I opened a bottle of Bunraku Junmai that I purchased at a Bunraku-owned sake store when I went back to my parents' house and had it cold. It has less peculiar taste than the "Namo Hashiroshi Junmai" (blue label), and its moderate sweetness and good umami taste match well with other dishes. I paired it with motsu nabe for dinner, and the balance with the motsu was so good that I never got tired of it and could not stop drinking it. The reasonable price is also good.

I bought a bottle of Bunraku's Namahashime Junmai from a liquor store near my parents' house and had it cold. When opened, it was not too sweet and had a strong acidity like a sake yeast yeast yeast, leaving a strong bitter aftertaste. It was less alcoholic and less umami than I had imagined. Personally, I felt it was more difficult to drink than Junmai Ginjo Bunraku because it did not have the same sweetness and umami, so I would like to try it after letting it sit for a while.

First check in 🎉 this beautiful standing ✨ My intuition told me it would go well with strawberries and cheese, no doubt about it! I was convinced 🍓. And as expected Harmony ‼️👏 We received a beautiful 🍓 from Kumamoto, so we opened a bottle of Bunraku-sama🎉. The aroma is full of fruitiness, The taste is elegant and sweet, The taste is elegant, sweet and delicious, and strangely, it doesn't give you a high alcohol feeling, Elegant to the end✨ Today's main meal was motsu nabe‼️🧐Of course it would be delicious with Bunraku-sama, but I pulled out the few remaining barrels of Masumi sake to see if a more crisp and salty, less acidic sake would be better‼️ so here it is, this harmony! According to the description It has a subtle gasiness and a fruity flavor. Please enjoy the harmony of elegant sweetness and aroma. according to the brewer's description. Delicious 😋. Transparent, spicy and sweet with a sharp edge. A perfect fusion of conflicting spiciness and sweetness👍 I prefer the sharp sweet and umami type, but recently I experienced a good dry sake, and now I think dry might be good too 😅. I think it's not only sweet but also sweet, and not only spicy but also spicy. I wonder if that's where I'll end up 🧐. Sake is very deep 🧐. I had it chilled. Personal favorite No. 1 Considering the price and the taste, it's so great. People who like Sentori and Shinsei will definitely like this. It has a fruity, muscat-like flavor, and a sweet but refreshing taste. But it is not dry and not refreshing either. It completely tickled my taste buds.
