Good evening 😃 Today we had everyone's favorite shipper's drink 🎵 I don't have to tell you... it's delicious even before you drink it 🤤. When you put it in your mouth Fresh taste and a hint of sweetness👍 A little bitterness comes in late and mixes in. Ahhh 😆 .... It's too complex to describe but it's delicious ❗️ A homing instinct...I want to come back here even if I drink a lot of different kinds of sake😊. By the way, I went to the liquor store yesterday and thought this Banshu Yamada-sen looked delicious and went home looking forward to it 😱. I was like "what the heck, there you are 😅.

Good evening 😃 Nagano sake (4) is Yamazan It's very popular at Sake-no-wa...I can only hope for more...lol Oh... this one... tastes a little different Dry on the palate Umami and sweetness soon join together It mixes well on the tongue It gives you a lot of different tastes and then it's over 😆. It is a little different from the Yamasan I've had so far. I like the balance of this taste 👍 Nagano sake series 4 bottles: ❗️ Thank you very much 😊.

Nagano sake again ③. This time Gokotsuru ❣️ Excited before opening the bottle! Almost no aroma! When you put it in your mouth, it has a very straight umami taste! Then, it has a slight acidity and a sharp taste. There is a hint of bitterness, but it is only sometimes mixed with the acidity and is almost nonexistent. Oh my goodness 😆😆😆. Gokotsuru 😆😆😆. I should buy another bottle: .... By the way, the third one, Shinshu soba (buckwheat noodles), had a great aroma and firmness, and the white shrimp (Toyama) kakiage (deep-fried shrimp) was also 👍❗️ Oh, and the view was beautiful too 😊.

Hello, shinkun 😃 It was a long time ago 😅when I lived in Nagano, I was taught how to eat Shinshu soba 😌. Put the wasabi directly on the soba! Put the green onions in the soba water after you're done eating! It was annoying 🥲 but I still follow it 🤗.

Continuing from last time, Nagano sake 😁. This is also a first for me! I've never seen it in my neighborhood, so try a small bottle ❗️ Oh ❗️ this is good too 😆 Fresh, fruity and delicious! Almost no bitterness or acidity Small bottle...finished it in no time! Oh I should have got a bottle of No.4 😭. By the way, the third picture is the Kirinji Ramen (🍜) we had in Nagano. It's a famous restaurant located on the Zenkoji temple's front sidewalk: ❗️ Tasty and tasty, beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere😊. Kuroemon XVI, the first 😊. al feeling in the mouth What's that? High alcohol content? It's so good that it makes you think it's too high. ❗️ A little bit of acidity and sharpness. The holidays are here 😃. And finally... Visit Zenkoji Temple at least once, even if it's far away. ❗️ My wife and I went to get power from the temple. Praying in the solemn atmosphere We got power... After eating buckwheat noodles... After taking a bath in the hot spring, we had a quick sake tasting set 😆. Mizuo Tokubetsu Junmai, a little spicy and umami 👍. Kitamitsu Junmai, clean, light and beautiful 🎵. Sei Masamune Junmai Ginjo, best balance of sweetness, umami and acidity 😊. No, all of them are delicious 😊. I love Nagano sake more and more ❤! My wife, on the other hand, concentrated on eating... double or triple Oyaki apple pie? Or was it triple? Or was it? 😅 Nagano trip to the fullest...we concluded that we will visit not once but twice or thrice 😊.

Good evening 😃 I'll be serving Mimuro cedar tonight 🍶. I'm so happy that my favorite restaurant is going to carry it 😆. Ummm, yummy... The deliciousness that comes out of nowhere The sweetness that chases after you I can't stop drinking.... I can't stop drinking.... Last weekend, my wife and I went for a drive. We went to a park where we were going to play park golf ⛳️ Since it was the first time for both of us to play, my wife and I played a game and the loser was in charge of preparing dinner. After 18 holes, I lost ......... by 2 shots! My wife's approach to the pin was excellent even though she had never played golf before! I kept going back and forth past the pin. Hmmm, I want to try again sometime ❗️ We were treated to fish and vegetable soup 🍲.

Good evening 🌸 It's been a while since I've seen Shichida. I was so interested in the label that it didn't look like it, I brought it home 🚗💨. Shichida is a sake with 75% polished rice, which leaves a rough taste, but you can still taste the rice and the more you drink it, the more addictive it becomes. ❗️ But this one is Very fresh! Good evening 😃 I was lucky enough to get 2 bottles of Hirotogawa nigori this year and did my best to keep them until today: ❗️ And today, I opened the bottle with great enthusiasm as the Japanese national team is going to participate in the World Cup ⚽️ ❗️ When I turned the bottle, it was like "Shuwa shuwa shuwa shuwa shuwa shuwa shuwa"! I opened and closed the bottle repeatedly and opened it safely. The aroma is citrusy! Aroma: citrusy, with a hint of bitterness Taste: sweet, then sour and bitter. It's a bit bitter after a bit of storage, but it's still very good. The first half of the national team game was a bit of a struggle, but they won the game in the end. ❤️ Congratulations to the Japan team: ❗️

I already had only this one, but I got it without hesitation 🚗💨. Bodhi Hashiroshi Orihashi Let's see what it tastes like... the supernatant A fizzy and stimulating sensation. Rich umami, sweetness, lactic acidity A little persistent... When stirred Oh, wonders! The persistence is gone, and the flavor, sweetness, and acidity are well balanced. This is definitely better than the other one.

I wonder if it will go well with sake 😅 By the way, we always make curry with spices Curry lasts about 2 days and my wife is happy because it's easy to make. ❣️ The top of the clear soup Slightly sweet aroma Fresh and fruity on the palate The taste is clear and clean. Umakko😊. Agitation Aroma While retaining a sense of freshness Rice flavor with a hint of bitterness Slight bitterness added Mmmmmm... Tasyu light nigori...quite good... I always use sake in my curry 😅 If you know of any sake that would go well with curry, please let me know 🙇.

Good evening 😊 It's been a while since I've had Echino Kanmei... It's synonymous with good old sake. ❗️ I always drink mostly cold or chilled sake. But I want to taste this one warmed up. Just a little warmed up Sweet ginjo aroma Extended mouthfeel A touch of lightness mingles on the tongue and it finishes clean and crisp. I love Koshino-Kanbai! If you're going to do it with fish, it's Hidakami: ‼️ I tried it with smoked skipjack sashimi😊. Drinking it by itself... Sweetness on the palate Tingling sensation at the same time Bitter and dry feeling on the tongue and throat To be honest, the first attack, umm ❗️ Then a moment later, hmm⁉️ too dry... ❓ When paired with sashimi... The bitterness and dryness go great with the fatty bonito. ❗️ It's really a strange sake that tastes even better when paired with other sake‼️😊

Osechi arrives a little early at my house😅 My wife has a reputation of being able to relax on New Year's Day: ❗️ And this is my first time to try Koikawa.
