First Nabeshima, purple label.
I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, but I didn't need to be careful after chilling it thoroughly.
The first glass had a fruity aroma like peaches. The sweetness was impressive.
The second cup, the aroma was like strawberries while still having a hint of peaches.
Tonight, I drank only 3 cups.
I sealed it to look forward to tomorrow's change.

As its reputation for being highly acclaimed in overseas competitions, it is aromatic and tastes like white wine. My personal favorite.

I was torn between Aizan and Jungin, which I hadn't had a chance to drink due to timing conflicts, but I chose Junmai to get a good taste.
It was a delicious sake with a gorgeous flavor that brought out the best of Aizan!
The fifth cup. This restaurant, Misina, has a wide selection of sake from all over Japan. There was Nabeshima, so I asked for it. It is refreshing and powerful.
It has a really good balance of pleasant acidity and depth. You can savor it and enjoy it.
The level is so high that it goes well with any meal.
Drink this for now!
Today is an ordinary day😅.
But I opened a bottle of Nabe-sama 🍶.
It still has a nice aroma☺️ fruity, but when you drink it, it flows smoothly and cleanly.
You can't go wrong with any of these 😍.
It doesn't choose the food, but it doesn't give up the starring role either😅.
I guess that's what a good sake should be like...

The 🟠 is Gohyakumangoku🌾.
I've always had a light and pale taste,
This season is rather tangy and spicy ✨.
The 🟣 is my original, but I think the 🟠 is my favorite.
Tokujun 🟢, Omachi 🟥, and Kitashizuku 💧 are also hard to dismiss.
