The Bunraku.
Concept Workers' Selection, one of the
It's exactly what it says on the back label.
Low alcohol, modern.
Clean, lactic mouthfeel with sweetness and acidity.
If this is the first sake you drink, you may find it easy and enjoyable👍.
This is also just for the record.
This sake was given to us by the house builder when we purchased the house.
It was intended as an offering, so we received it when our new house was completed. (Too bad the label came off when I opened the package...).
(Too bad the label was removed when we opened the package...) It is a honjozo sake, so I don't think we could detect much of a ginjo aroma, but I remember that it was clean and easy to drink.
According to the house builder's sales staff, it is a popular brand within the company, and it made me want to buy and drink a junmai ginjo or other sake next time.
This is the last one for New Year's Day drinking at home! I bought the jackets lol
We had Bunraku Junmai Daiginjo Zodiac Label 2026.
The nose has a fruity aroma typical of Bunraku.
In the mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and a slight acidity, and it cuts through quickly.
Yes, it is delicious!
Compared to the other two we drank earlier, it is right in the middle of the two, a middle palate with a nice aroma.
As one would expect from Bunraku's Jun Dai, it is very clear and silky. I'm sorry for the expression, it's hard to convey💦.
Well, it was a very delicious and enjoyable New Year's Day👍!
Thank you all for your support this year. I look forward to seeing everyone's delicious sake reviews this year 😊.
Good morning, enoshima-san!
I am looking forward to working with you again this year 🙇.
It's nice to have a drink at home with your friends on New Year's Day 🎵.
Last but not least, the zodiac sign label 😍.
Let's enjoy drinking again this year 😋.
Happy New Year, enoshima🌅.
I look forward to working with you again this year: 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️
The atmosphere of Bunraku is quite different from the one we drank at the end of the workday 🧐It's a good one with a nice kitchen 😋Let's enjoy drinking and raising our spirits!
Happy New Year to you too, ma-ki-chan😊After all, New Year's Day makes us want to drink something like that, doesn't it?
But "Sake Katsudo" is a very nice word, isn't it? I look forward to working with you again this year!
Happy New Year, Jay & Nobby 🎍.
Yes, it was quite different from the light nigori 😊 but both are delicious 👍.
I look forward to enjoying your reviews this year as well 🙇🙇.
Icoma Sake Shop Tasting Event (3)
They really let us drink one after another😅.
◉BUNRAKU NEW WAVE ORIGARUMI Unfiltered Nama Sake
Slightly gassy, 10% alcohol by volume, with a gentle umami taste. Not too different from the impression I had before.
The label has undergone a minor change, and the "SHIRONERI" label is no longer on it.
Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi 🌃
I think this one is also CWS since you said you signed a contract with CWS😁.
I thought the specs might have changed since it tasted better than the SHIRONERI I drank before 🤔.
Good evening bouken, thank you for 🌜️ yesterday 🙇 I knew it was CWS 😳I was looking online this time, maybe the rice was changed from Yamada Nishiki to Akita Sake Komachi 🤔.
Here is a story about the other day.
In Tokyo, I stayed in Akabane. I wanted to go to Sakelabo Tokyo and one more place. It was Mimasu Sake Shop.
I always watch it on You Tube.
What a surprise, it was only a 9-minute bike ride from where we were staying! We rented a bicycle next to the hotel.
It was a cold day, but no problem. I pedaled briskly. The 220 yen gloves I bought at the Jujo Ginza shopping street the day before came in handy!
I never thought I would be riding a bicycle in the capital city!
In my head, "Tokyo" by Yashikita Kajin was playing (lol)!
Arrived at the store. Bicycle rental limit is 30 minutes. There is no time to look at them carefully.
I took two of them home.
At the cash register, I told them with a big smile, "I'm from Hyogo Prefecture," even though they didn't ask.
And after 9:00 a.m. on the 30th. It is my own house NOW.
Let's drink from the morning~! First of all, here is Bunraku.
Is it the aroma of apples? The taste also has a feeling of apples and pears. It tastes natural and unadorned! The casual sweetness is irresistible. It was a very nice choice!
Yureru oo Kyooooooo!
Good morning, Mr. Pekkaal😄
It's nice to see you dashing around the city 🚲! We also see Mimasu Sake Shop on Youtube but have never actually been there 🥲A tour of Tokyo's liquor stores sounds like fun...maybe I'll give it a try next time!
Good morning, Jay & Nobby! We were thrilled to meet you and your three sisters from Sanmasu! Tokyo is fun to walk around everywhere!
Biking was even better!
Good morning, Pekka Ru😃!
I've never been to Mimasu Brewery even though I'm in Tokyo... 🤔I was put off by the distance from the station, but I didn't know there was a way to rent a bike 🚲😲I'm excited to bike around the city 😁.
Hi Hiro! I used to rent a bicycle in my hometown in Kansai, but I might have registered it for this day lol.
We used an elevator to enter with the whole bike on the way!
Nice biseko 👍️
The end of the workweek is over, and we can relax and drink sake 👍.
I had a bottle of Bunraku Reborn Snow Petal Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-genshu.
The aroma is mild, with a hint of young melon.
In the mouth, it has a soft sweetness, a firm umami of rice, and a moderate acidity.
It is delicious!
The impression is that the umami is stronger than the sweetness, and mixing the lees further enhances the umami~😊.
Today's entrée was local raw sardines, which will be banned tomorrow, and flown boiled king crab and sashimi snow crab that we bought for New Year's 🦀I hope it's good for the end of the workday💦.
It's not too sweet, so it goes well with sashimi 👍.
I've already got some Sairai's Usugiri and I'm looking forward to drinking it 😊.
Good morning, enoshima 😃!
Thank you for working hard all year 😌Bunraku surrounded by gorgeous snacks 🦀! You have made a good start from the end of the work year to the end of the year 🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😊.
Thank you for your time, Jay & Nobby. And thank you for your comments on my poor review😊In case you were wondering, all Bunraku is quite delicious👍.
BunrakuReborn Junmai Ginjo Namaizume" by Northwest Shuzo
Founded in 1894 in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture, Kitanishi Shuzo began brewing in 2008 with an air-conditioned brewery and a shift from a winter-only brewing style to a three-season brewing style. In addition to "Bunraku," the brand name since its establishment, the fifth-generation brewer has released two new brands, "Sairai" and "Bunraku Reborn.
Bunraku Reborn" was created by a young brewer who asked himself, "What kind of sake do I really want to make? The new series was created through a series of test brewing after reviewing the entire brewing process and facilities.

Cold. It looks a little like nigori sake.
The label is stylish, and the owner says it is a brand made by passing down the sake brewing process to the younger generation.
Easy to drink. A little sweet.
