I made the mistake of opening the bottle.
The bottle was well refrigerated in the snow, but because of the high temperature in the room, I let it blow and it went on the table (I was going to suck it with a straw 🤭).
When I poured it into a glass, there were beautiful bubbles.
It was like champagne!
The sweetness of the rice is pleasantly refreshing and you can enjoy it as much as you want!
I liked it very much!

UA collaboration with my favorite SENKYO. I feel that the name "United Arrows" is so well known as "Sake"! I feel it is so well known that it can be said "United Arrows means Sake!
I have been purchasing sake from Asano Sake Shop recently.
It tastes like calpis soda, and the assembled taste is delicious.
The acidity and sourness that is typical of Senkyoku are still present, and I like it better than any of the UA 1sts I have had in the past. This may also be the result of the Edo process.
I would like to buy the next UA1st when it is released again.

At first, we were nervous in the quiet restaurant, but gradually we started to relax 🤗.
We saw the owner was dodging the bits of the Tsumami and said, "I'll have some of that too! I'll have some of that too! Sorry for the loss of food 😅.
Next up was the tuna 🥹 which the owner is proud to say is one of the top three tuna of all time.
I had the marinated red and fatty tuna, which made me want to meditate and look up to the heavens when I put it in my mouth 😇.
He said this place is by far the best in all of Washington DC 😍.
Nobby gestured and said "you...this restaurant...like...fish" in his native tongue, and the owner laughed when his daughter said "That's Lou Oshiba 🤣" 😁He was all smiles when he heard it 😊.
I'll take that as a yes! He served me salted fish and dancing whitebait! He was surprised by the dancing fish 🫢 but it was delicious too 😙.
And now, the sake we drank during that time🤗!
The first one was Sengoku Risshun Asashibori! It was past its prime and there were only a few left, but it was nice to have something that brought us good luck 😋!
Next was Shichihon-yari! We've had it at home before and it was consistently good 😙Finish with Tobiroki for a refreshing finish👍.
We were all very satisfied 😊It was expensive but it was a precious moment to experience something out of the ordinary 😌.

Taste of ancient tortoise tail, actual food
Sweet and sour, peach banana smell.
Bubbly, fermented rice, fruitiness, slight sweetness, full-bodied umami, bitterness and sourness. It is dry. It is quite good. The sweetness is not strong, but there is a refreshing sweetness in the aftertaste like cocoa white sugar.
Turn it upside down. No big lumps come out and there is no doburoku mugginess. It fits well in the mouth. There is no insistent taste, and you will not get tired of drinking it. It has a slight bitterness, sweetness, and rice flavor, and is very easy to drink.
The taste of ancient Kame-no-o was not clear.
I was not sure about the taste of ancient Kame-no-o, but I was surprised to learn that such a delicious nigori sake was drunk in the Edo period. It is a bit like "I can't believe they used to drink such a delicious nigori sake in the Edo period. You can feel the alcohol on your exhale. You can keep drinking it without getting tired of it.

I was curious about it, but for some reason I never drank it 🍶🍶🍶🍶I opened the bottle first😊The color of the bottle was dark and it was hard to see the movement of the bubbles, but I took my time and opened it slowly💦I looked closely and saw that the lees were dancing well 😆When I pour it into a glass, the bubbles rise 🫧🫧🫧The uptake is fruity and Refreshing. When you drink it, you will feel the fine bubbles, moderate richness and bitterness, and pleasant sweetness 😋😋😋, but it seems less sour for a Senkyou. I can feel the fullness of the flavor. I wonder if this is also Edo's way 🤔 but I still want sourness 🤣Tonight, I'll have a cup of oden (oden is good, but it's also good to have oden in the fridge). Congratulations on your first Edo Bari Sentori ㊗️ in the Shuwashuwa Sanshiki 🎉This is an instant hit of deliciousness 😋 but I agree with you about the low acidity 🤔.
This is the 6th type of the new Sentori and the 16th type in total. The aroma is like that of white grapes. It has a fresh and elegant aroma, mild sweetness and umami. The acidity is well balanced.
It has a light and gentle taste. The current SENKYO is made with local Yamada Nishiki. Local Yamada Nishiki, alcohol level of 13 degrees, but other than that, not disclosed. Kawanakajima Genmai opened the other day for drinking comparison. Happy ❤️❤️

The aroma is apple, peach and pear! Very beautiful aroma. I wonder if it is also from Kamishinko. I don't feel any fresh yeast.
