Sun Citron from Bunraku
I've been drinking it a lot lately. The key is the lemon 🍋.
It has a nice sharpness with a hint of flavor.
I drank it with regular Jungin, but this one is more citrusy.
I feel more citrus 🍋🟩
I've had it with things like bonito tataki, chilled tofu, corn croquettes, etc.
and so on...
Yesterday we went to Ponche Izakaya in Ueno.
I went to Ponche Izakaya 🏮 in Ueno yesterday and had so much fun I didn't take a single photo.
The main topic of conversation was health and
health and illness😅,,
Namazake & Unfiltered Namazake 🍶.
Although the nama sake has a piquancy to it,
I felt freshness in both 😅.
Sake with a sourness like a lemon 🍋.
is the theme of Bunraku, but somewhat restrained.
After a day of drinking, the sweetness and sourness started to coalesce,
very easy to drink taste 😋.
Thanks Rigel!
Aoyama's carefully polished rice ratio of 45% is combined with the brewing technology and sensitivity of the Kitanishi Shuzo brewery to create a supreme sake.
It has a brilliant flavor composed of the fine, delicate sweetness that is the essence of Aizan and the clear, fine acidity backed up by brewing techniques and experience.

I drank Bunraku's Honjozo at the golf course the other day, but this time it was a beautiful Jungin Unfiltered Nama Sake!
You can't go wrong with this one!

I went out to the nearby Yamaya to get it.
Elegant and gently sweet with a hint of fizz.
A sake to drink peacefully in the season of cherry blossoms in full bloom.
I made meat sauce at my daughter's request, and she put it on rice and baked it with cheese to make doria.
I lentilized new potatoes and baked up the meat sauce with cheese.
It goes well with this Bunraku spring sake with a fizzy taste👍.
I found Bunraku with a pink label and did not hesitate to buy it.
It is a perfect sake for this season with its freshness and slight sweetness while retaining the Bunraku character.
The pink label is also very spring-like.
I am sure I will repeat this sake next spring.

It is a Bunraku fresh-stored sake limited to Hidakaya 🍶.
I had a little drink with my colleagues after work.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
The first sip has a slightly sweet aroma and a full-bodied umami flavor.
Surprisingly, it is a dry sake with a refreshing taste.
I think it would lose a little when served with dumplings or stir-fried vegetables with a strong seasoning at Hidakaya.
It was delicious 🍶🥟.
Sweet, fruity, slightly carbonated. Easy to drink.
Not too sweet, but exquisitely sweet. I feel it has an elegant taste. It matches the image on the bottle. There is some bitterness.
Rice polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 16%.
According to the label, the concept is lemon-like sourness. Whether it is lemon or not, one can taste the sourness that accompanies the sweetness. It has a modern taste with a nice sharpness.

Sweet at first? Acid impression afterwards.
It's not like a refreshing lemon like summer sake, though it does have a bit of a lemon taste.
But it's not sweet and mild like honey lemon, so it's refreshing.
Delicious!
