I went on a business trip to Aomori the other day and brought this as a souvenir. I vaguely matched it with squid or tuna. I thought it was probably a local luxury sake. It was a very tasty and elegant sake.

It is a Hakkouda Oroshi Gin-Sen 🍶. The daiginjo I've had before is 100% Hanabukiyuki, but this one has koji as Hanabukiyuki🌾 and kake as Mashigure🍚. The top aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and a nice sharpness. It is less sweet than the Hakkouda Oroshi Daiginjo in a cup that I bought at Shin-Aomori station last year. It was delicious. ✨️

One day when I was about to take a rest day, my colleague came to me with a bottle of sea urchin. ‼️ My colleague's wife's father is a kelp & sea urchin fisherman! Great 😆I have no choice but to drink it 😁. The drink was also a souvenir from my boss's trip to the Chugoku region 📦️ I've only had Gozenshu and Kamishin for Okayama sake so I was looking forward to it 🎵. Junmai Daiginjo that is not like Yamada Nishiki. The sweetness is moderate. It takes some time for the flavors to develop. Personally, I've always had the impression that Yamadanishiki has a sweet aftertaste, but the dryness of the flavor reminded me of the diversity of Japanese sake. And even though it's supposed to be a little out of character for my taste, it was a dish that made me drink more! As the temperature rises, the taste is distinctly sweet at first and then dry (and crisp) at the end. It broke the stereotype that Yamada Nishiki is sweet! The brewery started brewing in 1922. The name of the brand was changed from the famous water "Horime-no-Ido" to "Horinoi".

At Hankyu Department Store I had a chance to drink all kinds of sake. The nigori was also delicious. They also gave us a 1:1 blend of nigori and junmai. It was also delicious. The one that caught my attention was the Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)", Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)". It's black and white, so I guess it's 🐼😁.
