For the last drink of the day, we had this one, the most fruity one we have today: ☺️ The mouthfeel was of course fruity, with a strong impact of sweetness, fruity aroma of tropical fruits like pineapple, yogurt-like richness, and a strong gassy and modern taste 😊. I like the taste, but the crocodile on the label is adorable!

The customer sitting next to me was drinking it and it looked delicious, so I ordered one myself! This one also had a fruity apple aroma on the palate, and you could taste the umami of Omachi, but it wasn't heavy and it was very refreshing 🧐. It was a well-balanced sake with a characteristic acidity and umami that was both modern and classic 😊.

I asked the master if there was a sake that I liked, and he recommended Senkou, which he said would go well with many drinks. ☺️ I had tried Akatombo before, but it was not my favorite and I was a little worried! It had a fruity aroma like white peaches, and I thought it would be soft on the palate, but even though it was fire-aged, it had a strong gasiness, and the acidity I was worried about was not overpowering, and the balance of sweetness and umami was not harsh at all 😊.

Good evening, Chirsta 😃. Sentori modern! Master knows what he's talking about ‼️ The classic and retro are also delicious in their own ways 😋 Please try them too 👋

Hi Jay & Nobby! This is the first time I've had it since it was made and it's so delicious, I can see why it's so popular: ☺️ My favorite liquor store often sells it, so I'll look for it.

They had a local sake on tap, so I ordered it 😂. I found it to be slightly fruity, light and easy to drink on the palate: ☺️ The sweetness is a little medium and the umami is moderate, with a banana-like aroma and not much gasiness. The sweetness is not persistent, and after a moderate aftertaste, the bitterness is not so strong and refreshing 😋.

I've been curious about this one too 😃😃. I tried it without any previous information and felt this one was a little dry and dry 🤔🧐. It was a bit heavy on the palate, with a caramel-like aroma and a rich rice flavor. Because it is dry, I did not feel any sweetness, but rather a strong acidity and umami. I am not used to dry sake, so I felt a strong sense of alcohol and not much gas 🤔. But it was a good opportunity for me to broaden my knowledge of dry sakes.

I've always been curious about Shigemasu's nigori, and it's the summer-only version 😊. The alcohol content is strong at 17%, but the sweetness and umami nicely camouflage it, and the mouthfeel is slightly fruity. The nigori flavor is as expected, and the more time goes by, the more it increases gradually 😊. It is not only sweet, but also classic with a sweetness that is not clingy, and although it is nigori, it is a refreshing summer sake that you will find yourself guzzling it down!

The two bottles of Hiran I bought yesterday didn't arrive by the end of the day, so I opened this bottle to review the flavor some other time! Hiro-san raved about it, so I had high expectations even before opening the bottle 😊. I didn't know that Hiragana Takachiyo has a flavor concept on the label 🧐. This one was inspired by a banana, and it is exactly as it sounds, the top aroma is banana itself 🍌. The first sip almost knocked me out with the violence of its sweet and fruity banana-like aroma 🥊. The flavor and the chili gassiness were intertwined well, and I didn't feel that much acidity. After enjoying the umami and gasiness, I felt a slightly stronger bitterness, and then it faded away. ☺️ The silver Summer Blue I drank the other day was also so good that I jumped up and down, but this one is just as good, and once you start drinking it, it's a dangerous sake that you can't stop 😊. Hiragana takachiyo, you should be afraid of it 😋.

Good evening, Mr. Chirsta! I see you've opened the tokonatsumusume: ⤴️ I'm so jealous 😍. And your review looks so good, I want to drink it more and more 😊. Hiragana takachiyo no hassle & you should be afraid 😁✨.

I asked the proprietress if I could have something to accompany dinner at the inn, and she suggested this one from the Mori Sake Brewery in Hirado, which I was told is only available in Nagasaki Prefecture. As the name "Classic" suggests, the sweetness and acidity were moderate and the rice flavor was strong, and the bitterness at the end was a bit strong. The fried arakabu (scorpion fish) was especially delicious and went very well with the sake!

Here is the fourth and final drink! Tsukumoto is read as "ninety-nine", and as the description says, this sake is made from a special rice called "ninety-nine shizuku" grown by local people 🤔. I wanted to buy this one too, but I gave up reluctantly because my refrigerator was over capacity. I felt that my physical condition and liver capacity were at their limits, so I had to leave. I hope to be in perfect physical condition next year_(:3)_

Here is the third glass! It's brewed with Mori Sake Brewery's specialty edible rice, Nikomaru, using the brewer's yeast HY2. ☺️ As described, it starts with a fruity ginjo aroma like melon, followed by the umami of rice due to the light nigori, and then a slightly subdued acidity that makes it a well-balanced sake 😊. And I am very satisfied with my favorite sake that has a good sharpness and does not make me tired of drinking it 😊. I bought this one as a bonus with the advance ticket so I can take my time and enjoy the changes in taste👍

The second glass I drank was this one, but I made the mistake of forgetting to take a picture of the bottle. Unlike the Classic Nigori, it has a strong acidity and gaseous taste, and although it is crisp, you don't get tired of drinking it, and I felt it is my favorite sweet and sour shuwashu sake. ☺️ I couldn't buy this one in the store as it will be on sale soon, but I would like to buy it again someday when it is available in the store👍.

