A gift sake.
It is easy to judge the color with the sexy Yamamoto yeast, but it is light and dry and easy to drink, so you need to be careful not to get carried away and drink too much.
On the second day off, my wife went to lunch with a friend.
Then I have no reason not to drink from noon, so I'll have it from noon today, too!
So this Thursday we started drinking Yamamoto by Yamamoto Sake Brewery!
This time it's pure black!
I've always wanted to try this sake because Pure Black was used in the 123rd anniversary sake that I received for the first time!
Let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. Fruity? Refreshing? The aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a unique fruity and refreshing sweet and salty taste.
From there, the taste shifts to bitterness and spiciness with a sense of minerality and richness.
The last taste is quite bitter and finishes with a strong bitterness.
Overall, it gives a refreshing impression.
The third day
The taste is a little thicker and richer.
Today, too, there is a gradation from fruity sweetness and full-bodied complexity to a sense of minerality.
The lingering taste is a bitterness with a full-bodied flavor.
It's still a unique taste, but it's clearer than the first day.
When matched with a meal, it became tangy and dry, but when matched with sushi, sweetness and umami came out, it was really a strange sake that showed various faces.
Good evening, ma-ki-San 😃.
So you drank the World Yamamoto-san 😍 elusive and versatile ballerina. No😅the complexity of the flavor sounds delicious!
It's a happy time for lunchtime drinking, isn't it? Take your time and enjoy to the fullest 😊.
Thank you, ichiro18!
I was allowed to try Mr. Yamamoto's Royal Road in the world, but there were so many balls in the air... I enjoyed it 😋.
I had a relaxing and happy time drinking at home from noon 🤗.
Good evening ma-ki-😊.
Pure black... looks delicious✨
Yamamoto is another sake I haven't had much of 😄.
It's quite a strange drink to read your review 🤔.
I'd like to try it 😁.
Yamamoto's standard "Pure Black" sake is brewed with Kame-no-o. Kame-no-o is the tallest rice in Japan at 150 cm in height and is said to be the most difficult to grow in Japan. On the other hand, it is also said to be prone to producing a cloying taste when used for sake brewing, so we take great care to understand the original characteristics of the rice and make the most of Kame-no-o's unique qualities.
Particular care is taken in koji making, and by suppressing amino acids, the acidity that is synonymous with Yamamoto is brought out, expressing a juicy and crisp flavor. It is refreshing on the palate, but at the same time, the flavor and aroma of the rice derived from Kame-no-o can be fully captured in this bottle.
Let's drink this... ♪
Because it's crowded at Sake-no-wa
Much drier than Sugiyuu.
I still prefer this one 🫶.
It's also mentioned for its sharpness, but it's a relatively easy-drinking genre 🍶.
So many choices for this day!
Now, I'm torn 😕
a lot of knowledge
Raw material rice:Akita Sake Komachi
Polishing ratio:50-55
Yeast used: Akita yeast No.12
Sake degree: +2.0
Acidity: 1.8
Alcohol percentage: 16
Dodgers win, lingering campaign: ❗️
This is a copy of Jay & Nobby's 😄.
I couldn't find the Dokidoki, but I bought the pure black.
It's so amazeballs! I thought it was going to be citrusy and gorgeously sharp.
It is sharp like Yamamoto-kun's!
After refrigeration, I felt a little gassy.
I feel like there is more contrast in flavor at room temperature ✨.
Space in the fridge is limited, so I drank it, looked at the condition, tried serving it at room temperature, chilled it, drank it up, and went radivandari.
I'm like Director Roberts in charge of the drinking 🤗.
Good evening, Nanka Yokai 😃!
Oh...Yamamoro! Yamamoro, right? ‼️ I'm sure you'll have a lot of lingering memories 😌Hug the bottle when you're done, just like Roberts 😄.
