Today is the first Toyama sake 🍶 in a while. This is Turtle No. 1🐢 from Manjusen. This sake is brewed in a large jar and has twice the amount of koji as usual. Let's enjoy it. The bottle is slightly carbonated. The rice flavor is overwhelming, but it is fruity. The second half is a melon🍈 feeling. The bitter taste is followed by a crisp finish. This is a mellow, umami, dry sake. It is a round yet beautiful sake. If I were to use an analogy, it would be a sake like a pearl. It is not a modern sake, but it is a good sake that is very drinkable, but you will not get tired of drinking it. Let's go on another trip to Toyama!

Yesterday we got the rock🎸y ones, so today we got the haiku 🇯🇵 ones. Last year, a coworker gave me an Aki-agari and I drank it for the first time, Turtle Sea Sun. It was so good that this year I will come back from the summer cicadas. Let's have a taste. It is a little pithy on the palate. The next moment, the taste of muscat-like flavor comes rushing in. And finally, there is the sharpness of the acidity. I still like the girl I fell in love with last year 😍. And the fun part of Turtle Sea is when it warms up in the glass a bit. After the fall, the aroma spread. This time... the sourness of the sharpness became like yogurt 😍. I recommend the turtle 🐢 sea 🌊 which can be enjoyed twice at once.

🎵Maybe - just maybe - it's so delicious! It's a summer tradition, Hachisen's Doburokusan. Lately I've been busy with a lot of fierce summer drinkers who need to drink. Happy scream 🙀😆. I drank it outside and it was still delicious, so I stocked up on it. Now the taste, yes! It takes 5 minutes to open the bottle before you can taste it... I know. I know, I know... Let's have it. A tropical calpis with a hint of melon 😍. But it's not sweet, it's refreshing with a hint of sourness😍😍. And a pleasant bitterness that gives it a kick😍😍😍. A great summer sake with Hachisen's character!

I received this from the master at the Watarifune Gokenbai. Garyubai is also delicious...this is a 2005 bottle 😳 20 years old now! The color is completely amber. The taste is...as expected, old sake lol 😆 It's so rounded and rounded that it's not even close to being "rounded off". It tastes like a top quality Shaoxing wine. It's just delicious, but I still think I prefer my sake fresh.

Today's first sake was this one. Watabune was delicious when we drank it in Ibaraki before, but this time it is 100% Watabune tanzoku🌾, not just a man among men 😁. I will examine this one with the master. It has a soft sweetness to it. It is a slight rummy or feeling. I can feel the flavor of rice, but it tastes nice and clear. At the end, it finishes with a little sourness. Is it the sourness of apple? This is delicious ☺️ This time, I paired it with oysters in soy sauce, but it goes great with soy sauce flavored dishes. I'm also happy to say that even when the sake is slightly warmed up from cold, it still tastes the same or even better.

A rare type for Mr. Shichida. Its name is SUSHIDA😁 to go with fish. Now, how does it taste? The aroma is like Shichida's, but the sweetness of the rice is... well, you can feel it, but it's a refreshing sweetness. The lingering taste is like a smooth cut off 😍I personally like it very much. You can tell it's made to be sharp and clear and dry. Unfortunately, there was no sushi.

It is a highly aromatic sake with a typical Kangiku flavor. The master invited us to try the first sip. It is a delicious sake with a delicate, shiny taste, but I personally think it is a little too sweet. Personally, I preferred the summer trilogy of the Ocean series at this time of year.

I was surprised to see the label when I said, "Master, what's this? He doesn't know about the store or the limited group. Well, let's get back on track and have some. The aroma is good, not too sweet, maybe a little pithy? Then comes the juiciness. And finally, a pleasant bitterness finishes it off. I looked it up on the Internet and found that it goes well with yakitori. I will try it next time.

Drinking outside (2) The second in the Master's Option series is Bakuren's Rainbow Label 🫣 It's a first for me. I'm going to have some now. I thought it might be too polished, but thanks to that, this smooth entry is amazing. The aroma of the Ogawa yeast is nice and clean, with a hint of sweetness, but it's all there... This sake overturns the notion that umami and spiciness are opposites. It is so delicious that it makes me sigh 😮‍💨

This is my first time to try this sake. I'm sure Masamune hunters know about it, but I still haven't learned enough about it. As the label says, the sweetness and acidity blend well together, yes, this is indeed ayu (sweetfish)! Ayu is sweet, but salty and delicious 😋I don't know if the name or the image comes first, but it is 👍ayu!

What would you recommend to go with the recommended dishes? The answer is when I asked the general. The fierce 💪 that comes with the taste of rice is here! However, it seems to be fresh due to the freshness of the rice... but the flavor of the rice is coming over me... The fried sand prawns (gas prawns) go very well with the rice. I didn't expect to be able to drink it in Kanagawa Prefecture, where I couldn't even drink it in Yamagata Prefecture...I should drink it in my hometown! But since I couldn't drink it even in Yamagata, it's a good thing. Now, the first taste... It has a fresh aroma like freshly pressed sake, and a slightly sweet and fresh mouthfeel. While it is clear, the umami of the rice spreads slowly and fades away with a sharp aftertaste. It has a sense of stability that blends easily into the meal, and is a true masterpiece. Well, I must visit Yamagata again. ❗️
