Today I went to see the former Konoe Division Headquarters Building at the Tokyo Architecture Festival. The event seems to have started last year, but there were quite a few people. After seeing the architecture, I had a full meal at the Jimbo-men restaurant in Jimbocho.
However, I will go to the restaurant at night as well. (I have gained weight recently... 😅) Today, I will have a bottle of Haginotsuru. The label is cute 🐱.
The aroma is sweet rice with a hint of peach. When you sip it, the sweet and sour taste spreads on the tip of your tongue and disappears in the second half of the bottle.
It tastes similar to the Sakura Cat we drank in the spring, but it is more subdued because it has been fire-aged once. This label makes me want to buy it every season. I'm pairing it with sukiyaki. Delicious✨
The restaurant's POP recommended a glass of wine, so I had a glass of wine. It has a gorgeous aroma, slightly fruity and a clean aftertaste.
The cat label is cute ♡.
[The second drink at Poziya.
Next up ✨
Haginotsuru Junmai Ginjo Betsujikomi (Sakura Cat)
Melon-like sweet rice aroma, a slight tangy gassy feeling on the palate, juicy sweetness like a melon, and a sweet aftertaste.
(I could drink it after the ✨Kotatsu Neko.
Taste-wise, I quite like this strain, and the label is as cute as ever 🥰.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛.
The expression on the "Hagi no Tsuru Cat Series" is cute in a loose, drunken way 🥰.
I'd like to have all the sake bottles I want to line up for the series comp, but I don't have all the bottles left 🤔.
