My first bottle of this year is Senkyu's U Auma 😋😋!
My eldest daughter is the new year's daughter, so I checked SNS all the time and managed to get it 👍The taste is, needless to say, deliciously fresh like a pear and sweet like an apple when you taste it 👍A different taste from the snowball's deliciousness, which is good and good 😋.

The fresh aroma is reminiscent of muscat and white peaches.
The gentle acidity harmonizes with the beautiful flavor of Yamadanishiki, and the aftertaste is a bit sharp.

Senkori Snowman UA Noon

The year of the Noon has begun 🏇💨.
So I'm going to start digesting those sakes that I couldn't digest last year as soon as possible 🥳.
So here is the SENKYU UA Noon 🐴.
The regular Sentori Yukidaruma is an assemblage of several new sakes made using the kijo (noble brewing) method 🤔.
The aroma is more mellow, lactic sweet rice aroma and juicier than the snowball 😳.
The taste is a very mellow sweet-ish nigori, and I'm very satisfied with the rich sweetness and moderate acidity I was looking for 🥰.
I think I'll let the one at home sit for a bit before drinking 🎠.

I checked in after 😃4th, but this is the check-in when I received Hello World 3rd last New Year's. I was on the edge of my seat 💓 to see if I could get a reservation, but I managed to capture one 😍 I was disappointed to find out after booking that it was "limited to two" 😅💦.
The taste is 😃It has a melon-like aroma and a chili-like flavor with a gorgeous mouthfeel and an alcohol content of 14%. I have the impression that it can be enjoyed as a food wine as well, but the problem is that it is limited in quantity so I can't keep it on hand 😭I opened a bottle to celebrate the new year ㊗️ I can't wait for the 4th bottle already 😆 or maybe the 5th one won't be released 😂.

A limited edition zodiac version of Senkou, just like in the New Year. This is a collaboration with UNITED ARROWS, and is a nigori (nigori is a type of sake made from noble liquors and has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees Celsius).
Refreshing sweet and sour and tropical aroma.
The fruity taste spreads slowly over the crisp texture, and the lingering faint astringent taste is mildly refreshing.
It is not too sweet for a noble sake and can be easily matched with Osechi cuisine.
Is it because of the quality of the sake or because it is the first day of the year?
