferred this one.

Eldest son went back to his hometown, so we compared good sake from Kumamoto. New Hana-no-Kou no Sakura-hana and Ume-hana Let's start with Sakurabana! Unlike the regular Sakurabana, it is said to be a draft sake, and the price is quite expensive😅. The aroma is gorgeous, and in the mouth it tastes sweet and bitter at the same time, but it is very easy to drink 🥰. It is very easy to drink 🥰 It also has a fizziness that is typical of nama-shu and a sourness in the second half 😋. I also like the slight koji taste 😁. It tastes quite different from the standard Sakurabana 🥰.

The ☔ yesterday to this morning was terrible😨. No damage to our house, but the road just outside was flooded and several 🚙 cars were stuck 🥲. In the midst of all this, my eldest son returned home today ✈️ I'm relieved to see him arrive safely. On the way home from the airport, we ate ramen at Kitakuma, bought some snacks at the supermarket, and had a party when we got home 🍶. Yuzu soda with sake I found at a convenience store. The aroma is very Yuzu🍊! The sweetness was moderate and it was easy to drink and went well with a meal 😋.

Open the bottle for a sweet drink. Sweet from the aroma 🥰! Sweet and tasty Ding-chan, no bitterness or spiciness at all, delicious 😋. I drank too much and almost emptied it in one night😅.

Nineteen in a fancy bottle Not much aroma. Lightly sweet and fruity with some acidity 🥰. A little more complex taste at the back, but how to describe it 🤔 After 2 days of opening the bottle, it seems more acidic, but on a hot day, acidic sake is the way to go 😁.

Summer vacation starts today 🎐. I'll try to finish posting only in the past. I opened a bottle of 🎁 from my son. It has a pleasant sweet and sour taste 🥰. It's delicious, easy to drink, and swishy 😋😋. I was going to drink it with care... but I drank it so fast😅.

It's been a long time since I've had a takachiyo🥰. SPARK with purple label, but not so fizzy 😞. Maybe because of all the things that happened in the process of being transported 🥲. But the fruity sweetness is delicious😍. I think I'm going to start drinking too much on Monday🤣.

I think it was introduced two years ago, but it is not registered yet 🥲. A brand with a modern taste brewed by the Kumamoto Prefectural Brewing Institute, famous for its "Kororo" sake. Recently, it is sold nationwide and can be found at Sake-no-wa. ☺️ It's summer, but I'll have some spring sake 😅. Harusagumi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake The name alone makes it sound delicious 🤤. The aroma is not that spectacular. It has a beautiful sweetness followed by bitterness and umami 🥰. Not light, but not heavy either. It can be drunk with a meal or on its own 😋. Koroh is a solid classic sweet sake (haven't had it lately 😅), but this is a modern classic (more modern than Junmai sake)

followed by another summer sake Shinomine's Omachi😍. Maybe because it's a summer sake, the sweetness is quite subdued. But it has a strong flavor and bitterness that gives it an omachi feel 🥰. We drank about 3 more types of sake after this one, but I forgot to take pictures and was too busy talking 🤣. The next day (today) we were told that the sake we purchased from a Tokyo liquor store would arrive, so there wasn't much major sake available that day, but I'm sure we'll be back soon 😁.

I've seen Shichiken around a lot, but I don't think I've ever had it, so I asked for it 🍶. I was just in the last minute of drinking it so I couldn't really smell it😅. The taste was refreshingly citrusy and sour 🍋. I would never buy this type of beer by myself, so it was a unique encounter while drinking outside 😁. It was easy to drink and gone quickly 😂.

For the second restaurant, we went to a Japanese sake bar we've been frequenting lately. The first sake here was a draft of Shinkame. It's a nama-shu, but it's a strong sake because it's Shinkame 😋. It is also delicious cold 🥰. I felt it was not habitual for a Shinkame, but my colleague said "it's quite habitual 😂". I guess my coworker won't get into the perverted sake swamp. They made me do a personality test while drinking this 🤣. I'm not sure what it is, but it seems I'm an architect!

Last drink at Chicken Mountain It is a stable Jikin 😍. My coworker who was drinking it with me said it was similar to Huayouyu and he couldn't tell the difference😅. I also felt 🍍 at the first sip of this Jikin. Overall, I think Jikin is more cohesive. I was so hungry after eating dashi chazuke at the end of the meal!
