The moment the cork was opened, there was a distracting sound like that of opening a soda bottle, which heightened my anticipation before drinking it. When I poured it, I could see a clear turbidity along with the sound of bubbles popping. Expectations grew even higher. When I put it in my mouth, the pleasant bubbles stimulated my tongue, followed immediately by a crisp acidity, and then a mellow aroma with a taste of rice. I drank it all at once. I want to drink it again!

SENKOKU Renewal (3) I had prepared 3 different types of sake cups for the sake comparison, but when I drank it with Nosaku's tin cups, it was completely different 😅I decided to use only this one from the middle to be fair👍. I'll make love to you I'm going to make love to you! This is sweet and easy to drink Senkou 😚Find out more about it in the comparison notes below🤗. Classic: The first impression was very strong and fizzy 😊, but as I drank more and mixed more, the lactic acidity became stronger and I felt a bit bored 😅No, it's still delicious 😙. Retro: I was not impressed with the first impression after the Classic 😅 but as I drink it and pair it with food, I get more and more addicted to the calm taste with a touch of Omachi orange 😍. Modern: The first impression is the sweetest! This would normally be a bad pattern as it gets sweeter and sweeter 🥲 but for some reason we both started to taste sourness at the same time 😚 Modern is also delicious 😚. I wonder if it's retro for our tastes 🤔... But I'll have to ask reporters from all over the U.S. to decide the MVP! Now let's announce the results 📣📣... SENKYO Renewal 2 The information of getting New SENKYO 3 kinds & Snowman is increasing one after another in Tochigi Pref. Now, we are continuing the drinking comparison at J&N House! We had Classic and Modern, but Retro is new 🤗. Classic means classic, etc., while Retro means nostalgia and love for the good old things. ☝️ I'll make love to you! The aroma is a little bit like Sentori? I think the first sip of the classic was too strong 🤔I was a little unimpressed and felt like I was drinking a delicious 🍊mikan water 😌. Well 😑but maybe my taste buds are a bit pulled 😅I ate a bowl of Tsumami once, changed to a Nosaku gulp and took another sip 😗 and.... Pya~ummmmeeeee 😚 what happened? It's a light and tasty bottle of Omachi fruity sake for a mealtime drink 🤗. And on this day when I uploaded the second bottle of Sengoku, it has been 3 whole years since we started "Sake no Wa" as J&N. 🤗It's going on ‼️4 I'll try to put my heart and soul into 500 words 😅. Ai Tochigi, who is moving up to the fourth grade 🥰.

SENKYO Renewal (1) Thursday, the day after the release of Edogaere Nobby had something to do in Tochigi city on that day 🚙 so he planned to drop by Mashidaya in the evening and get 3 bottles at once👍... But he couldn't stand the fact that the bottles were selling out so fast, with reports coming in on Sake-no-wa and on the Kenmin-kai LINE... Nobby couldn't stand it anymore! Nobby😥 couldn't wait any longer and went to Yodogawa Sake Shop in the morning 😆. As soon as he entered the store, he asked the store clerk 😅 with a lot of energy, "Do you have any Edogaerei ⁉️, the sake in this picture ‼️? The waitress was pushed by the momentum 😅 "Oh, we have it!" He said he brought it from the back of the store 😄. Great job Nobby 👍! So I took a picture of the three of them together 🤗It's going to be a good memory 🥹. I'm going to compare them with each other since I was able to buy them all at one time. Let's start with the classic first! The aroma is sweet Sentori😄. The bubbles are amazing when you pour it into the cup 🫢. I can't imagine that from the name "classic" 😅I think it's good for a toast 🤗. And when you take a sip, it's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good for an opening drink 😊In the beginning this was definitely the best ‼️... but this changed as we compared 🤭. It's the same with alcohol, sometimes Nobby will find something he wouldn't normally buy and it's like discovering a new area 😄. It's important to be willing to try new things 👍. So the star of the banquet was Sagata-san, which was brewed with 9 different types of sake rice 🤗. I'll make love to you! The aroma is gorgeous and sweet ☺️ The first sip is light and sweet 😋, but the crisp acidity makes it easy to drink 😙I said I'd drink it slowly because it's 17 degrees 😙 but before I knew it, it was gone 😅. By the way, talking about work About half a year ago, a department head suddenly retired and I had to watch him for a while while he was working with the department that Jay has 🤔After the busy days finally calmed down, his successor was finally decided! It was the day of the Dodgers' victory ‼️, but work was going to be very late on such a day 😓 so we had to call in for the weekend to celebrate 🥲, but that work was postponed to the next day so we could get home early enough 🙂. We took him out because he is a cool looking guy 🤩 and although a bit pricey for those of us who usually limit ourselves to 2,000 yen 😅, it's a good deal when averaged with cheap dry sake 😄👍. This one is "Aged to its best condition by chilled aging" ‼️... we know what this means, even though we always drink with sensitivity 😁. And it's pretty well aged 🤔 for us 😆. I mean, it would be great if we could drink it and get anti-aging 🤗. I'll make love to you! The aroma is a little sweet 😚. I'm not sure if it's because I've read the book, but it has a matured, full-bodied flavor with a hint of bitterness. It's delicious 😋. We like it, and the expression "hard-core Mida-san" that Mr. Bosuke mentioned in his review fits perfectly 👍. When I think back to when I was a student in the 1980's, DC brands were all the rage and I would go into debt with Marui credit to buy clothes 😊. Back then I was interested in what to wear and was quite fashionable, but now I don't know what to buy and there is no shadow to be seen 🥲. Stylish Tochigi Ai 🥰.

