I can't stop loving the three mountains 🤎. Since it comes out twice a month I have 3 bottles of Yamasan in the fridge for a moment 🤣. This time you polished it up! 35% polished Kinmon-Nishiki from Yaebaru, Nagano Prefecture❗️ Alcohol 16%. When the black plastic cover is removed and the crown is opened, the sound of opening the bottle is an mp and a pish! Even if it's the same fire-brewed sake, it doesn't have the same vigor as the last Hitogokochi Light Nigori... The aroma is clearly honey apple. I think this may be the first time I've ever had this much honey apple in a Yamazan Kuchibiri. The flavor is sweet with a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and it's a daiginjo ✨. There's no gas, but there's a subtle chili sensation. It has a great balance with the acidity that is typical of Yamazan, not quite sweet and delicious👍. Considering the taste and the price of 30.5 percent, it's no wonder it's 2,750 yen including tax. ‼️

Hi ymdaz! San San Ai in the mountains 😍. It's delicious - but it's out twice a month 😲. I got this one too, a lebby with a good balance of acidity that's not too sweet and tasty ~ looks delicious and I'm looking forward to more 🤤.

Hi ymdaz 😃 I see you went to Yamasan🤎! Unlike my prior information, it's surprisingly sweet and sour? Then I guess I should have gotten it 😅 but I guess it's too late now... Anyway, I guess that means you won't miss Yamasan 🥰.

Hi Pon 😃 I think we're averaging 2 per month. The raw sake rice series has run its course. I'm thinking it's now in the fire-brewing stage. I'll be following the current brewing year when we get to this point 😁.

Hi ma-ki-😃 Yamasan love, I'm worried about what to do if I get a label without the heart color, but so far I'm getting by 🤣. Recently our house drinking is over 50% Yamasan ratio, but it's no wonder because it's delicious 🥹.

I can't stop loving the three mountains 🩶. Yamazan again! This time it's Junodai Hitogokochi Hi-ire! Last time it was raw sake! Take off the plastic cover. When you open the crown, it spanks with f ♫ Oh, it's fire-brewed, but it's still very healthy✨. Pour into a glass and microbubbles 🫧 at the bottom The top-tasting aroma is rummy but also lactic. When you drink it, it's still delicious 😋. It has a fresh chili flavor with lactic acidity and sweetness. The perfect balance of lactic acidity and sweetness. The last taste is distinctly bitter and finishes with a kick. Hitogokochi is also very tasty, but the hi-ire version is also very tasty. but the hi-ire version is also very tasty. ❗️ I can't take my eyes off Yamazou after all!

9th cup And here is the unexpected service time! This pre-sake is added to the all-you-can-drink! In addition, if you post on SNS, several other pre-sake (Katsuma, Shinshu Kamerei, Sogape, etc.) will also be added to your all-you-can-drink! Wow, but I can't drink any more 😭 While envying the young guys who are still drinking I was so frustrated that I only had the Hana Yokuyo! (I was so drunk that I even took the wrong direction to take the label photo) It's a fresh pineapple 🍍 and it's delicious, but it's a shame 💦. (No, I've already had enough to drink 🤣)

5th cup It's all-you-can-drink, so let's drink something new! I chose this one from Yokoyama! Yamadanishiki 55% polished rice, 50% polished koji rice Alcohol: 16%. When I drank it, I thought, "This is delicious! After Shinmasa and Gakki. After Shinsei and Gakki, my mouth was getting light. The fruity aroma and The balance of sweetness and umami is exquisite! The fourth cup is Gakky's Junjo. I chose it because I saw the label and wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time! Made from domestic rice with 60% polished koji rice and 66% polished kake rice. Alcohol 13 degrees Celsius Gakkie still likes its rummy aroma! However, after S-type, the freshness is relatively insufficient and it may be difficult to understand its goodness (or is it just that I'm getting drunk 😅).

The second glass was an undrinkable summer sake from Koei Chrysanthemum! Since it is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake from Koei Kiku I thought it would be fresh. I found it to be surprisingly sweet and honey-like rather than acidic. It has a voluminous mouthfeel. I warmed it up by lentil and served it with I served it with tsukune (sauce) and negima (green onion) as a side dish. I sipped it down and moved on to the next drink!

Unfortunately, we had to cancel at the last minute due to a lack of people. We had to change the ingredients to our own at a moment's notice. The first drink was "Genzai" which I was interested in! 50% polished Fukunoka from Aizu, 15% alcohol! There is no description on the bottle, but it is a pure Dai class! It's hot and humid 🥵. I can't help but buy summer liquor when it's this hot... So here is my first SEA in 3 years! The blue bottle is cool just by looking at it! It reminds me of the Shima Blue I went to the other day (pic.4) 60% polished domestic rice, 13% alcohol by volume Just perfect for today's light low-alcohol mood👍 I removed the plastic cover and opened the crown. The sound of opening the bottle is "p" and "bushy". The top aroma is a modest rummy to citrusy 🍋. Take a sip and you will enjoy the refreshing sourness and The moderate sweet and sourness and light mouthfeel are exactly what you are looking for. Exactly the taste I was looking for ✨ Yummmm 😋! I was saying, "Oh no, I'm going to drink too much! I drank too much! My body was on fire and I was totally hot 🤣.

