This is the third kind of souvenir sake 🍶 from Niigata Nagaoka. The word "super direct pumping" gets me excited😍. Let's try it! It's a little tight on the palate. It's a little tangy on the palate, but that's because it's directly pumped. It is fresh and lush, but then the mellow umami hits you. You will be drowned in the umami. But the next moment, it cuts off quickly and is dry & sharp. I love this 😋. Nagaoka's sake is too major to come out in Tokyo, but there are great sake in the ones that don't 🍶.

When cold, it is crisp and refreshing, and as the temperature rises, it adds a nice flavor of umami, spiciness, and Akita sake acidity. I like sweet and juicy sake, but I also love this kind of sake that complements food 😍.

Nagaoka souvenir sake🍶. It is the store's PB. It is a honjozo sake, so the aroma is weak. The first sip is gentle. In the middle, it becomes sweet. The final sip is dry, but a little sweet. Conclusion: As the name suggests, it is deliciously spicy, but it lacks a little impact.

This is a limited edition sake from the Yoshinogawa Sake Museum. You can drink it there 🍶. Yoshinogawa itself is a sake that you can drink anywhere But this one is special. After all, it is a 🫢 sake with no name. The taste is an explosion of melon🍈 aroma in a wine glass. It has a soft mouthfeel. It goes in like water💦 and disappears in a fluffy ☁️. I want to drink more! I keep drinking and drinking and drinking. It's not good. They don't add any water at all and keep the alcohol content at 16 degrees. Great 👍!

I drank a lot. Niigata Nagaoka. Probably most of my blood has been replaced by Nagaoka sake 😄. They were all delicious, but here are my recommendations among them This Ichikozo-san is another brand of Koshinotsuru. It has a melon🍈-like aroma and plenty of Koshitanrei flavor. And the way it is crisp and clean is wonderful. There are many stores in Nagaoka where you can drink this sake, but it is a good sake that you cannot find in Tokyo.

Izakaya Shinkansen🚄 is a go to Nagaoka! We will stock up on sake and snacks at Tokyo Station and enjoy a quiet, chibi-chibi experience of bliss. Today's choice was Haginotsuru. It's an ogoragami! I like to drink it mixed from the beginning. I like to drink it slowly and thoroughly mixed. It is fresh and has a nice crisp feeling. I can feel the umami of the rice, and the acidity and slight bitterness are also nice. The sharpness is also nice.

The master tempted me with a bottle of Nigori (nigori) sake from the predawn brewery, so let's have some... I really love predawn sake😍. Now it's time to open the mouth! I am a person who mixes well from the beginning. The opening of the bottle with a nice sound! Mouthfeel, it comes in quite sweet. It is mellow, unlike the usual pre-dawn. It is full of rice flavor. However, the next moment, it is crisp and clean. This is like...a good type of nigori has appeared. Delicious 😋. The strong 18% alcohol content is a nice accent and well balanced. I want to add this to Jikin's nigori, Senkou's Yukidaruma, Hirotogawa's nigori, and make a quartet: ❗️

Today we are drinking a core alcoholic beverage. Not many of you may know about it. Sagaminada, a sake from Kanagawa Prefecture. Sagaminada 🍶. It is called "Nada" but the brewery is in a totally different area from the sea. However, this sake has become very tasty since this year. This time it is fire-brewed, but if you find a bottle of Nama Sake, you should buy it ❗️. As for the taste... It has the sweetness and umami of rice, but it is not light and refreshing, and goes very well with meals. It is a dry sake, so if you like sweet and juicy sake, this may not be for you. I think it is even better knowing that it was not such a good sake in the past.

Today's Hatsusen Taste Comparison It has been getting colder recently, so we started with hiyaoroshi. We also opened a bottle of Hachisen Orange. Let's have some! Even though it is hiyaoroshi, it is very refreshing. I can feel the fruitiness, but it's good because I like watery sake😍. But the greatness of this sake came after the temperature went up a bit. I was drinking it in a glass of Suwa Gokura, which has a great aroma, but the intense muscat aroma, and the refreshing feeling after drinking it, is a wonderful feeling of delicious mouthwatering acidity. 😍😍 This year's Yasen hiyaoroshi is enjoyed at temperature.

I just opened a bottle of Daishinshu that I received from a friend. Thank you so much for giving me the thing even if it is a warehouse only 🌟😊. I don't know the specs so I'm looking forward to seeing what it tastes like. I will enjoy it. It has an apple-like aroma in the mouth, a little sweet and sour, and then the umami of the rice 🌾. It also has a bitterness to it. After that, it disappears like water. I love this kind of well-balanced sake with a sense of water. I can drink it all the time without disturbing the food. The world is drinking Hiyayogoshi in the autumn season. It's great that Japan has four seasons. But today, we are going to adjust and tune to neutrality. That's why we are drinking Tasake. It's been a while since I've had it.
