Sake given to me by my boss. I am a junmai (pure rice) drinker, but sometimes I like to try a ginjo. I counted up the number of breweries that have registered their sake stamps, and found that there are now 57 breweries from Akita in the north to Kagoshima in the south. I would like to visit more sake breweries in western Japan.
