Good evening. The park nearby was crowded with families 😃. The gingko trees were beautiful. I haven't had a drink at Omine for a long time... You can see a lot of ginkgo trees at Sake-no-wa... I don't have to tell you how it tastes! It's sweet and then delicious! LOL! Low alcohol content and easy to drink It's gone in a blink of an eye😅. Daimine is always good quality and tasty. ❗️ Only one month left in this year.......time to stock up on New Year's sake 😊.

Good evening 😃 Mutsu Hassen hiyaoroshi...orange Hassen🎵 All Mutsu Hachisen are very good. I have nothing but high hopes for the Orange Hachisen. Almost no aroma. Moderate sweetness at first only. Acid and a touch of alcohol. Clear and crisp A little different from other sakes, delicious! Sake that you don't get tired of drinking 😆. Nice 👍

Hello 😃 It's been....kind of....an awfully long time since I've posted. I guess I haven't had time to do a lot of things 😔. I had to recharge my batteries with a good drink 🔋. I'm going to recharge my batteries at Sake no Wa and resume. I don't remember the taste anymore. I think it was drier than I expected. It's not too dry, but when you hold it in your mouth, it has a delicious flavor and is really tasty! Come to think of it, I see news about bears every day. I asked a local in a restaurant I visited on a business trip to Akita about bears, and he said that even if they are not fatal, they can actually cause serious after-effects such as facial wounds and bacteria.... Please be careful if you are in an area where bears are common. There is a website called "Kuma-Das" (for your reference).

On the occasion of business trip to Akita ⑩ Good morning 😃 It's finally getting cooler. Morning is so nice! I haven't posted for a while and it's been 2 weeks 😅 I'm going on a business trip to Akita and finally got to 10 sake. I saw this cute little cup of sake with a namahage pattern at the supermarket 😊. I bought it the moment I saw it: ❗️ This Namahage...not scary at all lol A small party with Namahage and Akita's snack arare! Shotsuru-flavored arare...another gem! My wife and I finished it off in no time... I remember the sake was delicious ❗️... but I forgot the taste 💦.

During a business trip to Akita (8) Snow Kayasha Yamahai Junmai 　→I forgot to take a picture of outside drinking, so I borrowed it. Bishu blanc Man Moe Ina →Drinking at the hotel Good evening 😃 I was looking forward to drinking out in Akita on a business trip 😆. I forgot to take a picture and my memory of what I drank has faded 💦. I remember the first one I had, the Snow Kayasha Yamahai Junmai, perfectly: ❗️ I don't remember much about the taste but it didn't taste too much like Yamahai, it was refreshing and had a bit of richness and acidity.......................no luck 😔. All I remember is that it was delicious😅 Another one I bought at the supermarket... The brand name and green label caught my attention and I picked it up when I noticed it lol. And it was also a high quality sake with a good balance of tasty acidity and sharpness 😋. I think it was about 400 yen... I think it was about 400 yen... Reasonable price for 4 one-cup bottles, and all delicious ❗️ Akita is a great place for sake drinkers❗️Saiko❗️

Akita Business Trip (7) (Resumption) Back to Akita after the Obon holidays... Three weeks long course................................................exhausted 😮‍💨 Various things happened during my business trip... The road in front of the hotel was flooded by heavy rain. ❗️ My colleague saw a bear ❗️ And beautiful sake❗️ And so on and so on! Work was... tough, but I'd like to forget it, so I'll leave it out. Summer in Akita... the air was fresh and comfortable. The mornings and evenings were so cool that I didn't need air conditioning. Here's the first thing! Bishu Blossoming in the hotel room! 100% Akita Komachi Let's see... Gentle and watery on the palate. After a while, it has a gentle sweetness and umami. Elegant and easy to drink! I would recommend drinking it on its own while relaxing in the evening breeze. I got this at a nearby supermarket. You can pop in and enjoy all the delicious and reasonably priced sakes! Akita sake is really amazing ❗️ We are happy to have found good sake again 😊. More to come on my Akita business trip 😃.

Maybe because it's effervescent, it's like cider! Pitchy and sizzling on the palate Refreshing sweetness A hint of bitterness in the mouth with a slight bitterness on the palate Oh, wow, it's good... ❗️ Staring at the glass, feeling the lingering flavor... I bring it to my mouth again... Oh, wow, it's amazing ❗️ The best of the best that you will want to taste again and again 😆. One bottle per person limit, I know exactly what you mean 😋... While on a business trip to Akita ⑥ Good evening 😃. It was hot again today - melting and groggy... 🫠. I have a strange disease that makes me feel better when the sun goes down and it's time to drink... I think it might be spread by the sake... lol Today I decided to drink the sake I brought back from Akita: ❗️ I'm so excited about Akita Sake Komachi. Aroma is slightly sweet It has a strong umami taste in the mouth. 17 degrees Celsius, and it has an alu feeling. No sourness, no cloying taste The finish is clean and crisp. Uma 😆 The umami that hits you is very elegant 😋. I'm so happy to be a resident of Akita prefecture because there are so many delicious sake 😊.

