Bunraku Reborn
I was so worried when I was choosing 😅I chose the sake recommended by the owner of the liquor store!
The aroma after opening the bottle is refreshing! It smells like pears!
As you put it in your mouth, you are enveloped by the slight effervescence and bright citrus acidity that is typical of REBORN 😊.
The taste is still reminiscent of pears!
The sharp acidity makes it fresh, but the lees makes it full-bodied.
To put it simply, it is fresh and light! In short, it is fresh and light, but with the flavor of rice on top 😘.
Delicious!
Winter Nigori Sake
I got my two favorite Sentori Yukidaruma and Hirotogawa 😘I can't wait to try them 😍.
Especially the Hirotogawa, it's been 2 years since I've had it so I'm going to savor it slowly and enjoy the change in taste...
Hi Kozo 😃
I saw your picture and thought you were reviewing Snowman, but it was Bunraku 😆 I've been drinking only Sairai lately and not Bunraku 💦I'm jealous of your comparison of the two types of Snowman 👍 I look forward to your ‼️ review!
Hello, kozo!
Bunraku's Reborn is a different label, but I remember it being very tasty with the same feeling of being clean but with a great flavor 😋.
Oh, nice nigoris - looking forward to your review 🤗.

Good morning...
It sure looks like a snowman post 😅.
I, on the other hand, have never had Sairai so I'm jealous 😅I'm looking forward to it as it's my first time to compare snowmen 😘.

Good morning...I think the label of Bunraku Reborn is too simple to be picked up 🤔 and I think it's a waste...I haven't drank many but it's one of the sake that I want sake lovers to taste...
Mr. Jay & Mrs. Nobby
Good morning...
When I got these 3 bottles I thought they would look great if I took a picture of them side by side 🤩 so I put them up 😅You're right, Bunraku's repo got muddled 😅You're still very good at expressing yourself 😁.
Hi Kojo 🐦.
Lovely view ✨all delicious nigori, even the one with the bag 😍.
Northwest Shuzo's sake is hard to find in Kansai 💦Sairai and Bunraku are both brands that I adore 😊👍✨.
Bunraku Reborn Snow Petal
My favorite new local sake 🍶.
You can't go wrong with any of them!
Slightly fruity and tart!
Goes great with yakitori!
I got some sweet potatoes
I'm going to dry them in the sun on the balcony!
How do you like it?
I've been saying I want to drink nigori sake, but I've been busy stocking the fridge 💦.
In fact, I recently drank some Nigori sake from a major brewery and found it to be a bit of a disappointment for me 😅.
It was a disappointment for me 😅.
I'm in the mood to open a little span.
Well, this time, I found and got a bottle while patrolling the liquor store.
It's a different vibe from the last Reborn Raindrops ✨.
Different atmosphere ✨.
The aroma is just a hint of muscat.
The taste is sweet and delicious.
The alcohol content is 16%.
It's a dangerous ⚠️ that's easy to drink 😅.
The aftertaste is bitter or is this what you call sharp?
It has that, but I don't feel bad about it.
I'd like to buy it again when they come out with a different series: ❗️
This is the Honjozo sake available at the well-known Hidakaya.
It tastes much better than expected!
A little sweet and easy to drink on its own.
The handle of the bottle is very easy to hold and the cork is also very easy to open.
It opened on the table top.
Next time, I'd like to enjoy it warmed up.
Bunraku
Kitanishi From name of representative
I had about an hour to wait for the bullet train.
I sometimes have Sairai.
It was cold and dry.
It was a love affair with Bunraku, a form of puppet theater.
The name was derived from the founder's wish to reflect the trinity of "Gidayu, shamisen, and puppeteer" in the world of sake.

Work-related get-together
It was at Kitanishi Sake Brewery, which brews "Sairai" that we had the other day.
