Unusually, we ended up with three kinds of food on this day!
The place is packed as usual, and all the waiters are moving around in a hurry.
As usual on a day like this, we take out our favorite bottles from the cold storage!
Let's try the last one!
Bunraku Snow Petal!
We compared this with Snoqualmie last time, so let's drink it together again this time!
A crisp and dry ogara-mi-shu!
Tachi Bean Curd with Bean Paste
I think this is the best dish in Hokkaido that can be eaten only in the winter season!
We told the manager and the assistant manager that we got some good sake to bring in the new year!
Cosmos and Red Takeshi
Enjoy!
I will bring them well chilled!
We were able to get it in Morioka with the support of our friends at Sake-no-Wa🤭.

The label on the back of the bottle explains that a young brewer spent five years developing a sake with a lemon-like acidity. Well, now, I am looking forward to it.
The first sip after opening the bottle was a bit unpleasant. It had that feeling of having done something wrong that is typical of ginjo-shu that has spent the summer at room temperature.
After letting it sit in the refrigerator for a few days, the corners were removed and it became milder. It became instantly delicious. Let's enjoy it while letting it change over the next few days.
On the second day, I didn't find it tasty. As an acidic sake, Koei Kiku has the highest rank in my opinion, and it did not surpass it. As my opinion. As a Saitama Prefecture person, I will continue to support it!
It is a new Bunraku sake 🍶.
The top aroma is slightly fruity.
On the palate, it has a light, refreshing sweetness with a dry feel that is typical of the new sake season.
It was delicious. ✨️
Rigel distribution!
I'm sorry I've never sent anything but I always get them 😅!
I'm sorry I'm always getting things from you even though I didn't send you anything😅.
Still, it has a sweetness,
The refreshing acidity without harshness is what makes Bunraku so good ✨.
Still too delicious 😋😋.
It would be rude to say that I couldn't get a bottle of Hanahayo, but I took home a bottle of Bunraku's light nigori instead. It has a refreshing sourness and bitterness, and is so easy to drink that a four-pack of it is gone in no time! It might be better than Sairai. At Sawaya
Speaking of Bunraku, Reborn
It's been a long time since I've seen Bunraku written in kanji.
I haven't had Bunraku since the first time I drank it.
There were only a few bottles left, so I'll have them all!
I found it drier than I expected!
Since it's all gone, I'll open a new one under the rules 😋.
