Shinjo Regular by Murai Brewery, my recent favorite! I bought a four-pack for the first time♪ The aroma is high and fresh. It has an acidity on the first sip, and then a sweetness that is accentuated by the umami of the rice, and it goes down smoothly. Makami, everything I've ever drunk has been delicious, but this is my best regular. ❗️ I'd also like to try the Neo Classic sometime ✨ I'm also excited about the detailed label information ☺️, but my knowledge is limited 💦I sent a picture of the label to Dr. AI and he told me a lot about it 😳. I can feel the great attention to detail. I had never heard of the sake lees ratio, and I heard that 39% is a high ratio. It's so pricey, I'm worried about whether it's a fair price 💦. I purchased Matsumori Spiral, a collaboration brand of Sato Sake Brewery, in quantity. It has a rich aroma. The aroma is rich. The mouthfeel is fruity and gaseous, followed by a crisp dry taste and a refreshing finish. I think it is a beautiful sake 🍶.

It has a pretty name, but it is quite dry and has a peculiar, robust flavor, as if it had been aged for a long time. It also reminded me of Urboros, a noble sake I drank for the first time the other day. The color is clear, and it tastes like a sake made from the yeast of a traditional sake brewery 👅. It was my first time drinking Takeyoshi. 🗡️ 6/11 A few days after opening the bottle, the taste has rounded out! It used to be peculiar, but now it's getting older and gentler! I like the gentle one, too. I like the gentler one, but I can't get rid of the bold flavor of the first one, so I decided to warm it up! The aroma is robust and the taste is mild! Great flavor and a bit of acidity too 😆.

Light cloudy appearance. The aroma is mild. There is no gaseous sensation, and the sweet mouthfeel is followed by a citrusy acidity that finishes with a refreshing aftertaste. It rises, spreads, changes color brilliantly, and disappears. The first time I drank Tenmei, it has a nice gentle sweetness that makes me think it is a Fukushima sake 😊.

I caught a beetle for the first time! As it is called "adult lemon squash", the lemon taste of the drink is refreshing ^_^ The aroma before drinking is also good! The aroma is a good mix of sous vide, juicy, and rice aroma. After drinking 1 gou, it was time to take a bath 🛀I could feel the lingering acidity, even in the bathtub, I was smiling 🤭. I also got oblivion, one type, but thanks for having it there 🙏. It has a gaseous and fruity taste, and is light and crisp. I wonder if this kind of sake is called beautiful sake. We bought some Japanese pepper from a farmer we know well, which is only available at this time of year ^_^. Mixed with yakko and chives sauce, it is unbeatable when paired with a delicious sake.

I want to drink Utashiro! I went to the liquor store and bought it without really looking at the label because of the white malted rice 💦. I think I picked up something tricky😅. There's a hint of muscat-like sweetness, but also a nice acidity that comes through 😳.

While I was wondering about utashiro, I found a distributor at a rather nearby liquor store! I was somewhat curious about kijoshu, and this was my first try. It has a sweet and mild taste. It is like honey, with a hint of lemon-like acidity in the back. It has a golden color with a sense of maturity. And yet, there is a piquant gassy feeling. Is it past or present? It is truly a time machine. ‼️ The taste quickly snaps out, and it feels like honey lemon tea in the aftertaste. It was great with a bowl of seafood 😆. I want to drink it with sashimi again tomorrow. My 9 year old son came up to me and asked me to smell the sake! I let him sniff it and he said, "It smells like bananas!

Soufflé minty, menthol-like aroma. The mouthfeel is sharp and crisp, with a sense of white grapes like a dry white wine. It also has a delicious flavor. It was like a breeze blowing through on a hot summer day 🥃. When you drink it with a boar's mouth, the mouthpiece is round and sweet 🍶. Each of the two patterns has similar specifications but different tastes. Each has a different face due to the different process 😃. From left Junmai Ginjo Citrusy, limey mouthfeel. It finishes dry and crisp. Refreshing and delicious. Polished to 60% Yamadanishiki. Special Junmai Sweeter and juicier than green. Pineapple feeling. This is the one I got the last time I had a measured bottle. This one is tropical, refreshing, and delicious 😋The soul of three children, not, but this one is right up there! I think to myself. Modern casual. It feels sweet. The aroma is mild, in contrast to the raw sake I drank after this. Harder texture. You can feel the alcohol taste. Modern Casual Nama The aroma is very exotic. Rich and peculiar, like it is just about fully ripe. The aftertaste is sharp, but the aroma and sweetness lingers. Maybe it's not to everyone's taste, but I was surprised by the aroma for the first time 🤩. I bought four bottles at a festival held at Murai Brewery. It was a great experience for me to visit the brewery and listen to the stories of the brewers. I've come to like Makami more and more! Thank you!

