I realized that I had not posted a post on Yukidaruma alone while I had mentioned Yukidaruma UA, so I posted this post now. The aroma is a perfect balance between green apple-like sourness and banana-like sweetness. The flavors continue for the length of the palate, with a clean, crisp finish and a texture that leaves no unpleasant sensations on the tongue. The bottle looks and tastes exactly like a snowman. This is one of those bottles that makes you understand why the toji (master brewer) of Kangiku Sake Brewery said, "How did you make a snowman?
The first bottle of 2026 home drinking 🎍 Yesterday was the Tazake zodiac bottle at my parents' house. Tonight we have a bottle of Sentori O✕UNITED ARROWS zodiac 🎵 very cute label😍.
It's a kijoshu, so it's sweet, but it has gas and acidity and doesn't feel sticky. It is a very sweet sake, but it has a gaseous and acidic taste and does not feel sticky. It has a lactic acidic nuance. I've had a lot of Senkyu OUA and they are all delicious 🐴.
The aroma is sour banana. In the mouth, a mild banana and sourness spreads to the palate, and gradually the banana feeling fades and you realize that it has a clean and crisp taste. The balance between sourness and sweetness is exquisite, and when paired with blueberry cheese or even eclairs, it sublimates elegantly as a dessert. This is a great drink that retains the atmosphere of Sentori Modern, but with the youthfulness that is characteristic of arabashiri.

Firmly effervescent! The bottle was opened slowly, opening and closing the bottle many times.
Lightly cloudy, sweet with melon aroma. Sour and juicy. Refreshing and delicious.
The alcohol level is low at 13 degrees. I want to drink it like a white wine.
Last year, I had been unable to buy Senkou's seasonal Kabutatsumushi, Stag Beetle, and Yukidaruma for a long time. Finally, I was able to buy it at the end of the year. It is a nigori sake. It is made from the oldest sake yeast and unfiltered. It has a juicy sweetness and lightness. It has the taste of Sengoku in its base. This was the 20th SENKYO brand. (This is the 10th new SENKYO brand.) All of the SENKYO brands are delicious!
