I bought it because I was attracted by the label ❗️ which is a professional limited edition from overflowing😆.
It takes a little over 5 minutes to drink.

Originally, Sou Tenbo is a dry karakara sukkiri sake. How about this one?
It is refreshing and fruity.

The master told me to try some Tokaimori, which I did. I replied to the master, "I'm from Chiba, but I'm a classic except for Kangiku and Koshi," but I drink everything he recommends!
Ah, so there are more ama-zumi (sweet and delicious) in Chiba!
It's sweet and tasty, but it doesn't have a sticky aftertaste. The master says it gets better every year. I see...I'll look for it when I go back to my parents' house!

This is the third kind of souvenir sake 🍶 from Niigata Nagaoka. The word "super direct pumping" gets me excited😍.

It's a little tight on the palate.
It's a little tangy on the palate, but that's because it's directly pumped.
It is fresh and lush, but then the mellow umami hits you. You will be drowned in the umami. But the next moment, it cuts off quickly and is dry & sharp. I love this 😋.

This Ichikozo-san is another brand of Koshinotsuru. It has a melon🍈-like aroma and plenty of Koshitanrei flavor. And the way it is crisp and clean is wonderful. There are many stores in Nagaoka where you can drink this sake, but it is a good sake that you cannot find in Tokyo.