I got the Koryu Midori that I wanted to drink! The aroma is mildly sweet. The mouthfeel is sweet and tangy, with a hint of tangy gas. The aftertaste is not unpleasant and goes away smoothly with a touch of bitterness. I was looking at other people's impressions and thought, "Well, now that you mention it, it's just like a rummy ‼️". I thought it was a little heavier than I imagined before drinking it, but I'm drinking it with ease. ☺️ I thought, "Do you have it in Sudou Sake Shop's flagship store? I was wondering if the Sudou Sake Shop has it in their main store, and they answered me: ‼️ I'm kind of glad😃Mimuro Sugi, Houou Mita, Kenkunichi, Matsumori, Tsuki no I, etc., etc., etc.... There were so many summer sakes that I was interested in, even if I only remember them. It was exciting just to admire them. Makes me want a dedicated fridge where I can stock up 💦👛.

The aroma is not very pleasant chemically. The mouthfeel has the flavor of rice, but the sourness is more noticeable. The aftertaste is also somewhat chemical. I bought it at a supermarket on the way home, but I wonder if it is as good as this. I don't think this sake was made by Mr. Okabe of Rendezvous, and I have my doubts about the storage conditions. I wonder if the quality of the sake was in the condition it was sold in. If this is the case, I should have bought a well-chilled Argo. I thought I was going to taste the standard local sake of Ibaraki, but I'm not convinced. I guess I should buy sake at a liquor store. That was what I thought.

Kido's summer sake. Sweetness and umami with some gas on the palate. It has a fruity feeling like apricot? The fruity feeling is like a candy ball. It feels like you want to roll it around on your tongue like a candy ball all the time. The aftertaste is refreshing, leaving a slight bitterness. I keep drinking one cup after another like that, and before I know it, I'm about to drink half of it 💦 like a gale to Masa😅. I wanted to drink Koryu Midori, so I stopped by the liquor store, but they sold out of the four-pack 😣 I want to pick it up the next time I see it. Still, I was satisfied with the summer gale 😆.

It's here! Refreshing aroma! Yum! Pineapple🍍‼️ Makami. This is a new brand from Ibaraki that came out in the last few years and is superior to the traditional brand, Makabe! It's a new brand from Ibaraki in the last couple of years, and it's a step up from the traditional Makabe brand! We bought it at Sato Sake Shop by weight and were told about the origin of the name. We were also told that it goes well with eggs, so we paired it with dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). Oh, it's good! It's good! I don't know much about pairing, but it was an interesting experience. I think it was a special junmai nama sake? Yellow label! I forgot to take a picture 💦. This is delicious 😋. When the temperature rises, it's like a grape, Delaware. It fits well with Yamagata people. The sweet juicy taste goes well with the egg rolls. In summer, it is a favorite with egg omelet! I was also curious about Aroaro, so I bought it. It is especially refreshing and tropical on the rocks or with soda, chilled to a crisp. It's a great summer drink! W! It is rather expensive, but I was wondering if it would be good to try different kinds of products at a lower price. I was curious about it. Emptying a four-pack can be a bit consumptive, and I feel like it would be a waste of space if stored in a general vegetable room, and furthermore, if I drink alone at home, it would solve the space problem to a large extent! Thank you for selling by weight!

After the oaky aroma and drinking, the flavor is like that of a fine sugared yogurt. The texture feels a bit tender. There is no gassy feeling at the beginning of the drink, but there is a slight crackle and numbness in the aftertaste. I have never had a sake like this before, but this is the kind of Yamagata sake that I used to drink at my parents' house! I never had such a feeling of this or that, but I used to drink Yamagata sake served at my parents' house. It was like this. It tastes good at first, but as you get drunk, you get a little tired of drinking it. But this is the kind of sake I like. I think this is my kind of sake. I was not able to drink it because I had to drive to a memorial service, but my relatives gave it to me because it was sake.

The aroma is very characteristic. Fruity and gorgeous. The mouthfeel is gassy and refreshing, like cider. This may be the first sake I've ever had that caught my attention with such an aroma. I'm going to buy IDEHA! I bought this Haruka in Ibaraki before I went back home. When I mixed it with IDEHA, the rich sweetness and acidity of IDEHA was blended with the fragrance and freshness of the flower label, and I thought, "This is just as good as IDEHA!
