The owner of the liquor store told me about the arrival of Sentori Snowman UA collaboration 😋, so I drove after work on a weekday and bought it safely 😍.
Last year I couldn't even see the snowman and UA snowman, but this year I got them 😄.
I can't explain or comment on the taste difference between Snowman and UA Snowman 😱.
He is a delicious guy ‼️
Here's the fourth and final one.
We have a regular edition Snowman waiting in our fridge, but I didn't expect to find a UA Snowman: ⛄️
I was told to be careful about opening the bottle, but since it was chilled, I didn't have that much trouble opening it👍.
It had a fresh fruity ginjo aroma of white peaches and citrus fruits, and a slightly stronger gasiness that was more subdued than I expected, but again, the beautifully integrated sweetness, acidity, and umami matched perfectly, and it was empty in an instant🤣.
I must open a bottle of the regular Snowman before I forget the taste 🍾.

The third restaurant after the usual stand-up drinking place where we do not drink sake, we went to "ORINAS" which I saw on eo Hikari's Gourmand's Hideout.
I asked the staff about the recommended light and dry sake, and they recommended Imadaiji, Yukio, and Senkou.
He recommended Imadaiji, Yukio, and Sentori.
I was not sure if it was dry or not, but it had a nice umami and sweetness, not too much acidity, and it certainly had a clean and refreshing aftertaste 🙃.
It was a good place to drink slowly at night 🤣.

A regular who comes to the bar every month from Sapporo was already sitting in the back and opened the bottle!
We were excited with anticipation!
The taste was quite a strong, strong, muddy sake!
It seems to be an assemblage sake including the sake yeast yeast yeast.
It is good to compare mukashi and clear sake during the new sake season🙆🙆.

This is the first of this year's new sake classics. I'll start with the Oligarami's Biao formula. I'm looking forward to the Zero Shiki as well.
The taste is the same as last year, with a perfect balance of calm umami, acidity, citrus, and freshness. This is a taste that only Kame-no-o can produce, and I still like the classic Edobari the best.
It is an origami, but since it is a classic sake, this does not count as a so-called seasonal new sake nigori.
As for Sentori, I have the impression that Retro has a deep sweet and sour taste, Modern has a gorgeous sweetness, and Classic has a calm and fresh taste, so I guess Classic is my guess.
If they come out with another Classic, I'll buy it. Thank you for the treat.
This is the first time I drank a mouth-opening Snowball, and it is a carbonated beverage!
As soon as the bottle is opened, bubbles and lees boil vigorously and energetically!
The taste is a perfect match between the refreshing sweet and sourness and the creaminess of the lees.
I am looking forward to next year.

😅I haven't been able to open this year's bottle yet 💦It will be the first check-in from last year in 2024 😆I can't wait to drink it after seeing your check-ins, but it will be a while yet as I'm still digesting my stock from production September 😂💦.
It's so popular that last year I was on the edge of my seat when the beetles were released and couldn't meet the timing of the arrival of the neighboring stores 💓 fortunately I managed to bring them home with me as they have multiple arrivals 😆🥰.
So I didn't want to miss my first ⛄️ so I popped two bottles online 🐕🤭💕 ⛄️ I've been waiting 🎵 so I opened one bottle ignoring the stock digestion order since I have two bottles 😍 I made love to it so delicious I forgot to take a picture and gobbled it down 😋 lol