During a business trip to Akita (4) (5) Hello 😄 I went to Akita again last week on business. Last week I went to Akita again for work 🚄. This time, my colleague who was ahead of me organized a party because I had been giving off an aura of wanting to drink outside of Akita. ❗️ Thanks 😆 It was Tanabata night 🎋. We had fish and sake and a lot of fun with my family on the night of Tanabata 🎋. ❗️ 4) Suiyu Fruity on the palate The taste of the rice is immediately delicious. A little bitterness on the palate. Good sharpness Yamamoto Pure Black I don't have to tell you 😊. Fresh Good rice flavor Good balance of acidity Good sharpness My favorite as always 😆. And it was great with sashimi, squid roebe, and tempura makogarei 😆. My dad and his friends had a business trip on Tanabata.................................please enjoy 😅

While on a business trip to Akita (3) I didn't have time to wait for the bullet train at Akita station, so I picked up a bottle of this souvenir for myself just by looking at the label😅. Later, I found out that it was a collaboration sake with TDK... TDK...it's from Akita, isn't it? I learned about it through this sake: ❗️ There is a project to engineer the taste of sake with numerical values... 🤔. It looks difficult so I drank it without worrying about it: ❗️ Fresh and pithy. Slightly fruity, but definitely banana-apple. Very refreshing and not tiring to drink It seems to go well with tempura and strongly seasoned dishes. Collaboration between Akita sake and Akita company...what a local love project...great 😊.

Akita business trip... (1) Kanto, hot 🥵. Last week was my trip to Akita... or rather business trip 😅. Speaking of Akita.... First of all, I bought a small bottle of this at a local supermarket. There are so many small bottles in the supermarket, I can't choose which one I like best 😳. Looks slightly yellow Is it solid? It was so rich and clean.... Oh my goodness, it's so rich and sharp 🤩. It's so good! The sake I quickly picked up was a winner 🎯. I'm so happy😊. I also saw the dry review... I'm not sure if it's a little spicy when the temperature rises.... I think it's about the same. Is my tongue weird? 😅 I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to drink outside this time. Next time I want to try Izakaya local sake 😊.

Hello 😃 Yesterday, the forecast was for rain from mid-afternoon: ☔️ But my wife asked me if I wanted to go for a little hike in the mountains 😳. What? I've never heard of such a thing before ❗️ I was just getting ready and went out to a nearby mountain before she changed her mind. On the way home, I went to Costco and got a meal for lunch and dinner: ❗️ I was convinced that I didn't want to cook, knowing that it was too much food and I wouldn't be able to finish it lol. Well, my favorite liquor store put some Mimuro cedar on the shelves, so I'm drinking it in order lol. This time it was a dry one................................... Oh, this one is not spicy at all.... The first thing that hits you is the umami ❗️ The first thing that strikes you is the umami (deliciousness) 😆 The second thing that strikes you is the dryness (dryness). The sharpness is of course 👍 You can't tell how dry it is until you try it 🤔

When you put it in your mouth Fresh taste and a hint of sweetness👍 A little bitterness comes in late and mixes in. Ahhh 😆 .... It's too complex to describe but it's delicious ❗️ A homing instinct...I want to come back here even if I drink a lot of different kinds of sake😊. By the way, I went to the liquor store yesterday and thought this Banshu Yamada-sen looked delicious and went home looking forward to it 😱. I was like "what the heck, there you are 😅.

Nagano sake again ③. This time Gokotsuru ❣️ Excited before opening the bottle! Almost no aroma! When you put it in your mouth, it has a very straight umami taste! Then, it has a slight acidity and a sharp taste. There is a hint of bitterness, but it is only sometimes mixed with the acidity and is almost nonexistent. Oh my goodness 😆😆😆. Gokotsuru 😆😆😆. I should buy another bottle: .... By the way, the third one, Shinshu soba (buckwheat noodles), had a great aroma and firmness, and the white shrimp (Toyama) kakiage (deep-fried shrimp) was also 👍❗️ Oh, and the view was beautiful too 😊.

Hello, shinkun 😃 It was a long time ago 😅when I lived in Nagano, I was taught how to eat Shinshu soba 😌. Put the wasabi directly on the soba! Put the green onions in the soba water after you're done eating! It was annoying 🥲 but I still follow it 🤗.

Continuing from last time, Nagano sake 😁. This is also a first for me! I've never seen it in my neighborhood, so try a small bottle ❗️ Oh ❗️ this is good too 😆 Fresh, fruity and delicious! Almost no bitterness or acidity Small bottle...finished it in no time! Oh I should have got a bottle of No.4 😭. By the way, the third picture is the Kirinji Ramen (🍜) we had in Nagano. It's a famous restaurant located on the Zenkoji temple's front sidewalk: ❗️ Tasty and tasty, beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere😊. I recommend the handmade ramen carefully prepared by a female chef: ‼️
