Yamasan finally came to our house 😊. I pre-ordered it from the online store of Yajima Sake Shop, which I've been a frequent customer of lately✨. I couldn't find any nearby liquor stores, and there were no distributors in the Kyushu area 😅. Well, as for the taste, the top aroma is calm and sweet, like banana. To be honest, I couldn't really tell what the overtone was, but I would say it was a slightly fruity sweet aroma 🤔. There was a slightly medium gasiness, with a strong sourness and bitterness. The sweetness is not as much as I expected, and the flavor seems to increase slightly from the mid-palate. Overall, I had the impression that it was a little heavy, and I thought that the acidity and bitterness were its characteristics! Well, there is no doubt that it is delicious, but if you ask me if it is my favorite, I don't think so...(ω・ω・`) I wonder if another kind or raw sake would be a little different 🤔.

Here is the last one! I couldn't forget this blend I had a while ago, so I blended it with Umenoyado's Aragoshikan again 🍊. A marriage of rich yogurt sake and refreshing aragoshimikan 😊. Hats off to the master for coming up with this combination, too good 👏! We were also served stylish glasses to match ours ✨.

The third drink is here! Local Nagasaki sake, and the master's approval, Yokoyama-san ✨. It's been a while since I've had a visit to Yokoyama-san, but apparently the rice and yeast here are all from Iki, where the brewery is located, how wonderful 😊. The flavor is characterized by a strawberry or pear-like aroma and a gentle sweetness on the nose ✨. Gasiness and umami are moderate, acidity is a bit medium and overall impression is calm 🤔. The sweetness stands out, but it is not too sweet! The sweetness is prominent, but not so much that it's sweet, but rather that it slowly spreads with each sip, making it hard to stop drinking 😍. Here is the second cup! Hyper Nova beyond super💥. Eikoufuji I've recently gotten into, this one I've had my eye on for a while so I'm glad to see it out for a drink 😊. As for the taste, it has a clean and fruity aroma like white peach and muscat, with a slightly calming taste✨. The acidity and sweetness are a bit subdued and the gasiness is a bit small. Beautiful but not too light in the beginning, but from the mid-palate, the volume of flavor spreads out well 🤔. The second half was smooth and clean with no bitterness or miscellaneous flavors! Eikoufuji, it is still delicious 😊.

Yesterday I had a good thing happen, so I went to my usual bar to celebrate 😊. The toast was to Shinmasa's Tangerine 🍊. And it was freshly opened, so we were very excited! It was my first time to taste the colors series. The aroma is like orange or grapefruit, and the acidity is strong from the sake brewing process. The gasiness is medium, and after the acidity comes the umami and sweetness 🤔. At the end, there is a slight to medium bitterness. Overall, it was a light, refreshing and delicious sake with strong acidity 🍶.

I feel like I've been relying on online stores so much lately that I've been spending a lot of money on shipping costs😅. Well, if it tastes good, shipping is no problem 🤣. Well, I'm going to open a bottle of this one next week because I'm going to be running out of space in my fridge due to the new sake season 🍾. I learned about this one from a regular at the bar, Kamizo in Kyoto ✨. The sake bottles are beautiful and stylish 😎. As for the taste, the top aroma is fruity like pineapple 🍍. The overt aroma is also pineapple aroma, but it also has a nice fresh aroma like rumney and green apple! The schwartziness and sweet-sourness of the gas amplifies the rummy feeling, and the impact of the flavor in the early stages is 👍. The sweetness fades out in the second half, and the bitterness comes out in the third half to finish it off nicely 😊. I was satisfied with this delicious sake that I like 👍

