This will be the first bottle of the yucky stuff you mentioned the other day 👀. Nice to meet you Shichiken, I didn't expect it to be a super high grade sake 😳. I bought it from Yajima Sake Shop's online store and my fingers were shaking until I made my decision 😅. This is the prestigious sake that was chosen as the champion saké at this year's IWC, so we took good care of it ☺️ As for the taste, the top aroma is calm, like melon or banana. The overtone aroma is a refined ginjo aroma of pears and Japanese pears, while maintaining the banana sensation felt in the overtone aroma ✨. The gasiness is very slight and slightly tingling on the tongue. It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami, and I personally found the umami to be distinctive and rich, like a lactic acid bacteria drink. ☺️ Although it has the above-mentioned umami, it is polished down to 27%, so it has a clean finish and is not tiring to drink at all! It finishes cleanly with a bitter taste that is not too assertive, so the change in flavor was clear ✨. It was delicious 😋! This was one of those bottles that you can tell is world-class deliciousness 🍶. We gratefully enjoyed it slowly over the course of 3 days 🍶.

I've had my eye on this nigori for a long time, but it was sold out at my local distributor, and I forgot to reserve it at the online store of the liquor store I frequent 😭. However, I was able to secure a bottle of Ginkai, so that's good! Now, as for the taste, it has a fresh and invigorating aroma like pineapple on the nose and in the nose ✨. When you put it in your mouth, the umami and sourness burst out, and the sweetness is just right without being too strong! It is the most refreshing and fresh sake I have ever had from Kangiku, and I feel it is easy to drink👍. Since it is an unfiltered, unfiltered, freshly squeezed, new sake, it has a strong gaseous taste and you will not get tired of drinking it. ☺️ From the middle to the latter half, you can feel the aroma of malted rice and yogurt-like richness, and it finishes with a sharp bitterness that is characteristic of Kangiku. It is delicious 😋! Delicious 😋. The ocean99 series is delicious no matter what you drink👍 I haven't had the Spring Nagi yet, but I personally found it to be right up there with the Summer Hoshikai.

I've just finished work and opened a bottle of this one as a reward after 3 days of rest 🍾. I was told that if you let it sit for a little longer, the gassiness will improve, but I couldn't wait a month to open the bottle 😅. The bottle I drank last year was green and had 13% alcohol by volume, but this year the bottle is clear and has 14% alcohol by volume 🤔. Now, as for the taste, there was a calm sweet aroma like banana on the top and in the nose 🍌. I don't need to tell you how gassy it is when you take a sip, and you can feel the fine gases popping in your mouth 🫧. The sweetness and acidity are less than expected 🤔. The cloudiness is not like a cloudiness, it is more like a light cloudiness 🤔. The umami is strong and there is a slight aroma of koji mold ✨. I felt a strong bitterness at the end and the aftertaste was clean and crisp! Yes, it was delicious! ☺️ My favorite liquor store says that snokule tastes different when heated, but I can't imagine how this one is heated 😅.

I had to go back to my parents' house for a while, and on the way home, I stopped by a special distributor of Jiran and found this new sake 😍. There was also a very rare Classic nigori, but I already drank it at the kurabiraki event and I have two bottles of something ridiculous coming next weekend, so I couldn't buy it due to the capacity of my refrigerator 😥... 😥. But I was looking for this one, so it's a good thing I was looking for it👍 Now, as for the taste, the first aroma is the melon type aroma characteristic of Hiran 🍈 with a little bit of greefiness 🤔. In the mouth, it has a melon-like ginjo aroma and a pleasantly strong gaseous sensation due to the fact that it is a new and unpasteurized sake. ☺️ The umami and acidity are a little less pronounced than the rest of the Hiran series, but they're still there, and while it's light-bodied and refreshing, it's also very drinkable ✨. There is no bitterness or other unpleasant tastes, and it disappears smoothly with a clean aftertaste. Ahhhh, it's delicious😍. Usually, most of Hiran's sake is made using the "nama-hashiroshi" method, but this one is a little unusual in that it is a fast-brewing sake ✨. So it's a little light and light-bodied, but the sweet and juicy flavor of Tobiran is still present and satisfying 😋.

Now, as for the taste, the top aroma is of white peaches and bananas✨. I felt the aroma of white peach was also strong 🤔. The taste is pleasant with a nice, tight gas feeling, and the initial impact of the flavor is just right in terms of both sweetness and acidity! I wonder what the difference is between the silver and yellow color, which is also inspired by pineapple 🤔. First of all, the top flavor has a strong pineapple aroma, just like the previous reputation. I think it is a little sweeter than the silver label. I went to my favorite liquor store to buy Omine's Yuki-Onna and Senkou's Yuki-Daruma, but they were both sold out on the day they arrived 😭. However, I managed to secure this one at a different store: 😮‍💨 It seems only recently that I was impressed by the taste of last year's sake, but let's have it right away 🍶. The fine gasiness and refreshing sweet and sourness are irresistible😍. The first day I opened the bottle, I had fried oysters as a snack based on Inoshin's post, and it went perfectly with it. On the second day, I paired it with yakitori (grilled chicken), also a great match 👍. I'm going to take a longer rest day because my liver is showing yellow signal 😅.

I was at my favorite liquor store and they said they usually only sell one bottle of Gakki, but for some reason they had a four-pack of Gakki 😍. I asked the clerk and she said they just happened to have some in stock, so I bought it on impulse 😂. Now, as for the taste, it has the same beautiful muscat aroma as the fuzzy green from last time ✨. The overtones are also like muscat and white peach, softly fragrant and slightly subdued 🤔. It is fire-aged, but the gasiness is small to slightly medium. It has a beautiful sweetness and umami characteristic of Aizan, and the acidity is moderate. Among sweetness, umami, and acidity, I felt the umami was the strongest, and I thought it was a little more voluminous compared to the alsobe gakky 🤔. From the latter half, the taste became a little dry, and the aftertaste was clean and crisp! I personally prefer the Aru Soze, but I can't get enough of the unique ginjo aroma of the Gakki at first sip 😊.

