A balance of sweetness and acidity that seems to disappear quickly. Aromatic and elegant sake. I love it.
Rice polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 16%.

I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025🤗
I call it "Princess Michiko", aka "Primichi" 😄, which has been hard to drink so far.
It is made with rose yeast🌹.
It is an elegant sweetness with a mellow yet light aspect. It's like a sweet pear 🤔.
The ginjo aroma explodes in the mouth and there is plenty of fragrance: ☺️
It is a highly fragrant and noble sake 🍶.
...I guess this review was pulled by the name 🤣.

It is delicious 😄.
