Koei Kiku is a brand that La jomon has recently started a relationship with. At one time there was only a 1-sho bottle available, and I hesitated, but when the 4-gou bottle was restocked, I bought it without hesitation! As the owner said, it was fresh! The gassiness is modest. The freshness is followed by a fresh and refreshing sweetness. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It's a delicious liquid 🫠. Looks like it would be suitable for a sacred place like a sacred sake. Actually, I made a big mistake. I only looked at the label and didn't realize it was a draft sake and left it in the car for about a day on a warm Sunday💦I was nervous to see what would happen to it, but what if it was actually even better than this 😵. I couldn't stop at the beginning of the week 🍸.

The day I felt the spring breeze, we met again 😂The sake that started it all for me, "Kazan Zozen". Kazezan Zozan, the sake that started it all for me. I recommend drinking it at room temperature! I had it in the fridge, so I started drinking it when it was about snow cold. It has a sharp citrus and freshness from the first sip. Slightly gassy. Delicious! However, it certainly seems a little different from last year. Drink slowly and the temperature rises to room temperature. The mouthfeel becomes mellow and sweet. It tastes like white grapes. However, the sharpness of the aftertaste is not so different! Last year, it was fire-aged, but I remember that it had a sweeter sake punch on the palate and a sharp aftertaste. This year, the crispness of the aftertaste leaves a refreshing lemon-like acidity. I wonder if it will be available in the next month or so. I'm also looking forward to the fire-brewing. I wonder if I can buy it at the right time? I couldn't find the character for "sozan" in Kazan-zozan, so I searched for it on the Internet. I liked this character. (4th photo)

First time in my life 🍶 I had fun 🍶 ‼️ I probably missed one. Aradama's nigori sake, Bondara. Bondara" is a dialect of "Tsurara". I've never used it, though. I had an image of nigori sake as sweet or milky, but BONDARA was clear and light! I thought Aradama's nigori sake was supposed to be mellow, but I didn't expect it to be like this. ‼️ It's like drinking fresh melted water from the bottara. (Not that I've ever drank water with melted icicles in it 💦) I'd like to visit Kaku-uchi again sometime.

The name of the brewery is "Sanjusshi," which is a play on the word "Satoshi" for the toji Satoshi Sukai. ☺️ The taste and aroma are gorgeous 🌸The cherry blossoms are about to bloom, so this is the perfect end to the day! I was curious about Yonezuru and Sake no Wake, so I tried it for the first time and found it very interesting! I want to drink them all.

The waiter's reaction 💦 was that it was similar to the earlier Kuranin Kou sake and not suitable for comparison, so I drank the Kuranin Kou first and then started on the real thing. It is true that it has a similar sense of maturity. However, it has a strong lingering aftertaste. And this lingering aftertaste has a kind of coffee feel to it! I paired it with thick-boiled eggs made with Suzuki Shuzo's honey wine. The added sweetness is great! And the half-boiled egg is the best! This may be the best egg omelet in my life!

This sake is made from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. It is made from a rare rice called "Sawanohana". The mouthfeel gives a sense of maturity like a barrel sake, but it is a Junmai Daiginjo! It leaves no bad taste at all. ‼️

I was curious about this bottle when I was looking at the cool label ‼️ Sake no Wa. It has a refreshing citrusiness and a dry taste like the strength of a tiger. It is made with Miyamanishiki and Haenuki. My first time at a corner bar and first time drinking outside by myself in a long time. I'm excited. ☺️

I bought it as a souvenir to visit a relative's house. What a coincidence that they also have Aradama Honjozo at their house: ‼️ The prototype is a delicious sake with a sweet and sour taste like white grapes, and it was well received by everyone 🙌. However, when we drank at the dormitory, we talked about how the Honjozo was better, and my uncle said he felt more comfortable with the Honjozo 👍. Each of us has our own best sake according to our mood, drinking style, tastes, time period, etc. 😆.

REBORN's February limited edition sake, which was sold out when I purchased Bunraku. I came across a surprise restock ❗️ and bought it without hesitation ‼️ I was too happy to open the bottle last night in a drunken stupor, but my senses were already messed up💦, so I had it again today on my first serving 🤗.

Packaged sake from a major sake brewer, Kiku-Masamune. I heard a recommendation. When I opened the bottle, I was first surprised by the aroma 🫢 a pleasant fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is also juicy sweet and delicious ❗️ The aftertaste is not bad, but I have the impression that the unpleasant taste is kept to a minimum. Bonito flakes jerky and tomatoes. I tried to combine them with other snacks that I thought were the complete opposite 🙆Both are good🙆Tomatoes seem to go well with tomatoes, and katsufushi seems to bring out the best of each and compensate for the aftertaste. ‼️ I'm a young man who seems to be able to get along with any person. He is like a young woman named Mana Ashida. That was my impression as a selfish drunk. The taste at this price is amazing! I think.

Kokubu Shuzo Flamingo Orange🦩🍊 This is shochu, but as a reminder. I didn't know there was such a Imo shochu. ❗️ Fresh orange aroma. It was great with soda, as it tasted fresh and refreshing 😆. I hardly drink shochu these days, but this is a shogeki noippai ‼️

PB by Rajomon. fire-roasted. The aroma is somewhat grape-like 🍇. The mouthfeel is also grape-like with a sweetness that overlaps with the umami of the rice. The aftertaste is like a tuning fork popping, followed by a pleasant acidity. After taking a sip, a Delaware-like aroma escapes from the nose. The lingering acidity continues. It's really a real treat!

Limited edition cask sake from Oyama. Very elegant cedar barrel aroma. It has an elegant aroma as if you were invited to a newly built house. The dryness lingers in the aftertaste. It can be served cold, room temperature, or warmed to your liking, so I tried it at room temperature and then warmed. It's not at all aromatic, healing, and slightly swollen with warmed sake, but just a warming sensation. I'm numb even with the Risshun morning aperitif, and I can't stop thinking about Oyama 🤩. Sake is Oyama, love sake 🤩🤩🤩.
