It was a little warm in December, so we opened a bottle of Sentori Kuwagata in anticipation of a refreshing drink. ‼️
Upon opening the bottle, you will be surprised by the vigorous bubbling as expected✨.
The aroma is fresh and muscat-like.
On the palate, it is very energetic with a pleasant, shrieking gas sensation that stimulates the tongue 🥂.
The sweetness is quite subdued😊.
The crisp, dry sharpness is outstanding. From the middle to the second half of the bottle, the bitterness tightens the whole experience: ‼️
Personally, I would have liked it better if the juicy acidity that is typical of Senkou came to the forefront a bit more: ‼️
However, the crispness of this wine makes it easy to pair with a meal, and I enjoyed it as a luxurious bottle for adults.
I was actually comparing it to the zodiac bottle 🍶UA Snowdal-san ⛄️ which is a special specs assemblage of multiple sakes with Snowdal-san, so I'm excited😁.
The bottle is opened with a screw cap with a hole in it, which makes me nervous but safe and secure 💨Of course, the automatic stirring makes the gasiness appealing 🫧The top aroma is like a young melon 🍈In the mouth, the sweetness is more assertive than the original Yukidaru with a refreshing impression of acidity and a strong gasiness 😋Yumami is also present. I think my personal ranking is original snowdal > UA snowdal > UA zodiac 🥰I guess my taste has shifted to dry 🤔, but of course they were all very delicious 💕's Tochigi Ai ❣️

I saw an off-menu Sentori in the back of the fridge, so I ordered it!
The waiter told me that he could tell that there was a Sentori 😅.
It was a very nice, slightly effervescent, not too sweet and dry tasting.
Purchased at Kanazawa Ruzo Sake Shop in Mito City.
It's been a while since I drank the normal Yukidaruma, so it's hard to compare, but I guess it has a little stronger gasiness and more umami flavor.
Anyway, it's delicious ✨

It tastes similar to the Rinne Tensei of Hiran 🤔.
It tastes like Senkou with a touch of 🍋 and the sweetness of Kijoshu 👍.
But the sweetness is not too much for a kijoshu.
Fresh, just before sparkling.
Just a touch of dry bitterness and a nice sharpness
This is really a Kijoshu ⁉️ that you won't be disappointed...it's still delicious 😋.

Senkin's zodiac sign bottle, stocked by Mimasu Sake Shop. This year's bottle features a cute snowman on a wooden horse.
It has a fresh and sweet top nose, like a yogurt drink or white peaches. There is a slight gassy feeling on the tongue, and after the sweetness of kijo sake, the acidity and bitterness give it a nice crisp aftertaste that is not too sweet.
Tonight I will drink this nigori sake, which is the exact opposite of the sake I drank yesterday!

Wow! Fruits. Pears🍐, I think. And a little banana🍌.
Less gassy than the UA Snowball I drank before. I thought it would be sweeter because it's a noble sake, but it's not that sweet.
It is delicious!
Looks like it would be good as an aperitif or after dinner, but I'm drinking it with gusto 🤭.

The aroma reminds of pear and banana in the clear sake.
The palate is clear and gassy, with a refreshing rice flavor and a hint of sweetness. The finish is clean and light with a pleasant bitterness and acidity.
When it becomes nigori, both the aroma and taste have a mellowness and depth derived from the lees, giving it an even greater sense of unity.
The acidity is less pronounced than usual Sengoku, and I personally prefer this level of flavor.
