I had some Sentori before the rebranding.
I thought about keeping it, but it doesn't make sense, so I'll drink it.

It's a sake full of the "standard" of SENKYO in my mind... I can't say "SENKYO" in my mind is this taste.
It makes me feel at ease.

Even though Sentori has been rebranded, it still basically retains the "Sentori" style, doesn't it? I need to re-drink the new product too. The fourth bottle of the rebrand is in our fridge, so I'm looking forward to the weekend (tomorrow) 😅.
Next is a classic from the same Sengoku.
The retro mentioned earlier is Omachi and Yamadanishiki.
This one is Kame-no-o and Yamada-Nishiki.
What is the difference? I opened the bottle.
Then, bubbles suddenly appeared from inside the bottle! 😱.
I hurriedly tighten it and see what happens.

Yesterday was the New Year's party for our business partners, Izumikin Bussan and Izumikin Shoji, plus Izumikin Sake Brewery.
Yesterday was the Lunar New Year's Day, so this is the timing of the New Year's party every year.
The all-you-can-drink menu includes the Senkin Brewery's Honjozo sake, but I bring my own sake and ask the president to drink various brands every time, and if possible, please serve sparkling sake! I ask the president to drink a variety of brands and serve sparkling if possible!
So this time, I chose "Senkou," which reads the same way!
Let's start with "Retro Zero-Shiki Nama-Shu".
President Yaegashi, who always says "acidity is important," takes a sip.

The sweetness spreads later, and the well-balanced flavor develops in the mouth.
President Yaegashi also said it was delicious.

We were lucky enough to purchase a bottle of Hello World and opened it at a live performance with Mr. Usui of Sakelabo-channel.

Kai-san described it as tasting like Pocari Sweat, and I could understand what he meant.
It has a very cool and refreshing taste, and although there is of course alcohol content, I could strongly feel the lime-like coolness that is found in Pocari Sweat.
It has an orikara flavor with a strong umami, giving the impression of a very easy-drinking food sake.
It is difficult to describe the difference in taste from the past Hello World, but it is consistently very easy to drink and recommended for beginners.
The fruity citrus flavor that is typical of Sentori is still there, and it tasted like lime.
I was able to purchase two bottles, so next time I would like to try it after a while.
It was a very tasty sake.

I have enjoyed many different flavors of the Shiki Zero, Shiki Bia, and Shiki San, but the Shiki I has a stable flavor with a good acidity. Very tasty 😋.

This year, Senkou claims to return to Edo (present-day Tokyo).
It has a sharp and full-bodied flavor.
It tastes sharp and clean right after taking it out of the refrigerator, and after a little time, it has a round and rich flavor with a sense of fullness.
I bought the arabashiri this time because I wanted to taste the new sake, but I regret that I should have bought the chutori as well.
