Oh well. After reading your article, I learned that yesterday was Sake Day! I'm drinking in the kitchen after working overtime again today. I want to go to bed right away, but I really wanted to open the bottle. I thought it tasted like ramune, but then came a refreshingly crisp feeling. Hatsu Bunraku-san is a luxury Daiginjo bag-hanging or something like that 🫥. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, with hints of melon and pear in the ginjo aroma. Absolutely delicious smell, as is common with sweet-amami types 🥰. Sip and you can feel the sweetness and umami of the rice in abundance with a surprisingly soft mouthfeel ✨. It's a sweet/umami type of sake, but it has a nice crisp aftertaste and not too much of a lingering aftertaste, making it a great sake for a mealtime drink 😋. Also, I won the drawing for the Jishin I mentioned before, thank you thank you thank you ☺️✨