The long-awaited brewery opening at Mori Sake Brewery! However, it was raining and I was sick with a cold. The rain calmed down a little in the afternoon, but I decided to drink only the limited-edition brewery-birakihiraki sake. I knew Classic was only sold in Nagasaki Prefecture, but I had no idea there was a nigori version 😊. I thought it was a little less sweet and more nigori, with the sweetness and acidity that you can only get from the "Hiramaran" 🤔. As described, the rice flavor is rich, and it's a refreshing and crisp sake that is perfect for summer. ☺️ I bought an advance ticket so I bought this as a souvenir and will study the difference in taste over the next few days 😊.

Hello, Chirsta 😃! Mori Sake Brewery! Hirado is Jay's grandfather's hometown and we visited there too 2.5 years ago 😌 The brewery opening sounds fun! I've never seen the classic nigori before😳next time I'll make sure I'm in good shape 🤗.

I had a chance to go back to my parents' house, so I opened this bottle 🍶. As soon as I opened the bottle, the sweet pineapple-like aroma convinced me that there was no doubt about it, and when I took a sip, I felt like I was in a tropical resort with the incredible pineapple aroma and gas 😊. The fruity aroma lingers for a long time and then fades away with a slightly strong bitterness at the end. ☺️ My grandfather, who is more of a dry sake drinker, thought it was an unusual sake, and we both finished the 4-gouple bottles 😂.

I bought Anastasia Green last year at this time of year, but it was a product that comes out in March or so 😅HinaHanaMama, sorry for lying to you: 🙇‍♂️ Apparently it's the new Koei Chrysanthemum, you'll have to buy it ☺️ I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, so I opened it carefully, but the bottle popped open with a pop 😅. The top aroma is slightly rummy, and when you take a sip, it smells and tastes like pears and bananas, with a strong gasiness, but it has a calm taste with low acidity, and you don't feel any bitterness 🤔. The low alcohol content and the strong gaseous taste are typical of Kouei Kiku, it's just like a summer sake 😊. I'd like to drink it when it's a little hotter, but I'm afraid the 4-gouple bottle will be empty in no time.

It is said to be called the sake version of Aquarius, and as the name suggests, it has the right mix of gasiness, sweetness, sourness, and umami, making it a bad-ass drink that I gobbled up like a sports drink. I guess everything tastes better with "Hiran"! The sushi and kanpachi sashimi were sold at a local supermarket 🍶.

I saw this mermaid in the fridge at the liquor store and had to buy it 😊. The bottle of "Winter no Otoshiri" is on display in my house like a half interior decoration! Of course, I'll decorate this one when I'm done drinking it too 😂. The taste is, first of all, a top aroma like white peach or muscat, and when you take a sip, it has a good balance of a refreshing sweetness like rumney, a strong but not too assertive acidity, and a gaseous sensation. It is like a summer sake that disappears quickly. ☺️ I think it was recently arrived in the market, but it seemed to be sold out right after I bought it, so I could understand the popularity of Omine 🤔.

Here is the last glass! It is fruity, but compared to the Kid's Spring Breeze that I just drank, it has the same sweetness but has a more robust flavor, and it has a great aftertaste that spreads in the mouth. I thought I would get tired of drinking it, but I finished it quickly and it was so dangerous that I wanted to drink another glass 😋.

[Left to compare. This is Sogapeel with No.1 yeast 🍶. It's a bit drier than the one with No.6 yeast 🤔. But if you drink this one with your eyes closed, it's a very tasty, fruity, acidic, ultra-modern sake like a white wine. ☺️ It's not often that I will be able to compare Sogapère, so I slowly and carefully tasted it (∩ ӣ՞∩).

[Right side of the comparison Sogapère Ephis, which I have longed to drink someday, was prepared for the comparison. I had no choice but to order this one 😊. We started with the one on the right, the No. 6 yeast 🍶. The first sip was so fruity and eye-catching that I wondered if it was really sake! It's so fruity that if you drink it with your eyes closed, you'd think it was a white wine.

I've seen many people drinking this one at Sake-no-wa and I've been curious about it for a long time, so I finally found this one 😋. It's my first time drinking Kid, and I've heard that it's a modern sake that can be enjoyed by everyone, and that's exactly how I'd describe it: easy to drink 😋. The aroma is gorgeous, the mouthfeel is gentle, and the pleasant sweetness and acidity spread over time.
