Tsk, I finally got to Sentori.
I am not a fan of acidity, but I think this may be the first time I have ever tasted a sake with such a good acidity.
I am not good at acidity, but this may be the first sake with such a good acidity.
It looks cloudy and nigori-style.

I drank only the supernatant without realizing it was nigorigo. The second half was cloudy and dark.
The first half of the clarified portion has a strong acidity, bitterness, and astringency, with a strong grapefruit flavor. It is more of an acid bitter astringent type than a sweet and sour type.
In the second half, the acidity fades and the sweetness from the muddy part becomes stronger.
I think it would probably taste better if it were mixed with other beverages.
Summer is over, but we got this one.
It's soooo good...
I prefer the back side to the sparkler 🤭.
The acidity, sweetness, and lingering aroma are so well balanced!
Very tasty 🤤.
I had it with my bento on the train on the way back from a trip to Ito.
It is a bottle of Senkou's "Onkyo Chishin", a modern revival of a manufacturing method based on documents from the Edo period. SENKOKU
A mild and nostalgic aroma. It has a gentle, nostalgic aroma, with hints of cooked rice, dried fruits, and a hint of lactic acidity.
Soft and gentle on the palate, with the umami of rice spreading gradually.
The acidity is firm and the aftertaste is light and sharp.
At the usual BAR (3)
Chose this one, believing that Senkou-san was finished to my liking after the return to Edo.
The top aroma is sweet and sour like lemon and grapefruit 🍋.
Unlike last year's Akatombo before returning to Edo, the acidity is felt but not too strong, and the elegant sweetness like white peach is well capped, making it easy to drink👍.
There is a slight sense of gas and the umami is also present ✨.
I was told that not only has the yeast changed, but also the yeast used has changed as well (if I'm wrong). (sorry if I'm wrong) 👀
It was very tasty 😊
I'm definitely going to secure this year's snowman (ง°`ro°)ง
Good evening, Chirsta 😃.
It has a sweet taste! I thought it would be easy to drink Urasenka because the acidity of Senkou is not quite right 😁Secure your snowman 👍.
Thank you ICHIRO18 and thank you here: 🙇♂️
Sentori, my personal impression is that the acidity has calmed down this year and the white peach type aroma and sweetness has increased 🤔I was shocked by the Urasenko, so I will definitely secure the Snowman: ☺️
