I brought this bottle to the liquor store in the winter of December ❄️ because there was only one lonely bottle in the fridge, but I missed the chance to drink it and realized it was almost time for this year's release 😅I opened it because it was stored in the cellar and would be ready to drink. Normally it seems to take about 10 minutes to settle down, but it's not healthy at all 😆 It doesn't stir automatically, so I stirred it manually. It stirred as if it was awake 😁Opened and closed just once 😂I was worried that it might be too acidic, but it has a slight sweetness and flavor with a refreshing sharpness. What an easy-drinking doburoku. I had an image of doburoku being hard to drink, but it wasn't at all, and I imagined how good it would be if I drank it in a timely manner 😋.

I opened a bottle of summer sake that I protected in the winter to match the season! I knew the activity would drop, but the flavor is still good 🤗It would be interesting to compare the sake from one year to the next ‼️
