What a cute label😊! Banana yeast...I'm curious 🍌. Let's see... Oh ❗️ banana firmly 😆 Surprise! ‼️ The taste is full of sweetness of bananas! But strangely enough, it goes down your throat nicely, without any harshness. It has a nostalgic taste. It's like a banana shake... Real bananas are just one of those things. but this one is much better and weirder. Interesting😆. I've found one of my favorite stories...

Long time no see 😃 Glorious Fuji A little bit of luxury extreme supernova ❗️ It's a little sweet, but the aroma and flavor are always excellent 😋. My wife, who doesn't drink, couldn't help but say "Hmm? It smells sweet and delicious..." Because... 😆 Sweet sensor, I do 😅. "Really?" ....it was a bit of a joke at dinner 😊.

Abechan silver😃 Must be good but... A trip to drink 😆. Simple umami with a refreshing acidity and then it finishes. Good balance of rice flavor and acidity 👍 This one is good too, but personally I'd go for green 😅.

3 consecutive holidays went by so fast 😃. My wife and I spent it shopping, eating, and just generally taking it easy 😅. But... Hirotogawa does not disappoint! The balance of rice flavor and sweetness with a hint of bitterness... nothing to say about it 😊.

Tenmei...I guess I didn't see it because I often see it in stores, so it was surprisingly new to me 😅. It has a strong umami taste. Gin Dubu 😆 that I had on hold. Finally, the bottle is opened: ❗️ Two time fermentation in the bottle........ I was so excited but it opened in one shot😅 I'm glad, glad, glad! After mixing it well and drinking it... The sweetness and sourness are a good match. ❗️😊 It goes very well with low alcohol! Gin Dobu is very good, I recommend it ❗️

No, Akita Yamadaho? Oh wow, Yamadanishiki's mother... I was curious and brought it home 💨 Oh, this is... Fruity and full of flavor It is covered with bitterness and finishes with a kick! Great! ❗️ It's nice to feel like a connoisseur when the sake you choose hits the spot 😊. I know it's just an illusion or coincidence but... I have a good tongue no matter what I drink 😅

Today's sake is tasake. This is my first time at Kojo-nishiki 😊. Oh, this one has a strong sweet and sour flavor. Fresh, refreshing and fruity? I thought it was fresh and fruity... Oh...! The one from the "This and That" series at Gobashi 😃. I heard it's called Mizuchi. I bought it immediately when I saw the odd one 😎. It's a sake made by a young man who aspires to be a toji (master brewer). I was curious to see what it was like! I took a sip... Is this sake? U, yummy... The attack of acidity on the palate, this is the best claim: ❗️ Fruity, elegant sweet acidity and a slight tanginess that's pretty good for hot summer 😆. It's also easy to drink with low alcohol content 😋. What a surprise! It was a highly recommended sake with unexpectedness 😆.

It's Obon 😃. Picked blueberries 🫐lots and lots 😊 at my wife's parents' house last week. I've been eating them every day here...but they don't seem to diminish so I mixed them with cream cheese and made a dip. Mmmm 🧐. I feel like I'm missing something... but oh well 😋. I paired it with a baguette 📷 Oh, I made everyone's favorite sake today. Bizen Omachi is tangy and delicious. ❗️ Oh, the combination of baguette and sake...normally it would be wine, but it's okay 😅

We all love packaged liquor 😊. I love the packaged liquor so much I try it every time I come across it 👍. Today's Red Kikyo Oh... it has a distinctive taste 😎😎. Citrusy .... It's almost like the sour bitterness of grapefruit. The umami that lingers on the tongue makes me want to tilt my sake. Yuck! I can't stop guzzling it next to my wife who doesn't drink 😅

I had my company physical today 🩺. I shrunk in height😭 My eyes got a little worse😭 Blood pressure slightly increased😭 Keep the weight👍 I'm too old for this, but I'll have the remaining blood tests etc later. No moderation and unarmed checkup😅 Please pray for good results 🙏😊. Oh, and my thoughts on Miharukoma.... It's dry and refreshing like a summer sake.... I'll have to try the others....
