I had some business to attend to and went to Kawagoe again. It is a small Edo (small city) and is made of warehouses, but there was nothing emotional or emotional about it because it was located along the main street. It was just a normal walk around the city in the heat. I had a light drink with a friend and headed home. It was our first time to visit this restaurant, but they had a good selection of sake. My first Taisho no Tsuru is a rich food sake, the exact opposite of a summer sake. The opposite of a summer sake, it goes well with oden even in hot summer. (The mustard container is cute). The label design of the Rising series is said to represent the Chinese character for rising. It's cool. We finished with a summery spring haze.

This is the first brand I have ever had. Nice smell! Fluchy I can also recognize the muskratiness. I thought it would be more of a robust sake, but it was a modern Choki-Choki-Zu. I found this quiz on the way home. This is made from a sake cap. It seems that you are not allowed to ride with a fan either.

Hello Manachie-san, This is the back door of a tavern that has a lot of dry sake. I have requested that they have a little more mellow sake, so I am reforming the sake menu.

It has been a while since I visited the direct sales area. I remember it used to be located in the sake brewery, but the place has moved a little. I used to drink a lot, but I don't drink much anymore since liqueurs became the main drink. It is a little bit classic. It has a little bit of a twinge to it. I guess it's not so bad to keep it in the warehouse because it's a direct sale place...

Steamed food restaurant Usually I only go there once in a while because it is hard to enter because it is crowded with all women, but on this day there was no one around. We drank mainly steamed vegetables in a healthy way. It is a solid yellow liquor. I have no problem with it because I'm getting to the point where I can enjoy this type of sake as well. I think it will open up if you drink it at room temperature or warmed up. It is made with Kumamoto yeast even though it is from Toyama. I wonder why? It was interesting to see the difference when paired with Taisetsukei. The main lineup of sake was gattun-type and dry. There are only four kinds of sake, and they won't serve the next one until the first bottle is opened.

I went to a nearby waterfall to cool off. It was as good as the LAVE monument in Shinjuku. I thought it was an anomaly because it suddenly appeared in the mountains 🤣 It was 32 degrees even in the waterfall basin! I was expecting to be able to cool off more, but alas. The sake I opened when I got back was the first packaged sake I've had in a while. The one I bought last year and didn't drink 😅I'll take it because it was a bit good. It's beautifully sweet and tasty. I drank it while drinking. It would have been better if it was chilled. It's a bit expensive but if I had this in my house, I'd be able to keep up.

Good morning, Mr. Nochi! I see there is a waterfall in your neighborhood 😲. It sure looks cool🍃. If I had some Banshu Yamadanishiki by Kafuda-san at home, I could do my best 💪. Good things and good sake - that's the best 😋!

I love people who order weird drinks like this. I'm so bold. I checked the time of the end of my part-time job, and I'd better not get too drunk tonight. I wonder if I'm tired somehow... I don't like the acidity of sake, but I kind of like Hanaboe.

Company paisens and sasinomi. We went to our usual sake bar, where Nabari is included in the 3-sake bar. Are you sure you didn't get the menu wrong? No problem. I'm not a cheapskate," he said. Well, I'll have some then. This is the second Nabari in my life. Sweet but refreshing. It is a noble sake. I thought it was delicious, but the other person next to me said it was too sweet. I see. Taste is a difficult thing, isn't it?

It would be nice if we could all drink expensive alcohol at a fair price. It's so tangy! Tropical sweetness, but with a touch of luxury. It's a beach side place because it's a tropical and fresh place. You can see a gal in a bikini. I like yellow bikinis because they look summery and energetic. No kidding. A noisy old man is sitting across from me. I don't know why.

Kokufutsuru is a revived brewery. It seems to be read as "kouzuru". We had a junmai daiginjo and a junmai ginjo. Both have the same lineage. The aroma is gorgeous, but the taste is clean and crisp. The Daiginjo has more prominent characteristics. The aroma is fragrant, so you can choose what to drink with it. Not that it matters to me. I was allowed to use a certain company's welfare facility. The variety of drinks is almost at cost 🍶 I can't believe it's a recreation facility. I was booed to bring them earlier if there is such a good restaurant 👎 I heard their honest opinion that they couldn't do it because the clientele would drop. That's right. The thing is that you can't bring the guys who ask for 14 gouges for four people on a weekday. They made me promise not to be banned from the restaurant, and I promised them to come back next time.

I can only hear the sound from my house, so I walk 10+ minutes to see it a few times every year. I think they are getting better every year. I was attracted to the Kijo bubbly and bought it. It is ooey-gooey but sweet and shrieky. I like the balance between this thinness and the fizzy feeling. I didn't feel the kijoshu feeling, but it is possible. The low alcohol content is also good 🙆. The main shrine of the festival was not crowded, so there was an atmosphere.

Summer Festival of Ujigami Shrine Due to the declining birthrate and aging population, many changes have been made this year. The number of stalls has also increased. The route of the floats has been changed, but the karaoke contest in the shrine grounds has lost its atmosphere, which is a pity. I will be a board member the year after next, so I am thinking about various things. So I decided to just say hello and go home to drink with my father and brother because the karaoke was too noisy even if we drank at the shrine office. We opened a bottle of Hana-no-Kou, which we bought in Kumamoto. I don't know what I mean when I say Kumamoto. Well, that's how it is if you don't usually drink sake. I didn't appreciate it and was killed instantly. I wish it tasted good. I hadn't had a bottle of lager beer in a long time, and it was delicious.

Everyone is on summer vacation, but I am working. I couldn't take it, so I left work on time and went out to drink sake with a group of volunteers. It was the usual place, but I was told that they had a sexy sake, so I had this one in a fancy glass. It is said to be made with red yeast, but it is not so pink, not so much as a crimson glory. We were allowed to drink as much as we wanted if we entered before 7:00 p.m., so we also had a bottle of Nabeshima's Aizan, which has an erotic label. So we went on a pink label offensive, but I don't have a picture of it, nor do I remember what else we drank...

I think it is a maniacal sake brewery in Tokyo. Maybe. Around Fussa and Haijima, I think the major breweries are the U.S. military base and Taman Boast's Ishikawa Brewery. My girlfriend I dated in my 20s lived there. It was a nostalgic w Tamura reminds me of nostalgic feeling like this. But I'm not that nostalgic because it's still a passing station for commuters 🥲. The third picture is Okunitama Shrine, where the bike ran in the Olympics. I prayed not to get hit by oysters before the oyster party with Yukachin and her sister.
