At my favorite liquor store, they had Senkou's Senkohana on the shelf, but they had a bottle of the back side 😊 I wanted to compare it with the front side. I wanted to compare it with the front, but there was a limit to buy one bottle from either the front or the back, so I bought the back because I thought it was the only one I could find! I was told that it is an ogara-mi, so I will start with the top clear 🥂. The top nose has a refreshing lemon-like citrus aroma 🍋. The lemon aroma is leading the nose, and there is also a slight gentle aroma of white peach 🤔. Gasiness is small to slightly medium 🫧. The sweetness is small, the acidity is medium to slightly strong, the umami is small, and the bitterness at the end is slightly strong. When mixed with ori, the top aroma has calmed down a little and a gentle aroma like white peaches, which had been hidden 🍑, has emerged. The gentle aroma of white peach became more prominent than the citrus aroma, and the acidity also calmed down a bit and the elegant sweetness became more noticeable 😊. The umami and sweetness are more noticeable than the sourness, and after mixing the cage, the overall flavor is more cohesive, making the cup go down a bit more quickly ✨. The acidity is more subdued than on the surface, and the focus is more on the umami and sweetness, which I thought would be good for everyone! This is so good! ☺️ It was one of the top 3 tastiest sakes I've had this year 🍶. I had some special sushi from a nearby supermarket to go with it ✨.

After my business trip to Chiba, I was about to head home when I was hit by the torrential rains that hit Tokyo on Thursday, and despite some hustle and bustle at Haneda Airport, I was able to land at Fukuoka Airport two hours late😅. On the way home, I stopped by Oyster Swamp in Adachi-ku and opened a bottle of this one that I bought 🍾. The name "Arrival" was inspired by the image of an airplane passing over Kujukuri in the orange color of the sun, and although the destination is the opposite, I thought it would be perfect for me right now 😃. The aroma is sweet with a hint of banana. The overtone is a citrusy aroma like orange or grapefruit 🍊. The sweetness is more subdued than I expected, with a nice acidity and gassiness. ☺️ The flavor has a strong umami with a medium to long finish, and it finishes with Kangiku's signature refreshing bitterness✨. It's a bit more subdued than Aomi or Hoshikai, but it still has the tangy gassy sensation of nama-shu, so it's perfect for this hot weather 😊.

Next is this one! I usually only use hiragana takachiyo and this will be my first time with kanji takachiyo✨. I'm someone who only has one foot in the dry world, but this one shocked me 😳. It is an addictive sake that makes you want to drink more and more with each sip, and as the temperature rises in the mouth, the deliciousness of the rice rushes in... I can't get enough of it. ☺️ It's a great match for sushi and sashimi, and is a perfect food sake ✨. I'm impressed that Takachiyo Sake Brewery can make such different tastes with hiragana and kanji 👏.

The last one is here on the right! The top and hint aromas are different from the next two bottles, with a melon-like aroma 🍈. The aroma is slightly peachy, but the melon aroma is stronger. The sweetness and umami are moderate and the overall taste is light and easy to drink, and the most amazing thing is that brewing alcohol was added 😳. I didn't even notice that it was alky until I looked at the label on the back of the bottle, it had no smell or peculiarity at all.

In the mouth, the slightly herbaceous aroma and soft peach aroma spread softly, and although it tasted a little heavier than the other two, perhaps because it was a pure sake, I didn't mind at all, and the low alcohol content (13%) made it easy to drink ✨.

I attended a sake party hosted by a regular at my favorite bar 😊. The first glass of sake was a Tasake 🥂. It's hard to remember what it tastes like because I drank so much, but the first impact of the gaseous sensation is amazing and the moment you put it in your mouth, fine bubbles like sparkling wine burst out, just like the name says, and the refreshing citrus acidity is also good. ☺️ The umami and sweetness were not lost on the gaseous sensation, and it was a refreshing and refreshing summer sake that made me want to drink it gulp it down 😊.

Last at the class reunion Tasake, it's nice to meet you😍. I found this one on the all-you-can-drink list, so I ordered it separately for an extra fee 😂. It had an elegant fruity aroma from the first whiff, with a muscat aroma that also came with a hint of sizzle, and the sweetness and umami spread immediately 😊. The gasiness that I felt was especially pleasant, and it gave me an image that the sweet and tasty acidity, which tends to fight each other, was well integrated 😃. However, they do not last long and are crisp and clear 🤔.

At the class reunion I chose to try some sake from Shikoku 😃. This sake is also characterized by a sourness that makes you feel it is a summer sake, but the sweetness is moderate and refreshing 🤔. It is not light and has a strong umami flavor, so it is more of a food sake and I felt that it is a sake that shows its true value with food rather than a sake by itself 🤔. I paired it with furofuki daikon (Japanese radish), but it went well with it and I enjoyed it a lot 😊.

Continuation of the synchronous meeting! The top aroma is citrusy, like young lemon 🍋. The overtone smells like apples 🤔. It is focused on acidity and is not the type that comes with a bang, but the fullness and umami that only Yamahai can give, so the acidity is not too strong and there is umami behind the acidity, so it was a cup that I would like to drink when it is hot 😊.

