Tonoike Sake Brewery is an amazing brewery that won two awards at this year's Nanbu Touji Sake Brewing Competition!
I bought a bottle of Nozomu from a local liquor store.
Junodai, unfiltered, raw sake made from 50% Senbon-Nishiki milled rice from Hiroshima Prefecture.
The aroma is very cappuccinatory.
Green apple
Rich ripe apple on the palate
Dark sweetness like syrup
Anyway, it's thick and sweet.
Delicious without snacks, but
but it goes well with the cured ham I bought at a convenience store.
Good morning, bap 😃.
Thank you for promoting Sotaike 😊.
No, from whose point of view 😆.
I've never had any of Kochira's Nozomu 😅 it's very dark and sweet! Thanks for the info 🤗

Purchased on a trip to Mashiko.
This one is a gem brewed with Hokkaido comet.
When I tasted it at the liquor store, it was a little rough like a new sake, but after three months in the refrigerator, it was cleaned up in a good way and became a refreshing drink with a good sweetness, just right for summer. (It lost some of its gaseousness, though.)
It is good to drink as it is, and also very tasty with sashimi.

Today I went walking again, bringing sake to the Expo Park in Suita 🚶♂️
I came here to enjoy the hydrangea, but I felt sorry for them because the rainy season had already ended 😅.
Today I brought Nozomu-san's Splash Origami😇.
I had already had Nozomu's Splash and knew it wasn't as fizzy as Splash, so I didn't expect fizziness from Orikagarami as well 😀.
I was not expecting any fizziness from the ogara-mi because I know it is not as fizzy as the splash 😀 When I actually drank it, I found it to be a very calm, sweet and fruity sake with a delicious rice flavor, especially from the ogara-mi 😇.
I think it would be better to stop using the word "splash" from next season if possible so that there will be less misunderstanding 🤣.
Good evening, Yasbay🌛Mojo, I've been wanting to bring you for a while and can't due to space constraints, but it still looks delicious even without the splashy feeling🍶.
Good morning, Yasbay 😃.
I've heard that kind of feedback a lot in the sakewa world 😅I think you might want to add "Is it a splash?" next season 😆. from next season 😆.
Hi Nao888 😀
Nozomu-san is a delicious sake if you open the bottle with that image in mind because even the active nigori with a perforated cap didn't show so much oridance 😀.
I think it's relatively easy to get, so please give it a try 😇.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
You're right, JN, you're good with words and good at naming things😇.
I'm the wrong person to imagine that some drinks blow up with a splash like Hanaboe's because they have a splash and blow up big 🤣.
Going out for a spin

Bo: Special Junmai Gohyakumangoku Unfiltered Bottle Heated
I have recently been addicted to Nozomu (bo:) sake.
I bought this sake because it was on sale in a bottle that was heated. Compared to Hitogokochi's unfiltered raw sake, the aroma and sweetness are generally cleaner, and the bitterness cuts through quickly. This is a sake for summer. Perfect for this time of year.
Degree of liking 9/10
