Continuing our night in Omiya This restaurant serves delicious fish, so we had sashimi, grilled sardines, grilled sea bream, stewed summer vegetables, and more 😋 The price is a bit expensive, but it was a nice and lively restaurant 😅🤗. We had a great time, but it wasn't much, as we split one cup of sake between the three of us and drank 10 cups. The rice used is Gohyakumangoku and Nihonbare. If I had to describe it in one word, I would say it's "Omnivorous Japanese Sake Partridge". It has an old-fashioned flavor and an aged feeling like a hiyaoroshi. Spicy and sweet in equal measure, with a long finish. It's a sake that should be served warm. By the way, it's "Hiyaoroshi", but it's shipped all year round.
