Here is another memorandum. I have been drinking Tanaka Rokuugo regularly since I learned about it at an izakaya in Fukuoka, but I had no idea there was a nama-shu ver, so I bought this one 💰. It has a white grape-like aroma with a hint of sweetness, and since it is a nama-shu, it has more gas than the regular Tanaka Rokuugo. Overall, it was a well-balanced sake that I never got tired of drinking 😊.

This is also as a reminder. I thought it would be robust because it is Yamahai, but it was rather light and soft 🤔. I have the impression that it was easy to drink with a good balance of moderate gasiness, sweetness and umami due to the low alcohol content 😊.

I bought it because it was introduced on a YouTube channel and I was curious about it 😊. It tastes like strawberries and muscats, with a strong gassy taste, and a bit of sweetness and acidity, like Calpis soda, and as the name implies, it's a refreshing sake that pops and is very tasty 😊. The low alcohol content (8%) makes it easy to drink, and I thought it would be a good drink for those who don't like sake 🍶.

I had a chance to meet a friend from Shimane for the first time in a while and told her that I love sake, so I bought a small 300ml bottle. The waitress told me that it is a classic, robust and tasty sake, but also modern and has a core fan base 👀👀. It smells like melon and banana, has a strong gasiness due to the active nigori, and a great umami of rice, with almost no acidity, and it is very tasty with a slight bitterness and a crisp finish 😊.

I'm a sucker for seasonal 😅 It's a light nigori, so I started with the supernatant, which has a strong sourness and bitterness, and not too much gas 🤔. When I mixed ori with it, the sourness and bitterness were slightly reduced and the sweetness and umami mixed together just right 🤔! It was a fresh spring sake, delicious 😊.

I'm a sucker for limited editions, too. I think "Seasonal limited edition" is "Sake no Season" and I have no hesitation in writing it.

Good evening, AAJI ( ˘ω˘ ) The season of sake! It touches my heart😄. If it's sold all year round, you still have a chance even if it's sold out, but if you miss out on the seasonal ones, you'll have to wait until the next year 😭.

[Memorandum] [Right At Sakelabo Tokyo 😊. The last sake I had to finish was Shinmasa's Yonotori. 🐦‍🔥 It is a sweet sake, but not cloyingly sweet, and I can see why it is so popular 😊.

After learning about Hououmida at a recent kurabiraki, I went around to liquor stores and bought this one! I took my time to open the bottle since I was told to be careful when opening it 😊. It has a fruity aroma like pineapple and muscat, and the gasiness is very strong. If I'm not careful, I could finish the whole bottle in one night 😊.

Hi Jay & Nobby 🌞. Foul sake 😂I'm convinced it's good 😊. I've set a limit for myself of one alcoholic drink a day, but I realized I've been drinking close to three and I'll finish it by the end of the week 🍶.

I bought it because there was a Kaze no Mori that I had never had before... but for the first time I encountered an alcoholic beverage that did not suit me (´・ω・`). It was my fault for buying it without looking at the features carefully, but I heard that it was made with beer in mind, and as its reputation suggests, it had a strong gaseous and bitter taste, with a moderate sweetness and a hint of sourness.

I got this one from a YouTube channel 😊. Mitsui no Kotobuki is famous for the one with the slam dunk label, but this one seems to be just as famous 🧐. It has a pear-like aroma and is not too sweet, not too spicy, fresh and delicious 😊.

The Mikumari I just had was so good that I had to have another one 😋. It has the same fruity pineapple aroma, but I thought this one was more gassy, like a sparkling wine, and more luxurious 😊.

Good evening Jay & Nobby! I was surprised when I got home from the kurabiraki to find out that it was a very expensive one 😳. It's a fruity, gassy sake that I like, and if I have the chance to come across it again, I'd love to repeat the experience 😋.
