There is an oaky feeling right after the smooth mouthfeel, and then it quickly goes sharp. There is also sweetness in the oaky part, but it is the dryness that goes through the nose. Overall, the sweet and sourness is similar to the sweet and sourness of the wine...and if you combine it with strawberries in the fridge, it's kind of nice 🍓. My strawberry marriage following Argo and strawberries✨. Only at this time of the year ^_^ I never drank Yamagata Masamune though I'm a local. I'm glad I could drink it: ❗️

The first mouthful is sweet and fruity. Then comes the umami, followed by a sweet aftertaste with a bit of astringency ❗️I don't like sweet types that leave a dull aftertaste, but when they leave a dignified aftertaste like this, it's a sight to behold ✨. Behind this helmet, there is no mistaking the sweet mask 😏. I remember years ago, I drank it at 48 fisheries and thought, "Ummm...! I thought, "I've never had this before. I noticed that a liquor store near me sells it, and after hearing that a relative of mine in Iwate who I had not seen in a while recommended it, I started wondering about it again and bought it 😊.

I was curious about Ippaku Suisei. I was caught by the last one and bought it temporarily because it was one of the most affordable 💰. What is this outer bag? Is it for fashionable use? Is there an intention? It has the ICHIHAKUSUISUISEI logo on it, and my collecting habit makes a fuss, so I don't throw it away. The aroma is fluffy, juicy, tropical 🏝️ and the taste is sweet and juicy, but there is also acidity, which is not seductive but sharp. The aftertaste is also sweet and refreshing✨. I know I'm going off on a tangent here, but I sometimes get Ichibaku Suisei mixed up with Hakurakusei in my head. I've never had Hakurakusei and I'm curious about it 🌟.

Morishima! Lightly gassy, yogurt-like sweetness and rice flavor. It has a hard texture. The aftertaste is slightly bitter with a hint of sweetness. How was it compared to the Miyamanishiki junmai ginjo I drank before? It is good to be able to look back. Whatever it is, it's delicious 😋.

I took a sip of only the supernatant, not realizing it was nigorigo. It was delicious, with a gaseous, dry, light taste. I always try to drink nigori only with the supernatant, but I thought it was not so good on its own. I tried mixing and drinking it. The concentration is amazing😍The balance of sweetness and spiciness is good and the aftertaste is sharp. It's not like water, but it goes down very smoothly 💦. Eiko Fuji was always recommended by AI. I'm from my home prefecture, but this is the first time I've had it. Nice 😊 I also like the fact that it's a combination of Haenuki and Ogawa yeast👍. The label is lively🎉.

Nanka Yokai
It is said to be unfiltered and bottled sake. It is left at room temperature and is probably chilled at this time of the year. What is it about the sake that gives it a sense of maturity like that of a barrel? The impression is dry and lingering, with little sweetness. After drinking Banjo Kotobuki Akagane, I have been enjoying this kind of sake as a closing drink.

First time I had trouble opening the bottle 💦 but it's fun 😆. "Ah-ramasa, are we ready to go?" Exciting words from the local guesser liquor store✨ How could I not buy this! Out came the Flax Cat Spark 😼. It's been about 2 weeks since I bought it? I opened the bottle on Friday night when my mind was free to think about when I would drink it! Spark at 11 degrees. I thought it would be sweet and sour and gentle? I thought it would be, but it's a yankee cat! It's cute, but it scratches you. Along with sweetness and acidity, there is bitterness. It seems to be playing with gas. The aroma is somewhat chemical. It has a chemical smell. I guess it is a good expression. It was an enjoyable time to open the bottle, not only because it tasted good, but also because we were able to experience various things 😆. Shinmasa, all of them are so unique and have various faces.

The nose has melon, banana and peach. The mouthfeel has a smooth, tart texture and a fluffy sweetness. It is delicious! And the aftertaste is light and refreshing. I like the taste, the name, and the label. The raised cap of Brahma is also good. This is one of my favorites that was recommended to me by a barista who recommended it to me. Thanks 🙏.

Gorgeous aroma. It is the most pleasant aroma I have ever had. The mouthfeel is sweet and sour like white grapes, and the alcohol taste is very pleasant. The aftertaste is astringent and lingers gently. The alcohol content is 13%. It is not that strong, but the taste is delicate and powerful. Floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee. It's been about 3 weeks since I bought it? I was hesitant about when to open the bottle, but finally opened it! I didn't even take off the amiami packaging, I took good care of it. The bottle is so stylish! I'm in love with it ✨The stopper is also cool with glass 🤩. The next lot is said to be Dewa Sanzan 🌾. Second day of opening the bottle. The aroma has calmed down gently. Koei Kiku is a brand that La jomon has recently started a relationship with. At one time there was only a 1-sho bottle available, and I hesitated, but when the 4-gou bottle was restocked, I bought it without hesitation! As the owner said, it was fresh! The gassiness is modest. The freshness is followed by a fresh and refreshing sweetness. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It's a delicious liquid 🫠. Looks like it would be suitable for a sacred place like a sacred sake. Actually, I made a big mistake. I only looked at the label and didn't realize it was a draft sake and left it in the car for about a day on a warm Sunday💦I was nervous to see what would happen to it, but what if it was actually even better than this 😵. I couldn't stop at the beginning of the week 🍸.

The day I felt the spring breeze, we met again 😂The sake that started it all for me, "Kazan Zozen". Kazezan Zozan, the sake that started it all for me. I recommend drinking it at room temperature! I had it in the fridge, so I started drinking it when it was about snow cold. It has a sharp citrus and freshness from the first sip. Slightly gassy. Delicious! However, it certainly seems a little different from last year. Drink slowly and the temperature rises to room temperature. The mouthfeel becomes mellow and sweet. It tastes like white grapes. However, the sharpness of the aftertaste is not so different! Last year, it was fire-aged, but I remember that it had a sweeter sake punch on the palate and a sharp aftertaste. This year, the crispness of the aftertaste leaves a refreshing lemon-like acidity. I wonder if it will be available in the next month or so. I'm also looking forward to the fire-brewing. I wonder if I can buy it at the right time? I couldn't find the character for "sozan" in Kazan-zozan, so I searched for it on the Internet. I liked this character. (4th photo)

First time in my life 🍶 I had fun 🍶 ‼️ I probably missed one. Aradama's nigori sake, Bondara. Bondara" is a dialect of "Tsurara". I've never used it, though. I had an image of nigori sake as sweet or milky, but BONDARA was clear and light! I thought Aradama's nigori sake was supposed to be mellow, but I didn't expect it to be like this. ‼️ It's like drinking fresh melted water from the bottara. (Not that I've ever drank water with melted icicles in it 💦) I'd like to visit Kaku-uchi again sometime.

The name of the brewery is "Sanjusshi," which is a play on the word "Satoshi" for the toji Satoshi Sukai. ☺️ The taste and aroma are gorgeous 🌸The cherry blossoms are about to bloom, so this is the perfect end to the day! I was curious about Yonezuru and Sake no Wake, so I tried it for the first time and found it very interesting! I want to drink them all.

It is true that it has a similar sense of maturity. However, it has a strong lingering aftertaste. And this lingering aftertaste has a kind of coffee feel to it! I paired it with thick-boiled eggs made with Suzuki Shuzo's honey wine. The added sweetness is great! And the half-boiled egg is the best! This may be the best egg omelet in my life!
