Thank you, Loman, for the gift you gave me. It goes smoothly in the mouth and feels gooey and sweet. A bit like a hard peach. The aftertaste is sharp but leaves a hint of elegant sweetness 😊. A sake that I would not normally pick up. Fukushima sake is also good 🍑.

Dry sake. It has a melon-like ginjo aroma, a somewhat floral aroma, and a banana-like sweetness. The dry taste starts with a crisp and dry finish. The aftertaste is light and fresh with a hint of ginjo aroma. As far as I can think, this is my first Tatenogawa. I bought it at a roadside station. Since I was going to the trouble, I chose a sake distributed only in Yamagata. I feel it is similar to Dewazakura and Kiri-Tsukuba. Is it Ogawa yeast?

This is also purchased from Rajomon. This is the only place I know of where to get it. It has a sweetness like apple honey and a tartness that is unique to 6-row yeast. What is characteristic is that in this sweetness, the texture is very light ‼️ And it seems to melt in your mouth with this sourness😍.

Purchased from Yamagata Rajomon. Banjo Kotobuki Junmai Namaishio. Dinner is sashimi. Made with Gohyakumangoku, it was definitely a delicious sake. ‼️ The dryness from the fresh rice sweetness. The rice flavor follows you everywhere ✨. I had an image of Gohyakumangoku as being rather light, but this one is thicker and richer. I've been feeling heavy lately, so I decided to cut back on rice and just drink sake with sashimi, and it was the perfect match ✨.

Returned to Yamagata. I always see Ou Boast Neo Classic at the supermarket. Is it some kind of standard sake from the brewery? I had always wondered, and bought it for the first time at the nearest supermarket. The clear melon and banana-like ginjo aroma bursts forth as soon as you drink it! It finishes with a hint of acidity without being cloying. Amazing 😍! I'm tired of drinking by myself after the holidays, so I thought I'd hold off on sake today. I was thinking, "I'm tired of drinking by myself after the holidays..." but where was I? I found myself down to my last glass. I looked back at the label and saw that it can also be served heated: ⁉️ Just in time ❗️, I heated it up and found it had a sweet rice flavor! The aftertaste is not a negative chemical feeling, but a refreshing herbal feeling that seems to be good for the body. I've never tried a herbal compress 💦. It is a refreshing sake that tastes great cold or warmed up! I'm sobering to find a sake like this in the supermarket: ⚡️

Sweet and sour like wild grapes, fruity with a tartness. There is also a little gasiness. At 14 degrees, the alcohol content is not high, but the fresh richness is also powerful 💪. The aftertaste is pleasant, with a mouth-watering sensation, like after eating a Delaware. If you drink it with soda or on the rocks, you will enjoy it even more. You think it can also be heated? We tried it in the microwave. The sweetness is still there, but the gassiness is gone and the acidity is rounded out. It's a very oceanic heated sake. No matter how you drink it, it has a strong core of sweetness without being cloying. I was thinking about it, but then I realized that both Kido and I were empty 😣. Sadness of the broken sake cup this morning. Summer vacation starts this weekend! Here's to newly found sake cups: ❗️ It's a glass that looks like it's snorted by hand😊. It's been a while since I've had a stiff drink 🌕 I'll chalk it up to the wrinkles of summer 🌕.

Before the holidays, I was trying to save a little money in my pocket, so this week I drank only packaged shochu with water for dinner. However, while I was on my way home, I really felt the urge to drink some good local sake 🚙⚡️ A delicious, moderately priced sake 🌀 I was so excited to see the newest addition to the 💡💡 family. So, Kido‼️ The first glass was served at room temperature and the second was slightly chilled in the fridge. At room temperature it was blurry, but when chilled a bit, the aroma and flavor seemed to be outlined 😳. The sweet and sour apricot-like fruitiness, slight gassiness, and dry aftertaste are a pleasant accent in the hot summer 🤭. This was my first purchase of Junmai sake. You used to choose Junmai Ginjo? Sake-no-wa is convenient. A little over 1000 yen for a #4 bottle. Looking back on my impressions, it may taste similar to a ginjo. I was impelled and this various satisfaction is impressive 😆. All of Kido's tastes are apologetically delicious. I hope you are not overpriced 😣. I drank so much that I thought I was going to drink just one cup, but before I knew it, I drank two cups....

To be a Texan, A3BURA:JU (→Assemblage⁉️💡I noticed this when I got home and this was shibi💖) of sake placed in a new cedar barrel and sake placed in a barrel that used to hold red wine? And other fantasies such as. I get the feeling you're trying to make 3 by bumping up against personality and individuality rather than balancing it. 3=acid! First time drinking Gobashi, now let's drink the main one too 🍶.

