I had just one glass at an atmospheric izakaya near Wakayama station, where I was on a business trip. It is a famous sake from Wakayama 🍶. The color is quite yellow. The texture is soft on the tongue with a strong umami flavor. It was delicious and went very well with the meat suji and grilled eggplant. ma-ki - as you commented, it is slightly sweet and not flashy, but more than a classic but easy to drink 👍.

After I purchased it, it had been waiting in the cellar for a while. I had several opportunities to drink it outside, and each time I groaned, but this is the first time I've had it at home. The design and font of this simple but presentable bottle are wonderful. When I drink outside, I go after the beer, so the initial feeling is different. I didn't know it had a fruity aroma and dry taste😅 but once it gets to room temperature, the sweetness increases and the taste becomes sweet and tasty, and then it finishes with a good acidity. It's so well balanced that naturally I can't stop 😆 It soaks into your body 😊.

Here comes the last player of Nigorinpikku 👏 I still bought too much at the end of the year even though I can't drink a lot lol. The sake was well chilled in the sake cellar, but when I opened the bottle, it started stirring automatically ▶️ and soon it looked like a beautiful snowy landscape ❄️. Sparkling nigori sake is still good 😋. It tasted gassy and fresh melon 🍈 Sweetness was subdued but came out on the second day. That's the end of the nigorinpikku😁. I'm sure someone will scold me for saying everyone is different and everyone is good, but I'll leave this as a reminder for myself 📝. I guess the first drink leaves a stronger impression and is more advantageous 😅Each one had its own personality and was delicious. There are only a few prefectures left that I haven't tasted yet 😁This is my first time in Miyazaki Prefecture. I found Sandesi's Sentoku at a Miyazaki Prefecture antenna store in Shinjuku 💡. The aroma is weak and neither the fragrance is very strong. It is an easy-to-drink mid-meal sake with a light and refreshing taste with little sweetness. It is a sake to taste the flavor of rice. It is tastier than what I had imagined 😊.

February is already over 😌Spring will be here soon, but I'm relieved that I won't be transferred somehow😊. This is the 8th bottle of Nigorinpic. This time it's Fudo, which I wanted to try once 🍶. It's quite cloudy. I was very nervous at the first contact with it. This one is much easier to drink than it looks, with an alcohol content of 18%, and you don't even feel it. ☺️ The aroma is uncharacteristic, with a little sweetness and a strong sense of umami and sourness, and a good amount of chirpiness, which goes well with duck and beef, and has a deep flavor 😄. By the way, this is the last sake of February 🍶. It will soon be 2 years since I started Sake-no-wa, and the second year I drank 80 bottles in terms of Yong-bottles. 63 bottles in the first year, so the number of bottles per month has increased 😅I'll aim for 70 bottles in the third year.

We are gradually filling in the undrinkable prefectures😊. Yamanashi prefecture I had not yet had a chance to meet. I chose Tadasan. The aroma is fruity and the mouthfeel is smooth, but when I put it in my mouth, the alcohol taste was the first thing that bothered me. The color is quite yellow and it has a moderate sweetness and umami. The acidity makes it crisp, so it goes well with a meal. I paired it with cod on the first day and with Iburi Goko cheese on the second day. Fire-roasted? Maybe that's why it tastes good with little change in flavor, but I was worried about the alcohol taste until the end 😅.

Nigorinpikku: It's not over yet 😆 This is the 7th bottle of nigori sake. This is also a sake brewery that I was interested in at Sake-no-wa. This is the first time for me. My daughter smelled it and said it was apple, so it must be apple. The fragrance is also apple🍎. On the first day, there was no stirring, probably because it had just been released from the sake cellar, and the sweetness was subdued. It tastes light, mild, and not nigori-ish 😁. On the second day, sweetness also comes out and it tastes well-balanced and delicious, but on the third day, pungency, bitterness, and astringency prevailed 😅 As a result, I preferred the second day. The third picture is that I ate a roll cake at a cafe in Nishiogi because my mouth got lonely as I was slowing down my drinking 🤳.

