Tasted and purchased at the Icoma Tasting
It's the CWS you've been hoping for.
Slightly effervescent, citrusy and fruity.
Bitter acidity in the latter half is impressive.
I think the sweetness is moderate in Nozomu.
I prefer it at room temperature.
Tochigi love since the first day of November 🥰.
The second one I bought on my trip to Nasu: ❗️
My first Mochi😊.
This time it's a standard year-round sake, special junmai.
I took the liberty of imagining a classic type of taste.
I imagined it would taste like a classic, but it's pretty modern. ‼️
The aroma is moderate and the sweetness is nice👍
I looked at it closely and it was 2023by.
I was surprised to find that it had a fresh and crisp taste.
I was surprised‼️
It has a nice balance with a hint of bitterness.
I can drink it easily. ❗️
This is delicious😃!
I'd like to try the others too: ‼️
Good evening, Chobin-san 😃!
Congratulations on your trip to Nasu and on your first visit to ㊗️ 🎉This one seems to be a little dry among the Mochisas, but it's refreshingly delicious 😋Try it out for yourself 👋
Purchased on a business trip
Fruity & Juicy
This sake has a sweet and umami taste that spreads in the mouth and finishes with a pleasant sharpness.
Serve with potato chips
This is a bottle from the CWS series by Yamada, a sake dealer. It has an attractive flavor with a bouncy freshness, and it was more refreshing and easier to drink than the others in the series.
Good taste! Piquancy that doesn't seem fire-roasted.
It's intense! Excellent balance of sweetness and sourness. And the sweet flavor is unique. I knew the name before, but this is the first time I bought it.
It's so good!
With grilled gashira.
This Hachijojima goods are too nice.
I can't help but wish for the recovery of Hachijo-jima.
