Today we will have Sairai's Altair. The aroma has a slight cemedine feel and a hint of alcohol.
On the palate, there is a strong acidity and umami, which lingers and disappears on the bottom. I also feel there is a sense of astringency in the latter half. This is the second bottle I have had at home, but it is a different impression from the previous sake 😲.
I've paired it with octopus and mushroom ajillo and peppers and mackerel cheese toast, and it's delicious. When combined, it seems to be somewhere between a white wine and a sparkling wine. It goes well with olives, garlic and cheese. Delicious✨
I'm digesting my reading pile over the three-day weekend 📕 I'm on target for 50 books this year and have 23 left to go. I can still get there 🔥.

First, the scent.
Not much of an aroma.
In the mouth, a gorgeous sweetness spreads, and in the second half, a sourness is felt and an astringent taste like gas is felt.
It is like a shooting star, and it wears off quickly and smoothly.
No pungency or bitterness.
Wow, it is delicious 😋😋😋😋.
Sairai is elegant after all. ☺️
This Altair is sweet and sour and flows nicely in the mouth without being too sweet ✨.
It's easy to drink and makes me want to drink it all the time while gazing at the stars 💐.
I wish I could have drank it with my daughter, but she finished it before I had time to think about that😅.
I knew Sairai's seasonal products are delicious 🤤.
I highly recommend this one too: ✌️
I hope we can have a drink as a family when my daughter comes back someday 💕.

I found out later that it is a summer-only sake. I would like to buy it next year.
