Commemorative sake brewed with Hachinohe Shuzo's original sake rice. The attack is more refreshingly bitter than sweet and sour. The standing aroma, reminiscent of muscat and citrus fruits, and the distinct gasiness tightened the flavor profile, and it seemed to be universally appealing and enjoyable to both modern and classical drinkers.
As the temperature range rises, the flavor becomes gentler, but I also thought it lacked a little thickness. This area may be a matter of taste.

Purchased at the liquor store Yamada. I got the impression that the anniversary type was more of a celebration than a sake brewed by the seller and the brewer with no regard for profit. I had the impression that it was more of a celebration than a brewing without regard to profit.
This is the first sake made with the original brewing rice developed by the Hachinohe Sake Brewery over the past 12 years!
Refreshing bitterness...followed by a rush of inexpressible sweetness.
Too delicious and mysterious...the one and only sake!
It has been a long time since I have posted. I've been drinking, but I've been slacking off in this heat.
Today is my first Hakusen in six months.
This brand is my favorite and I drink it regularly, but this is the first time I have seen this label.
I checked the brewery's home page again.
It was a classic sake.
First, let's open the bottle. The sake was well heated, but it was very strong. When I poured it into the sake bottle, I was surprised to find that it was yellowish in color.
The aroma was naturally mild, and the usual green apple flavor was very slight. The taste is sweet as usual, but again, the bitterness and pungency are very moderate. The acidity is slight. The taste is similar to Mutsu Otokoyama, another brand of this brewery, and has a slightly classic feel.
This sake would be delicious served cold with a pot of hot pot on a chilly night.
Recommendation! Sourness and fruity feeling that you would not expect from a special pure sake. But you can also taste the full-bodied rice flavor. Goes well with edamame.
