Mutsu Hachisen's special junmai since Natsu Doburokku. The aroma is mild, with a green apple aroma. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity, making it an easy-drinking sake. It is easy to pair with meals.
The brewer is Hachinohe Shuzo in Aomori Prefecture. Mutsu Hachisen is the main brand, replacing Mutsu Otokoyama, the founding brand.
The raw material rice is Mutsuhomare, the rice polishing ratio is 60%, the sake degree is +3 degrees, the acidity is 1.4, and the alcohol content is 15%.
