I have been wanting to drink this sake since I started drinking sake. Ever since I started drinking sake, I have wanted to drink this sake as it is the origin of Kangiku, but the timing was never quite right. ☺️ It is still an easy-drinking sake. The aroma is a little bit pineapple. It has a strong pineapple aroma with few bubbles, but it has a strong sense of gas. On the first day, I felt it had a strong sweetness and sourness, but on the second day, a definite umami flavor emerged. The bitterness was not so strong on the first day, but it started to come out a little on the second day. Yesterday, I went out with my wife, ate Bondi curry, and went to Koami Shrine to pray for today's million horse tickets and wash the money 😁.

I opened my mouth and drank it at the same time as Machida-san. This is the first TANIZUMI to be drunk at home. It is a sake brewery in Noto that was completely destroyed in the disaster, but is made with the cooperation of other breweries. It is very easy to drink, although I thought it would be a strong classic type of sake. It is very easy to drink. It is like a modern classic. The second day, the sweetness comes out and I like it even more 😊It's a Noto sake and goes well with fish dishes. It also goes well with 🍆🍆 boiled rice👍so delicious😋. I bought it to support the recovery efforts, but it was delicious without that.

Machida Shuzo, the third bottle for drinking at home. This time it is a green label 🟢 Miyamanishiki Tokujun. It doesn't have much of an upfront aroma, but the hint of pineapple🍍gasiness is strong, so it was a pineapple squash🍹 with little sweetness🍹. However, compared to the previous Pink Omachi and Black Yamadanishiki, the sweetness is much less and the bitterness is a bit more subdued. In order of preference, I think it loses 😩. Last weekend I went to a live concert for the first time in a while. It was raining hard, but it stopped before the show started and a rainbow 🌈 appeared, so I snapped a picture 📸. It's hard to get tickets, but I want to go again.

I brought this bottle to the liquor store in the winter of December ❄️ because there was only one lonely bottle in the fridge, but I missed the chance to drink it and realized it was almost time for this year's release 😅I opened it because it was stored in the cellar and would be ready to drink. Normally it seems to take about 10 minutes to settle down, but it's not healthy at all 😆 It doesn't stir automatically, so I stirred it manually. It stirred as if it was awake 😁Opened and closed just once 😂I was worried that it might be too acidic, but it has a slight sweetness and flavor with a refreshing sharpness. What an easy-drinking doburoku. I had an image of doburoku being hard to drink, but it wasn't at all, and I imagined how good it would be if I drank it in a timely manner 😋.

I took a weekday (Mon-Thu) as a rest day and opened the bottle on Hana-Kin. It's been a while since I tasted it, but it sure tasted like this 😊, but it's clearer than black. It is easy to drink with a good sense of gas. It has a pear flavor, with a little sweetness and a noticeable sourness. I can hardly taste any bitterness. It has a good flavor, but I think the acidity is strong. In that sense, black is probably a better balance. It matches well with the demi-glace sauce of the hamburger steak. I think the sweetness increases a little when it is mixed with the black sauce.

I bought this 💁 at a liquor store during my spring break trip to Sendai in March. I really wanted the Miyagi Prefecture limited edition, but unfortunately the 4-pack was sold out 😞. It's been a year since I've had Miyagi sake at home😳Time flies. Well, I opened the bottle with great anticipation. The top-tasting aroma has a standing apple aroma, with a good amount of chili and bitterness to kick it up a notch. It's definitely good 😋The first day, I didn't feel the sweetness that much, but on the second day, the sweetness came out and the flavor became more pronounced. Finished it in no time ✨I can't find it at my local liquor store, so I don't know when I'll be able to drink it next😅.

