@Torimero 3rd Generation Numazu Station South Exit
Work-related get-together
It was at Kitanishi Sake Brewery, which brews "Sairai" that we had the other day.
Nigolympics starts here!
First, the manager's favorite, Bunraku!
It was stirred well, so it was a solid cloudy sake!
I've been drinking a lot of ogara-mi and nigori (light nigori) recently, so this was not my favorite!
I'm sorry, manager, but you said you bought it personally.
I asked for a 5-piece sashimi plate and was served with some unusual items!
A horse mackerel tataki and a thinly sliced leatherfish with liver!
The owner was grinning!
Thank you very much 😊
Nigolympics️ are still going on!

Bunraku Reborn Received!
According to the installer.
"The fresh aroma is well pronounced, the sweetness is mild and the acidity is clear.
When the oli is mixed in, it becomes gentler on the palate and leaves a beautiful lingering aftertaste." 🧐
according to the brewer
Delicious 😋.
I haven't posted it yet, but it tastes very similar to the "Sairai Usukiri" that I had the other day from the same brewery, Kitanishi Shuzo, which has a slightly bitter taste in the back, making it a slightly more mature winter sake.
That's my impression!
Pairing impression was done by Pekho 😅
Here is my personal impression 😅

Hi shinsaku3😃
I always think that Sairai and Bunraku are similar but different. Bunraku is a bit more mature 😉 I prefer Sairai because it is easier to drink 🥰.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃.
Oh yes! That's how I feel 😃.
They are similar in their lineage, but Bunraku has a more mature taste 😋.
I'm a Sairai girl too: ❣️
Hi Pekho 😃
Yes 😌 there are positives because there are negatives! If everyone is positive, someone will be very negative 😅Life is full of things!
Let's just drink the positive sake 😊.
Jay & Nobby, ❤️ really 🥹someone's minus, someday's plus, it's really a lot of things in life 🌈
Yes, I agree! Sake also has a plus and minus 👍I'll try to choose the plus 👍‼️
I couldn't resist and opened a bottle of the new nigori sake.
I was looking forward to seeing how it would be like, the brewing concept being a sake with a sour taste like a lemon.
I imagined it to be more sour, so I was betrayed in a good way 😋.
The aroma is citrusy 🍋.
Scary easy to drink, tastes like lemon squash without the carbonation 🍶💕.
It's like you could drink it in a mug with ice...
It's horribly delicious 🤤💕
Five kinds today, the first cup.
The first one is a lemon-inspired sake with delicious flavor, bitterness, and acidity.
Today's assortment of fresh sake is a delight, one after the other.
Today is my first time to try Bunraku.
I looked it up and the flavor is similar to Senkou, it suits me already!
As usual, I mixed it before serving 😋.
A slightly subdued yet delicious aroma to pear-like sweetness!
Hi 🙋♂️ it's soooo good!
It's so light and easy to drink that it doesn't even remind you that it's 16% 👍
Good evening, Mr. Bousuke 😃.
Congratulations on your first bunraku 🎉 ㊗️
You and Senkou are similar! is a power word 🤗 these days we get a little freaked out when we hear 16 degrees😅
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
This was my first time to Bunraku, but I didn't know it was from the same brewery as Sairai 😅.
I was attracted by the word "pear-like", and my expectations grew when I saw the resemblance to Senkou, and then I was convinced after drinking it 😋.
The top aroma is pleasantly citrusy. It has a strong acidity and sweetness, like a lemon squash for adults. Although the alcohol content is high at 16%, it is very easy to drink.
Purchased after being recommended by a liquor store in Saitama. They said it was a modern brand with a focus on acidity.
Fresh and slightly effervescent. Acid bitterness of grapefruit, sweetness with a fair amount of juiciness, juicy. As recommended, it is delicious!
This is my first time to try Saitama sake. It is from the same brewery as Saikyu.
The aroma is slightly lychee? Muscat? Slightly amber. No gas. Sweet taste, little acidity. It was easy to drink and tasted good for an al 17%. I would like to drink Saikyu too.
