It has a sweet aroma. As the aroma suggests, the sweetness spreads in the mouth, but the aftertaste is tangy and heavy.
I prepared a salad of bonito tataki with a dressing made from olive oil and wine vinegar, and this sake took it all in stride.
Today's hope.
Nozomu" is a special kanji for me.
I kept this sake from the end of last year, thinking I would open it for a celebration. Today, I had a small but thankful celebration, so I opened the bottle✨.

When chilled, it's gentle on the palate and then packs a nice punch. ❗️ It's both spicy and fruity 😊.
When the temperature goes up, the taste becomes more gentle.
It was a nostalgic sake 😋.

The aroma is completely pineapple🍍!
The taste is just as gorgeous and fruity as the aroma! It has a good umami and acidity, so it's very drinkable! 😍😍
I bought this because of the label! I'm glad it tastes as good as the label! 😇
Tonoike Sake Brewery is an amazing brewery that won two awards at this year's Nanbu Touji Sake Brewing Competition!
I bought a bottle of Nozomu from a local liquor store.
Junodai, unfiltered, raw sake made from 50% Senbon-Nishiki milled rice from Hiroshima Prefecture.
The aroma is very cappuccinatory.
Green apple
Rich ripe apple on the palate
Dark sweetness like syrup
Anyway, it's thick and sweet.
Delicious without snacks, but
but it goes well with the cured ham I bought at a convenience store.