Yamasan finally came to our house 😊. I pre-ordered it from the online store of Yajima Sake Shop, which I've been a frequent customer of lately✨. I couldn't find any nearby liquor stores, and there were no distributors in the Kyushu area 😅. Well, as for the taste, the top aroma is calm and sweet, like banana. To be honest, I couldn't really tell what the overtone was, but I would say it was a slightly fruity sweet aroma 🤔. There was a slightly medium gasiness, with a strong sourness and bitterness. The sweetness is not as much as I expected, and the flavor seems to increase slightly from the mid-palate. Overall, I had the impression that it was a little heavy, and I thought that the acidity and bitterness were its characteristics! Well, there is no doubt that it is delicious, but if you ask me if it is my favorite, I don't think so...(ω・ω・`) I wonder if another kind or raw sake would be a little different 🤔.

Here is the second cup! Hyper Nova beyond super💥. Eikoufuji I've recently gotten into, this one I've had my eye on for a while so I'm glad to see it out for a drink 😊. As for the taste, it has a clean and fruity aroma like white peach and muscat, with a slightly calming taste✨. The acidity and sweetness are a bit subdued and the gasiness is a bit small. Beautiful but not too light in the beginning, but from the mid-palate, the volume of flavor spreads out well 🤔. The second half was smooth and clean with no bitterness or miscellaneous flavors! Eikoufuji, it is still delicious 😊.

I learned about this one from a regular at the bar, Kamizo in Kyoto ✨. The sake bottles are beautiful and stylish 😎. As for the taste, the top aroma is fruity like pineapple 🍍. The overt aroma is also pineapple aroma, but it also has a nice fresh aroma like rumney and green apple! The schwartziness and sweet-sourness of the gas amplifies the rummy feeling, and the impact of the flavor in the early stages is 👍. The sweetness fades out in the second half, and the bitterness comes out in the third half to finish it off nicely 😊. I was satisfied with this delicious sake that I like 👍

I found myself at 200 check-ins 🍶. I was wondering what to get for my next commemorative sake, when I stopped by a special store of Jiran and saw the last one of this 😍. I missed the timing and gave up this year, so thanks for the unexpected encounter. 🙇‍♂️ Now, as for the taste, the first aroma smells like melon and melon 🍈. The overtone aroma is like melon 🍈 and the overtone aroma also has a strong melon aroma! Although it is a kijoshu, it is not too sweet, and I think it is a rather refreshing sake due to the slightly strong gaseous taste 🤔. I have the impression that the acidity is the most effective among the sweet, tasty, and acidic types, but the three balance each other out without fighting each other, making it a sweet and refreshing shuwashu that is not like a kijoshu 😊. Also purchased from the online store of Yajima Sake Shop in Chiba 💁. This will be my first time drinking at Gakki's 😊. The top aroma has a white peach and muscat aroma. The overtone aroma also has a gentle muscat-like aroma, and with time, a gentle sweetness and umami spreads softly! The acidity is moderate and there is a slight gassy feeling, and the best feature is that there is no unpleasant smell peculiar to brewer's alcohol despite the fact that it is alky 😊. I will open it to celebrate the Hawks winning the championship, the Dodgers winning the championship, and Yamamoto winning the MVP of the World Series 😊. I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, but the bottle didn't pop as much as I thought it would and I was able to open it without incident! The top aroma is fruity and pineapple-like 😍. It has a good amount of umami, but it is surprisingly refreshing 🤔. There is also a strong bitterness at the end of the day, which is characteristic of Kangiku-san! I stirred the orikiri and had it with this as well...oh no, this is delicious 😋. The sweetness and umami have increased, and the overall volume has increased, making it very drinkable 😊. My first time at Niidashi Zenchu Sansan✨! I have a weakness for the word nigori, so I purchased it from the online store of Yajima Sake Shop in Chiba, Japan! I was surprised at how thick the nigori was, almost like doburoku or . I was so surprised at how thick the nigori was 😳 I will start with the top clear liquid! First of all, the aroma of rice is amazing 🌾. Even the part of the clear aroma before stirring can be softly smelled with the aroma and taste of rice. It is not sweet, but has a sour and umami flavor, with a slightly strong bitterness 🤔. I drank it stirred based on this and it felt like I was drinking a super thick, high strength amazake 😂. However, I didn't feel much sweetness and the strong umami and bitterness increased the bitter taste, and the cottagey taste was not really to my liking 🤔. Hmmm, if it was gassy and light like Inabe and Akabe, it would have been a little different 🤔.

It doesn't seem like Halloween at all, but I'm going to open a bottle of this Kumamoto limited edition that I bought at the Hananaka Sake Brewery that I visited the other day 🍾. I'm so excited about the stylish labels of Hana-no-Kaosan's sake 😊. The first thing that comes to mind is the aroma of bananas 🍌. The overtone aroma also smells like banana and a little bit of melon 🤔. Compared to the Ni Nozomi brew, the gasiness is stronger and has an impact that you can feel at first. The acidity is moderate, the sweetness is a little strong, the umami is small to medium, and the overall body is a little light and light 🤔. The bitterness is a little stronger towards the end, but it's not that pronounced, and it cuts through the sweetness and umami, so it's just right ✨. I hope they sell this all over the country 🥺. It's as good as the Sanchu, so if you like ama-juwa, you should definitely try it 🍶.
