The 1st lot of this year's Urasato Light Nigori, lucky to be able to buy it while the 2nd lot was also available! It was like the last lot in a bottle of No. 4! It didn't overflow, but I was excited to see the gas welling up inside the bottle. After the tight gas feeling and the cider-like mouthfeel, there was a juicy sweetness that lingered faintly in the sharpness. We also compared it with Kirizukuba Light Nigori, which we were about to finish drinking! The initial cider taste is similar, but the Urasato seems to have a mellower texture and lingering aftertaste. Cheers to Kiri-Tsukuba! I wonder if it would be better to start with Kiri-Tsukuba and then relax with Urasato. I am wondering about a good drinking order.

This one is purchased by weight! This cedar barrel sake is exclusive to Sato Sake Shop. It has a golden color and a really nice aroma. It seems as if the gassiness of the first pressing we drank earlier has been removed and the aroma has been clothed. There is a melon-like ginjo aroma, and I can sense freshness and freshness. It is also delicious 😋.

Very fresh! Pitchy and gassy! It wears a cider-like flavor. The aftertaste is sharp and refreshing. The base seems to have the classic goodness of Kirizukuba, but with the freshness of today's style. This is amazing! I think so. The supernatant is also a bit cloudy, and I wonder if the gas has lifted the ori. When I mixed it, it was more cloudy and I couldn't even see it.

A sweet aroma wafts from the opening of the bottle 😋. First, the supernatant. However, it seems cloudy enough. After the sweetness, you can feel the alcohol taste. First time, it's Masumi! The No. 7! The aroma is somehow earthy. It draws you in. The mouthfeel is viscous and silky on the tongue. The taste is very silky on the tongue, combined with a refreshing alcohol taste that will make you want to drink more. The light brownish color of the sake is also somewhat soothing. It gave a stylish classical impression.

Found an interesting sake! Christmas is near and I'm intrigued by strawberry sake. ‼️ It has a somewhat chewy texture with a slight hint of gasiness. It has a gentle acidity and sweetness that wafts through the air. The sweet and sour aftertaste is very pleasant 🍓. Not too low in alcohol content, but it will make you grin and melt 😍. It's a stylish winter sake✨. It's a nice encounter to see the face of sake that I didn't see before 🙌

I found this Hiroshima sake at a liquor store I don't frequent often. When I got home, I realized that it was made on 24.12. I was surprised to find out that it was made on 24.12, but it is delicious!

Very light taste. It has a mild aroma, but I can taste a little bit of white grape flavor. I heard it was made from rice that was left over, but I didn't know it was possible to make something this good 😋. This one is also from Fermentation Department. I picked this up because of the Taro connection! I picked it up. I had never picked up doburoku before, but it was a nice encounter 🍶.

Tart texture, sweet taste. The aftertaste is refreshing! According to Mr. Kumagai's note from last year, this sake can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures. Yes, he also recommended mixing it with carbonated water! It's like a beautiful banana aroma when you put ice in it. What I liked most surprisingly was when I warmed it up to about lukewarm, the beautiful acidity jumped out and the sweet-tart base was still there. ‼️ I went to the fermentation department store in Shimokitazawa to get some more sake. I was surprised to see how much it has changed!

This is my second visit to Tomikyucho after drinking Oyaji's Sake in Shinbashi last year. I have a lot of fresh sake at home, and I wanted to try a strong, tasty sake. On my way home from a business trip via Tokyo today, I chose this sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop. I was hesitant to ask the store staff about the sake, but ended up staring at the label💦. I wanted to find a bargain rather than being too influenced by the label. I came home with a grumbling feeling. After taking a bath, I had a glass of cold sake to start with. Wow, it was delicious, just like Tsuki no I! This, this, this! A little sourness? I heated it up in a ceramic pot for 30 seconds at 600 watt for extra warmth. →Just before 70 💦, just before the alcohol went 💦. Delicious, sweet, and gorgeous 🌸I'm glad I let the label wash over me ✨. It's a light sake among the fashionable heated sake 🍶. Breakfast was at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station in the morning as well. They serve a set meal with rice and eggs made with sake rice. ❗️ I didn't know what to expect, but when I walked in, the waitress said, "Today's rice is Omachi". I couldn't believe my ears. It was a little harder than the rice I usually eat. Hard on the outside and soft on the inside! I was very excited from the morning. I heard it is not steamed rice 😅. Found an oasis in the morning on a business trip: ☺️

Dodgers win, lingering campaign: ❗️ This is a copy of Jay & Nobby's 😄. I couldn't find the Dokidoki, but I bought the pure black. It's so amazeballs! I thought it was going to be citrusy and gorgeously sharp. It is sharp like Yamamoto-kun's! After refrigeration, I felt a little gassy. I feel like there is more contrast in flavor at room temperature ✨. Space in the fridge is limited, so I drank it, looked at the condition, tried serving it at room temperature, chilled it, drank it up, and went radivandari. I'm like Director Roberts in charge of the drinking 🤗.

While back home in Yamagata, I happened to run into Rokkasen at the Higashine Onsen Coffee Festival ❗️ and bought this sake...I had bought a lot of 4-packs, so I bought this sake in a small bottle size 💦.

This is a new brand from Wakanoi, brewed with white malted rice and No.6 yeast. It is said to be made with white koji, No. 6 yeast, and the specs of Rajomon's PB Kazan Tobori as a base! It has a honey-like sweetness, citrusy freshness, and a unique black tea-like flavor, just like the one you get from the wind. It is like a honey lemon tea. The sharpness is not that sharp, and the sweetness slowly recedes, leaving a lingering aftertaste. And it is fresh! I drank it at room temperature, which was recommended by Kazayama Oozaru of 2024. I was a bit hesitant, but I wish I had taken the plunge and got the Kazan Tobori to compare. I feel like I've done something similar at Sutera 💦 before.

The long awaited Shinjo Neo Classic. What a first and hiyaoroshi! I was excited to open the bottle! The aroma doesn't seem to rise much. The rice is 80% polished and the taste is robust? I thought so. It has a light umami and a fresh acidity like a makami-style wine 😭Yumami! I kept it carefully refrigerated, but upon closer inspection, I found that it was stored in a cool, dark place. I wonder if it can be kept cold or at room temperature? Let's take it out of the fridge and leave it there: ☺️ Room temperature is umami acid! I felt the umami flavor was outstanding.

It is sweet with a delicious doneness. It tastes like honey, has a thick texture, and the sweetness is not too strong, so I like it. This is a good time to buy! I drank this brand 20 years ago when I was training in Shizuoka and loved it. Along with the local beer, I thought this one was an IPA, but after the initial bitter impact, it turned out to be sweet and light. I found out it was an IPL. The aroma through the nose is also good. It has a roasted barley flavor and a bit of strawberry in the aftertaste. There is also a little strawberry-like fruity aftertaste. When I breathe deeply, the roasted taste is a bit like coffee. ☕️ Holiday, back from a business trip💦.
