It's time for nigori sake again this year! This is Mutsu Hachisen Ooragarami Nama. When the bottle is opened with a squeak, it has a sweet aroma like a ripe melon🍈. This is definitely a delicious one ❕🥰🥰. The sweetness in the mouth is not as strong as the aroma I detected earlier, but rather a fresh sweetness like the skin of a 🍈, combined with the slight gassy astringency of the raw sake, it is well-balanced and delicious ❕. It was empty in no time 😬. ★★★★★

The second cup is a big Shinshu ❕😀. The sake rice is Hitogokochi, so you can't go wrong ❕. As expected, the full aroma and sweetness fill your mouth! And yet it's not too sweet 🤩. It is beautifully crisp and delicious! I liked Hitokochiki rice the best in both Shinshu Kamerei and Yamasan, so I think it suits my taste. ★★★★☆

A restaurant I kept going to on business trips. The grilled pork skewers here are excellent 😋. Oden and Sanzokuyaki with sake 🍶. First of all, with Daisetsuken The aroma is not so strong, but the sweetness and the delicious taste of rice fill your mouth! It has a sharpness that goes well with all kinds of food. It is a perfect match for any dish.

🏮 at Matsumoto's Izakaya The restaurant I go to every time I travel on business. It has a slightly sweet taste on the palate, but even though it is a honjozo sake, you don't feel the alcohol taste at all like a junmai sake 😋. The sharpness that allows you to keep drinking it with food suits my taste 🥰. ★★★★☆

I can only hope for the 50th anniversary of Yamahai Junmai 🤩🤩🤩🤩.... It smells so good 😆. I went fishing for flounder for a long time, so I will have it with sashimi and carpaccio. It has a sweetness and astringency like a ripe persimmon, and goes perfectly with the fatty flatfish sashimi 😋. It also drains off the olive oil when paired with the carpaccio, making it a perfect match, and I can't stop sipping it one after another 👍! Thanks to the blessings of the sea and rice 🤩. We will have the best Kisso in a long time. 😃 The bottle is opened while cheering for Samurai JAPAN 🇯🇵 against Taiwan 🇹🇼. The first sip is a delicious mix of fresh tanginess and sweetness of the raw sake, and the second sip is a good balance of sharp sweetness and biliousness, respectively, mellowed out when mixed with the whole drink. 😀 😀 Sake that goes well when drunk with dishes with strong flavors. With sashimi, I felt the sweetness won out. 🤔 ★★★☆☆☆

A brand I've had before. When I opened the bottle, it had a fresh sweet aroma like apple, but when I sipped it, I could feel a refreshing slight sweetness and it went right in 😀. It is a delicious sake that is not too refreshing. It is not too refreshing, and even when paired with the seasonal lotus root tempura, it does not lose, but asserts its umami. I've had tadpoles before, but this is the first time I've had this drink 🔰. This one seemed a bit sweeter than the other sake I drank. I think it is because of the type of sake rice ❔. I have had a sweeter experience with Kinmon-nishiki before with Shinshu Kamerei 🤔. But it might be good to drink with strong flavored dishes or at the end of a meal. ★★★☆☆☆☆

It's been a long time since my last business trip to Nagano, so I'm going to drink 🤭. I'm going to have a drink at a cozy sake drinking Izakaya (Japanese style pub) where you can drink Sake... The first thing I ordered with the grilled bandits was Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake from "Jyukyu"! The fresh sourness like green apple followed by the sweetness of the rice was perfectly balanced and so delicious! No wonder the owner recommends this brand 🤩. ★★★★☆

I had this at an izakaya on a trip to Fukuoka. One of the purposes of this trip was to eat live squid and mizutaki in Yobuko. I was very impressed with the clear live squid 🦑. It was 🤩. Tanaka Rokugo is often talked about at Sake-no-wa, but personally, I had the impression that it was not crispy and had no clear contours. Overall, the sweetness lingers in the mouth with a fluffy taste. The sweetness was still lingering in the mouth.

The best ❕🥰. The sky is finally starting to look like fall, so I wanted to open a bottle of something autumnal to drink ❕. When I went to open the bottle, it popped and a sweet and sour aroma like that of squeezed oranges spread out. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the tangy gas and acidity along with the umami flavor that fills your mouth, and it will finish you off quickly. As the name suggests, I felt as if I could see a beautiful sunset on Kujukuri-hama beach. Anyway, it is delicious! ★★★★★

On the last Saturday in August, my plans were cancelled due to a typhoon forecast, so I bought some delicious sashimi and opened a bottle of sparklers ❕🥰. The nose is impressive with sweet melon-like aroma. It has a slightly tangy texture and sourness on the tongue, so the sweetness like 🍈 also has a crisp and clean aftertaste 😀. I prefer it to the beetle 🪲 I had the other day! However, maybe because it's freshly opened, the sweetness and sourness seem to be disjointed, so it might be better to let it sit for a bit to bring them together and balance it out 🤔. ★★★☆☆☆☆