Go to Kusatsu Onsen to soak in ♨️ (pic4) I found Macho for the first time at a liquor store I went into after strolling around town. I found Macho for the first time and bought it immediately I bought it immediately✨ Lucky to find it in such a place ❗️ Come to think of it, Kusatsu is also in Gunma Prefecture, the same prefecture as the brewery: ☺️ 80% Omachi polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume. Association 14 yeast When the screw cap is opened, it is pushed with mf ♫ Poured into a glass and was surprised to see big bubbles 🫧flowing up, not like it was fire-aged 😳. I checked and they said it was fire-roasted with a pastry riser The upper standing aroma is rummy, muscat, banana🍌. Isoamyl acetate comes in with a bang 🔨. There is a little bit of malty taste, too. For a moment, the aroma makes you think it is sweet. But then, I felt a strong umami taste in the acidity. While it has a strong umami taste, it has a strong bitterness. The bitterness is sharp and clean. This is it, this is it, this is it. ❗️Macho! I'm so happy to drink it at home for the first time 😆.

It's that time of year again! SAKE COMPETITION 2025 The manager of my home liquor store recommended it to me I bought the Gold 1st prize in the Junmai Ginjo category 😉. 50% polished Yamadanishiki, 15% alcohol by volume. The sound of the bottle opening is "f" and "ponk ♫". The bottle has a gorgeous aroma of melon and pineapple right out of the bottle. Even though it's not unpasteurized sake... Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass. When you drink it, you'll see that it is truly sweet and delicious ❗️ The freshness of the chili flavor and the good acidity make it delicious! After the lactic acidity, you can also feel the lactic acidity. Almost no bitterness in the last taste. But it's not flashy and elegant like Tobiroki. It was a delicious sake with a smooth and sweet taste that is typical of Yamadanishiki 😃.

I had a hard time deciding on the third drink, but I decided to go with the Jyushiyo. There were two choices, A and B, and I chose A. Oh, my gosh! A four-pack of Jyushidai is a bad boy! 35% polished dragon's bastard, 15% alcohol by volume. The aroma is absolutely delicious peach🍑 from the top-tasting aroma! A little pineapple 🍍 too. With a hint of fragrance that wafts softly in the air. Plenty of sweetness and exquisite lactic acidity. It is very drinkable, but it disappears quickly. I can drink it without hesitation I'm so happy! As for the 3 drinks for a lunchtime drink It was the best lineup 😃.

First visit in six months to a familiar restaurant for a lunchtime drink. We started with Shinsei. Akita rice 60% polished, 13% alcohol by volume The top-tasting aroma is the usual mild muscat Freshness with a sense of chili Mild sweetness like Japanese pear. The acidity of the sake yeast is still delicious 😋. There is also a bitter taste like grefle and an astringent taste of wooden vat Light and easy to drink It is light and easy to drink but at the same time has complexity. It's always a good drink ✨.

I can't stop loving Yamamisanishiki💚 In the middle of drinking Yamada-Nishiki, I saw a notice that Yamae-Nishiki is in stock 😳. I bought it again! Yamane Nishiki 55% polished, 15% alcohol by volume The same Yamanishiki 55% polished was supposed to be Jungin before! I wonder if the reason it's jun-dai this time is because it's made with yeast #7? I'm not sure 🙄. Expectations are high because it's Yamae Nishiki... The opening sound is mf and psh~pow ♫ Microbubbles inside the glass 🫧. The aroma is a little citrusy with a hint of lactic sweetness. The aroma is a little citrusy with a hint of lactic sweetness. The mouthfeel is still a perfect balance of sweetness and fresh acidity with a hint of chili ✨. Compared to the cotton candy-like sweetness and lactic acidity of Yamadanishiki on the 4th day, the acidity is more pronounced, but the sweetness is still there and tasty for just after opening the bottle. The bitterness in the last part is also very nice. Yamae Nishiki has been delicious from day one. 🙂‍↕️

I can't stop loving Yamazan 🧡. This time, when it comes to the king of sake rice, Yamada Nishiki, I can't help but buy it 😤. 55% polished Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, 15% alcohol by volume. The plastic cover is removed and the crown is opened. The sound of opening the bottle is f the push-shoo ♫ Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass 🫧. The upper aroma is citrusy, but but it also has a twang to it. When you drink it, First of all, it has a chilli-like acidity and lactic acidity. Then, there is a sweet aroma with a hint of koji maltiness. Oh, but the taste is a little dry 😲. As the temperature rises, the lactic acidity increases. And there is also a bitterness. Yamada-Nishiki: I expected a gorgeous sweetness, but I was wrong😅. It was really like Yamazan with a sour taste. And this is my personal image... I think that Yamazan, right after opening the bottle, tastes better than Aizan and Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo, Hitokochiki, Kinmon Nishiki and Yamae Nishiki from Nagano. On the other hand, the other day, Aizan turned out to be better after the second day... I expect Yamada-Nishiki to be better after the second day. ‼️

I was wondering if I could come across it after seeing the reputation of Sake no Wa! I was wondering if I could find it at my nearest liquor store. It's sweet and sour!" 59% polished domestic rice, 14% alcohol by volume I took off the aluminum cover and opened the crown. The opening sound is mf and pshhshh! The top aroma is citrusy with a hint of citrus. Good aroma with a hint of muscat When I tried to drink it Wow 💨 It has a sour taste. I thought it would be sweet, but the sweetness is moderate. (It's not dry, but it's not dry at all.) It is rather refreshing and light. It also has a bitter taste like hops. This is the aroma of 4mmp. It also has a fresh chili flavor. It can be drunk smoothly like a summer sake. It was as good as its reputation and I drank too much 😆.
