I had had Splash before, but this is the first time I've had this.
I have had Splash before, but this is the first time for me. (The owner's son has a hobby of letting it sit for a year...)
The first sip is sweet and rich!
The taste is not too gassy, and the strong pungency and bitterness wash down your throat as if to erase the sweetness. What remains is a condensed fruity aroma. (^_^)
From your post, it seems that it is also cloudy.
I would love to try it!
Good morning, Yamamaru 😃!
Hitogokochi nozomu from Tochigi! It's delicious 😋.
I'm sure the liquor store that lets it sit for a year is very particular about it 😄! Nigori-gori is also ridiculously delicious 🤗.
Dora-chan's Cork Festival 🥳④
Also known as the "Little Drinking Party🎉"!
Here's what's next!
A splash of hope✨🥂✨!
Fruity aroma
When you take a sip
A mild sweetness
The sourness comes after a while...
And then a light, tangy and sour taste.
The bitterness finishes the taste.
The aroma is nice and lingers in the mouth 😘.
It is rather robust
From the name "splash
I was thinking of sparkling.
Dora was a bit disappointed with the sizzling taste.
I think it wasn't enough for her 😂.
Hi, Tsubu 😀
We actually got a splash of Sumishu at the end of the year 😀.
It's still delicious, but I felt it's not quite the same as the name "splash", but I'm still waiting for it 😅 I've heard that it's a bit of a rind, but I'm not sure.
Hi Yasbay😄!
I liked the light piri sizzle, but I guess it wasn't enough for Dora 😙 But you know, I'm sure the new one will be more healthy🫧🫧 since it's been laid down for quite a while 😉👍
Then here it is. This is Nozomu, which I had a chance to drink but never got around to it. This is the quietest nigori we have had this season. The taste and aroma are mild, but there is a strong fruitiness and sweetness in the aftertaste. This pattern may be rare...? Sake is really interesting because there are so many different types 👏.
Pale, clean sweetness.
The flavor is not assertive, but it is firm.
When you notice it, the acidity starts to show.
It flows very nicely.
You can feel a tangy carbonation on your tongue.
In my opinion, splash is an exaggeration.
2nd day
Sourness develops and fruity taste comes out.
But the splash is too much.
It is very tasty.
Purchased at a liquor store in Mashiko on a trip to Moka and Mashiko.
I tasted some of the Nozomu series,
The one brewed with "Hitogokochi" was very easy to drink with a sweet taste and moderate gasiness.
It was warm today, and I couldn't resist opening the bottle on the train on my way home, so the gassy feeling was completely gone by the time I got home.
Hi okd 😃
Welcome to Tochigi 🤗I guess you mean tasting at a liquor store in Mashiko 🤔Okada Sake Shop!
They let us sample a lot when we were there 😅It's delicious 😋.
Finally, the weekend is finally here, while we are busy with our daily business... and we've been waiting for it: ❗️
Every weekend we have a fun ❤️ sake opening day 🍶!
Today is the first time to drink Tochigi's "Nozomu" Splash 🫧!
When you open the bottle, the aroma is not that strong... but it smells like a tropical 🏝️ tropical pineapple 😍!
I took a top off, imagining it to be pretty schwaggy from the name Splash🌊... but 🤔.
It's sweet and tasty, but it's 16%, so I think it's a little alcoholic 💦.
Also, the freshness of the water is a bit too much like a clear stream rather than a splash ❓...? I have a feeling😅😅.
I'm going to stir it and drink the second glass 👍.
The flavor is really arp⤴️
As I've been advocating for a while now, stirring is the way to go for orikarami type sake ✨....
...but in general I don't think it's the name of the splash 😓.
Personally, the Ganki Sparkling I had the other day is more of a splash lol 🤣.
Let's see what kind of taste changes I can enjoy tomorrow... I'll keep my fingers crossed 😁.
Day 2: 🗒️
In the garden as the temperature was moderate 🍶.
I stirred it from the beginning and it tasted more alcoholic than the first day, but the flavor didn't change much 😓.
I definitely like the first day better...just need to lower the alcohol content 🤔.
Hello, Koiing gulls 😃.
Congrats on the splash💦 and congratulations to Hatsumo-san ㊗️ 🎉 we've never had it 🥲 but I have a feeling it's one of those bottles that has a pretty mixed reputation in the sake world🧐.
I guess I'll have to drink it to be sure.
It's past time for a drink 🍶.
We were invited to the home of our town's sake master and were treated to some wonderful sake 😆 The first bottle was "Nozomu" ❗I used to drink Nozomu, which was very dry, but this was my first nigori!
The first bottle was "Nozomu" which I haven't had in a while ❗The Nozomu I had a long time ago was very dry, but this was my first nigori (nigori)! And "Hitogokochi" is good 🎵.
Gentle but refreshing 😋 Goes well with food👍.
Good evening, Mr. Noodle Sake King 😃.
Nozomu-san's nigori! It's really delicious 😋.
The fact that Hitogochi is produced in Tochigi is also a point of interest 🤗.
Good morning Jay & Nobby😃.
It's been a while since I had a good Nozomu 😊There are many kinds of Nozomu and I want to get drunk on the different flavors 😆I especially want to try the Nozomu Splash 😉.
The slightly effervescent, slightly bubbly feeling characteristic of active nama nigori, combined with the light acidity, makes it refreshing and enjoyable.
The gasiness is very tight.
It has a moderate richness and flavor, but does not smell too much in the mouth,
It goes well with meals.
Slightly acidic.
Light in mouthfeel for its flavor.
Taste: 3/5 stars.
