This is my second visit to Tomikyucho after drinking Oyaji's Sake in Shinbashi last year. I have a lot of fresh sake at home, and I wanted to try a strong, tasty sake. On my way home from a business trip via Tokyo today, I chose this sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop. I was hesitant to ask the store staff about the sake, but ended up staring at the label💦. I wanted to find a bargain rather than being too influenced by the label. I came home with a grumbling feeling. After taking a bath, I had a glass of cold sake to start with. Wow, it was delicious, just like Tsuki no I! This, this, this! A little sourness? I heated it up in a ceramic pot for 30 seconds at 600 watt for extra warmth. →Just before 70 💦, just before the alcohol went 💦. Delicious, sweet, and gorgeous 🌸I'm glad I let the label wash over me ✨. It's a light sake among the fashionable heated sake 🍶. Breakfast was at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station in the morning as well. They serve a set meal with rice and eggs made with sake rice. ❗️ I didn't know what to expect, but when I walked in, the waitress said, "Today's rice is Omachi". I couldn't believe my ears. It was a little harder than the rice I usually eat. Hard on the outside and soft on the inside! I was very excited from the morning. I heard it is not steamed rice 😅. Found an oasis in the morning on a business trip: ☺️

Dodgers win, lingering campaign: ❗️ This is a copy of Jay & Nobby's 😄. I couldn't find the Dokidoki, but I bought the pure black. It's so amazeballs! I thought it was going to be citrusy and gorgeously sharp. It is sharp like Yamamoto-kun's! After refrigeration, I felt a little gassy. I feel like there is more contrast in flavor at room temperature ✨. Space in the fridge is limited, so I drank it, looked at the condition, tried serving it at room temperature, chilled it, drank it up, and went radivandari. I'm like Director Roberts in charge of the drinking 🤗.

It has a high acidic aroma, and after a crisp and calamitous taste, it has a sweet and sour acidity like a small red fruit. Overall, it is fresh and refreshing, and as the seller said, good for a toast! Tasty, refreshing, and delicious 😋. While back home in Yamagata, I happened to run into Rokkasen at the Higashine Onsen Coffee Festival ❗️ and bought this sake...I had bought a lot of 4-packs, so I bought this sake in a small bottle size 💦.

This is a new brand from Wakanoi, brewed with white malted rice and No.6 yeast. It is said to be made with white koji, No. 6 yeast, and the specs of Rajomon's PB Kazan Tobori as a base! It has a honey-like sweetness, citrusy freshness, and a unique black tea-like flavor, just like the one you get from the wind. It is like a honey lemon tea. The sharpness is not that sharp, and the sweetness slowly recedes, leaving a lingering aftertaste. And it is fresh! I drank it at room temperature, which was recommended by Kazayama Oozaru of 2024. I was a bit hesitant, but I wish I had taken the plunge and got the Kazan Tobori to compare. I feel like I've done something similar at Sutera 💦 before.

The long awaited Shinjo Neo Classic. What a first and hiyaoroshi! I was excited to open the bottle! The aroma doesn't seem to rise much. The rice is 80% polished and the taste is robust? I thought so. It has a light umami and a fresh acidity like a makami-style wine 😭Yumami! I kept it carefully refrigerated, but upon closer inspection, I found that it was stored in a cool, dark place. I wonder if it can be kept cold or at room temperature? Let's take it out of the fridge and leave it there: ☺️ Room temperature is umami acid! I felt the umami flavor was outstanding.

It is sweet with a delicious doneness. It tastes like honey, has a thick texture, and the sweetness is not too strong, so I like it. This is a good time to buy! I drank this brand 20 years ago when I was training in Shizuoka and loved it. Along with the local beer, I thought this one was an IPA, but after the initial bitter impact, it turned out to be sweet and light. I found out it was an IPL. The aroma through the nose is also good. It has a roasted barley flavor and a bit of strawberry in the aftertaste. There is also a little strawberry-like fruity aftertaste. When I breathe deeply, the roasted taste is a bit like coffee. ☕️ Holiday, back from a business trip💦.

I bought a bottle of fire-brewed. It is as fruity🍇 and delicious as the raw Oragami. Earthy and juicy! I got on a roll and tried heating the sake, even to the point of heating it up to a very hot temperature. The sweetness spread out and it was delicious! The juiciness, however, is less than in the cold version, which may be a waste of time. I'm sure there must be some skill in heating it up. I also tried refrigerating it, not too cold may be the best way to feel the juiciness. And congratulations to the Dodgers for winning 🎉After this, I drank up all the Okuroku I had been cherishing 🤩 without a care in the world.

The color is yellowish and the aroma is earthy sweet. When you drink it, you will feel the chewy sweetness and flavor. I wonder if glutinous rice is also used! It also looks delicious warmed up. It's a kan-tsu-sukurei, after all. I thought it would be good to warm it up, so I microwaved it afterwards to warm it up a bit. What was it like? It was delicious! You should try it! I'm sure that's what it was! Haz💦. This is Niida Honke, a sake from Fukushima that I bought as a souvenir from Ibaraki 🍶Jinenshin Eido, and I was curious about it. The brewer's yeast is good. ☺️ It's 3am 🌝 and that's it for today 🍶.

