The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival 8
Nozomu's booth. Hankyu's Tochigi Sake event was only for Sanbana, but Osaka Takashimaya is a special distributor, so they can bring Nozomu too!
I drank
Nozomu Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Unfiltered Nama Sake
Very gorgeous, fresh, sweet, delicious, and juicy😍!
Nozomu Junmai Daiginjo Senbon Nishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu
Deep umami and sweetness. A little bit of bitterness in the second half😍.
Nozomu Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi Unfiltered Nama-shu
No picture because I bought it. Similar to the top two, but just the right balance 😋.
Sanbaku Yamahai Junmai
Easy to drink, even for a Yamahai sake 😍.
Sanbana Junmai Ginjo
I had this at Hankyu the year before last and it's still as good as ever😍
Sanbana Daiginjo
I was also allowed to drink a nice one.
Very elegant, gorgeous, round, sweet and delicious😍.
I heard that Sanbana is only available locally, but if you negotiate with a distributor, you might be able to order it. They said they might be able to order it for you if you negotiate with the distributor.
The three Nozomis were especially eye-opening and shockingly delicious!
I didn't buy much, but it made me realize that I need to drink more!
The proprietress?
She was very funny and entertaining with her light-hearted talk!
She also told me to come to the Tochigi sake event she holds every year in Osaka, but it was a weekday 🤣.
Tochigi love 🥰 even at Takashimaya!
Good evening, bouken😃.
I like the comparison of Nozomu-san and Sanbana-san 🤗.
And the Nozomu-san from Tochigi that you bought ‼️ is very tasty 😙.
Love Tochigi, Nozomu ken-san 🥰.
I bought it before I got pregnant and couldn't drink it, so I opened it up for the second time. It was a little sour when cold, but at room temperature it was soft and tasty!
Today I made rice with mackerel and mushrooms, so I paired it with that.
On this day, we also received pineapple and pear from Nozomu-san's whimsical recipe, which is overflowing with Tochigi love ❤️. 😀 We also received Nozomu-san's whimsical recipe last year.
Last year we also had Nozomu-san's whimsical recipe, but last year it was bananas and American cherries, wasn't it?
Last year, I could feel the fruitiness of the sake, but this year... it's still delicious 😀.
The fruity sweetness was balanced by a firm acidity, and while I didn't get that much pear, I did get a good amount of pineapple 😇.
I can't wait to see what kind of whimsy Mr. Toji Ono of Nozomu will do next year 😇.
Hi Yasubeyesan 😃.
Thank you for the Tochigi love 🥰 from Osaka for the second year in a row 😊Nozomu's whimsical recipe 🍶I've never tried it 🥲 but I enjoy the different recipe every year🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀
I think Touji-san's whimsy is a bit different for you guys as it is sweet and tasty 🤣.
I went to a sake festival today and had a great time talking with the brewery owner of Sotaike and tasted a lot of their sake 😇.
Hi Yasbay 🐦.
I see you drank this one 😻 I went to buy it and it was sold out😭I wanted to drink it because I like both pear and 🍍! I hope you make the same recipe again next year 😂.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
This is all at the whim of the master brewer, so maybe next year he will be in a different mood 🤣.
But the direction of the taste has changed, but it was delicious last year and this year, so I'm looking forward to it next year too😇
The aroma is restrained and the taste is rich, yet crisp and elegant. It has a concentrated impression of umami, making it a very drinkable sake.
★All the ingredients are in the same bottle.
The alcohol I brought with me when I was invited. So, a reminder. I wonder if it was laid down for more than a year in the warehouse before shipping. When the bottle is opened, it has a nice aroma like sweet peaches. When you put it in your mouth, the firm sweetness spreads in your mouth and it is delicious. This brewery's sake never betrays you!
Purchased at a liquor store in the city. It has a rich gaseous taste like cider and a delicious flavor that fills the mouth. It can be enjoyed for its long-lasting aftertaste, or you can enjoy the carbonation by pouring it down your throat all at once.
