The sake we drank on the far shore. I was going to stop with just beer, but my ancestors wanted to drink it, so it turned out to be sake. Or rather, my brother brought it from the cellar on his own. I'll forgive him for being a kind brother. Nandoro. It's so good! As expected of a daiginjo. It might have been a limited edition of a liquor store. I'm going to Aoyama today to get some Utage, but I have to work in the morning. If you see someone who looks like a salaryman drinking, please comfort him gently.

I've heard of flower pigeons, but never a hawk 🦅. As the name suggests, it's gorgeous, but it has a smooth aftertaste that makes it easy to drink. Maybe it was good that I could drink it raw.

I heard it is read as "Chibitagawa". Can you read it 😆? It is a sake that was purchased at the Niigata Sake-no-jin, so I will have it. This sake also has a strong taste. But it has a sweetness that makes it easy to drink. This may be the first time I've had a special honjozo sake.

㊗️ Graduation Graduation from daddy's life! Yay! I'm so glad I don't have to get up early every morning. He leaves for work before I do, but he still gets the award for perfect attendance. I'm so proud of you. I was so hungover that it was hard for me to make lunch and take him to the station while I was skipping work. When I thought I didn't have to do it anymore, I turned three times and it was like "one" 🐶. So I put the Yonotori aside and opened a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Hakutsuru Nishiki. It's a special drink after graduation 🐶. Chicken Hakusyu Ramen in Urawa, where there is always a long line 🍜After the graduation ceremony, a cup of ramen is very special 🐶.

This is another sake I don't know. He said he bought this sake at the Niigata Sake no Jin. Touji Yoshikawa did not know about it either. His lack of study is evident. It is dry and refreshing. It is best to drink it at room temperature, but it was easy to drink and went down smoothly. It went well with cream cheese and meat.

Sake from Tochigi that I have never seen before. I looked it up and found that it was aged for five years in a cave. So the label on the back says "5". I thought there were two kinds of aged sake: gentle and aggressive, just like human beings. This one was the gentle one. I was told that it tastes best at room temperature, so I drank it slowly, but it didn't last long enough to tell the difference.

I have never seen this brand before. Aren't there a lot of drinks derived from people's names these days, regardless of whether they are historical figures or not? Is it because of a growing need for approval? According to information on the Internet, the brand uses a miraculously discovered natural floral yeast from Kawazu cherry blossoms in Matsuda-cho. The net information is that it is made from the natural flower yeast found in Kawazu cherry trees in Matsuda Town. It was a sake with the goodness of a fresh sake.

I found a brand from Saitama that I had never heard of. I will have it out of love for my hometown. Chichibu Nishiki is a new brand of Yao Honten. Only one store in Saitama carries it. 6 stores in Tokyo and 5 stores in Kanagawa. Where is the love of hometown? It is delicious with a good balance of sweetness and sourness. It is easy to drink. It went well with mackerel mirinboshi (dried fish).

I got this sake from last year's hometown tax payment 🍶. I don't remember why I chose this one, but it must have hit the spot. It turned out to be a nice choice. It has a nice juicy sweetness and sourness. It was delicious, with a ricey and alty taste. I guess it is like eating it with a zicchri. Speaking of Shimotsuma, I remember seeing a movie called Shimotsuma Monogatari, but I can't remember the ending at all, just the setting. I remember it was Fukaki Kyon ^_^.

Manachie-san Good evening. I read on the back label that there is a group called "Shimotsuma Jizake wo Tsukuru Kai" (Shimotsuma Sake Making Association), so it may be a project. I think it will continue to be available for a while, so if you see it, I hope you will try it. The gothic lolita Fukakyoung was cute.

My daughter finished her exams. She was depressed because it didn't go well. I left it at that 🙈I'm launching with Toyo Bijin's Hashu Honor. I like Toyo Bijin's Jyundo Isshu series. It's fruity but has a smooth and rich taste. It is not a gobble, but it is not a slow drink either. I would like to drink it at a buckwheat noodle restaurant. I was worried because the nearby Rasho had been shuttered for a long time, but I was told that he had been injured and would be open three days a week for five hours. It became tough to go there only on weekdays, so I went there on my day off. The shredded chashu pork was buried and delicious.

The last sake in Chiba was Iwanoi🍶. Dry sake that goes well with grilled fish. Since I live in a prefecture without a sea, I went home after looking out over Tokyo Bay. I was lucky to be able to see Mt. Fuji and the Sky Tree. I walked on the sandy beach for the first time in a while, but it felt good.
