On these hot days🥵, I feel like drinking something like this! Maybe it's the low alcohol content, or maybe it's the clean water, or maybe it's the micro-foaming, or maybe it's the fact that it's nigori but it's still refreshing to drink. But it also has a nice silky mouthfeel. The pleasant acidity is also nice.

It's been a long time since I've had a drink outside... We had this on the master's recommendation. He said the finish of this one is good. Let's have it. This is delicious! I had an image of it being sweet, but it goes in rather smoothly. It is refreshing. And it's pichi shuwa. In the middle, there is a pleasant sweetness of the rice, and then it softly disappears. I'll buy this one when I see it and drink it at home!

The master said he had never had Uraotoko, so I brought it in from our fridge and we drank it together. Although it is labeled "super spicy," it is not hot. It has a slight apple taste, but it's basically my favorite super-hot water💦 type that is refreshing and crisp. I served it to other customers and shared the taste with them. After all, sharing delicious food with others makes everyone happy. I wish I could go back to Aomori again!

I received Toyobai-san, which is in my Hall of Fame. I bought it as a souvenir on a trip to Hirosaki in March this year. It's delicious❗️ and the way the sweetness is so soft and yet it disappears like water is the best 😆 Recently, the trend is for pizzazz and juiciness, but I love the way it doesn't interfere with the meal. I know it says to serve it as soon as possible, but I can't seem to open it because it's such a waste. Even though it wasn't a special occasion, I did open it.

Drinking outside today for the first time in a while! Thankfully, this restaurant serves sake on its own. I choose a sake I've never had 🍶 and the master will serve it until I tell him I've never had it ❗️. Then, I will have it. This is! Is it grapefruit juice? No, it's sake. You can drink as much as you want. ‼️ There is a saying that there is no hassle in Nagano sake, but this is a foul sake, not like sogape. Thank you for the sake.

It was the second day of drinking at my parents' house and my mother said she wanted to eat yakitori today! I bought a bottle of sake because they didn't have a four-pack 💸💸💸💸. In the sake drinking community, early summer sakes are starting to appear, but I am enjoying spring for a while now. This is Nagi, a spring sake from the Ocean99 series, which is delicious in both spring, summer, fall, and winter. I bought a bottle of it and stocked up on it. It's not too sweet, but it has a muscat-like and shuwa-like taste. It has a pleasant finish. It is still good.

Stocking up for my Aomori kyun pass trip 😆. It's the Mutsu Hachisen Green Label that I almost greased last year because I couldn't drink it 😍. I met him at a certain Tsugaru liquor store and bought it immediately. Now, how does it taste? ... It has the mellowness of a freshly minted sake, but with a nice sharpness. The acidity also has a yogurt feel to it. A great food sake that goes with any meal👍 Thanks for meeting us 🙇.

Izakaya Shinkansen 2 We went on a trip to Toyama in Hokuriku! We will have sake on the Shinkansen with open bottle caution. What a luxury 🎵. Fresh and juicy from the microbubbles, but with the refreshing feeling of Gohyakumangoku. It's still the best.

Today I am in Nasu for a family vacation. Now, today's local sake... On the recommendation of the sake shop, we had a limited-edition Ona, which is made with rice, yeast, and water all from Tochigi. It has a slight melon-like aroma. The flavor of the rice is very strong. The last taste is a light acidity. I thought it was meat, so I served it with dry sausage. Yes👍It goes well with it. I feel the sake is even better 🍶.
