I had a very strong impression of kijoshu when I tasted Hanaboe's Mizu-Hashimoto x Mizu-Hashimoto once and imagined its characteristic sweetness and acidity, but SENKOKU MODERN kijoshu has a completely different expression!
It has a gentle, moist, kijoshu-like sweetness and a smooth texture that makes it wonderfully easy to drink✨.
I felt no gassiness, just a hint of acidity and the deliciousness of kijoshu!
