I couldn't detect the aroma, but the subtle gasiness, light sweetness to emphasized acidity, and sweet and sour accents made for a very impressive and delicious sake! The uncluttered flavor unique to daiginjo made me finish the whole cup in no time 😍.
The photo is of the whale sashimi, which was so rich it was like meat ✨And the hamo and ume plum chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).

The second cup is Nabeshima.
Compared to the previous Akabu, this one is less sweet and more crisp 🍶.

This is my second time drinking Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa.
I think it has more acidity than normal.
Conclusion: I still like the normal one.
