After we had finished the sake that the manager had prepared for us, we asked for some more, and he served us a rare one! I asked for some more sake, and they offered me a rare one, I drank 3 gou of sake and it was already ready. I don't remember it. Too bad 😭

Hi ymdaz 🐦. This is a lineup that makes me sigh ✨ Normally I'd be tempted to drink when I see this even if I'm already feasting 🤣.

Hi Pon 😃 Yes, I am so glad to hear from you! It was the second time in my life that I had an eimi and I was drunk, but I was happy to have it! But it can't be helped if you seem to forget what it tastes like 😭

The last of the last three drinks of the second half was another Jyushiyo! First time I've ever had four different kinds of drinks in one sitting. 40% polished domestic rice, 15% alcohol by volume I believe the rice used for the EXTRA was Yamagata Prefecture's Snow Goddess! Compared to Yamadanishiki and Omachi It is a little less floral than Yamada-Nishiki or Omachi. But of course it is sweet. It has a good balance with the acidity. A little fresher than other Jyushidai wines. This is a good level to compare with Niimasa and Tasake. But when I think about which one is my favorite... I like them all after all 🤩. That was just my drunken opinion 🤣.

Three in a row of fourteen in a row came out unexpectedly. I don't know if you heard the term "jet stream attack" or not, The fifth drink in a row came out of The Red Comet, Zacrabel: ‼️ Comet 50% polished, 16% alcohol Fruity with good acidity. The aroma is gorgeous. The mouthfeel is clean, slightly dry, crisp and delicious. It's something you don't want to admit, I don't like to admit it. I'm a swamp person... I mutter to myself... Next.

It's the second half of the game! The fourth cup came out, Huh? What? A bottle of No.6? I looked and it was 2015BY😳 I wonder how long it's been laying there... 40% polished Akita rice, 15% alcohol by volume. I guess the alcohol content is higher these days. Lightly cloudy in the glass. The mouthfeel is light for the alcohol content. The subtle sweetness and acidity from the No.6 yeast and the sake yeast is the same as today's. It is the same as the current one 😋. The freshness is of course reduced, but It has a completely different flavor direction from that of Jyushiyo, and it is delicious!

Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo 😃. I was drinking with my senpai, a sake lover, so I only asked him for a good and rare sake, but he was surprised at this No.6 (as was I).

What a third glass of Jyushiyo 😳! It was a jet stream attack 🤩. 45% polished Yamada-Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, special A district, 15% alcohol by volume. Oh, this is clearly different! There is youthfulness in the quality of the sake! Normally, I am a fan of nama-shu. But when it comes to Jyushidai, I prefer "hi-ire" to "nama-zake". I can't get enough of the rich and dense flavor of hi-ire I can't get enough of the rich and dense flavor of fire-aged sake 😉.

The second cup was also a Jyushiyo Kamimoroshiro 😳. 45% polished Omachi from Akaban, Hyogo Prefecture, 15% alcohol by volume. When I drank it, Mmmm, both are melt-in-your-mouth sweet! Both are so good, you can't tell the difference surprisingly😅. When I compare them again with my mind Yumachi is a little more voluptuous I knew it 😏. And then I waited for the next one...

Drinking out! I always visit this restaurant for lunch, but this is my first time to visit at night! Today, I've asked them to leave it up to me. The first dish served was KING of SAKE❗️ Jyushidai 45% polished Yamadanishiki from Hyogo prefecture, 15% alc. The ginjo aroma of peach🍑 is unique‼️ Good before drinking, but also good after drinking 😆. What a surprise to find a Jyushidai from the very beginning of the omakase: ‼️ What will happen next? I wonder how it will turn out 😉.

After the stickers were gone I was strolling around the venue I found a warehouse I was told that PayPay would be fine, so I I drank some more! (5 stickers equivalent ❗️) There are two brands, the refreshing Yamae Nishiki and the sweet Kinmon Nishiki. There were two brands of sweet Kinmon Nishiki Try Kinmon-nishiki A brewery in Shiojiri that restarted last fall. Shiojiri is located at an altitude of 1000m above sea level and is a post town along the Nakasendo Highway. They want to play a role as a town revitalization. Kinmon-nishiki from Azumino, 14% alcohol by volume No.7 yeast It has a sweet taste and a full-bodied, mellow mouthfeel. I want to drink this in a wine glass I want to drink it in a wine glass. It's a good impression. I'll buy it next time ‼️

3 stickers left I was going to go to Abe, but it's the first in line. I decided to buy Abe at the sales I visited the last of the stickers Kamikawa Taisetsu Junmai Daiginjo Of the three types of sake on display, I asked for the only Junmai Daiginjo from the Midorigaoka warehouse! 40% polished Hokkaido rice, 16% alcohol by volume My first impression was sweetness 😋. It has a very rich texture. And yet it has a refreshing feeling. The bitterness finishes it off. Well made!

