So, I decided to buy some cheap and tasty sake 😊.

It's fire-roasted but has a slight gas, sweet juicy with a slight bitterness or not, just beautiful and delicious 😋.
The first sip is a bit sweet, but the more you drink, the more it goes down smoothly and you can go on drinking it as much as you want.

The palate is clear and light. It is pleasant to drink, flowing cleanly and vividly.

The refreshing acidity and spiciness flow through it and finish it off crisply.

Tomorrow, we are going to harvest potatoes called "Digima" from Nagasaki prefecture in our vegetable garden. I don't know how much they have grown, but naturally, the pre-festival celebration will smell strongly of Nagasaki Prefecture's Yokoyama Muscat type. It is fruity. After a 23-year absence, it will be "revived" in 2018 and rise to the top class in Nagasaki Prefecture. Just hearing this story makes it even more delicious. Tomorrow is the harvest festival, what shall we drink 😅?

Yamada-Nishiki and specially blended yeast are used. The aroma is reminiscent of apples, and the fresh, juicy sweetness and umami of rice spread out, with moderate bitterness and acidity intertwined in good balance.
