YOKOYAMA SILVER7
Junmai Ginjo Nama-zume
1640 yen
(Transparent in hue. This sake has a gorgeous flavor. It is best to drink it in a wine glass or something that makes it easy to sense the aroma. The taste is simple, but the juicy sweetness spreads on the palate. It is easy to drink. It is not too assertive, so it is good as a food sake. Nagasaki Sake
Junmai Daiginjo brewed with rose🌹 flower yeast. In wine, it is reminiscent of Tokai wine. The sweetness of the rice is fully expressed.
Rather than a mealtime sake, it is best sipped chibi-chibi after dinner with spicy snacks.
Yokoyama-san at the campground. Slightly effervescent and light, this sake is perfect for hot summer days. It has a good balance of sharpness and sweetness. Goes well with salmon and octopus sashimi. ★★★★

This is the first time I have had Yokoyama's super-harsh sake.
This one is made with Yamadanishiki and No.7 yeast.
When the bottle is opened, it has a gassy, slightly sweet aroma.
Although it is called dry, it has a strong umami taste with a touch of acidity.
This is good! It is delicious,
It is good that it tastes so good and yet is light.
It has a nice sharpness and you can drink it easily.
It was delicious.

Yokoyama's 1814.
1814 because it is a blend of 1801 and 1401 yeast.
This is a fire-aged type.
It has a clear taste and is easy to use as a food sake.
It goes well with both Japanese and Western cuisine.
The aroma of both apples and bananas can be felt softly, and it is a sake that you will not get tired of drinking.

I took it camping expecting it to be a light, summery drink, and it was exactly what I expected. It is sweet, yet light and easy to drink.
It goes perfectly with salmon marinated in yuzu kosho and takobutsu! Very tasty.
Drinking at home, two bottles of fresh sake for the first time.
They were very good.
I'm not used to drinking nama-shu, so at first I was a bit concerned about the tastiness, but as I drank more and more, I liked it more and more.
The sweetness is also noticeable in the glass when it is close to the outside temperature.
As expected, recommended by the waiter.
I usually buy Yokoyama at a liquor store in S. Prefecture, but this time, I encountered it at Karuizawa Inamaya. This time, however, I came across it at Karuizawa Imameya. I was surprised to see that they have a summer sake called Yokoyama, so I bought it.
It was just the kind of sake that I would want a summer version of Yokoyama to be like. If there is a summer sake version of Yokoyama, this is what I would like it to be like.
Today is a holiday, but I'm still working 😭
I worked hard, so I'm happy to have a glass of wine for dinner!
My partner is Yokoyama! Black label. Is it the first time?
Lately, I've tended to choose brands that are new to me, so I went with a familiar brand that I'm comfortable with.
However, this one was far from sweet and tasty, but super spicy!
As usual, Yokoyama had it in a wine glass.
The aroma is mellow and fruity! The aroma is mellow and fruity! Watermelon? No, it is not. This is..,
My wife was beside herself. It's melon, isn't it? I was about to say that, but she said it, frustrating!
But it is fruity, but not sweet, and certainly dry. After all, it is delicious. ‼️
Good morning, Jay & Nobby.
It's a mental rainy season to work on a holiday. Drunk, as much as possible? I try to drink as much as possible😅.
Yokoyama was like iron plate delicious sweet in my opinion, but this black label is full spicy 👍.