I've always wanted to try this one, but luckily I was able to find it at a liquor store nearby✨. The top-tasting aroma is pineapple 🍍I asked my underage daughter to just check the aroma and she said pineapple without any hints! I'm sure of it 😑. In the mouth, there are no thorns and no unpleasant alcohol taste, and the juiciness explodes in the mouth with sweetness and deliciousness. The fine bubbles and the gasiness is only slightly pleasant. It is very easy to drink and delicious 🤤I understand why it is not available for a long time. I wonder when I can see you again 😭. The fourth one is the popular miso ramen shop Misokkofukku, where we stood in line for an hour and ate on the weekend. I splurged on sake and ramen this weekend ☺️

It was so good when I drank it outside that I wanted to drink it at home. Uitateka is weak compared to Sisola. It's more nutty and muscat-like. On the first day, I felt the acidity was a little strong, but the overall taste was light, with little bitterness. ▶️ It's a perfect food sake that doesn't interfere with food. On the third day, it became sweeter and more fruity. ☺️ Well, Genzai-dono, it's the best sake, that it is 😋It will be added to my favorites list👍.

The vacation passed quickly, and tomorrow I will make a U-turn. I will have a glass of Murasakiu, which I bought at a liquor store in Matsue and haven't had in about a year. Last time it was a draft sake, and this time it is fire-aged. It has a sweet pineapple-like aroma. It is light and fruity without any gasiness. It is light and easy to drink, but the bitterness comes in later. The overall characteristics are similar to the morning glory label we drank last time. During GW, I was lucky enough to get a rare local sake from Matsue while I was back home with my parents, so I opened the bottle immediately. Maybe it is because it is a rare variety, or maybe my tastes have changed a bit, but the impression I had a year ago was betrayed in a good way. It is different from the taste I usually drink, but it is so good 😋 It has a slight gassy feeling, smooth texture and complex flavor. You can feel the fresh and soft flavor of the rice. ☺️I interpreted that to enjoy sake is to drink this kind of sake 😆 However, it has a high alcohol content, so you need to drink temperate water.

The aroma of melon cream soda is very pleasant, just like the color of the bottle. Even the hint of aroma has a hint of melon. It will be the one purchased in line at the liquor store in winter 😁. This is the first Shinshu Kamerei since last November. I opened the bottle because I had some free time and wanted to drink it. From the first sip, oh, I haven't had this flavor in a long time 😊. Hitogokochi is the most refreshing and light on the palate. And finally the sharpness, it's still good 😋. The second day, the bitterness was a bit stronger, but it goes really well with balsamic vinegar 🫢. By the way, the end of the year is busy, but the beginning of the year is also busy. I want an interval between the end of the year and the beginning of the year like a child 😞.

This is the first time 🔰 for Wakamusume, a reputable drinker at Sake no Wa. I really wanted to drink it in March, but we kept drinking outside and it was just the season for cherry blossom viewing 🌸. Yesterday, I was able to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom and opened a bottle of this one at home 💁. It has a finer gasiness than the Nikomaru we were drinking the other day and is more of a stand-alone sake than a food sake 😊. It is fruity and comes with a firm sweetness and acidity, but I personally like it because it also has a good umami. Every year I feel the splendor of cherry blossoms and I guess it is proof that I am steadily getting older.

The first one in April is Hiran, which I haven't had in a year and a half. I can't remember what I thought of it before, but I'm pretty sure I liked it 😅I wanted to compare it to the hi-iri, but I chose the nama-shu again. I can feel the alcohol a little bit stronger in the Hi-iri even after a few days, but it is easy to drink because it has a fruity aroma that is weak and gaseous but has a lot of sweetness and acidity 😄It becomes more balanced and more delicious as time goes by. ☺️The Nagasaki sake is also very good, Fukkai, Yokoyama and all others.

I'm trying to fill in the map of undrinkable prefectures 😁I finally found a one-cup Miyoshikiku sake 💡I bought it immediately. The aroma is so fruity, like apple and muscat 😚 that it's hard to believe it's a one-cup sake. It is a refreshing and light drink with a pronounced sweetness and sourness 😊 I am satisfied with the taste as expected. This week, I went on a family trip to Sendai ♨️ and had a solid inbound beef tongue. It's good 😋.
