I turned 50 this year and was thinking "I hate being 50 😭", but I became a member of "Otona no Himitsu Club", which allows you to buy JR tickets at a discount, and went on a Sake drinking trip! Being 50 is nice 😍(flip flop lol) On the first day, we took a day trip to Aomori Prefecture! On the bullet train from Tokyo station to Shin-Aomori station, I had a bottle of Kanayui from the Imanishi Shuzo brewery! Fruity and light, with a mild and gentle mouthfeel. It was very elegant and very tasty ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡! It was a long 3.5 hour bullet train ride each way, but thanks to the delicious sake, it was a good start to the trip. ☺️

I got the snowman I've been longing for for the first time: ⛄️ I wanted to drink it as soon as possible, but I was worried about it blowing out, so I had it stay in the fridge for a few days and was excited to open the bottle! I was so excited to open the bottle! I thought I opened it carefully, but it blew out a little through the hole in the cap! The snowman that came to our house seemed to be full of energy lol. I drank it and it was so delicious 🐴♥️ The sweet and sour taste of Senkou is exquisite, and the slight bitterness is a nice accent! It was refreshing and smelled like pears at the end of drinking! It was so crazy good that I wanted to drink it every day!

I had always wanted to try this organic naturals and was glad to finally buy it! It had a sourness and slightly sweetness that is typical of Senkou, and it was thin, cloudy and gassy. It was easy to drink at 13% alcohol and like a sweet white wine😊. It was very good and I would like to repeat it!

It is dry, but not just spicy, soft on the palate, and has a nice sharpness! Hiroshima sake is a handsome example of how good the water tastes. I enjoyed drinking this sake when I traveled alone in Hiroshima in the spring. ☺️ It tasted even better after the second day, when the corners were removed!

I was worried that it might blow out, so I was afraid to open the bottle, but I succeeded in opening the bottle without any difficulty at all, without any blowout or spillage! I laughed at myself for being so overzealous in preparing a deep vessel and a cloth. It has a nice aroma like sweet fruit, and when I drank the supernatant, I found it to be fruity and slightly fizzy, with a gentle sweetness and the delicious taste of rice! It was fresh with a hint of sourness and grabbed my heart. ♥️ lol When we drank Kuroten before, you recommended a salad pairing in the comments, and we finally made it happen! (Thank you ☺️) I paired it with a lettuce salad with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on top, and it went well with the refreshing raw vegetables and the acidity of the dressing! It was also good in chicken dumpling soup ◎ When I mixed it with the chicken dumplings, it turned cloudy and snowy white, and the sweetness increased and it was silky and super delicious! On the third day after opening the bottle, the freshness settled down and changed to a softer taste, and it was even more delicious again! I was happy to be able to purchase and drink a delicious bottle of Yukiten 🥰.

I got the top off first, a little rich and gorgeous, sweet as honey and delicious 🥰. When I mixed the orikiri, it became somewhat muddy? Since we were there, we drank it while listening to the Beatles' 𝕄𝕚𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕝𝕖😋 The taste was light, with a strong acidity! I felt a slight sweetness, but I didn't taste anything like the flavor of the rice. Similar to a dry white wine! I had heard that it was a typical light dry sake, so I drank it with that intention, but it was different from the impression that it was dry but light, with a robust flavor! I could also smell a little bit of alcohol. I thought, "This might not be my cup of tea. I thought I might not like it, but when I drank it with "black-backed sardine sashimi" that my father had prepared and delivered to me, the dry taste matched perfectly! It was delicious and crisp at the end of the bottle! The pairing can completely change the impression of the sake! Sake is fun😍!
