Slightly sweet aroma of pineapple and banana
The same soft aroma as the first sip, with a modest sweetness and fluffy rice flavor that is relatively small in comparison to the aroma, and spreads out with a little but crisp acidity.
The first half of the bottle has the strength of the raw sake, but the finish is quicker and drier than the first half. It is interesting in a different direction from Hanayuup from the same brewery.
It is easy to match with meals and tastes great on its own.
It went well with hamburgers and Japanese soup.
