I bought two bottles and left them in the refrigerator for two years without intending to drink them someday, but I got the impression that it was mellow or classic. It went well with dashimaki tamago with mentaiko (a copy of a recipe from Friday's Zanzaku), grilled kipper, and chicken liver and pork cutlet in wine.
