I wanted to drink something sweet, so I went to a liquor store in the middle of nowhere. I successfully bought a bottle of Genmai. It was made in February this year, so it was freshly pressed 😆. Miyamanishiki 49% polished, 16% alcohol! Daiginjo class! Twist the aluminum cap tightly. The sound of opening the bottle is silent. The aroma is softly good from the mouth of the bottle. The top aroma is of honey apple. There is also a lactic acidity. On the palate... Yay! As sweet as expected 😘. Gorgeous fullness with lactic acidity and malted rice I like it 👍 The chiliiness of the sake is a little bit... The last taste of just opened is just a little bitterness I think the true value of Genmai comes after the second day. It tasted rich like Yamadanishiki from the first day. It's been a long time since I've tasted Genshu Mai 😉.

The third day of "Genmai" after a day of absence. It's still very tasty! ‼️ The sweetness is great! The aroma also has a nuance of ripe melon It tastes even more gorgeous ✨. This is amazing!

Yamazan, which I met once for a drink outside and enjoyed it. I was hesitant to go to the distributor I checked out because it was not far away but a little difficult to get to... then I found a notice that the liquor store nearest to my house had started selling it. I bought it that day! The price of 1,870 yen for a pure large bottle is also great 👏. 45% polished Yamae-Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture, 15% alcohol by volume. I removed the plastic cover and opened the crown. The sound of opening the bottle is f a good sound ♫ There's also smoke in the bottle mouth. ☺️ Pour it into a glass and you'll see microbubbles 🫧 at the bottom. That's what I'm talking about 👍 The top aroma is softly of apples. It's not a honey apple, but a sour apple. When you drink it, you will find that it is a little hard but has a beautiful sake quality. ❗️ Good sweetness with apple aroma. The gas that has melted into the wine makes it pop in the mouth. After enjoying the acidity with a sense of freshness It finishes with a rather pronounced bitterness. The impression is similar to that of a dry cider The balance is just right for drinking as a food wine. I was thinking of drinking it with soup stock with oden, but then I decided that this beautiful sake is better served as it is and enjoyed it cold 😊.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃. Yamazan, here it comes: ‼️ I don't mean to tell Mr. J&N, who loves Tochigi, but there are so many delicious brands in Nagano, such as Shinshu Kamerei, Sogape, Genmai, Mikotsuru, Shinanotsuru, Jindo, Yamasan... it's amazing 🫢.

I wonder if I should make a request at the end. But then the manager brought it to me first 🤣. Limited Isoboast: ❗️ One of our members loves Iso Boast. He was so happy 😊. 50% Higashijo Yamadanishiki koji rice, 55% polished kake rice Alcohol 16-17 degrees Fruity ginjo aroma and a hint of sourness and a hint of sweetness hidden in the back. The sake is dry with a sake strength of +4.5. It has a wonderful sharpness and disappears quickly. It's a taste that dry sake lovers can't get enough of! The last one is high alcohol. I drank at a fast pace today. I'm full! I couldn't finish the tai-meshi. Finished this isosho boast with 1 gou ‼️ We drank a lot this time too 😉.

Fourth, another Tobiroki Black Label, which I haven't had in a long time. The nickname I've given myself is "The Daughter of the Window". This one is a sure thing too 🥹. Made from domestic rice with 40% polished koji rice and 50% polished kake rice Alcohol 16 degrees The aroma is a hint of melon. It is not flashy, but rather understated, but it is deeply delicious. I was drinking 2 gos of sake while looking at a bottle of sake. I was drinking 2 cups of sake while looking at a bottle of sake and unusually he went to another table😅. Everyone had already finished their drinks. There was only one more to drink! Now what to do?

The third was a Hidakami I'd never had before. This is also a mouthful 🥹 of a bottle The opening sound is mf and boujjoo ♫ It's a long tone. 50% polished domestic rice, 16% alcohol by volume I was excited to drink it. Surprisingly sweet ✨ Less acidity, smooth and easy to drink! It's good. 🙂‍↕️ Served with grilled Spanish mackerel I drank 2 gou of sake and moved on to the next one!

The second is the first time in a long time. The first bottle is open 😆. The first bottle was opened with a bubbling sound of mp ♫ It sounded good! 50% polished domestic rice, 16% alcohol by volume The top aroma is banana with a hint of muscat. The banana aroma is more pronounced on the palate. The sweetness is clear. It has a fresh and strong flavor. Delicious 🤩. I'm not sure if I like it or not, but I'm sure I'll enjoy it. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea.

New Year's party with 5 of my old workmates: ❗️ First time in a month at a familiar restaurant. The manager left it to us to go out for a drink. The first to come out was Masanouchi by Saku! 50% polished domestic rice, 15% alcohol by volume The opening sound was a push in mp ♫ Gorgeous ginjo aroma The aroma is melon-like. The sweetness is just right and definitely delicious. ❗️ This would go well with anything! I had 2 gos of sake with appetizers. I'll go to the next one with a good mood 😃.