I found myself at 200 check-ins 🍶. I was wondering what to get for my next commemorative sake, when I stopped by a special store of Jiran and saw the last one of this 😍. I missed the timing and gave up this year, so thanks for the unexpected encounter. 🙇‍♂️ Now, as for the taste, the first aroma smells like melon and melon 🍈. The overtone aroma is like melon 🍈 and the overtone aroma also has a strong melon aroma! Although it is a kijoshu, it is not too sweet, and I think it is a rather refreshing sake due to the slightly strong gaseous taste 🤔. I have the impression that the acidity is the most effective among the sweet, tasty, and acidic types, but the three balance each other out without fighting each other, making it a sweet and refreshing shuwashu that is not like a kijoshu 😊. I thought it was less sweet and easier to drink than the regular version of Reborn ✨. This is also delicious😍! 500ml was emptied overnight 😂. The third picture is of me trying the adult affogado that my favorite liquor store recommended 🍨 by pouring this over vanilla ice cream. I thought it would be too much sweetness on top of sweetness. Also purchased from the online store of Yajima Sake Shop in Chiba 💁. This will be my first time drinking at Gakki's 😊. The top aroma has a white peach and muscat aroma. The overtone aroma also has a gentle muscat-like aroma, and with time, a gentle sweetness and umami spreads softly! The acidity is moderate and there is a slight gassy feeling, and the best feature is that there is no unpleasant smell peculiar to brewer's alcohol despite the fact that it is alky 😊. There is a bit of bitterness towards the end, but it's only momentary, and then it fades away gently ✨. Overall, I'd say it's a light-bodied, slightly light, floral and fruity wine 🤔. Delicious! Gakky is still good 😍. Even if you don't like alcoholic drinks, this is one you should definitely try👍

Purchased from the online store at Yajima Sake Shop in Chiba, Japan 💁. I will open it to celebrate the Hawks winning the championship, the Dodgers winning the championship, and Yamamoto winning the MVP of the World Series 😊. I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, but the bottle didn't pop as much as I thought it would and I was able to open it without incident! The top aroma is fruity and pineapple-like 😍. The top aroma is pineapple and citrus 🍋. The gasiness is medium to slightly large, with just the right amount of sweet and sourness that is pleasant 😊. It has a good amount of umami, but it is surprisingly refreshing 🤔. There is also a strong bitterness at the end of the day, which is characteristic of Kangiku-san! I stirred the orikiri and had it with this as well...oh no, this is delicious 😋. The sweetness and umami have increased, and the overall volume has increased, making it very drinkable 😊. However, it is still more refreshing than I expected, the lingering flavor is short, and after reaching the peak of flavor, it seems to cut off quickly 🤔. No wonder it's so popular, I drank the whole bottle by myself 😅 Thank you for the food 🍶.

My first time at Niidashi Zenchu Sansan✨! I have a weakness for the word nigori, so I purchased it from the online store of Yajima Sake Shop in Chiba, Japan! I was surprised at how thick the nigori was, almost like doburoku or . I was so surprised at how thick the nigori was 😳 I will start with the top clear liquid! First of all, the aroma of rice is amazing 🌾. Even the part of the clear aroma before stirring can be softly smelled with the aroma and taste of rice. It is not sweet, but has a sour and umami flavor, with a slightly strong bitterness 🤔. I drank it stirred based on this and it felt like I was drinking a super thick, high strength amazake 😂. However, I didn't feel much sweetness and the strong umami and bitterness increased the bitter taste, and the cottagey taste was not really to my liking 🤔. Hmmm, if it was gassy and light like Inabe and Akabe, it would have been a little different 🤔.

Halloween Takachiyo-san couldn't wait until Halloween day and drank it all up at the beginning of October 😂. It doesn't seem like Halloween at all, but I'm going to open a bottle of this Kumamoto limited edition that I bought at the Hananaka Sake Brewery that I visited the other day 🍾. I'm so excited about the stylish labels of Hana-no-Kaosan's sake 😊. The first thing that comes to mind is the aroma of bananas 🍌. The overtone aroma also smells like banana and a little bit of melon 🤔. Compared to the Ni Nozomi brew, the gasiness is stronger and has an impact that you can feel at first. The acidity is moderate, the sweetness is a little strong, the umami is small to medium, and the overall body is a little light and light 🤔. The bitterness is a little stronger towards the end, but it's not that pronounced, and it cuts through the sweetness and umami, so it's just right ✨. I hope they sell this all over the country 🥺. It's as good as the Sanchu, so if you like ama-juwa, you should definitely try it 🍶.

Good evening ichiro18 🎃. I prefer the Haika for the gasiness, but I felt it was a bit light, so I personally prefer the Sandoni Nozomi for the overall taste 🤔. But I think the scent of flowers is a reward for making it to the brewery 😅.

