Here is number 3 💁. We compared drinks #1-3. It's easy to know what you like and sometimes it's nice to compare drinks. It turned out to be quite high. The summer preliminary round of high school baseball is very interesting. Yokohama High School vs. Hiratsuka Gakuen was thrilling to the end. ⚾️ Here is my top summer sake 💁. I was not a fan of Malik, which I drank for the first time, and I avoided it, but I procured this bottle thinking it must be too much since it has participated for 4 consecutive years under J&N-san, the influencer of the sake-no-wa world. The aroma is muscat-like? Green apple juice The acidity is strong as expected 💪. The sweetness seems sweet but not too sweet, how easy to drink. Perfect for this season😄It certainly runs out quickly, but I stuck with it until the 5th day to compare drinks. The taste was stable with little change in flavor. Soft and gentle taste....yummy 😋. More umami than sweetness. The aftertaste is astringent. I can understand why the label is written in hiragana. The first day was my favorite. ☝️ The third picture was taken on a business trip. I had two local wines, Hagi no Tsuru and Kurikomayama 🍶. Both were delicious and you could really feel the rice. The fourth picture, now that the rainy season has ended in the Kanto area, I would like to finally have the right to select summer sake. This is my first time drinking Jikin at home. I saved up my points in the winter and got this 😄It's been on standby for a while because I didn't want to waste it, but now I've opened the bottle to put in my summer sake. So happy to be able to savor it at home ✨. The aroma is a fruity melon, with a gradual sourness and a bit of bitterness. 2 days in, it seems to have lost some of its edge and is easy to drink. ☺️3 day 2 is a true ama-tsu. It's just like I imagined Jikin to be. I should have left it until the 3rd day 😭I'll save my points and get it again 💳.

The first sake of July 🍶. I imagined it to be sweet, but it's something different 😅It's hard to describe 😓 The sweetness is moderate, and the taste is round, gorgeous, and mellow. The sharpness covers the drinkability. I felt a little bit of alcohol right after opening the bottle, but I didn't feel it after the second day. ☺️ temperature rose and it became easier to drink. It was a sake that should be drunk before summer. Alcohol content 17%. Rice used: Hagurosan, Koroshinko Polishing ratio 30%. Yeast used: M310, Ogawa No. 10 Sake degree -5.0 Acidity 1.4 Nama-fume (once fired)

It's been about 2 years since I was shocked by Hwang Suisen, which I drank when I first started drinking sake. I had been looking for something else for a while 👀 I had been away from it for some time. But I still wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time after seeing Sakegawa users' uploads, and I was aiming for Bizen Omachi. It tastes just as I imagined it to be: light, fresh, and fruity, with a sweet flavor and a bitter sharpness. It has just the right amount of gas and goes well with the summer season. Even if the temperature is raised, the freshness is reduced, but the smooth sweetness can be felt more, which is what this is. ☺️

We will be having Hououmida's three phoenix sisters, the youngest of the Phoenix series, Black: 🐦‍🔥 The sake rice is Junmai Ginjo from Aizan. The top aroma is probably muscat. The taste on the palate is similar to grapefruit, with more acidity than sweetness and a rich umami with a soft mouthfeel 😚 The fruity flavor is a bit weak. It finishes with bitterness. I was surprised to see the taste change seven times depending on the food and temperature 😳I didn't like it with fish 😅It was too acidic until the end and I didn't like it very much.

This will be my first sake from the brewery. The label is different from the one I imagine in my mind when I think of "I Arigato," but I took it with me 😙It is a sake that was designed to give a boost to new life in April. It is a light sake with a strong acidity 😅It looks like it has no gas, but it has it, and it finishes with a moderate bitterness. I could tell there was a fruity aroma, but I couldn't tell what it was 🧐. By the way, the label is cool, similar to Kangiku's Silver Ring 😎It was stable and tasty from the first day to the third day, with no major taste changes ☺️ Here is the information. Rice used: Yamadanishiki (Hyogo Prefecture) Rice polishing ratio: 55 Yeast/ Undisclosed Alcohol content /15%. Sake meter / -2 Acidity / 1.7 Glucose /3.0 Brewing / Anomalous 3-stage brewing

I have been wanting to drink this sake since I started drinking sake. Ever since I started drinking sake, I have wanted to drink this sake as it is the origin of Kangiku, but the timing was never quite right. ☺️ It is still an easy-drinking sake. The aroma is a little bit pineapple. It has a strong pineapple aroma with few bubbles, but it has a strong sense of gas. On the first day, I felt it had a strong sweetness and sourness, but on the second day, a definite umami flavor emerged. The bitterness was not so strong on the first day, but it started to come out a little on the second day. Yesterday, I went out with my wife, ate Bondi curry, and went to Koami Shrine to pray for today's million horse tickets and wash the money 😁.

Machida Shuzo, the third bottle for drinking at home. This time it is a green label 🟢 Miyamanishiki Tokujun. It doesn't have much of an upfront aroma, but the hint of pineapple🍍gasiness is strong, so it was a pineapple squash🍹 with little sweetness🍹. However, compared to the previous Pink Omachi and Black Yamadanishiki, the sweetness is much less and the bitterness is a bit more subdued. In order of preference, I think it loses 😩. Last weekend I went to a live concert for the first time in a while. It was raining hard, but it stopped before the show started and a rainbow 🌈 appeared, so I snapped a picture 📸. It's hard to get tickets, but I want to go again.

I brought this bottle to the liquor store in the winter of December ❄️ because there was only one lonely bottle in the fridge, but I missed the chance to drink it and realized it was almost time for this year's release 😅I opened it because it was stored in the cellar and would be ready to drink. Normally it seems to take about 10 minutes to settle down, but it's not healthy at all 😆 It doesn't stir automatically, so I stirred it manually. It stirred as if it was awake 😁Opened and closed just once 😂I was worried that it might be too acidic, but it has a slight sweetness and flavor with a refreshing sharpness. What an easy-drinking doburoku. I had an image of doburoku being hard to drink, but it wasn't at all, and I imagined how good it would be if I drank it in a timely manner 😋.

I took a weekday (Mon-Thu) as a rest day and opened the bottle on Hana-Kin. It's been a while since I tasted it, but it sure tasted like this 😊, but it's clearer than black. It is easy to drink with a good sense of gas. It has a pear flavor, with a little sweetness and a noticeable sourness. I can hardly taste any bitterness. It has a good flavor, but I think the acidity is strong. In that sense, black is probably a better balance. It matches well with the demi-glace sauce of the hamburger steak. I think the sweetness increases a little when it is mixed with the black sauce.

I bought this 💁 at a liquor store during my spring break trip to Sendai in March. I really wanted the Miyagi Prefecture limited edition, but unfortunately the 4-pack was sold out 😞. It's been a year since I've had Miyagi sake at home😳Time flies. Well, I opened the bottle with great anticipation. The top-tasting aroma has a standing apple aroma, with a good amount of chili and bitterness to kick it up a notch. It's definitely good 😋The first day, I didn't feel the sweetness that much, but on the second day, the sweetness came out and the flavor became more pronounced. Finished it in no time ✨I can't find it at my local liquor store, so I don't know when I'll be able to drink it next😅.