While Sogape, who was hard, slept in the fridge, I chose instead the nigori of Akabu, which I drink every year. Oh, This year, they added the snowflake ❄️ mark! I'd say the nigori is less than an inch long. SNOW XMAS is a normal cap but SNOW EXTRA is a cap with a bit of a smear... Domestic rice polished to 60%, low alcohol content of 13%. Remove the aluminum cover Open the nigori mark crown... So much caution ⚠️ warning... no sound😅 No automatic stirring (well, as usual) Microbubbles🫧 appear when you pour into a glass Uitate aroma is citrus, rummy, Japanese pear When you drink it, you will find that it has a good sweetness and acidity The taste has a lactic acidity. The freshness of the melted gas bouncing in the mouth is also nice. The last part is pleasantly slightly bitter. Taste that can be recognized the moment you drink it. This is important too! I'll drink it because it's low in alcohol. ❗️ Akabu no nigori is a delicious wine that you can't miss every year. No doubt about it 😉.

It's been a while since I've had a Niimasa. I wanted to continue drinking some more of the traditional sake, so I bought a bottle. I bought a bottle of Sogape's new sake Miyamanishiki 59% polished, 14% alc. The alcohol is 1 degree lower than last year's. Popped the cork and poured it into a glass. No ginjo aroma 😅. Slightly tinged aroma like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. This twang will go away after a few days. When you drink it, you will notice Strong acidity as expected The taste is dry with a hint of sweetness. Still, it's a bit hard. It doesn't open up the flavor. I can't taste much of Sogape. Decided to keep it in the fridge for a while without going too far. ❗️

1 of 1,000, I won ‼️🎯! (My New Year's omikuji was a great fortune ✨) Went to Shibuya Parco on 1/4 and bought it at the pop-up store. I also worshipped the monument of 6 on the rooftop 😉 (pic 4) I finished my physical exam yesterday. I will open the bottle with a clear mind for the time being. (I feel like it's a waste, but my theory is that No.6 tastes better the sooner you drink it 😆) (I think it's too good to be true, but the earlier you drink No.6, the better it tastes 😆 ) I looked at the serial number 0606‼️. The number is really appropriate for No.6 and I am very excited ⤴️ Akita rice 55% polished, 13% alcohol by volume The sound of the bottle being opened is a mp ♫ Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass when poured. Uitate aroma is greeful, muscat, nama yeast, apricot. There is also a slight twang. When you drink it It has a clear sweetness. but also has a thick taste of sake yeast. At the same time, the gas dissolved in the mouth is released. Fresh acidity with a sense of chili ❗️ Mmmm...ooiiiiiii🥹✨ The last is really just a little bit of bitterness It's low alcohol, so you'll be drinking a lot of it! It's a badass drink! In January, we have Jyushidai, Hanahayo, Yuki no Mayu, and Shinmachi No.6, which is a great start!

I heard that Brewing Forest has rebranded. I tried it: ☺️ 50% polished domestic rice, 14% alcohol by volume Slightly low alc. The aluminum stopper is tight. Although it is a draft sake, the sound of the cork opening is silent... Pour it into a glass... It's a light nigori, isn't it? The top-tasting aroma is A little apple with a little citrus. It also has an impression of being a bit like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. When you drink it, it has sweetness and Sweet and sour with lactic acidity ✨. Oh, there's also a rather bitter taste And I wonder what it is 🤔 I'm getting some kind of water clarity. Is the flavor more reserved than the Jun Dai when brewed in the forest? The very characteristic sweet and sourness I get the impression that it's a little more subdued than before. 2nd day The sweetness is more strongly felt. It's closer to the impression of a brewing forest! Instead, the freshness seems to have calmed down. Personally, I think that the surprise taste was better than that of the brewed forest, but I guess that's just a preconceived notion. Of course, it was delicious 😃.

Happy New Year ㊗️ This year, like last year's New Year's Day, we started the year with a secret sake from Jyushidai. We opened the year with a secret sake from Jyushidai I took off the plastic cap and opened the crown. The sound of opening the bottle was "pusu" in mp From the bottle mouth at the moment of opening The wonderful ginjo aroma of "Jyushidai" wafted out of the bottle. drifted into the air! I poured it into a Kutani-ware boar cup Pour it into the Kutani Yaki cup. Take a sip! Mmmm, yummy ✨✨✨ The deliciousness of Jyushidai with a sip: ❗️ It's fire-roasted, but it still has a freshness to it Mild sweetness and umami with no sharpness at all. The gorgeous Kamitachiko and the exquisite lactic acidity complement each other. Dreamy from noon 😍. No bitterness and good sharpness. It is truly an exquisite taste. When you drink it, it is fresh~‼️ The gas dissolved in the mouth fizzes and It has a good sweetness and lactic acidity. On the scale of sweetness and spiciness, it is a little bit dry.
