Souvenirs of Akita Trip - Part 3
This is the last souvenir of Akita sake.
This is Nozozo from Fukurokuju Sake Brewery, which brews Isshaku Suisei.
It is rarely seen in Tokyo, but I bought it because I enjoyed drinking it at Eiraku Restaurant.
It starts with a melon aroma and sweetness.
It finishes with a pleasant bitterness.
If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be "full-bodied water," but it finishes with a refreshing kick.
Yes, it is delicious!
I heard that if I do a crafan, I can get it every year...
I think I'll start!