I've come a long way... the fragrance of flowers... I crossed the sea from my parents' house and spent a total of 3 hours to go to the Hana-no-Ka sake brewery in Kumamoto to make a pilgrimage to the holy land. ☺️ And this is the first time in a while that I bought a bottle of Sandoni Nozomi Brewery ✨ at a direct sales place! I bought it because it was a ras 2! The top aroma is beautiful, like banana and white grapes 🍇. The overtone aroma is a bit of banana and a bit of white peach 🤔. It's made from the traditional sake yeast, so it has a strong acidity, but it's not harsh at all, and when the sweetness and umami that comes later catches up with it... oh my goodness 😊. The medium to slightly strong gassiness combined with the sweetness and umami that follows is like a sparkling wine 🫧. The taste lingers a bit longer, and from the second half, you can smell the aroma of rice and malted rice, and it is also full-bodied! It finishes with a grapefruit-like bitter acidity 😋. Ohhhh, it's delicious ☺️ Personally, I feel that this Yamadanishiki Ni Nozomi is the most comfortable and easy to drink 🤔. Now, when should I open another bottle of Kumamoto limited edition Hana-no-Kou which I bought separately from this one 🤔...

At the usual BAR (8) Since my alcohol capacity was close to the limit, I asked the master to choose my favorite drink for the last one. ☺️ And this was the most delicious and shocking drink I had that day 👀. The top nose and hint of aroma was a beautiful melon-like ginjo aroma 🍈. It fulfills the requirements for a delicious sake with a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity, with a noticeable sweetness, but not too much, it's like a beautiful sweetness that you can't stop drinking 😊. It has a little bit of gassiness and a chili feeling, but because it is fire-aged, it has a juicy impact, although it is not quite a "sizzle"! The aftertaste is clean and I didn't notice any bitterness or other unpleasant tastes ✨. If you like sweet and tasty, this is a cup you should definitely try! The level of Chiba Prefecture's sake is also very high, like Kangiku's! I have another sake brewery to recommend!

At the usual BAR (7) I ordered a bottle of "Nabe-sama" because I heard it was freshly opened 🍾. Almost no top notes. The nose is fruity with a sweet and sour grapefruit-like aroma ✨. There is a good amount of gas, and the flavor spreads in the mouth 🫧. Sweetness is a bit medium, overall clean, with a slightly bitter and pungent aftertaste 🤔. Nabe-sama is still delicious 😊. I'm looking forward to the new sake coming out soon 🤤.

At the usual BAR (6) The result of the quiz on Hiran earlier was not so good, so I decided to get a little encouragement from a cute girl and ordered this 😅. I forgot to take note of the taste since I had already had a lot of sake, but compared to the Winter Session and Spring Himitsu, this one is a bit drier and more for a food sake 🤔. The sweetness is present but subdued, and the impression is a little light-bodied and light. I always order Yamabusyu's Good Times when I see it because of its cute label 😊.

At the usual BAR (4) Comparison left We looked at the menu to see what we could compare today's drink, and to our surprise, there were two bottles of HATENA that we had missed 😍. I had no choice but to order it. I won't go into detail about the taste because I'm sure some of you will try to take the quiz using the QR code on the back of the bottle, but it was a sweet, tasty, acidic, and gassy experience, just like you would expect from Hiran 😊. I didn't expect to get a score of 0 on the quiz 😅. When I told the master about my score, he consoled me by saying that my love for Hiran is more important than the score 😂.

At the usual BAR (3) Chose this one, believing that Senkou-san was finished to my liking after the return to Edo. The top aroma is sweet and sour like lemon and grapefruit 🍋. Unlike last year's Akatombo before returning to Edo, the acidity is felt but not too strong, and the elegant sweetness like white peach is well capped, making it easy to drink👍. There is a slight sense of gas and the umami is also present ✨. I was told that not only has the yeast changed, but also the yeast used has changed as well (if I'm wrong). (sorry if I'm wrong) 👀 It was very tasty 😊 I'm definitely going to secure this year's snowman (ง°`ro°)ง

At the usual BAR (2) A drink recommended by the master as a dry drink to expand my findings 🍶. No heady aroma 🍶. The nose has a smoky caramel aroma 🤔. It has a great rice flavor and strong acidity. The umami is strong, but not too strong, and it matches the acidity well so you don't feel it's too strong ✨. Almost no sweetness, it was a nice, clean, dry sake 😊.
