I got the top off first, a little rich and gorgeous, sweet as honey and delicious 🥰. When I mixed the orikiri, it became somewhat muddy? The appearance of the sake changed to "muddy" and the taste somehow became more umami. I am sorry for my stupid tongue. Sorry for my stupid tongue, but the sake was very good ♥️

Since we were there, we drank it while listening to the Beatles' 𝕄𝕚𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕝𝕖😋 The taste was light, with a strong acidity! I felt a slight sweetness, but I didn't taste anything like the flavor of the rice. Similar to a dry white wine! When I drank it on its own, I honestly thought, hmmm... but when I paired it with cream cheese, it was very tasty! I also enjoyed it with a small amount of sparkling water!

I had heard that it was a typical light dry sake, so I drank it with that intention, but it was different from the impression that it was dry but light, with a robust flavor! I could also smell a little bit of alcohol. I thought, "This might not be my cup of tea. I thought I might not like it, but when I drank it with "black-backed sardine sashimi" that my father had prepared and delivered to me, the dry taste matched perfectly! It was delicious and crisp at the end of the bottle! The pairing can completely change the impression of the sake! Sake is fun😍!

The deliciousness of Yamada Nishiki was in full bloom! It was so gorgeous and so delicious! It had the flavor and sweetness of rice, but was also crisp and spicy! The label was stylish with a green bamboo pattern 🥰. It is said to be a sake competition2025 Bronze Award winning sake!

It was deliciously schwarzy, fruity, and sweet 🥰. I love the aroma of Kuheiji! I enjoyed it with my fall bento and some salted boiled edamame beans from my father's garden. It was also delicious later on with caprese sandwiches ◎ It was a winner when I paired it with meat and potatoes 🏆.
