My favorite liquor store was selling a pop-up saying "2021 Nama Sake! I said to him, "It's rare to find a four-year-old sake." I said, "I found some that I had left in the cellar and forgot about! I laughed and bought it. It was well preserved, so it has the mellowness and mildness of nama-zake.
Hi Pierre 😃.
So it wasn't over the summer but 'four years of forgetting' 😆 I'm sure the liquor store was happy that you laughed and bought it 😊 We should be honest with each other 😌.
Hi Jay & Nobby😄I thought it was a bit unusual and didn't hesitate to buy it. I thought it was rare and didn't hesitate to buy it, and it was a very good price these days, around 2,000 yen for a bottle! If possible, I wanted to compare it with a new sake of the same type!
Japan's southernmost sake brewery. When I called to ask if I could visit and receive a sake seal, he said, "I'll give the sake seal label to the local sake brewer since no one will be around for the event! I'll give the sake seal label to the sake shop. I got the sake and the sake seal label safely at Osaka-ya in Miyazaki City. Thank you Sentoku-san.
Thank you for your comments, Jay & Nobby! Miyazaki was the last of the prefectures we did not reach, and we were happy to finally land there! And it was a good trip to be able to buy sake in Minami-Kyushu, which has a shochu culture!
Summer vegetables from the home garden are flying around the countryside.
Shishito and eggplant with grated tuna and ponzu sauce with green onion and shiso leaves
Caprese with tomato and basil
Lentil Potatoes with New Potatoes and Seaweed Salt
All vegetables are from my garden and were given to me!
