After the beautiful sweetness of the rice and the ginjo aroma on the nose, it quickly becomes crisp and refreshing, and the back of the throat gets hot. I received this bottle from a relative! It is a luxurious sake, clean and unobtrusive in a good way.

Two summers aged ⁉︎ It has a smooth drinking mouthfeel and a kind of sparkling taste. It reminds me of an ear of rice🌾. It has aged beautifully and has a crisp, dry and sharp taste. Delicious ‼️ Naikaya, where have I heard of this brand, what is it? I thought to myself, they are the brewery of the whisky Saburomaru! Lots of interesting and hard to find sake from Toyama! A souvenir from my cousin's brother. It was nice to have a drink together for the first time in many years, even if it was only for a short time!

Sake for the opening of the year 2026. Bright doburoku. Happy Taro-san asked us about doburoku, and we were curious about the pink doburoku from Sakata Brewery. There was also a white one, but I chose this one because of the pop-up saying that it took an extraordinary amount of effort to produce the pink color. It was very New Year-like when I thought about it. I realized that it was a bit like New Year's. It is fruity and refreshing! I wonder if it is called pink yeast. It might be good to try drinking only the top clear. It's low al, but for some reason I felt it was a bit harsh and it was good with a little carbonation 🍓. I'm glad I could drink it with my relatives who came to visit me.

2025, closing drink. I never thought I would be able to purchase the Nuka de Dango Slope I dreamed of ❗️ at the end of the year ‼️ The acidity, umami, and honey-like sweetness seem to keep flowing smoothly along with the torrid texture. This character is cute too😍. I started Sake-no-wa because I wanted some way to record the taste of sake. I enjoy looking through users' records and finding sakes that interest me and getting responses. I hope sake will be even more popular next year. ‼️The fascination that rice, koji, and water can bring out is still unfathomable 🤩.

This must be done with sashimi! And I bought some tiny sashimi with my New Year's Eve soba noodles ^_^. The aroma is mild and there is a gentle sweetness on the palate. It is different from the fruity feeling that comes through to the nose. Smoky? I don't know how to describe it, but it is a pleasant flavor. It is a very pleasant flavor! It's a very nice flavor. I can't say what it is, but I felt that the label is right! I can't say what's wrong with it, but it's right on the label! I really wanted to get a zodiac sake, but they were sold out or didn't have it, too bad 😢, but I was lucky to find an interesting brand ✌️ I think there are only a few places in Yamagata City that have this kind of seasonal sake from Daisen. It's delicious but 🤤.

This year's koji tripled! I heard it is better to say, "This year's koji tripled! I drank it for the first time last year, and I remember thinking how sweet it was with three times as much koji. This year, however, it is really refreshing! The acidity is so sharp that if you close your eyes, you can see it is a white wine. ‼️ If it were served in a wine glass without saying anything, you might really mistake it for a white wine. No, even if you knew, you would make a mistake. It's not so much how it is as a sake, but how it is as a drink. It's delicious! It's beyond delicious 😍.

This was my first visit to Mitsuo Yamakawa! I was told that this sake is brewed with Dewa-san from my father's hometown, Yamagata Kashiwagura-mon-den, and No. 10 yeast born in Ibaraki! I knew I had to buy it, so I bought it as I was led to do. It is a beautiful sake that does not betray my expectations. It is light and dry with a hint of sweetness, and I think it has a stylish cedar barrel feel. I can't get enough of it!

First time to drink Tsuki no I shiboritate (new sake). I got the sake on hold at the liquor store and went home to my parents' house in Yamagata 🚙. I was excited to open the bottle! Surprisingly, it is very fruity! Juicy, thick, sweet fruitiness! Like a large muscat! After that, the power and dry sharpness of the Tsuki no I are pushed in quickly 💪. Don't be caught off guard by the mouthfeel that makes you forget about the 20° 😅. I also drank it heated. The umami that is typical of Tsuki no I came out with a bang, and the fruitiness followed later. It was delicious even after it cooled down, and you could enjoy it slowly.

Even without nigori, you can feel the sweetness and creaminess of the rice. When nigori is added, the rice is tender and creamy. The sweetness is even more refined! The aftertaste is spicy and sharp at the back of the throat, with a hint of sweetness that lingers in the mouth, inviting the next sip! What is surprising is the price: 990 yen for a four-pack! It may be adjusted for brewing alcohol, sugar, acidifiers, etc., but it is well made with a strong flavor and may be the best value for money. ❗️ Following the speed of new sake, I didn't know there was such a seasonal sake 🤩 Fear not, Morishima Sake Brewery, Fuji Taikan! It doesn't stop with Morishima💦. No wonder I heard that there are many female fans at the sake shop ✨.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby! Fuji Taikan, there is a place in Yamagata, my hometown, that carries it, so it looks like it may be available outside of Ibaraki as well. I was surprised to see a new junmai sake being released in mid-October, and I was also surprised to see this nigori sake 🫢.

The 1st lot of this year's Urasato Light Nigori, lucky to be able to buy it while the 2nd lot was also available! It was like the last lot in a bottle of No. 4! It didn't overflow, but I was excited to see the gas welling up inside the bottle. After the tight gas feeling and the cider-like mouthfeel, there was a juicy sweetness that lingered faintly in the sharpness. We also compared it with Kirizukuba Light Nigori, which we were about to finish drinking! The initial cider taste is similar, but the Urasato seems to have a mellower texture and lingering aftertaste. Cheers to Kiri-Tsukuba! I wonder if it would be better to start with Kiri-Tsukuba and then relax with Urasato. I am wondering about a good drinking order.

This one is purchased by weight! This cedar barrel sake is exclusive to Sato Sake Shop. It has a golden color and a really nice aroma. It seems as if the gassiness of the first pressing we drank earlier has been removed and the aroma has been clothed. There is a melon-like ginjo aroma, and I can sense freshness and freshness. It is also delicious 😋.

Very fresh! Pitchy and gassy! It wears a cider-like flavor. The aftertaste is sharp and refreshing. The base seems to have the classic goodness of Kirizukuba, but with the freshness of today's style. This is amazing! I think so. The supernatant is also a bit cloudy, and I wonder if the gas has lifted the ori. When I mixed it, it was more cloudy and I couldn't even see it.

Found an interesting sake! Christmas is near and I'm intrigued by strawberry sake. ‼️ It has a somewhat chewy texture with a slight hint of gasiness. It has a gentle acidity and sweetness that wafts through the air. The sweet and sour aftertaste is very pleasant 🍓. Not too low in alcohol content, but it will make you grin and melt 😍.
