I had my first glass of 😃After the rain I had my first glass of moon 😍as usual😅I haven't had the standard brand yet so I don't know the difference, but the aroma is fruity and acidic, the alcohol is a bit high at 16 degrees, it's a bit dry, refreshing and gorgeous, and it has a nice crisp mouthfeel that I enjoyed. 😃This is a check-in from when I got my first bottle of Tenbi this time last year😅and I still haven't tasted the Hakuten and Kuroten 💦I regret that I can't drink Tenbi brewed by Fujioka-san anymore😭. I love nigori, but there are many breweries that offer nigori, and they are all delicious💕I can see why nigori is so popular😍Next time I want to try the classic kuro-ten shiro-ten 🤗. 😃I know it's later than the second time 💦 but here's my check-in for the first time last year when I received my first amber. The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees, and the juicy, gorgeous, fruity aroma is smooth and slides smoothly down the throat. It is very easy to drink, yet has a very good flavor and is very delicious. It goes well with food 🎵. Label: 🏷️ Difficulty: low😍. I've been interested in this brand for a long time, but I've never been able to find it in my neighborhood 😭It's also available online, but I finally found it 😍I got it when I visited Amaha Shuho in Tokushima on the last day of their old store before they reopened 🤗. This will be my first 🐇Ni🐇 brand, but I didn't expect 🐺Ni🐺 to be first and I can't tell the difference from the regular version 💦 as usual 😂 I like that Ni🐺 seems to have a different challenge every year and I can look forward to it💕 I thought 🍶 it would be a sweet and tasty flavor of the moment? I thought it would be sweet and tasty, but the higher alcohol content may be due to the fruity aroma, acidity, and bitterness that disappears pleasantly on the palate 😍All sake is good, but this one is still good too 🤭The 🐇Niryu🐇 is waiting in the fridge, which is later in the order 🐇 so I'm looking forward to making love to it. I love Nagano Prefecture's sake 😍 but this will be my first time to try 😃Sei Masamune. I'm not sure about the regular brand 💦. The yeast in this one seems to have a special characteristic 🍶I got a strong ripe banana-like heady aroma, with a slight hint of cooked rice 🌾. The taste was sweet and juicy, with a particularly strong sweetness, but it was not overpowering, and the low 13% alcohol content made it easy to drink. The aroma is distinctive, so those who are sensitive to it may have different tastes 😅I don't think it's an unpleasant aroma, but I guess that's okay too 😄. On the second day, both the aroma and taste have calmed down, and the sweetness is followed by a lingering bitterness that makes it very easy to drink and enjoy 😊. I think I like the 3rd day the best⁉︎😍I love the change from the first day, it has an elegant cotton candy sweetness when you drink it and the lingering bitterness is more subtle than yesterday 😘I would love to try it 💕4th day.... I'd like to try it but it's gone 😂 the analogy is a bit 💦 it was a tsundere gem💘 this is delicious 😋. Label: 🏷️ Difficulty: low😍. This is from last year's check-in when I first received my favorite 💘Omine's ❄️ Winter's Eve 😅It's hard to catch up with this year after last year 💦lol. It has a sweet and sour, juicy, muscat-like, fruity aroma, taste and gasiness, light nigori and rice flavor, it is a very delicious sake that I find myself pouring into my glass 😊It has become a definite repeat purchase every year 😘♬♬. 😃I fell in love with Nagano sake after my trip to Nagano last year and started to try different kinds of sake 😊I checked in a year ago when I had Beaumichel for the first time 😅All Nagano sake is really good 😋💕It's not only the sake but the food is good too 🫶. I love it because it's my kind of sake ♬ it's good for beginners 🔰 and for women 🤲 but Beaumichel is only 500ml and the volume is very small so it's going to run out soon. The price has increased by about 200 yen since last year, so it's not the most cosy ♬ but it's still a good price 🤗 🍶The taste is fruity and fruity, with a slight chilli flavor ♬ It's also well balanced and has a nice sharpness that I never get tired of drinking 👍😆. 😃When I went out to Tomikunishiki last year, I heard that they were having a new sake launch that weekend, so I asked them to get me some of their new sake 😆 Here's my check-in at that time: 🙇‍♀️ It seems to be very popular 😅. The alcohol is a little high at 17 degrees, but the new sake is very fresh and fruity and easy to drink, and if you drink too much, it will take your foot off the gas 🥰 lol Unfortunately, the timing wasn't right this year and I couldn't visit the event myself 💦. 😅I haven't been able to open this year's bottle yet 💦It will be the first check-in from last year in 2024 😆I can't wait to drink it after seeing your check-ins, but it will be a while yet as I'm still digesting my stock from September of production 😂💦. It's so popular that last year I was on the edge of my seat when the beetles were released and couldn't meet the timing of the arrival of the neighboring stores 💓 fortunately I managed to bring them home with me as they have multiple arrivals 😆🥰. This is my second time at Harvest Moon and I haven't checked in the first time I got it 💦I'm checking in a second time first😅When I got it, it was delicious and a definite repeat 😍The label 🏷️ is gorgeous and shiny✨ and good for Christmas 😘. The aroma is fruity and understated, with a hint of chili, and the taste is refreshing and gorgeous 😍It would go well with a meal, but the alcohol content is 15% and it's very light, so it's a dangerous drink 🤭I found myself dizzy 🥰 and it was gone quickly 😅. This is a check-in from 2 years ago on a trip to Yamaguchi Prefecture 🚗 I first met Toyo Bijin-san at a liquor store in Yamaguchi City that I happened to find. I enjoyed it when I got home 😋. It changed my image of sake 180 degrees. If it hadn't been for the clerk's recommendation, "Toyo Bijin is only here and it will be gone soon🤭. Two years ago 🚗 I visited Minami Haga, a roadside station near a sake brewery, and checked in 😅I bought a mini bottle of Banshu Ichiken and a bottle of Old Pine Sake Brewery's Sansho as a souvenir. Sanyo Bai Sake Brewery and Old Pine Sake Brewery are almost across the street from each other, about a minute walk away, so I recommend you visit both of them 😊. The Sansho is a regional brand 😃👆👆 Like the Banshu Ikken, the Sansho Junmai Ginjo is also made with Hyogo Yume Nishiki sake rice. Maybe it would have been better to warm it up 🧐. Sanyo Bai Sake Brewery and Old Pine Sake Brewery are almost across the street from each other, about a minute walk away, so I recommend you visit both of them 😊. I learned later that Banshu Issen Junmai sake is their standard sake. The rice used for the sake is Hyogo Yume Nishiki, and the taste is soft and mellow, as you would expect from a standard sake 😃.
