Last weekend, I drank my first sake in a long time.
It was a wish I received from a business partner about a year ago.
It was a wonderful sake with no deterioration because I kept it carefully in the fridge.
It has a freshness like a fresh sake, a slight aroma and a melon-like mouthfeel. The sweetness is only at the beginning and disappears quickly and has a very nice aftertaste.

Nozomu, Junmai, Akita Sake Komachi, Akita Sake Nigori, Akita Sake Komachi, Akita Sake Nigori
Sweet aroma of melon and banana.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel its sharpness and sizzle! Light gassy and pleasant to drink.
The taste is light and refreshing with little sweetness and acidity, but when you savor it slowly in the mouth, the umami of the rice gradually emerges. It will have a different taste if you let it sit for a while.
The sake is made from the traditional sake yeast yeast, so I imagined it would have a fermented dairy-like flavor, but it is surprisingly moderate in this respect and is easily accepted by all people.
The aftertaste is slightly bitter.
It seems to go well with spring ingredients.
It is probably not a good idea to compare one sake with another, but I think it was similar to the Kaze no Mori in terms of drinking comfort. Both are great sakes. Thank you again.

Nama-hashiro, mizu-hashiro, bodai-hashi... There are various names for sake making, but to be honest, I still don't know the difference between these three. I know that it is different from Yamahai, but...,

I wonder if it will become more orikarami-like as the days go by.
Now the flavor is still a bit angular but quite mild.

The mouthfeel is like juicy ripe apple juice. The gassy sensation is more reminiscent of the fermentation process than of freshness. The taste is quite complex and interesting, with some brown sugar and chocolate sweetness. Astringent! The aftertaste is sharp, and what lingers faintly is a lingering sweet chocolatey aftertaste.
Delicious.
This was also purchased at La J oumon. I had seen this sake somewhere and wanted to try it, although the brand name was different.
It has a modern, masculine, and masculine sake feel to it.

This bottle was received at La Jomon in Yamagata. The aroma is rich and expansive, with a round melon-like sweetness and light acidity. The slight astringency in the back makes it even more flavorful. Thank you for the delicious sake recommendation!

At Kanbei Sake Mamoru, we had a comparison of three types of local sake that Tochigi prides itself on 😋.
I don't have any information about the specs, but the aroma is mild and gentle on the palate☺️ with a beautiful rice🌾 sweetness😚 and a sour aftertaste that is clean and crisp 🥳👍This was a delicious sake that goes well with meals.
The second and third pictures are my first visit to Nikko Toshogu Shrine 😀 It was a weekday during GW, but there were many tourists 😳I was impressed by the precious architecture and the elegant and gorgeous colorful decorations🤔The gorgeous and gorgeous historic shrine pavilions were a quintessential world heritage 🥳✨✨✨.

My first visit to Nikko Toshogu was great😊It is a quintessential world heritage site😚There were so many tourists from overseas 🤔I was able to stay for about 2 hours and take my time to see the sights🫡.
I spotted the splash, so of course I asked for it.
This is also sweet and fruity!

I guess it's for those who like it.
It would be great if it had a little more carbonation and spiciness.

I chose this sake because I wanted to drink a sparkling nigori to have a light, sharp, and carbonated feeling😇.
I opened a bottle of Nozomu's Splash because it sounded like a splash, but unfortunately I didn't feel that sparkling 🤣.
I prepared a splash of nigori for revenge, but after reading everyone's post, I decided to open a bottle of this active nigori Nozomu before opening a bottle of nigori splash because I didn't feel the sparkling sensation as much as I did with the nigori 🤣.
It was a delicious sake with a nice tongue feel and a sense of frothiness, but unfortunately I didn't feel the same sense of frothiness as the active one🤣.
I had high expectations for this sake because of the perforated cap, but... it is a delicious sake if you don't want a strong schwash feeling, but I was a little disappointed 🤣.
I was a little disappointed 🤣 I agreed with myself that the concept of Nozomu was probably not intended to have a great sizzling sensation 😇.

The taste was great, but it didn't have the fizziness that you would expect from a cap with a hole in it, and you could feel it on your tongue 🤣.
If you don't want a strong fizzy feeling, it was a delicious sake 😇