The third is Hiraizumi. At first I thought FOUR SEASONS. But I was told it was dry. I decided to go with sweet today. I changed to Tobirazumi, which is not seen very often. ❗️ 50% polished Akita Sake Komachi, 13% alcohol by volume. Association Yeast No. 77, Sake Degree -36 ‼️ This one is also sweet, but with more acidity than the previous Wakamusume. It has a strong acidity. It has a deep sake flavor, probably because it is made with Yamahai Junmai (pure rice sake).

Next is a sake brewery I've had a taste of. I looked at it again and saw that it was a sake brewery, but this time it was Wakamusume, a sake brewery that has not yet submitted a post. Hachitan-Nishiki 60% polished, alcohol 15.5 Luckily, it was just a mouthful: ☺️ A lively opening sound with a "spontaneous f" ♫ When you drink it, it is slightly effervescent and has acidity. It has a strong sense of koji (malted rice) and sweetness. The sweetness is on par with Kojo-zake. It's like a juice with little alcohol. I'm enjoying this new encounter.

Here we come! Sake Event Dawn of the Young: ❗️ Arrived at 17:20 and waited 15 minutes for registration. I paid 1,500 yen for 10 stickers. I looked at the map and the first place I visited was Hiran. Actually, it was my first visit to Ji Lan. ‼️ There were 3 kinds of sake. I wanted to try many kinds of sake. I wanted to try a variety of drinks, so I started with this one with 2 stickers. Collaboration sake with TANIZUMI, Noto cheering sake It's not on sale to the general public yet! When you drink it, you'll just taste the acidity: ❗️ After the acidity, sweetness comes slowly. It's been a while since I've had a sake with such a strong acidity! I was a bit surprised, so I thought about trying other brands from Hiran, but I decided to try a different sake brewery first and moved on to the next one: 🏃‍➡️‼️

I was able to leave work almost on time. I went to a liquor store on my way home. The waiter recommended this one among the three that I saw. I selected this one! Tokushima Ken Aizan 50% polished, 15% alcohol Only two breweries sell this Aizan. Kangiku always has a cool label! When the aluminum cover is removed and the crown is opened, the sound of the bottle being opened is "mf", which is a spontaneous sound. The sound of the bottle being opened is a mf and it is a single flame brewing. When you pour it into a glass, there are a lot of small bubbles at the bottom 🫧. The top aroma is of honey apple 🍎. The fruity aroma has a bit of malted rice behind it. It's sweet and tasty and fresh ✨. It's gorgeous but also has a refreshing feeling. The finish is a bit bitter. It makes you want to drink another cup. I like this level of balance. When the temperature rises, you can feel the lactic acidity unexpectedly. The taste was typical of Kangiku that did not betray my expectations.

August, the month of drinking and drinking in the mountains, has come to an end. September, a day when we felt a hint of autumn in the air. I went to my home liquor store to have a hiyaoroshi for a change... I went to my home liquor store... But I couldn't find anything that caught my attention... Instead, I tried Gakki, which I haven't had in a while. Banshu Yamadanishiki 60% polished, 15% alcohol Gakky's specialty is a mixed brew with 94% Banshu Yamadanishiki. While I was twisting the aluminum cap, I heard the sound of the bottle being opened. The bottle was opened with a "psssssss" sound! The top aroma is of rummy muscat with a hint of banana🍌 lurking in the background. banana lurking in the depths of the rummy-muscat aroma. When you drink it, you'll see that it's indeed a Nakadori ❗️ The rich sweetness and gorgeous ginjo aroma are superb 😋. There is a fig-like nuance in the sweetness. In addition The freshness of the freshly opened bottle It has a freshness with a bit of a chili flavor There is also a good amount of bitterness. The balance of sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness is excellent 👏. It is full of the deliciousness that is typical of Gakky. I am glad I bought this bottle 😊.

Last but not least! With these words, we were served the first Tenbi in a long time: ❗️ It had been a while since Mr. Fujioka left us! I was a bit curious to try the Shin Ten ‼️ 60% polished domestic rice, 15% alcohol by volume A customer requested a sweet sake. I thought it would be dry, but when I drank it, I found it to be No, no, it was surprisingly not spicy and easy to drink. Is it really dry? It was so good that I thought it was really dry. It's not bad with the fat from the toro taku at the end of the meal 👍. It was a good night of enjoying the combination of good food and sake 😉.
