Another gem that has been aged for 2 years without following the brewer's and liquor store's instructions😅.
The aroma is a bit of an old man's smell 😅😅In the mouth, the acidity is strong, but the taste is matured like honey or pudding caramel 🍯.
A very popular brand.
Fresh, effervescent and silky mouthfeel.
Unlike the pretty visual, which is felt every year, the sweetness is moderate and quite dry.
If you drink it expecting a sweet sake, there may be a bit of a gap.
I bought it because it was the first time I had seen a label that looked like Senkou's "Zero-shiki Edobari" series? I bought it because it was the first label I had ever seen.
It looks a little bit like a cloudy wine, and there appears to be a cloudy white substance at the bottom of the bottle.
It is soft to the palate, but the label says it has 13% alcohol by volume, so you can easily drink it like a sparkling wine without any heaviness.
I opened a bottle to drink with Japanese food such as sashimi, but it seemed to go well with light Western food (ham, cheese, pasta, etc.).
I recently opened a bottle of Sentori🍾.
I was on the lees when I drank it all up.
I tried it today 🍷 and found it to be mild and mellow.
Mellow and mild. I can feel the deliciousness of rice 😋.
It's possible because I drink at home 🏚️.

I had a hard time deciding which of the three types of Sentori Modern I wanted to try, so I decided to go with the safe one 🤣. But any of the Sentori should be delicious! I'm sure Jay & Nobby said so too!
After drinking Tamagawa, I wondered how it would be, but it was delicious! Low alcohol but full of umami and well balanced with acidity. It's another good sake that you can drink a lot of.
