Recently, Haneya has been drinking at a variety of places. I asked him if he would like to try something he had never had before, and he said, "This is it. I asked him if he had anything he hadn't had before, and he gave me this one. I'm shocked that I forgot to take a picture of the label (🏷️). It was a low alcohol, limited edition for this time of year. The aroma is fresh grapefruit! Delicious from start to finish... I also like how the sweetness disappears nicely instead of lingering. Haneya tastes better in a wine glass. I am sure.

When I was told that my favorite Sanjoraku had a direct Yamahai Junmai kumi (pure rice), I grabbed the bottle and asked for it. It has a banana-like aroma, then rice🌾 flavor, sweetness, and finally acidity, a triple whammy of flavors. Oh how I love this 😍 It's seasonal, so maybe next year we'll see it again.

Akebono was so good that we had to go here as well. Unlike the Junmai I mentioned earlier, this one has a green apple🍏 aroma. And while it has a refreshing throat feeling, it is juicy. Yes👍this one is even more delicious😋I'm glad I had it!

To be honest, Akebono was a sake that I did not have such a good image of. I thought it was a classic sake 🍶 that goes well with so-called hot sake. But... This Akebono has a soft and gentle aroma, a mild rice flavor that spreads gradually, and a good acidity that is well-balanced despite its simple taste. The lingering aftertaste is relaxing. It is delicious.

Today's last is Before Dawn. The Junmai (Junmai is a Japanese rice wine made on a dare) is very cool. Let's have it. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the clear depth of Yamada-Nishiki🌾. I like Yamasan ⛰️⛰️⛰️ and drink it all the time, but this is my first time to try the light nigori. Now, how does it taste? I can feel the deep taste of rice🌾. And the gasiness. It's so crispy. It's delicious... Surprisingly, even though it's a light nigori, it finishes with a clear and refreshing feeling. I wonder if I'll have another batch of this 😆👍.

I'm traveling to Ueda and Toyama starting today♪ So, yes! Izakaya Shinkansen🚄. We started preparing at Hasegawa in Tokyo Station. First of all, I had to settle on a sake... and I chose DATE SEVEN Urakasumi style😆 Nagano and Toyama because I'm going to soak ♨️ in it from now on. I'm going to have a drink now. It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but not at all sweet, but with a nice sweetness and acidity 😍It's a good type that goes down easy but doesn't make you tired of drinking it. I think it has a sense of stability because it is fire-aged. A leisurely ride on the Shinkansen Asama to Nagano. By the time we get there, the train will be empty 😀.

Today is the first Toyama sake 🍶 in a while. This is Turtle No. 1🐢 from Manjusen. This sake is brewed in a large jar and has twice the amount of koji as usual. Let's enjoy it. The bottle is slightly carbonated. The rice flavor is overwhelming, but it is fruity. The second half is a melon🍈 feeling. The bitter taste is followed by a crisp finish. This is a mellow, umami, dry sake. It is a round yet beautiful sake. If I were to use an analogy, it would be a sake like a pearl. It is not a modern sake, but it is a good sake that is very drinkable, but you will not get tired of drinking it. Let's go on another trip to Toyama!

Yesterday we got the rock🎸y ones, so today we got the haiku 🇯🇵 ones. Last year, a coworker gave me an Aki-agari and I drank it for the first time, Turtle Sea Sun. It was so good that this year I will come back from the summer cicadas. Let's have a taste. It is a little pithy on the palate. The next moment, the taste of muscat-like flavor comes rushing in. And finally, there is the sharpness of the acidity. I still like the girl I fell in love with last year 😍. And the fun part of Turtle Sea is when it warms up in the glass a bit. After the fall, the aroma spread. This time... the sourness of the sharpness became like yogurt 😍. I recommend the turtle 🐢 sea 🌊 which can be enjoyed twice at once.

🎵Maybe - just maybe - it's so delicious! It's a summer tradition, Hachisen's Doburokusan. Lately I've been busy with a lot of fierce summer drinkers who need to drink. Happy scream 🙀😆. I drank it outside and it was still delicious, so I stocked up on it. Now the taste, yes! It takes 5 minutes to open the bottle before you can taste it... I know. I know, I know... Let's have it. A tropical calpis with a hint of melon 😍. But it's not sweet, it's refreshing with a hint of sourness😍😍. And a pleasant bitterness that gives it a kick😍😍😍. I received this from the master at the Watarifune Gokenbai. Garyubai is also delicious...this is a 2005 bottle 😳 20 years old now! The color is completely amber. The taste is...as expected, old sake lol 😆 It's so rounded and rounded that it's not even close to being "rounded off". It tastes like a top quality Shaoxing wine. It's just delicious, but I still think I prefer my sake fresh.

Today's first sake was this one. Watabune was delicious when we drank it in Ibaraki before, but this time it is 100% Watabune tanzoku🌾, not just a man among men 😁. I will examine this one with the master. It has a soft sweetness to it. It is a slight rummy or feeling. I can feel the flavor of rice, but it tastes nice and clear. At the end, it finishes with a little sourness. Is it the sourness of apple? This is delicious ☺️ This time, I paired it with oysters in soy sauce, but it goes great with soy sauce flavored dishes. I'm also happy to say that even when the sake is slightly warmed up from cold, it still tastes the same or even better.

A rare type for Mr. Shichida. Its name is SUSHIDA😁 to go with fish. Now, how does it taste? The aroma is like Shichida's, but the sweetness of the rice is... well, you can feel it, but it's a refreshing sweetness. The lingering taste is like a smooth cut off 😍I personally like it very much. You can tell it's made to be sharp and clear and dry. Unfortunately, there was no sushi.
