Chive meat dumplings
The bottle of 2024 Risshun Morning Squeeze was opened about this time. It was stored in a refrigerator at -5 degrees Celsius, so there was no problem with its preservation. It has a slightly matured taste and is very tasty with a mildly acidic mouthfeel.

Sake
Nama yeast, unfiltered, light nigori (light nigori).
The supernatant has no aroma, no sweetness, and it is like a carbonated alcohol 😵.
When mixed with ori, it has a nice sweetness and acidity, making it refreshing and comfortable to drink. ✌️
It seems to be the type of sake that brings out the best flavor with food, and you will want to try many different kinds of sake 🤏.
Sakura City.
The aroma is moderate, with an elegant sweetness and a pleasant aftertaste, making it easy to drink. It is delicious.
It has a flavor that can be drunk endlessly and never gets boring.
The aroma is subdued. The wine continues to sizzle even after the bottle is opened, as if the fermentation process is continuing uninterruptedly. The mouthfeel is smooth, but there is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
In the meantime, a drink at a pub 🍶.

I've been neglecting this one for a while, so I thought I'd go back and post 😅.
After working so hard that the first beer is sinking in, I injected some gasoline into my body: ⛽️
I started with a beer and a highball, and then I had a Japanese sake. Then I finished it off well with sake from the return beer. ☺️
The sake was Sengoku Classic, which I had been curious about since I saw it before.
It has a moderately fruity aroma and is smooth and clean, but also has a fullness that is typical of sake. The umami, sweetness and acidity are well balanced and delicious!
The second half is a bit more acidic, which makes it a good match for fish, needless to say.
The traditional taste was intoxicating. ☺️
Oh, and I also ate a cedar ball 🟢.
I bought this Sentori at Saito Sake Shop in Tochigi Prefecture when I stopped by on my way home for a Buddhist memorial service last month. I hadn't had it for a while, and I didn't realize there was such a thing as "Edo-style" sake.
It has a rich sweet aroma like muskmelon. The acidity is outstanding and very easy to drink. It has a slight sizzle even when heated. It is a wonder that it has a modern taste despite being made by an old method. And the mentality of such a well-known and popular brewery to introduce changes is amazing.
An assemblage of several brands of Sentori purchased at Takizawa Sake Shop in Sakura
Polishing ratio is 65
Alcohol level is 14%.

Sentori's Hope! This is also the first time to drink it.
The aroma upon opening the bottle is a fresh citrus scent. It tastes like grapefruit with a slight bitterness reminiscent of grapefruit.
Upon taking a sip, it is very smooth and sweetness spreads in the mouth.
The sweetness is followed by a refreshing sourness that is typical of Senkyoku, with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
The rounded sweetness is followed by sourness, and the slight bitterness enhances the overall flavor.
Personally, I feel that the acidity is a little more mature than usual Sengoku, but this is delicious.
The light flavor keeps you from getting tired of drinking it 🍶.
I want to enjoy it, but I can't wait to finish it.
