I have wanted to drink this sake for a long time.
It has a fruity aroma and little umami, but the sweetness and acidity of the rice are refreshing! I thought my own image of this type of sake would be low alcohol content, but at 16 degrees, it is very drinkable. It was delicious 😊.

When you open the bottle, you can smell the aroma of grape.
On the palate, it has a gentle grape🍇-like sweetness. ☺️
I doubt for a moment that the aroma also affects the taste buds ⁉️ but it probably tastes like grape🍇😚.
No gassy feeling? Is there? Is there? It's about the same, and it's mellow on the throat.

I went to Nasu for work and visited the Saito Sake Shop in Otawara. They have a great selection and I envy those in the neighborhood ✨.
I love Sairaku. I like Bunraku, but I personally prefer this one.

I don't know what the wind beginning means, but it's kind of stylish! LOL!
While Sairai has a thick, sweet and juicy atmosphere, Feng Hatsume has a sour taste from the aroma to the flavor, and is relatively light.
But it has a long aftertaste and can be enjoyed on its own!
