The first time I have longed for! Nabeshima was opened 🎉.
I've always wanted to try Nabeshima.
What a surprise! I found a special distributor in my neighborhood 🙌 So off I go 🚗!
Well 😍they had a great lineup 😆.
I wasn't sure what to buy, but I bought the purple label Yamadanishiki that ma-ki-san had posted, and opened the bottle the same day, leaving the other players waiting in our fridge 🎉.
I'll have it right away 🥂.
The aroma is slightly fruity.
On the palate...here ☝️ a few tens of seconds of nothingness passed between my husband and I 🤫.
And then from each other's mouths
"Delicious!"
So this is Nabeshima. ‼️ No wonder it's so popular. 🙇♀️
This is great 👍
It has a gentle sweetness on the palate that goes in quickly, then a slight gasiness and weak bitterness in the second half, and then all at once the sweetness bursts out 😆.
Eh! 😳The sweetness spreads at the end of the second half: ⁉️
This is the first time I've had this.
Normally, the sweetness spreads as soon as you put it in your mouth, but with Nabeshima-sama, the sweetness slowly recedes at the end 🤤.
That's why it took me several tens of seconds to finish drinking it. ☝️
If this is brewed with calculation, it's amazing!
And it's just delicious 😋🤤😋.
It's easy to drink and everyone should like it 🥰😋😋😋.

It is really windy and extra cold today!
We were planning to eat out, but it was so cold that we didn't make it to the city and were limited to the neighborhood arcade 😑.
I had already opened a bottle of sake, but at this point I decided to start with a small set of sips, which confirmed that I was already in a lazy mode.
After a few rounds, I tried these two from the sake menu.
I hadn't been to Nabeshima-san in a really long time.
When I first started drinking sake years ago, I remember that most restaurants had it and I drank it often (I don't even remember what Nabeshima is anymore).
The Nabeshima I haven't had in a long time is a more umami type, with a slight sweetness that quickly gives way to umami.
Overall, it was mellow and umami, but easy to drink 😲.

This was brought to us at the end of the year from Hatoya Sake Brewery in Nagano. This time, after witnessing the popularity of Nabeshima in Hakata and Beppu, I went home and pulled it out to open the bottle.
I can only say that it is delicious, with a soft sweetness that balances out the overall taste.
I thought about going to Karatsu or Saga to explore Nabeshima, but I was able to take him to Hakata and Beppu, so I didn't go.
The fourth picture is a clear tonkotsu ramen from Pork Soba Tsukiya on the Fukuoka Airport ramen runway. Tonkotsu Ramen has evolved in many ways 🍜.

Headed to stock up in a hurry and got 🍾.
I've had Nabeshima before, but this was my first time purchasing it! I was wondering about the regular one, but it's a seasonal one ✨.
It's so good 😋!
Light on the tongue, crisp and sweet with a finish that is too refreshing to drink as much as you want 🍶.
In less than 30 minutes, the four-pack was empty 😭.
And 30 minutes later, sleep 💤 lol
