Third bottle this year😅‼️
It has a great aroma, good gasiness, bitterness and sweetness! 🙆♂️✨✨
There are slight differences in the fizziness from bottle to bottle, but they are all wonderfully tasty sake😃‼️
Drinking at home
Sengoku Kabutomushi is a summer staple. The bottle is cute 😍💕
Refreshing and light with a summery taste. Lemon squash 🌈 for adults.
You can enjoy it with apple acidity 🍏 and a crisp and refreshing sizzle.
The pinnacle of NATURE," it says on the back label. It came out big, didn't it? LOL!
It is a kijoshu, but since it is a Senkyoku, I thought it would be light and refreshing, but it was sweeter than I expected. However, it also has a good acidity, so it could just barely be served during a meal. To put it roughly, it's a bit more like a sweeter version of Yonotori. Delicious 😃.
We compared last week's Hiran and this time's Senkyu kijoshu. Although it is a kijoshu, the sweetness is quite moderate and refreshing, probably due to the apple-like acidity typical of Senkyoku. Nevertheless, the kijoshu has a sharp sweetness like that of a pineapple, a honey-like aroma, and a slight fizziness that makes it very powerful and juicy.
A dream collaboration with Houou Mita, using 80% of the ancient "Aikoku No. 3" variety!
You can taste a slight acidity with bitterness. It is an honest sake with a taste that does not change at all from the first sip to the last!
This is a sake that we would like you to compare with [Aikoku Hououmida].
Rice polishing ratio :unknown
Alcohol Content :13%.
How to drink :Cold

Next up, the Cockatoo ✨✨✨✨.
This drink was taken from our house😊.
We captured it and it was in the cellar 😆
Still tastes the same as ever, like lemon squash...
A delicious, light and easy to drink drink drink ✨✨✨.
It's been a while since I compared Sentori drinks after work. Kabutomushi has a strong personality and I think I prefer the modern one. I prefer the modern one.
Unfortunately, the first time we did this, we were already sold out and couldn't get the Kabutomushi 😖.
Then, I decided to go with Kotoko!
I don't feel the summer heat yet, but the design makes me excited for summer.
When I take a sip, the first thing I feel is its lightness. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, and it goes down your throat with ease.
Last year, I thought I felt more acidity, but this year, the acidity seems to be a little less pronounced, which makes it easier to drink. ⤴️
It is not only light, but has a perfect balance between the umami that spreads slowly in the mouth and the tight acidity that supports it.
The sweetness is moderate and refreshing, perfect for summer ✨.
It has a refreshing aftertaste and can be enjoyed with many cups even on a hot day.
Hmmm... Should I capture it after all?
It shows a clear difference from the conventional sake frame. The slightly sweet aroma also stands out, and the sake-like attack is betrayed in a good way when you take a sip, and it is refreshing. The acidity and bubbles, as well as the weight of 13 degrees Celsius, are just right.
