First time for me to drink Bunraku.
I was not aware that the liquor store I was visiting was carrying Bunraku 😱 Oh my god, I had to go through it!
We only took one of you due to the convenience of the fridge😅That one!
The aroma when you open the bottle is mellow and sweet😍.
The aroma of the wine is very refreshing and it is perfect for the summer season 😘.
The acidity is not sour, but rounded and rounded, and it also gives a bright and refreshing taste 😊.
I will buy the next one 😘.
Delicious!
Sunday, I was taking it easy after the funeral arrangements.
I know it seems inappropriate, but I thought I'd distract myself with a little horseplay, so I took a look at the paddock and took a shot... and... oh my! I hit the jackpot 🎯 and it was the 4th highest payout in my life 💴.
Let's buy some good drinks 😘.
Hello, Koizo 😃
How is your first visit to Bunraku? Bunraku is the warehouse of Sairai, which is my guess, but the taste is similar but not the same 😆 I like them both, but I prefer Sairai a little more 🥰.
Hello, kozo 🐦.
This is already a reward for your hard work 😆👍
I was in a similar situation myself, trying to balance and get back to my daily life 😁.
I'm looking at the Northwest Brewery's sake, which I can't buy unless I travel.
At chuin-san the other day ⑤.
Sake we received while visiting the owner, Mr. Kawada
Next is "BUNRAKU NEW WAVE Nama-Zume".
This sake is produced by Kitanishi Shuzo, which brews Bunraku and Sairai in Saitama Prefecture.
This is one of Bunraku's concept workers selection.
It is a "first sake for the 2021 generation✕Kitanishi-shuzo's challenge" and is designed to be easily enjoyed by those who are new to Japanese sake.
The sake has a very low alcohol content of 10% 😳.
The appearance is a warm, almost transparent crystal.
The aroma is...a bit unusual.
A strange cohabitation of tropical and graininess🤔.
Salty and watery texture.
The graininess, including honest sweetness, characteristic acidity, and complexity, flows smoothly with a watery feel.
The back palate has a light graininess and complexity.
For those who like to guzzle in summer but not so much dry sake 🤔.
For those who are used to sake, especially for those who like sweet and mellow sake like me, it may be a bit dry on the palate.
I hope it will lead to the debut of sake in the age of smart drinks.
Fruity and juicy.
An honestly delicious sake.
The level of fruity flavor is high, while keeping the flavor intact.
It is very beautiful and tasty, and there is no room at all for it to be delivered at the level of supermarkets.
Personally, however, I would like it to have a stronger character.
Sorry I didn't take a picture of the label.
It's been a while since I've been to a drinking establishment, but I checked and it's been about a year and a half since I've been there.
If I had to pick one, it would be the Bunraku in the middle.
It has a light nigori taste, which I like, but it has just the right balance of acidity, sweetness, and umami.
I had a drink with a friend from high school for the first time in 5 years.
We drank Bunraku, Yamori, Sugata, and Houken, but I think I liked Bunraku the best.
It is fruity but refreshing and goes well with food.
Lured by the good food and the waitress, we ate and drank a lot...it was a good night.
fruity flavor
Fruity aroma, smooth attack. The taste is clean and delicious. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
For the second glass, I changed the mood and switched to a fruity sake. It is a Bunraku-like umakuchi.
Rigel distribution!
We received 2 bottles of Bunraku✨
This one is a refreshing sweet lemon 🍋!
Delicious as always 😋.
Miso Ramen Rikimaru by Josui
Miso ramen with a gentle sweetness 😋.
Rigel distribution!
We received 2 bottles of Bunraku✨
Juicy sweet and sour lemon 🍋.
Delicious as always 😋.
Hidden local ramen, Yakuzen Ramen🍜.
I used to go to this restaurant when I lived in Nagoya ✨.
Gentle pork bone soy sauce ☺️ I miss it 🍜.
I love both korai and manraku styles👍
Good morning, kino. Yakuzen Ramen? I don't think it suits you. Even if it is medicinal herbs, it is bad for your health to endure! It's like "just keep on eating meat!
Hi, Nochi-san!
I heard that it is called Yakuzen Ramen, but there is only a little bit of Chinese herbs in the soup, so it doesn't seem to be good for you 🤣.
