This is a check-in from 2 years ago on a trip to Yamaguchi Prefecture 🚗 I first encountered Toyo Bijin-san at a liquor store I stumbled upon in Yamaguchi City and enjoyed it after returning home 😋. It changed my image of sake 180 degrees. If it hadn't been for the clerk's recommendation, "Toyo Bijin is only here and it will be gone soon🤭".... This is a check-in from when I received it as a room temperature souvenir🎁 in May of this year. Although there is no indication of the sake rice, it was fruity and delicious, just like Toyo Bijin 😋I often see bottles 4 and up, but we don't have mini bottles in the neighborhood, so it's nice to receive them as a gift ☺️ Thanks for the treat😋. Two years ago 🚗 I visited Minami Haga, a roadside station near a sake brewery, and checked in 😅I bought a mini bottle of Banshu Ichiken and a bottle of Old Pine Sake Brewery's Sansho as a souvenir. Sanyo Bai Sake Brewery and Old Pine Sake Brewery are almost across the street from each other, about a minute walk away, so I recommend you visit both of them 😊. The Sansho is a regional brand 😃👆👆 Like the Banshu Ikken, the Sansho Junmai Ginjo is also made with Hyogo Yume Nishiki sake rice. Maybe it would have been better to warm it up 🧐. This is a check-in from our visit 2 years ago to Ibaraki Sake Brewery in Rairaku😃The store in the brewery is open for eating and drinking, and offers a relaxed atmosphere with a Japanese menu. This time we bought only sake. I didn't know much about the products, so I took home a representative brand of sake that was easy to drink 😊. I love 🐈cats and the label is so cute I couldn't help but buy the jackets 😍🫶. It seems to be a collaborative brand between Miyoshigiku from Tokushima prefecture and Kikumori Shuzo from Iwate prefecture. I don't know what the standard taste is 😅🍶I've never tasted Miyoshikiku before. The impression in the mouth is sweet and refreshing like white wine, but by the time it passes down the throat, it has a unique floral and oaky flavor that I thought would appeal to different tastes. It is a very peculiar taste that I have never tasted before, and I am looking forward to the changes on the second day 😌. Day 2 The quirkiness softened and it became lighter and very easy to drink😃. I'm a beginner 😅 I love Hana Yuu and often drink it as well, but I have similar impression. It is very elegant and gorgeous in the mouth, and I like the umami and sweetness of the rice very much. I heard Osaka's sake is Aki-shika or Kurehaaru so I had it for the first time 😃I saw a raw Aki-shika 🍂🦌 so I took it home with me 😁. The taste is not the sweet and delicious of today's sake, but it has a banana-like aroma and a clean taste due to the use of No. 7 yeast and 100% Yamadanishiki, a slight yellow texture due to the unfiltered raw sake, the umami of the rice and 17% alcohol content, and it is pleasantly rich and yet fresh 🍂. I love Ryoseki Shuzo's elegant palate and often enjoy Hanayuup😍It was the first Junmai Daiginjo under the brand name and the first time I had the Suitama brand. 🌻🌻This was the last brand to be released before the summer season😃 🥂🥂It has a pleasant fruity aroma when you put the glass close, the mouthfeel is balanced and sharp and very delicious💗I drank too much of this 🤗I don't know the characteristics of the sake rice, Kame no O😅💦I heard they also released Jun Dai Yamadanishiki, I want to try it! 🫶💕 Label: 🏷️ The whole bottle is on display because of the print directly on the bottle 😆. It has a subtle muscat-like aroma, a gorgeous flavor, and a nice sharpness, so it's very easy to drink and delicious. ☺️I guess I'm used to drinking junmai sake, but it's softer and more to my liking😍. 2nd day Unlike yesterday's impression, the sweetness has increased and it has calmed down, it's so much better. This is 😍👍 I still have to wait my turn 😅I can't wait to drink this year's Newborn 😆 lol. 😆This is a check-in from when I visited Okufuji, the brewery in Ako 3 years ago when I was not so interested in Sake 😃My main sightseeing was at Kira Kira Kira Slope and the popular gelato store Sakarita across the street, but the brewery was also open so I just dropped by as a side trip. We were so glad we stopped by 😅. I was looking for an easy to drink 🍶 with a good mouthfeel, and while looking at the description, I bought this Otome 😃Although the alcohol content was a little high at 17.5, it was easy to drink with a fruity, apple-like aroma and a sweet but refreshing taste. ☺️ Label: 🏷️ Low difficulty😍.
