I bought it with sake 🍶 when I visited the brewery. I don't know about the original sake as this was my first time to Izutsucho, but the first thing I noticed was a very pretty strawberry color from the amazake lees mixed with the pink 🩷 of the pickled plums. The flavor has a mild topping aroma and a slightly stronger sourness from the pickled plums. I expected it to be a bit sweeter since it is an amazake, but it is quite sour and refreshing in the hot summer months, and it also increases one's appetite as an aperitif 😆.

This is my first time to try Ganki 😍I apparently have a weakness for blue bottles and this season I'm eyeing it up 👀👀👀The color of this bottle made me want to drink it 😅It had a strong, shwashy, bubbly and robust taste with a pleasant sweet and bitter aftertaste. I've grown to love this sparkling, cosmetically pleasing drink 😊Great tasting alcohol goes away quickly💦.

I received this 😆 from last December's new sake party because I didn't drink it. I don't know how well it was preserved, but it was 12 degrees alcohol by volume, had a delicious rice flavor, a rice powdery aroma, and a lingering bitter taste, but it was sweet and easy to drink. I wish they brought it a little earlier 😅thanks for the treat 😋.

It had a 😋 elegant ginjo aroma and a sweet and umami flavor that spread on the palate, with a slight bitterness that was not too assertive and could be enjoyed with a meal. It was a delicious sake that I never got tired of drinking 😊.

After smelling a little of alcohol immediately after opening the bottle, the wine was slightly effervescent in the mouth, and the sweetness and umami went down the throat pleasantly. The lingering aftertaste is a little bitterness. I made love to it and it was very delicious.
