I bought Anastasia Green last year at this time of year, but it was a product that comes out in March or so 😅HinaHanaMama, sorry for lying to you: 🙇‍♂️ Apparently it's the new Koei Chrysanthemum, you'll have to buy it ☺️ I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, so I opened it carefully, but the bottle popped open with a pop 😅. The top aroma is slightly rummy, and when you take a sip, it smells and tastes like pears and bananas, with a strong gasiness, but it has a calm taste with low acidity, and you don't feel any bitterness 🤔. The low alcohol content and the strong gaseous taste are typical of Kouei Kiku, it's just like a summer sake 😊. I'd like to drink it when it's a little hotter, but I'm afraid the 4-gouple bottle will be empty in no time.

It is said to be called the sake version of Aquarius, and as the name suggests, it has the right mix of gasiness, sweetness, sourness, and umami, making it a bad-ass drink that I gobbled up like a sports drink. I guess everything tastes better with "Hiran"! The sushi and kanpachi sashimi were sold at a local supermarket 🍶.

I saw this mermaid in the fridge at the liquor store and had to buy it 😊. The bottle of "Winter no Otoshiri" is on display in my house like a half interior decoration! Of course, I'll decorate this one when I'm done drinking it too 😂. The taste is, first of all, a top aroma like white peach or muscat, and when you take a sip, it has a good balance of a refreshing sweetness like rumney, a strong but not too assertive acidity, and a gaseous sensation. It is like a summer sake that disappears quickly. ☺️ I think it was recently arrived in the market, but it seemed to be sold out right after I bought it, so I could understand the popularity of Omine 🤔.

Here is the last glass! It is fruity, but compared to the Kid's Spring Breeze that I just drank, it has the same sweetness but has a more robust flavor, and it has a great aftertaste that spreads in the mouth. I thought I would get tired of drinking it, but I finished it quickly and it was so dangerous that I wanted to drink another glass 😋.

[Left to compare. This is Sogapeel with No.1 yeast 🍶. It's a bit drier than the one with No.6 yeast 🤔. But if you drink this one with your eyes closed, it's a very tasty, fruity, acidic, ultra-modern sake like a white wine. ☺️ It's not often that I will be able to compare Sogapère, so I slowly and carefully tasted it (∩ ӣ՞∩).

[Right side of the comparison Sogapère Ephis, which I have longed to drink someday, was prepared for the comparison. I had no choice but to order this one 😊. We started with the one on the right, the No. 6 yeast 🍶. The first sip was so fruity and eye-catching that I wondered if it was really sake! It's so fruity that if you drink it with your eyes closed, you'd think it was a white wine.

It's my first time drinking Kid, and I've heard that it's a modern sake that can be enjoyed by everyone, and that's exactly how I'd describe it: easy to drink 😋. The bar master recommended this one to me, saying that he has been here many times and knows what I like 😊. I was excited to hear that this is the first time Kangiku has released this sake, and I had to try it. ☺️ I had had Wakanami's Juhinmoku a long time ago, so I drank it with that image in mind, but the aroma was mild, with a fruity ginjo aroma like banana or pear, and the flavor, sweetness, and gasiness were just right, making it my favorite sweet-tart saké 😊.

GW in the world...yes, our company is on the calendar, so I'm working today.... So, in order to blow off the bad mood, I went to my usual bar to have a drink. Here is the first shot! Wakakusa Rendezvous🍶 by Kouei Kiku. This time, we had a comparison between the last one that had been open for 3 days and the freshly opened one 😊. We started with the one that had been open for 3 days, and while it had a calmer taste and almost no gasiness, it had a sweetness like white peaches that spread slowly and was also very good 😋. And the freshly opened one had the characteristic Kouei Kiku's crisp gassiness while still being fire-aged, and of course the sweetness like white peach, but the acidity and bitterness like grapefruit were in good harmony, and I could taste a little bit of koji and it was very refreshing 😊. I knew that Koei Chrysanthemum is delicious no matter what you drink. ☺️

I was able to purchase it yesterday on my way home from work, so I had the privilege of having a lunchtime drink on my day off: ☺️ I had it in a wine glass and when I poured it into the glass, it had a beautiful ginjo aroma like melon and banana 😊. The sip had an elegant sweetness, acidity, and gassiness that made me think it was an elegant and beautiful sake 🍶. The sweetness is not persistent, and at the end you can taste a good bitterness and it's a gooey one 😋.

GW is here! So I opened this bottle that I fell in love with at first sight at the liquor store 😊. It has a gorgeous mouthfeel, with a hint of gas, and the sweetness spreads slowly and the acidity is moderate, leaving behind a slightly strong bitterness that quickly disappears 🍶. I looked up the word "vesper" and found that it means "evening star" or "first star" and I thought it was a sparkling and gorgeous sake 🤔. Thank you for the drink 😋.

I was actually going to open it tomorrow, but I couldn't resist and opened it tonight😅. The melon-like aroma on the nose convinced me that it was already delicious, and when I sipped it, it was moderately fruity with a slight gasiness, with a good sweetness and umami lingering in the mouth, and a good balance of bitterness that disappears easily without being too pronounced 😊. It is an all-rounder that can be served as either an aperitif or an in-between-dinner drink and is very tasty!

I suddenly wanted to drink some Kijo sake, so I went to my usual liquor store! So I bought this one 😊. I had an image of kijoshu as sweet, rich, and robust, but this one is not robust, but rather smooth and easy to drink👍. But this one is not so thick and smooth and is easy to drink 👍 But it has a firm sweetness, umami, and bitterness, and is a well-balanced kijo-zake that can be enjoyed with rich dishes.

I ordered the most fruity sake they are serving today, which is becoming a standard order for me. It had been about 4 days since the bottle was opened and this was the last one, but it still had a good amount of gas, not too sweet, and the unique nigori flavor was still there 😊. It's full of umami, sweet and juicy, with just the right amount of gasiness and a nice lingering taste that goes on for a long time, this kind of sake seems to suit me the best 😊.
