It was the first time this year that we patrolled in Imaya 🫡.
The first drink was today's recommended sake "Shichibonspear" from the lunchtime drinking set.
It is a junmai sake made from rice grown without pesticides. At first, there is a slight aroma of alcohol. I don't like anything with a strong alcohol smell, but this one had a pleasant aroma that I liked!
It was a very delicious sake with the flavor and sweetness of rice 🥰.

We had tasake (rice wine) at my parents' house!
It was delicious 😍.
I went to Aomori in December and bought my mother's favorite Tasake as a souvenir and carried it back with me on my back in my Ryuk, lol, but she kept it in the fridge at my parents' house for almost a month without drinking it until today!
The only bottle I could buy was a bottle of sake, so it must have been inconvenient to use the fridge, but I felt my mother's love 🥰.
My mother's homemade osechi, especially the datemaki, went very well with the sudoko and were insanely delicious! The spicy eggplant with rice wine that I bought along with the sake was also very good 🐴!
I'm glad my parents and family enjoyed it!
I'll be back to carry it again😊 (hey, let's get it delivered lol)

The first sake of 2026 was "Ame-go-no-tsuki"!
It has a nice aroma like grapes! It tasted clear and beautiful, just like the moon after the rain!

I really wanted to taste many more sakes I've never had before, but I was so hungry & drunk that I decided to save it for next time 😆.
This was my first visit to Utsunomiya, but my first since becoming a sake fan, and I enjoyed it even more than before!
My last trip with the Adult Holiday Club pass, Utsunomiya was great 😊❤️

I wanted to eat my favorite gyoza and drink delicious sake from Tochigi! I went to Utsunomiya!
I was able to drink at a corner bar of Shimadaya Sake Shop, which I had always wanted to visit 🥰.
This Houou Mita was gorgeous, fruity, and the sweetness of the rice was very delicious. ❤️

I like the Kuheiji I've had, but this one is not to my liking 🥲.
Maybe the smell of the raw sake? I think I may not like the smell or the taste of the raw sake. I realized after drinking this one that maybe I don't like the smell?

I just had a day trip to Nagano Prefecture!
We went to Yagura Tei, a soba restaurant in Ueda City, and drank with delicious soba and tempura😊.
Gentle and smooth on the palate! Slightly heavy and sweet but not fruity, classic!
I thought it was a little sweet? I wondered if it would go well with soba noodles. I wondered if it would go well with soba noodles! Delicious!
Pairing with Tempura was also very good 🐴❤️

I like to stop at local supermarkets when I travel and bought this one I found there.
I had it on the Shinkansen train from Shin-Aomori to Tokyo!
It was dry, slightly light and delicious!
I was quite drunk before that, so I fell asleep after a few drinks and arrived in Tokyo in no time 😴.
We enjoyed the rest of the wine later at home!
Aomori was fun and a very nice place!
At the market, the shopkeepers told me many stories, the locals showed me the way, and everyone was so kind, warm, and welcoming 🥰.
Thanks to them, I have good memories!
I definitely want to visit again!
There was a big earthquake the other day and I am worried when I see the news about the aftershocks that are still continuing.
