The last of the Koigawa drinking comparison is Dewanosato🤩, which is a beautiful bottle of sake. It has a clear impression different from the first light nigori 😀. I thought it would expand if I drank it warmed, but I couldn't wait and drank it cold 🤣. I think it has a little less depth than the other two bottles. The concept of Koikawa is basically junmai heated sake, so next time I'll wait and drink it heated properly. I guess it's the nature of drinkers that they can't wait even a short time in front of a bottle of sake 🤭. In no time at all, the five of us finished three bottles of sake in about two hours😅. ★★★☆☆☆☆

Now, the next one is the real life Nakadori Namaishuju 😬 in the preliminary forecast. Delicious 😋! It has a deep rice flavor and sharpness, but is completely smooth and mild without any harshness at all 😀. This is the ultimate food sake. It goes well with light sashimi and fugu nabe (blowfish stew) without getting in the way! ★★★★☆

This time we had a Koikawa drinking contest at a family gathering for fugu (blowfish) 🍶. What a luxurious lineup 🤩! We started with a light nigori sake from a pretty girl 😀. At first I thought it was a little sweet, but the lees gives it a nice bitter taste that I never get tired of drinking! It goes well with light fugu sashimi 😋. Now let's see which sake is next 🤭. ★★★★☆

Well I found a great place to eat 😉. The yakitori is delicious and they have a good selection of sake to go with it 😀. Maybe my first sake from Tottori 🔰. As the name suggests, it's super dry, but you can taste the umami and sweetness of the rice. After that, you get a dry punch 👊 that makes you think this is sake ❕ 🥰. I like the taste. ★★★★☆

My first sake 🔰. Nigori sake from that Kikusui Shuzo It has a strong flavor and richness, but you will never get tired of drinking it. I found a great yakitori restaurant near my house... The sake and the yakitori are so good that I keep coming back! ★★★★☆

A gift from a friend🥰. I thought it would be sweet on the palate since it is a junmai daiginjo, but I liked the sake, which has the sweetness of rice but a clean and crisp aftertaste. I was surprised at the sweetness of the rice but I liked the clean and crisp aftertaste 😋. I went skiing🎿⛷️ in Nagano, so I brought some sake for drinking in the room and had a snow viewing sake☃️ ★★★★☆

I'm the only one on my fourth drink at the end of the day. Between the mountain backdrops 😀. I had to look closely to see that the word Yamama on the label is backwards! I guess the "HANE" of the word "Yamama" is the other way around! I already don't remember the taste😅. Please refer to the owner's report again. 🤣 I just remember it was delicious to my liking. Last but not least, thanks to the restaurant for the good food, good drinks and good times ❕😀😀. This is "Takizawa" in Yuzawa town. If you all have a chance, please go there. The taciturn owner and his wife who politely explains the food and sake are the best. Of course, all of the dishes are delicious. ★★★★★

Wife's second drink It's fruity yet dry and crisp ❕😀 when I was allowed to drink it. I heard it's a limited edition sake once a year, lucky 😃💕. I had the impression that Niigata sake was light and dry, but all the ones I've had so far have a modern, expansive taste, which changed my impression! I learned the depth of Niigata's sake! ★★★★☆

Yuzawa ski trip🗻🎿⛄ 2nd stage This is Reimei from Winding Machine It has a deep taste, yet it's still refreshing and crisp. It goes well with sauteed albacore 😆. I'm starting to forget some of the flavors around here 🤭. Please refer to the introduction of the sake at the restaurant. ★★★★☆

I went on a ski 🗻🎿⛄ trip to Yuzawa with my wife and wanted to go out for a drink instead of eating at the hotel, so we went into town. We made reservations at a nice little restaurant and Let's Go🍶. I have a great sense of smell for bars, so I never miss out on anything! The recommended dishes were all delicious, and I couldn't resist the temptation to drink sake. We started with Gagakuyo! I drank too much, so please refer to the menu for my full impression 🤣. It's just delicious 😋! The aroma and taste are fruity with a lot of flavor, but it's clean and dry and goes perfectly with delicious food 🤩. ★★★★★

Long time no see 😃💕 Koikawa. I know the brewery is recommended for heated sake, but I'll try this one chilled. It's not fruity, but it has a good balance of rice sweetness and deep umami, nothing sharp in any way. The ultimate mellowness, I guess. I think it is the ultimate mellowness 🥰. The sharpness is similar to Tobiroki, which I drank a long time ago. It seems to go well with all kinds of food. ★★★★☆

The second drink of the New Year is another favorite AKABU! This one is also a new sake and is sure to be delicious! I was happy to compare it with Tasake 💕. This one is less fruity than the Tasake, but the sweetness from the rice flavor makes it the best ❕😀 😀. I've only had the Mutsu Hachisen Orikarami this year, but I really want to try the AKABU SNOW. But it's hard to get it 😅. ★★★★★

The first drink of the new year is my favorite sake, Tasake's special junmai sake. And if it's draft, it's sure to be delicious. Now to open the bottle. Fruity aroma, but not sweet 🍏 and full of freshness! The first sip was a bit sweet, but as we drank more, the fresh bitterness of the sake made it crisp and refreshing, and my brother and his wife and I finished it in no time at all 🤭. As always, the taste is consistent ❕❕❕❕❕. ★★★★★
