I asked for a refreshing drink at the end and got this. I've never seen ➕28 before... lol. And the taste... I didn't find it to be that dry, as is typical of Yamagata sake. But it's a refreshing grapefruit! I like it this way, but it could be a little sweeter. lol.

I've never had sake rice jubanmai. How could such a sake be found here? The taste is mild. Is it smooth - this is delicious too! I guess I'll have to become more of a juggernaut (is that a word?) than an omatist. I'll have to become a jugamer (is that a word?) rather than an omatist.

I love Omachi and am somewhat of an omatist, so I had to drink it. Magma is a good description! It has a powerful, concentrated, rich flavor and elegant aroma that is typical of Omachi. It is a little sweet, but the acidity finishes it off. Oh, it's delicious!

I had a fancy sake, so I got a slightly more subdued one. I went to the brewery the year before last and drank it, but hasn't it gotten even better? The aroma of melon is nice, and it finishes with a light acidity...I have to go back to Fukushima again!

It's been a while since I've been out drinking alone. I decided to drink something I haven't had in a long time. I decided to start with this. I have not had Saitama sake for a long time. It has a moderate acidity and fruity sweetness. It is juicy like a peach. The acidity gives it a nice kick. Yes, it is delicious. It is different from Hana-yoso, but I wonder if it is the same as it in the lineage.

Today, we have Yamagata sake for the first time in a while. It is Akamazan, which is the best sake to go with fish. Although it is said to be "Hon-darikuchi," the fact that it still feels deliciously dry is proof of Yamagata sake's deliciousness.

Fresh but rich in flavor, and mellow as only junmai sake can be. It's like a delicious black beef🐃 made even better. The sake rice is also a blend of Yamadanishiki and Ihyakuman, so I wonder if that makes it thicker.

Souvenir sake from my trip to Akita Actually, you can drink it at a nearby izakaya for an unbeatable price. It has a refreshing taste and is a little strong at 17% alcohol by volume, but it has a nice sharpness and does not interfere with the meal. It is best when paired with sashimi. However, I have never seen it sold at liquor stores in the neighborhood. I heard that some izakaya also order it from Akita. I wonder if there is any place that sells it.

I checked the sake fridge to see what I would like to drink today. My eyes met with this girl, Senkou. Personally, I like Omachi as a sake rice! Yes, it has a freshness, but it also has acidity and sweetness running through it. I wonder if I can feel the lychee flavor. It is still delicious.

At my favorite restaurant, the master told me to drink it by all means and I ordered it. When I asked why, he showed me the bottle. Oh! It was a 1/330th of a bottle, a festive gem. I guess it's good luck. Now, the question is how it tastes! Well, it doesn't have the flashiness that is so popular these days, but it has a fresh aroma and the robustness that has been a characteristic of Iwate sake, but it is well balanced and watery. I also like the way it doesn't interfere with food👍. Thanks for the recommendation Master😊.

If you drink Chiba's Kangiku, you have to drink this one too ❗️, so I got Koshi as well. I like the gasiness of this one, but there is a pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste. Well, this one is delicious too 😋. The craft beer in the photo is Ocean Beer by Kangiku Meizou. This one was served as a toast. I recommend this one too.

On the way back from a trip to Kamogawa, I decided to stop by! I went to Kangiku Meikozo. Kangiku Meikozo. Of course, they are closed for the New Year's vacation, but...what? There's a sign on the wall. The direct sales shop is closed until 1/25 to concentrate on sake brewing. ❗️ Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for your good sake this year. So, I found this at the liquor store. I'll have a glass of Hashu Homare. I knew it was good 🤤.

This is my favorite Ocean99 that I brought with me, although I wondered if I could drink Kangiku if I were in Chiba. I was glad I saved some for New Year's 🎵! I'm glad I saved them for New Year's 🎵. Is this an elegant persimmon? No, even if you don't like persimmon, you will love this orange sea. It is the water of life. It brings you back to life!

Souvenirs of Akita Trip - Part 3 This is the last souvenir of Akita sake. This is Nozozo from Fukurokuju Sake Brewery, which brews Isshaku Suisei. It is rarely seen in Tokyo, but I bought it because I enjoyed drinking it at Eiraku Restaurant. It starts with a melon aroma and sweetness. It finishes with a pleasant bitterness. If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be "full-bodied water," but it finishes with a refreshing kick. Yes, it is delicious! I heard that if I do a crafan, I can get it every year... I think I'll start!

The second part of the Akita trip. This is A-Sakura. I originally liked this sake, but after drinking it at Eiraku Restaurant, I was hooked. Now, I wonder if that impression is real or if it's just the travel effect. Oh, it's still delicious! It is easy to drink like the best water, but you can feel the flavor of the rice and the sweetness of the sake. The very best of balanced sake: ❤️ I'm glad I bought it!
