It was gassy, with a hint of pear and apple, and had a smooth and thick texture. Perhaps it was because I had just eaten a melon, but I couldn't taste the melon... I felt it was more like a dumpling, or a sweet flavor with a strong koji taste. There was a slight saltiness in the mellow flavor. たけるパパThe brewery will manufacture in April 2024. Brewing year: 2023
The bottle is screw-capped, so you can open it comfortably.
When the bottle is opened, it has a refreshing aroma.
The first impression when you take a sip,
It feels light. The sweetness is also felt, but it is not bland and has a firm outline. The sourness spreads afterwards, but it is mild and not so much that it is perceived as sour. It has a 🥝y feel to it.
The aftertaste is refreshing.
This is a sake to keep chilled in summer 🍶.
It has a low alcohol content of 14 degrees Celsius and a low alcohol content of -13 degrees Celsius. Not too sweet, not too sour, easy to drink. ニルたろうIt has been a long time since I have had this wine, but the mellow and expansive taste made me think that it is indeed Ona. It is a bottle that I would like to drink slowly.

The aroma is just like a Ginjo aroma!
The first sip is as crisp and clean as you would expect from a modern dry sake 😚 This is more like a quietly burning soul ❤️🔥 than a gutsy soul 🔥😄.
It's a quintessential Tetorigawa! It lives up to expectations 👍
And now, the story is about glasses!

Jay's glasses have been in and out of his shirt pocket, so the frames are rickety and the lenses are covered with scratches😩.
The other day we went to an eyeglass shop for the first time in a while and consulted with them and they told us that he bought his current pair 7 years ago...that's a lot of rattling😅.
I took my eyesight 👀 and chose frames in seconds and finished shopping in about 20 minutes! Much faster than picking out alcohol at a liquor store🤣.

It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of young melon, apple, and muscat, with a gentle sweetness...a kind of umami that you might find when eating small or medium tomatoes!
The wine has a refreshing, gaseous and pithy taste, and a dry, crisp finish.

Aroma reminiscent of green apple and young melon, light and fresh on the palate, with a soft sweetness and umami. Medium to slightly dry. As soon as it is swallowed, it has a sharp acidity like after biting into a lemon, and again the umami flavor fills the mouth. It is a refreshing and delicious sake that keeps the cup going.
It has an atmosphere similar to that of Lion's Village, and it is a delicious sake that you can drink with peace of mind!

Actually, there were 3 Tochigi sake candidates for the 500 in, and one of them was this one, Ona-san: ‼️
I packed those 3 bottles in my backpack so that I could go to any of them and bring them to the walking location😄.
So here is a picture of Ona-san taken outside too😊The yellow-green color of the label on this one blends in with the forest🌳😌.
So, as you can see in the picture on the right, we compared Yumesasara with Nikko Honor 👍.
Yumesasara, an original Tochigi Prefecture rice variety, has Yamadanishiki as its mother and T Sake 25 as its father! We have a lot of love for Tochigi 😆.

About half of the 100 bottles of Tochigi sake are Senkou & Bida! I've been drinking others, but there are still many brands I haven't tasted yet, so I'll continue to devote myself to the Tochigi Sake Road 😤.

After leaving the restaurant, my son asked for Chinese food, so we went to a Chinese izakaya and drank Shaoxing sake for the first time in a while along with some snacks 😋.

It is a medium, slightly sweet delicious sake with a smooth texture. Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass. The mild aroma reminds me of green apple and the fresh sweet and sour taste is impressive and refreshing. Very tasty. ことりThe nose opens with a hint of dense apples, and towards the latter half of the bottle, the aroma is sweet, reminiscent of quince and cotton candy. You can sense the rich sweetness and umami of the rice. The acidity and bitterness are well balanced with a refreshing finish reminiscent of citrus fruits.
