This is a basic sake of Sairai!
It has a very pale yellow crystal appearance.
The nose has aromas of white grapes and unripe melon.
On the palate, a sweet and sour first touch is followed by a chili gas sensation stimulation.
The balance between clear sweetness and firm, refreshing, gorgeous acidity is intoxicating.
The clear acidity is well balanced with the sweetness and finishes with a crispness.
It is still delicious.
We finished it in no time and went on to the last sake of the day.

This is the first sake from Saitama, Sairai, which I chose for the first time.
The only rice used is domestic rice.
Polishing ratio is 55%.
The alcohol content is 16%.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is slightly fruity.
When poured into the sake cup, it has a smooth, slightly yellowish flavor.
When you sip it, it has a clear mouthfeel. The mouth is filled with a rich, dense sweetness, while the tongue is filled with an enveloping acidity that gives it a fruity peach and berry-like flavor. Finally, a slight bitterness finishes it off.
This is delicious 😋 You can drink it smoothly without feeling the alcohol of 16 degrees Celsius.

The pink label is nice 💓 following the spring sake.
Spring Hanasumi was Oriagarami, but summer is different!
The spring ogara-mi🩷 was better than the standard Sairai🩵, so I have high hopes for this summer sake, Asaromi🥰.

First, the aroma.
Slightly fruity and sweet aroma.
In the mouth, the fruity sweetness of berry 🫐 spreads, followed by a delicate gasiness and gentle acidity in the second half, with a subtle astringent taste.
It has no sharpness and leaves a lingering taste of rice flavor on the tongue.

The fruity sweetness is just right, the gassiness is gentle and seems to help enhance the acidity. It has a slight accent of astringency on top and finishes with a lingering rice flavor.
The finish is quite well-balanced 😍.
The rice flavor is very rich and it's not like a summer sake 😆.
The alcohol content is 16%, so it's very drinkable, but it's so delicious that I finished it in no time 😘.
Personally, I think I prefer the spring orikarami 🤔.
But this morning cooler 🩷 tastes better than the standard 🩵 😋.
I still like Sairai. ❣️

I found it for sale for takeout at an event.
