This is my 4th bottle of nigori sake 🍶. I have an image of Ona as dry, but since it had a negative sake level, I decided to go with this one for my first Ona. It is delicious with a fruity aroma, smooth mouthfeel, quite a bit of gas and a bitter taste that comes after 😋. It went well with spicy food, so it's a good food sake 😊. Alcohol content 15-16%. Rice used: Contract grown Nasu Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 60 Specific name: Tokubetsu Junmai-shu Yeast: Kyokai 1401 Sake degree -7 Acidity 1.8

This is the first time I have had Yukiten. It's been more than a year since I've had Tenbi, the first time I've had it since the change of master brewer 😆. Maybe because I chilled it too much, I don't feel that much sweetness and the sourness is a bit stronger 💪The aroma is pear🍐 as Yasube said. The review of Sake no Wa is informative. It's so easy to drink and so good, it'll be gone soon😅. The 3rd and 4th pictures are straw-roasted bonito 🐟 that I had on a business trip to Kochi last week 😋 It's super tasty because it has no smell 😋 Everything must be local!

This is the second bottle of nigori sake. I was attracted by the label and chose this one. It has sweetness, normal acidity, umami and sharpness. It is an excellent nigori sake that can complement food with its creamy and soft aftertaste 😊. It's good 😋. Anyway, I couldn't go back to my parents' house this year, so I went to a department store to get a gift for them, but there were so many people😅.

We will do it again this year, Nigorin Pic. The first one is here💁 this year. I would like to console myself by saying that this is the beginning of the vacation season. This is the nigori I liked the best last year. Great opening sound👍First of all, the supernatant. It's not too sweet. It's so good! The second day is the best, so I leave it. The second day is the best 😀 Sweetness is here. The balance is perfect 😃.

Merry Xmas🎄I got home early today. I was planning to open a bottle around Christmas time because of the color of the label 🤶This is my first time drinking the Super Kudokibe Jr. series. I know it's good from your reviews so my expectations are high 😁As expected from a Junmai Daiginjo, the aroma is quite fruity ☺️ On the first day, I felt a strong sweetness and acidity, with some bitterness. The second day, the sweetness remains the same, but the umami is more intense 😁It has turned into a rich, sweet, umami mouthfeel. ☺️

Last week-end, I had a flu in my family and I had a back strain, so all the year-end parties I had planned were cancelled. Although I felt guilty for the organizer, I felt fine at home, so I went to Nabeshima-san for dinner 😁This was the fourth time I drank Nabeshima-san at home, and I think I drank it more often than I did when I went out for drinks. It is the kind of sake that makes you want to drink it when you haven't had it for a while. The taste is the same as before, sweet and fruity. I can't tell the difference depending on the rice 😅I don't like the slight alcohol taste but other than that I have no complaints 😊Next time I would like to try Aizan.

I bought it after watching a video recommended by Sakaizendo Horikazu. First of all, just the supernatant, strong gassy lol. Tastes more like light dry 😁. It doesn't have the sweetness of melon, but I don't know how to describe it as a juicy melon 🍈😆. Next, I will mix the lees. The fruity melon has a milky flavor added to it, giving it more of a melon feel. Delicious 🤤. The label is also elaborate and made of Japanese paper with a cloisonne pattern. It says "Thanks" and makes me feel like I have a lot of time left in this year. The meat suited me better than the fish. The second and third days are still the same pizzazz 😆.

The last one is [Hato Masamune Special Junmai Hanabukiyuki Established in 1899 This is my first time drinking 🐦. The aroma is not very perceptible and the sweetness is the weakest. It has a strong umami, and it is probably best as a mid-meal sake because it finishes well. ☺️ bitterness is also felt along with the sharpness. It got better as the days went by. I like this one too 😚.

Next up: [Gakki Masamune Honjozo Nakadori]. Established in 1865 From the first day to the second day Fruity, with an outstanding chirichiri-ness. More energetic than the chiribiri and sasasamune 😆. More umami than sweetness, I think. There is a bitterness, but in general it is light and easy to drink. On the third day, it calmed down a bit and became even easier to drink. This one is good too 😋 It was a representative brand.

We discovered that there were three bottles of Masamune in the cellar, so we compared them in the order of the year of establishment. First, "Sasasamune Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku". Founded in 1818 It has a nutty, honey-like aroma, which passes through the nose. It has a refreshing sweetness on the entry. Is this a characteristic of the sake rice? There is a good sharpness afterwards, and the bitterness comes along with the sharpness. Not too sweet, not too sharp. I really like the aftertaste. I like this one.

As the first sake of December, I opened a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Yamaguchi original sake rice😄 Easy to drink, which I can't believe it is 16 degrees lol The balance of sweetness and umami is really good😊It is fruity and matches cheese so well☺️ I think it has less acidity.