A melon-like ginjo aroma can be smelled once the bottle is opened. The mouthfeel is gassy and light in texture, with melon and green apple-like flavors, dry but with a long finish. Somehow, it also has a salty taste like the ocean. This is the second brand at my parents' house. This one was given to me by my cousin. Thank you very much.

This sake was released to focus on Sake Day! A gift from my uncle, served at my parents' house. I thought it was a 01, the one with no gasiness? I thought so, but it was a fresh, gassy, and current sake. It is a fresh sake like green apple. It was hard to find out, but I wondered if this was the first sake of the 25th year. It will help with the fatigue of a nighttime drive. ☺️

Another bottle bought at a supermarket in Kawagoe. I also bought a bottle that was not hiyaoroshi. After storing it in the fridge, I took a sip. The aroma is mild. The texture has a mild aroma, and the taste has a richness to it. It has a hint of sweetness like apple honey, and becomes dry and sharp. With only one cup of hiyaoroshi left, I thought to myself, "Yes, that's right! Sake tasting! The two are so alike that I can't tell 💦I can tell the difference in taste when I take a sip of air 💦This one has a big umami, and that one is not so different, but a little sweeter. This is hiyaoroshi. ‼️ Hazleyーー‼️ドーン💥 It's interesting and fun to see the difference in taste 😆 I'll be unfazed and diligent 🍶.

Family trip to Kawagoe. I bought a bottle of local sake at a supermarket. Melon-like aroma? Sweet like an apple? I'm not sure how to classify it, but it has a high 💦 aroma and a red fruit-like sweetness that expands and then quickly fades away without being unpleasant. Maybe it's because it's an autumn sake, but it also has a lingering umami taste that makes me want to eat something. ☺️ Kawagoe was a nice place. There are a lot of coffee shops and I want to go back again to relax. ☕️ It was peaceful but exciting. ☺️

Good evening, Jay & Nobby! We were enjoying our family vacation with a lot of waivering, but we also found some alone time and enjoyed it even more: ☺️ Yes, that's right! Not only did I find a coffee shop, but I also found a liquor store that I was interested in! I replaced the fourth picture with ❗️ which I didn't have time to upload! It was a morning walk, so I just admired the stores, but it seems that Sesazume Sake Shop has a corner shop, and Masuya Sake Shop has Coed beer only available in Kawagoe and a sake called Kagamiyama by a brewery in Kawagoe 🍶. Looking back at the photos, I feel indigestion 💦. During the daytime, it seems to be very busy with many tourists, but especially in the morning and at dusk, it seems to be very attractive. I'd like to live here for a week or so.

The taste is smooth and crisp. The aroma is also mild, but the ginjo aroma escapes the nose. Is it Gohyakumangoku? It is a different impression from the Hatsukame I drank before, but both have the impression of classical and beautiful sake!

First sake of the year: ❗️ As the professional baseball world heats up to the climax in Japan and the U.S., the sake world is opening its season! I was lucky enough to get this on my way home from a drinking session on the road! What's the first sake to come out? As far as I know, it is this Fuji Taikan from last year. I immediately opened the bottle! Everything is fresh ✨From the bottle, I can smell the aromatic, melon-like ginjo aroma ☺️ The mouthfeel is an explosion of gas and fruity like melon and white grapes 💥I can also feel a hint of rice malt lingering in the air, which kind of makes me grin 😁. Thanks for the delicious sake 🙏🙏.

A toast with Tsukuba's sake at ❗️ event around Tsukuba station. I was given a bottle of Sutera, which I always love at the sake shop! Next to it was a Shizuku-shu ‼️ which I was somewhat intimidated by, so I opted for the Junmai Daiginjo. The fragrant banana-like fruity aroma wafting from the cup☺️ mouthfeel is sweet with an aroma that follows the fragrance and has a moderate lingering taste that is crisp and clean. It was a beautiful sake😍. I didn't bring my phone and didn't have any photos of the site, it was a mind shutter, but I am drunkenly commenting on it. I wish I had had the opportunity to compare drinking with Shizuku Sake, I wish I had grown up tall enough to do it, I reflected positively.

First time in Hikoichi! Is this a tasting of something called Oarai terroir? Hiyoroshi from Kido! I'm curious! I was wondering what to drink with the other sakes. Yesterday, I kept it at room temperature, and it tasted gaseous and sharply acidic, followed by a gradual umami flavor. Today I chilled it in the fridge and the gaseous taste became a little milder, maybe because I let it sit for a day? The mouthfeel is also milder, and the umami and bitterness are more distinctive. I would drink it at the end of the season or at the end of summer with pickled cucumbers and big eggplants in the fall.
