⛩️Toyokawa Inari②
After strolling around Toyokawa Inari
I went to a taiyaki shop nearby.
The famous cream cheese taiyaki❗️
Cheap and tasty👍.
I used to eat it from the tail when I was little, but now I don't hesitate to gobble it from the head🤣‼️
Now for the sake 👓 only 🍶.
Juicy‼️
It's sweet and easy to drink👍
I never got caught up in the novelty "eyeglass wipe 👓" and bought it 😅.
Never... 🤣❗️😎

After a long time, my partner and I went to Denbei for a drink in Yokohama. The yakitori here is excellent. There is no standard sake, but you can choose from the list of the day, and the price is flat per 1 gou. There is no high-rank sake, but you can have fun choosing your favorite. The first sake is Miyagi's Haginotsuru.
I have a feeling that the first brand series is back 😋.
Haginotsuru" 🍶.
I brought this bottle with the intention of drinking a little more "nigori" sake during the new sake season 😊.
I feel like I'm starting to understand sake a little bit more now 🤣.
I took it with me on a 😅 ride 🚲 with a cellotape lid because it has a cap with a hole in it.
First of all, the aroma...
Mature ⁉️
The top clearings should be... 💦I mixed it up😱Well, never mind... let's drink it 😋.
I checked the label later...
The sweetness, umami, and acidity really come together like a gradation 😊.
It's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋....
But... the second day was not good 😱😱😱.
Sweet~~~(hamburger master)
The second day was a bit too much 🤣.
Haginotsuru Special Junmai Sake Autumn Agari, Hagino Shuzo, Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture
This is one of Miyagi Prefecture's many famous sake brands, Haginotsuru's Autumn Agari this year.
The sense of maturity is modest, and it is easy to drink, but the flavor is amazing!
I bought it again because of the label 😂.
I'll take it.
If you feel the acidity at first, I can't describe how good it tastes after that 😌.
When I regain my composure and drink it after about 3 days, what spreads after the acidity is a thin taste of melon juice 🍈.
As it disappeared, I thought I saw a glimpse of bitterness from the back of my tongue, then in the center of my tongue, sweetness gushed out and finally a luster appeared on the tip of my tongue.
Furthermore, when I drank it the next day, the luster that appeared at the end was fresh cream 😘.
It is a collaboration with Machida Sake Brewery, but the sweetness is not so strong and the acidity is almost non-existent. It has a slightly sweet flavor, and although it is thick, it seems to cut right through.
I wrote this article once, but it disappeared, so I am posting it again. I am posting it again because it disappeared once.
Megane no Kai😎This is one that I would like to compare the taste of each brewery! Haginotsuru is sweet and sour, but with a strong acidity and aromatic apple tea ☕ more sugar? It's a good drink.
On this day, due to a problem with the first plane, we had to change from plane to train to get to our destination in a hurry.
I was not able to work for half a day.
However, the evening event was a great success!
After saying goodbye to everyone at the venue, I had a solo reflection 🍶.
Now, let's drink a little more, because today is Halloween!
The second drink was a "Halloween Cat".
This one has a nice aroma as well as Ozeyuki.
Taste is similar to Ozeyuki.
A little spread out
Herring, squid
and squid!
A little chat with the master!
Many people here really like hot sake!
Over there, the regulars are talking about the temperature of the hot sake!
I proceed with my usual chilled sake.
The sake with the Halloween design is probably an autumn sake, hiyaoroshi type!
(a brief description of the brewery's extensive knowledge of sake
Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius
Other than that, they say it's a secret, so forget it: ㊙️
Today is Halloween, so we're having this brand 🎃.
Fruity aroma like green apple, juicy sweetness, light and refreshing acidity✨.
The one word on the label is too good to be true: "Everyone who likes cats and sake is a good person." ← People who like cats and sake 😆 (lol)