The third bottle is here! I chose this one because I wanted to drink a beautiful food wine 🍶. There is almost no top notes, or a gentle melon-like aroma. The overtone aroma is a calm fruity aroma of banana and melon 🍈. I had an image of Isshaku Suisei making beautiful sakes, and this one lived up to that expectation with a clean and clear finish, with the umami of Omachi on top of that and a not-too-intrusive acidity that kept it in perfect balance.

Here is the second bottle! Your first Banshu Issen ✨. Brewed with rare rice Aizan, it has a gentle sweet fruity aroma like elegant strawberries on the nose and in the nose, and is finished with a slightly dry taste. However, it is not too spicy, and you can also taste the sweet and tasty acidity, so I thought it would be a safe recommendation even for those who are not accustomed to drinking sake 😋.

After the training was over, we went out for a drink in Ikebukuro for our classmates' party 😊. I couldn't take a picture of the label because the waiter was so engrossed in talking that he pulled out a bottle of sake😅. It was a perfect sake for the end of summer, with a pleasant acidity that is typical of Senkou, a mild and elegant sweetness from Edobori, and a sweet and sour flavor that is in harmony 🌻. I was also lucky enough to feel a slight carbonation from the freshly opened bottle, so I drank it all up quickly ✨. I have the back of a sparkler I got from my favorite liquor store chilling at home, so I'm going to slowly compare the drinks while remembering this taste 🌻.

This is the third bottle I bought at the sacred Tsudanuma Seven! I thought I bought this one for myself, but I changed my mind and decided to serve it to my peers as I really wanted them to drink it too 😂. The top aroma is a gorgeous fruity muscat aroma. The overtone aroma was also muscat aroma, refreshing acidity, and elegant umami mixed together with a nice bitterness at the end with a clean and crisp aftertaste 😊. I would have liked to have had the 750ml if I could have afforded it, but I was here on business and I didn't want it to affect the next day, so I decided on the Sandesi, but we all drank it together and it evaporated in an instant 🤣.

I bought this bottle at the Tsudanuma Seven in the Holy Land 😊. I was wondering which sake can be drunk at room temperature, and I chose this one because it is an easy-drinking sake that I want my classmates who don't usually drink sake to drink! The top aroma is elegant and pear-like. The overt aroma is also pear-like, but I think it has a more subdued berry aroma, a bit like strawberries 🤔. I drank it at room temperature, so it tasted a little more like a food sake, but it was a calm and soft sake that even those who don't like sake could drink easily, and my classmate was happy to drink it too 😊. Due to time constraints, I couldn't stay at Tsudanuma Seven for long, but it was the most enjoyable convenience store shopping experience of my life: ☺️

I was thinking about what to get for my 150 CI, but since I was in Chiba, I figured this would be the only way to go, so I went to the Seven-Eleven in Tsudanuma, which is famous for sake lovers, and got this one from Kangiku 😊! The nose is elegant and rich, with a berry-like aroma ✨. The nose is fruity, sweet and sour with a hint of berry like strawberries, and despite the fact that it is once fired, it has a strong gassy feeling 😊. The sweetness, umami, acidity, and gasiness were well balanced, and it ended with the sharp bitterness characteristic of Kangiku, which was a delicious sake with a clear and crisp start and end 😋. I was very happy to hear that one of my colleagues at work, who said he had never had much sake before, liked it and said it was the most delicious sake he had ever tasted 😍. Seven-Eleven in Tsudanuma is a convenience store! It was a great store with a great selection of sake, and just looking at the sake on the shelves made me feel happy. ☺️ I was so happy to see the sake in the store.

The last one is here! Hiyoroshi by the same Mr. Mimuro Sugi ✨. The top aroma was a bit grapey and smelled strongly of alcohol 🤔. The overtone aroma was a tropical fruit like banana that hit me hard. It has a strong sweetness, and since it is a hiyaoroshi sake, I thought it would be a bit more square...but I thought it was a bit peculiar 😅. The umami and acidity were a bit medium, there was no gassiness, and no bitterness or miscellaneous tastes. Hmmm, maybe it's not a good match with hiyaoroshi for me 😓. I drank AKABU's Amber last year and it was really good, but I haven't found any other hiyaoroshi that suits me yet 🥺.

I think I was the last one and it had been a little while since I opened it 😅. The aroma is fruity like strawberry with mild sweetness 🤔. After a bit of time, the umami flavor increased and became more voluminous ✨. I didn't notice much acidity, but at the end I didn't notice any bitterness or miscellaneous tastes, it was more like a slow fade out with lingering sweetness and umami 😊.

Here is the second cup! It will be your first Nichinichi ✨. Almost no top notes 🤔. The aroma is like white grapes with just a hint of fragrance. The alcohol content is 11%, so it is light, refreshing, and easy to drink, and the strong gasiness and elegant acidity make the sake go down a storm 😊. Although it is a sake made from the original sake yeast, the umami is moderate and not heavy, and it is easy to drink anyway. ☺️
