Apparently not for sale, it is a 20 year old aged wine from 2005, with a rather deep, peculiar taste and aroma. This is good.
As mentioned in the booth, it would be good with sweet foods such as stewed pork cubes to give it a fuller flavor!

Delicious sweet and sour type! Huh? I've had a couple of glasses-only sakes before, but was it like this?
Maybe it's because it's raw sake! 😳👓
Today we have a Haginotsuru from Miyagi Prefecture 🍶 on tap 😎.
When I opened the bottle... not as good as yesterday's Kameizumi, but it has a strong fruity aroma 🥰.
It's the kind that makes you grin even before you drink it.
I'm going to have a sip from the first sip 😋.
Melon? Apple? Pear? Well, it's hard to describe, but it's a combination of gorgeous sweetness and umami in the mouth...with a hint of a schwah? A little bit of a splash? It's even more delicious!
As a food sake, it's best for light foods that won't interfere with the flavor of the sake, like sashimi and salads 👌 definitely not for strong meat-based dishes 😅.
This was a delicious taste that I'm anxious to try tomorrow 😁.
Day 2: 🗒️
The pizzazz of the first day is gone, but the flavor is up instead⤴️
The moderate sweetness and refreshing aftertaste made me want to drink more and more 😍.
Started drinking at 17°C.
Sweet taste!
Delicious, but maybe not suitable during a meal.
It is like a dessert sake, not a dessert wine after a meal.
As I mentioned, this is my favorite brand.
The official site mentioned that it has a gaseous taste, but I almost didn't feel it.