森嶋のガス感からフルーティーな甘味とジューシーさ。辛口なキリッとした感じがやってきて後には旨味が残ります。 めちゃくちゃ美味しかった14号雄町の火入れ版。 こんな隠し球があったとは✨ 生酒の時には、なかったような気がする辛口になる感じが少しひっかかる気がします。 同じ銘柄だと火入れの方が好きなことが多かったのですが、こちらは、生酒の方が好みかな🤔

This is a limited edition sake that I was able to purchase at the Tsukii Sake Brewery's summer festival. Bottled straight from the thermal tank right in front of me ‼️ too overwhelmed to see it in detail💦. Powerful dry sake! The aftertaste is powerful, spicy, and umami. No gassiness, but it is numbing. It has a refreshing herbal aftertaste. The other bottle was the Hitachi Nishiki Unfiltered Nama Sake, which was recommended in the limited-edition pamphlet we received on the brewery tour. Even more umami explosion! Dry and spicy! I wondered if this kind of umami could go with any dish. It would be a standard, but I tried it with too much of dinner to pick sashimi, and it was delicious delicious delicious ‼️ I think I'm going to be addicted to the umami ^_^ Speaking of Tsuki no I, heated sake! I heated it in the microwave. I heated it up in the microwave. It has a sweeter umami with a hint of sourness and saltiness. Heating sake in the summer is good too👍. I wanted to go and drink by public transportation, but the time was not suitable, so I had to return by car without alcohol 🚙. However, I enjoyed delicious curry, sake kasu ice cream, and chilled amazake, and met the brewery staff! I'm glad I went ^_^.

Akizakura was recommended to us last year. I thought to myself, "I drank this brand last year, too. I thought to myself, "I drank this brand last year, too. I see! The taste comment was different from last year! After the fruitiness and sweetness, the characteristic citrusy acidity emerges. When I drank it last year, it was an overwhelming sake, and I vaguely remember being surprised by the acidity, which I had never felt to this extent. I thought I could feel a sense of fruitiness. The subtle oakiness that I felt afterward is also good. I'll be drinking the Kazatozan in small doses, and now all of LaJomon's summer Four Heavenly Kings have been opened 😆.

Kamirai purchased from LaJoumon. They are a sake brewery deep in the mountains of Hiroshima. There are several brands, but this is the first one. I was told that it is cosy, but it is too good to be true. ‼️ I thought it was going to be classical on the palate, but it was so clear and delicious ❗️ that I felt like a tall, low body fat fighter who could win any weight class ✨. The sake shocked me again⚡️ Just a preference? It seems like he has a taste for sake, and when he eats with strong flavored food, he can't taste the sake. It's delicious with sashimi and Japanese food ✨. I drink sake by itself more often, so I don't really know how to pair it, but I'm a little curious about it now.

Now it's time to go to La Jomon! Get your long awaited shout out to the dirt 😆. Ooooh...! I can feel the fruitiness like a fresh melon. It's sharp and addictive! Aah! Is this nigori sake? Amazing! When you also get the nigori that has accumulated at the bottom, it becomes even juicier. The sweetness and the tangy texture are also added. I see...white grapes‼️ and the sharpness from there is still there👍 I was screaming and drinking 📣. We started with the seasonal "Dirt ni Yell", a bottle of our favorite "Kazanzan", Kumagai-san's recommended "Kamirai" (the most cost-effective!), and "Shinsei"! ), and "Shinsei" recommended by Mr. Kumagai (the best in terms of cosmetics!)! We bought these bottles at the turn of the year with no regrets. (There was still a lot of sake that I was tempted to buy 💦) I'm excited to see them all side by side ✨.

Dewazakura after a long time. Over the weekend, I went home on a holiday-discounted highway and bought some local sake at a convenience store in the middle of the night: ☺️ Cherry blossoms, melon-like aroma, fruity and sweet, but also sharp. It's kind of like Kiri-Tsukuba. I thought, and when I checked the yeast, I found out it is Ogawa yeast! It smells so good when you open the bottle, sigh ✨It smells like melon from the 😮‍💨 glass as well, and when you drink it, it goes from being soooo smooth on the palate, to don again and the melon-like juiceiness spreads, and then it kicks in clean and dry. Paired with the pickled cucumber that the waiter recommended, it was sinkingly good👍! It was expensive, but I'm glad I took the plunge and bought it, as it's probably a commemorative sake that comes around once every 10 years ^_^.

Left Aged wine The aroma is strong. It is rich but the taste is round. I thought this one would be more harsh, but it is easy to drink. It has a very good taste.　It reminds me of the tamakon (konjac) I got as an appetizer. Surfing Kurumizaka A warmed sake that is easy to drink with a sour taste. As it cools down, the sourness becomes sweeter. A summer warmed sake. I have never drunk anything other than Kido when it comes to Wakayama, and this is the first time I've heard of Kurumusaka. It was burned into my memory 🍶. I can't wait to drink this kind of sake at the end of the day 😆.

Flowery breeze The aroma is elegantly sweet with no gasiness, and the sweetness of rice and the bitterness of hops come through. It is strong but easy to drink. Hanafu United Arrow It has a gaseous taste and a mild aroma. It is easy to drink and gives a refreshing impression. The hops come through gently afterwards. This is my first craft sake, Hanakaze. First time drinking and this comparison. Too good 😭. Sake and hops. It's a perfect combination. Plus, I usually don't buy United Arrow because I don't usually flinch 💦. Plus, hopefully one day I'll get to try Hanafuzanzen 🎋.