This is the first bottle in February. Finally, this is the first time it has landed in Okayama Prefecture, a prefecture where I have not yet tasted it. It is a white peach yeast, and the aroma is just peachy lol. I thought it was sweet and easy to drink at the beginning, but it has a peculiar taste of alcohol and bitterness later on. It's like a roller coaster, with the character changing between the first and second half. Anyway, the first half is sweet and refreshing, and by the third day, the peculiarity of the second half is gone, and it is my favorite state. It's good 😋. By the way, the results of the recent checkup were disappointing as my liver values were not good😞😮‍💨 second year of Sake-no-wa was almost 7 bottles a month plus outside drinking, which is an increase from the first year, so I want to reduce the amount I drink. I respect everyone in Sake-no-wa who seems to be getting along well with Sake 🫡.

This is the orikarami (draft) version of Shu. I had enjoyed Shu at an outing before, so I bought it without hesitation because it was cheap 🍶. I thought it was going to be nigori, but it was ogara 😅. There is not so much sweetness, but a noticeable sourness 👏. The sharpness and the bitterness that comes after are impressive, but in general it's like a grapefruit shochu liqueur. I'm having a physical exam next week so I'm taking a week off 🎌.

This is a limited distribution product of Rainfall. The unique label and bottle shape made me a little bit prepared for it, but my fears were unfounded😅. It is much easier to drink than it looks and has a good balance 😋. You can drink it like a cream soda, so it is light and easy to guzzle. It's the easiest nigori to drink this season. ☝️ 100% Harumi Harumi from Isehara City Alcohol 14%. Sake degree -4

This is my 4th bottle of nigori sake 🍶. I have an image of Ona as dry, but since it had a negative sake level, I decided to go with this one for my first Ona. It is delicious with a fruity aroma, smooth mouthfeel, quite a bit of gas and a bitter taste that comes after 😋. It went well with spicy food, so it's a good food sake 😊. Alcohol content 15-16%. This is the first time I have had Yukiten. It's been more than a year since I've had Tenbi, the first time I've had it since the change of master brewer 😆. Maybe because I chilled it too much, I don't feel that much sweetness and the sourness is a bit stronger 💪The aroma is pear🍐 as Yasube said. The review of Sake no Wa is informative. It's so easy to drink and so good, it'll be gone soon😅. The 3rd and 4th pictures are straw-roasted bonito 🐟 that I had on a business trip to Kochi last week 😋 It's super tasty because it has no smell 😋 Everything must be local!

This is the second bottle of nigori sake. I was attracted by the label and chose this one. It has sweetness, normal acidity, umami and sharpness. It is an excellent nigori sake that can complement food with its creamy and soft aftertaste 😊. It's good 😋. Anyway, I couldn't go back to my parents' house this year, so I went to a department store to get a gift for them, but there were so many people😅.

Merry Xmas🎄I got home early today. I was planning to open a bottle around Christmas time because of the color of the label 🤶This is my first time drinking the Super Kudokibe Jr. series. I know it's good from your reviews so my expectations are high 😁As expected from a Junmai Daiginjo, the aroma is quite fruity ☺️ On the first day, I felt a strong sweetness and acidity, with some bitterness. The second day, the sweetness remains the same, but the umami is more intense 😁It has turned into a rich, sweet, umami mouthfeel. ☺️

Last week-end, I had a flu in my family and I had a back strain, so all the year-end parties I had planned were cancelled. Although I felt guilty for the organizer, I felt fine at home, so I went to Nabeshima-san for dinner 😁This was the fourth time I drank Nabeshima-san at home, and I think I drank it more often than I did when I went out for drinks. It is the kind of sake that makes you want to drink it when you haven't had it for a while. The taste is the same as before, sweet and fruity. I can't tell the difference depending on the rice 😅I don't like the slight alcohol taste but other than that I have no complaints 😊Next time I would like to try Aizan.

I bought it after watching a video recommended by Sakaizendo Horikazu. First of all, just the supernatant, strong gassy lol. Tastes more like light dry 😁. It doesn't have the sweetness of melon, but I don't know how to describe it as a juicy melon 🍈😆. Next, I will mix the lees. The fruity melon has a milky flavor added to it, giving it more of a melon feel. Delicious 🤤. The label is also elaborate and made of Japanese paper with a cloisonne pattern. It says "Thanks" and makes me feel like I have a lot of time left in this year. The meat suited me better than the fish. The second and third days are still the same pizzazz 😆.

The last one is [Hato Masamune Special Junmai Hanabukiyuki Established in 1899 This is my first time drinking 🐦. The aroma is not very perceptible and the sweetness is the weakest. It has a strong umami, and it is probably best as a mid-meal sake because it finishes well. ☺️ bitterness is also felt along with the sharpness. It got better as the days went by. I like this one too 😚.
