9 points (Wife: 9 points) Rice : 100% Tajima strong Rice polishing ratio : 55 Alcohol content : 15 Purchased as a gift from a relative who visited the brewery When opened Pon Almost no gas feeling Slightly grape-like top note The same mild aroma as the top rise, moist rice flavor and soft sweetness spreads with gentle acidity and fine bitterness, and finishes with a slightly firm bitterness and a smooth finish. The balance between the mildness of the first half and the firmness of the second half is interesting, and of course it is delicious with a meal or on its own. It goes well with a tofu hot pot served with Tomita's soup, or with stewed tsuwa sent from my wife's family in Nagasaki. It went well with the seafood pasta with salted kelp.

In the first half, the mild aroma and the firm umami of rice can be felt, but in the second half, the classical acidity and the dryness of the alcohol make an interesting change in impression. It is easy to match with meals, and is also crisp and tasty on its own. It went well with Maki no Udon's chicken rice, seared chutoro (medium fatty tuna), sashimi of octopus head, and fried half a chicken.