Looking around the sake store, I found here in the corner: ❗️ It is a small sake brewery on Sado Island. It has a soft, calm and fruity taste, with a strong sweetness of rice and koji aroma. Here, we had takoyaki as a side dish. The chemistry...hmmm...perhaps it is because the acidity is moderate, but when the temperature is lowered, it becomes a bit limp. When warmed up, it has a rich and umami taste as if you were eating fine sake lees. ⤴️ It goes well with sashimi. Thank you very much for your kind attention.

先週の土曜日はノビィの誕生日🎊でしたが、午前中に自宅で緊迫のドジャース地区シリーズ最終戦🏟️を二人で観戦して、勝利のハイタッチ🤚をしてから気分よく互いの実家に出発して一時のお別れ🥲 そして月曜夕方に感動の再会を果たして🥹少し遅い誕生会🎉プライスレスの「誕生日おめでとう🤗」以外は特にプレゼントは無いんですが😅まあ我々には栃木酒さえあればね😉これが見れなくなると思うと寂しくてお連れした定番のコチラ！振り返ったらなんと2年以上ぶりのモダン無垢ですではいただきます♬ 一口含むと、はい直ぐに旨い😋これはいわゆるジュースですね❗️仙禽の割には酸味少なく甘味が強い😙14度という事であっという間の瞬殺でした🫥 誕生日おめでとうの栃木愛🥰 ところで週末ジェイ側の話日曜の朝、姉が仕事に出かけた後に父親を風呂に誘導🛀最近は調子が良く自分で頭も体も洗って入浴できる👍という事だったのですが、結構長く入っていたので、もう上がるように言ったら「起き上がれないんだ😢」と父…よし😤と浴槽から引き上げようと力を入れたら、グキッ😫激痛が走りましたがなんとか起こしました💦 結果今だにギックリ腰で苦しんでます〜😩

I know it's been a little while since I've posted 😅. Here is a story from last weekend. I opened this one after the Toyo Sake I mentioned before! I was looking at the fridge at the liquor store and noticed that it was a strange sake and when I looked at the label, it was by Toraya! I went with my usual intuition 👍I was sure this was the one 🤗. I'll make love to you The aroma is 🍎 like ☺️ I'm sure you'll love it 🍎! It's juicy, sweet and full of water 😙 but then it's dry and bitter to bring it all together 😚I'm so glad I followed my instincts! The sweetness of the first half leads to the sharpness of the second half 😙It's a balanced juicy-umami dry taste 😙. This is delicious 😋. Now, on to a different topic and time 😅 Congrats to the Otani Dodgers⚾️ for winning the district 🎉. Tense 3-game series against the Padres! Great job recovering from the triple play loss in the first game👍Otani is a real superstar🤩‼️ we enjoyed a sake 🍶fight 😆 I'm going to get all gooey 🤣. Keep up the momentum and hit 55 HR's 😊and go on to win the World Series 👍. Go Otani, love Tochigi 🥰.

This series pursues a flavor reminiscent of fruit. The gasiness is softer than expected, and the sweet and sour taste spreads out. The aroma reminds me more of koji amazake than grapes. As the gas is released in the latter half of the bottle, it tastes sweeter, so we added a little ice to it 😚. Chicken noodle soup with thick chicken white soup that I had for lunch.

Here is the real sake again🤗! We shook off the bad vibes with Hanafu👹😙Next we had to have Tochigi sake ‼️ and since it was out of stock, we immediately went to our local liquor store 🚙 and took Sengoku back to basics👍We have had Kame no O outside but this was our first time drinking it at home😊. If you know this is SENKOURI and find it tasty, you can confirm that it's back on track 🥹! I'll make love to you I can smell the aroma of muscat 😊. ☺️ Yes, the nose is good! The first sip is "Hi Sentori" delicious 😋The acidity is moderate and the fresh sweetness spreads in the mouth 😚. I'm sure Sentori is a great drink 😘I'm sure you can go for it on its own 😙. I can go it on its own 😙. On this day, we had a meat dish and Asanoya's sashimi as a luxurious snack. ‼️ Sentori goes well with meat, but we also wanted to try something else with the tasty sashimi 🤔. Nice flow 😁. By the way, we had an overseas visitor last Tuesday-Thursday and he was on a business trip to Tokyo! So we will now write and raise the reviews of the remaining two bottles👍. Good for now - Tochigi love 🥰 of ☺️

Hououmida's cold wholesale Junmai Ginjo-shu. This was my first Hououmida and I chose the cold wholesale. After six months of aging, the sake has a very mellow and full flavor, followed by a pleasant sharpness.

It has a fine gasiness and slightly mellow notes. It has a gorgeous flavor reminiscent of grapes and cherries. Koji aroma and rice flavor are also mixed in, slowly spreading in the mouth. It is accented with a clear, clear kyun and a moderate acidity, with a slight bitterness and a slight saltiness in the aftertaste. The balance between the two is also pleasant and makes the cup go down smoothly 😚.

It has a delicious flavor, but its refreshing mouthfeel is a characteristic of modern Sentori. It is a sake that goes well with meals and is easy to drink one after another. We have a few bottles left, but we will be back for the next one!
