I think you can only meet one or two people in your lifetime who influence you enough to affect your life (just my personal opinion) 🙄.
It doesn't say that much, but I saw the label on the back and thought a little 🙂.

Pineapple🍍 more like citrus 🍊.
A little bit of melon🍈 lingers in the aroma as the temperature rises a bit.
Not quite sweet and tasty, but you can taste the firm side of it.
Refreshing and crisp.
Delicious 😋😋😋😋.
Thank you for the food 🎶🎶.
Tetorigawa neo, made from 100% Omachi in Okayama, is a refreshing sake with a light, fresh taste that is not as voluminous as one would expect from Omachi. The aroma is sweet with a hint of banana, and the taste is sweet and slightly carbonated. Personally, I would like to see a little more density and Omachi character.
As one would expect from Tetorigawa, Yamahai has the skill of complementing food while still feeling the presence of strong sake. Next time, let's enjoy sake in spring, summer, fall, and winter. I'm sure you will enjoy it.
With squid seared on the side.
A drink I had a while ago. The usual image of Tedorigawa is that of low-alcohol and refreshing. I wondered how the long aftertaste of Yumachi would collaborate with that.
The aroma is pineapple and apple. The taste is moderately sweet and slightly carbonated. The lingering aftertaste is long like Omachi, but with a touch of bitterness at the end. It is very tasty and has a very Tedorigawa-like feel, even for an Omachi.
This time, the sake was made in collaboration with a pastry store in Ishikawa, and was served with walnuts, cinnamon, and brown sugar caramel. The cinnamon flavor and sake go well together again 😊A good way to combine sweet sweets and sake.
Jay & Nobby This is a sake that was planned and actually brewed by a Tedorigawa employee. I had no idea that Omachi could be so refreshing and Tedorigawa-like. It was just NEO 😊 very good!
