From the aroma, it has a minty aroma. And it has a dry sharpness to match. It's a refreshing feeling just like biting into a mint 🤩 This is rare, a Mojito sake version? It is neither classic nor modern. I'll buy it again when I see it again!
Dr. Jay & Dr. Nobby I had never seen this sake before myself and wondered how it would taste, but it was quite good. This is the liquor store we visited on our trip to Nagaoka, and all of their recommendations are excellent.

The master told me to try some Tokaimori, which I did. I replied to the master, "I'm from Chiba, but I'm a classic except for Kangiku and Koshi," but I drink everything he recommends!
Ah, so there are more ama-zumi (sweet and delicious) in Chiba!

I wanted another drink, so I asked for the master's recommendation and it came out.
Since it was after Shinshu Kamerei, I felt a bit of alcohol on the first sip, but since it was paired with the rich milt, it was perfect from the second sip 👌.

It's a little tangy on the palate, but that's because it's directly pumped.

It is a honjozo sake, so the aroma is weak.
The first sip is gentle.

This Ichikozo-san is another brand of Koshinotsuru. It has a melon🍈-like aroma and plenty of Koshitanrei flavor. And the way it is crisp and clean is wonderful. There are many stores in Nagaoka where you can drink this sake, but it is a good sake that you cannot find in Tokyo.
