Today we had Tochigi Ai no Mochi 😀.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo sake, but it is labeled as dry 🤣.
As soon as I put it in my mouth, I was surprised by the sweet and delicious atmosphere, but it was soon followed by the rich umami flavor😇.
Even my family, who likes sweet and fruity tastes, enjoyed this Nozomu 😀.
Of course Nozomu is delicious, but I wonder if our family has gotten used to the dry taste 🤣.
IGOMA October Tasting (5)
Nozomu Splash at CWS
First time to drink fire-roasted Nozomu
It is a fruity and sweet type of wine, but I wonder if it is drier than the past splash I drank.
But it's sweet and it's a reasonable price among Nozomu's, so it's good.
I bought this one and will post it again later 😌.
I've posted a few times so I'll put them all together, but I also drank Sawa Hime.
I've had it many times and it's still delicious with a good balance of sweet and spicy 😋.
This time I put two together and Tochigi Ai 🥰.
I've had the Kihotsuru Hiyoroshi many times, including tasting and drinking at home, so I'll skip that one, but it was gassy and fresh, not like Hiyoroshi, but like Kihotsuru Hiyoroshi 😋.
Good day!
My parents came to Kanazawa this weekend!
Friday we went to Daigo 🥰.
We all had a lot of fun drinking together!
And Saturday night we went to Kinoya!
It was our first time to go here, but we had a private room and the food was delicious. 👍️
Then on Sunday, my parents went back to Kobe and we picked up their new car 😎♥️
We went from a sedan to an SUV!
The width is 10cm more than the previous one, too scary!
So we practiced driving to kindergarten for now 🤣.
I wonder if I can manage 🤔.
And today is the first day in a while that I took it easy!
We had a potluck dinner at night and opened it up!
Here it is! Splash!
It seems to be an extra version of something I've had a few times before 🤣♥️
It was delicious and juicy and appealing!
Let's try to get back to normal tomorrow: 👍️
Good evening, Jun-san!
It's been a very full and exciting weekend 🎵.
I'm jealous of your parents and Daigo too 🤤.
This is one restaurant I want to visit someday✨
I haven't had the powerful hope splash yet, but I have a fantasy that the hot pot would be a good match 😋.
Good evening, Jun-san 😃
Mr. Daigo! I hope to visit next year 🥹.
SUVs might be easier to drive once you get used to them because of the higher eye level 🤗Kochira nozomu! I'll get it next time ‼️
100% Hitogochi produced in Tochigi Prefecture
16% alcohol by volume
Seasonal activated nigori sake.
I was nervous when I opened the bottle, but it didn't have a lot of sizzle...
Silky and full-bodied as only nigori can be.
It has a sweetness, but it's not too strong...
Preference ★★★★☆
Nasu trip, second one at the inn.
It's very tight.
It has a strong sake taste and a dry aftertaste, but I like it because it has a natural sweetness on top of the rich umami of junmai.
The first glass, which I drank after taking it out of the refrigerator for a little while, was very tasty, with the umami spreading out even more.
Thanks for your comment😃✨
The store was very kind and helpful😊Nanamizu and Nozomu were very good 🥹I actually couldn't decide and bought 5 more bottles so I will enjoy Tochigi sake for a while 🥰.
Hope. It has been a while since I had this sake, but I was surprised at how sharp it was. I had an image of a modern sake with sweetness and acidity. But I thought it was just as well. I don't dislike it.
The taste changes quite a bit depending on the temperature!
When you drink it right away at 0°C, it is sweet and easy to drink, but as the temperature rises, it becomes heavier and heavier!
It is delicious!
The sake that got me hooked on sake😌.
I was thinking back to that time 🥺 and thinking how wonderful it is that there is a sake with a fruity taste 🥺... I knew it had already passed, so I picked it up 🤗.
This time, I was a little bit concerned about the graininess mixed with the plastickiness. I could taste the full-bodied acidity characteristic of sake yeast while the activity was weak.
The third one, Ajitama kelp water tsukemen (soy sauce)
Hello, Kotori 😃!
Oooh! This is how you got hooked on ‼️
The active nigori is absolutely delicious 😋 but I haven't tried Akita Sake Komachi yet 🥲I wish it was more Brappy-ish 😄.
Hi Jay & Nobby 🐥.
I'm looking forward to the new wine, even though the gas was not that great this time 🤗Eh⁈Not plastic-like, but brappi-ish⁈😂I'm going to get drunk melodramatically😍.
Tonight, we will be having "Nozomu" (🍶) for the first time in a while.
It's a selfish image, but...Nozomu-san has a clean and habit-free image.
With this in mind, I opened the bottle.
Aroma....I imagine it to have a clean and dry taste before drinking 😅.
Then I took a sip!
I knew it would be ❗️ refreshing 😍and... a little dry ⁉️ no it's not spicy, it's dry and refreshing 😋.
Yes, this word is the best fit for me!
I'm going to finish it in a flash 💦.
I'll stop now 🤣
Good evening, Mr. Baum 😃.
Kochira nozomu! I saw it at the liquor store this weekend and was attracted to the dry splash ⁉️ 🤔I was confused with the others and passed on it 😅I guess it's as good as its name 😋I'll get it next time ‼️
Tochigi Ai 🥰 Strengthening Month #7
Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival
Tasted and enjoyed all of them, but chose Hitogokochi as the most affordable one!
It's been a long time since I've had a Hitogokochi!
The rice polishing ratio of 53% is very rare in the middle of the range.
It has a lot of gas. It is mainly sweet and tasty, but also has a dry atmosphere. Not too sweet and not too spicy.
Nozomu, I thought I need to drink more things 😅.
bouken, I'm with you 😃.
Oh...you drank it at home! I see you drank it at home 🤗Hitokochi from Tochigi Prefecture tickles my love for my hometown even more! Yes, it is delicious 😋.
Thank you for the month of reinforcement 😊.
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
The rice is also from Tochigi and I love Tochigi 🥰 combo 😆.
I found some Omachi at the department store yesterday but gave up due to fridge issues😭.
Somewhat subdued fruitiness of green banana and melon type as described on the back, with a discreet yet chili-like feel. It was a deliciously spicy sake that goes well with food 😚.
Miyamanishiki use
The one in the middle, hehe, don't I already have to tell you, right? It's not the same!
The fruity sweetness with a hint of lemon blossoms, and the great umami overflows....
