For my first drink at home, I chose Sentori.
The taste is the same as usual.
It has a light acidity and a hint of sweetness that flows smoothly down the throat.
If you are not careful, a four-pack bottle will be empty in no time.
I paired it with a crab hot pot. I think it goes great with crab.

The aroma is sweet~ like a lemonade soda🥤, really whetting my appetite for sake✨️. When I take a sip, there's a fizzy🫧 sensation, but surprisingly it's not overly sweet; if anything, it feels more dry😲. Now, let's mix in the sediment❄🎶😉.
The aroma definitely becomes more mellow now ✨️. When sipped, mixing in the sediment ❄ brings out a lactic umami and sweetness, but it still has that surprisingly (should I say that? ❔🤔) dry character. It's perfect as a meal-accompanying sake, low in alcohol, so it goes down smoothly 🎶😋. Personally, I prefer it with the sediment mixed in 😉🎶

Well, well, well, well, luck finally came my way 🙇 I was able to get a bottle of Senkou's zodiac for the first time 😁🙏.
It's a kijoshu, cloudy and definitely sweet 🤔.
Plus it's got a little pizzazz 😳.
