A year-end party with Wakata, Yuki and our family. Thank you for inviting us 😊. We were having a good time with Wakata-san's great Tsumami, and without realizing it, a bottle of Hirotogawa and a four-pack of Mimurosugi, a sake brewery limited edition, were empty... 😱... 😱. We were having a good time with the best Tsumami made by Mr. Wakata 😊. It seems I exceeded the limit 😅. After returning home, I made friends with the toilet for the first time in a long time. I was in a state of friend with the toilet for the first time in a long time. Even though I'm an adult.

We drank a New Year's-like drink. My wife and eldest son smelled pineapple🍍 and me and my second son smelled apple🍎. It's strange 😊. It was refreshing but with a full-bodied sweetness that was very tasty.

Happy New Year 🎍. We look forward to working with you in the New Year 🙇. It's been a while since I've posted here. I'm going to upload some of my past drinks for my own records. I will start this year with Kibotsuru. It is a sake that I am used to drinking, but I am deeply impressed by how delicious it is. This year's Kihotsuru was a little more dry, but it was still my favorite brand. I thought it was a little bit dry, but it is still my favorite brand. It is sweet, tasty, and a little bitter. This year, I would like to be kind to people and my liver.

Midori Matsu. Speaking of Midori, it was Midori Ito. But from now on, it will be Matsu Midori. I wanted to drink it in the heat of summer. It is not that sweet, but quite dry. This is a summer-only sake from Kangiku. Although it is not as light as summer sake, it is a bottle that reaffirms Kangiku's good balance of sweet, sour and bitter. This summer was fun too. ☀️

Found this at a liquor store I happened to walk in 🙌 Hyakutenma Ten by Osake Department of Katano Orihime University ⭐️ A crisp, food-friendly sake with a pleasant acidity. Easy to drink, but be careful as it is 17 degrees. By the time I realized it, it was too late and my memory was blown 🤣.

A sake party at my house with Mr. and Mrs. Wakata, who are usually good friends of mine 🍶 Yuki's "Do you want to drink Yamasan? Yuki's sweet temptation of "Do you want to drink Yamasan? and "I'll take care of your children's book report" by Mr. Wakata 🤣. I was so happy to be able to meet him and his wife. I can't buy Yamasan myself, so I'm very happy 😊. It has a gentle sweet and sour taste with a hint of melon🍈 and a slight bitterness, so it's easy to drink. It's so delicious 😋. After that, we drank a bottle of Takashimizu packaged sake brought by Yuki (which was easy to drink and bad 😅) and a bottle we offered from our house, and we became very tongue-tied 🤣. Thank you Yuki and Wakata for your help. Thank you very much 🙇. Thanks to you, my son's book report was a grade school representative👍.

It's been a long time since I've had a day in the sun. They used sake rice given to them by Shinsei. It is very tasty with a sweetness that reminds of sweet citrus fruits like navel and iyokan, and a chili gasiness. Yum! But expensive 😂. This time it was from the hanpukai, but it's one of those bottles that I wouldn't touch on my own.

It's too late now, but the June Sakai branch bring-your-own-party 😅 Thank you Umaisan for being the secretary 🙇Thank you to everyone who attended 🙇. I was forced to buy at the cuddle 🤣 brought some high quality sake. I had to buy it at a cuddle 🤣 I brought a bottle of expensive sake. It's light and dry, with a bit of bitterness, so I guess it's suitable for a mealtime drink. ...But more importantly, Mr. and Mrs. Wakata brought a bottle of Motomine Tsuru Gaba-nigori, which I thought I would like: ☺️ I was so excited! It was thick and creamy, with a strong Kibotsuru flavor. We also mixed nigori with clear sake and drank it. Well, as always, offline meetings are the best. Once again, thank you all very much 😊.

This is actually only the second bottle of Toyama sake that I have yet to drink at home. Fumikiku Sake Brewery, which brews Haneya. It is a little different from Haneya, which is sweet first, but has a nice refreshing acidity. Toyama sake is also a good choice 🧐.

It was hot and humid, and I wanted to schwirl, so I opened a bottle of this one. Although the bottle was warned to be careful when opening, it did not blow at all. It was slightly dry and slightly effervescent, which I felt was perfect for this season. I would be happier if it were a little more effervescent 😊. It was about as gently fizzy as Mistio.

Can't keep up with posting... I drank Hanamup. Some posted that it tasted a little different from the previous Hana Yuu, but I still can't tell with my tongue 😅. What was Hana Yuu like? It's been a while since I've had a cold chrysanthemum. I know it's delicious, so my expectations are high even before drinking it😊. The cork that goes out with a swoosh, good aroma like pear🍐. Fine bubbles in the glass. Slightly gassy and therefore light on the palate. Sweet but crisp with a little bitterness. Terrific perfection. Delicious... ♪

I opened a bottle of Yuki no Bijin no Ee. The aroma is already elegant. It has a subtle fruity aroma like 🍎 and 🍐. It has just the right amount of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness, with a lingering aftertaste that disappears smoothly and without blurring. It was a wonderful bottle.

A gift from my mother-in-law who is a biker. My mother-in-law and I are good friends who give each other sake and sake lees as gifts. We received a bottle of Nakanori's No. 1. It is a special junmai, and you can taste the sweetness of the rice. It's smooth and sweet, but not too strong. It was gone in no time 😆. The bottle #1 is very convenient, isn't it? I want some more, but I don't want to open a new one. It is very useful for a very common situation.

Mizuchi's blue. This is the second of the strange specs following the yellow one the other day. It has a Sake strength of minus 26. Very thick, sweet and sour. If you don't like sake, you might like it because it doesn't look like sake, but I didn't like it 😂. I can't even drink kijoshu, so I guess that's true 😅. Good experience.

A day late from Shinsei day, I did it too. No.6 is now on tap 🙌! Oh, yummy 😍! If you've ever had it, you'll know that this is the sweet and sour No.6! Now I've had all the R, S, X, and regular No.6. I have not compared them, so I can't say for sure, but I like S the best. The degree of sweet and sourness is just right 🎯. It was so delicious 😋.
