It still rises with a shriek when you open the bottle with caution! Loosely close the lid again and put it in the fridge! If you do this before drinking, you can open the bottle easily. The flavor is sweet and refreshing, and it finishes dry. It is the season to feel summer sake as the weather gets hotter.

Purchased from a free Bunraku tasting at a liquor store. It was the cheapest one, but the aroma was citrusy and gassy, and the taste had a good acidity and sweetness, making it a good quality sake. After this, the two of them left for further sake adventure.
