Oku Spring Jungin Aichi Sightseeing I want to eat ramen somewhere! So, ramen for lunch🍜✌️ The last time I went sightseeing in Aichi I couldn't eat at Hydrangea? But there is another restaurant I'm interested in. Like Hydrangea Shishimaru is one of the 100 best restaurants in Aichi ✨. I had the restaurant's recommended Paitan Ramen. The white soup with the flavored egg looks great! My wife doesn't like Chicken Shiratou-style soup. Porcini Mushroom Soy Sauce Ramen. The second bottle of sake we bought in Aichi is Oku. While there are many sake with a high alcohol content This sake has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees. It has a crisp, fresh mouthfeel and a robust flavor. The taste is firm. It has a sweetness and a sour aftertaste. There is a sweetness, but there is also a sourness in the aftertaste. Well-balanced, delicious sake✨.

Takachiyo Miyamanishiki On February 8, I went to Aichi. We left home at 3:00 and off we went to Aichi ✌️ First stop was my wife's favorite bakery✨. It started snowing when we passed Hamamatsu😱. Cold wave hit that day. We went to Benkei, which we found after much research. There were so many breads! We were both so excited ⤴️ While eating the bread we bought in the car We went to the Expo 2005 memorial park where we were thinking of taking Fuku for a walk. "I want to let Fuku play in the snow." My wife's wish came true✨. The first bottle of sake we bought in Aichi was Takachiyo. This was my first Kanji Takachiyo. Kanji Takachidai is a dry sake, I had it with a nabe (hot pot). It is said to be super dry with a sake degree of +19, but it was not too hot. but it was not too spicy. but not too spicy and you can feel the umami of the rice as well. Delicious sake ✨ As for me, I'd rather drink it with a meal. Kanji Takachi-yo would be better for me as I like to drink it with a meal: ☺️

Kihei Kawazu Sakura Yeast Brewing Kawazu cherry blossoms have finally bloomed✨ I looked at the line during my lunch break at work. My wife asked me if I wanted to go see the cherry blossoms at night. I was so excited. I took a quick shot along the river in Kawazu on my way home from work. The sake we drank that day was Kawazu Sakura yeast brewed sake: ✌️ It was not in the fridge, so I drank it cold. The aroma is sweet and sour. Subdued yet subtle sweetness. Clean and moderate acidity. Bitter aftertaste. It was kept in the refrigerator while we went to see the cherry blossoms at night. Though it is not well chilled, I think it would be better if it were chilled like the label on the back of the bottle. It's like a white wine, so it tastes ✨

He told me about his wife's move to Manazuru I found out that his wife moved to Manazuru and opened a store there. I went there. ✌️ Also, Yamaoka family has been a hot topic in Sake-no-wa recently. Yamaoka Family 😁. I've never had a good impression of them... This time, SUSURU had the special miso ramen Special Miso Ramen with back fat. I had a big bowl of chashu noodle and topped it with 6 pieces of korocha and topped with 6 pieces of korocha (fried pork) 😊. The staff has changed since the last time I was here. I was looking for some sake, but I had to buy some! I went home and took a picture before drinking it. The label on the back says "Summer Sake😱". The aroma is sweeter than I expected. When I drank it, I found it was not as sweet as I expected. It's not a fruity sweetness, It's not fruity sweet, but it has a refreshing fruitiness like apples.
