The Shigeya Shuzo brewery, which brews Yokoyama, has a unique approach to sake. It is a limited distribution sake in Nagasaki Prefecture. It's been a long time since I've had it, but it's fruity and delicious.

Polishing ratio: Kake rice 55%, Koji rice 50%.
The mouthfeel is clean, sweet and fruity. The aftertaste is umami and acidity. It is quite easy to drink. Perfect for such a hot day. Delicious.

To be honest, I prefer 10 because it has more alcohol tingling than sweetness.
