The aroma is sweet and fruity...the mouthfeel is sweet and bitter...and the aftertaste is sharp! The balance of sweetness and bitterness is exquisite...delicious...even when drunk on its own...with a side of salted sea urchin and squid...yuck! So good...no wonder it's so popular...so good...so good!

(∇｀｀ 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nave-sama club activity 🐧I got a special pure raw purchased last year 😀. The aroma is mild😊 on the palate, you can feel the slight gassiness that is typical of Nabeshima ✨ there's a firm mellow sweetness and bitterness 😚 As expected from Nabesama it's delicious 😘. I paired it with the Echizen Organic Hamana Miso I bought the other day in Fukui ✨🥳.
