I'm right in the middle of my generation, so I bought a set of Kenshiro and Raoh without hesitation 😁.
Apparently it's the legend of the end of the century salvation "Seishu" 😆.
It's really good ❗️
I felt like it was a waste to open it, but I took the plunge and popped it open.
The taste...I almost forgot...sorry 🙇🏻♂️
Kenshiro's one has a gentle aroma and a fresh, slightly sweet, sour and spicy taste 😅....

It was really delicious. ❗️😋

Bishu Blanc... a brand I learned about in Akita.
I have a good impression that there are many sakes that I like.
Old-fashioned nigori sake... as the name suggests, it's sweet of course, but you don't get tired of drinking it 😆.
I noticed later that it contains brewer's alcohol.
I always drink Junmai, but I also like sake with sake alcohol 👍

I guess I haven't had time to do a lot of things 😔.
I had to recharge my batteries with a good drink 🔋.
I'm going to recharge my batteries at Sake no Wa and resume.
I don't remember the taste anymore.
I think it was drier than I expected.
It's not too dry, but when you hold it in your mouth, it has a delicious flavor and is really tasty!
Come to think of it, I see news about bears every day.
I asked a local in a restaurant I visited on a business trip to Akita about bears, and he said that even if they are not fatal, they can actually cause serious after-effects such as facial wounds and bacteria....
Please be careful if you are in an area where bears are common.

I remember the first one I had, the Snow Kayasha Yamahai Junmai, perfectly: ❗️
I don't remember much about the taste but it didn't taste too much like Yamahai, it was refreshing and had a bit of richness and acidity.......................no luck 😔.
All I remember is that it was delicious😅
Another one I bought at the supermarket...
The brand name and green label caught my attention and I picked it up when I noticed it lol.
And it was also a high quality sake with a good balance of tasty acidity and sharpness 😋.

Reasonable price for 4 one-cup bottles, and all delicious ❗️

Back to Akita after the Obon holidays...
Three weeks long course................................................exhausted 😮💨
Various things happened during my business trip...
The road in front of the hotel was flooded by heavy rain. ❗️
My colleague saw a bear ❗️
And beautiful sake❗️
And so on and so on!
Work was... tough, but I'd like to forget it, so I'll leave it out.
Summer in Akita... the air was fresh and comfortable.
The mornings and evenings were so cool that I didn't need air conditioning.

After a while, it has a gentle sweetness and umami.
Elegant and easy to drink!
I would recommend drinking it on its own while relaxing in the evening breeze.

Akita sake is really amazing ❗️

I didn't have time to wait for the bullet train at Akita station, so I picked up a bottle of this souvenir for myself just by looking at the label😅.
Later, I found out that it was a collaboration sake with TDK...
TDK...it's from Akita, isn't it?

It looks difficult so I drank it without worrying about it: ❗️

Slightly fruity, but definitely banana-apple.

First of all, I bought a small bottle of this at a local supermarket.
There are so many small bottles in the supermarket, I can't choose which one I like best 😳.

The sake I quickly picked up was a winner 🎯.
