Next is KURAMOTO! It was my first time to drink this sake, but it is sweet and sour and delicious! It's very white wine-like, so I think it would go well with French or Italian food! It was a fun learning experience for me to know that there is such a sake as this! ☺︎

It's been a while since my last post! I've been a bit busy, and since the next 100 check-ins are coming up, I wanted to put up some sake to properly commemorate the occasion, so it's been a while... 🫠. Well then! I went out to dinner with my boyfriend yesterday and drank a lot of great sake, so I'll go ahead and post it! First! The sake I chose for my 100th commemorative check-in is - ...... Shinmasa's Yonotori! It is very sweet and delicious! I knew Shinmasa was delicious! It's not easy to get Niimasa, so I was very happy to be able to drink it! ♡♡

This is also my first sake. It was refreshing, but also had a nice sharpness. I got the impression that it is easy to match with meals. I forgot to write about Hakuryu earlier, but both were already opened, so the taste may have been different right after opening the bottle! ☺︎ I've gained a lot of weight from all the food and alcohol I ate during this New Year's. I'm going to try to lose weight tomorrow! I'm going to start my diet tomorrow!

Today we had a lunchtime drink at one of the houses! It's fun to drink at someone's house because it's different from the drinks I usually encounter! ☺︎ The spiciness comes when you drink it, but it has a clean aftertaste. I got the impression that it was easy to pair with meals. I drank another different sake, so I'll post it next!

Happy New Year! ♡♡♡ I woke up early and went to Hatsumode! I drew a omikuji and the result was "Shokichi"! After that, I went to my parents' house and opened a bottle of sake! The first sake of the year is Niauto! It is labeled with the Chinese zodiac! I had been holding off on drinking it until New Year's! The spiciness came in a flash when I drank it, and the aftertaste was clean and refreshing! Yummmmmm! I hope we can drink a lot of delicious sake this year as well!
